Full of never ending glitches. Tried to find another provider and message them. Glitches out and blew me out if the app three times. Useless to me. Just like most of Intermountain, poor service, no effort put into fixing um this thing. Frustrating and useless. Might just as well call snd tie up there phones. Utah is the USA poorest service. Don’t know why, but have lived many places. Never found poor service or incompetent service to this extent. Explained the best I could. Try to pick another provider (Dr.). Blows me out of the app. If you guys weren’t scared of the customer like the cowardly lion you would have a phone number. Then you could actually fix this mess. Typical Utah. Supposedly hard working. Not really.

IHC MyHealth. This app is amazing. It gives me online access to all of my medical information including office visits, medical history and prescriptions. It also gives access to many other resources including scheduling appointments and following up with my primary care physician. I was an early subscriber to this app and it’s incredible to see the continual improvements that have been made. I am thrilled to have all of this information accessible and well organized in one easy to use application. Thanks IHC For this great resource!

It is what it is. I really love this app, it does need some TLC though. Trying to schedule an appointment on it can be a bit of a joke. There are only two options for types of appointments with my ob-gyn, and neither one is just a follow up appointment. Follow up should be an option for nearly, (if not all) the providers in your system on the scheduling portion hands down. It was really odd scheduling a “prenatal” visit when I’m 23 weeks along and this next visit will be my 4th for this baby…… just saying. The notes/ records section is a bit confusing, really feels like there may need to be some type of FAQ tab or little explanation italic I’s bubbles or something. I don’t know how the crud to get rid of a provider I no longer see on the main page. Kinda seems like that should be an option Other than that, I’m really happy about this app and that my records are easily retrievable.

Bad Privacy Practices. I am extremely disappointed in Intermountain. The app works fine enough— but the data they submitted for the new iOS privacy label is completely off the charts. There’s some basic data used for advertising. That’s not uncommon in a lot of apps, but from a healthcare provider? What are you doing collecting patient data for advertising? Then you get to analytics and I am floored. Why are you requiring sensitive health and financial information for analytics purposes? I don’t even think Facebook’s app crosses that line. Intermountain needs to seriously review their practices here because this seems like a massive violation of patients’ privacy— and may even be low hanging fruit for a legal team to investigate. Get it together, ASAP.

Great tech support hotline!. For some reason the app and website wouldn’t allow me access to my minor children’s records. I called the tech support hotline and the technician was incredibly helpful (Harvey?). There were many roadblocks we ran into trying to resolve my problem and I’m sure others would’ve given up, but Harvey never did. He tried technique after technique until he got it! I left a frustrating situation feeling very valued and cared for. Thanks!

Frustrating and glitchy. They “make” you use the app by limiting what you can do on the website patient portal and constantly pushing the app all over their website. Yet, half the time the app is “down” or doesn’t work properly. I’ve had numerous aggravating experiences with this app trying to find providers, schedule appointments, see test results, etc. and am left with no other options when the app doesn’t work, because there’s no “contact us” info for app help. It needs some major improvements…I’m puzzled and baffled by the lack of functionality and wondering who created this crap that doesn’t work half the time.

Charged $60 for an appointment that never happened. The app eventually refunded us, but beware that the app is super unreliable. We tried to do a remote video appointment and they all cost $60, but while we were waiting to be seen, the app closed, and this happened twice (mind you it also takes a while to go back in and set everything back up to do a different video chat), and they charged us money before we even saw the doctor. They really need to wait to charge people till the doctor sees them. It’s messed up that they do it before hand, because obviously if they did it after the fact, we never would have been charged. I’m sure there were people who didn’t know how to contest the charge and were ripped off $60 for no reason. I have the app two stars even though it probably deserves one, only because they refunded us. To me that doesn’t make up for this app being unreliable in the first place.

Just OK. The app itself works fine, but the layout of content is super frustrating. I hate that I have to look at 12 different pages to see lab results from 1 doctor’s visit. Also, if you can show my BPs all at once from several months, why can’t I get the same for lab results? It would also be nice if when I clicked on a future appointment, it would tell me the appointment time and not bring me to the Connect Care page. It would also be great if I could delete message that I’ve addressed. Definitely not as user friendly as the MyChart app that the U has.

My experience.. I went to the hospitals InstaCare because I was concerned I had pneumonia on top of my COVID-19. Everyone at the InstaCare was great they took my pulse ox and I had it reading of 84 the doctor then sent me to the ER where they proceeded to treat me like an idiot. Again I didn’t go to the ER I was sent there, and all these doctors at the ER could care about was that my pulse ox reading had gone up and I had I’ve been vaccinated. No one told me anything about my chest x-ray or is it if I had pneumonia or I should be concerned about pneumonia or how to help my breathing. I’ve now been home for a day in my lungs sound worse and I still can’t braids like normal. They gave me oxygen and sent me on my way. Again I still don’t know if I have pneumonia or anything wrong with my lungs if things aren’t better within the next couple days my wife and I will be going to another hospital and hopefully they will have better customer care and actually answer my questions and not treat me like an idiot.

