Poor. I have to reboot hard drive too often for app to actually show camera feeds.

Remote starter. Can someone please explain why my remote start fails so often (Winter and summer)?

We need desktop version too. It is slow and we need desktop version

Very Long Load Time. This takes way too long to load on a mobile device; iPad or iPhone specifically.

Works well. It’s easy intuitive and functional

HD navigation. This program is not easy to navigate because record only motion is not available. Also the program is difficult to change in settings specifically the motion alarm

Bill. Wish humidity would stay up on thermostat all the time and not just when u access it

This new system has problems. Pulling up camera images on the phone is very difficult. Customer is very unhappy with this new system

Solid app!. Very happy as I’ve been using this for well over a year

Dependable service. Always available when app is opened. I am a novice techie and even for me, this is easy to use.

Connectivity. No problems with the system itself just the app. While at work I cannot connect to my device to see what’s going on at home. I have even tried while at home on the same network. Reinstalling the app has not fixed the issue.

Camera ok everything else great.. Great stuff- It works. I’ve had a false alarm or two and the police were right there ready to take the pajama wearing owner (me) who rushed over, to jail. Cameras: Meh they work, but are a pain to keep going. A big pain. I have the camera that works on a battery. I really can’t use them consistently. They are never charged when I try to look (inside of a week when charged) The way they have to be mounted, I need a ladder to charge them. I only have a ladder that reaches one of them. So in order for them to function correctly, more often than weekly, I need to borrow a taller ladder (or go buy one eventually) and climb that in the middle of the work day (twice a week) and charge them, then take the charger off and swap the charger to the next camera. It’s a fairly big task to incorporate into an already busy day. I can’t charge them at the same time- because there is one charger and the cord isn’t long enough to reach the floor on one camera, so I need an extension cord- except- if it’s heavy, it pulls on the charger. I would say, unless the camera is for keeping an eye out at home- get ones that are not in need of charging. They aren’t the best situation for a business. Love the company that services them though.

App slow to open.. Outside of my network and while I’m in my network, I attempt to watch my cameras from the app. The app was slow to open and at times didn’t open at all. This is a deal breaker for me. If I can’t see my cameras while I’m away, why have them.

Good app some download issues. Good app bit not available for download in the Caribbean so had to travel to install the app but works perfectly

Needs Work. A lot of bugs, keeps disconnecting from network. Also sometimes never loads and says can’t connect

Prevent lock screen does not work. The prevent lock screen option in settings does not work on iOS. This causes the app to close when the phones display setting activates. You then have to tap screen or unlock phone. App needs to be able to keep phone awake when prevent lock screen is activated. When you try to activate it, it will not actually turn on. Slide moves back to off position immediately.

Actually User Friendly. The setup for this system is unbelievably quick and simple. Much easier than other brand systems I have installed. Recommend.

Bad App. They need to fix this app. It is horrible. You push to get notifications and you either get one every second or none at all. It is worthless. I would give it a 0 star if I could.

App is not user friendly. Hard to determine what does what and where to access past videos. Slow loading and not easy to navigate app.

Offline. Constantly getting kicked offline, kind of useless when so need to check my cameras when I’m away from home.

Not reliable.. Crashes often. Won’t open sometimes without constant shutting down and restarting. While viewing it just shuts itself down after short time. Can’t even get through all my cameras individually without it shutting down. Really a nuisance app for the user. Very very slow in opening if it does. Not recommended as it is highly unreliable. Yes I have rebooted my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled app.

Streaming and loading. Cameras take forever to connect , while streaming they constantly cut out footage. Sometimes cameras don’t connect at all.

Hit or miss. Takes about 5-10 times of opening and closing app before it shows live feed. Mostly when I open app it says all my cameras are off lune and I cannot get into any menu. My only option is to close app and reopen. Kinda worthless

No communication. Though I can access the cameras from my phone, I get no notification on my phone when the cameras are activated. I purchased the system based on its compatibility with Mac but am unable to access it successfully on my computer. Not sure where to turn for help!

Chief. Absolutely horrible. It loses connection with the internet all the time. A waste of money! If I could give it -1 stars that would be appropriate! When I’m away I can’t access my cameras absolutely terrible I have to wait till I come home to reset them again ,the biggest disappointment of any camera system!

Does not always load. Have to try multiple times to get the app to start

Not showing, the refreshing is just to slow,. Most of the time it does not load, it’s been 2 weeks since I have been able to see anything

Reload. System is sometimes very slow or won’t reload or update video feed i have to close the Ap and restart to get the feed to update

Does the job but could improve. This is a good app for the most part. However, when my phone goes to sleep. I have ti close out the app and reopen it to load. Other than that, it does the job.

great, but needs a minor mod. Just needs the ability to access ptz and viewing grid when running landscape mode. Otherwise, excellent application!

App doesn’t always pull camera. This app needs improvement. For the most part you can see live feed and such, but there are times where then app doesn’t always pull up feed and force closing doesn’t always work. Also the playback of recordings is hit or miss as well. That why 3 stars but when it does fiction it’s great. Cameras themselves are awesome

App doesn’t work. The app always loses connection to the sever, and in order for it to work the app needs to be deleted and reinstalled. This happens every two weeks. Cameras work great; however, it’s one of the worst apps I have ever used.

Issues with cameras on phone. Always having issues with the cameras offline and not able to connect Onto our phone

Great app. This lets you set alarm notifications to tell you when there’s someone trying to TP your house in the middle of the night.

It’s okay but not the best. In order to have the live stream appear on my phone I must first use the menu bar and select anything then back out, otherwise it says all cameras are disconnected.

