Don’t even waste your time. This app is so buggy. It takes forever to load all of your analytics. Then when you want to do a mass unfollow it doesn’t even let you do that. I don’t understand if that’s one of your functions. How does one of your functions not work on your app. And the latest update was 4 months ago. There are a lot of crappy Instagram tracking apps out there, and this just just got added to the pile. Plus it doesn’t even help you with your analytics, it just tells you info on your latest post, which other apps do as well. You should just keep searching

Too many annoying technical issues.. 2 stars earned for (somewhat) working the first 2 months. I literally paid for this app (yearly subscription) only to not be able to use it anymore. I literally cannot use the service I paid for because instagram detects when you log into this tracker-plus app and detects it as “suspicious activity”. My Instagram account literally almost got deleted. Now I guess this has happened so many times that it broke my app ? I get logged out and then I would login in again only to be given an error message everytime. When I contacted customer service the first time… they said to go into my instagram account and make sure I’m active and liking posts to seem legit. Like huh ??? I can’t make this stuff up. All in all they shouldn’t be charging anywhere near the amount they charge for using this unreliable app. And I’m almost positive that a developer will reply to this review trying to make it seem like I’m the problem and there is something I’m not doing.

App works but will cause account issues. I used the app once and it worked just fine helping me see unfollowers and/or users who werent following me back. However, right after that single use my account started having issues. My account stopped loading stories properly - Stories wont refresh unless i force close the app. I’ve tried reporting this to instagram and no luck. App works but its not worth the trouble.

Doesn’t work. I’ve used this app for a while when it actually worked it was very accurate. I guess instagram is cracking down on third party apps like these because now when I tried using it it logged me out every time after an ad which caused my instagram to give me a warning about phishing. I had to change my password and decided to no longer use it… it’s just too much to keep logging back in and risking your instagram account to be blocked.

Slow app. I would have given this app 5 stars... If it wasn’t so slow to upload!! It’s accurate on Non followers and not on ghost/ inactive accounts. All the other apps give you 7 days free while this app only gives you 3. Also after paying for full access you are still not able to unfollow a mass amount of people without submitting a review!! Which I had to send an email to receive the review pop up. This app also does not allow you to whitelist followers as to not unfollow them!!

It Would be Great.... IF IT WORKED! I paid for the full subscription to unlock all of the features and I’ve left the Feedback which it FORCES you to do or features quit working...And then won’t start working again even after Feedback is left AND paying for the app subscription! It’s also SLOOOOOW! It acts like it’s loading all of this data, when in reality the information is transferred in milliseconds. Why they have this feature is beyond me! Making people wait so that this useless, halfass working app can seem more relevant and important is STUPID!

I’m so upset. I got this app so I could sort out my followers and who I was following. I intended to have this app not for long but just after a day I went to go into the app and it froze then I went to go on instagram and all that was showing up was “unexpected error has occurred” no matter what I do my account is just gone. My friends can still see my account but when I login everything is blank. Ive used the same instagram account for years now and I have so many memories on the account and now they are gone because of this app. Please do not download it.

Frustrated. Either instagram is really cracking down on third party app usage to track followers, or it’s the apps lack of security. In the past month when I have used this app, instagram has logged me out of my accounts and made me change my password 6 times. I read somewhere that this happens because of third party app usage to track followers and it could be that the app you are using isn’t secure.

Good app for free features. I mean, I do like this app. It works. The English may not be the best but it is understandable. The free features are pretty good in my opinion, I just don’t know about the ones you have to pay for because I don’t use it. I’m glad it shows the stats for posts because I think it is pretty helpful and stuff and especially tracking which people you followed have unfollowed you is good

SCAM. This app does not work and never will. These guys are scamming you and I’ve reported them to Apple. I purchased this app a year ago and paid for a full year’s subscription. About six months ago the app stopped working all together. I found their “revised app” tonight on the app store and downloaded it. They didn’t even bother to change the look of the interface - just the color scheme. The app accepted my “Restore Purchase” request but it still DOES NOT WORK - doesn’t update your follower database and simply crashes when it gets to 67% or so update. TOTAL SCAM!!! WHY DOES APPLE LET THESE PEOPLE ON THE APP STORE???