Stephanie And Dr. Christensen were wonderful. I fell right in the middle of the hall in front of the time clock. So embarrassing. Stephanie tried to help me up then got a wheelchair. She wheeled me down to instacare. She did my vitals then at the end bandaged me all up. She handled me with such care. Dr Christensen was so gentle just examining my knee and telling me what I needed to do to take care of myself. I am so grateful they were the ones that took care of me in my time of need.

Records, details, notes. The records are not at all you to date, my latest surgery is not there. Medical issues are missing. The ones that are there have no notes, no details, no results, no background. Too many N/A that should be explained. However I do believe this app is very faulty. I bet if I went to the online portal it would have a lot more information. However online you never update insurance info. Why even have this app if you don't update it. Fix the problems. You're the largest employer in the state. Find some better programmers and pay to maintain this app it's easier to use but worthless if not maintained.

First time using the app for an appointment. Honestly I’m not very comfortable with online confirmation and scheduling at all, but after trying out this appointment scheduling through this portal I’m not only shocked but also fully satisfied with its results and I haven’t even gone to my appointment with my primary yet( less than 24 hours from now it scheduled me) I appreciate the convenience My Health+ def will recommend

Intermountain is behaving unethically. I wanted to be tested for RSV and influenza. They told me that they do not have testing for only RSV and influenza rather it also included Covid testing in the same test. I told them I do not consent to be tested for Covid. Their response was well you can take the test or you can leave. I feel that Intermountain is behaving unethically because they force you into a corner to consent to a quad test. Otherwise I leave and drive somewhere else with gas prices doubling in the last few weeks and then pay another co-pay somewhere else. This is unethical behavior forcing somebody to consent to one test that covers all or leave and pay more money to the healthcare system. Intermountain is a tax exempt entity and they are pickpocketing people by forcing them into a corner to make a decision to buy more gas and pay another co-pay to another organization just for one test.

Such a great way to possibly save a trip. I have a Halloween-worthy bruise on my arm and I was wondering if I might need someone to look at it in person. I mean, we’ve all read a bit too much on the interwebs and I was all thinking “blood clot!” Lol The nurse practitioner was thorough (asking to see it from the side as well as head on; was it swollen; are any areas below it numb, tingling, or swollen?). She even had me measure the size so she could make a note of it in my health record. Then she finished up with with telling what to look for, and how to relieve any discomfort it might be causing. She was calm and friendly. The background she chose was peaceful and cheery, so it did not add to any fear.

Navigation and organization are terrible. The pages on the iphone version look like they were put together by a first time programmer. The data and timelines flow right to left instead of left to right, and there’s no scrolling. Each of the report screen lists reports, but that’s it. You can’t tap the report to see the contents, so that’s useless. Same with imaging, a date is presented but you can’t view any images. Also simple forward and back navigation returns to the start screen with only today’s date, so viewing multiple items from a past date means constantly re entering the date over and over. Frustrating to say the least. Whomever does your phone development I’d fire in a heartbeat.

Saved my trip to Cancun. I was going on vacation to Cancun for my kids spring break. Got into the plane and realized we forgot the kids immunization cards at home and the hotel needed it for check in. I quickly signed into the app asked for proxy access and was given access to my kids immunization records while in the air and had it ready by the time we landed. Thank you for the proxy feature and quick timing to approve it.

Mammogram. The medical staff member responsible for doing my mammography study did an excellent job. Because of other health challenges I have, her job was made quite a bit more difficult. She handled my situational challenges with a kind and professional manner. What could have been an awkward and embarrassing process went very smoothly because of the way she worked with these challenges. She is to be commended (and given a raise 😊) for her top notch work.

What a waste. By SDC. As I drove up, there was very poor organization and very poor directions on where to go first. There were signs everywhere saying COVID-19 testing , So you go to one area and wait for 20 minutes or longer, as somebody helped you they redirect you to the back of the hospital, so after following poorly marked directions, You arrive where other AC employees are supposed to guide and direct but it seemed like they wanted to avoid eye contact and avoid anybody coming into get tested. Nothing was clearly marked, and employees would be chatting for several minutes rather than addressing vehicles, giving or taking tests. I was so unimpressed considering the billions of federal dollars put into making the system efficient. also the online portal is not very efficient either. The whole process of going through everything that is required from your Primary care, to testing, to getting results is duplicating many processes. The whole process is so inefficient, that I see many people not wanting to even get tested, which defeats the reason for testing in the first place. Patients are most contagious during the 4 days that process takes, infecting others. By the time results are gotten most people are out of the contagious stage. What a complete waste of time and effectiveness! Very unimpressed with IHC , top to bottom

System was very glitchy, but ultimately helpful.. I think the system might have gone down today, so my experience may be based on a rare technical problem. However, I spent more than one hour, and multiple phone calls and failed attempts, to connect with anybody. When I finally did, the only advice they could give us that they cannot give advice. But that is probably all they could’ve told me at the InstaCare anyway, so it saved me an expensive trip there.

