Unnecessary changes??. So I’ve been using this app for a while. And I like it, I really do. Except, unnecessary changes keep being made to the app and it’s mechanics— for example, changing the app name from Pixtiss to iArtbook, or the removing/merging of tools in the app. I usually just try to adapt to the changes, but, today, I saw that the pull/blur tool (the finger) had been removed from the toolbar. I’m a little confused because I use this tool a LOT for shading and blending, and my pictures just kind of don’t feel... complete without it, I guess? Sorry if this is inconveniencing, I’m just frustrated without the tool, and I might have to switch to Procreate instead (and, again, I REALLY don’t want too, I love this app, but the blur tool might be a deal breaker).

Love it but would rather have procreate!. I love this and it’s almost perfect but procreate has some details I wish this game had like I would like if you didn’t make a perfect circle or a straight line you could hole down on the screen and it made it perfect, procreate has that and I’m thinking of buying that app instead! Also I would love this app to have a blending tool where you could blend colors together, for example I wanted to make some lips just for a little drawing and I added the colors that I wanted blended together but I couldn’t find a blending tool! And procreate has all of that and extra effects! And I wish you could erase without erasing the whole picture! I wish like if I made a person and I wanted to just delete the eyes so it would delete the eyes but not the skin and just show the background! Otherwise great drawing app for beginners! I think I still recommend procreate instead of this app!

I just lost my entire drawing. The app keeps crashing… Just completely kicks me out of it in the middle of drawing. Normally whenever it does that it just undoes like the last few things you did and i can just go back in a draw those back again but this time? No. It went all the way back to line art. Just completely deleted everything else i did. I was just about to export my drawing and everything, it was finished but then i noticed one little line i forgot to draw in so i tried to undo and boom! App crashes. i go back hoping it just undid something little like when i zoomed in or id even be okay with the hair being gone but no! All of my work besides the line art and sketch. Just gone, for absolutely no reason. I cant undo because it closed me out the app, i didn't get save it or even screenshot it.. Nothing. Im so upset, this is so annoying. I really like this drawing app, its a lot like procreate but the crashing is killing me and i think this time just finished me off. 3 days of work dude. This needs to be fixed.

Literally so good.. I bought procreate recently, and used it a fair amount, but IArtbook remains my favorite, especially with the epic newest update! I use(ed) a variety of art apps and would call myself a decent artist. Some of the things I love about it is: keeping the “blur” type brushes instead of just smudge, being able to easily create my own brushes after learning the settings, variety of ways to get the right color, and the tools. I already feel spoiled by the developers, but if there was one thing I could ask for, it would be a type of automated selection tool in addition to the freehand one. ^ A lot of times I use a photo of a sketch and have to erase the background by hand. Thanks all of you developers!

Update not good. I don’t know what updates were there or what update caused this, but it’s not the same and I don’t like it. I used to use this app a lot because it’s so fun and I myself love to draw. I like to use the thing that you can press the color and drag it to full paint, and back then it worked normally and it was really helpful. But I think earlier this week, something is not right when you use it. I don’t know how to explain it.. Imagine you have a circle and you want to color the inside of it. You can draw with your hands or you can use the color dragging thing. You would use the dragging thing to save time, but when you use it, there’s some parts that are not colored or some parts that go out of the line. Just.. the outline looks very messy. I hope you read this and fix it somehow because I use that tool a lot and I might consider getting a replacement app. But overall it is a fine app and I love it. Thank you for your time!

Very upset with last weeks update.. Its so confusing trying to use the panel thingies!!! I just want the little circles back. Its nearly impossible to use those slidey things! When i first opened the app i thought it was glitching or something, but no. After checking the updates tab, I WAS HORRIFIED. I only really prefer this app over all the ither because of its high quality and non pixely photos (calling ibis paint out rn because everything is so pixely.) And because it was simple to use. I dont think I can continue with the app because I cant even find certain tools or things anymore. It’d be really great if possible to maybe add a feature where you can choose between the new ‘ui’ versus the old. Love the app, best app ever for me, really helped me grow my skills, but sucky update. Kinda like fortnite lol I didnt mean the app was like fortnite I meant like how everyone hates fortnites new updates 😭

Better than procreate. Hello thank you for reading this, my opinion is that this app is better than procreate. I’ve read most of the bad reviews and some of them say that the blending is bad, I overall think that the blending/smearing is great for coloring eyes, and shadowing. This app as alot of brush choices, and I like how you can zoom in and out. In most drawing apps that I’ve had it didn't let me zoom in like this app. I like how you use 1 thinger to draw and 2 thingers to zoom in. One thing that I recommend fixing is the paint bucket. The paint bucket tool fills in the space that you need it to, BUT it creates little holes in your drawing. I don't know if this only happens to me but please look into the problem. But this is still a great drawing app for ipad and phone and I recommend 10/10

I love it, but I have a few suggestions. I’ve been using iArtbook for about two years now and I must say, I love everything about it. its very good for drawing and editing pictures, my favorite brush has to be the pixel brush, perfect for pixel art and anyone who enjoys it. I do have a few suggestions, as in when I make comics, it can be stressful to write all the dialogue with my finger, so it would be very useful and nice if there was an option where you could add text, along with different fonts and such. Another suggestion goes for picture editing and getting lines in the correct spot, it would be very useful if, in the Deformation section of the Transformation setting, there was a mesh option where you can move the image from multiple points instead of just four, and be able to choose how many points there were like, 5x5 or 15x15 or more. This would be helpful in photoshop or fixing proportions. This app is really well done, if I could give more stars I would, kudos to the creator who made this app. :)

I love the. So basically, I just love drawing free because it’s just because sometimes the other apps, just want me to draw with that want to do it makes me want to dress up as basic as the only thing I love about it makes me jealous. I really want especially the pants and you not all the stuff I just love and I just can’t focus and it’s kind of the best thing in life because other apps are not the best for me. You can’t go close so you can make the perfect guy you can you can’t girl Susan one’s even or you don’t wanna do that picture and you don’t even wanna do that you just wanna chill free some. He was Jesus thing with it I tried searching searching perfect art want to. This one is perfect for me. I guess this is Leslie Jones ever you wanna be free and do anything but still I just love this game.

I have one problem. Please read!. So, me being a little kid and I’m an artist, I absolutely adore this app so much! It’s definitely one of the best digital art apps! Although I have one problem with it, if you know how to fix it, please respond to this review developer(s). My problem is, the background layer option when drawing or sketching on a canvas doesn’t work for me. If you can fix it, or if it’s a glitch and you can tell me how to fix it, please do developer(s)! And, I am definitely not complaining, I love this app! Anyone who says anything bad or mean about this app, and saying a lot of mean stuff to you, show them who is boss! This app is amazing, and I have basically said the same thing like 4 times. Please keep working on this, and people will BLOW UP about this app (in a good way) because you are super talented! I could never accomplish something like this app you have created, owners and developers. I bet you work extra hard and it is super inspiring! For others who might not be developers or owners of this app, just looking at the reviews for this, I promise, this app will not let you down! (What you’re about to read is to the developer(s)). Honest review.. To be honest, for a free app I expect a really bad knockoff of procreate but now this is one of the only apps I use! The color palettes are really well made. Amazing free brushes! And you can make your own! The animation fps max of 60 is a chef kiss. I went here with no tutorial and got used to using it fast. Such an amazing app! I got two apps when I lost procreate on this new iPad. Ibis paint which I used for 2 years prior and Ipainting. I went to ipainting first and fell in love. Deleted ibis paint just for this! I rarely get lag and slower you brush the smaller it is if you don’t have a Apple Pencil. I have some few negatives with needing ads for some features you can easily just blur out and say it’s for plus only. The ads are rare compared to usual free apps which still surprises me when I get an ad because the app is so good to be free and ads are rare. So yeah. Amazing app! 9/10 and I highly recommend it to beginners with no money! But…. The recent 2024 update gets rid of the high resolution save for free, it’s for pros now and now I can’t make my storyboards as appealing anymore:( it’s a great app I just really, really hope they don’t add more ads and become money hungry. It’s nice but adding more money locked materials just doesn’t make it free and makes people less interested. Also it crashes more often, sadly have to take off a star because of it.

One of my fave apps! 😍. This app is one of my favorites ! Ever since I’ve downloaded it, I’ve discovered lots of my creative side that I haven’t seen before. 😀 It has so many cool brushes and textures like grass🌱, leaves🌿, crystals💎, galaxies and stars🌟, and I love making art on it. I love how you can create animations, too, and how you don’t have to unlock or pay for certain brushes. You can just paint freely with all the brushes. I love it. There’s so many cool features and I create pictures on it nearly every day. What I really like is that you can create your own brushes🖌. Though I don’t really use it that often (I’m really happy with all of the brushes you have now!), I think it’s probably really convenient for other users. 💜 This app makes me feel happy about my art, and makes me confident to keep making art. I love it! 💕 iArtbook is so brilliant and astonishing, just like art, and I’m sure that the developer(s) worked really hard. Thank you for your hard work! 🤩 And if you aren’t a developer, I think you should get this app now, even if you don’t really make art. You’ll love it. You’ll find it’s really relaxing. 😊 Did I mention that I love this app? 💖❤️💗

I love it!! Just a few suggestions/things needed to be fixed.. Hi, ever since I found this app I IMMEDIATELY FELL IN LOVE WITH IT! I love how it looks and feels so similar to Procreate! I love the features of it and love the look of it, especially in dark mode. Although, when I try to import a brush into the app, it’s not allowing me to do so or ends up not saving but crashing. Now as it says in the title, I have two suggestions to make in case you plan on more, I would really love to make animations on this app. As an artist and animator still learning to improve, I would really and absolutely love this in the app. I would also love to see a circle tool for when I do backgrounds in my pieces of art instead of having to draw it slowly and carefully. Anyways, I hope you read this and place my suggestions in future updates. Thank you!

