Unique, engaging, stylish, creative, fun. I finished this in a few hours, but I know I missed some of the features hidden in the game. E.g. what if I were able to pay off my debts by investing in Blipcoin ? Would some options change? I think the controls are unique and don’t find them to be a big problem. The artwork and 3 dimensionality are incredible. This is the perfect type of game for a tablet. I will play this again with headphones on. More of this, please!

I wish it was longer... Please add onto it!. Beautiful, a little slow at times, but overall, amazing. This is the kind of game I’ve been looking for! The story is intriguing and immersive and the gameplay is easy to figure out after moving about a bit. The combination of story play and completing the “work” levels keeps it going. Plus, there’s a Blip Blop game within this game... definitely a cool touch! I’d love to see new chapters or a second game to this.

It reminds me of a life that I don’t want. I am traveling through this cold and apathetic society. No one listens nor do they care. The graphic and story line are the life of mundane experiences . I really really like this game walk through. It gives me a simple reminder that All of us ( humans) need to stop , look , and listen. I wasn’t able to give the game a 5 star due to the fact that it is confusing to understand the saved or past material I have needed to start again on a few occasions and on a mobile the “finger “ drag of the person seems to be a pathetic. Overall , great job on a successful game and story.

Absolutely Brilliant. This is more than a game really. For anyone that has ever sat in a cubicle and felt like they are stuck in perpetual rewind.... this “experience” masquerading as a game made me stop often while playing and ponder my little hamster wheel life. The game really invokes a self introspection.... I know it sounds corny... maybe it is amplified by the Covid quarantine.... but it really made me think that I should appreciate the little joys that I encounter during the day. The graphics are cool, the story is great and it really does worm it’s way into your head. Brilliant game and fascinating experience like no other “game” I have encountered in the App Store.

A little depressing. The two things that stick out for me after playing this game are 1. It’s addictive - you just want to see this guy through and 2. It’s pretty depressing. It’s like the developers got into a depressed person’s mind and created a game around that emotion. I felt very heavy playing it and I’m a happy person so I don’t think anyone struggling with depression or suicidal thoughts would do well on it. That’s just my opinion. It’s slow moving but the payoff at the end is rewarding.

Amazing game. The story like is amazing and interesting to keep up with, a part 2 needs to be made of this game it is amazing!! The controls could be a bit easier adding something as simple as a joystick could make walking a tad bit easier for gameplay. But everything else was amazing loving the little in game games such as the work and “blipblop” I feel like those should be made into their own separate games as well because they were a lot of fun to play

5 star game hampered by poor touch/text implementation. I feel like this game wasn’t originally intended for phones and was hastily ported after a deal with Apple. I really like everything about it - the graphics, minimalist/surreal storytelling and sound are all top notch - but much of the text is so tiny on my iPhone X that it is virtually unreadable and the touch implementation is sloppy and frustrating. I’m on Day 4 and I still can’t quite tell if I’m moving the character with an invisible touch joystick or some kind of drag/swipe to move scheme - it almost seems to switch between the two, though I’m sure it doesn’t. Also, because there is no UI, the times when it takes control away from the player just feel broken, like it’s not registering my touches. And in one scene I was still controlling the character at the same time I was playing the clicker game on the in-game phone. Honestly, I think I might love this game if it weren’t for the controls and the microscopic text. I hope the devs can get them sorted!

Cool story with game-breaking bugs. I was really enjoying this game for the first few chapters, but eventually reach a point where some kind of trigger was bugged and I couldn’t progress without going back to the last checkpoint. Unfortunately, doing so undid every choice I’d made at home that morning, and removed apps from the characters phone. I kind of lost the motivation to continue playing at that point, which is disappointing since I was really enjoying the direction of the story up to this point.

Unplayable on iPhone 8 Plus. Text is too small. On the home screen you can barely make out 2 options - the first is something like “Play Game” and the second is “Options”. They are so small and close together that it will probably take you 3 or 4 tries to tap the “Play Game” option without hotting “Options”. Additionally, while you are in the options menu, there is inexplicably no option to increase the text size. Not worth playing on the phone, but I might try on Apple TV at some point. If the game is playable on Apple TV, I might increase it by a star or 2 but I didn’t get Apple Arcade to play on a TV. Game consoles are better for that.

I get it, but.... I understand the whole purpose of this “game” is to make a statement about how mundane life can become when society falls into the grind scheme of modern life. This “game” definitely conveys that. The problem is, I’m not so sure we need to hear it. We know. We understand. That’s one of the major reasons we play games...to escape the monotony, to experience a different world and be something/do something that’s impossible in real life. If that’s what you’re looking for, look elsewhere. If you want to experience vicariously the exact thing you’re trying to escape through entrainment, then this “game” is for you. Just leave yourself some time to play something else afterwards to wash the bad taste out of your mouth. - 4 stars for lowering my serotonin levels, + 2 for successfully accomplishing (apparently) what you were going for.

Great piece of interactive art. A little more than an interactive storytelling game; the world is a bit immersive because you have a phone, can download apps, and interact with some of the environments. The mini game of “work” is interesting and love the way they have you explore the city. This is a quick game but worth your time if you just want to pick it up here and there. Played on my iPhone 7 Plus so it did crash sometimes when my phone battery got too hot, but there’s plenty of auto saving so it wasn’t bad.

This is amazing!. I am someone who gets bored of games easily. This game had me fully absorbed in the storyline. I felt like I was watching a movie. Also, the graphics are beautiful and it has a great ending! Not to mention, I loved the meaning behind the game. I wish there were more games like this! Please make more!!! Also, it would be cool if there was an actual game based off the game the character plays throughout the whole storyline (not sure what to call it).