Someday, maybe it will load. It is really nice to have all of my test/ lab results within a da, instead of waiting for the doctors to get a chance to look them over, and then wait for a phone call or have to make an appointment just to get the results. There are only two things that could do a bit better. 1. The loading times could be a smidgen faster. I don’t know what network the app is connecting to, to receive all the information, but if it could be sped up, that would be great. 2. If the appointments could show the times along with the provider and date, that would be awesome! Other than that, I’m very grateful to IHC for putting this app together, because it has been nice being able to get results faster. Thanks to all who were in the creative process!

absurd process to get results. Any call attempt has long winded useless redundant information to wait thru before attempting to get thru long winded descriptions of each option. Then the system ends the call without trying to contact any real person. Online, after having to avoid automatically being directed to Nevada, one must “register”. But instead of being able to simply setup an account, one must have an ID generated by you making that option impossible. Finally downloading the app did have the option to register without one of your IDs. Tho still tedious to complete, especially the ridiculous limited special character password stipulation, I, after an hour, was finally able to see my results. Absurd! Consider actually trying to navigate your own systems yourself before implementing them.

Quick test and quick results. I brought my 6 year old in with cold symptoms, wanting to make sure she didn’t have COVID or anything else worse than an allergy related cold or minor virus. They got us right in and within the hour, we were back out and on our way. They were very friendly and the test was quick. I had results through their patient portal in 45 min from her appointment.

The test results aren’t the only fast thing here….. Great experience at the Saratoga Springs Instacare tonight. With 2 sick kids this was definitely appreciated. They had them in, swabbed and out so quickly all while still making us feel heard and addressing our concerns. Within 15 minutes of arriving at home, Shane was calling with our test results. Thanks for taking good care of us tonight SS Instacare.

Not as user friendly as I would like. Though the interface is nice, there is a serious lack of information on the app as to how to add family members to your account so you can view them all easily. I had to comb through the app to find a number to call for any questions, and then I was given vague directions on how to request access to my child’s medical records, and then it took me another few phone calls to finally get the right sort of facility to send me an email to THEN set up and login all over again to be able to access my child’s information. I feel like all that work could have been avoided or done a lot quicker if there was more helpful information about family members records and how to add them directly on the app instead of jumping through many hoops like I had to. I’m a pretty tech savvy person and I have a background working with medical records so I didn’t give up easily, but I’m sure if I didn’t have that sort of experience under my belt, I would have stopped trying.

Bug in new update!. When I try to view my appointments that have been scheduled for weeks/months, it redirects me to a different page to schedule a new appointment with all the providers I have seen. All I can view is the time the appointment is at from the screen at top. I have no information on what provider or department my appointment it is scheduled with right now. Right now I’m relying on reminder calls or calling offices myself hoping I call the right one the first time. Honestly this is one of the worst bugs to have in an app people rely on a lot like healthcare during a pandemic. It seems like the ultimate disaster for healthcare especially if I end up holding up phone lines trying to get the correct information every time I have an appointment which is weekly right now.

Notification nightmare, but also a wonderful app!. Simply put, this app is a Godsend. I love how I get everything relating to my healthcare here, including test results, vaccinations (it let me know when I got my Covid vaccine!), procedures, doctors’ visits, etc. It’s wonderful. This said, the notifications section is off base and horrendous. I only get push and email notifications and don’t have a way to separate them out. So during an ED visit for a bowel obstruction and high pain, I got 40+ emails and app notifications for medications I don’t normally get as part of my care. These were irrelevant, and it caused me problems in having to delete these from my email. I’ve sent an email to technical support to allow us the ability to remove these types. Other than that, I highly recommend this app.

Perfect!. W head traveled to California to visit my son and ended up getting an external ear infection. After a night of little sleep I was able to get on Connect Care and visit with Dr Brezanaky who was able to send over and antibiotic to help as well as other OTC aids and helps. Took less than 15 minutes total!!! I am so grateful I didn’t have to hunt down an urgent care while on vacation!!

Self serving. I have to say I’m impressed with how easy it was to get myself tested by using this “self serve” method. Everything from the step by step instructions to the final submission went very smoothly and seemed to have the patient’s convenience in mind. The only negative feedback I have is that this may prove to be a little difficult or possibly even impossible to do for an elderly person who can’t navigate a computer very well. I did have to go to the App Store and install a QR scanner as manually entering the website address sent me to a dead end page. Other than that, it was an easy, convenient and fast way to get results.

Disconnect between notification and actual update. This is regarding covid test results as that’s the only thing I’ve used for so far. I got the test listed but no result. hours later I received a notice that I had important updates. when I looked there was nothing new on it until a couple hours later when the test result actually showed up. That was for my first child. With my second the test has been listed for 2 days with no result OR TEXT OF UPDATE. Now I’ve gotten the text that there was an update and still no actual update within my account via the app or online. Idk but it’s a bit annoying to get notices when there’s nothing online yet from my view.

Connect care needs refining. The app has been good for accessing health records, but scheduling appointments is clunky and I usually end up calling the office to schedule. The connect care timed out of the app while I was in the “waiting room” and I couldn’t get back to my visit. When I signed up for a new appointment, you can elect to have a text when your provider is ready, but when you leave the app there doesn’t appear to be a way to get back to your appointment and the text doesn’t have a link.