Pretty good but Needs more. I am currently trying make a webcomic and while exploring the app I realized a couple things I really think should be added to the app. First there is no symmetry tool so task like trying to make a symmetrical body, face, and facial features is difficult and I would prefer not to have to copy paste one side to another on every layer so it would be helpful if they added that. Secondly I have a slight problem with how we can create custom brushes I do think it is a great idea to be able to import photos to make I just wish it where smother so that it doesn’t look like I am inserting tons of photos or prints but instead like I am using a actual brush. Besides that the app is pretty good it has good brushes and some very good tools and prints for creating brushes I just wish there was more to make it a more enjoyable experience.

Small problems. I have been using this app for like a couple years now, it’s beautifully crafted and the color palettes, the brushes, everything is really well made! But then I’ve been getting messages that I don’t have enough operative memory? Okay, I’ll just delete some of my art. It still says that, so for a couple months I’ve just been ignoring the warning all together and the app has been really slow, even crashing sometimes when I changed brushes. At this point, I just deleted the app and redownloaded it to get the memory back. I lose all my art, my brushes, my color palettes, basically everything, and when I go to finish one of my ocs, what message do I get? Not enough memory. I have been trying to find tutorials online on how to get more operative memory but nothing, and as far as I’ve seen no one else has had this problem. Other then that, seriously good art app!! You guys did a really good job, and I’m not sure if it’s my phone or something else screwing things up at this point

Wish you could add audios for animations. This is app is pretty good sure they don’t have all the cool design pens like procreate would but, it basically is like procreate for free. The only problem I’ve discovered recently is that when I wanted to start animating there was no option to put an audio to make sure the animation was in sync. I used to have FlipaClip for animating but the whole drawing process was so difficult with the limited pens. Which is why I switched to iArtbook which is an amazing app. Even the animations are easier to do it’s just hard to animate to an audio unless you edit it using an editing app. But that would be a much more difficult and longer process. But I do hope in the future you guys could add the audio features considering I have paid this app for premium features but I still can’t draw as professionally without the audio feature.

Animation layers. I have been using this app since November of last year, and this is one of the most enjoyable art programs I have been able to use. There are a wide variety of brushes that are very fun to use and experiment with, the blur tool in the program works very well with rendering, adding a softer edge exactly where you need it without having to spend as much time on it, the program has almost everything an art program should. I have an issue regarding the animation feature of the programs, I do appreciate having the feature in general, no other free programs I’ve seen have it, but the three layers(bottom layers, frames, top layers), only one of them allows animation. I’m aware there’s other layers under the frame option, though that comes into play with onion skin. You cannot have an open layer for moving backgrounds if you are going to animate a character, the onion skin just blocks seeing the previous frames. This makes things difficult, wanting to experiment with animation, weight and having characters grounded in an environment, it is a fundamental of animation, and this program doesn’t allow an easy way to do that. I would appreciate it if you took the animation features layers into consideration, I adore this program to bits. Thank you so much for reading this!

Love this app but a few small issues. First of all, this app is an excellent replacement to procreate, especially for free. You can use it offline without it bugging out all the time saying you must be connected to the internet to use it! There are a few minor issues I’ve noticed that have been making me not like this app as much. For example, I somehow managed to move the side menu so now all the icons are more towards the bottom. It’s driving me crazy because I can’t seem to fix it, and I’m not finding much help anywhere (please help). Other than that there have just been minor issues with having to open and close the app multiple times before it will register. Overall, the app is great but needs a few bug fixes.

Amazing! Just a bit of tiny stuff!. Ok I definitely recommend this app for drawing and artists that like to use more of a complex art app, It’s very settle and amazing I love how they start you off with maybe four images and there all so beautiful, I love this app very much and I definitely enjoy drawing on it! Just a few suggestions, one is to add a better blur tool(smudge) and maybe add more brushes? Like a digital brush, and more helpful brushes, my favorite thing is the weather brushes, and the random stuff brushes, like the crystals and stuff, but maybe you should add like cars? And maybe bikes? And some vehicles! And maybe a bourse brush? Idk if I’m being to unique or to much but if I am I’m sorry! I just really love this art app and wanna see more beauty in it and just more wonderful brushes and different updates to it, please don’t mess with the app to much it’s outstanding, I also love how you can animate on it aswell and now just draw, that’s wonderful, definitely suggest the app! (And love how big the brushes/erasers can get!!) also don’t do the blur or any type of brush kinda like blur to much it'll cause a crash and just lag, I learned my lesson.

Just two things missing. This app is wonderful, I really like how everything pixelates when you zoom in for details. This app came in handy when I wanted to try using another app other than Ibispaint. There’s just two things missing: A folder system and bucket tool. When I draw on my phone, I would like draw in an organized fashion, I tend to make multiple layers and need to keep track of them. My first drawing on this app is coming out good, but the layers are a little off for me. I know that layers aren’t really noticeable, but I would like to have that mindset when I’m drawing. And, you could just simply scribble in the color into the needed gap, but I think it would be much simpler to use a paint bucket tool. That way, you don’t need to resize any brushes. You also wouldn’t have to worry about erasing as much either. Those are the only two things I think this app needs. Other than that, the whole things great, and very easy to use. :>

Very good app, love it, just one recommendation. I absolutely love this app, it is great fo drawing and animation. I’m an animator and I have been using other apps for animation only because there is no insert audio from video in the animation section. This would literally be the best app ever and a LIFESAVER if there was a way to add audio. I am literally begging for some way to add audio, animation is what I do for a living and this is the best app for animation other than the fact that there is no add audio. I think that so many animator would benefit from having an add audio option, and there would most likely be more people using this app, mainly because of being able to add audio, because so many animations need audio for it to work and it would be so convenient to be able to add audio. So, please, I need this app to have an add audio because I and so many other creators need to have audio.

Better for me than procreate. In my baby artist days, I wish I had come across this app. I was broke (still am) and my parents had recently gotten me an iPad and Apple Pencil. I couldn’t afford any high quality apps such as Procreate and I didn’t want to get an app that gave me a free trial, or a free edition. Those limitations weren’t the best. So I settled with Autodesk Sketchbook. A very good free app, but it didn’t really suit my needs. Before I go further, I’d just like to say that just because you get a professional drawing setup or a high quality app, doesn’t mean your drawings and animations will automatically improve. I expected a lot from an iPad and an Apple Pencil, but my art looked the same. It’s not about the quality of the medium, it’s the way you can improve upon your art and look at it with a critical eye. (Not too critical!) Anyway, Autodesk sketchbook didn’t have the kind of brushes I liked, and it wasn’t very sensitive to pressure. Then I got procreate. Don’t get me wrong, Procreate is AWESOME. It’s a huge step up. But this app? iArtbook? It’s a game changer. Similar controls to procreate, but free. Of course, there are ads. How else could you support an app like this? It’s awesome for beginners and professionals alike! (I’m not professional, I’m somewhere in the middle.) Again, though, everyone has different preferences. I love this app, but it may not be for you! Just please try it out. :)

Wish I could add audio ! This is still a good app tho :). Honestly it’s easy to use, I’ve come across no functional issues, and I like the brushes. The animation part of this is why I got it in the first place though and I gotta say, it does not disappoint! The only real problem is that I can’t import audio to the animation from my files (at least I don’t think there’s a way? I’m using an iPad Gen 9 so maybe it’s different for me). If I could just be able to add audio then this would definitely be my go-to app for animating. I can see the audio is listed as “Movies” but I can’t actually click it. Maybe its because I screen record my audios, don't know? Procreate is nice but the animation asset is just too complicated. Plus this app doesn’t any limits to my layers which is a huge plus for me. -Over all really good, please add audio 👍

It’s so good!. I have tried multiple drawing apps and nothing has compared to this masterpiece of a board to draw on. There is so much customization that it’s beyond my ability. I mainly docus in making countryball art. It’s easy knowing I can zoom in to make smaller details like a British hat with a design! It’s good for countryballs and probably many other things. My only problem is nothing. It’s good for normal countryball art yet k can draw normally in it as also. It’s just the perfect way to make stuff for friends, family, art competitions, and art for communities. It’s honesty perfect with little flaw that I am yet to discover and make to the public. I am new to art and this makes a good impression. The others are coated in darkness while this app and irl art shines like a light among the wanderlust people looking for some app or canvas to build on. I have found stuff bad like one grabbed the painting tool from the apple photo thing. And just placed it using a BLACK CANVAS. I can ramble on about how I can make beautiful countryball art yet I soon have to end. Which is right here. Sincerely-JoshuaBean1972

Incomplete Animations. My animations will never be complete. I wish to be able to select frames, copy, and paste them in that order. I cannot do such things, and now I’ve not a single animation finished. Take a guess why. I need to have effect loops. From the grains on an old tape recording in a series to the rain in the background of a movie about a haunted house, I need those on loop. I cannot go and hand draw each and every frame of effect along with the characters and movement. That’d be completely absurd, and I cry for the people who do actually create animations in that manner. To put this simply, please, developer(s), read this and add a new feature to an upcoming update where you may select, copy, and paste frames into your animation, contrary to duplicating them one by one and repositioning them the same. Thank you for your patience, and I appreciate you taking your time to fully read this review. I hope that eventually I may get a response, and possibly a new feature in an upcoming update.

Issues. The app is great and all but there is a problem that happens to me or others maybe when I use the app. When i open the app and start to draw, sometimes the screen would freeze and I would have to wait awhile for it to work properly and this doesn't happen to any other app I go on. This maybe just be my phone but I'm still confuse why it keeps on doing that and see if there's any bug to why this keeps on happening. I will try to find other problems so I can draw on this app because it looks cool and the setup is pretty nice but the way it keeps on freezing my screen is just not really my thing. This is actually my first Review so I hope you find this helpful but anyways it may be just my thing and I'll try to find ways to just make it stop but thanks.

