Very Disappointing , sorry. I was so excited to find this , I recently signed up as a Doterra wholesale customer. I assumed there was an app included but no. Found this, you can only look up an ailment, etc.. but you CAN NOT see what oils are recommended to use for it!! aka their ‘ recipe’ Only if I pay $30 more dollars ( I just paid an awful lot buying a kit to get started ) & now they want even more $. Sadly its also true that each day’s suggested’ recipe ‘ also can not be fully read ? DoTerra should include full use , especially if you’re already signed as a consultant . 🤦🏼‍♀️

You have to pay to get the information you want. I was excited to get this app thinking it would help Me organize the oils I have and better understand how to use them... it will ... but you have to PAY to get the information you need... you might as well save your self the trouble of Downloading the app unless you want to Pay for it... I’m not impressed!

Love it!!!. I love the section telling which oils work on a specific issue. More complete than some apps in that regard. Never had any problems with it and use it multiple times a day! Wish the Blends With sections were more complete (not ever listing, especially in blends, has this section. But some apps offer nothing in this regard!

Love this app. Totally Love this doterra essential oil reference guide app!! It is the best EO App thst I have ever used!! It is So easy to find things and it explains things in such easy to read language! So Glad that this app was made! I Love that it has the recipes in it. And that everything is so FDA compliant so you don't have to worry about anything. and I like the part where you can save your favorite recipes. And that you can save the Orioles already have and that you can save the oils that you want also and it also has a place for notes!

Very Useful. I love the ability to keep up with my inventory and add to a shopping list. I found one glitch. After adding an oil to my inventory, it’s almost impossible to add to the quantity for each oil. It’s so sensitive to the touch that when you touch the quantity to add to it, it takes you to the info page of that oil instead of adding to the quantity. It’s very frustrating. I hope this will be fixed soon.

In this day and age not everyone has enough time to remember what each oil does and their benefits, so perfect if you want to the point information. Ok but could be better. I would give the free part of this app 5 stars IF they had all the oils listed. Would really love to see them add all so you could put them in your inventory or on your wish list. I was hoping for 1 place to list all my oils but this is just not the case with this app. Many popular oils are not even on the list here....sad... hope they update soon with the rest of the list.... this COULD be a great site....

Data is everything. DoTerra I love your oils, commitment to helping others and sustainability philosophy, however I am very disappointed on how you are treating data. Since data is Incredibly valuable in business why are you charging for this app?!? You can gather so much valuable information about what people like, how they use their oils, how many of what kind they have, etc, while providing a useful tool. Think you have missed the target on this one.

Missing new oils. You have a comment that you put in the new oils. Well I don’t see Birch, Celery Seed. Etc. so when can we expect to see the full line of oils? It makes the app less useful. Also could use a way to say I have 1 and 1/2 bottles of some oils. To always count as 1 full bottle does not help me keep my inventory, clear and under control.

I love this app. I love this app, they do need to update the EO lists, as DoTERRA has expanded their product line, but overall this app is exactly what I was looking for and is a tremendous help!

Out of date. I joined doTERRA at a post-convention five months ago and am a Loyalty Rewards Member. About half of my oils are not listed. This app is very disappointing. Much potential is to be had in a valuable app. doTERRA, place more priority in your online presence. Consumers spend more time on apps than on websites. Do an analysis, adjust your priorities accordingly, and watch it translate to your bottom line. You won’t regret it.

Love, love, love this app!. I love the fact that I can save to my favorites for quick access later on. I also love the verbiage used and I think that it will help me in my oil business to stay compliant and avoid getting into any problems with the FDA. Update. Can you let me know when you will update the oils in inventory? So many new ones not on there. Basil is missing too

Best app ever. Best app present on IOS for this purpose. This is like a reference book for essential oils. There are many more apps out there in the market for the same purpose but most of them are just fooling around. This app gives you facts and tells you how to use oils with their risks also. Highly recommended this doTERRA essential oils reference guide app.

Very disappointed!. I wish I would’ve read the reviews first before I paid for a year subscription. This app is not even updated and is missing a lot of oils. They don’t even have an inventory list of their Personal Care products, Supplements and Vitamins. To me this was a total waste of money. Plus it doesn’t sync to other devices. I want my money back!

Customer Service. Very disappointed! I upgraded to premium. It still won’t let me open anything. Every time I do it asks me to upgrade!?!?! The money had already been taken from my account. I have reached out to customer service with no response. :(

Doesn’t work. The app doesn’t work! I paid for the monthly subscription and I still can’t get access to the recipes. It keeps telling me I need to upgrade but when I try it doesn’t work because I’m already subscribed. I contacted the company and after a week still haven’t received any response. Don’t waste your money!!

Useful App. Very useful doTERRA essential oils reference guide app for a essential oil lover like me.. they have gathered all the information on how to use the oils..made my life easy

Not happy. I am so disappointed with this app. I purchased the premium. 3 out of 5 searches result in nothing found. The description states “hundreds” of ailments are addressed. I have counted exactly 169. More than just a few “oil uses” have none listed. The home page shows some great teasers with Specific oil benefits and stats that can only be partially read. And lastly, I read in the App Store that I can turn off auto renewal under the settings for this app, yet the app doesn’t even appear under my settings page. I feel duped and can’t even find a contact number or customer service link. I clicked on “app support” in the App Store and it took me to another Essential Oil app.

