Assemble with Care Game Description & Overview

What is assemble with care app? From the studio that brought you Monument Valley, comes a story about taking things apart and putting ourselves back together.

When Maria, a globe-trotting antique restorer, arrives in the sun-soaked town of Bellariva, she has no idea just how broken it will turn out to be. She wants nothing more than to help the town’s inhabitants save their most beloved possessions, but when it’s their personal lives that are starting to fracture, she’ll need to find a way to hold them together, one spare screw at a time.

Give it a try! You won’t regret it.. After playing this game, I came to its reviews in search insight from other players’ experiences that would reaffirm my own. Like so many before me, I felt compelled to write my first app review; so here I am. Assemble with Care has provided me with perhaps the most unexpected and delightful interactive storyline that I’ve ever embarked upon— all guided by a mobile app. It’s clear that the developers, storywriters, voice actors, visual artists, and the rest of the crew put a tremendous amount of thought and detail into their work. I thought, like Monument Valley, I would play it sparingly whenever a free moment presented itself; however, I didn’t stop assembling items until there were none left to assemble. Not only did I discover the odd satisfaction achieved from mending broken heirlooms and electronics, Assemble with Care also reminded me of valuable lessons in compassion and selflessness that I think many of us have lost sight of. I have never felt compelled to call my mom after playing a video game before; until today, that is!

Wholesome! Couldn’t be better!. This is a masterpiece. It’s aesthetic value is incredibly high! The artwork is perfect. The story is perfect. The puzzles are perfect. The music is perfect. It’s a must play. Everyone should experience this game. I finished the game in one sitting. I look forward to more and I hope USTWO will keeping making games like this at the same high quality. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 I’m in love with this. I will probably sit down and go through it again tomorrow. It warmed my heart and soul. Also, as far as the union stuff goes, I wasn’t there, I don’t know what happened, but the law will sort it out. Hopefully everything gets resolved quickly so you guys can continue making this incredible art. The other games look crappy, but I’m going to give it a shot. Lol 😂

Short but sweet. It's a cute little game with more story than puzzle, but the puzzles are interesting and the way you interact with the objects feels very natural. I like that they are real-world objects with semi-realistic working parts. You not only disassemble and reassemble, but also can use the objects. Using them sometimes helps you debug the problem. It's really quite a joy once you've opened something and first see what's inside. The only criticism I have is that it's too short. There's only 13 puzzles (and some of them I don't think would qualify as a puzzle). The story and solutions are also a bit too simplistic; I would have wished for a few much more complex machines that I have to debug myself without a helping hand. But ultimately I think this would be a great game to introduce a kid to tinkering.

Short, dull, maybe a little full of itself. Let me start by saying the idea for this game is cool: repairing little gadgets for people as a globetrotting kid trying to find herself. Where this falls flat is in the execution. The actual repair gameplay is promising, but tops out over the course of 11 puzzles at a level of complexity matched by puzzle books for elementary students. Meanwhile, the devs thought they were being insightful by presenting each puzzle with a mediocre framing device centering around one of a couple of unbelievably trope-laden stories, switching between them from puzzle to puzzle. It all comes across as depressingly typical and without any real substance. Nothing about it is particularly bad, mind you, but there’s also nothing that stands out, besides the initial delight of disassembling something, only for that delight to become disappointment as the game ends without ever feeling like it lived up to its full potential. My hope is that a developer who’s more focused on making a game rather than a hopelessly forgettable short story will pick up this idea and make something worth the effort. At least I didn’t have to directly pay for this. Thanks, Apple GamePassAccessNowArcadeFlix.

A truly genuine masterpiece of caring. I found this game quite accidentally. It’s 8 to 2 am right now and I just can’t help immersing it. This is more than a phone game. This is a extraordinary story with great moving words with beautiful illustration telling us how many precious we’ve been ignored so far. I’m stranding at home with my family cuz of the virus and this is the longest period of time I spent with my family since I went to college, that I was busy to do my own things all the time preparing for the test, hanging out with my friends or even just staying alone rather than sharing some time with my families. If there is one small tiny advantage of this pandemic, it will be a long time-span with family and touched by this game. Thank u so much for presenting such hear-warming story to us.

A Wonderful Adventure. This was my first game downloaded from Arcade, and also my first one completed. It is quite short, but simply outstanding. The puzzles are a bit on the easy side, but when a game is this charming it doesn’t really matter. My only negatives would be the length (always leave them wanting more I guess?), and that Maria seems to have an infinite number of circuit boards and replacement parts in her toolbox. It might have made sense, for at least a few of the items, to have the owners comment to Maria that they managed to scrounge up some parts for their item but couldn’t make the repair themselves.

Great game, way short. I love puzzle games and when it comes to the whole “fix the whatever” genre most games tend to be very repetitive and loaded with ads, one seemingly every 30 seconds or so. This app is neither repetitive nor ad laden. It’s fun and a little challenging but not “I’m going to lose my crap” so, while it lasts. The while it lasts part is the problem. I played the entire thing in one sitting, except for the epilogue, which I had to finish the next day because I started it later in the evening. Maybe they are going to expand it over time, which would be great, but as it stands now it’s simply very short but very fun while it lasts. The one other thing I noted that brought the score down was that supposedly there’s one unlocked level in order to complete it. Maybe that’s an upcoming update or maybe it’s a glitch. I double checked all the levels and have completed everything released. Of you want a couple of hours trying out a “fix the thing” game, this nails it. Just don’t expect it to be an every day time waster.

Absolutely fantastic game!. This is my first review of a game on the iPhone and I have been playing them since the App Store was released to the public. This game prompted me to actually write a review for the first time in all those years. I downloaded the game without that high of expectations, and even put off playing it until last out of the group of games I downloaded at the time. I was so wrong to have waited. From the minute I started the game, I was hooked and couldn’t stop until I completed it. This is not particularly a game that creates any sort of challenge, but rather an experience. From the minute the beautiful voice acting starts with Maria’s narration of her travels, to the conclusion of her describing the things she is packing away, I was invested. The story is sort of whimsical at first, but as you meet characters with things to fix, you are given small hints as to why the objects mean so much to them in dialogue. As you fix the things you discover clues on the different objects to add deeper meaning, which ultimately is realized by the characters describing why they mean so much when you are finished. Everything from the sound design, art direction, gameplay, and story are perfectly woven together to make a wonderful game that will have you feverishly fixing things to continue on with Maria’s story!

Favorite Arcade Game. Completely loving time spent with this game. It ticks all the boxes! :). I’m an artist, an avid listener of audio books and I love working with my hands, so this sweet little game couldn’t be more perfect for me. The artwork is beautiful with a soft, beautiful hand-painted quality. The voice of the narrator(s) of the story are truly very good and the storyline is truly enjoyable. The very best thing is that the controls are accruals responsive and intuitive, hallelujah!! A new Arcade explorer and after about 12 games where I was sooo frustrated with controls that didn’t work or make sense and games that were frenetic and/or crazy loud, finding this enchanting, relaxing game was a life-saver. I hope the creators continue making more chapters or more games like this one. If I can hang in there and find a few more reasons to stay with the Arcade thing, I’ll certainly be down-loading the next installment. Good job!

Fixing people’s heart via restoring their objects. This is a BEAUTIFUL game. It is so well done, that even the beginning is so charming. The first thing attracted me is the narrator, with the music, it just feels some clam and relaxing. Move towards to the gameplay mechanics, even it is very simple, but each tap and each swap is very satisfying. Fixing a broken object and see that impact to the person is a really engaging experience. In the later game, you started to see the different lines of story start to overlap with each other, as a player, you can start to realize that you’re not just fixing broken things, you are actually repairing people’s relationships and their hearts. It is marvelous.

I absolutely loved this game. This game was really fun and a great thing to do in my free time. I would definitely recommend it to anybody that’s looking for a fun puzzle game. It has a great story and has so many characters. I only had two issues when playing the game. 1. When fixing the game system, I pulled the wires out to begin. Once I had everything in place, I started to put the wires back in just to notice that the game had glitched out and it took one of the wires away. I had to reset my game and redo it all to get it back. I don’t know if anybody has experienced this. 2. My last issue was when fixing Joseph’s music box. I replaced the cogs and was ready to put the piece back in the music box, put the top in, and finish it. I struggled for a few minutes due to the fact that it wouldn’t let me put anything inside the music box. It turned out that I had to close the top and open it again to put it in. And I had to do that for every piece that I had to put on. Again, I don’t know if anybody has experienced that. Apart from those two problems, I had a lot of fun playing this game. I love puzzle games and this was definitely unlike anything that I’ve played before.

Truly beautiful!. I enjoyed this game so much and the second you open it it’s like a whole different world. I wish I could find another game like this one. It’s so truly remarkable and beautiful I had an amazing experience with headphones and finished it within hours. I’m so happy I found this game and it deserves all the love in the world. I would 100% recommend this game to anyone who enjoys fun puzzles with a good storyline. It’s not good for little kids because it’s a little to challenging and boring for them but I think teens and up will enjoy this. It’s truly charming and well made I have zero complaints and it’s just perfect. If I could rate hire I would in a heartbeat.

This game is awesome!. I got this game after reading one of the reviews and I thought I’d give it a try. I’m so glad I did because I loved playing it! The story in the game was really engaging as I felt myself getting to know these characters the more the game progressed and each character was different from the rest. The voice over work did each character was very well done, I felt like this was more like an interactive short story. The puzzles themselves weren’t overly complicated but not overly simple either as I found myself having to start a puzzle over once or twice on a couple of the objects before figuring it out. You could probably beat the whole game in like an hour or less but it’s a game worth playing. I totally hope that there’s more to come with this game with more and new puzzles and great stories as it totally ended on a cliffhanger.