Absolutely love it, except for one thing….. I love this app! I’ve always been able to draw and animate easily off of this app, and it has never caused me problems! I got the controls and features down easily, and I love how the app is so simple, yet has so many features! I’ve never been able to understand how to work the other apps, but this one has always been my #1 drawing app! Even so, animating is easier and more convenient than all the other apps I’ve tried to far, except for the fact that I can’t add audio. As far as I’ve been able to tell, I can’t find any feature that enables me to add audio as for my animation. It’s really difficult to synchronize an animation with sound without it being in the app. It’d be really helpful if you could add an audio feature. In summary, I love this app, but I feel like it needs an audio feature, and I really don’t want to resort to the other more complicated apps with the audio feature, that I just haven’t been able to work. Thanks so much!

Just really amazing in general :-). I have been using this app since 2020 and I have had great experiences 99% of the time. I prefer this over other art apps because this is all free and the features are just amazing! Actually, I sucked at digital art before I found this app hehe…Ok ok maybe I watched a few videos. Anyways, there are multiple bugs that have been around for quite a while now. To mention, when the dev team got rid of the brush bar at the side of the screen, it was really annoying to have to click a button and scroll to get a brush I want, so I’m really glad the dev team added it back. Other than those few mishaps, this app is stunning and inspiring! I definitely recommend this app!

I keep getting kicked out. I had drew this piece nothing special not even that good I was and am proud of it but the next day I went to do some touch ups and outlines and I kept getting kicked off (I’m on a ipad if that’s helps not sure what version tho buts it up to date) each day I check it it needs an update (never dose) and I’m so frustrated cause it’s the first one in a set of fan art and I really have been gettin into digital art recently and I’m so frustrated by this and I really needed it too cause I’m going to a hotel tmmr and I’m not going to bring my markers and sketch book and such and make a mess please fix this Details it will let me draw for like 1-3 minutes the kick me off it saved my progress but still I’ve been drawing on this app for a year and never had this problem I also watch stuff on a mini screen on the side while I draw

This app is not the best. So i was using this app for a really long time and i was literally obsessed with it bc there was so many different paint colors and textures and fun canvases and that it was 100% free but then one day i was drawing this really cool picture and once i finished the drawing i looked at it but it was upside down🥴😮‍💨and it was really frustrating me so i had had enough of it and was burning up so i tapped the little canvas that was on the left of the screen thinking i could try to flip it the right way i tried many times but it didnt work and i ended up tapping the button that said clear at the bottom of the little canvas and thinking it would only clear the litlle canvas and not the whole drawing i tapped it and it deleted the whole drawing. And your probably thinking omg!! Did she really think that it woulden’t delete the drawing!?🤨😳so that part was all my fault but then i went to see if there was a recently deleted button somewhere but there was none anywhere. I was starting to get really angry. And eventually i lost it and burned up inside with anger. So anyways thats my story also i was really clueless so it was parshley all my fault but still i think that every single drawing or painting app should always have a recently deleted section😡😡so anyways thanks for reading my review. But now i’ll never see that painting again😕

Great tool for artists!. I love this app so much, I’ve used it for at least 2 years now and have grown my art so much on this app, the only thing is that a bug after the new update has made it impossible for me to draw on this until it’s fixed! Just after the update I became unable to pick a color by double tapping the screen which is a tool I constantly use, and all I get now when I do it is white. Not only that but it constantly freezes making me have to exit out of the app and refresh which then makes me loose all of my progress which also didn’t happen before the update. Please fix the problem!!! Besides that I love the app so much! There are a wide variety of brushes and blur tools available as well. While there might not be all of the same tools as other apps it has its own features that I’m sure you’ll love.

Only drawing app I’ve stuck with!. I NEVER write reviews, but I’ve been using this app for a while now and wanted to recommend it via a review. The UI is extremely nice to look at and not overwhelming, as well as you can customize it with settings. It’s really smooth to draw with and has really nice brushes! I really like that you can change the color of the background. I usually don’t continue using a drawing app very long (this is my fourth major one, and I’ve briefly tried a bunch others) but I can’t really bring myself to start using a different one now. I love that there’s unlimited layers and an easy-to-use animation feature! One suggestion though: make an option on the fill tool to fill through multiple layers, or more importantly, animation frames. But despite that, THIS IS THE BEST DRAWING APP! (For me, at least, my friend’s a bit confused with the UI. (She uses procreate)

Almost perfect. I love love this app, and have been using it for around 4 years at this point! My cousin's family pays for procreate, and I have this for free!! I have recommended it to my friends a ton, trying to convince them to get it. The recent updates have been a bit weird to get used too... but I am very glad the highest resolution save has been unlocked. For a short amount of time i had to either pay to be pro (which i didnt) or watch an add to save at the highest quality. Which was doable but annoying. Luckily they changed it back to the way it originally was. Unfortunately there is one thing i am desperately missing... A text tool. I would lovee if a text tool, even if its just some basic fonts, was added. It'd make this app so much better, and i would be willing to give 5 stars. Overall, this is the best art app ive used yet. Very accessible, and easy to learn. Plus pretty customizable, with being able to have immediate brushes on hand in a sidebar, and change the actual appearance of the platform. Also you can make your own brushes, and to the best of my knowledge, have as many layers as possible :) Highly recommend for anywhere between beginner and experienced digital artists. Love it but-. i absolutely love using this app, its an amazing free alternative for those who can't afford drawing apps like ProCreate. I don't mind the ads since they only pop up once in while when i exit my drawing and i would deffinitly give this a 5 star if it wasn't for this one crucial thing... one day i openedup iArtbook and i was drawing and i made a mistake and went to go tap the undo button but it was missing, i tried everything i could think of to try and get them back. I searched it up and couldn't find anything. I was really desperate so i decided to delete the app and re-download it which didnt work and i was really sad because i had to get rid of all my drawings and stuff when i deleted the app. i really hope im the only person with this issue or im just dumb and the solution is simple (btw im on a phone so it migjt be that idk) but im really disappointed because i love this app and now its basically un-useable for me... hopefully i can update this saying i found the solution because i really love the app and i think this might just me but i thought i should say something so- ya... hope this gets fixed (*˙˘˙)

It’s great, just one problem!. I am a little drawer and I like to collage a lot, and for me (idk if other people do this but) I have to use selection and transform. And since I saw this wonderful app, with excellent pens and airbrushes, the selection must be good as well! Once I used the selection tool, errr... let’s just say it wasn’t as good as I thought- You can only use the lasso which is not really helpful because I want to select the whole thing, not just a circle of the portion. I have done suggestions, 1. Add some other tools under the selection category. 2. (I don’t know if we can do this or not) Be able to rename your drawings. 3. Add other things to the pens. Explaining my suggestions: 1. I said this because I want to be able to select one or the whole part of the drawing if I want to bucket fill them. 2. I said this because I can’t really find a way to rename my projects, but I don’t know if anyone else are having this problem. 3. What I mean by this is to be able to make sharper lines, (I know you have that info thing on the pen) but if you can show previews if what they do, that’ll help a lot! P.S: sorry if this seems like a lot, so you can do one of my suggestions or just choose which one will help your app succeed the most!

Wonderful!. This app clearly is a work in progress. However I do believe this app itself could end up better than other apple store drawing apps such as Procreate, Sketchbook Autodesk ,and etc. More updates need to be made for that to happen, first being able to delete unwanted canvasses , two ; auto select , three; being able to adjust canvas size. Four being able to make own brushes from photos and such as that. These are few unwanted but manageable problems ,other than that, this is my go to app, Even if your styles doesn’t have pressure sensitivity you can mess with the setting to give it the same affect a pressure sensitivity stylus would have which is amazing,not to mention blending,coloring is quite easy. Overall this app is amazing and I’m hoping to see more updates!

Amazing! But one suggestion... iArtbook is a great app! It’s free and has so many different brush options, as well as a built in animation system! I’ve only had this app for a month or so but it’s definitely a lot better than some other drawing apps I’ve had. It’s amazing that it’s free! However, I would like to make one suggestion: folders. Folders are really helpful because I can put all the layers of my drawing in the folder and then move the folder, without having to merge my layers! This is helpful because I tend to want to move stuff later, but I don’t want to merge my layers because I can’t edit the drawing as easily with the separated layers. If there are already folders then I’m very sorry, but I looked everywhere and couldn’t find any. Thanks for reading!

Was 5 *. I’m mad actually…was doing great! I was a digital, learning fool! Then the update…loved the look, loved everything about it….then a few days ago….I was drawing, enjoying myself….and pop…the app closed, now I’m doing an app called Sketch A Day….so I’m busy…..I opened the app back, which was something normal, art was always ready to start where I left off……..NOPE, START OVER ! 4 paintings… when you aren’t doing small little things and you are in the middle of the project…starting over is a stab in the dang heart! It just happened again, for the 5th time…..it makes me feel so angry, frustrated, bummed….etc. I just want to scream and punch someone! I don’t want to start over! Especially when I don’t feel good, on prescription cough meds, and other meds for severe cold and upper respiratory infection….and I’m trying to keep my daily streak! I chose your app over all the others…..you were great, please make it great again!

Really good app, one thing though.... This app is absolutely amazing! There are so many brushes to choose from, it makes drawing easier (for me at least), and it's really fun to test all of the brushes and other things on iArtbook! Now, there is one thing as of right now that I don't like. This could be because of my tablet(iPad mini 5) since it is an older model, but whenever I'm drawing, my image will auto-zoom out. This really annoys me because one moment I will be working on the hand of a character or something and then the next moment I have to zoom back in. This is sort of an inconvenience but I can deal with it, and there's probably just some button that I keep accidentally hitting. Thanks for reading this and hopefully I can figure it out.

THIS GAME IS SO GOOD. Ok so when I got this I was confused because I was new but if you go on tiktok and type the name of this app then you can learn and you can do leafs anime characters and grass and eyes and you can do realistic stuff it might take 10 to 5 hours but it will be worth it and I got this because I never knew how to do the other apps but this is my favorite app and you can do tiktok profiles and draw gorilla tag stuff and you can write your name or your friends names or your parents names and singers and if you didn’t know you can change it to where it can make straight lines and circles I will recommend this for people like me who draw stuff and anime and gorilla tag gorillas so you should get it if you are like me and draws!

