Words keep on jumping. Unusable.. Try the words 'big' or 'large' It would have been great if words just stop jumping frantically. It's unusuable unless they fix it.

Very useful. Clever and helpful. I often go to thesaurus.com when writing papers to look for a similar word so I don’t repeat the same word multiple times. This app makes this search so much easier (and more fun!). Thumbs up to the developer. Definitely a keeper!

Nauseating. Unfortunately I'm unable to comment on the quality of the app as far as if it does what it's intended, because I was unable to look at it for more than a minute. The words never sit still. They slowly (or sometimes frantically) float around. Very very bad for motion sickness. Wish there was an option to turn that off, because it seems like a great idea for an app.

Nice app. I recpect the effort that is offended in this app , but there is a problem in zoom in and zoom out

Nice idea but.... Not sure why it shows the same word multiple times. For example, when I search for “aware” it shows “cognizant” in its map 3 times and “cognisant” another 3 times, but it totally leaves out other synonyms.

Got it for free and it’s worth less than that.. This is the least comprehensive, most unhelpful thesaurus you could download on the App Store. I’m absolutely certain of that. I have thesaurus apps that have so much information about words and synonyms they have to tab them, sort them by syllables, let you choose whether to use similar but not the same meanings, all the same options for antonyms, definitions, and phrases - just 100 miles past this silly graphic based nonsense.

CAINE. Cool little app.

It just works. It’s a bit hard to use with words that have many synonyms, because you can’t see them all, but otherwise it’s really good. It provides far more synonyms than most thesaurus websites.

I love words. I’m a weird person I like to write and I like to expand my vocabulary. I fill up on this program and I was totally amazed on how awesome it is. I immediately recommended to my whole family mom to my kids to my niece and nephews. I have an incredible vocabulary but this just open up another world

Interesting. Initially it didn’t work, but for now it does. Seems rather cool. Probably be quite useful for crossword puzzles.

Annoying Display - Continuously rotates. And there's no way I can see to send feedback except by writing a review. I'd give it 4 stars if the rotation issue were solved., maybe 5 if you could send feedback.

Excellent aap but would improve title. I think this is a unique aap improving greatly the ease and use of discovering and choosing words from the Thesaurus. In my situation, since I have a fair amount of aaps on my phone, I found looking for the WordMap aap was difficult because the word "Thesaurus" was not in the title description. If it was an aap I used more frequently it'd be no problem, but in my case I access it only now & then. This is not a reflection on the quality of the aap, but more about the user (me). :)

Much more than I expected. Great software. It brings a thesaurus to life by illustrating how the synonyms relate to each other. Great for finding the right words for working on my books that I write for fun.

I love this. You may not know you need this app. The concept behind it is simple, the interface is simple, the results are almost always exactly what i need. I use it almost every day. There are some curveballs you can throw it, like a word where a pinwheel of identical words is two nodes away from what you typed, but it’s rare.

Clone of an even better app. Wordmap should certainly be useful to those who choose to download it. The developer must be congratulated on his skill. But purchasers should be aware that it is obviously a blatant copy of Wordflex Touch Dictionary which has been around for six years. There's a free version to try that's limited not in scope, but by the number of words you can check in a day, and a paid upgrade to the full version. Wordflex has the advantage of a much larger database of words based on three Oxford University Press publications: the Oxford Dictionary of English, the foremost single-volume dictionary of the language with 355,000 words and phrases, the New Oxford American Dictionary, which is comparable in extent, and the Oxford Thesaurus of English. (It also has some special features not duplicated by this app.) I have used Wordflex for five years in my work as a writer and editor. I highly recommend it to serious students of, and workers with, the English language.

Good start but flawed. Overlap needs to be fixed. It’s really hard to see some words. Word drag and separation isn’t a useful feature just a gimmick. Instead I’d recommend a dynamic spreading out as you pinch and zoom

This is good .... This is very, very good!

Great idea but… buggy?. I love the concept of a visual presentation of related words and meanings. This is a really clever app idea. However… the (i)nfo button says “Tap on a word and proceed to the thesaurus” or “…to see its definition” but - at least on my current version iPhone - this doesn’t happen. The words all spin like crazy and links reorganise themselves but it appears to not work as advised. Not every word I tap provides thesaurus data or definition. May be a bug… or perhaps that’s the app’s limitation. Still, many times I’ve found the app helpful when searching for alternative words or expressions. Still consider it worth downloading.

Fantastic Tool. Visual thesaurus’s are my favourite. This one is fast and fun to use (gets a little laggy when there are 20+ related words, fair enough though)

Unhelpful. This want really that helpful. When I try to click on a word, nothing would happen for the most part. And if it split off into atom arms, it would be epileptic and be distracting and not overly helpful. I was hoping for its innovative approach to guide me in ways that other apps haven’t helped. Fail sadly
