Easy to edit. I’m a novice and thus app made my video look so professional the first time!

👎🏼. I was very disappointed. I started with the free trial to see if it was any good because I was going to purchase if it was. I’m glad I didn’t purchase. It would only save 12 seconds of my video and then it was off-center each time I try to save it! I was very disappointed in this whole process

Great but it crashes. This app looks like it would be amazing to use, but, every time I open it it crashes and I’ve deleted and reinstalled and whatnot but still not working correctly.

Bad quality video!!!. I like all the features this app have to offer and what I can do to my fitness videos. I like the app! Every time I save my finished videos the finished product are low in quality. Am I the only one having that issue. I immediately unsubscribed. Too bad, I actually wanted to give it a try.

Beautiful Photos!. The smart filter option is great! It gives you a selection of filters it thinks would look good with your photo and 10/10 it has the perfect filter. The pro is absolutely worth it but even the lite version has great filters.

I already payed. I found this app, and liked it very much. And so I bought it! Payed the year subscription and I got in today to edit some pics and it’s asking me to pay again?! This needs to be solved, if someone could help me out that would be great

It’s so good 🤩. I preordered it back in February or something and it’s finally here!!! And so far, this app is great. It allows me to put filters on photos (and videos) for FREE! It’s amazing.

DO NOT BUY THIS APP. I spent $3.99 on this app after purchasing it for free because my newly edited photos wouldn’t save to my camera roll. Now that I have more options of making beautiful pictures they still won’t save. I thought purchasing it would unlock the photos and actually have them save to my stream. I am thoroughly upset and I don’t know how people got that to work.

Glitch? 🤔🙄😢😒😬😤. Ok so this app had a lot of great reviews, so I got it. But when I tried to actually edit a photo, the picture is in the middle. Great, right? Well yes, but then the picture moves to the side and the screen zooms in so that you can't do anything... Now, I'm not gonna assume that your gonna fix it right away, because your not. Honestly, I feel a little bad for putting one star... I'm gonna leave y'all with two stars because this can be considered as a minor problem. Still, I would appreciate it if this was fixed; In a reasonable time span.

My personal review.. I was scrolling through the app store when i noticed this app.I pre ordered this app since i thought it was a good picture enhancer. Honestly why the “Pro” ability? Cant it all just be available for people to use? without paying money? Anyways it is a pretty good photo enhancer and very easy to use.

Do not buy this app. You have to pay for all the filters except like 10 and there ether really dull or way to bright and look fake do not get this app it just takes up space I deleted it like 15 minutes after got it it didn’t work well at all.🥱😴

SUPER BAD. Whenever you try to do something or you won’t something it says join pro I’m not spending my money on this game just so I can look good and it doesn’t even make you look good. Honestly I thought it would be a good game but they are just hungry for money getting people to buy pro and it is like kinda expensive

Don’t purchase!. Just got this and it won’t even open. Paid $32 for lifetime use (don’t do it!) and I can’t even use it for 1 second. Every time I click on the icon it brings me to loading page then shuts out completely. I currently have an iPhone6 plus. Rip off. I will be trying to get my money back immediately.

Scam. I downloaded the app with the free trial and didn’t like it and deleted it immediately and canceled my subscription. I was still charged today for the subscription that i never actually used. I also can’t find an email or number to contact someone so there’s no really way to get your money when there’s a mistake. Not happy!

Not the best. Right from the start there is a tricky interface that tries to get the user to go pro which will cost money. The free version has very little functionality, and what you get by going pro is actually available on other fully functional free apps. Hard to believe all the five star ratings are legitimate users. Be warned.

GET THIS APP I LOVE IT!!!!. so even tho i’m a teen i love aesthetics but this app is so good dont focus on all the bad of this app is bad and people say some bad reviews here’s one thing get the app real quick check it out and if it doesn’t work do this try to make something out of it if u see a certain effect or filter u really want and u can’t get it use a one that you don’t have to pay for then save it to your photos then do the same thing again but use a lighter and different filter trust me you’ll love it!!!!

Amazing❤️❤️💫💫. I love it sooo much. I am an VIP user. I used it for my school presentation and got an A+!!! And it allowed me to edit all the important moments in my life this year. Especially since it’s my last year in University, I'm going to work next year. There are many master filters，I can add them to create my videos，which makes my video upgrade to next level. So Piczoo2 is an amazing App!!! I will always support you！！！！Totally recommend!!!

This app is ok. This app is ok. It is fun to play around with. But it makes your pictures look really scratchy. The app also has no good options to choose from when it comes to color. I if you want you pictures to look really good you should get the app PicsArt. But this app is a good starter but it is so bad for good insta pics. You can not crop anything out or put anything in but you can do all of that with the app PicsArt

Must read!. Ok so this app is great and all helps with photo editing not so much on selfies.... This app is great except for the fact that you have to pay for a lot!!! A lot. But that’s my opinion . I recommend getting it to try it out. I haven’t have any ads so far. But I just got the app LOL. Okay so please fix some things. Add stuff to if you could for free.