Amaizng app! ⭐️ recommend 💯!. I LOVE this app. My kids play it all the time, it’s just like procreate and it’s free? Like get it so we don’t have to pay, it’s an awesome. I recommend it so much they can improve their skills, drawing, and other things it’s amazing. I don’t understand how people are finding it boring? It’s so amazing! Maybe a little bugs for their devices, but overall 💯 approved. Make more awesome updates! 😚 you guys made my children more productive and actually learn how to draw! just honestly WOW (devs, please do read) i have a slight problem. to start off, this app is honestly mind blowing, i got it off a friend when i saw one of his animations. when i first tried it out, i really got into it, my first piece of art or supposed animation wasn’t really good, but i remember feeling the satisfaction of an animation that i generally liked and made. this app has so much tools you can use for animations, drawings, sketches. I’m sure a real artist has already tried this app mainly because it’s amazing. it gives you so much options all for free (unlike procreate). this app can actually be a consideration if you’re looking to start drawing and animating. and it gets really addicting once you’re into it. however, just one slight problem. whenever i use the bucket tool, for some reason sometimes i can’t use the brush tool and draw anything and so i have to restart the app and try to use the brush tool again. i understand this is just a minority but it can sometimes get frustrating and annoying to keep restarting the app over and over again. thank you for your time :)

Super good game😊👏🏻😄Better than procreate. This game has been a really fun way that I can draw on and be inspired. I love this app and it’s even better than procreate procreate you have to spend at least $10 or more for stuff this game everything is free I wouldn’t even consider a game I would consider it something a real artist would use I know a lot of Youtubers use procreate for their artThis is just another step up from procreate and everything is free there’s basically zero ads which one thing I hate about games is all the ads there’s always a 1 million ads in them I art book provides so many good things and a couple of things that procreate doesn’t one thing that I like aboutThis game is that it provides you a lot of stuff you could add detail and texture you could do different kinds of gradients and different blends also one thing that this has that procreate does not have is that you could insert pictures of things. Overall I think this is a really good game and if you want to improve our skills I think you should use this one difficult thing on this though is I don’t know if you guys can but I can’t figure out how to use the animation thing and add another slide or whatever but if you wanna improve your art skills and have a little more creativity and stuff I wouldDefinitely recommend this game to you. New changes are upsetting. I’ve had this app for a few months now and I really liked using it. It was enjoyable and was pretty good for what it had available just for free. Unfortunately, as I tried to use the app today, I noticed that the copy paste feature that I usually use quite often no matter whether I am animating or drawing just so happened to not work and pulled up the tab that asked me if I wanted to watch a video to use it for 12 hours or pay for premium. I am not willing to pay $13 to unlock a feature that I’ve already been able to use for free for the past few months just because the creators thought it would be a good idea to stop letting people use this feature for free. I’m very annoyed with this because now I must watch ads if I want to work on my projects, unimpeded by being able to use the copy paste feature. Edit: looking at the other comments about the same issue it appears that the developers that are replying to these comments are being blatantly rude and saying things that do not show any intention of trying to keep their business with the people that have problems with the new update. I will state this upfront and say that I will no longer support this program the way I have before and will be using different programs, I already have to use multiple programs to do what I enjoy, i did like IArtbook but it will not be hard to get rid of it after seeing what the developers think of the people that don’t want to pay 13$ just to use the copy paste feature.

The animation studio…. The drawing software for this app is amazing it’s the animating one that I’m worried about first I would like to address the fact that you cannot add audio to what you were trying to animate and so if you were trying to match something to an audio then you’d be going out to blindly the second thing I’d like to address is the layers on the background in the overlay the background in the overlay should be able to have multiple Windows but the only option for it so far is one single window and I find that kind of inconvenient also the third thing I’d like to address is the fact that if you lower a single layers of Pasadena it doesn’t affect the rest of the layers so you have to go back through and change the opacity for all of the layers in that section I would like an update with features like this but the main thing I’m worried about is the animation audio one you may not see this but if you do see this please address the issue.

I love this app but it would be even more amazing with the addition of a few features. This is the only drawing app I use. I’ve tried many other apps but I always come back to this one. It has a wide selection of wonderful brushes, but you can also make your own. I love how every feature is free, even if you have to watch an ad to get it. And if you watch an ad you get it for a whole day instead of having to watch an ad every time you want to use it, like some other programs. This is an overall amazing app, but I have two suggestions. 1) it would be nice if there were layer folders. 2) I’d love it if we could import audio to the animation feature in order to time an animation to it. It’s great that there’s a free animation feature, but being able to add audio would make it even better.

Amazing app one request. Hey!! I love y’all’s app. It is an amazing alternative to procreate(for those of us who can’t get our parents to get us the pocket version lol). I love how accessible the app is. But a feature I would like for you to add is a ruler. Like not for straight lines, but so you can mirror your work. Like, I have used ibis paint x for a couple years and it has adjustable rulers to make mandalas and stuff. And there is one that only has one line and mirrors your work onto the other half of the canvas. That is the kind of ruler I would like for you to add. Other than that I really recommend this app. I love the app but would really appreciate it if you added the ruler. It would really help when making characters or just and outline for a face. Great app but three things. Okay so I’ve been playing around with this app for the past few days figuring it out. Also was FINALLY the animation software I settled on(able to have enough layers, good format, free and enough tools). Going to probably be deleting flipaclip in a day or two. I only have one question so far. How do I add audio? I’m hoping to make a mini music videos and some memes(even have ideas too!). I’m also wondering if it’s possible to merge layers in the animation parts, as I would like to have the eyes near identical but tend to have them on separate layers. Also one a animation project I started but than deleted the onion disappeared. Not sure why, though it could have just been me being an idiot(not a rare occurrence). I highly recommend for other novices! So far I’ve been able to make decently smooth animations!

Entirely Perfect, Better than You’d think. So at my school, I decided to take a digital art class. It was mainly to get my art credit for high-school, but I really enjoyed the class. We where supplied with Laptops and a year long access to Adobe Illustrator. It was great. I really enjoyed the class, but couldn’t take the laptop home and was limited on when I could use it. Because of this, I went searching for a new app, and found iArtbook. I’m definitely not close to advance digital designing, but I can definitely say this app is perfect for anyone who’s starting out. You don’t have to pay to use it, and there aren’t even that many adds. It has all the ability’s of other art apps, but for free and is much more accessible. This app is Perfect for anyone who’s starting out, or even has been doing it for a while, and I’d definitely recommend it!!!

Could be better. I'm surprised that this is actually pretty decent! There's a bug(?) I've run into that I think may just be due to how old my ipad is, but masking layers on animations cause this weird glitchy thing to happen to the bottom layer that makes it look like someone scribbled on top of it with an eraser tool??? It's pixelated and it changes when I make changes to the masking layer and it will render like that too. I tried it on my phone and it doesn't happen there so I think it's just an iPad thing. I don't get why the weird calligraphy stabilizer is on by default? Most drawing software don't and it took me a while just to figure out how to turn it off. Some of the tools are named weird too, the "tracing frames" in the animation should be onion skinning and "design settings" should probably be just settings or ui settings. Also one of the brush's name is in Russian..? I get that the app is still newish and the dev may to be fluent in English and that's fine A few suggestions: Merging "frame" layers, make the inside of the circle color wheel into a triangle (the circle is hard to use), tinted tracing frames/onion skinning, importing audio for the animation .D.

Awesome just like a free version of procreate. I love this app I use it to do most of my art but I just can’t figure out how to blend because I’m not a professional artist and I’m just 9 so I haven’t really figured a lot of stuff out on this app so if there’s a way to blend can you please tell me

Disappointed. I have been on this app for a long long time now and I have an iPhone 6, which means I can’t update to iOS 13, and the app now says it only supports iOS 13 and now I can’t use it. There is not any good apps for drawing like this one and can’t find a good one. Please make it available to people who don’t have the updated versions please!

It was great I guess. It was really fun and I liked playing about with the detailed stuff but when ever I wanted to draw on a photo it won’t let me here’s how the story goes: I found a photo IT MADE ME GO OUT OF THE APP!!!!!!!! Honestly disappointed in the update. I cant even express how frustrated I am right now, I was working on my art just fine yesterda and when I came back it suddenly changed format. Everything has moved and changed. theslightest pull back makes it so back to full frame. I’m genuinely sad as I think I’ll have to somehow transfer my art over to another app so I can actually work Very sad

Amazing!!!. I love this app! I’ve been using it for about a year now and is my favourite free drawing app. There are so many ways to use this app and is really useful for upcoming digital artists. In the app you will have to watch a few adds in order to do things, which is a pain at first, but is still worth it as you get better quality artwork. The only problem I’ve found with this app is that there are not enough brushes in the brush library. Don’t get me wrong, there are lots, but it’s nothing compared to ibispaint and procreate. These are the only problems I’ve come across though, I totally recommend.

I love the brushes and such. It’s a great one for beginners as it shows what you can do in digital art without looking like a tacky art game for 4 year olds. Though many wouldn’t choose this for a professional standard I think many would choose it if their considering becoming more serious about the medium and are testing out to make sure they really enjoy it!

Great app but there are some things you could change. Great app but I would love if there was a ruler feature in it instead of just the straight line adjuster, I would also like to be able to name the canvases I make instead of them being ‘My canvas 1’ and so on.

Omg best art app ever. I am only 10 and this app makes me look like I am an artist ( apart from the signature at the bottom but that is my fault that I don’t have one. ) One problem Is that this app does not have a fill bucket or at least I don’t know about it. So if there isn’t a fill bucket please make one or if there is tell me where it is Apart from that, it is amazing !!!

Brilliant. Thank you for this app I appreciate this app very much. I literally use it everyday to keep me occupied I especially love the Timelapse save option can watch my art replay step by step best and the use of the tools very satisfying I just wish I had a stylus pen to test run the capabilities a bit more.

The best drawing app I’ve EVER used!. Ok, so, I have ALWAYS wanted ProCreate. But I didn’t realise there was a free version! This is amazing! You can create masterpieces with just your FINGER (though I would recommend a digital stylus) and it works with NO WIFI! This is 1000% worth your time!

