Zero value. Worthless app. Doesnt work at all with the wifi digital microscope

Works great. I had no problem connecting. Went to wifi settings once downloaded app and turned on unit then go into your wifi settings click on HVcam...... If you turn off unit you will not see wfi settings. HVcam..... You can take photos and video. Really cool.

Wi-Fi digital microscope. I bought a Wi-Fi digital microscope and downloaded the app and it will not work. I tried it twice. I guess it was a waste of money.

Does not work!. WiFi connects to phone but app does not connect to device. I tried with both a iPhone 6 and iPhone X.

Location services. The app told me that they need my location. It doesn’t give any explanation for it and I find it irritating.

Why is my location needed and my WiFi?. There’s no reason for it.

Unable to operate microscope. From WiFi Digital Microscope Quick Start Guide: *Downloaded software to iPhone using code *Charged microscope fully and powered on *Linked to camera (microscope) WiFi signal using iPhone *Powered “on” microscope *Activated app on iPhone and.... waited, waited, waited, waited... no linking between app and microscope. No image. Repeated processes 5 times. No images. Trying to return microscope to vendor. Pray for me (lol).

Not worth time, trouble, or money. I had high hopes for this little device...only to be very disappointed. Connecting to wifi was frustrating. Once connected, could not get a clear picture, then wifi kept dropping. I put it back in the box and probably won't use it again. Very sad.

Works great. Works great but it’s important to read the instructions on how to properly use the microscope as it isn’t completely intuitive. Instead of using Bluetooth to pair with your phone it creates its own WiFi network which will require you to join anytime you want to use the device. If you you don’t join the Hvcam WiFi network then you will get the spinning icon in the application that other people have complained about. There is also a clear plastic cover protecting the camera when it isn’t in use which has to be removed when you want to examine something.

Nice. Works great with my digital microscope! Everything connected up perfectly and quicker than i expected.

I mean, it works.. Paid $15 with the $5 coupon for the microscope. For soldering some very small micro boards. Now I have not actually used it yet, as far a the app goes, it worked just fine. Turned on the WiFi and started app up and it worked. The scope is too much magnification for me but not the apps fault, it tries, you can flip in case its mirrored, flip the image, rotate, so for what it is, its OK. It should get 3 stars, but considering everyone else’s issues, I feel like this worked right away, so 4 stars.

App won’t work and can’t reach customer support. Bought a little microscope to hook up to my iPhone. This is the app that instructions said to get. I have downloaded it twice and both time it just spins in the blue field - just like what the pic shows. It won’t do anything else. Tried to contact support but got a message that I am forbidden to go to the website. Very frustrating and a colossal waste of time!

App doesn’t work. Just like the other review, redownloaded several times and it just spins. What a waste of money.

The product is a waste of money. When I was trying to connect it it worked the first time but after had to go to bed I woke tried to connect it again just has a spin circle after countless hour I gave and I look for help online but it was no use don’t get this product

Wifi won’t connect. Couldn’t get the wifi to connect in the app (shows connected in the settings but spinning wheel in the app) so I couldn’t see anything. It worked on an android phone but doesn’t work on the iOS platform.

Micro mess. So sorry this isn’t loading for me either I’ve tried deleting the ap and reinstalling, still just the blue spinning page trying to load, I was told gotta keep trying and I have but no luck

Security/Privacy Concern. I am very concerned that there are no privacy or security features on this app/microscope. Allowing their network to connect to my device is the only option, and it is NOT secure. Their network is the only way to use the microscope that I have determined thus far. Very disappointing

It works awesomely. I tried this for plenty of things. It it works great. I have no problems with this items 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠 stars for me.

Doesn’t work. I’ve had it for some time was cleaning out phone and hoped this would work but the circle went round & round and nothing would work on it!

There’s a trick. This scope is very good for the money. You just need to know one trick, fire it up and then stick a pin in the reset hole. Once re-sat it’ll work fine

Spyware. This app spies on you and requires location services.

Does not work with microscope from amzn. Bought little microscope from amazon and it says to use this app but doesnt work! connected wifi to the microscope and it just spins a status icon and does nothing. Returning product.

Horrible don’t buy. I read the instructions carefully and it said to join the prefixed WiFi hotspot and that’s not a setting it’s impossible to set up huge waste of money and a colossal waste of time very disappointed and do not recommend unless you want to waste your money and about 3 hours of time

Not working.. App stopped connecting. I am now behind on my work and unable to compete it in time. Very disappointing and unreliable.

A Scam. The microscope and app does not work, looks like a scam, unfortunately this was purchased as a gift that now cannot be used.

No image. It was working but now it shows no image after selecting preview. Microscope wifi connected to updated iPhone 8, app opens but shows no preview anymore. I have reset ms, deleted and reinstalled app, turned phone off & on. Tried on iPad, same thing. Who do I contact for support?