Caused my instagram to crash. Please avoid this app. As someone also already stated, the app does not accurately display the following or loss of followers on your account. In order to get a accurate display of the following on your account, you must refresh or update the app constantly and at times even relogin to your Instagram account through the app. Well, it was one of those times where I had to login to my Instagram account through the app, but when I did, it still did not show an accurate following. I went back to the Instagram app to check through my following for myself and found that my app had crashed and had issues uploading my page. My page had finally loaded up for a few seconds and I noticed that my page was missing photos and information that’s been there for YEARS. I will figure out how to put in complaints regarding apps that do this, because it’s careless to create apps that cause other apps to malfunction, crash, or causes data to be lost from your account. It looks as if someone hacked my profile.

tried to take my insta acc. y’all i’m telling u rn don’t get this. I have used this before and it was working for a while but I changed my Instagram password recently and so when I went to go check on this app it asked me to log back in again so I did. then I got notifications from Instagram three times saying that devices had signed into my account so I immediately went to a Instagram to go check and there was a device signed in in California and I live across the United States from California. all of a sudden I was logged out of my account so I immediately tried getting back in and had to use my back up security to get back into my account and then I changed my password immediately. i repeat lol, don’t download this app unless ur looking to get hacked

False Information. This app was great, initially. I had paid for it and all was well until they updated the app. Now it’s all over the place with false information. Stating that a friend had unfollowed me, when in fact, she was still following me. It shows I have non followers that look at my page but they are actually my real followers. And so much more false information. I have reached out to their tech support and they just give me the run around; making me take screen shots and screen recordings, all to NOT do anything about it.

Literally the only unfollowed tracker that still works!. All of the other unfollower apps that I kept trying would not refresh, not allow me to see my followers, kept logging me out etc. I would never normally pay for an unfollower app but this is the only one that does the trick! 10/10 recommend!

STAY AWAY. Please save your money and DO NOT purchase this app. Before I got the subscription, everything was working fine, then I subscribed and it told me the 10 nonfollower visitors I had on my page. Since acquiring the yearly subscription those 10 nonfollower visitors have not changed, have not updated, and have not been removed. I even made fake profiles to go on my page as a nonfollower, liked various of my pictures and videos, and even then the app had no changes and did not inform me. I have been emailing with Stephen which is who the app sends you to when you contact them through email, and he asked for a video screenshot of the problem which I happily sent over. He has repeatedly told me he could receive the file as it was too large and I was sending as a link. I kept sending the videos over and over even adjusted them in size to fit in the email and he has not responded in days nor has the feature changed. This all happened the moment I paid for the subscription. My advice would be to STAY AWAY and save your money or spend it elsewhere. The only thing that updates on this app are the new and lost followers and you can find that on other apps FOR FREE.

They’re Dishonest. I downloaded the free app and saw that I had “non-following visitors,” but needed to purchase a subscription to see them. I signed up for the free 3-day “trial.” After gaining access to all paid features, I noticed that the “non-following visitor” was me. My account was listed as the non follower. I was obviously annoyed and tried to delete the 3-day “trial” to prevent it from turning into a paid subscription, but unfortunately I couldn’t. They’re “privacy statement,” “subscription,” and “about us” links lead to blank pages. There’s absolutely no way of cancelling a subscription if you don’t like the trial, making it not a real trial at all. Don’t give them your information. Don’t even bother downloading. They’re disingenuous scammers.

Locked out. First of all I don’t review apps but this one is a joke. I paid for the subscription and after a few days of running this app I began to realize it was trash. The loading speed is about 10 plus minutes to manage unfollowers. Then when you select to unfollow your unfollowers you have to wait another 10 minutes for it to run it just to find out it didn’t unfollow anyone!! Lastly it locked my account and I had to do a reset on my account to recover it! Absolute trash of an app!

Not satisfied. I had this app about a year ago and must’ve used the free trial and forgot because I tried to use the free trial when it popped up and it ended up billing me $25 immediately. Most apps won’t even offer you a free trial again if you’ve already used it before. Okay cool, you got me, so I might as well use the app for what I intended to anyways… nope. Can’t even unfollow people through this app, it says it does but when I reload my Instagram nothing happens. Also it logs you out everytime you open it back up, so when you try to go back to Instagram and manually unfollow everyone that’s a hassle as well🤦🏾‍♂️1/10

UPSET. You limited the tool after I paid for the tool. You lied and I need my money back or I’m gonna take legal action. You didn’t sell the tool as a limited amount thing, you advertised the tool/app untruthfully and that’s illegal. I expect my money back immediately, also, ZERO STARS! The tool they advertise only give you 5 minutes worth of use, and then a message pops up saying “we limit the amount you’re aloud to use the tool to protect our community” FROM WHAT? Not useful anymore. This app is not useful anymore paid for a whole year just to be temporarily locked on Instagram every time i use it & the devs seems to think it’s always because people follow and unfollow & that’s not the case it’s simply because Instagram doesn’t mess with these apps anymore it’s the same with all apps like this. If only it wasn’t broken because this app is top tier when it comes to Instagram tracking. Please fix this issue and i will gladly give 5 stars iv only got to use this app for less than a few days before it completely took a crap on me.