Amazing app just one problem!. I love this app! I’m ten and practicing to become an artist and this really helps! The only problem I have is the bucket. Whenever I try to fill something that already has more then one colour there (like a face, hair, eyes ect.) it outlines one colour instead of what I outlined. Apart from that I love the app and I recommend it!

good but the app crashes every second??😃. I use this app to draw ofc since it’s a drawing app and has many good brushes and stuff but sometimes when I draw it crashes like it doesn’t let me click on anything or draw and I had to swipe the app a lot of times to get it work again but idk what’s wrong with it but not very good app unless ya want a app to crash every second so yeah

So amazing and easy to use!!!. I just started digital art when I got an Apple Pencil for Christmas and downloaded the app. So many functions, easy to learn how to use and free! This is honestly the best free art app I found.

It doesn’t respond to my Apple Pencil about it and I also wish that when you’re drawing something such as a tree kind of have an idea of what you’re drawing wonderful app just it doesn’t respond to my Apple Pencil I’m not sure if it’s the app or my Apple Pencil or the tip of it because it was working fine last night I love this app I would definitely recommend

Glitching. This app has been great and I would recommend it. It was amazing and loved the brushes and special features, although after a year or so, it started to glitch and it’s quite annoying. I’ve tried to go out and come back in but it still glitches and takes a long time to respond to my drawing. If you could fix this it would be highly appreciated! Thank you for the drawing experience so far!

Highly recommend as a substitute for procreate! 🤩🤩. This app is amazing! Instead of paying $20 for procreate, get this version for free! I don’t see any apps which is so helpful and convenient, unlike other art apps. Although, it doesn’t have all the features like procreate does. It doesn’t bother me too much but it may for other people. Anyways, highly recommend this to anyone who wants an easy app for art!

Why I did 5 stars.. The reason why I rated this app 5 stars is actually super simple, I’ve been using it for a few months and I have loved every single bit about it! It’s very similar to Procreate which is an app that costs money, it has an animating feature, already made (and custom) colour palettes, a simple to use design, it looks very appealing to the eye (basically the aesthetics of the app itself is very pretty and nice to look at), honestly I recommend this app if you’re looking for something that doesn’t even cost money, everything (or what I’ve seen so far) is actually free! It’s (what I’d call it) a free version of procreate!

It’s ok but very sketchy. I saw this app on TikTok and thought it would be great as I don’t want to pay money for a app like procreate. But, when I downloaded it I couldn’t get into my apps and it kept locking me out of my device. I was really worried because I thought I was getting hacked and I couldn’t delete it. In the end it was working. the app itself is ok, but I wouldn’t recommend it.

Great game! 5 stars 🌟. I love this app and have absolutely NOTHING wrong with it. You can insert text using a website called fontsmeme, generating your text, downloading an image of your text and then uploading it and the app has every colour and brush you can think of even a leaf, cloud and glitter brush! I used this app also to change the icons on all of my apps on my IPad along with another app called Colour Widgets and also Shortcuts. My overall rating and comment of this app is 5 stars and love it!

No measurement options for canvas set up.. Hi, I’m a professional illustrator… I was actually looking forward to trying this app out as I came across it by accident &like the look. The first thing I went to do was set up a canvas… looked at preset & struck me as strange ppi options, I then did a manual set up & there’s no other measurements but pixels. I went no further, it’s useless for me as a professional. I need options for set up sizes in cm, inches or pixels, I also need dpi not only ppi, as much of my work is printed as book covers & card games & my professional friends will feel the same. It’s fine if your working purely in digital realm, but most illustrators will have work printed at some point.

One annoying problem. This is a really great app that is very much liek Procreate but free! There is only one thing that really gets on my nerves. It’s when u import a photo to draw in and when u erase something that you’ve drawn it also erases that part of the photo. Otherwise, great job!!

Simple easy app to use. I have tried many apps to do just simple illustrations and found that other apps had many features that I would not need. It was easy to learn and did what I wanted it to do. The only suggestion I would add in is to be able to use text so that I can title my work or put instructions in. I bought the full app so that I can use it for illustrating children’s books. ;-)

Near perfection. Amazing app! Brushes feel amazing and I love the key brushes bar. Only note would be please add audio to the animation section! It would really finish it and I would be happy to pay for the premium if it included that feature :) Thank you for making this app

I recommend this if you want to draw, design or whatever, etc. No problems with this app, it’s free and amazing. I haven’t had any problems over the past few days. And I hope to have none. Amazing but…. I used this app since 2020. I have also used procreate. Procreate has more brushes and stuff but, the thing is that it cost money. This is like a free version of procreate. As an Artist I absolutely recommend.

iArtbook ❤️. I’m sorry but who is going about ProCreate ( No offense to ProCreate makers ) when you have an absolute better version that is free! I’m sorry 😞 I do not know who made this but whoever it is has a super imaginative mind. If you are looking at this, developer, thank you so much for the app that saved my life. The best things are its free, no adds, saves work and has too many aesthetic brushes. I also love the fact that there is already aesthetic palletes ready for you and there is soooo many features. As a art content creater a good drawing app matters alot to me and before this I had ArtStudio Pro and all my hard work didn’t save. I know you can pay money 💵 to make it save but I realised it was not worth it. But I know that no words can describe this app and everything about this app is worth it! 10/10 without hesitation!

Amazing but theres complications..... I love this app and it has a variety of brushes the other app I use doesn't have, but there's complications with some of the brushes being laggy and slow to respond. As well as not being able to know how long the piece took to complete. As someone who posts their art online with the time of completion, it’s annoying not knowing how long it took and the only way I saw to know on this app, is to pay for a premium version, when something like this shouldn't be necessary to pay for. But if you can get past the time issue as lagging, it's a great app and is similar to higher ranking apps like procreate.

Not bad, not bad at all.. I quite enjoy this app as a substitute for procreate on my school iPad, especially in the animation sector. What I think would really make this app even better would be the option for audio in the animation area, and maybe some free-er features like seeing how long something took or the ruler. It’s okay to have a premium, but not when some of the most vital or most useful tools are behind a paywall. If I want other features, I’ll buy the other features, but paying for features that should be free? Yeah, nah. There’s still a lot of improvement to be had, but overall, 4/5 stars. It’s a good app with lots of good qualities but lots of room for improvement. Recent note: Rotation on app has stopped working. Will not rotate selected object. Please fix this it’s really inhibiting my ability to draw.

I love this app✨. I love this app! It’s the best and amazing because I have a apple pen and it’s soo much better! I’m 10 nearly 11 and a few days and I love this! At first when I got it I was like how do you use this? Then I started playing it a bit more and started to learn how to use the app and the buttons. It’s real easy. This is the best app on my iPad! I love it, you can make your own artworks and paintings when just a touch of your finger !

IPad Air 2013. Hi I love your app but I want to ask a question I have an iPad Air 2013 model and I want to do a reference the one like procreate has where you can trace over the reference but that is only available in the new versions and I want to update to those versions but my iPad is old so if you can fix my problem it would totally help me so so so so so so much please help me!

Really Good! Like a version of Procreate. If you don’t have procreate you definitely need this! It’s like procreate although it doesn’t have everything that procreate has. Overall it’s actually really good. The textures of the brushes are really good! Install it! It’s really good and best of all it’s free!

This is outrageous.. The new update makes no sense at all. There are pointless things for no reason at all 😡. And this app never saves my work. I spend half an hour on a drawing, then the app freezes and when I open it again, all the work is lost. You guys seriously need to fix this. Drawing quality is great but you need to work on saving work. Also whenever I get an ad, it glitches. That’s when my work is deleted. Please fix this

Love it. This is probs a late review but this is a great app and it really helps me. it’s a bit like procreate with all the features and all that. I really like it but it took a bit of time to get used to but other then that it’s a really good app to help with your drawings and all that

Rigged but good. There are features that need to be paid to use (pro) but u can use a add for free use, when i watch the add its like 30 seconds of bs then on the last 2 seconds it pretends to glitch and u have to exit the add with no reward, apart from that it is excellent and an amazing app to use, free animating, tracing, and drawing

Layer albums and animation audio?. This is the main app I use to draw and I love it to bits, but I would love if we could get the ability to put layers into different albums as well as a way to add audio into the animation section in a future update as they would help out so much! Other then that it’s an amazing app especially considering it’s free.

AMAZING SOOOO GOOD GET THIS APP NOW !!!🤩🤩🤩🤩. Who ever made this your my saviour ,this app is sooo good and easy to use .it took me a little while to get the hang of it but it’s sooo clever and just awesome:) I don’t mind the adds because they show me a wider variety of drawing apps that I didn’t even know about . The brushes are so clever and they come in so many different patterns and designs if I could recommend one I would say either brick texture or like a old stone pattern. It’s practically free pro create but better in my opinion. It’s a good option because if your someone who enjoys art but are not like if there’s one free moment you feel like your wasting art time because I’m one of those people who doesn’t do art every second of every day and I prefer iArtbook to procreate because if you don’t like it then you can just delete iArtbook but if you get procreate and decide it wasn’t what you think it was then you feel like you wasted your money but there’s no kind of guilt with iArtbook. Also I recommend some type of Apple Pencil because that’s really helpful.:)

Plz read. This is a great app I just think u should add a text to canvas and I am new to this app it’s great but glitchy!!! I also think that it should b like this much more like procreate just a little like if I was to draw a circle if I hold it down it would make it a perfect circle and if I was to put in a pic I could move it around but otherwise luv it 👍🏼✨

Easy to use + Suggestion. I love this, I’ve been using it for a few months now and it’s really easy to navigate! It’s a great substitute for Procreate when you don’t want to use ibisPaint X! I really hope for a text feature in the future, and being able to import brushes would be a huge help! I also wish I could open PSD files.