Beautiful, but depressing. Truthfully didn’t get very far, but the little bit I played was visually cool and the gameplay itself was able to simply submerge you into the narrative. Maybe it’s just me, but it was very heavy emotionally, and though I suspect that’s what the developers were aiming for, it took a little toll on me. At one point I decided I should stop playing for a while, but I might come back to it someday. I gave it 4 stars because, even though I’m not playing for now, I think the developers executed their concept very well.

Amazing game!!!!. This is probably the best game I have ever played. Crazy social idea. for the first time in my life, I enjoyed playing the game. Stunning musical accompaniment. The game perfectly conveys the state of a person who is depressed and depressed. When you don't notice anything, everything is a mess, and there is no interaction with society. I got great pleasure from this walkthrough and would love to touch the development of this project.

Little Hidden Gem. This game is stunningly beautiful! Never thought a game could change my view of the world we live in today. It really has thought me some important life lessons. You do have to have some patience to play this game but I promise it is worth it. Some parts of the story line really almost brought a tear to my eye it was so well told! Bravo to the makers of this. Definitely play it! I promise only good comes out of this game.

Great Game, just laggy. honestly this game was super fun. I loved the puzzles and the whole storyline in itself was really amazing. The graphics were really beautiful and the meaning of the story was heard. I recommend people to play this game. It reminds me a lot of inside. The only downturn of this game is the laggy play through and bad movement controls. it also did crash on me once. But other than that I liked it!

Cinematic experience. Games has many forms. Some are called action games; some are sport games. This game belongs to a different genre — interactive storytelling. It’s like watching a movie and playing a game at the same time. Mosaic is certainly not the first of its kind, but it is the most cinematic yet. Colors in the game are carefully tuned, so is sound effect. All these elements are design to maximize the storytelling. The hero of the story is an unmanned man living a cycle-like life. He has no purpose but going to work. He barely talks to anyone. The work he does is literally mosaic (SPOILER: “literally mosaic” is pun intended). The game, of course, is to save our protagonist from his existential crisis. Although not boring per se, the storyline is somewhat cliche. But thanks to the impressionist visual, the game becomes truly enjoyable. I’d have shared all my gameplay screenshots if I could. Anyway, Mosaic is a game worth playing and every second playing it is well spent. Ps. To developer, I earned more than 5k by investing in BlipCoin but I still cannot part my bills in the Bank app due to insufficient funds. How much is this guy owing?!

Incredible. From the beginning, the art style and quality is a first as I haven’t experienced something I could see being on a game console. It has an ability to visually connect you to the gameplay without having you do a lot. What makes me give this game the rating I gave it is the fact that without voice from the character it started to make me place my thoughts with his. I can’t spoil details as it’s the very core that puts this ahead of similar games I’ve played on console. Kudos to the developers and I can’t wait to see what you guys do next!

A meaningful story. (SPOILERS)This game is absolutely beautiful. The one thing everyone says is a flaw in the game, is the controls. You have to push or drag along the character. I believe the way we have to control the character represents how the character struggles to wake up everyday and keep moving. Sometimes it may get a little difficult to get the character to even move, but that’s the point. It’s way to feel what the character is going through. When the world becomes beautiful, it’s easier to control the character. Whenever you are in your house or on the streets with the never ending traffic, it becomes harder. It was a bit of a struggle to navigate the butterfly, but mostly becomes of all the machinery surrounding it, which eventually killed it.

Good concept, not so good design. If you like slow paced games that provide fun and interesting visuals this is great (only reason it’s 3 stars), but the game play is terrible. The screen loading is jerky, there are strobe effects I didn’t see any warning for, and there’s quite a few dark to bright moments in the first couple “days” of the game. There either needs to be warnings for the visuals that can cause migraines and seizures, or it should be fixed. Otherwise, it’s not so bad. It’s a bit boring and confusing at first, but gets more interesting as you go along. Also, seems to have a bit of darker humor which I like, but know it’s not for everyone.

I’m speechless. All of these comments saying that the game was bad are soooooooooooooo wrong. Sure on mobile the movement of the guy is a little weird, but only a little. The story element to this game is amazing beyond words. Like seriously, I don’t know how to describe it, because no word seems 🤯enough. You can never really tell what is really and what isn’t, which I really love. The mini game that he does for work is challenging sometimes, but surprisingly fun and the phone was also fun too. I really liked the goldfish, but at the final work day the goldfish told me “I’m sick of you throwing me in the toilet”, but I had put it in my pocket every time. But that’s super minor. I love the ending and every part of the storyline so much! I love how it’s one of those stories that you get to interpret however you want. I also really love that band at the end. Did not see it coming. I love the music aspect to this game as well, when you first look at it you don’t think there’s going to be anything about music in it, but actually, it all kinda revolves around music. I really love this game, the developers did an amazing job, and I super highly recommend it!

This is more than just a game. why Everyone complaining about the controls? Just enjoy it while you can. I downloaded this before now; I'm playing it again like today; there are huge companies that control everything, and I know what they're saying while nature is dying being washed up on the phone a lot of real life problems that we have today it brings A message of hope that maybe someday we can have a better world, but that would be really hard to do in human nature imagine a better world without hate, war, violence, crime, corruption, other bad things we do, this won't probably never happen but 1% maybe? All we can do is do simple good stuff that'll help some bit of the world today donating, giving, help stop racism. I'm not a hippie saying this nor a fake reviewer but go support your bros and the best you could do

Powerful surrealist visuals hampered by bugs and poor controls. Loved many aspects of Mosaic and I loved some of the great compositions and art design thoughtfully crafted through the game, but playing it was a different story. There were many visual bugs encountered through my beginning-to-end playtime: character animation pops, camera blend issues, etc. which made the overall experience feel not very polished and often detracted from my experience. But the worst offender was the controls by far, I’ve had issues where I’d get “stuck” at some invisible spot in the level which was unclear from the camera layout (for example, trying to climb up a set of escalators but getting stuck in the middle between two escalators). The “change your perspective” mini-puzzles often had unclear direction on what to do, and the controls were either too sluggish or too quick on my iPad (the camera rotated like crazy!). I would’ve liked to recommend this game, but as-is it needs a couple rounds of patches before I can tell others to play this game. Overall, I liked the plot and the uplifting ending was lovely, even though I was initially skeptical of how sad it came off at first. I genuinely played through the whole game because I loved that cheerful, optimistic goldfish! 🐟