Need to fix. Overall good app. It never works when I open it if I have previously opened it and didn’t close it out. To get it to work again I have to completely close it out every time and then open it again.

Offline on app when you open app after sometime start also sometime suddenly close app. This issue all the time offline when you open app

Speed of access. The speed of access from the cloud is unacceptable.

Okay Live Feed, Not So Good For Recordings. Works okay if you want to watch live, but the app crashes frequently when trying to watch recorded video. Hopefully at some point that bug will be fixed. Also, takes a while to open live feed sometimes. I frequently have to force close the app in order to bring the feed back up. Hopefully some of these bugs get fixed as these are major in terms of it not operating smoothly.

Great Functionality. Excellent ease of use as well as functionality.

Not helpful. Since the app updated I have not been getting notifications sent to my phone 99% of the time. It is not user friendly because u have to click through too many things to see what’s going on. This is not helpful with knowing what’s going on at your home or business quickly. The best thing they can do is create a notification that includes a screen shot or video of the alert like Nest does. Very quick way to see what’s going on. I may just switch back to them when lots of money lost by buying these cameras. And customer support is not helpful at all. I called for help but he emailed me a manual. And they do not stay open long enough. I feel so unsafe with these cameras in house and I can’t depend on the remote setting to do a good job.

I phone notification does not work. The system cameras was very hard to get talking to the HDV-N6WF in the first place which took much time to get working. One selling point was the system’s compatibility with Mac OS which has turned out not to be fully true. Connection was made to a Mac using the available Mac version program, but detailed compatibility was not good. We then connected it to an older pc lap top which we assigned to use solely with this system but apparently it cannot hold the program for whatever reason. We are now limited to using web access only rather than the full program that came with the system. we bought a monitor to connect the HDV which was a waste of money in my mind since logging on is long and troublesome and it’s much easier to use my I Phone. Unfortunately, the web program doesn’t inform the phone app when motion is detected so, though we can see what’s going on and can review recorded history, it is done randomly rather than by receiving information as it happens. Lucky my wife and I are versed somewhat in computers or we would have never been able to get any of this to work at all. It’s been frustrating, to say the least.

Events. Needs better access to the events that triggered the camera. I do not like having to scroll back on time and date.

Motion sensitivity. The app is great, I’ve had some issues with the sensitivity setting between 6 being too high and 5 not being high enough. 6 it’ll alert my phone when a wind chime moves but 5 I can go outside and walk right by the cameras and it doesn’t alert me to movement

Good once. Was able to see my cameras once on my phone and then they were gone never to see again

Motion detection not triggering on iPhones. I’m having a hard time with my cameras not triggered motion on my iPhones. My iPhone as well as my wife’s isn’t working but maybe it’s a app issue. Please help.

Not happy. Your system goes on and off. Can’t figure it out. Not happy with it.

Unstable. Every time I open the app, it will close typicality when switching from landscape to portrait. Needs a fix desperately.

Ok app. Constantly get motion notifications, but when i hit playback to see the motion, their is rarely a video on my android or ipad. Great for live view.

Dealer. Night vision ir shows a spot light beam would be hard to sell in comparison to Costco Sam’s or any off brands also can’t watch it in full hd it freezes and switches cameras

Cameras. Very disappointed in this system. App does not work. No pop ups, no notifications , black camera screens. Only had it 2 weeks.

Remote viewing. Can’t view off Mac unless you have an old software- need an update

App. The App is terrible. When set on maximum #8 too annoying. Go to #7 nothing at all. Useless.

Heating and air business owner. App takes too long to upload on phone if it even does. Very unreliable.

Mediocre. Live viewing of cameras is okay. Dvr option could use a real upgrade.

connectivity issues. app works good until you get a notification or for any other reason reopen the app. Then it will not reconnect until you force close the app and restart it. You cannot leave it open in the background. Every time you are done using it you must force close it so that it will reconnect next time you want to view the system. For whatever reason they have forgotten a simple line of code that looks to see if there is a connection and if no connection to establish one. Very frustrating!

Owner. Wish the cameras had wider angle view

HD Vision. Not that impressed with the last system I bought. DVR will not remember the IP address assigned so I can’t use the app. I have 3 of these systems and Themis particular one at my office is weird...

Can’t get a call back. Horrible customer service.

STAY AWAY!. Terrible app. You cannot view video on your phone. It’s hit or miss if it loads or not but if it does load you can only view 1 or 2 seconds before it glitches or freezes. ABSOLUTELY BRUTAL!

Not up to standards. Unable to use audio without harsh background static. Alarm is too sensitive...even set at lowest setting, it alerts for nothing.

Not user friendly. I wish I could use the alibi witness app. This app is very hard to use.

Dvr. Dvr looses connection

Terrible. It takes 5 minutes for my cameras to come online. I paid a lot of money for these cameras and they are practically useless.

App doesn’t play Live. Just bought Alibi HDVision System for $800. I can see the NVR connected but Can’t see the video Live. Returning the unit asap. Need to change the name to Alibi HDBlind.

Always says Offline when not at the shop. App will work when on the same internet as the cameras, but will not work when away.

So far so good. Only issue is that the DVR or system crashes or reboots (Start Wizard) for no particular reason even though I have attached a back up power with surge protection. So Incase I’m out of town for a few days and this happens in my absence, I not cannot see or record any issue until I’m back which beats the most important purpose of having the system

Not Satisfied. This dvr is not hd clear. I. Have to constantly exit and reload to work.This is the worst system I’ve ever had. Definitely looking for better equipment.