Good, one thing to improve. Iartbook is a really good app for free drawing. One thing that could be helpful is a text feature because that's one thing people are after when it comes to doing TikToks. Otherwise people may as well use an app that has all that such as Procreate. Other than that great app

Stopped working properly. After the latest update, I can’t rotate a specific part of my artwork, it will just rotate the canvas. Was a great app before this

super annoying. when you import a photo and zoom in to get the detailed bits or wont let you paint unless you make that very small bit the whole painting

Art app review. Its a great app theres tons of features

A Reasonable amount ads in the free version. Title says it all, this app works so well, has great features, but the best thing about it is it is not gatekept behind 100’s of pop up ads per hour. Unlock free features like “reference photo” for 24 hours after watching like 30 seconds worth of ads. And! Unlock for 1 hour with no ads when out of wifi once per day. I rarely write app reviews but I had to share my input on this one.

Amazing. The app is great, but is there a feature where u can like zoom in on a color like the old tiktok trend where u zoom in on a pixel screen and try to get the color u want?

Why change what used to work?. I loved how intuitive the location of the tools used to be. What I loved most about this app was the convenience of changing the size and opacity of the brushes due to the wide size of the toggles. But now with the new version, the thinner toggles and the different locations of the layers button and the undo/redo arrows reduce my efficiency to deliver projects. Would you consider keeping the same layout of the toggles, and button options or at least make the layout customizable with the big re-sizing toggles?

Love This App...But.... This is my go to digital art app. I find it more user friendly and a lot less frustrating than ProCreate. That being said, I'm really not a fan of the new interface and positioning of the side bar. Also in addition to the sliders for the brushsizes & opacity, I'd love to see a spot where we can just type in a number because the sliders can be super touchy and it can be a bit tricky to get them on the exact size you're looking for. *Edit Updated Dec 3/23 Just installed the new update and now images won't save/export with no background like they used to. I've turned background off and saved as a PNG but it's still saving with a white background.

App crashes when using colour dropper tool. I have been using this app for a while and it has been great, way better than most drawing apps I have used, however half of the time when I use the colour dropper tool it freezes and crashes the app and deletes some of my progress. I hope this gets fixed soon.

It’s glitchy. Yes, this app is nice. I can draw and stuff. But, after a while of using it, it glitches and doesn’t work. It doesn’t even let me shut down my phone! I don’t recommend getting this app. I’m sorry.

layout. i LOVE this app, it’s incredibly well done especially considering the fact it’s free. i even liked it enough that i bought the pro version ( which i never do for any apps ). but the layout of the new update looks awful and is completely confusing ( why are the layers in the upper right corner away from all the other controls?? what’s with the new look of the size and opacity sliders? more than that it just looks BAD ). the previous layout was much better looking and easier to use ( and why can’t i move the toolbar back to the side of the screen? is there a trick to it? )

Before this last update. I’ve been using this app to draw out my ideas for a few years now, but since this last update I’ve been having so many problems it’s making me want to find a new drawing app, it’s freezing whenever I try to do anything and it changes my brushes without any input. I just lost four days of work I put into a drawing because I can’t undo anything because it froze. I loved this app to the point I bought it, but I want to uninstall because of all the problems I’ve been having.

pls bring the old simple wet / oil brush back 😭😭😭😭. I have been using this app for over a year just to use the simple wet/oil brush (I also have procreate but I don’t like their brushes). But, it recently got an update and the brush is now just so stiff. I especially liked that brush because it blends well, but now it just doesn’t. I’m really sad because it’s the only brush I used to shade with for over a year and now I don’t even know what to use🙁. BRING THE BRUSH BACK PLS🙏🙏🙏🙏😭😭😭😭😭🥲

Please reverse the update. The app was perfectly fine and I used it for everything art related but recently due to an update now it’s filled with bugs that completely ruin my capabilities to draw even the most basic things one bug I don’t hear people talking about is how whenever I try to undo something by accident like a random line it’ll not only undo the mistake but also another line before the mistake itself this was never an actual issue but now it’s annoying to the point where I’m considering just getting rid of the app

Y’all are stupid lol. There is a fill option, you have to create a shape or something, and drag the color from the part where you switch colours, down to the drawing, it fills it in. This is a great app btw!

Great..?. I’ve been using this app for about 1-2 years at this point. It’s a great app for drawing. But my problem is that features that were free are now being locked behind a paywall. I remember copy/paste was free a bit ago, now you have to pay for pro to use?? If you don’t mind a bit of greed, this is the drawing app for you. Edited note: Just came back and lowered my rating to two stars. The app doesn’t even save images in full quality anymore as they should be. Sadly I can’t switch apps, as all my projects are here, but before you start on this, it would be good to look for another. An example of another app would be IbisPaint, as it even has a bit more features than here.

Crash. I used to love this app, really easy to use. Some time ago, some of my art started glitching or not charging at all, meaning I couldn't modify or add something to them. After that I couldn't draw on any other frame than 1640x2360 and now nothing charges up or it freezes my entire iPad before crashing.

New update. The new update is bad, anytime I move my art piece it zooms out to original size. The side bar is also different and now the layers are on the top instead of the size, I don’t like it. My app also keeps crashing and I’m losing all of my recent art progress.. really frustrating.

Amazing! Just one suggestion.. Hello, this app is so amazing and I’m very impressed by it. If you are looking for an alternative to procreate, this is a good app! The brushes are amazing and the app is just overall designed well. My only suggestion is that it would be nice if you could be able to save your work. Maybe by having a “sign in” button. That way, users will be able to still have their artwork if they ever delete the app or something. That would just be a nice feature. Anyways, again great job on this app! And I look forward to continuing to use it in the future! :D

It’s good but has one problem. I really like to take pictures and trace them using the trace option. There is a slight issue tho. Whenever I use layer 1, all the colors don’t look the way they’re supposed to. For example: if I wanted to color something black and I’m on layer 1, it turns a bright grey. Other than that I love the app and I was really surprised on how good it was. I was thinking it would be like all the others where it’s free to download, then tells you that you have to pay for almost everything. I’m really happy with the app and I think y’all did great. 9/10 app!

Love this app so much! But needs PSD import & export.. I hope the developers of this app find my review. This app really stands out among those other free apps out there. I really feel bad that not many people are not using or recommending this app on social media. But, I wanna suggest you to keep it up and add some features (maybe like “liquify” tool, “type” tool, “distort” & “mesh” effects in “move” tool, and some more adjustments). And, most importantly, I want PSD import and export so bad. It’d be better, of course, if we can also import Photoshop brushes (.abr) and procreate brushes (.brush). Or, maybe a cloud brush library which offers free and paid brushes of iArtbook format (.ibrush) is also fine.

bussin idk. Good app. Once you learn the controls you can do basically anything. I don’t have any recommendations but it’s good and simple, i saw someone say that it’s better than procreate and I have to agree, this apps really good if your poor/don’t wanna spend money. There is a pro version but you can do so much without it, it’s not like “oh you can only have 5 drawings at a time and you get 3 brushes and can only use the bucket and erase tool” you have so so many options. You have hundreds of brushes and the ability to make your own brushes (which I find useful), I personally like the Taper brush the best but you should try it out for yourself, what’s your favorite brush?

I have a few notes 😬. Hello, I just got this app TODAY and I was not that impressed the brush system was kinda confusing and I did not like how that paper was pretty much gray instead of more of a white tone. I do like the format and all but I’m giving this a 3/5 stars bc of what’s shown on the preview of the app and what it actually gives you. I do like this app and I think it has a lot of a potential but just a few minor adjustments and I think it will be great but for now I recommend this app to a more of a beginner for digital art . Disappointed. So I’ve been using this app for a few years now and it is by far one of my absolute favorites. However, I recently deleted it and redownloaded it to reset the brushes because I accidentally changed one of the blurs and couldn’t figure out how to get it back to its original settings. When I opened it up, it had different brushes and there’s not even a blur section now…when did that change and why? I used the blurs in EVERY piece of art I made and now they are gone. Why were they taken off? I swear if I have to pay to use them I will just delete the app. The one thing this app had that made it stand out from all the others was the fact that it was free AND amazing! Now, I don’t even want to use it.

Amazing 😁. So I downloaded this app to get started with art. I found how to use the app very naturally and quickly. I love the blending tools, layers, and all of the stuff in the app. I have made some beautiful drawings/paintings with this app 😃. For sketching I recommend lowering the opacity 😊 I also love the fact that the app is free 🥳 and the fact that you can replay your sped paints is amazing! 😀😝 I love the fact that you can replay speed-paints for multiple reasons, one of the reasons is to prove to people that you do not trace your drawing and speed paints are actually pretty satisfying to watch. AMAZING APP

Surprisingly surprising. I downloaded iArtbook because I saw it interesting but I didn’t expect it to be much since most drawing apps are pretty shallow . But it was way more thought full and complex than I would’ve of imagine!!! I love all of the vast amount of different types of brushes it has, and I love the way they set up the reference option how you can move it around and reshape it truly makes drawing on a iPhone easier ! I came in with very average expectations but came out surprise after a couple of uses and bought right away !!

Just 3 Things Missing. This is a very good app and I love it, although there’s a few things missing. One thing missing is something like procreate pocket. When you make a shape, if you hold down it makes the shape perfect. Another thing is color fill, it takes a lot of time for me to color things in, and I think that color fill would be perfect. I can just turn it on and press inside of what I’m coloring and boom! It’s filled in! The last thing is a braid brush. I don’t know how to make braids and sometimes I want to make braids on my characters hair, but I can’t figure out how so I suggest a braid brush if you don’t mind!