Stay home and get seen. Very easy to work the app. First time users will need to take a few minutes to register but once that is done everything else was easy. Great service! Loved the fact that I didn’t have to go to a clinic while I’m sick and worry about getting others sick. I was not able to select the pharmacy close to me (something with the App) but the provider was able to fix that.

I want to love this app…. I love the convenience of being able to book an appointment myself and see what’s available. This app does not work more than it works. I’ve had a couple of days that I was able to book through the app but usually I’m told that my primary care provider is no longer excepting new patients. Which I’ve been with him for 15 years so I’m definitely not a new patient. I really wish they would get the bugs in this out fixed because there is a lot of great information you can get from your profile like test results, summaries of visits, and technically you’re supposed to be able to communicate directly with your doctor to the app but sadly that has never worked.

Buggy. Buggy app. Tiny print shows up in boxes about the right size for a signature. (This was during registration on iPhone.) Hard to navigate. Good ideas, not quite ready for prime time. Also, I had a biopsy done. The app says results will be available “in 1-2 businesses days”. It has said that for over 3 weeks now. I’ve emailed and called repeatedly with no impact. After the first week IHC emailed saying results were available in the app. I replied noting that the app still says results are pending. Someone did reply, asking where I was looking. I explained, and got no further reply. I get that mistakes are made, but maybe do something to fix them when they are pointed out. And this part is self-serving, but I feel like biopsy results are especially important...

Crashes. I have tried to open this app multiple times in the last week and it crashes every time. What is the point of having this app if it does not work? I also agree with comments made about not being able to download or on my case even see patient notes. Again what is the point of having this app if it isn’t helpful. The one star I gave it belongs to being able to see lab results quickly. However if it crashes and I can’t see the results there is no point in having it. Please fix this and make it a functional portal like the many other apps from doctors offices and hospitals that don’t crash all the time and let you see your doctors notes.

No iPad landscape mode. Update: the app has improved over time. I’ve used the app on my iPhone and the Web version on my PC. Today I downloaded it on my iPad and quickly deleted it when I realized it won’t work in landscape mode. I always use my iPad with a physical keyboard, which requires landscape mode. So the app is useless on my iPad. MyHealth+ is very slow to launch. If you have recently used the app, login doesn’t work; you have to force the app to close first. Accessing the summary of a recent visit to a doctor is hit-or-miss. Sometimes it appears to download something but I don’t know where or how to find it. Sometimes there’s just a spinning wheel in the screen. Why not just display the report and give sharing and saving options then? This is just 2 examples of problems with this flaky app.

Love having this access. I see a physician in another medical group and their online portal is so minimal compared to MyHealth+. I love how quickly and easily I can get lab work data (I get draws every 3-4 months for Chronic Kidney Disease) and how I can view trend data. I also appreciate being able to message doctors for myself or my children. Having visit summaries available digitally has also been helpful and removed the filing burden of printed papers. I use MyHealth multiple times per month and it positively impacts my ability to be informed and intentionally in how I care for my health and my children’s health.

Trying to create a my health app profile/account. I have been trying for a week to create an account and set up a profile and passwords. It kept telling me to call the troubleshooter line. So I did, and the lady I talk to was wonderful! I was on hold for about 45 minutes, which is crazy! You should really get some better music well you’re on hold, because it’s has so much static, and repetitious...it could make you go nuts by the time the operator answers you! Anyways, the lady was awesome & so helpful! She helped me do all the things I needed to do to get my account on online set up!

Why can’t you make it easier to add kids!. Can I tell you how EXTREMELY annoying this app process is for kids! I’m registered as the guardian and caregiver for my kids on all of Intermountain systems. Yet, my kids can’t be added to this app nor can I create a login for them. The only way to add dependents is by waiting on the phone for 2 hours, then be told there is a backlog and that someone will call me back shortly. No call back ever happens. You call again the next day for another 2 hour hold, told I would be called back again. We are on day 3 of waiting for a call back, and meanwhile trying to figure out if test results are negative or positive. GAH! Oh and I asked if I can add all my kids at once so I wouldn’t have to go through this process each time. Guess you can ONLY add one child waiting for test results EACH TIME. Such a joke!!

Has its ups and downs. In all it’s a good app, you can check stuff set appointments make payments it’s like online banking. Like online banking it has its flaws in this case the app tends to crash often, at least 1-2x a year for about 3 days to a week it’ll say something along the lines of. “Sorry, the application unexpectedly crashed. reload the app” You tap and it’s just a circle of failure. Now you can log into the website and check your information but the issues are soon as you go to log into the website it wants you to use the app. So you need to shuffle around that, you would think it’s an update but it’s not, just a random issue that happens. Doesn’t happen every day but it happens enough to right a review about it. When the app does work and most of the time it does, it works well.