Poor app. This app started out great then totally went blank, lost my inventory and other settings I had on it. I tried several times to refresh or restart the app and no change. I also tried to check the upgrade for this app and it brings you to a different app totally. Please check your app carefully

Overpriced and incomplete. I really hoped that for almost $30 this app would be better. There are a lot of oils that are not listed. Then there is a Guide option. I was looking for congestion options and it says to diffuse camphor oil. Well Doterra doesn’t carry that oil. So why would you list it?! Don’t waste your money on this app. You’re better off getting an oil for it.

Easy to use and very informative. One of my friend recommended this doterra essential oil reference guide app to me and i found this app very useful. Who would have thought there is an oil to help with weight loss... i have just started with a personal trainer and is inclined to buy the recommended oil as added help.

Less than 24 hours later it's a favorite. I love this doterra essential oil reference guide app and I've only had it for less than a day. I only wish that there was a way for people to get in contact with each other so they could talk about oils as well as sharing blends. It would be a great way for people to share other oil information and teach newbies how to get started! Otherwise love it. Great look, easy to use, fun to look through... definitely recommend for oil enthusiasts!

Excited App. 43. An App that's not just for doTerra or Young Living Even though when you try and email support, it shows that it's a doTerra rep or somebody. There are a few apps very similar, even with the same name and design, however, those app refer to having info on doTerra and Young Living. So, I believe I got the right app for all Essential Oil lovers and not navigated toward doTerra and Young Living. chose the "Essential Oils Reference" app that had "medical" right below it. Some have "health & Fitness, etc..." Happy with this particular App!!!! Thank you!!!!!

Was ok, but.... I liked the app because it had a lot to offer (personal oil inventory, wish list, usages, etc). I decided to upgrade to the paid version to get access to the recipes. As soon as I paid for the upgrade (monthly only, thankfully) it stopped working. At best it takes forever to load every time I open the app (and when I say forever I mean like more than 5 min). In addition, all the info I had entered before was gone. I want to like this app again, but it need a lot of improvements.

What’s wrong with it...?. I downloaded & paid the yearly subscription fee & I've got nothing! The app has zero information & keeps asking me to upgrade the subscription & I can’t cancel the subscription either... I’ve deleted & uninstalled the app & re-downloaded it & still nothing.... what’s wrong?!

DO NOT PURCHASE THE PREMIUM. The free part of the app is great, but the premium is a HUGE waste of money. The guide for ailments is limited at best, even some standard searches like "sleep" yields no results. The recipes page is not user friendly at all. To find recipes you have to know the exact name (who is going to think to search "geranium-hyssop gargle") rather than just being able to search for general topics and then receive a handful of related recipe choices. Instead you basically have to scroll through hundreds of recipes one by one to try and find what you might need. Many recipes are in there two, three or four times, and they even have a whole section of "recipes" that describe how to diffuse or inhale single oils. Please don't waste your money on this. For a $30 purchase it should be significantly better. If it was a $5 annual subscription, it would be worth it. I do recommend the free portion of the app, but as one user already reviewed, the info they choose to highlight on the front page (whole useful) can't even be clicked on to read the whole thing or to even be able to enlarge the text which is at times too small to read.

So convenient. I love having this doterra essential oil reference guide with me any time I need it vs having to track down my book. I also love that this can be updated with new info vs having to buy a new book each time one is updated.

This app has it all!!. Every question you have ever had about essential oils is covered in here. I'm not new to essential oils and I almost didn't get this app because I thought it was superficial. Disappointed!!. Disappointed, can’t believe you want to charge for information one could get otherwise free elsewhere. I use and enjoy doterra oils, was initially excited to get this app, see recipes and usages, but to have to pay for recipes; don’t think so, and it’s way overpriced, so I’ll be deleting this app. From download to delete, under 5 minutes! 🙁

Not up to date. This has the potential of being a great app but the don’t KEEP IT IP TO DATE. I own many oils that aren’t listed anywhere. They should have the limited time ones as well. Disappointing because I need something to keep up with my inventory. 🙁

I purchased the upgrade. And it doesn’t work. It keeps prompting me to upgrade again, but obviously won’t work because it’s already been upgraded. So it just won’t unlock the paid features. So it just takes your money and doesn’t deliver.

WHY DID I PURCHASE THIS?. I was excited about this app and happily purchased. Little did i realize it didn’t work. It’s fine to look at the oils & recipes but you can’t copy these to your favorites without writing it down first then rewriting on the favorites page. This should be fixed so you can use the app it should be easy to move between screens.

My only disappointment is waiting 3 months fun getting my new phone to have the app be compatible. I lost all my notes and saved items.