Great! Would recommend. Sorry, this is gonna be short, as I don’t usually write reviews. But this is the best free drawing app you are ever gonna get. Simple, easy to use interface, not all clogged and complicated like some of the other apps I got. No watermarks on animations (I think) and the app itself is just amazing. I RECOMMED TO U. This app may be a free version of procreate; but as a drawer, an animator, I have looked for many many many many many many many MANY apps to satisfy me. And I found it just a few months ago. I have made over ONE HUNDRED drawings on iArtbook, and I got this app in December! It may seem a little hard at first, but just do a bunch of tests and whatnot or look up an online tutorial and you’ll be making the Mona Lisa. You guys can hate it all you want, but at least look at the brushes. I recommend the rough pencil for sketching, the pen of outlining, 0% calligraphy in the glossy section for coloring, and the very soft airbrush for...well a lot. Those are just the main four I use, but I’ve been using more different ones. But fair warning, phones have some lag. And there are a few ads, but you could be lucky and have no lag or any ads! Also, one suggestion to the developers, maybe make a tutorial in-app or adding sound to animations. (But the animating feature did JUST come out so I’m not expecting it by next Thursday lol)

Amazing! But take out the adds. This app is amazing my whole family has got it and it’s just amazing for me as a kid it’s very nice to just let out my feelings and draw whatever I want however there is this tiny thing I need from the developer(s). There is adds and I probably sound like a Karen 🤣. But it’s so tiny you don’t even have to fix it! Just if you can that would be great! Cause almost everytime I get out of my artwork it happens and if I’m the only one with adds please tell me so. Anyways besides that this app is amazing it has all the great brushes I need and makes drawing so much better! Keep doing what your doing! Sorry for such a long review

I love this, but one problem.. I love this app! It’s great when you can’t buy Procreate. The one problem I have is- since I’m an artist, I try to make separate layers for shading and lighting. But the problem is that the app kicks me off if I’m at a “high” amount of layers. I’ve noticed it resets whenever I’ve selected a layer or after I deselect a layer. Sometimes it does it even if I have a small amount of layers. What annoys me the most is the fact that it sometimes doesn’t save the latest amount of progress if I DO get kicked off. I love this app believe me, I just don’t want to keep having this problem.

sidebar brushes. I love this app for digital artwork and have been using it since I discovered it. I love all the features it has. However, recently, I was trying to edit my quick brushes menu, another feature I’d recently discovered, and my entire sidebar of brushes disappeared. I can’t figure out what I did to remove it from view or how to get it back. A large part of the convenience and appeal of this app for me was how simple it was to switch between different brushes in the sidebar, and my quick brushes only has a handful of those. If anyone could assist me with this, I’d really appreciate it.

This recent update ruined my experience. I’ve been using the app for around a year now, having fun with the simple layout and easy to grasp the hang of. But with the recent update, every time I switch brushes or switch from the eraser to the brush of my choosing, it resets to a random size. Every single time. And now that the max icon use besides the brush and eraser is four instead of five it’s become tedious to edit the painting, having to click the pull down bar then selection, selecting the part I want then having to go back and click the tab opener to click transform and repeat multiple times. It’s become frustrating, especially since before I could easily switch between the two like I can the eraser and brush. Just a bug I would like fixed asap.

AMAZING. This app is so underrated and I cannot believe it has such low reviews. Coming from a person who has 12 different drawing/art apps, this app is by far the best! I love this app so much because you can trace ANY picture you want perfectly, you can make animations EASILY, and it has so many different possibilities with brushes and all. Another thing I would like to add after exploring this app for over a year is that you can pick any type of brush you want. For example if you wanted a smilie face brush- you get a smilie face brush. THE POSSIBILITIES ARE TRULEY ENDLESS PEOPLE!!!!

Great app but one huge bug. I honestly love this app. I draw on it quite frequently and I love that you can blend (which I’ve found is a feature that is non existent on many other art apps surprisingly) and looks very professional. I have, though, found that sometimes the app will freeze and I cant do anything. I’ve tried to exit the app, turn my phone off, hold down the power button to turn my phone all the way off, and nothing works. It’s completely frozen for a good 1-2 minutes. I’ve never had this problem with any other app, and I’m not sure that it happens to anyone else, but it is very scary when it does happen.

Thank you!. This is the first digital art app that I haven’t deleted within the first week of having it. This only has occasional adds, and a large variety of tools even without the pro version, it also doesn’t constantly pressure you into buying the pro version. I love that you can add photos from your photo albums, it has helped me a lot when doing character design. So thank you for creating this incredible app! My only suggestion, is maybe allow for the undo button to be used after the app is closed out, and then reopened, but that’s it. Keep up the awesome work!

Great, a few suggestions though. As a small animator I think the app is amazing, especially if you can’t spend any money on your art, but there are a few things that could really help the app! Ok, I love the different colors and textures and all of that, but I think it should be a little easier to add shapes to your drawing. What I mean by that is, it’s a little difficult to get the right shape with it always changing to a straight line. Second suggestion and probably last, can you please make it easier to draw a glow effect, whenever I try to use one I have to use a ton of different apps because it’s really difficult for me. That’s all! ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

It’s amazing just one problems but I think you can explain them.. So this app is amazing! Since I’m a young artist and I have no money to buy procreate this is a good alternative. But one issue that get’s on my nerves is the recreating catches, but can you explain it to me because every time I press one of the frames or the play button it just kicks me out so I can’t even get done with it, so pls explain why it’s important why it always says "Recreating catches" and why it’s there so I don’t get mad because I will rage in anger and go eat something. But overall this app is amazing! 5/5 stars "Developer’s kiss."

Fix this!. I have been using IArtbook for about 2 years now and I've been editing photos so i can send them to many people that ask me to make them, and now all of the transforming/scaling tools will not work, this is an app with many of my other art pieces in it and now it is unusable, i am considering deleting the app and getting something else cause it has been on my phone for WEEKS. I get if it cannot be fixed but overall this is getting really frustrating and annoying. I may just delete this app altogether. Im sorry but i cannot do anything like this, please try to fix it

Great! but…. This is an absolutely outstanding app to use for artists who are looking for one app that allows for animations AND singular portraits. There are different pallets to choose from, and (of course) you can customize colors and there are amazing options of brush tools. The animation category creates smooth animations when used, however, when one goes to another frame, draws, and moves into another frame, the frame from two frames before still shows up. It’s faint, but it’s there. It doesn’t disappear until a somewhat large amount of frames later. Other than that, this app is perfect for beginners, and even pros! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It’s great but one suggestion!. it’s awesome to use. I’m considering asking my parents to buy pro for me. It’s my dream to make animations/be an animator myself, and I completely recommend using this app for it. But I have one suggestion- Music. Can you add a thing where you can record/put in sounds for you to animate to? It’s gonna be hard for me to animate/get anything accurate without any sounds to animate to. I would just use another app for that but I just really like this app. If there is a thing in order to add sounds please tell me!!

Animation And more brushes!!. Hello, I m a big fan of your app but I also have ideas for new update, we really need more brushes for specific things like mixing colors , also I know this is really big step for the app and it’s probably more hard work , we Need a animation update! New marketing demographic. I used this app a few years ago as my main drawing app, and, though as soon as I tried Procreate I instantly liked it better, iArtbook worked fine. I wasn’t amazing at Art at the time but it was still an overall smooth and decent app. Unfortunately, I think the app is now aimed at a younger audience, and you can really see it in its functions and marketing. If you’re looking for a completely free drawing app, then I recommend Sketchbook, which doesn’t even have ads. For slightly more professional goals, then Procreate is definitely a must, as countless artists will say (though it is $10). Overall, I do not recommend iArtbook unless you/your child just want to mess around with colors.

1 pen is glitchy but other than that it's amazing. So I love this app it's my favorite drawing app I have and I have quite a few haha, my only problem and why I'm making this is the "Tapered pencil" isn't being a pencil it's working and looking like an air brush and it's my main pencil for sketching and background colors so it's getting annoying in the middle of sketching it turns into a airbrush, I haven't changed the settings on it so I don't know why it's doing this but it's quite annoying. I'd still recommend this app everything else about it is amazing it's just the tapered pencil that's not working right

Amazing - worth way more than free. I use most of the known iOS painting and illustrating apps with an iPad Pro and Apple Pencil and I gotta say that this app really surprised me. I downloaded it a few months ago and didn’t have the time to immediately start using it. By the time I did I had kind of forgotten what it was. Maybe that’s why I’m so impressed. I have barely gotten passed using the basic oil brush with canvas texture. It works, feels, and looks better than any other apps version of this often attempted simulation. There are so many more brushes that I am going to need to spend a few hours using and attempting to manage them before I know if they are just bells and whistles or if they have purpose. Until then I can deal with the Clip Studio ads that can be immediately dismissed (‘cause I already got it) when and if they do when saving your documents. Not even sure what the paid feature is or if I need it. 5 stars.

Great Drawing/Animation App, just have a few possible addition ideas. I’ve used this app for awhile now and I’ve significantly spotted my art style improving while doing so. Though the app can be confusing at first, you get used to it after some tries! Though it is great and all, i would personally love to see a possible Audio feature in the animation section? As an animator it’s quite hard to find good enough frame by frame apps that also allow you to drop your audio in the time frame and animate efficiently. Also a symmetry tool would be absolutely amazing and less time consuming to do things like icon’s and front facing portraits!

I absolutely love this app! Must Try!. So, I’ve never written a review before, so here we go! I absolutely love this app. I’ve only had it for about a day now, and it is by FAR the best app I’ve ever used. It doesn’t overload you with adds, it comes with pre-downloaded color palettes(including ones specifically for skin tones and hair, which is EXTREMELY helpful) and there are so many brush designs and customizations for free! For the last 2 or 3 years, I’ve been using ibisPaint, and don’t get me wrong, that is also an amazing platform, but eventually you do get tired of all the adds. On this app, I didn’t even have to watch an add to use a new brush, so this really blew my mind! I got my friend to download it, and we both haven’t stopped using it. We even joked around about how with all the features we get without a subscription, that if we got pro mode, we’d become gods. Overall, this is an amazing app! Keep up the good work!

Amazing… but. Hello! I love this app so much, it’s so smooth and works like magic. I just have one issue, recently I was drawing on the app and it just crashes, but not a normal crash, it messes up my whole phone, it’s so bad that my phone takes awhile to even process that I pressed the off button. I just saw the new update so maybe that will fix it after I download? Tysm I’ll update this if the new update works. Update: the app crashed almost immediately when I zoomed out (it always happens when I zoom out) I really love this app and I hope that you will fix this as soon as you can, for now I have to use another app bc this app is not useable for me :p

Needs fill bucket. I really like using this app to draw and color but I do have a suggestion. I really like to make comics using this app but what’s really hard it to color it in. It takes most of my time just coloring it in and I think it would be really nice if you added a fill bucket. That way it will be much quicker and easier to color pictures in. I usually download the uncolored drawing and load it into a app that does has the fill bucket, even then it takes a long time. I think this will make the app better.