SelectHealth Members Only??. Attempted to use the app to check COVID results as instructed. App requires account setup. Went through the entire setup process, provided all of my personal info and verified my mobile phone # and email addresses only to receive a generic error at the very last screen saying unable to validate information, call for assistance. Called and the prerecorded msg said to expect a 1-2hr wait. wow. Judging from the reviews this app does work for some, maybe since I don’t have a SelectHealth account it doesn’t work for me? Or maybe it’s just easy way for IHC to collect personal user data? Disappointing, and very frustrating when many things hinge on knowing the results of a COVID test. App is unusable for me, and the phone option with a 1-2hr wait is a very poor alternative.

No help at all. I have been tested for covid twice this year and I never could get my results to pull up on this app. Earlier this year, i ended up calling for my results. This time I read someone's comment that they logged in online and so I tried that and all my medical stuff was there online, including my visit earlier this year for kidney stones along with both testing for covid. but there is absolutely no results showing in the app. This app is incredibly frustrating. It did say my results were in but no matter what I tried, every time I went to results it would say "no records at this time" or something. So if you're having problems getting any info on this app, just log in online. This app needs major work. Those results are needed by many people to know if it's okay to return to work and such.

Ok unless you want to ask something about your plan. This app is ok unless you want to communicate with anyone about your plan or its features. There are no options in the app for that, only a phone number with hold times from 30 min to 2 hours. Also, parts of the app (like suggesting ideas for health tools) don’t work at least in the version I have. In addition, some features I used to use on their website (like gym membership reimbursement) now direct you to download the app, where they are not available. I used to be pretty happy with select health but definitely would shop around now. The app needs some work in my opinion anyway.

Very buggy app and web based site. Why was the MyHealth app updated? It used to work “acceptably” well and now it is terrible. Even if allows you to log in at all it then fails to show your message to doctor in Sent Mail (even after repeated attempts). Was my message sent at all?? At various times tech support suggested clearing my Browser Cache or going to their web based site (which always seems to be the go-to solution). This did nothing to help and Cache clearing created its own problems with my computer’s memorized settings. Also, why so many separate clicks during log-in to get to my personal info?

The app is terrible. It took over an hour an a half to just get myself logged into the system to see the doctor. It kicked me out four times and I had to refill the paperwork. The last time it kicked me out I was in the waiting room and had just finished chatting with the nurse. I had to re-login, rush through the paperwork and hope the doctor I had chosen was still available. When I did see the doctor I was told to go into a doctors office anyway. I had specifically read what connectcare treats ahead of time to make sure I wasn’t wasting my time. It looks like I should have just gone into urgent care in the first place and not wasted my time with connectcare. I could have already been seen by a doctor by now. I do have to say the doctor I did speak to was kind and helpful. I just dont know what they can really treat over the phone.

Setting up account took three and a half hours. Once your user ID and password are set up it seems fine. Getting the account set up is a nightmare. Although the IHC network has been my primary provider for over a decade, the site was unable to verify my information. Attempted multiple times to no avail. The 800# I was instructed to call had a recording telling me wait times were two hours plus. This might prove to be the best program ever but because of the challenges of setting up my account I have an intense dislike for it already.

Excellent. I am grateful for Dr Beckstead’s expertise & professionalism. He listens, he is thoughtful, he is very knowledgeable, he is thorough, he is attentive. He educates himself & is open to new understand & research, he is very familiar with others expertise in the medical community. He is honest & he does what he says he will do. On top of all that, he helped save my life by acting timely and effectively. The others on his team are also amazing. I went in, he recommended an x-ray. It was late in the day, but the x-ray was taken within 15 minutes, read by the radiologist, posted to my MyHealth medical record, and Dr. Beckstead sent me an email - all within about 1 1/2 hours of the time the doc recommended the image! Truly Amazing! Thank-you Dr. Beckstead & your Intermountian team!!

Extremely useful, needs some improvements. This bit is only pertinent to the iPad version. Please provide the option for the screen to rotate to landscape. It’s just not ideal if you want to type. The graphics aren’t as nice either. The rest is about the app as a whole. (I honestly don’t know why people are leaving reviews about individual doctors; that’s wholly inappropriate.) It’s highly useful, but there are areas of improvement. First is that the app often freezes and crashes while trying to load. Second is that none of the visit notes or other information is available to download, including attachments sent by providers, even though there is a button to do so, and this is a HIPPA protected app. As a disabled person, I frequently need access to these notes and attachments and it’s cumbersome to have them sent via paper mail when they are readily available in app and SHOULD be downloadable. I also need access to message my non-medical providers, such as internal care managers within the Select Health system, who assist with patient care, prior authorizations, and appeals, as they are a connected system and work directly with my healthcare providers.

Quick and Reliable Service. We’ve used this app for emergency room practitioners several times now. Most of the time it’s extremely quick to begin speaking to a provider, but when they’re busy, the estimated time is accurate, and you get to wait from the comfort of your home. Each provider has been very knowledgeable and informational - Much more than my experience in brick-and-mortar emergency rooms. As a mother of 4, I highly recommend!