This game was amazing. I don’t usually write reviews for games . But wow this game is amazing . A puzzle type mind bender and a saucy drama story to go along with it . The thing I enjoyed the most about this game was the game wasn’t rushed , it took its time and its all about the experience . If your the type of person that usually skips dialogue in video games then this game isn’t for you . Usually I wouldn’t like this kind of a game but the puzzle in addition to the story made the game the type of game you wanna start and finish within a day or two of getting it . It’s like a good book that’s hard to put down, yet the story line is so simple. The mental mind puzzles make the story feel more engaging by making you believe your really doing things to help people’s lives be easier or to enrich past moments and memories of a recently deceased family member . Very unusual , captivatingly original and just wowzer! Definetly would recommend you check it out :) Who even reads these anyway???

Love it. I totally recommend this game! While it’s short, there’s a very serene and calming ambiance to it, all the while guiding you through a very thought out story. A story that emphasizes the importances of… well life. It highlights just how short life truly is and how quickly it can all change, so take advantage of the here and now. It’s also quite interactive, which I loved. Unlike other story-like games that incorporate interactive puzzles, I didn’t find myself skipping or ignoring the dialogue… it completely sucked me in! I wish it was longer, or perhaps had more chapters, but the short 13 “chapters” and it’s epilogue did round the story off nicely and yet it allowed a little “window” in case they do add on! It’s completely worth the download!!

I wish it were longer!. This game is so amazing, and I enjoyed every bit of it! The graphics, the voice acting, the art, the story, even the gameplay was amazing! I would give this five stars, but it’s so short! I finished it in only a day, and I wish their were more! It almost seems they got tired of making it, because it seems like there was so much more story to unlock, but no. Also, the story of Joseph and Izzy isn’t as engaging as Carmen’s and Helena’s. I feel like they could have done much more there. Maybe explore more of how the mother passed away? (I assume, since it’s never clear if she’s dead or if she ran away/divorced Joseph.) Anyways, I do love it a lot, though. Another thing is that I don’t like how they overuse the same artwork. Couldn’t you draw something else? I don't understand. They just use Maria’s eyes half the time, which gets boring very quickly. Anyways, great game, could use some work.

Rather Short - But You Should Still Play It. The story is touching and moving and brought me to tears. The idea of fixing broken objects was masterfully done. The art is simplistic and yet beautiful. It is perfectly written story. However, this game is incredibly short. It took me less than an hour to play through the entire game with the story included. It’s feels fulfilling, yet at the end of it all, there’s still something lacking. Do I regret spending an hour of my time on this? No. Not in the slightest but I’m yearning for more. This morning, I found myself wishing that the story started at the beginning of Maria’s adventure and that we could see the events and feelings that drove her from her home and family in search of what laid beyond the confines of her tiny world. At the end, I wished we could hear how the conversation with her parents went and followed her on her journey home to the antique store. Should you play this game? Absolutely. It’s masterful story telling. The mechanics are satisfying. The drive to repair things once broken is magnificently brought to life. But there must be more chapters to this. Each one a stamp on her passport as we watch her grow and learn what really matters in life.

Brilliant! Just Brilliant!. The game, as soon as you open it, gives you a comforting and charming atmosphere. While the game itself only lasts about 1-2 hours, the story it tells is beautiful and teaches you to he importance of understanding the faults of others, and accepting them for who they are. The voice acting is delightful, with characters that show true emotion, and feel like they fit the characters you see on screen. Speaking of screens, the art for this game is perfectly balanced between detail and abstract, giving a very pretty and relaxing style to the game as a whole. The puzzles themselves aren’t too hard, but the appeal is in the way each repair tells more story than you could expect out of a puzzle. The overall experience was excellent, and the recommendation to use headphones was taken into account and greatly agreed upon. Not only do you get a great story, art, puzzles, and voices, but the game also offers a very soothing and calming soundtrack that I personally found to be the finishing touch on this already amazing game. I highly recommend, and cannot express how much respect I have for the developers of this game. I would love it if more people were able to experience the game, like if it was put on Steam or the general App Store, but even with its limitations, it is utterly fantastic.

AMAZING STORY!!!. When I got this I thought it was just some puzzle game, but yet I was still excited to play it. Once it downloaded I opened it right away, I was so excited... then I found out it had a story with it. I got so addicted to it I finished right away, I am sad that it ended so early I would love for more to come out. But also I just loved the storyline, the artwork, the voice actors.... I just absolutely loved everything about this!! It’s so unique and creative and special in its own way, it for sure stands out from the rest of the games. I do highly suggest people play this game. Because it was just absolutely beautiful. ❤️ please make more of this I wanna know what happens!

What a smart idea for a game. I’ll start off by saying the artwork, the voice work and the story are all top notch in this game. Really well done. The game play, if you can call it that, is a fresh take on puzzle solving games where you have to take apart and repair real world items and it’s fun. It’s a lot of fun. And it’s interesting. And there are no clocks rushing you to do it. And the controls to do it are super simple and intuitive. This game is great as an adult, but my 10 year old daughter would play 1000 levels of this game and ask for more. I hope it’s continuously updated because this is a really, really unique and enjoyable experience from top to bottom.

Lacking. I should preface this by saying that I’m not opposed to text-heavy games. I like the occasional visual novel and point-and-click adventure game. I downloaded this because the reviews were positive, it looked visually appealing from the screenshots, and I was in the mood for a game where you take apart broken things and put them back together in order to repair them. After playing it to completion, I can say the game is aesthetically pleasing, especially the repair gameplay segments. And the repair segments, for the most part, had satisfying gameplay. But there really are too few of them. To feel like a full-fledged game, it could use two to three times as many of the repair puzzles, and they need to continue increasing in complexity. The story, which made up the bulk of the game, was difficult to get invested in. I didn’t care about the characters, and, like a Hallmark Channel movie, the outcome seemed all too predictable from the get-go. After the first couple of chapters, I turned off the spoken dialogue because there was already text on the screen, and if the text is going to be read, I may as well read it myself. I wish, if they were going to tell a story with this, that the story snippets were shorter, and that there were more of them, but organically sprinkled throughout a longer campaign. Having played this, I now just really want to find a different game that focuses on repairing broken objects.

Surprisingly heartwarming. This is my first review I’ve ever written. I never write them because a game has never made me feel like I needed to, but this game is very different. I downloaded the game thinking it would be a nice, lighthearted puzzle game with beautiful graphics and art behind it, but I was quickly swept into an investing storyline that made me play all the way through. The ending left me in tears, one of the first games I’ve ever played to do so to me. I highly recommend this game, whether it’s because you’re interested in the puzzle aspect, story aspect, or both. Both are wonderfully crafted and combined to create one of, if not the best mobile game I’ve ever played. It’s short, but very sweet and unforgettable.

Playing up, closing lines of the chapter. Maria’s last lines in Chapter 7 took me right to my own feelings when I left home. I didn’t care enough about leaving my parents behind because deep down, I knew they would always be there. That was, until my father unexpectedly passed away. I am 12 years on in my grief, never forgetting my excitement to live my own life ultimately came with a price. It’s taken years to relieve myself of the stress that if I cared more, visited and called, and wrote more, my dad would still be alive. The truth is leaving home is all the exciting bits that should make you forget about the comfort and familiarity of home. I know in my heart my father was very proud of me then, and is even more proud following my journey in life from the spiritual realm. Assemble with Care is AWESOME. This is my first foray in Apple Arcade game offerings. When I’m finished with this game, I will care enough to leave it behind to dive into your other game worlds and adventures. Well done.

Only One Problem. THIS GAME WAS 10/10. The sounds and visuals and storyline is very interesting and compelling. The only problem with this game is that it’s EXTREMELY addictive and fun , but it only has 13 levels😪. I really love this game , and because of that I finished it be fast, within a day😅 and I was sad to see that it only had 13 games. Yeah replaying levels are fine , but once you know exactly how to fix each object, the interest just kind of fades. The story only requires 13 levels, however you could add some miscellaneous items to fix from her home town, or anything to add more levels and items into the game. My only request is more to fix and or a separate game with many more fixable items.

Halfway through, LOVING IT!!!!!. First off, Ustwo is a premier developer over in the Apple space. So when I upgraded to iOS 13 I was a bit skeptical to see a subscription based gaming service, thinking to myself, another money grab. NOPE!!!!! The games offered are as unique as you can imagine with a little something for every type of gamer. Enter Assemble With Care, this game tells a story through the art of restoration. Well woven, deep enough for you to care about and most importantly, a blast to play. I have nothing more to say than just if you like games that require no finger gymnastics, a slow yet challenging pace, and a great story to boot, download this, and play it at peace. FYI, it’s definitely a puzzle game about breaking things down and fixing them back up!!!!!

This game “Assembled my heart With Care”. I was able to get Apple Arcade for 3 months free since I was gifted an iPad for my birthday. I was looking at games and instantly saw this game. I thought it was going to be a simple game of just fixing items. Little did I know that it was a storyline game! Right when I opened the app, I was one awe with everything. The creators of the game did a magnificent job! I am sad that I am almost through with the chapters they have done. I trying not to finish the game in one sitting, but it’s very captivating. I hope that the game will have many chapters to come. I am invested in all of the characters lives! Thank you for creating such a marvelous game!

Super short but fun while it lasted. The gameplay itself is fun. The puzzles could be a little more challenging, as I finished all 11 puzzles in under an hour, but they were entertaining. The story is what it is. I would have preferred to get a splash screen that setup the next item instead of buzzing through a children’s book trying to get to the next puzzle. I just really didn’t care about the globetrotting tinkerer and her interactions with people, read to me like I’m sitting in story-time at the local library. If you’re shooting for the 10 and under crowd maybe put a disclaimer on the app page or move it to the kids section. If there is a second version in the works, I would suggest (1) at least twice the puzzles, (2) more complicated puzzles as the game progresses, (3) less story, (4) no narration.

Relax, and question your own life choices. Assemble with care blew my expectations out of the water. The story is simple, yet so captivating. Tinkering with a variety of objects both electrical and analog is both extremely interesting and relaxing. By the end I started to question my own life choices and relationships, and I was left with this great feeling of life is what you make of it, and the importance of enjoying every moment because you never know when your time will runout. This game overall gives many messages and meanings, but one overarching message it aims to give you is, “Everything can be fixed with enough care and patience to put the work in.”