Slow, Moving, Beautiful, but not a Game. If you are looking for something fun and stimulating, you won’t find it here, if you are looking for one of those neat experiences and messages a lot of these Apple Arcade games come with, your in the right place. This game has a rather unique story about someone who is so insignificant, has such a boring life, doing the same thing over and over again, and, as the tag line states, is but “a cog in a machine.” Playing this made me wonder if this is what’s in for humanity, that the only purpose we have left is to make small decisions that piled together do something, that the future is successful, but not in a good way. Intriguing, inspiring, and somewhat depressing, but as a great piece of story-art, it fits right into Apple Arcade.

Won’t let me progress. I love the game overall, but on day 3 when you turn into a cube and use the green blob to help move around it won’t let me get to the other side of the path where the door is. I’ve tried everything and watching a walkthrough of it, it just lets them pass but it stops me as if it’s the edge of the map. I’ve tried changing the perspective, I restarted the game and it still won’t let me pass.

Great but crashes. The game overall is great and very cinematic. I love the story and what it truly means however I am playing on my IPad Air 4 and I cannot get passed level 25 extracting and catching “disobedience “ without the game freezing multiple times upon completion. I have to leave the game and join back in. When I do so the game starts that level all the way over every single time. May just delete the game altogether if I cannot finish unfortunately. But great game nonetheless.

Amazing game, quite confusing, but fun and intuitive.. The game starts off so slow and honestly completely confusing I wish there were a bit more guidance at the beginning but once you get a handling on it it becomes easier to handle/navigate. I give this 5 stars because on top of it being a good game it also made me take a look at myself as a person and check the parallels between the game and my life. I’d definitely recommend.

Am I the only one who cried?. All I can say is WOW! I never played a game reminiscent of reality, or reality as many of us know. I almost stop playing the game early on, because of its repetitiveness. However, I realized that just how this game is supposed to feel. At times when we do things that don’t bring us joy, it feels as if we are living the same day over and over again. I cried, I know...I’m sensitive. However, I felt as if the player understood what I understand about joy. This is more than a game! I hope to see this game being awarded in categories from the story line, to the graphics. It was beautiful and heartfelt. There has been only one other game I could say this about. Thank you to the team that made a thought, reality!

Great game, mechanical flaws.. Edit: The game is amazing and the ending was great at piecing every aspect together and concluding the story. I think one of the reasons the mechanics are subpar is, it is supposed to take a considerable amount of effort to get him to work each day. Because, depression. Great game, but there are mechanical flaws. I find it hard to believe the developers put all this effort into the game and none into the user experience. You can’t get this guy (who I named Paterson because he reminds me of that movie), to work on time. 1, because his life is so utterly boring that he is distracted by simple things. 2, the mechanics are so horrible that I can’t tell if I’m walking him incorrectly or he’s distracted by a poster. Please implement an on screen joystick.

I Absolutely Loved This Game. It is honestly in my top 5 favorite games I’ve ever played. I’m sure many people would find this game too weird and hard to understand. I found it really powerful with a great message about the everyday life for many of us. Most of us really are just cogs in never ending machines, working our lives away and putting what’s most important on the back burner. I could not put this game down. It’s like a good book that you’re obsessed with. It is a very gloomy and sad game realizing just how much truth there is to it when relating it with the real world but it’s powerful message and entertaining and interesting gameplay keeps you coming back for more. I give it 5 stars for everything. Great game and I would love to see more like this from these creators!

Pretty ...But Slow. This is a very visually appealing game. It is almost a work of art in and of itself. The fact that there are little to no instructions is a double-edged sword. On one side it allows the player to just explore and learn as they go, and on the other, it can get frustrating, easily when there are no clear and concise instructions or objectives. That being said, the game move pretty slow. I almost HATE having the character brush his teeth everyday because of how slow and long that process takes. The controls are a little wonky and twice I have experienced not having any mobility at all regardless of what I tried to do. I think this game will be a top hit once some more player feedback is incorporated and more fine tuning is complete.

Great miniganes; loooong cutscenes.. The gameplay outside of the mini games is essentially a series of very long, very beautiful cutscenes where one gets to direct the character slightly. The games are disproportionately accessible, and lack incremental impetus…which was clearly deliberate and not wrong, but also less fun than they could have been. The innate nihilism makes ‘blipcoin’ invert common market conditions, and ‘blipblop’ starkly indicts every idle/farm app. An elegant social commentary on futility.

Wonderful game but there is a problem. there is a bug at the point which get packed up. It prevents you from walking over the yellow paths and making it to the exit. I checked around to see if people were having the same issue and sure enough, they were. Since the year 2019. I can’t finish the game due to this. Otherwise it’s a very beautiful game with great storytelling. 4 stars ⭐️

Great story, so so mechanics. I was really drawn into the maudlin story. If you like thought provoking story driven games this is for you. If you like action packed gameplay however, skip this one. There are 4 mini games with objectives, the rest of the game is just taking your character through the story. The controls can also be frustratingly slow with many invisible walls. The visuals and music are fantastically moody and more than make up for it. A unique find!

Finished the game in one sitting. I love this game so much words cannot describe. Immediately after finishing it I went to download the blip blop game and am very satisfied with the whole experience. One question I have is if there is an app designed after the puzzle we have to complete for the main character’s work (the one using the extractors and such). If not then I would be more than delighted if an app were made for it just like how one was made for blip blop. Thank you very much for the amazing game!