Dr. Falk is excellent!. I was so pleased with my visit with Dr. Falk. She is very knowledgeable and approachable. I have many health issues and she was able to address them and give me hope that they can be resolved. I realize that I have to do the work in changing my lifestyle, eating better and more exercise but she gave me some great ideas and was able to address some medication changes where o am being over medicated. I recommend her highly!

It’s Great but Could Use a Few Fixes.. My favorite thing is being able to see the results of any labs that I have done without needed to contact the office. I have multiple chronic conditions and it just makes it easy to track everything. I also love that I can send a message to my doctor and set up an appointment all from my phone because I tend to forget to call my doctors office if I have to wait for it to open. - There are a few things I wish could get a small fix. I have to open and close the app a couple times in order for it to let me log in. If I accidentally minimize the app and go back into it the message I typed is completely gone, and sometimes when im selecting a doctor to send a message there are multiples of one doctor. For example, I need to send a message to Dr. John but when I open the messaging screen there are 2-3 different options for the same doctor and if I choose the wrong one, it’ll never reach him.

Had a great experience. I had a great experience with my visit. The dr was very clear in his plans to help me and even had great tips to just help me start feeling better in the mean time. I will definitely choose him again if that is an option in the future.

I Hate Scheduling Appointments. I hate scheduling appointments… when I have to take time out of my workday to call the office. This is the first time I’ve scheduled a doctor’s appointment online and it was almost too easy! Now I know I’m way more likely to regularly see my provider. I think I love this app now.

Great, convenient health care. I didn’t feel good enough to drive myself to the doctor, so using this service was amazing! The check in was fast and easy, and I saw a provider within 10 minutes. Would recommend and will use again!

New to MyHealth+. I like having the information all in one place but I wish it were easier to find things. On the mobile app I feel like I have to go back and forth a lot and you can get information from one screen but not from another that looks like you should. It would also be nice to be able to download the info to a computer or send in an email.

Support. I wish to thank everyone on Dr. Mock support team and especially the people who don’t get seen much. A person by the name of Michelle gave me her loving time and attention, as an example. These actions don’t go unnoticed and as far as others , everyone has been very merciful to me. Rich Barela

Efficient and smooth and thorough. As a physician I was very impressed with our nurse practitioners knowledge level concern and thoroughness. I really like the connect care years of use and educational video that they play while you are waiting and especially the talk about limiting antibiotic use. Great service.

Medical results. Pleased to be able to see my results to have an idea for a discussion with my doctors. Not crazy about the format of lab results. To have to see each individual is not doing well for me. I prefer to be able to see the whole panel at one time to be able to compare with previous results

Great medical app!. I was very impressed with this app. It was really quick and easy to create an account and I was immediately able to access my son’s medical history, shot immunization records, and medical test results. I haven’t tried the other features such as scheduling an appointment but the app is well organized and easy to use.

Excessively difficult to navigate. As with all health care apps and websites, this app is confusing and unintuitive. It made me log in twice for some reason—I don't understand why they haven't yet figured out how to make their systems talk to each other. Doing something as simple as looking for lab results or setting up an appointment at a plan or sending lab results to a doctor requires a lot of clicks and/or may not even be possible on the app. This app gives me a headache.

Very Helpful Tool. This has been a very helpful tool for me as I’ve navigated many doctor’s appointments and tests during the past few months. My Health+ made it easy for me to stay of top of everything. So much better than having to call all sorts of clinics. Paying my health bills throughout has also been really convenient and fast. I’m glad to have this tool.

Care connect quick and easy. Today was my first time using care connect. It was nice to be able to do it from home. After filling out my information, I only had to wait about 10 minutes to be seen and the appointment itself took about 15 minutes. Got a prescription and a doctors note as well. Thanks

Account Setup. I could not set up my account without contacting the help line on the phone. Even then it took about 15 minutes to set up my account by having to go through at least 5 separate user name and password iterations. Seems to me this should be much easier to do on-line without telephone help. The help representative was “helpful” and friendly throughout the process.

Scheduling Appointments. The app to schedule your own appointments is fairly self explanatory. The main suggestion I have is to make the area where you indicate the reason for your visit more obvious. I thought I was supposed to choose one from the list. When I found it I panicked because I realized I only had a specific amount of time to complete the process.

My Health log in. I was having mind numbing problems in the my health app having my user name and pass word recognized and then reset. I called your help line and talked to Joe. He helped with resetting the password. I still had problems signing in and he politely stayed with me until I finally got into the app. In the end I got what I needed. I am very grateful to him. You should give him a raise. Franklin D Allen

Customer service help line. I called customer service help line because I could not get logged on. She was very helpful and stayed on the line until I was able to get logged in! She was kind, friendly and helpful, explained everything and answered all my questions! Thank you for having a customer service that is truly a customer service!!!

Pleasing appointment. Today, I had my annual wellness checkup with Damon Bell. He listened and answered all of my concerns with great care. He evaluated and made some changes to my meds, and made suggestions on how I could better my health by moving my body regularly and being more concerned about what I eat. Labs were drawn and the results were sent to me via email before sundown. Feeling very pleased with my visit. BG

Fast and easy to use.. This bill pay process was convenient and fast. The prompts were to the point and it moved through the screens quickly. Easier than paying with your card at the doctor’s office.