Heart felt Visual Novel. This game is beautifully illustrated and easy to jump in to. We’ve all had sentimental objects that remind us of emotions and the past - this game tells that story masterfully. Instantly I felt aligned with the main character as this story is told through her perspective. Learning about each object and supporting character we help her put together all the pieces and better empathize with each situation. I also appreciate the technical break down of some of the objects. Many of the components are based of real world trouble shooting and DIY learning. I’ve long been a fan of visual novels and I feel this is the next evolution of that style of interactive story telling. This is a game I’ve been waiting for in Apple Arcade!!! <3

Pleasant and educational. For an adult around my age (45+) it is an interesting puzzle game that doesn’t frustrate and it brings back memories of devices from the 80s and earlier years that are not used any more. For younger kids this game is a nice way to improve spatial and assembly skills, even if on a phone screen, but it also shows them a piece of history and challenges them to understand how something so different than today’s devices actually used to work. I didn’t care much of the background story, and if you want you can skip it easily, or take the time and read it at your own pace. I liked a lot the graphics and the overall design of this app. If a second chapter with new things to assemble is released, I will download the game again!

Fun premise, very short. I saw the game and really liked the idea of repairing items, but was skeptical I would enjoy the story. The story was pretty lame. It felt like a pre-teen novel, and after 3-4 levels I gave up and decided to skip through it to get to the puzzles. There are technically 13 puzzles but the first and the last are simply packing/unpacking a suitcase. These two require no thought, so the real number is 11. All 11 puzzles, excluding the story, can be beaten in an hour or less. The game really needed more puzzles than it had, since they're quite fun and by themselves make the game worth playing. The puzzles themselves weren't difficult. I think screenshots alone can give you a good idea how they work. The only issue with gameplay is the controls on the screwdriver. It feels really floaty. Sometimes you'll have a screw all the way out, but not as far out as the game wants. This sometimes leads to accidentally dropping the screwdriver and having to start over. Everything else works fine. Docking one star for story and length. Still worth playing.

Wow. Just Wow.. First of all let me say go play this game now. Anyway, this game is absolutely fantastic. I downloaded this game expecting some mediocre assembly puzzles, but I got so much more. The story (which I won’t spoil) is really good and fits the game quite well. I love the voice acting and the way they do the cutscenes it’s just brilliant. The core of the game the puzzles, is even better. The puzzle are click and drag puzzles but it’s great. You unscrew screws (which is way too satisfying), click things together, drag wires, and heck you even make SOUP! The puzzles aren’t too difficult or incredibly long which is nice. With some you fix a camera or a statue. With others you build a coffee machine and fix a game console. The game is fairly short(1-2 hours) but the presentation (graphics are phenomenal by the way) the soundtrack is fantastic and the story and gameplay is so good that it deserves everyone’s admiration and most importantly…. 5 stars.

A unique and relaxing game. Beautiful music, a charming art style, great voice acting and a quaint story are the order of the day here with Maria and her little one woman repair gig. The game’s greatest sin is its brevity. Barely more than a dozen levels, my girlfriend (who played it alongside me on her own iPad) and I were left yearning for more. Alas, it would appear there aren’t any other games out there quite like this one. I highly recommend anyone with a passing interest in largely simple but satisfying puzzles to have a go at it. It does its job of communicating the feeling of repairing and tinkering with various objects well, even if they’re rarely all that complicated. The epilogue level that was added post-launch is a treat and was a fun way to put a bow on the experience with its little bit of challenge. 9/10.

FREAKIN AMAZIN ALTHOUGH SUPER SHORT. Loved the game played it multiple times. Developers did 100% amazing job but it’s been about 2 years since I’ve played and wish it was updated to more chapters because it was amazing. I really wished it didn’t end. I always come back and check because it was so fun. I haven’t wrote a review On a game ever! Let alone 5 stars! But this ones worth it. Wish I could start the experience over. But favorite game ever but hope to see more from this fix her up game in the future. loved the game<3. For anyone reading glad ur here! And developer reading pls add more haha.

Excellent Games Mars by a Single Technical Issue. I adore the game itself. It's deceptively simple mechanics and charming art style lend themselves to a fun and compelling narrative. However, when playing on my 2018 iPad Pro, if I have to swap away from the game (for example if an urgent work email notification appears), then upon return to the game, audio no longer works. I've tried playing audio in other apps when this occurs and the issue is definitely limited to "Assemble with Care" alone. Popping into the menu and adjusting audio sliders does nothing. The only way to fix this problem is to close the game from the Overview screen and re-open it, causing you to lose any progress on the current repair job.

Great. While it’s a simple story with a small amount of simple puzzles l feel The game doesn’t need to be longer like most fans suggest. The game, while short, is compleat. Any more puzzles and the game would feel drawn out. However I’m not opposed to a sequel. The mechanics that are laid out lay the groundwork for a much more complex story with more complex puzzles to match. A cool idea would be branching paths within the puzzles where items have more that one way to fix them and depending on your craftsmanship, the story could be reflected. Just a thought 💭. Over all, while short, assemble is a simple compleat puzzle baritone that sets itself apart from other story driven puzzle games.

One of the best!. Admittedly, I’ve come to not expect much from mobile games, perhaps it’s the endless parade of micro transactions, forced ad viewing, and what seems to be only a handful of concepts that get recycled endlessly. But then along comes Apple Arcade and this little gem of a game. From a clever game mechanic that’s simplistic enough for anyone to pickup, a heart-warming story about a young girl trying to find her way in life, superb sound design (seriously, give your SFX department a raise!), all wrapped up in this accessible package. If anyone is on the fence about trying this out, jump into it blind like I did, no expectations, no judgement, just let yourself be immersed and enjoy one of the finest mobile experiences out there. I sincerely hope this isn’t the last narrative experience from this studio!

Probably the best phone game I’ve played. Was looking to kill some time one day, and decided to give this game a try, as it looked to be a new concept to me. Got really impressed with just the general look and feel of the game during the first run. The visuals are easy on the eye, the soundtrack is soothing, and the whole experience comes together really nicely to provide an oddly satisfying feeling of fixing things. What drives this whole thing home though is the story underneath all of the repairs/fixes that you do in the game. There have been very few things on the internet that hit home and get you to ruminate, and this is one of them. As a result, here’s me, writing a review, which is not something I usually do. Thank you, UsTwo games.

More than a mobile game. I came here for a fun puzzle repairing things, which happens to be one of my favorite things to do, and also loved everything else about the game. The story felt shockingly like one of those cassette serials that I listened to on long road trips, which was a nice surprise. The voice acting, sound effects, and sound track are incredible. As a sound designer by profession, it’s hard for me to get sucked into a story and not think about what the creator was doing creatively and how I would have done it differently. I was only a couple of chapters in when my wife walked into the room and knew something had totally sucked me in. Haha. I really hope there is a sequel to be had, and will definitely be recommending this to my family, friends, and internet strangers. 10/10, would play again.

IM SO ANGRY 😡. Ok so I got the game and I thought 💭 it was gonna be fun but I was deeply annoyed 😠,ok so I played the game and then I’m like ok this is fun and THAN I was wrong later on I was playing it for two more days , and note that I got the game yesterday and I finished today at 9:24 in the morning I’m so angry 😤 it’s a good game BUT I would like it if it had more levels it’s just annoying I was telling all my family members and than there goons get it and than it’s gonna be one to two days long and then there gonna be like why would I play this and than I don’t have that much fun,you know?.Huh I’m don’t im only a kid maybe I’m making a big deal who knows I just would like more levels,Good bye 👋🏾 have the best day ever bye 👋🏾 👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾

Very Beautiful and Enjoyable Game. I absolutely love everything about this game! The visuals, the music, the art style, the story, absolutely everything. It’s a very calming game, perfect for anyone who wants to play an easy-paced game that requires a bit of thinking as to where certain parts go. Thankfully the game is very helpful in directing the player where to put each object. I can not wait for more chapters to be added onto the game as the only thing that upset me was how short the game was but it’s understandable after seeing all the thought and hard work that goes into this masterpiece. Great Job Developers!

Fantastic Game. I don’t often write reviews, but this game definitely deserves one. I enjoy the gameplay itself. It’s fairly easy and relaxing. There’s a few points I got stuck on but not for long at all, just needed some tinkering. I would’ve like a zoom-in feature, but it’s not a big deal. I adore the art style! The use of color is amazing and it’s very crisp and clean. And then my absolute favorite part of the game: the story. I loved all the characters and their own little character arks. With this being a pretty short game the writers were able to explain so much and add on to the characters in a very impressive way. I was able to connect with all these characters instantly and I left wanting more. I would love this to be longer to have more interaction with these characters, but asking for that is my own selfish desire. The story telling was to good to add anymore just to add more. All in all I highly recommend this game, especially if you’re looking for a relaxing game and enjoy a well told story.

Amazing. This game is awesome. I finished in just one sitting I was so enthralled. I found myself wanting more but instead I now look at this game as a singular piece of art. Be warned: this game goes by relatively quick and has a distinct ending after 13 challenges, split into chapters while telling a story as if you’re reading a book. I have a nephew who loves to take things apart and put them back together and fix things...I will most definitely be introducing him to this gem! I do find myself wondering if there will be follow-up “stories” from the development team...I just can’t find games like this with the interaction and puzzle-like approach anywhere else and I’m craving more!

Cool idea, love the mechanics, calling it a game is generous.. This is an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The idea of taking things apart and reassembling them is very interesting and fun. However the challenge mechanic of the game is just not directly telling you what to do and waiting for the player to figure it out. There is no way to lose or influence the progression of the story whatsoever. Its an odd mismatch of picture book read-along with periodic game play that is impossible to lose. In one level involving the making of soup I went back and intentionally tried to fail as it is the only section that allows for choice and even my soup of a head of broccoli and a stick of butter was "the best food ever made" despite totally ignoring the recipe. This could all be redeemed by how enjoyable it is to take apart diagnose and reassemble things but with only 11 true levels each buried in two to three minute read along adventures, this app leaves you wishing it had been more. The potential and concept of this app are really neat but unfortunately the game itself rarely lives up to them.