Bad Controls, Bad Performance, Good Game. It’s such a shame that there isn’t controller support or at least a virtual joystick for this game (yet). As a result, especially if you’re on a smaller device, you’ll be spending most of the time trying to position your finger in a way that gets you where you need to go without obscuring too much of the screen. Unfortunately for me I only have access to an iPhone 7 and AppleTV (both on the same chip), so the game runs horribly, often dropping to as low as what feels like 5-10fps. This also seemed to affect the audio as well, as it flickers a lot during bad performing sections and I had it cut out entirely once until I closed and reopened the game. The game itself seems like it could be a great time, as I enjoyed it just enough despite the major issues to finish it, but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone playing it on a small and (I guess) weak device. It has some really neat visuals, though I feel like the experience would be served just as well if not better by an animated short (though there are already plenty that pretty much explore the same themes).

Story based and makes you think. This is a great game!! I love this type of dark narrative based game where a world slowly unfolds in front of your eyes. There are subtly creepy vibes from it, and it explores the monotony of everyday life, waking, commuting, working, and for what? It was beautifully made and easy to grasp the story line even with minimal dialogue. The controls could use some working on, it doesn’t have the ease of use that games like Playdeads inside have, but I am sure that it will get there eventually with a little work. It is somewhat easy to figure out what to do, the game subtly guides you in the right direction. Overall it was a great game, and I enjoyed the whole thing! I played while sick, sitting on the couch and it is rainy and dark outside. It almost felt like the game was becoming my life and it hit me on a deep level. 10/10 worth your time.

Mosaic. This game had a brilliant design. If you are complaining about the controls then you probably missed the point. The controls are intentionally difficult to grasp. You need to become accustomed to frustrating monotonous travel from the start or else you won’t tolerate it as a cog on a wheel in the machine. I was impressed by the lessons this game has well thought out approach to deliver shift in perspective

I rarely write reviews and leave ratings. Beautiful game, beautiful story. I would definitely play this through several times again. I thoroughly enjoyed the story and meanings behind. The art style is fantastic as well as the quality. Thanks for creating something so very immersive. I found myself after getting lost in this game feeling re inspired to enjoy life the way that I had always dreamt.

Want more and controls not fully responding. I wish there was more to the story because i finish this game twice and it would be great to add an update to add more chapters. The controls don’t always respond and there’s times were i need to press harder or open the game again. I wish there was a tutorial because when I first played it i was very confused of what to do and move my finger all over my screen. This was a great game thank you for publishing this game.

Powerful story. This is a surprisingly very short game. It’s sort of like an interactive tell-tale game— which is phenomenally done on a mobile device. The story was powerful and the ending was very sweet— like a wonderful and bright ending to a chamber music piece. I believe this is a one-time play through unless you’re a completionist and would like to see if choosing different options results in different outcomes.

Stuck at conveyor belt bug. It doesn’t let you go anywhere. Tried looking it up online to see if I was doing something wrong and no, a bunch of people have this bug and reported it a year ago, to which the developer commented & said they were releasing a fix for the bug in a week or so, it’s been a year. Of course it’s right at the part where things are starting to happen. Don’t bother playing to get invested in the storyline just to get permanently stuck. It’s infuriating. Probably would have been a great game, other than it being kind of slow, it was an amazing depiction of depression, but right at the good part where it looks like you’re going to finally try to go against the depression, boom you’re stuck. Infuriating & depressing.

cool i guess but boring. i played this a few months ago and was bored to death so i deleted it before i finished. then i saw a review less than 24 hours ago saying “the story was breathtaking” so i redownloaded and btw there’s only like 5 levels, there’s like 4 interactive parts and i completed the game in a total of like 2 hours which idk but that’s boring to me. also the story was sooo predictable. spoiler: but of COURSE the colors you literally discovered that day on the way to work are the threat bubbles and all the people are the dots coming from the extractors. it’s all grey black and white game people! of course the 3 colors you see and 2 words said to you are related. it was just so boring and the guy moves so slow and you don’t truly get to explore when you can’t move past a scene without being pushed toward whatever the devs want you to discover. it’s a cool game and idea but just so so boring. don’t waste your 2-4 hours on this game that feels like a gloomy day. :/

Great game, just maybe not for phones.... I truly loved this game when I downloaded it... but the character is always glitching, it’s mostly at the same spot, I deleted the game so I could redownload to see if it was just my phone but it did it again, it’s right as he goes into his office after hugging the guy outside. It won’t scan the phone right or it’ll freak out altogether and just go black? I’m not sure what’s wrong hope it’s get fixed so I can continue playing.

Super Bummed. I am really enjoying this game so far. It has the somber feel and ambiance I like in my games. As most reviews have mentioned, the controls aren’t great. However, I seem to be the only person facing the issue where I literally cannot progress. I’m trying to cross and empty yellow line space as a cube and it just will not let me continue ahead. I even picked up my PlayStation controller to see if that would solve the issue. I hope this gets fixed because I’d love to see how this one ends. ):

Simple gameplay, but what a story. This is one of the unique games that I have ever played. The way of telling story for this game is very charming, same life pattern with tiny difference every day. It creates big curiosity for me to follow the story and see what’s going on next. On another hand, the real gameplay mechanics is quite simple. Maybe I am still in the early stage of the game, therefore I can’t really tell the connection between the gameplay and the story yet. The game is also full of symbols. From the yellow butterfly to the musician to the giant shoes. They’re very drama and attractive. Even the main gameplay I guess also contains symbols. Maybe it is telling a fact that humans are cutting down forests to build houses. One of the drawback of the game is the walking. I am playing this game on my iPad Pro. Since the screen is big, the direction control by tapping different area on the screen is hard. It gives me a bit of frustration, but since the game is not very action packed, therefore I guess I can get used to it.