Promising but Awfully Designed. I’m not kidding when I say this app has a breakdown every time there’s a surge in cases. My results are in but none of my data will pull up and the online version isn’t working as well. Idk how this hospital system can’t afford more bandwidth for this app but it’s much needed. It has real promise, as I have been able to access records of x-rays and old blood tests, and also get messages from my doctor. HOWEVER, if this app is going to be the main method of covid test results delivery it needs REAL improvement.

I love Telehealth. I really appreciate this service. I can call a medical professional, most of the time for free, at 3 AM to get an opinion on whether or not to go to the ER. This time I didn’t have to waste $250 on an ER visit and got some really good advice on a anti inflammatory cream that doesn’t react with blood thinners. Plus the provider (NP) was very nice and funny. My Dr visit took place in my bedroom and I never had to get out of my pajamas!!!!

Everything in one place. I like that I am finding reports that I didn’t even know existed and that it is all in one place. My doctor had the nurse call about an MRI, and he told me the diagnosis in one sentence. I looked here and found and entire in-depth report. Sometimes it is hard to know where to find what you’re looking for or what is meant by certain tabs until you select it. Maybe it is “doctor speak” or something.

Everything I needed 🙏🙏🙏🙏. Doctor Robin Dale was so compassionate and so understanding and said everything I needed to hear and I begin my journey of healing. I look forward to the future and to making amends to all those I’ve hurt in my manic episode - I look forward to becoming the shining star that I’ve always been meant to be 💖🙏✨💫⚡️ THANK YOU DOCTOR! 💖

Dr. Campbell. Dr. Campbell has been a godsend for me. I am 74 years old and have many chronic conditions that requires frequent appointments. Each time I see Dr. Campbell, he is very open with me and respects my knowledge of being a long retired RN. He is very thorough and never rushed. If he says he will do something, he will carry through without question. He and Paula are a Dynamic Duo in my eyes. IHC is fortunate that he represents them.

A little glitchy. I like the app but sometimes I’m not able to see what my provider has texted through the app. I get a text notification stating I have a new message but nothing there. I have to login to actual site to see the message. This is not frequent but is a bit frustrating when I’m trying to communicate with my provider.

Buggy app. My husband and I could not add our son to our accounts. My husband was able to submit the form, but never received an email. I could not submit the form without the website or app crashing. We called today and were able to quickly reach someone. The gentleman we spoke with was able to help us get our son added to both of our accounts. I just wish the app could handle this process without making us call for help.

Nice work on the app!. I’d like to thank the developers and designers for putting together a great experience. It was easy to use; I was expecting a lot more trouble, but I quickly logged in and made an appointment for the same day! I loved that I could see the doctors available time slots! Thank you for seriously thinking about the experience. It was surprising!

Useless app. I have tried to log in to my account but did not remember my password. I requested a reset via my email. It never came. I tried to enter information on my phone and the keyboard ran off the screen and I could not reorient it. I called the help line and was told there would be a 2 hour wait. The recording said to press “1” to receive a call back but when I pressed “1” the recording said it did not understand my request. The system is hugely flawed and extremely frustrating. Still have not been able to login.

Always broken...always. It logs me out randomly, doesn't accept my password randomly, sometimes uses my IPhone password and sometimes uses the password I chose when signing up for the service...sometimes doesn't like either one, so I have to make a new password that it doesn't accept. Can't log in a lot due to server and random issues with 3rd party websites and information sharing the app uses. Good God it should be simple to access your medical information--but it's very far from simple.

Acct. It would not allow me to create an acct. due to insurance info. Unable to get through to IT. Why offer an app that is difficult to create an acct. Recommend for you guys to Learn tips from my chart app that is offered through St Lukes. My chart app was so easy to create an acct no set backs like your app. Worse thing is that this is being pushed on patients to get COVID results. Well I will be going to my study at IHC hopefully I am not sent home because my results were positive since your app is difficult to long into. Plus you can’t even post a review because it ask for a nickname and I guess all are taken

Dr Mark A Lewis. Dr Mark Lewis is so kind and cheerful- even when things could otherwise look pretty grim, he manages to maintain hope and uses adjectives that just make you feel like everything is under control and is do-able! I think he must be a forever optimist! He gives good advice, is very intelligent and doesn’t push his recommendations unnecessarily! We love him!

Pocket Care. I tried to reach out to customer service because I did not recognize some subscriptions that showed up on my account. I had to wait 20-30 minutes on the line and the guy who answered wanted me to send personal information to a sketch email saying that his headset was about to die. When I asked for a manager he hung up the phone! What $&@! customer service. How can you call this healthcare it’s more like pocket$$ care. Actual rating an fn ZERO.

Checking COVID-19 test. I downloaded the app to check the results of my COVID-19 test as I was scheduled for surgery. I got the results in one day and then looking over the app I found my whole medical history. I was astounded at the amount of my personal medical history. Hi I am 80 years and will be having spinal surgery in two days. My Covid test was negative and then I saw a list of all the medications that were prescribed for my surgery. Fascinating! I love this app. Thanks IMC.