There’s no depth to gameplay or story. Even as a short diversion I was losing interest before it was done. Like many Apple Arcade games, it’s a pleasant feeling incomplete idea for a game. The presentation is good. I think people will find connection with the story. But it’s more like a movie trailer, using simple manipulation to get past the lack of details. To some extent I felt the voice of the main character was telling me how emotional the story was rather than making me feel that. The most complicated of the puzzles were still very simple. The control is OK for what it is, but starts to falter at the moment the player can do something wrong. Because the player can rarely do anything wrong it doesn’t do much to get in the way. The biggest challenge I had was during the record player because the wires weren’t behaving the way I expected, not connecting to the holes, and the solution was that they suddenly started working. There was room for an actual puzzle game, but it appears they decided that they didn’t want people to get stuck, so it’s more of a pop-up book. You could so worse than downloading it as an Apple Arcade game, but you won’t remember it.

Okay.. I skipped all the text and story because... I play games for GAMES. The puzzles, in this context, were okay-ish. I never quite had fun but felt on the cusp of it. The puzzles never actually require any thought and are more about keeping your fingers busy, which can be a bit zen. This isn’t a game about figuring out how things work, but just taking them apart and putting them back together. It’s enjoyable, but I would have preferred more analysis segments where you have to, for instance, figure out what wiring parts control which functions. So, in short, to win me over this game would have had to drop all the story garbage and focus on harder puzzles. The actual graphics and interface are great though. If you like a focus on pretentious multimedia experiences, this may be up your alley though.

Beautiful graphics & charming story. I’ve never left a review on a game before, but this game was so sweet and fun to play that I had to share my thoughts! It’s a fairly simple play through, and if you have time it won’t take more than a day. You play as a repair woman who’s just moved to a new town, and you meet a cast of characters who repair their relationships with each other as you repair the things important to them. The narration is beautifully done, and the puzzle is just challenging enough to keep the game interesting, but not so hard that it’s frustrating. I can’t believe this game was free, the quality was amazing ! I can’t wait to see more from this dev.

Meditative while it lasts. This game is one of the better mobile games I’ve ever played. It’s fairly simple and slow-paced, which I liked. However, there are only 13 levels total, and just 11 actual levels that involve repairing objects. Originally I wanted to rate this lower because the game is so short and I’ve seen where the developer has said there are no plans for future levels. Instead, I’m leaving five stars in hopes that overwhelmingly positive feedback will change their minds and they will release a second chapter where the main character moves on in her story. Another great game from a great mobile developer.

Could be longer but I love it. This game was a lot of fun but it could be longer I hope there working on that but I completed it in one sitting the music box one was a bit long but other then that I completed it in two hours tops they wrote that there was a chapter two but did not see it. It was like eating a delicious meal and wanting more but I loved the game it reminded me of how match I love taking things apart and putting them back together and how much fun it is to fix something and feel that sense of accomplishment. It was the most fun that I had since I played and finished monument 2 it lived up to the other games that us to games has made in the past to few levels but so Much fun ❤️🎮 ps I love the music and sounds! 😍😍😍

A joy to play. This is a game experience not to miss. I didn’t know what I’d be getting when I downloaded this, but I’m so glad I did. The voice acting, the aesthetic, the mood—it’s simply lovely and relaxing. It’s like taking part in a book—a very active part! The assembly is quite basic, but there are a few challenges woven in. And the creators used new(ish) and older items that will bring back more than a few memories for some of us. Only one puzzle proved are bit of a challenge, but that was part of the fun. Highly recommend—this is a wonderful experience, and I hope the developers are hard at work on the next story?

Amazing!. Such a nice and cool designed game as well as the overall story behind it. I wish there were more things to get fixed up.

Beautifully crafted game. Simple yet interesting game play, lovely story with the added bonus of brilliant voice acting and audio. A well finished and very tidy game. A definite winner for me!

HELP!. This game is really relaxing and enjoyable to play, but when I reached chapter 7 I had trouble with the watch cogs. I was trying to fix Joseph’s watch, but I couldn’t figure out where to put the cogs. I’m still stuck on chapter 7, so please help! Thanks for reading Audrey

Wow. This app is truly breathtaking. The audio, especially through headphones, is amazing. The artwork is phenomenal. And the story is beautiful. I was hooked instantly and love that it read like a book. Cried at the end. I’m obsessed and will play this over and over again. Truly a magnificent work of art.

AAAAMMMMAAAZZZZING!!!. All my friends and family members love this game!!! We are all hoping more stories are released it’s such a good game. I love how you feel like your in the story almost like an actor playing the part. Put together beautifully. Should seriously consider more

Never Felt So Immersed. I have played many games on console, PC and mobile and have to say that this game has to be simply the most immersed I ever felt. I wish there was more I could say beyond that, but I really don’t want to spoil the almost ethereal quality this game provided for me at least. Top notch. Headphones are a big recommend for optimal immersion.

Beautiful game, gorgeous graphics, captivating stories.. Hands down a fantastic game, I wish there was more.

Apple Arcade to me will be short lived. This is probably to me one of the few only good games on “Apple Arcade” (Personal opinion). Good games on “Apple Arcade” are very limited like this, been exploring the platform and am very disappointed. I really don’t see this platform lasting but then that’s my opinion. And for this game it’s worth checking out as it’s one of only 3 games that I have on “Apple Arcade”.

Lost potential.. I’m quite sad to be writing this review, but I hope the devs see it and consider my thoughts. First, the mechanics are really enjoyable. Its relaxing and fun. So kudos on that. There’s a real feeling of picking up each item and tinkering with it. It reminded me of Gone Home quite a bit. However, I honestly can’t stand the story or main character. I think a lot more could be achieved by allowing a “Skip Story” option, or an option to create your own character. The dialogue and story almost immediately became pages of me skipping between the actual game. It started to feel like a non-arcade game in which I simply turn away from the screen between actions because of advertisements.

Needs more content. While I enjoyed this game, it really is way too short. Also I found the puzzles in rebuilding the items way too easy. It’s around an hour of gameplay, if that. Here’s hoping the developers add more to the story and increase the challenge level.

More please :-). I’m just here to pass on a review from my 5-year-old daughter: “This tinkering game is the best tinkering game in the world and it’s actually the only tinkering game in the world. I really want there to be some more things to do so I don’t get bored. What about fixing a toilet? And also fixing a lawnmower.”

Nice game. The quality of this game actually surprised me a bit. The content of this game is shorter than I expected tho. It’s a very good game overall.

Beautiful.. I downloaded the game today, thinking this would be a simple, light game. It was exactly that, with the addition of a beautiful story. Even now, games still surprise me with how much of an impact they can have. The characters are delightful, all of them having different and interesting personalities. The ambient soundtrack is remarkable and the mechanics within the game are outstanding.

Make more!!. I’ve never written a review on a game, but I had to for this one. Loved it to bits, so heartwarming and fun. Thank you and please continue to make more stories and assembling.

Really hoping for more. I hope they make more of this game loved it so much

Machines as Emotional Anchors. A gorgeous, warm game showing how important machines can be to our lives when they have emotional resonance for us. Each object you fix is more about helping its owner work out personal issues, than simply solving a puzzle. Beyond that, there’s a warmth in the design of each of the objects, and something about the characters - they each, at some point in the game, make you smile.

Need more of this!. I felt just like Maria at the end of chapter 13 knowing that I was leaving the game shortly. I hope it isn’t a goodbye, but a see you later. An incredible game with intuitive controls and thoughtful story. I’ll be eagerly anticipating a follow up!

YASS. I love this game soooo much, it’s calming, relaxing, and the story is very heartwarming, the only thing missing is to add a few more chapters because I finished the whole thing very quickly. I hope they add more upcoming chapters soon!

I was so sad when it ended. This game was so interesting, I loved all the objects and stories before and after explaining the importance of family and to never have an object or job over your family. I am so glad I downloaded it and I will never forget the satisfaction of each object I fixed. Thank you Apple for creating such a beautiful game.

Most Relaxing & Fulfilling Game Ever!!. This game is seriously amazing. I was hooked from the beginning and didn’t want to stop playing. It’s very simplistic, but the small interactions are what help the story come alive. That, along with the music, really provide a sense of full immersion. You start to really feel a part of what’s happening rather than just playing a game. Only downside is how short it is! I hope they release more stories later on and expand the game. I would also love for the soundtrack to be released on Apple Music so I can listen to it all the time! Great job!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing!. So cute! All the characters have so much personality and I like how a lot of it is reading. I was really entertained! Please make a sequel

Amazing!. Truly an amazing game, the story really pulls you into the world and makes you wonder about that quaint town. I highly recommend this game to anyone wanting to relax and kill an hour or two.

Beautiful. This game is so beautiful. The music, the graphics, the voiceovers, the story, all of it! It’s just a really lovely game. It is quite short and simple, but it’s perfect if you just want to take a moment. I love it, though I do hope that one day I will get to know more of Maria’s story.

Right in the feels. This game is simple on the surface but, as you listen to the characters and the music that plays during puzzles the game becomes so much more. The story really hit right in the feels. Best played with headphones for sure!

Fun Game!. This game was so much fun to play but it was so short that I basically finished it in about an hour or two. I really hope they release for chapters to this game and not just end it there but put that aside I would give it 4.5 stars

More please!. I really loved this beautifully written story. The game play was really neat too. It is simple yet engrossing and I look forward to another story. Maybe when she gets back to her family.

Beautiful Game. I ADORED this game. The voice acting, the art style, and the simple gameplay of pulling things apart, fixing them and then putting them back together again. It was whimsical, relaxing, heartwarming and fun. I only wish it lasted longer. Thank you devs for this wonderful little game, and here’s hoping for a sequel.

Build them and they’ll come. This game has a delightful story line with old school puzzles. I used to repair things as a kid and this really brought back memories. Thanks so much!

Please add more!. This game was so beautiful, and I love the storyline. I live putting together and fixing different things and I finished the game in one go. Beautiful music. Just please add more!!!