Ok.. now open a picture. It just crashes when I try to open my gallery esp videos so could not report on how the app filters work.

You can’t use anything. You might as well have made the app cost money because without the pro, you can basically slap a crappy filter over a photo and that’s it. Like at that point make your app cost money. I could only put on two filters on my photo and the two free ones were cloudy and had quality. I could use VSCO and get better filters for FREE. Disappointed.

Would like a refund. App just isn’t right for me and has more features than I need. I tried requesting a refund as described in the help center portion of the app but instructions are probably outdated as there is no “Request a Problem” option when going through my Purchased list in the App Store (not iTunes, as described— iTunes manages music, movies, shows, etc.) Please assist. WOW. It's not that very good when you don't have pro, but when you have pro it's good but it's really just the filters that are pro cause that's like the only thing I've looked at and I have the three day trial! But I recommend this app and maybe get pro

WORST APP. Terrible app. I downloaded the app to adjust the saturation on a video. I had to upgrade to a premium membership to edit my video and when I tried to save and download my video, the changes did not save. I spent my money on a membership, my time on editing my video, to end up with the same exact video I had before downloading the app because the changes you make to your video do not save! I was very upset and unsatisfied with the service so I emailed their help center, and I have yet to get a response. I do not recommend this app at all.

Great!. I luv this app. It isn’t like other apps where all the good stuff is locked. It has good filters. This is a really good app. I would really recommend this app

Pro?. I really did like the app and thought it was great but if I’m being honest is the pro really needed I don’t see the use of only being to use this good app for 3 days and then having to pay if your barley getting used to it if this app was completely free it would be great but pro makes it only great for 3 days and if you can’t get pro you can’t use nothing on the app so I really dislike pro for that reason

Does not work.. I spent money to become a premium member and the app doesn’t work. I have been emailing them for days and nothing. The app saves my videos with none of my edits. It’s useless! I don’t know how apple allows an app that doesn’t work to be sold. I want this issues resolved bc this has been happening since I bought this app. So annoying.

Few small issues. I really would like it if you could add a color picker tool so you can make the border match the inside but other then that it's cool

🤷🏻‍♀️. This app seems like it has potential, but the fact that it only has 6 free filters and the rest are pro is kinda upsetting and disappointing. I wish whenever filters are pro, they become free later on and new filters become pro. And then those new filters become free and new filters become pro and so on and so forth.

best app ever. I just picked this app randomly, because I want to edit my travel pictures and videos and post them on INS after my trip. But I have to say this is an awesome App!!! In Love. I just started using this app today and I love it. The only thing that I don’t like is that I can’t rewind or fast fwd when editing a video.

Not the best. It is not the best app. The reviews seemed good but after I got the app I was not as impressed. I have other editing apps and they have more filters and you can have little things like butterflies on your photo.

Accidental charge. Your app looks so great however I did not see a price next to the download arrow so I gave permission to download app and deleted when I noticed it said purchased . Is this app free and if not will I still be charged :(

Wasted MONEY!!!. Please save your money and DO NOT I repeat DO NOT purchase this app! I purchased this twice trying to get the quality videos I see in the app and whenever it downloaded nothing at all changed.!! Keep your money!

My experience. I got this app just for filters. But when I got back on it glitched. It wouldn’t let me scroll or click ANYTHING! So I exited out of the app 10 times and still nothing. I think it’s my phone based on everyone else’s reviews.

Love it but. I have resolved this. Check settings to remove watermark. I love this app Why is it that even when you go pro your videos are still saved with the companies watermark. How can I remove this. This is a deal breaker. Just when I thought I found the holy grail of all editors, then this.

Video Issues. Wanted to be able to have quick and easy filters to apply to videos, but when they save (and automatically save to camera roll) it starts blinking like 5 seconds into the video. Super weird but makes the video totally unusable :/

Great app but now even glitchier than before. The app would always run fine on my phone but ever since this new update my videos won’t save with the filter applied no matter what I do. Worked fine for me before though.

App Closes Randomly. I pre-ordered this app and was really excited to use all the editing tools it has to offer, however once the app downloaded it worked properly for about 30 seconds then kept closing out and returning to the iphone home screen. I haven’t had this issue with any other apps on my phone so i’m certain this app is faulty. I’m not sure if it’s because it just came out or what but I begin to edit a photo and it will close out after less than a minute and make me restart. Very disappointing

Has potential. I really was excited about this app. I love it other than the fact that every time I take the time to edit a video I save it and the quality is awful. Also sometimes the video does not save all the way and is just a short clip of it. Please fix this☹️

Annoyed. Don’t bother downloading if you’re thinking this is a free app to use. As soon as you open this app you’ll be asked to make a payment before using it. I rate this app 1 star just for this inconvenient nonsense. That’s for making me waste my time and download something I can’t even use without paying. Not everyone has money they want to spend on apps, loooool.