Worst app to view your health information. As a physician who lives out of state and uses this app to help/assist with my eldekerly parents healthcare, this app is terrible. Can’t find the information you need easily and can’t get easy lab results to look at panel of labs. Have to open each one separately. Seems to be designed for computers yet crammed into a phone app- some results / columns (“procedures”) lists a long tiny list about 1” wide on one side of your screen. I have used other apps at different health systems across the country and this is the worst I’ve seen.

Connect care visit. I had an overall great experience with the visit today. I was able to log in without any issues & the provider i saw today was very friendly & helpful & seemed to genuinely care about my situation. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Everything I need in one place. This app has your recent hospital visits, test results and allows you to pay your hospital bills. You can message your doctor and book appointments right in the app. It has a running history of your vitals taken at your visits, along with your passed appointment information. It works so well and I couldn’t be more happy with it especially during COVID. My wife and I love it.

It’s a pain to set up. You need to log in about 5 different times setting up your account, and if you downloaded it to check your covid test status, there is no way to do it via the app like many others are able to do with covid testing outside of intermountain. I understand they will send a notification here when it’s done or they will call you, but if you are away from work because of the test it is nice to be able to update your bosses. I have been able to do that with covid tests in the past from other providers, but it appears I can’t with this. Will be deleting app and account after my test results.

Amazing doctor and staff. This company is really great and they listen to you and really try to help get you better. I am really glad I joined and switched to the office. They are very accommodating for scheduling and appointments. They also help find other specialists that you need. If you are looking for a new doctor Dr. Cobabe is wonderful, caring, compassionate, and very knowledgeable about her patients.

Fine. Does its basic job okay, but it won’t push notifications when I receive test results even though I enabled that preference, and it glitches out occasionally when I open the app and requires my credentials even though I was signed in the same day. It’s a good app overall though, and I’m grateful for the resource especially when everyone’s getting tested for COVID-19 and needs their results quickly.

Unable to use Virtual Care feature. Every time I try to use the virtual care feature it asks for my phone number. After providing my phone number it says that it was successfully submitted but does not advance or change screens. The only options at that point are to submit your phone number (again) or hit the “x” button in the upper-right corner which just backs you out of the whole process. 🤦‍♂️ Was hoping to get some assistance right now, very disappointing.

Quick results. This app is super easy to navigate. I was also able to get my test results back in less than 24 hours (likely due to the people working not the app) but it was still so convenient to just click a button and not have to wait on hold for 45 minutes to find out.

Lipid Panel Results Look Optimal for 2021. Blood was taken this morning at about 7:30 AM and I had results by 10 PM. I was impressed with the detail available for tracking each of my results and comparing them to last year’s numbers up to six years ago. Thank you for providing such an informative tool and a quick response.

Very Helpful. It's well worth everyone's effort to get this app and really use it. It gives you up to date results of your medical data and just as important it keeps a very useful medical history right at your fingertips. It also provides a good way to correspond with your doctors.

Covid test. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. The results came back quickly. The website was difficult to get through and took quite a long time. And finally, the results were not necessarily easy to read for the layman. Just say yes you have Covid or No you do not have a positive result.

Super easy!. This was great! My sign up and connection were simple and I found the provider to be kind and capable!! I appreciated that he listened and offered good suggestions. With my insurance I didn’t have any copayment at all either, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall a definite win!! Thank you!

Disappointing. Don’t use for covid results! I updated my app to watch for a covid result for my daughter. I kept getting an error each time I tried to load the results, for 4 days!! A coworker suggested to look at myhealth online, and her results were there! I am so frustrated that I have spent the last 4 days looking for test results that never would show up! What a waste of time, unneeded stress/anxiety and lost sleep, let alone work hours I lost waiting. Very disappointed in this newer version of the app.

Crashes constantly in newer iOS versions. This app is wonderful when working properly. Unfortunately, since iOS 15, it’s become basically useless. It crashes with some frequency (I’d say 9 times out of 10) as soon as I enter my password. On the times that it doesn’t crash, it takes me at least 3-4 tries to login, if it lets me log in at all. Most of the time, I get “Sorry. We’re having trouble loading your information. Please try again later.”

Good but not as user-friendly. A lot of the tabs look very much the same and it is kind of difficult to visually navigate the app. I was told that I had test results for COVID-19 and it took me a few minutes to actually find the test results because it didn’t come up under the notifications. It can be figured out that I am concerned that for an older person with little or no tech experience this would be a hard app to use. I’m a bit persistent though with figuring out technology.

No Clear Notification. My son was tested for COVID-19 and we were advised to download the app. I turned on all the notifications for the app on my phone, checked the app 4-5 times a day starting at the end of 24 hours, and there wasn’t an obvious notification that stood out that a test result had been received. We called the school nurse to see if she could access his records, which she did and it showed a negative result. There’s a lot of anxiousness for people waiting for test results and it feels like this App under performed. I wish I was able to get a text or email. It’s more reliable and friendly.