Amazing game. This game is just amazing the art style is beautiful and the story is great. The game play is also very smooth. All round it’s just a great game.

Simply put, amazing. Simply amazing gameplay to story design. I never skipped a piece of dialog because it was so beautifully done. The music and sounds just make this game so much more. If the developers ever see this the only bad thing is I would want more puzzles. The story was absolutely beautifully done. Just I want to fix more things.

A great game like a warm film. I dialed my parents after this game. I’ve been study in another country for two years. Most of time communication between parents are only about boring topic and I don’t have brave to show them my stress and nerves far from home. Thank you so much making this warm game. I was touched and encouraged to chatting more with family.

A mindful masterpiece. Assemble is a beautiful game with gorgeous visuals and a relaxed vibe. The music and colour palette also lend to a calm experience. The book-like chapters and touching storyline’s that relate to each of the puzzle objects are a great addition. Overall this is an excellent game, especially when you are feeling like taking your mind off the world for a minute.

Great Game but. This is an amazing game and very fun to play but with only 12 levels? I keep on resetting my progress and playing again but it’s not the same. Please, please, please add in more levels because if you do I won’t stop playing this game!

More please. This is such a beautifully made game and so satisfying to play. Can’t wait for more levels!!

Masterpiece! Must play!. I did not expect myself to get wrapped in such a game. The story was engaging and it kept bringing me back. The fixing of items was also a ton of fun. I hope to see more games like this. Please take the time to play.

Loved playing. This game was really relaxing to play loved the story as well you should definitely play it

Great game. Love the game play. Only giving it 4 stars because it’s two short. Also the illustration could be improved a little bit to convey a emotion more inline with the text. Voice action could be better as well. Not that it’s bad, but if it’s any closer to how good it was in Firewatch I won’t skip them.

So cute!. This game is easy to play, relaxing and the animation is definitely well done! I recommend this game 100%

Perfection. I first saw this game from a playthrough by Gab Smolders. Just as Gab was wrapping up the first quest, I yeeted so fast out of the video because I don't want to be spoiled, went to the AppStore, signed up for Arcade, and downloaded this game. Best decision I've made this week. From the story to the animation, I could not fault this game at all. The contrast of Maria handling cold machines whilst exploring the depth of humanity in each person she comes across with was so jarring to me. I felt my heart squeeze a lot at some parts. Fixing equipment, then fix relationships on the side. Marvelous. I was so sad when I finished the game. I'm on the lookout for more games like this one with some hope that the story will continue in the future.

Absolutely brilliant!. As someone who loves solving puzzles and being a handyman, this game really hits the spot! Great artwork style, story and music! Would definitely love a sequel and to follow on more items to repair!

Don’t understand the hype. I honestly don’t get the hype. This is an extremely basic puzzle game with 11 “puzzles”, and a fairly cliched story that takes about as long as the puzzles do. To top it off, this won’t even launch if you’re not connected to the internet, so forget about trying to play it on a plane or if you’re overseas without roaming.

Omg. This game is actually amazing I finished it in a hour but it was just so beautiful I loved the whole going from town to town fixing stuff story until you came across this little town and help 2 not so great realationships into the most brilliant thing and oh! the ending it was fantastic perfect, just perfect I absolutely love this game thank you for making it

So satisfying!. I’m absolutely in love with this game. Well done, usTwo Games! Restoring broken items in the game while relatively straight forward is incredibly satisfying to do. The gameplay is interwoven with story which flows naturally from chapter to chapter. While the game is short, it doesn’t outstay it’s welcome and it is the perfect kind of game for Apple Arcade.

Stunning game with a clear vision. The animation, control, and voiceover were simply stunning. Very well executed gameplay control for touch devices. I was blown away by the game style also. It’s rare to have this level of detail and care in a game. I finished the game in two sittings - yes the game was arguably short and I wished there was more! I’d love to see our protagonist explore other parts of the world, or some more back story of her own. Overall, I applaud the developer for bringing this high quality game to Apple Arcade. It’s evidently built with love and care. Can’t wait to see what they have to offer next!! Keep it up! Download and play, now!!

Mind-blowing. I was already a huge fan of ustwo games. They yet again smashed it. It was such a brilliant game: colourful, simplistic and of course three amazing stories to unfold with pure emotions. Enjoyable gameplay, intuitive controls and soothing music all together creates a stunning game. A must play, of course a worthy and unique element of Apple Arcade. Highly, highly recommend.

Uplifting.. A unique, heartwarming experience. Brief, beautifully designed, and well worth your time!

Such a beautiful experience.. (I have made it a mission of mine to check out as many arcade games as I can and give my honest feed back on them all.) This game, was beautiful. The many storyline’s that came with it & the characters that you connect with changes the whole experience. That detail that the creators put into is amazing!

Extremely satisfying. Everything from the story to the little details with how things come apart and back together are fine tuned and we’ll thought out. Definitely can’t wait for more. Highly recommended!

Relaxing and fun game, great story. I really enjoyed this game - not too challenging but still requires you to think, well told story, and a really nice feel in visuals and sound. Won’t take most people long to finish, definitely recommended!

Too short. The story was good but I wish it was longer and they had more viewpoints. Gameplay was fun and you could play this for maybe a short plane ride but I completed it within an hour.

Will there be any new objects to repair !?. My son of 7 just hope that there will be new objects to repair… 🤩

Healing game. That is so good! It’s so satisfying to play

Finished in one sitting. This game was absolutely adorable. From the art, to the story, to the over-arching message behind it all, this game was perfect. I’ve been sat in my living room for about and hour and half and I really enjoyed playing the game. I really could not stop playing until I finished the whole game. I wish it was longer, I think it would be really cool to travel around with Maria as she helps people all around the world while discovering more about herself.

So calming. I really don’t like to review, actually i have never even left a review in my life. One of the best games and storylines i have ever seen, want to just sit near my window with warm sunlight coming in, and just want to enjoy this masterpiece with headphones on, i want to have more stories!!

Fantastic!. What a lovely game! Great story, colouration. Too short though! Hopefully more is added.

More of a book than game.. Very short, simple puzzles, and a LOT of reading to no real purpose. Made me feel like i had another job.

Loved it. A beautiful blend of music, voice, gameplay.

Charming story and very enjoyable. This game has such a great story. Really reminds you to be present. The game play is just the right amount of challenging and is fantastic for passing the time. Very charming. By far the best game I’ve played on Arcade yet.

Absolutely beautiful. This was an amazing experience

I don't like video games. I didn't expect to keep this free trial of apple arcade.... But I also didn't expect this thirty minute adventure to make my tear up. This is the most perfectly executed game I've ever played, from the animation, to the voice acting, to the sweet and touching storyline. This is without a doubt the best game in apple's library.

I love building!. I really like this game because it’s about building and fixing stuff.

LOVE. Absolutely love this game. The best game I have ever played! Wish there was more episodes because I played through this pretty fast 😅

This game bored me to tears. I keep on seeing great reviews for this game (on and off Apple Arcade), but for the life of me I just can’t get into it. I’ve gotten through the first 4-6 puzzles and I don’t see how anyone above the age of 7 can be entertained by this. (I say the first 4-6 puzzles because it bores me so much that I can’t remember and I have zero interest in reopening the app to check.) The story which everyone lauds seems run-of-the-mill and I legitimately think the creators of the game got ripped off by the person they employed to write it. Like I bet if you look into the story creator’s work history you’ll see it littered with countless Napoleon Hill-esque scams. (Oh, you didn’t realize Napoleon Hill was a fraud? Pop those terms into Google and see what comes up.) This game leaves me feeling like a moron because for the life of me I can’t see what so so so many others see in it.

Amazing but short. Really great game. Very satisfying. Would love some more content though

The story was so corny. I liked repairing stuff but the story was saccharine.

Relaxing and ingenious. I totally love this game and how it's easy and nice to assemble objects. It helped me understand the basic principles of how some common items work (or used to work). Only two things I didn't like. First, it was too short. Second, the voice-off is not available in all available languages, which makes it odd to have the text in other language to be read in English.

Amazing!. Very heart felt, cute little story. Gameplay is sooo fun and really scratches that itch for deconstructing and reconstructing things. Genuinely makes you feel like a kid doing that again. Just saw a new chapter has been added with an espresso machine and as a barista I’m super excited to play! Absolutely 5 star worth! Amazing job!

Short and sweet. This game was perfect for a 4 hour train ride. Beautiful illustrations and graphics. It made me feel warm and fuzzy. The puzzles are pure eye candy. The attention to detail is amazing.

I simply love this delightful little treasure of a game!. I simply love this delightful little treasure of a game! I love the story, the assembling of the items and the music and graphics are perfect! Please do make more chapters! I don't want this game to end.

Great game. This was lots of fun. I played through it once and then had to show my brother. But I do wish there were more chapters. It was so fun that neither my brother or myself wanted to stop. Great game for creative minds. It’s peaceful, a nice story and it wasn’t too easy or hard. Perfect.

Best game i’ve ever played. The storyline was beautiful, the graphics were amazing. The creators put so much thought into this masterpiece. I am so deeply touched by this simple yet amazing game. Hope to see more wonderful episodes in the future!

Lovely Story and Game Play. Very enjoyable immersion in the storyline. Relaxing and great escape. I learned to repair items too.

Incredible little game. I always find myself coming back to this game every now and then. It’s so relaxing and enjoyable. It’s like taking a little break and listen to a nice story. I never play on Apple Arcade, this one is the exception.

Assemble. Assemble is really relaxing it’s fun to open things. I did most of it by my self (I did cheat a little bit) but really good game

Such a lovely story. The game is perfect in all aspects! The music, the drawing, the story all so lovely! Best game ever!

WoW!. Ma fille et moi avons adoré ce jeux! En espérant qu’il y aura une suite!

Very good game. I loved it and I found it very relaxing, although I did find the game short it was a lot of fun. Please add more.