Far more a piece of art than a game. This goes right into the ‘games as art’ category, though IMO such stuff should be free. On the other hand, Apple Arcade gives it a visibility it otherwise wouldn’t. Anyways, I marked it as four stars because the funky camera controls in some areas and FPS drops while traversing some scenes detract from the experience. Also, putting the fish in your pocket doesn’t actually change anything outside of a few dialogues, would be cool if it actually made a noticeable difference.

Was Excited.... ...and then let down. I liked the concept of The Mosaic. 1984 is one of my favorite books. Initially I was drawn in by the visuals but that quickly faded with the clunky controls. I pushed through to the first mini game which was confusing and not fun. Once that was completed, the second day begins. You go through the same tasks, but it draaaaaaaaags. Your character brushes their teeth for 30 seconds, stares at the mirror, and veeeeeery slowly looks down at the basin. After that, I got to a part where you control a butterfly. Those controls were just as clunky. I quit, deleted the app, then reinstalled it so I could leave this review. I like the concept, but this needs a lot of work.

Bug in Conveyor Room = Unplayable. Devs: Please read. I was really loving this unique game and how it doesn’t spell everything out for you. But there is a bug for some users when we get to the conveyor room. The character has been “packed up” and must get off the conveyor belt and escape the factory, but a bug prevents us from being unable to walk the protagonist across the final yellow walkway where the factory exit is just on the other side. I spent 25 mins trying to find how to exit this room thinking it was part of the “not spelling out the objectives” approach of the game. Nope. I finally gave up and searched for a walkthrough, and I found a lot of posts saying they’ve got the same issue. The devs responded to one thread and said it would be fixed in an upcoming patch... The bug complaints go back to 2019.... Maybe this issue was addressed on a different platform, but I can’t believe it still hasn’t been sorted for iOS. When the issue is resolved, I’ll gladly finish the game and update my review.

Painful to play but good message. Overall I found this slow, depressing, and at times painful to play. I’m not sure what drove me to complete it but the ending is subdued and somewhat satisfying. Movement is difficult and game mechanic is sometimes vague during milestone objectives (like the drag to connect loops). The part where you’re a cube is buggy and I had to restart several times to get through it. I must say they did successfully create what it feels like when you’re a cog in a machine. It does become a bit humorous when you realize everything is stacked against you.

Take your time with it. It’s a great game. Not an action but more like a visual novel. Story was good, graphics and music. It’s really good if you spend a bit of time with it and pay attention to all the details, like the phone apps. Give it a go! I wish there were more games like this.

Amazingly poetic. Such a beautiful and emotional game. The critic of society is real, though I felt it showed this in a very poetic and artistic manner. The importance of sounds for immersion is huge, all the subtleties of the game rely on them. I think this game would really appeal most to people who relate to the character. The artistic choices played really well into understanding the emotions. I didn’t think a low-poly game could ever make me feel this way. 100% recommend, the developers did a great job.

Nice graphics. The graphics are nice and there is an element of whimsy to the break out cut scenes. However if you‘ve kept at the game for a few hours hoping for a satisfying enlivening of the story or gameplay, it‘s not coming.

Beautiful graphics, not much else. Really hard to engage with, moves really slowly.

Visually impressive but frustrating at times. This game clearly has some great artistic direction behind it but falls short in certain areas such as frame rate drops on ATV4K, and awful usability issues such very tiny icons and text with no explanations of contextual menus while playing or how to even reach the goal or how the game works (assumptions?). I had to put this game down because of these frustrations.

Really good, just two things to note. This is a very good game, and shows themes of depression, isolation, and our modern lifestyle. It reminds me of INSIDE actually. Two issues with the Apple Arcade version: 1) Frame rate drops & texture issue: I noticed some occasional FPS drops and textures appearing rather late, across 13” MacBook Pro (2019), iPhone XR, 2018 iPad Pro and Apple TV 4K. This mainly occurs at the beginning of a new scene though. 2) Camera For me the camera moves too slow, in some scenes... this causes the main protagonist to leave the frame before the camera can keep up. Maybe this is a creative approach to demonstrate the slowness of his mundane life... but I found it a little uncomfortable.

In what seems typical of Apple Arcade releases. One launches the game, and finds that the UI elements haven’t been optimised for the device one is playing on. In this case, the menu at the title screen is tiny: the “start” and “options” text minuscule. Don’t the developers actually test these games on multiple platforms and adjust accordingly?

Beautiful but buggy. What a beautiful, poetic, poignant game! I love the premise of the game, but the controls are a bit buggy, (hang in there, it can be done!) and frustrating particularly near the end, manoeuvring the character just doesn’t happen to cross the yellow walkways, and then it crashes. Beautiful, but really buggy functions at times.

Compelling, intelligent, deeply satisfying. One of those unique gaming experiences that transcends genre. The passion and creativity is apparent in every corner of the monotony, maniacal loops and liberating escapes of this game. My recommendation is to try to play through this in a single sitting, for the full, immersive, sad beauty.

I’m uninstalling…. The functions of the buttons is way to tedious and frustrating especially at the end sorry to say I’m uninstalling…

Freezing. I really love your game but when I do milestone 34587b it keeps freezing me. Can you fix it?

Boring. The game is very boring and repetitive. The game is long and I was happy when the game was announced in Apple Arcade but when I play on my iPad Pro it have bug. The concept is cool but a little to repetitive.

Some things to make it better. Fix controls mostly.. The controls are absolute GARBAGE! Give me a joystick. Dude gets stuck on nothing, but isn’t actually stuck cause if you drag ever so slightly away from where you want to go he’ll walk again. Camera angle changed? Well better uncomfortably slide your finger round the screen and hope he kinda stays in the same path, jk you’re touching a box you gotta go around, he stopped. As for game play I like it so far, gives me a limbo kinda feel. To bad the controls made me quit. If there’s other options for controlling the dude it would so much better. Till then sliding around on an iPad sucks. Will update if I decide to torture myself and play some more.