I’m freaking in love with this app!. I’d have to admit I’m not the best at animation or digital drawing, but this app helped me a lot especially sense I can make the brush delay it makes it slower and that really helps. I tried apps like ibsis paint x and the brushes were just too quick! so that setting really helps. I’ve been using this for awhile and it has made me show improvement. I have made many amazing animations on this app and countless drawings! It’s easy to navigate and it has so many cool brushes and they’re all free! So basically I’m obsessed with this that’s all.

Great app one issue. I love this app and it’s worked beautifully for me, for everything other then the video recordings. I might just be doing something wrong but I can’t access my recordings. I have checked and I haven’t accidentally turned it off. I don’t know if when you exit there’s suppose to be a pop up, or if you do something. But I swear I’ve pressed every button in the game. I go to save and theirs no time lapse option. Other then that great app. I love that you can make your own tools, the brushes are all really good. I use the app constantly and it’s has great features. Sadly I just have one bug that has messed up the experience.

Leslie. I would say that this is a really good app for digital drawing, I decided that I wanted to do digital art one day so I downloaded this app and I thought that it was a really good app, it had everything that I was looking for like selection, a large variety of brushes, and adjustable canvas sizes. I do have one problem with it though, if I use a canvas that is over around 1800 x 1800 and i zoom out to see the full drawing, the app crashes and I have to restart it. I don’t know if this happens to anybody else but other than that I think the app is great and I do recommend it.

Love!. I have always wanted Procreate but I don’t have an iPad. Even if I did, I can’t really pay for the app myself since I am a little too young to have my own credit card. I’ve been looking for so many apps until I found this one. It might not have everything that Procreate has, but it’s amazing! You have tons of free brushes you can use and they also give you some drawings when you first download the game. So you can recreate them or color them. You can also make animations which is something I love! I’ve never loved digital art this much before! I would recommend this app to anyone who is looking for a great digital art app. However, sometimes when I draw something, and then I close my phone, when I come back to it, it deletes the last few lines I drew. That has only happened to me once so far. Other than that the app is absolutely amazing! One thing that really surprised me is that the app is 100% FREE! You should definitely get this app! It was amazing until this update. This app had been my favorite for months (9 months to be exact) and would usually be on it at least an hour a day which is crazy in itself because I have a horrible attention span, but when I opened it on my phone after this update I realized it was worse than the whole time I had have this app. It reminds me of the many other free drawing apps I tried before I found this one. You can’t make color palettes like you used to which was my best friend since this is where I plan out storylines, create OCs, and create my own characters. This was a huge part of coping with my anxiety during finals so I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this update. I’m sad to see it turn into the kind of apps I mentioned earlier but it looks like it’s heading in that direction. I’m sad to say this looks like the hunt for a good drawing app is back on.

A few things that could make it SO MUCH BETTER. This app is an AMAZING app for beginners and professionals, it is easy to use and you don’t have to pay for the pro version and you don’t have to watch five million ads. But there are a few features that should be added that would make it SO much BETTER (Note: all these changes I’m suggesting should be added to the version that you DON’T have to pay for!) 1. There should be a feature where you can make it so you DON’T cover your outline! It’s very annoying to tediously go around your outline. 2. I wish there was a pen that is just completely smooth so you don’t have to worry about your colors overlapping. That’s all I have to suggest, thank you for reading!!!!!!! ☺️

AWESOME but one suggestion. I love this app so much! It’s really one of a kind. I love how you can draw on your photos, how there are so many brushes, and all that awesome stuff. I use it all the time. And I love how you can make animations. I really love to draw and this is perfect for someone like me who has a big imagination. Now, my suggestion is to maybe be able to add your animations to the Camera app. It would be really cool because I make movies ( but not like the movies you see on like HBOmax or something) but movies on my I-Pad so then I could use the animation to help with my movies. But otherwise, this is a really good app, and I love it.

I really love the app but there’s a tiny problem. The app is really good and has everything I need to draw. I have made a lot of drawings that I love and have also made some short animations. But I would also like to say that maybe you can add a tool that lets you select a part of the drawing and change angle, I really struggle when drawing eyes because sometimes one eye is tilted to the right and I can’t change the angle so it isn’t tilted. I don’t know if y’all already added a tool and I just can’t find it or if there is no tool that Im talking about.

Awesome game! just one thing is missing. So today I just had this erge (did not spell that right) to find a free good art app. It took a lot of time until I found this. I downloaded it and it was absolutely free, I didn’t have to get a subscription or anything which was good. I tried to draw some art it worked well BUT. There’s one thing that’s a huge pain for me. FILLING IN MY ART. I know what you pr thinking, filling in my art shouldn’t be a problem right? WELL IT IS FOR ME. It takes forever to fill in and it gets my so aggravated when it messes up the outline of my drawing and I have to fix it because I CAN NOT DO IT WITHOUT MESSING UP MY PAINTING. it would be so much easier if u had like a bucket icon button to fill stuff in. I just got a new apple pen and wanted to use a app that I can draw and have fun! But honestly they were boring and I came to this app to try it out. And when I went in the app, it was a bit like procreate but not really it I used the smudge brush and it wouldn’t work! I tried to make it less blurry, but it still wouldn’t work! Ipad Update problem. Hi! I am a young artist. And I really wanted this app called 'Procreate' But I noticed it has payment in some ipads. Then I found this app and I noticed its the exact same app! Exept thay change the prize and the name, anyways what my problem is I have this Ipad ( which I'm using right now) which is omly until ios 10.3.3 since I really want this app, I tried to download it but then it said 'its only for 13.0 or later' so I was sad because I really liked it but i can't download it. So if you can make it '10 or later' It would make my whole life! And I will appreciate it! But, I still rate it 4/5. But anyways Thank you! if you saw it!

I really don’t like how how it draws it makes it really hard to animate too it’s hard to match the first drawing to the second drawing when you animate it with the strong font or whatever it is it’s kind of hard to use to I don’t know if you can change how it draws or notBut they didn’t show me so I’m gonna assume you can’t change it I’m probably never going to download this again unless I’m desperate or they change it to be better than this because I really don’t like this app but that’s just my opinion if you like the app you go ahead and download it I just don’t like it you can download it if you want to I’m not gonna download this again unless something drastic happens so yeah I’m deleting the app bye!

Animation audio feature. I absolutely love this app with all the free to use brushes and you don’t even need to pay for more of the advanced stuff like procreate which is really useful and the ads aren’t too much of a bother there’s just one thing that kind of bothers me. It’s the fact that in the animation section, there’s no add audio feature to synchronize your animations to. I want to start learning animation and figured this would be the best along with learning digital art but it’s really hard when there’s no audio to synchronize the animation to. Sure you could send your animation to an editing software or app but it’s extremely hard when doing that too and it’s not very practical and becomes really tedious. If you could add something like that even in the pro version I would gladly pay for it or just making it free on the app is cool too! Overall though, I still think this is a great app for people who don’t have too much money and who want to learn digital art in a more simpler matter while still having plenty of tools open to them from the start!

UI change is a game changer… and not in a positive way. The recent change of the font has made it annoying to use, and I’ve been using Adobe Fresco since. I’m really disappointed, as this app was so much better, but it changed everything for me. It doesn’t look right. They also don’t have a liquify brush that is a pretty big feature, as it would really help with sketches. Otherwise, I love the app. The ability to make and customize brushes is amazing, and the palates they pre-make are something used daily for me. It’s animation tolls have been what I needed, and there’s so many different things I haven’t dived into. Thank you for such an amazing app, and… less so on the new font.

Great for beginners fun and relaxing. This app is great for beginners. And I mean it because its hard when you search up art apps for beginners and they give you a list of the most complicated art apps but this one is genuinely simple and effective. I have made many pictures I am very proud of on this app my only complaint is just a glitch where when I try to race a drawing because I find it fun to trace and its the best way to learn, it kicks me of the app. Please if you’re a developer reading this could you fix this glitch? However there is a chance it’s just my device. Edit: developers please respond it’s been a couple months since the glitch started and all I want to do is draw.

Great app. Only reason for the one star is so that this will be seen. This app is amazing, or was at least. It keeps getting updates that are making it worse and harder to use. As someone who can only do things from memory, changing the app every few months is horrible. I’m starting to hate this app, and I used to love it. Plz plz plz stop changing it, the new update is horrible, everything is at the bottom of the screen instead of the top which is really odd because it was great at the top. It’s just uncomfortable using the app now.

Just one thing…... Not like this should be added but I think I would use it more if this was added….-so I just got this app and it’s pretty good but I noticed it would make this app flip-a-clip level if you were able to add sounds from videos you recorded or make your own sound, I think that would make it better, A LOT. if you add it I will be forever more happier than I have been with animation. I think it would also be awesome I also think if you added a huge variety of brushes maybe some kind of effect brush, or some kind of material brush I think would be epic, but I think that’s it. More. I really like this app. But I was hoping you could add some new features and maybe some more brushes. I want you to add some brushes that can make beads and things like that. It would really help. I also was hoping You could make it so that you are able to paint perfectly and smoothly and please fix the sketching brush. Also I was hoping you could make a lot more videos explaining how to draw on this app because there are very few videos explaining everything to you , also maybe even make a website that can help you with drawing and painting. But over all a huge update would do if. Apart from that the app is pretty good.

Bang, Wow!. This seems like one of the coolest and easiest art apps I've ever tried and I have tried a LOT. I use Procreate 'some' and working on Fresco but I find them a bit hard to quickly 'get going.' I had a workable seascape up in about 10 minutes just 'fooling around.' I immediately removed the ads. I like the included palettes and that you can just so easily choose a color square and work up a brush in seconds then go to work with it, It is intuitive and easy. I'll ck out some more of it and might add to this review again. Thanks, Alex. Btw, that 1st picture of the clouds blew me away!