A masterpiece all over. Basically what’s written above. Beautifully written, nice soothing play, overall just brilliant. The story and gameplay is so interesting and amusing, relaxing altogether. Though short, I enjoyed it so much and think it’s the perfect experience. One thing I think I would fix would be the interruption of the level completing while some dialogue is still being played. It didn’t even bother me that much, that’s how amazing this game is. I have barely anything to comment on. Just overall a great creation. Good job to the whole team!

A delight through and through. “Assemble With Care” is an absolutely beautiful game to play, with charming and friendly production design, and a relaxed story and gameplay that still manages to have as much emotional impact as “Monument Valley” and “Monument Valley II”. I only hope that we see updates with more chapters to the story, and more items to fix. UPDATE // Just played “Carmens Letter”... please... give us more!

Relaxing game. I love fixing things and this game is all about that. Creatively done. Excellent visuals. Exceptional story!! BRAVO

Very good game. Please make part 2. This game was fun and relaxing to play. As soon as Apple Arcade came out I played it twice. Please can you make a part two.

Smh Maria. Should’ve called your parents sooner. Record player speed can be adjusted without having the dial plugged in. The music box level was frustrating since I had to keep opening and closing the music box so that the item outline would appear, allowing me to replace an item. Not sure if it was because I glued the new picture first and did things in a different order.

Just wow. I’ve never written a review before but I felt I had too for the this game. It’s so beautiful and so incredible! Congratulation to the creator you made incredible art.

Great story fun gameplay. A solid game. The story is great but a bit predictable. The gameplay is fun but a bit too short. Overall a very solid Game from the monument valley team.

Loved this. A very gentle, narrative puzzle game. Would love to see more chapters and or a full sequel.

Suggestion. This is a really good game, I just wish you’d add more chapters, I finished the whole thing within an hour Other than that I’d highly recommend this game especially if you like taking things a part and putting them back together in real life

A masterpiece of a game. This game is simply amazing. If you are looking for a hard puzzle game than I recommend you play their other game, monument valley. However this game has an atmosphere like I’ve never experienced before. It is a game you must play if you care at all for a good story.

Can’t get enough of it. I think one of the best games I’ve played on iPhone so far. It’s meaningful and interactive, somehow addicting. I can’t seem to get enough of it, hoping for new episodes to be released soon.

Amazing. This game was so calm and relaxing and just fun to tinker with the gadgets and fix them. The art was beautiful as well. I hope they make another one!

Short but very beautiful. Wonderful story and nice relaxing gameplay. Short game but I would definitely recommend!

Too short. Absolutely love this game. Please make more chapters, the one extra new chapter is wayyyyyy too short.

Please make a part 2. I don’t normally write reviews but this game had me cry it was so great with the short story and I liked trying to figure out how to fix this I would love another part to this story or even a sequel from the other characters! It was so great I would love to play it again or show a friend.

Amazing. I don’t usually write reviews but this has been the absolute best game I’ve ever played. So heartfelt and satisfying, just challenging enough to keep my attention but not so much I was frustrated. You need to play this game it is amazing and completely worth your time.

So much fun and a great story!. I loved this game so much, it’s a great relaxing puzzle game to play when you’re bored. The story is short but sweet and I really enjoyed the gameplay. It’s difficult enough to make you think but not so hard you get stuck for days. The visuals are beautiful and the voice actors did a great job. I definitely recommend giving this game a try. My only complaint is that I wish there were more!

Assembled for Me. I am sitting on a plane, taking off from London. It’s cloudy. The plane is turbulent as we make our ascent. I think about my mother. I am nervous. Three days earlier, Apple had released the Apple Arcade. I take my free trial and download a few games that interest me. Most notably, this game, assembled with care. I am a tinkerer myself and the art looks beautiful. Back to the plane. I boot up this game which I hope will get me through at least an hour or so of my flight. I am greeted with warm art, storytelling voice acting and comfortable music. A tale is woven of new friends and rekindled family. I am touched. I am calmed. I am soothed by the simple joys of taking things apart and putting them together. The flight passes without incidence. I land home safe and I call my mother. Thank you

Best game for kids. My daughter loved it!

Like a warm virtual hug.... Let me start off by saying, I am by no means a huge mobile gamer, I prefer console. BUT, I loved both instalments of Monument Valley, so when I found out about this game and the fact that it was by the same team of developers, I just knew I had to play it. While I did want more from it, I genuinely enjoyed every last second of the game. This year has been so stressful, and as someone with anxiety, this game brought me much needed relaxation and feelings of comfort time and time again. From the heartwarming story, to the relaxing music, to the lovely people of Bellariva, and the insanely comforting voice acting from Rebecca LaChance this game is seriously like a warm hug, or bowl of warm chicken noodle soup when sick. Not to mention the gameplay itself. The gameplay, while not perfect, left me both entranced and relaxed. The amount of interactivity from each object is so much fun to tinker with, and even in the moments where I didn’t know what I was doing, it just fun to be able fiddle around with each object. My only complain would have to be the camera controls; I wish they had pinch to zoom functionality, and I wish that each object would always rotate in a way that made it consistently easy to see the object clearly. Other than that, I cannot recommend this game enough. If you haven’t tried it yet, but have Arcade I highly advice you give it a shot!

Finished the game! Want more!. The game is really well made and really fun. Will there be more chapters coming? Or was that it?

Loved this game. This game was so cute and relaxing, not only the puzzles but I loved the story. I’d love to see a sequel. I noticed the same people who made this game made Alba and I loved that game too, so it makes sense 5/5 ⭐️

Brilliant!. This game is great! There isn’t a game similar out there and that’s what makes this one so spectacular and unique. I love the way the puzzles are laid out. Being able to disassemble and reassemble objects is really interesting and kept my attention thoroughly. It is simple, yet complex. The animation is beautiful as is the game as a whole. My only complaint is this game is way too short! It is far to fun to only be 13 puzzles long. It is definitely worth the download. I will impatiently be waiting for (hopefully) more puzzles and a new story in the future! We want more!

So well done!. I heard about this game originally from Kinda Funny Games podcast and decided to check it out and I loved it! The music, voice acting, sound effects, gameplay, just very very well done in my opinion. Had a few different stories that pulled at your heart strings just enough while also having interesting game play that was fun to figure out but never too over the top to lose your interest. I had a great time and played this all in one sitting because I couldn’t put it down. Great job guys!

Good change of pace person. ^ Refreshing to say the least. Being a person who grew up with the Atari back in the early 80's and been there all thru the game genres up to present. This game is remarkable the way it was designed. This app is worthy of its own direction other than just Apple Arcade. Other platforms would be deemed worthy. With so much gaming focused on the old tired FPS, RGP, RTS types, this game takes on new direction. My only waft would be it was too short but so worth it. Next chapter I’d suggest some complicated models thrown in there. Well done team!

Absolutely lovely!. I knew I had to review this game as soon as I finished the last chapter, the characters were easy to love and funny! I found myself empathizing with them and laughing at their remarks, and the whole game isn’t even that long! I instantly wanted more as soon as it was over, by far one of my favorites I’ve played this year. If you’re looking for a short, sweet, relaxing little puzzle game, this is completely for you! The story and characters are lovely and will definitely put a smile on your face! Hope to see more in the future! 😊😊😊

Such a great game!. This game has everything you want in one. The storyline was so heartwarming and interesting, for once I didn’t skip through it to play! The “challenges” themselves weren’t all that challenging, but I still enjoyed it. A very calming and relaxing game. I went through it quickly, so hoping more chapters are coming! (And if so, maybe adding options such as easy, moderate, or challenging). Overall I’m extremely happy with this game and now I’m going to see if the developer(s) have any others! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE come out with more chapters!! For more gameplay and the fact I want to know what happened lol. Enjoy!

Surprisingly emotional. I’ll admit it. I shed some tears during the first parts of this game. A shock for me from a simple puzzle game, but it is more than that. It’s about the impact we make on others as we go through this world “fixing” things. Although this game was short, it’s the perfect size for Apple Arcade, just like you’d binge a show in Netflix, you’ll finish this game in no time and have a lot to think about. The puzzles are relaxing and I only really got stumped for a minute or two, but there are some “Aha!” moments as well. If anyone asks if games can tell a simple and emotional story, one need only to share Assemble With Care.

My assemble with care review. I love this game! The attention to detail is so on point and the story seems so realistic! The only thing I wish was that there were more level because when I got done playing, the levels only got easier. The new level was indeed very fun but it only made me want to build and fix even more. Now i understand that making more levels wouldn’t fit with story but you could possibly add a free play mode or make another series of levels where Izzy helps her friends re-posses there items. But at the end of the day this game is a true work of art.

A Peaceful Joy. I’ve yet to submit a review for any other game. But this takes the cake. Quite easily my favorite game on the App Store. An absolute joy for puzzle solvers, tinkerers, and those who just want some peaceful vibes with a short story. Living a busy lifestyle with a new baby and a demanding career, I have little time to play games these days. The way this app was crafted in its bite sized chapters is a fantastic breath of fresh air. To those who helped develop this game. Thank you for the experience. I’m about 2/3 way through the game, and sad to see the end is near. I’d love some additional content for this.

Beautiful yet simplistic. When I downloaded this game, I didn’t know what to expect but I’m glad I did because not only did I enjoy the graphics, the sounds of the 80’s. But also the story, the characters, the plot of how Maria left her parents in order to chase her dreams while eventually through it all, realizing what’s most important and that’s family. The bonds we share with our fathers and mothers, sisters and brothers, hold those close and dear to your heart. Also yesterday had a challenge with the music box but I figured it out. Just the placement of the bird 😊. I recommend this game to anyone who likes a good challenge.

Stunning game!. There’s too many wonderful things to say about this game, I don’t even know where to begin. The art style is absolutely gorgeous—not only the watercolor-esque feel, but the way the illustration looks. It’s just too wonderful and emotive not to bring up. The character design and color palettes were well chosen, too. Also, the story is written and presented beautifully, logically, and creatively, and is deeply moving. This game is practically seamless and really draws players in, so to everyone involved: Well done!!! And, to everyone who’s interested, even in the slightest: Do it! Download it! You’ll enjoy it!