Depressing. If you don’t feel depress enough, “play” this. It’s dark, it’s slow, it’s boring. The most exciting part was watching the guy sleep, but I gave up while waiting for him to finish brushing his teeth.

Overheating. I can’t even play the game for more than a couple minutes before my phone overheats

A delightful diversion. All the critical reviews for this game only emphasize its charm. This game is full of wonderful surprises and thoughtful moments. It is not a typical button smashing “arcade” game and everything is deliberately slow and dreamlike, but it is a welcome change of pace and a pleasure to play.

terrible. this is a game that intentionally wastes your time, while at the same time incompetently tries to make a point that modern society pointlessly wastes your life. So definitely play it if you like a strong dose of irony.

A bit slow. The game is fine but does he really have to brush his teeth for so long? At some point the "atmosphere" starts to interfere with the gameplay. At least the travel to work is different each day.

Fun Casual Game.. The game flips back and forth between a mini game and a story based thing. I enjoyed more than I expected to.

Great game. Loved this. Beautiful, poetic, metaphorically rich.

Too repetitive. Story progression is too slow. Seemed more like a hassle than fun. I understand the emotions the developer is trying to convey, but there must be a better way of delivery.

A work of Art. I usually play games for the visual effect, a calm and new-world experience without any unpleasant jolt of adrenaline. I loved this so much. Great for explorers and nonconformists. Even the mini game was appropriate for the ecstatic theme. This is just brilliance. Thanks for the boxing of the people. Perfection. If I could give 10 stars I would.

A unique experience. Though the story is a little derivative, the art style and game mechanics are great. I actually sort of looked forward to the work sequences ( what is wrong with me?!), but the story sequences are great, too. Definitely a game that makes you think which are the sorts of games that I like the best.

The most incredible game I’ve ever played.. This wasn’t a game, it was more of an experience. It was disturbing and comforting in so many different ways. Incredible.

Disappointing. I found the game actually fun to play, but when I woke up the fourth day in the game, I accidentally pressed on one of the checkpoints button and the fourth day wasn’t saved. I had to restart from the day before. It should save more often.

Boring and makes phone heat up. Very boring game. Slow and not very fun. Also my phone heats up hotter than hot lava on the iPhone X.

Please fix. Stuck at metro level exit after being compacted. Watched apunwrapper and doing same thing but the cloud perspective makes impossible to exit level will have to stop here if cannot progress to next level. Frustrating

An engrossing documentary about modern life. 10 BlipBlops out of 10

beautiful but a little slow moving. i really enjoyed it but i would’ve liked if a few things were a bit faster

Doesn’t start on my iPad Pro. Get stuck on the “mosaic” loading screen

Absolute genius. Read some of the other reviews and have to give it a hard pass. This game is bloody amazing. Like it’s not really a game. But a interactive story, but not a interactive story. The themes, metaphors, music just played out so nicely. Really enjoyed this game.

Bad in general with some meh. Clearly not optimized for iPhone, also very glitchy

Exhausting experience. Good idea for the game. But the progress is really slow and gross. I suggest three thing: 1. 2x or 4x speed mode for walking 2. Better tip for the use of the color cloud ( it took me over 10 mins to understand its use) 3. Better tip for the hex function button ( until end, I don't know the use of bouncing hex because the tip of that is too fast) The idea is 4 stars, the time wasting and unnecessary expression of the idea is 1-2 stars. The game BLIP BLOP in mobile phone is better to be extracted out to be independent game. I give it 4 stars.( But make sure the game remind people long time tapping may cause finger disease)

5 stars, plz read. Hello, Even though this game is not exactly a 5 stars, it stands enough apart from other "generic" apple arcade game to deserv it. The "brush your teeth" slow sequence is A+, i was expecting a suspence moment, like a monster coming from nowhere, but nothing, nothing happened, and thats fine like this. Very intense moment like the yellow butterfly. I like the blue, grey, black color choice, reminds me of "out of this world". I'm not sure why mini games were put in this game (I didnt liked them), would have liked more work on story instead. I worked 10+ years in the gaming industry, and played 1000+ games... this game surprised me and thats good. This is a good start dev. team. Good job! Matt

loveitloveitloveit. Beautiful game, loved every second of playing it. No bugs, glitches, just awesome gameplay and storyline. I truly love this game and anyone who rated it less than 5 stars because of “bugs and bad controls” needs to get a new phone and clean their nasty fingers.

Great concept- way to glitchy. Love the idea and story, but has bugs. Got stuck in one level and when googled found out it was a glitch they have know about since 2019 and have not fixed. Saving is horrible. Lost lots of game play time having to redo entire scenes. Only half way done, and want to see the end- but will just watch a walkthrough.

Decent world, janky controls. Very hard to consistently control the game. The tone of the world is fascinating, but sometimes I found myself wondering exactly why some of the things were even included in it. The ending was a little abrupt for my tastes but I don’t regret the play through.

Breathtaking. This game is an incredible immersive experience. It’s truly a work of art that has deep and real messages. It moved me, resonated with me, and brought me to tears. I think that everyone should play this beautiful game.

Hi so imma re do this. Hi so imma re do this but if you thinkin about getting this lemme just say ITS BIG I deleted 5 apps and it’s still on on my phone but imma redo this after I play a lil

Wanted more. I love this game and the design. I felt the drudging of the character in the beginning. I would’ve loved to have seen more of the color and resolution of the character developing into someone who began to enjoy life. The ending felt rushed and while I understand the artistic aspect of everything i wish there would’ve been a bigger pay off.