Issues with videos. I was excited about purchasing this because I want the ability to adjust video content without having to be a pro but....I am having considerable issues saving videos. Sometimes a 1 min video will save as 40 seconds. Other times just the first 30 seconds. I can’t seem to get any of my videos to save at full length. I thought maybe there was a length limit (ie it’s preset for Instagram?) but I just tried to edit a 3 minute video and it saved it but only the first 16 seconds. It’s frustrating. I will have to keep looking for what I need ;-(

App user. I don’t like to complain, but the app is always restarting and I’m trying to edit some photos, I can’t do anything when it keeps on crashing! I’m a vip user and all of the filters are great!

Disappointed!!. I saw a review really hyping the app, I thought it could be a review from the developers in disguise. I downloaded the app and guess what? I wasn’t wrong! So much fake hype, not totally worth it at all! Almost all the filters 90% required premium plan which is outrageous because VSCO has better filters for free. Basic editing tools that are even on Instagram. I give it a no star rating! Just rated it one star because I needed to give this review. Download at your own risk!

Help. App is great. Just recently started having issues with it every time I edit a video/picture and save it, it saves to my camera roll but it saves the original video/picture not the one I edited. I tried restarting phone and deleting/re downloading app and nothing. Please help!

Why.. I am very upset about you having to pay to edit photos. It’s a waste of money, I thought this app was free but it’s not. I hate this app, and I didn’t even get to use the true app. I But as soon as got into the app it says pay for the app. Grr I am never paying for something as silly as making photos. Downloaded & PURCHASED this app to get all the great “perks” however, the sound/audio on ALL MY VIDEOS when editing is nonexistent & cannot be heard even after editing ..... What’s the issue? Uhm?. Ok, all I got to do was put on a filter to the photo, and it advertised many contrasting ways. So could someone explain why I only got to put a filter on and no contrasting or anything some sort?

the app isn’t bad, the issues are. App has wonderful editing for photos, it’d be great if it didn’t constantly crash & freeze.

It makes you pay to save your edits. So I like to edit my pictures and I thought oh the camera app wasn’t enough so I got an app this app is trash it lets you do everything but not save it unless you pay

Not free, no trial. You have to give agree to subscription then cancel in two days. I deleted it as soon as it tried this crap on me. Let me try it then hit me with a fee if I like it. Don’t reach into my pockets before I know what I’m getting.

Not that special. You can do all of these things while editing your photo on Instagram... probably not worth getting the subscriptions and pro filters. It works fine, but it’s not that special I guess

Light flashes. I love this app however after the latest update my videos have a little flashes in it.

3 sec videos? DO NOT BUY THIS APP!!. I thought I’d get three free day trails before it charged me but it charged right away, oh well. But i try and use the app to edit videos of different lengths and once I hit save all I get is 3-16 sec videos that’s it! This is a rip off!

Full video won’t save. I downloaded this app to edit videos and it will only save 4 seconds of a 1 minute video. I even paid to upgrade the app and same issue.

Pixelated Video. My videos lately have been extremely pixelated when I use this app. I spent $17 on this app and its now pixelating all my videos. Super disappointed and I’m going to reach out to the creator in hopes of an app update of some sort.

NOPE. The videos only save half way through or get cut off and I’m already paying for it so it needs to be fixed ASAP. You’re already telling people that your fixing it but it’s already been a month since I’ve seen those reviews. Very disappointed!

Video result is SHAKY. I’ve used this app to edit/download 3 videos. All three cane out with an effect that looks like a light is rapidly flickering off and on. It makes the video look shaky, like it’s vibrating. They were unusable. And I have the paid version!

Watermark still there with membership. Everything else is good except the fact that I just got a membership and still have a watermark...

Loved it but then.... The app worked great, until I upgraded to iPhone 11 Pro. Now whenever I export a filtered video the resulting video flashes :(

Watermark. This app is amazing! I love it so so much, but one thing. The watermark in the corner kinda ruins it all. It’s huge, and distracting to the viewer. I use these for my video thumbnails, so please get rid of it!

Can’t select anything to edit. I click on my video or photo from the main screen and nothing happens. The only way it lets me select media is if I click the collage button. But I don’t want to collage I want to edit

Not enough filters for non pro users.. There’s only 6 filters available for users that don’t want to upgrade to pro. I will never pay money for any app. Really disappointed in this app. I preordered it hoping the app would have good filters but they aren’t really that good honestly.

Disappointed. I preordered this app because it looked really good! But I come to find out It’s basically just VSCO, some of the features are IDENTICAL! And I don’t like how you have to pay to get halfway decent filters, it’s gonna be a no from me dawg.

Meh... This is so stupid the only filters I would actually use all cost money and that’s where that riff you because you think it’s good because it’s free but the stuff that’s good costs money

Fix it please. I’m gonna be honest this app really isn’t the best it has horrible filters and even the pro filters are trash so I would recommend filters like Snapchat filters.

App stopped working after you pay. The app stopped working after you pay for the premium. No effects or edits can be saved, you footage is still the original footage after you hit save, what a scam!!