Update required. It is a good app to be able to keep track of what oils you have but it’s outdated. I have many oils that aren’t listed. Like Basil. It would be good to have it updated or be able to add your own oils

Must have app!. Loving the look of the update and all the added features! Yay a catalog with prices at my fingertips! Such an amazing reference for all essential oil users! The database contains detailed info about each oils properties & origin. General safety info. There's tons of handy recipes to support health & wellness. Great organizational tools to keep track of oils you have, oils you want, favorite recipes, etc.

Not working on iPhon X. Downloaded twice and the app opened with blank list. When tap on any of the categories the app seems to downloading something. I let it run for over 7 hours and still running with blank list still. However when installed on iPad, it worked beautifully. I like the function being able to track my inventory and good information from doTerra about the oil. Would be nice to have some samples to know what details user can expect for Guide and Recipes.

Great for "on the go" research. I have the book at home, but am rarely there during the day. This doterra essential oil reference guide gives me the freedom to use my oils with confidence knowing I'm using the right one. Plus, I can show others what essential oils can be used for when sharing my love for oils with them.

So far, I'm loving it.. I like the fact that I can refer to the included recipes but also save my own. I'd like to see some caution labeling for recipes as well though. This would help educate newbies on cautions of oils in the recipe in the event they aren't already aware. It'd also be nice to mark oils on a wish list somehow.

Missing Inventory Oils. Good app but missing quite a few oils to add to inventory list. Would be great if they could all be added

New oils missing. I have just taken stock of my oils and I have about 10 oils that doesn’t come up on the list. It would be awesome to update the list when new oils comes out for example Hinoki, lemon eucalyptus, lemon myrtle and Summer Savory.

Missing some oils. I have Basil, Citronella, Clementine, Green Mandarin, Kumquat and Red Mandarin. None of these are included in the oil list.

Don’t Waste Your Time. Just another one of those monthly subscription apps. There are many other great apps out there that only charge a one time fee and have much more useful information than this app.

Not impressed. I thought this app would be helpful, but after the free trial period and money is taken out my account I can’t use it because it’s now freezes when I open it. I’m canceling the subscription!!

Not free. DL the free version and can really get any info without upgrading. Just FYI fr someone looking for a good free info app. When you go to find info it will not show you anything unless you upgrade.

Disappointed. I couldn’t get anything to work in this app. Tried for days to add my inventory but it just kept spinning. Also took me to the oils page almost every time I clicked on anything & just kept spinning. So disappointed as this app looked so cool!

Inventory is very limited, and gets stuck in process. Disappointed! I started putting in my doTerra inventory and it would stall and not go forward. If I left it for a day or so I could continue. Also, major limitations on quantity. It stops at 71 and I have a lot more than that in my personal inventory. Another hiccup is there are doTerra oils it will not allow you to put in. So, my inventory is incomplete. Thought the app was a great idea until I ran into these limitations.

Don’t purchase - bait and switch. I spent the money on it and now I have to subscribe to their monthly plan for the oils recommended. Bait and switch

Misleading. Not sure how this can be called a dōTERRA app when it advertises YL. Same would hold if it were called a YL app but it advertised dōTERRA.

So misleading. They pretend the app is free and then after you download it, if you want to see any recipes for ailments, you have to upgrade to a subscription! And NOT a $6 one-time purchase, more like $30 a year! I’m sorry but that is a bit shameful! Bummer.

What happened??. Up until 3/19/19 it worked fine, then on 3/20 it would crash each time I tried to open it. I’m sad because now I don’t have my shopping list.

Useless. Unless your willing to pay monthly, don’t get this app; it is worthless. Everything I’ve tried to lookup, I have gotten a note telling me to access that I would need to upgrade. Anything I can access is very generic and useless. The worst app I have ever bought.

doTERRA just gave up on this app. This app would be great if they’d actually update it. Half of my oils are not even on here. I wouldn’t mind paying for the premium if it was up to date with the oils that doTERRA carries.

Disappointed that limited info without subscription. The description does mention that subscription is option al. However, it is not clear that he main content, the oil recipes, are not available you less you upgrade to premium at $29.99 a year. I deleted it, as I feel this is false marketing.

Disappointed. I upgraded to the premium account and was charged $29.99 plus tax and over 3 days ago and i still do not have access to the premium services. I have emailed and messaged the developers and no one responses. Very Disappointed!

Good. Although the app is helpful it does not have all the oils listed. You should be able to at least enter one w a blank filed to name for shopping purposes.

Lack of support. While I like several of the features of this app, I have questions and have tried contacting Support to no avail.

Better information found by googling. Not very useful. I found more information by googling recipes.

Waste of money. They don’t even update for the new oils. Use the free but don’t buy!!! The free isn’t that great either.

App doesn’t work.. Paid to upgrade and the app doesn’t work. Can’t get tech support, money down the drain.

Love it almost..... Although this app has most of the Doterra oils it does not have all. I also wish it would sync my inventory to all devices - it does not.

Eo. Tried the 3 trial for free day it’s was good so I decided to subscribe..2 days later app is not working. Would like a refund. Very disappointing.

Adaptiv. I want to see what the free version is like and noticed Adaptiv isn’t listed. Before I invest money, how current is this?

Missing Oils in Inventory List. Would love to have the oils inventory list up to date. Hard to make an inventory list with some oils not listed and no way to add to my list.