Love the story line!. I think its beautiful how all of the storylines sort of merge, I hope there is a second version in the works. I wouldn’t change anything, the minimalistic features of it really make it great. I don’t undertsand why people are saying ‘less narration’ when thats kind of a major point. 10/10 I just absolutely hope there’s more on the way. I finished the whole game in like 45 minutes because I was kind of addicted.

It has potential but falls short of expectations.. The repair mechanics are great. I like that each one comes with a section of the story, but I think more art for the story and less or smaller text would make it better. For a puzzle-based game, there weren't enough puzzles. The first and last puzzle of the game aren’t puzzles, and the story comes to(in my opinion) an abrupt halt. While the story of the side characters is satisfying to read, the main character doesn’t have enough going on to have the same feeling about her journey and ending. I would have liked more details about her and her home life which has an impact on the end of the story.

really fun, but much too short. This game is so fun! I loved seeing how all of the things were taken apart and put back together. The commentary while you fixed things was very cool to see. It’s aesthetically pleasing and VERY calming. However, I have two complaints: 1) This game is WAY too short. I was expecting it to take longer to finish, but I finished within about a day. If there were about 5x more “levels,” that would be amazing (because this game is so fun and calming). And 2) There was so. much. storyline. and. dialogue. Now normally I like games that have a storyline in between, or when you have a big achievement (not just a level completion), but it would take several minutes for it to read all of the story in between each level. And when I turned the “read to me” feature off, it still took me forever, so I just quit reading the stories. I totally appreciated the art and writing and TIME that went into this, but more natural dialogue would make it more enjoyable. Oh also, I want more levels!!! 13 is just not enough!

absolutely beautiful game. this game is absolutely amazing. the story telling through a repair game is executed extremely well, which honestly surprised me. the art style is also very pretty. all of the voice acting and background sounds really brought the game to an even higher level, especially when a character would be talking and you could hear what they were doing in the background. i experienced only one minor problem, which was that sometimes my progress would be set back a level or two. but that only happened twice and the game is definitely worth it regardless of the fact. having to play through a level again wasn’t upsetting like how it would be in other games so i don’t think it’s too big of a deal. i would definitely recommend this game, and i hope they come out with new updates to it in the near future :)

Well done game but don’t stop in the middle of a puzzle. I’m enjoying the game. It’s well polished and the “physics” are logical and easy to control. Unfortunately my one complaint is a big one. At least on iPad if you stop in the middle of a puzzle, when you come back to it it says something about “different Game Center account detected” and it forces you to restart your progress. It’s VERY annoying. All I did was close the Smart Cover, move to a different seat and then open the iPad again. Didn’t run anything else or logout. Fix this and you will be golden.

So incredibly pleasant!. I have been going through a low patch in my depression where most things I used to enjoy just seem like a chore. This game was so pleasant and relaxing. It really reminded me of what I love about video games. The sounds and music are so enjoyable and the tinkering is so smooth and well thought out. The story is a little light and I really hope they come out with more chapters and things to fix! I highly recommend this beautiful little game.

Please make more chapters. Ummm I loved this game it relaxed me and I just wanted to play it all day but I was in a car trip and I was on chapter 12 and then the game I was like what the heck umm let me check if there is more chapters, but there is not I loved this game but PLEASE MAKE MORE CHAPTERS. I was so mad when I finished the game. Who makes a game that if you get addicted to it, you can finish it in one day. THE PROBLEM IS I NEED MORE CHAPTERS. I’m a little mad but I do know that it probably took long to make this game. But can y’all make more chapters please like one where she goes to another country or she stay there and opens up her own fixing shop or something????

Beautiful.. “It’s like a portal into another little world” is how I described this game to my friend. While special on many levels, the most striking aspect of Assemble for me is that it’s the first mobile game I’ve played that feels perfectly at home on a phone screen. It doesn’t have the friction of other games that seem better suited for a larger screen or controller. And with that friction removed you get to joyfully experience the story and gameplay which take you through a remarkable experience. The only criticism I could come up with is wanting more, and is that really a criticism?

Bit on the short side, but very comfortable. Comfortable is a word I would use for this game. It’s quite enjoyable with the art style, music, voice acting, storyline and the mechanics. I always enjoyed the idea of repairing things as a gameplay mechanic, and this does not only that but build storytelling with it. It’s quite clever, also how instinctual it can be by boiling down things to their simplest parts. If it had double the amount of objects to repair, I’d easily call this a mobile classic. But for what it offers, if you’re looking for a nice relaxing experience, definitely play this game.

Much more than a game.... Let me start by saying... Wow. This is so much more than a game. It’s an immersive experience. The story line is wonderful. Maria’s world is filled with lessons and connections that left me touched and teary eyed. Please take Maria to a new city next! On top of that, the game play (during assembling) couldn’t have been smoother. Not one glitch. The story slides flowed brilliantly with perfectly timed voices and music. Not to mention, the stunning graphics and art style. I was so impressed that I instantly came to write my first game review ever. I don’t play many games on my phone because they usually don’t keep me interested long enough. There have only been a few games I’ve ever thoroughly enjoyed playing on my iPhone, like Monument Valley and Monument Valley 2, which were equally artistic and immersive. And coincidentally developed by the same group - ustwo games! KUDOS TO YOU, USTWO!! You guys kill it, you’ve honestly made my favorite games I’ve ever played on my iPhone. I can’t wait for the next one!

Beautiful interactive story visuals, minimal game. The visuals, voiceover, presentation methods and overall aesthetic are wonderful. I love the aesthetic in the fixing interludes as well. The story is nice, didn’t super clinch me but very sweet. The fixing gameplay feels like from a different game, feels like interludes, trying to justify experiencing the story, or vice versa. They’re just a step above linear…something. Is it puzzle? Does it matter? Is it challenging or feel engaging in other ways? Nah. And it certainly doesn’t elicit any of the emotions of actually analyzing a broken device, relating to its history and meaning for the owner, testing and problem solving out the solution, etc. It falls short of fitting with the plot or rest of the game, or feels unnecessary.

Great story with a fantastic game in play. I loved this app, I don’t usually play too many games on my iPhone but I thought I’d try the arcade this time around. This was the first puzzle game I came across and it was that, and even more. I loved the story and the ending also. It was amazing to tie in some fun puzzles within the story, I definitely didn’t expect to get sucked in and finish it within a day. I hope there is more to come, this was a great start to my new iPhone 11 pro. Thank you! I definitely recommend this to everyone! 5 star game and story.

Absolutely Lovely. I loved this game. The atmosphere, the podcast type feel to the story, and the repair jobs were so awesome. I loved the sound design, animations, and the puzzle aspect to it all. I went into this not even knowing what to fully expect and I was pleasantly surprised! This is such a lovely game and the ending was so perfect. Still it leaves me wanting more. It a short story and game and if you sit uninterrupted takes max 2 hours to get through. However, its a touching story and it makes me wish there was more. Please make a second one.

More please. I like being able to fix the gadgets and mementos, but it’s so short! Even with the epilogue added to it, it’s just too short, and replay value isn’t really there since once you figure out how to fix each item, the challenge is gone. There was also a small glitch at the end of the game where I didn’t get the final achievement, even though I played and finished that last starred level 3 times... Overall, it’s a great game. And I guess it’s a testament to the amazing skills of the game developers that it leaves me with a sense of “where’s the rest?” rather than “ugh... *more* levels?”

I NEED ANOTHER ASSEMBLE WITH CARE GAME!!!. Much like other people, I'm not one to write reviews, however, this game is absolutely fantastic! Once I started I couldn't stop. It was so calming and I enjoy the puzzle. The only sad thing is that I finished it so quickly and how I wish there was another Assemble With Care game. There are so many puzzle games that are meant to have an element of mystery and sometimes horror that I can't play them to wind down, but Assemble With Care was the best way to fall asleep while putting stuff together. PLEASE MAKE A NEW ASSEMBLE WITH CARE GAME THE PEOPLE NEED IT!!

So great but game doesn’t save. So this would be a 5 star game except for one massive issue. I dowloaded this from Apple arcade and played through level 4 (telephone). Then I got an email and switched away, got into work and didn’t come back till the next day. Upon opening the app I find all my progress wiped and have to start from the beginning. Annoying but not too bad. I quickly redo the first four levels skipping past the story section as quickly as allowed. Continue to play through level 7 (gameboy) and take another break. And today when I open the app I’m back level 4 again. Ridiculous and I’m done. I’m not going to replay all the previous levels every time I go back into the game. It is a shame because this game could be outstanding.

Addictive and Beautiful.. more!!. This game kept me captivated with it’s cute little story of Bellriva!! I didn’t want it to end because I was enjoying the game so much. Time just went by as I played this game, I didn’t stop until I finished the game. It was AMAZING! The pictures were sweet and simple and the story didn’t get lost in the details. I’ve hardly ever played a game of this sort and wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was definitely welcomed in by a stunning game. Please make more stories like these! More stories of Maria’s adventures, I yearn to see what her next destination would be. :)

Great game.....to short. The story line and the music on this game are simply incredible,I enjoyed the puzzle solving aspect of the game as well, if it were just those 3 things that mattered I would fully give it 5 stars. That being said, and taking into account Apple Arcade is still new, the game is WAY to short, I finished this game in about 45 minutes, and it kind of leaves you hanging with an unfinished story line. I feel there is so much more you can do with this game, like a prequel, what happened to make her leave home, what about her travels before Carmen, Helena, Joseph and Izzy? I’m sure other people and other cities helped her realize she needed to call home, maybe we could visit some of the other cities she traveled to and solve puzzles there as well. A sequel, coming home she uses her talents, and the lessons she has learned over the past couple years, to not just fix things, but to fix her own family as well. Those are just my opinion, and as I stated earlier I realize Arcade is new and I’m sure more great things are sure to come!