Amazing game but I have to know. First of all, hats off to the developers. The symbolism is amazing. Saturn-esque. I must know. What’s your underlying message here. I’m thinking simulation theory? Possibly a representation of the holographic demiurge?? Do tell!! Great content

Controls are bad. The controls on this game is kinda like playing surgery simulator but better to go left you have to slide the left side of the screen and go right the right side of the screen if there were a joystick it be better to get through doors

Amazing. I saw this game and it’s reviews and thought meh but I played it and it is amazing I played it the controls worked fine not bad but not amazing but then the game experience that was amazing the simple figures but great story the end with his guitar that was beautiful I play many games but none can replicate the experience I had with this one

Cool graphics, boring game. The graphics are really cool, but aside from that it’s a very boring game, it’s very slow, and I’m not really a fan of the way you move. Controls need to be redone and game play needs to be sped up. There also should be some sort of objective but there doesn’t seem to be.

The graphics and concept are amazing but.... The glitchy bugs, the movement controls and the overwhelming slowness of movement completely ruined the game. The concept, story line and the graphics are belligerently amazing and I wish I could give this game a good review but i was so bored by how slowly the game unfolded and how limited the interaction was. It’s a one direction slow game with not much happening placed in a 3D world and it’s infuriating but story line concept and the graphics blew me away.

Ok, so this is art.. Wow, what a a beautiful and beguiling game. Hang with it. Don’t give up. The ending is worth the journey, but also enjoy the journey. Honestly, I’m amazed this game exists and I’m amazed no one is talking about it. It’s like nothing I’ve ever played. Brilliant.

Awful controls. I had to start over the metro checkpoint because it wouldn’t let me on the train, and your character randomly stops walking and gets stuck behind invisible walls. When he turns into a cube and has to pass through the people carrying other cubes, there’s an invisible wall blocking the path that can’t be crossed even when there’s a gap in the line. This is a game breaking glitch because you cannot continue in the game past this point, and I honestly got the Apple Arcade subscription just to play this. Disappointed and rated 1 star because of this

Fantastic adventure game. Loved this amazing game. I rarely play mobile games but this one changed my opinion of what I should expect from a mobile game experience.

Creative Story and Engaging Puzzles. Highly recommend if you like single player games with a creative plot and interesting games. I look forward to other titles like this one. Good job👍🏻👍🏻

Finished the game. Game is a little bit too slow-paced on parts, also the art, to me, feels kinda outdated. Runs very hot and kinda slow on my iPhone 7. OKish story IMO especially after you get to the end, but still the story is pretty hard to make sense of (at least to me). Not sure if the average gamer will like it.

Slow and stuck. This game has huge potential to be a great game! The slow walking for which I need to keep my finger on the touchscreen gets old fast and sometimes I can’t see the whole screen. It would be better if the controls were point and click. I’m intrigued by the nice artwork and idea of going through motions in a day and I can see a development taking place but I got stuck behind a display in the metro level on day 3. I guess I’ve to go back to an earlier checkpoint.

Very Unique Experience. Never played a game like this. One of the reviews described it as “interactive storytelling” and I agree. Both the environment and the characters worked together to build a society that feels exaggerated yet familiar.

Everything just took to long!. It’s a fairly pretty game but I just couldn’t keep playing cuz the story was taking far too long to progress. While trying to make an enticing game you forgot to actually focus on the story which is what let’s people enjoy these kind of games. Disappointing cuz it had potential but I had bet little patients for the slow repeating story and hard mechanics with zero explanation.

Great Concept Poor Execution. The game had a very good story and consent of not being stuck in a job that is the same each day. To remember to experience life, and to no be connected to the phone. My main Issue with the game is Controls. I really don’t like how all these games on the Apple Arcade don’t have a Joystick. It makes playing the game so difficult. Learn from your mistakes and fix that control feature.

Reminds me of the film: Education of Fredrick Fitzell. This game when I first played it reminded me of the film Education of Fredrick Fitzell. It’s about an ordinary man’s life but he sees his life play out before him and which ways his life could go and it’s up to the player to guide him through these different paths to get him to the end of the story. It’s very rich with the graphics and details and it’s very moving

Enthralling storytelling!. This game is so good, it gave me a new experience and a gentle reminder, i love it and totally recommend it. Thank you to the makers, if you ever make any more wonderful games as this one i will be the first to invest in it.

Impressed. Wow, one of the best mobile games I’ve played. It’s an eye opener, please play this, because it is a really good story without spoken words. It is a good message, to stop with the routine, and live and enjoy life.

Controls are horrible. The game has an interesting but kinda dark story to it, its as if the dude is going through depression, anyways, the controls, like how you move around is weird and personally i really dont like them, it also has some visual bugs

Difficult to control on iPad. The camera and movement controls can be awful. I’m currently stuck in one section where the character is compressed into a block because the movement controls either don’t work or the camera shifts to an overhead view which I have no idea how to change. There are no control options or even explanations. It was probably designed for a console controller or PC.

Too difficult to control. The controls in this game are both very confusing and frustratingly slow. There are times when you can’t tell if the game has paused your character to make you look at a background animation, or you’ve hit an invisible wall, or your character is just moving really slow. I had enough during the crushed into a cube part. I really don’t know what the game was trying to say overall because the controls were so distracting. The hexagon puzzle parts were fun.

Slowly Killing. Wanted to give it shot despite reading a whole bunch of bad reviews. However I was let down anyways. The character throughout the games moves so slow! The game also just has a whole bunch of features that at the end won’t be even used… Like whole blipblop clicking game and the blipinvesting app…. Waste of time, ending was a let down… Never again.

Def not for everybody.... Personally I found it slow and boring, it’s like being in someone’s brain who is high but you’re not... The game is not even that beautiful if you wanna call it an “experience game”. But my main issue over them all, like too often in that type of game, the gameplay control!! Omg so painful to just move the character... Some might like that “game” but pretty sure you won’t...

AMAZING GAME WITH WAY TOO MANY BUGS/CRASHES. This game is beautiful, eery and very unique. HOWEVER there are far too many bugs to really enjoy it. Mine just crashed after one of the extractions I was doing for a good 15 minutes. Deleting unfortunately because I’d love to really play it but I just cannot keep starting over on long chapters and events.

Loved it!. As a tech worker for the past 25 years and as a musician this was the best experience I've had in a while. Because of the isolation of Covid-19 I actually got choked up at the end and I'm 57. Thank you for making me forget things for a few hours. I won't forget this game. Weeks later and I’m still thinking about this game!

A simple story & stunning game. A flawless mobile game where you aim to break the animosity of a dreary world. I recommend this game if you’re looking to have an adventure full of choices, mini games, and creativity. P.S. I absolutely L O V E the visual designs of the game and the simplicity of its story!

I really love the game. It was an amazing game I wish I could give a 4.5 instead of 4 my only complaints are the walking it’s too slow for me and I don’t know if it’s the game or Game Center but it wouldn’t give me a single achievement it might be the game cause it said very low percentages of people getting the achievements

Amazing WOW. I just finished the game and it came at a perfect time. I’ve been struggling big time with depression and this game (not sure if it was meaning to) pulled me out. Subtle messages like “maybe you need a change in perspective” which not only is a saying but becomes one of the major mechanics of the game throughout. Wow. Takke!!

OK - Matrix fans will love this. I totally felt like Neo the moment I pressed play. The design and feel of this whole game is a dystopian paradise. I felt like I was in the middle of an Equilibrium movie scene at times and was constantly looking for clues. It’s pleasantly addictive, fascinating to the senses and truly takes you for a mental trip of surrealism. Absolute LOVE!

PLEASE FIX. The game is definitely intriguing however the controls are horrible. it’s so frustrating trying to control my character and change the POV. 😬😬😬😬😬 This issue makes me not want to play but at the same time I really want to see how it plays out! 🥺

Inspirational. This is the most beautiful, thought provoking game I’ve played in a while. I absolutely loved it! It’s not challenging, and usually I need that, but I was glued to the screen despite it. The end was really good and left me feeling very cheered up. I miss the game already.

love!. I love this game! Although i’m not very fond of the controls because they were very slow, i think this game provides an important message that anyone can appreciate. Thank you for making such a great game!

Horrible Controls. I can’t say how much I would like this. I tried using a controller and then without. Controller doesn’t work from what I seen. But I still wanted to give it a shot. These are some of the worse touch screen controls I used in a while. The mobile game got my attention for a bit. But then I wanted to play the main game and once I tried moving around I seen how bad it was to get from one point to another.

Slow yet intriguing. The Mosaic is a very well written game with a realistic storyline. The graphics are great, however the controls are a little stiff. It’s better to play on the iPad so that you can have the full effects of the game. I finished it in little under a day and I will warn you that the daily actions that you have to complete will become monotonous and simple, but it helps with the overall feel and moral of the game.

Terrible. This game has so many bugs and the lack of any instructions is infuriating. During the “Work” part of the game where you have to build up hexagonal shapes, it is impossible to know how to exactly work within the screen. It is confusing and also has several errors where you aren’t allowed to make necessary connections. Needs serious retooling before I attempt to play again

Beautiful game.. The Mosaic is a wonderful, almost enchanting simulation. 10/10, it is my favorite game other than Minecraft. You should definitely play.

Seemlesly immersive. So far I’m hooked, this game is about tediousness without itself being tedious. In fact the theme of being the same everyday makes it more interesting because the differences are that much more significant and you start to wonder what’ll be different the next day. The music is great. The controls are a little annoying but for me they weren’t bad. There’s a lot of creativity and lifelike aspects in this game Over I love it

More than a game.... I’m amazed at the fact that mobile gaming is moving so quickly into a new level of craftsmanship and sophistication. This gem is more than just a game it’s a social commentary, mixed with intelligent game play that doesn’t hold your hand. It seamlessly transitions from one idea to the next so that there is no sense of dis-continuity or leveling. An impressively, surreal experience, with lots of heart. Kudos Devs!

More of an experience than a game but I love it. This really is a phenomenal experience that show how games can be art. Although the controls are not the best, it really is something people should experience and ponder.

Its reach exceeds its grasp. The game represents an interesting notion that seems to want to speak to one possible interpretation of a current or near future reality. That said, the game is more concept than execution. There’s not much to interact with, and the storyline is vague and leads to no particular end. Fine if you have nothing better to do, but nothing more. Best to look elsewhere.

Nice message but the controls and pacing ruins the experience. The touch controls are just frustrating. There is no tutorial you just have to find out yourself how everything works. The character is difficult to control and direct. Also I like the plot but it was not delivered as well as I think it could have been. It left no impression on me honestly and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone to play.

Mosaic. I don't think it's a very good game because u do the exact same thing over and over again like u wake up get yourself ready then go outside then u go the time park in the back and then u meet the musician and then u go and get stomped on and then u enter the metro and finish the mil stone then u repeat the whole thing over and over again. And sorry if it's just a glitch but that is what happens every time in the game for me.

Interesting story interrupted by annoying mini games. Very atmospheric, but the controls are difficult and there’s no telling when you’re in a cutscene or you can move the character. The mini games take away from the experience. Otherwise a good play.

Poor control and slight pace ruined the story. This is such an incredibly lazy and bad port game. The only good thing about the game is the graphics which aids its storytelling. However, that’s it. The poor control design on mobile forces you use your finger to block about 1/3 of the screen. The sluggish pace is endless. A simple turn-on-TV takes 3 seconds and many unnecessary pause or slow motion is also infuriating. I finished this game only to experience the story and it’s graphics.