Amazing, but too short. This game has gorgeous visuals, great music, and a really interesting concept. I was captivated while playing, so, naturally, I finished the game pretty quickly. It wasn’t very hard, which I didn’t really mind. My biggest issue was the length. There are a total of 12 (fairly easy) levels. I tried to replay the game, but I remembered the solutions and didn’t get as much enjoyment out of it. I’d love to see more complicated levels. I don’t know, maybe Maria could visit other towns and do some more repairs. I just want to see more from one of my favorite new games. I would recommend trying this out - just know that it will be short and sweet.

Wow, just wow!. This game is an amazing game, with its comforting aesthetic to its beautiful story. The voice acting is wonderful, and the cute little repairs you complete are more interesting then you’d think. The game’s design really makes you feel at home, and if you play once you’re bound to play again. The only thing I wish was added is a final chapter with Izzy and Joseph. It’d be fun to play as Izzy for one chapter, as she tries her best to fix something. Either way, this game is wonderful! I hope to see more things like this very soon ;)

This game is wonderful. As a person with pretty severe anxiety, this game was influential on my state of mind. I started playing this on a whim because I liked the colors and heard it was a good game. The relationships are so beautiful and gave me hope on repairing my own. Every piece I restored had meaning and made me feel in control. I’ve been going through a lot of hard stuff the last few years and this gave me control. I love this game and I hope that it’s able to give you some comfort if you decide to play.

Cute, but not hard. A pretty and light puzzler. The story isn't particularly complex, but it's cute and has a nice message. The puzzles are fun but I wish there was a bit more of a difficulty curve, I breezed through all of them (sans the record player puzzle, where I ran into a bug that required me to disconnect and reconnect all the wires for some reason). However, the art is gorgeous and the music is wonderful, so as long as you're willing to let yourself be absorbed into the ~ a e s t h e t i c ~ it's a nice way to spend an hour or two. tl;dr definitely enjoyed, minor bugs, reminded me to go fix some of the broken stuff lying around my apartment...

A Wonderful Journey With Heart. This game has a simple yet engaging idea. You repair broken objects, however if only it were so simple. You play as a repair woman recently in town for a festival. However once in town simple repairs reveal heart warming stories of the lives of a few individuals living there, and reveals that seeing things from another perspective is just as important as defining our own. This game is short, and you will probably complete it within a few hours of play, but it is worth every second, and an enjoyable experience.

Delivers on the Promise of Apple Arcade. “Assemble with Care” is the perfect example of the promise of the Apple Arcade service. It’s a delightful game, though only runs 1-2 hours, and doesn’t much in the way of replayability. I loved it, but I may have been too wary about cost vs gameplay time to have purchased it otherwise, which would have been a shame. The gameplay and story are both well polished. There is an inherent satisfaction to taking an item apart and putting it back together again as good as new, and this game captures that essence perfectly. The perfect game to play through on a rainy Sunday morning.

Loved this game!. This game is one of my favorite games! It’s very calming and creative. Calming because of the audio book component, which is why I enjoyed playing before bed. I really enjoyed the story that leads you to each object you must fix, and the characters connected to those objects. Creative because taking these items apart and reassembling them was surprisingly fun! I’m not one to take apart radios or cameras in my spare time, but this game truly made the idea more intriguing! If like me your favorite games are puzzle games, then you will love Assemble. You’ll find that to fix the items you will need to investigate and problem solve to find and fix the part that is broken. Overall this is a great game for anyone who loves puzzle games, interactive audiobooks, or just calming games to play in your free time. I highly recommend!

Amazing. I saw this and was instantly interested, as I like games with puzzles like this that have you pulling things apart and figuring out how they go back together. That story was an unexpected bonus that pulled on your heartstrings, some of us may be able to relate to characters in the story. It was beautiful in all aspects from story, to gameplay, to graphics. The only thing I can complain about is it was too short. I really hope you guys already have another one in the works because I will be excited and waiting for it’s release. Amazing job

Thank you.. Times are as tumultuous as we allow for the things that divide us to continue to tear us apart. I haven’t spoken to my dad in 3 years and like Maria that weight of silence is as heavy as it’s ever been. It’s as simple a dial of the phone but it’s one of the hardest things I’ve done. This simple game that UsTwo has created is about fixing things to fix people and while me and my dad have to allow time to heal, I picked up the phone the minute these credits rolled. Thank you for somehow fixing a part of me I didn’t think was possible.

Left wanting more!. This form of puzzle, taking things apart and putting them back together, is great! It reminded me of all the times when I was a kid, taking things apart I shouldn’t have! The story is wholesome and leaves you with a warm heart. The worse part? The game goes by fast, with only 13 puzzles you are really left wanting more, not only of the gameplay, but I love the characters. So it would have been nice to see those stories even more fleshed out. The game from beginning to end, depending on how well you do at the puzzles, can run about 2 hrs, probably at most. But overall? Fantastic, worth the download.

Omg wow this game is absolutely amazing and beautiful!. I loved this game! It had a great story, super satisfying and fun gameplay, and absolutely beautiful layout and aesthetic. The only problem which is kinda a plus if you think about it, is it left me wanting more since I completed the whole story in under 2 hours. Hopefully there is gonna be more to come or another chapter is in the works, but if not I’ll just keep replaying my favorite ones over and over again!

Wow, just WOW!. Like many others that have written here, I never leave these reviews for mobile games. This one, however, justifies it. Granted, it’s not a long game, but everything that went into this was wonderfully thought out and beautifully designed. The music, the voice acting, the story, the visuals....it really drew me in and in such a short time made me invested in the characters and their story. The physics and gameplay were very satisfying. Bravo, and hopefully there is more to come from this story.

Short and Sweet. While not exactly challenging, I found the puzzles of taking things apart and putting them back together cathartic in a way. The voice acting was very well done and the storybook-style artwork is really beautiful. The controls were very intuitive and the animations were very smooth. The only downsides to this game for me was that I wish it could have been longer. Still, it was absolutely the level of quality I’ve come to expect from ustwo. I didn’t even need to be told that this was from the developers of Monument Valley for me to feel it in the charming gameplay.

What a wonderful story!. It’s really a challenge for mobile developers. Getting eyes on your game, and then getting the engagement that you thought you would have, and then most of all making the game have weight and purpose. This game checks all those boxes. It’s truly a “story in 12 parts”. The storytelling is top notch, matched only by the voice acting and music. This was a joy to play, I truly felt connected to Carmen and Helena, and IZZY! Thank you for making something so heartfelt and honest. I loved every minute of it!

Loved but over too fast. I adored playing this game. Calm atmosphere, simplistic but slightly challenging with no rage quitting in sight and story told throughout. My only complaint is that I wish there was more. Like other stories about other characters and more chapters. Yes that one extra chapter for one item repairing puzzle put in a year ago was nice but the game in its entirety is extremely short. Because I enjoyed it so much I do wish there was more to it. I replayed it one time while streaming to my friends and I beat the whole thing in less then an hour. If it weren’t so short I’d have given it five stars hands down.

I can’t wait for more. The game has a few cute interconnected stories, with each story containing their own item to repair. It is a fairly straightforward game, but it is very relaxing and was very enjoyable for every chapter. My only complaint is that I completed the 13 chapters in only a couple hours. I would love to see more, maybe in another chapter set. It would also be cool to see some kind of challenge repairs as the mechanics are very interesting, though not very difficult. I would recommend this game highly, it’s only a shame there isn’t more.

Surprisingly good!. Story based with simple mechanics. Tutorial lacks some clarity but it's not difficult to get the hang of. Items are very simplified, don't let that ruin your experience. Very last chapter is harder, flip over every piece!! I intended to try this out before bed. Ended up finishing the entire game in one go. Story is engaging with great voice acting. Unfortunately there's no replay value so I must say goodbye to the characters and their story as they, and I move on to a new chapter.

Such a great game!. I loved playing this game! I only wish it wasn't so short! There's a real storyline with characters that are developed in a way that you really dive into the game. The way of fixing objects and how they advance the storyline is absolutely amazing and perfect for a person like myself who loves puzzles or is engineering-oriented. It is such a cute game and I love the narrative that the main character, Maria follows. The audio adds such a nice touch to the story and fixing the objects 😊 I hope this game is updated with more parts to the story and continues Maria's adventure as a repairwoman 👩🏽‍🔧👩🏽‍🏭😁

Martha High and the Italian Royal Family!. I lived taking my toys apart as a child! This game felt so much like these days, that I stayed up the entire night playing. I really enjoyed playing a game that made me think , I also really enjoyed the story line. When I heard the music playing on the old record player, I had to continue playing! I’m a millennial with a love of a little jazz and funk music, and my ears were captivated! The game is challenging, but not in an annoying way, it’s also perfectly suited to play in my iPhone. Standing ovation to the creators, this new wave of games with meaning is awesome!

It’s the best for some. If you like having a short time of electronics, this is not a quick crazy game for you. This is a game where you sit down, turn on your device and relax. Putting together things, a full storyline that just made my heart fill with joy. This game needs no further fixes. Perfectly made. This game will take about 2-4 hours to complete. It can be a little frustrating at first, because of all the parts, but after that it’s the best, heart warming game ever. I recommend this game to relaxed gamers.

BEAUTIFUL!!!!. Actually I didn’t know what to expect with this game but I just finished it and honestly, this game left me speechless. It was beautifully written, the voice actors were amazing, the artwork, just wonderful, and the assembly of the objects was so realistic and cool. I was immersed in the story and I must say, I’ve never experienced a game that actually made me cry at the end. WOW! The developers, creators, all those involved listed in the end credits — BRAVO 👏🏼. This was such a good game, I was sad to have it end. It was not only fun, but the story was so sweet. Something we all should think about. Again, GREAT GAME, and thank you!

Engaging but short. I really loved the gameplay. The story didn’t entice me as much as other users, but the relaxing gameplay made up for it. However, there are so few levels! 13 total and the first and last are just packing/unpacking, not fixing anything. This is an incredible game for logical thinkers who like puzzles and don’t like being timed, but the enjoyment is short lived. I was able to complete the entire game in a couple hours. I’m on a free trial of Apple Arcade, but this game makes me less inclined to pay for a full time subscription because I’m worried many of the games could be played through so quickly.