Great at first, but …. After a few weeks Instagram police started freezing my account and leaving me messages that I was breaking their Terms of service. It was annoying as I really liked this App, this App for sure was one of the best I found to give accurate followers count, etc., but I’ve worked too hard to gather followers to risk losing my Instagram account. If you’re dangerous, try the monthly rate as I just lost the annual fee I paid. Be careful, especially people with large following.

Welp. The app is pretty helpful when it works. Most of the time it just freezes and then logs you out of Tracker. Every time it logs you out of Tracker, it also logs you out of your instagram account. Everything about this app seems suspicious, but I have an addiction to unfollow virtually anyone who unfollows me. Most times when you’re logged in to Instagram, it shows me logged in for a different part of the country. (Very scary) I’m fairly certain whoever created and runs this app is literally inside your account along with you while you use it. I hope eventually a developer puts out an app like this that is actually reliable and won’t get your account locked, suspended, or even deleted.

Used to be good ... I have used this app for many years and then totally forgotten about it. I recently remembered so I redownloaded the app again and bought the year subscription. I wish I would have played w it a little bit more before my repurchase bc soon after, I realized the app no longer works? It does not load anything and logs me out. I even thought it was my phone so I was turning my phone off and on again. I wish I could get my money back for this

DELETES YOUR ACCOUNT. please don’t get this app, as many of the other comments have said it deletes your account. The second time I tried to use it it happened, I thought it was just something I posted or Instagram trying to keep hackers out. Today I tried to open the app and reload it, it kept saying there was a system issues and when I opened ig I saw that my account was “suspended for violating guidelines”. I truly don’t know what to say since I had that account for about six years and have photos on it that I did not back up, all the memories. GONE. I don’t know how the company is trying to blame mass unfollowing when I didn’t mass unfollow anyone. I only unfollowed about three people since I got this app. STEER CLEAR.

hacked. y’all i swear to god DO NOT !!!! use this app i already got hacked from it once, but gave it the benefit of the doubt. i noticed someone who i was following unfollowed me Today so i tried using the app, not only was it asking me to relogin ( cuz i changed my password from last time ) butwhen i tried to relogin i got a notification saying someone in New York, New york was in my account , and the app was telling me to type in the numbers my phone number was getting …. def hackers don’t waste your time or account .

Not even deservingly one star!. I started using this app earlier this year for my business page on Instagram, I enjoyed that it was user friendly, and it worked well. I purchased the yearly subscription in July and it hasn’t worked properly since then. It’s a total waste of money, and time. I’ve reached out to the developer about the problems several times, and have never received a reply once, not even an automatic one. It takes forever to load, then if it actually loads only certain parts of the app will work properly and consistently, it’s extremely annoying. I have tried everything under the sun, deleting then reloading the app, turning my phone off then on, resetting my network settings, using WiFi, even using just phone, literally everything, and NOTHING HELPS! My phone is always updated in a timely manner, and I’m using an iPhone XS MAX. This app is awful, the developer could care less, DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS APP. There are several other apps in the App Store that work a million times better and have a much friendly price point, so you won’t feel robbed!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD!! Will delete your account!. I had downloaded this app about a year ago to view who would unfollow me on my Instagram page. I did not have any major problems at first as it provided information about who unfollowed me and when. However, I recently went back into this app and all of a sudden my Instagram account said I violated guidelines and my account got permanently deleted. I assume that Instagram figured that my account got hacked when I signed into this third party app. After this devastating event, I had to make a whole new account and decided to delete the Tracker + app. BEWARE!!

Broke my instagram & doesn’t work!!. I downloaded (big mistake!!) and tried checking who has unfollowed me. The app wouldn’t even load that info. Just said please close the app and try again later. So I reset the app and it didn’t show anything. I deleted it after failed attempts and when I tried logging back into my own account on the real IG app, it wouldn’t load at all. It was acting like my account was deleted or hacked. It loaded my other account (that I didn’t log into using the follower app) but every time I went to my own profile, it would basically crash. I had to go to instagrams online website to reset my password which is how I gained access back to my account. Idk if they hack your account or if instagram just tried to delete profiles that use apps like these but don’t let curiosity get to you, DONT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. not worth the headache.

DO NOT USE THIS APP. To anyone who wants to use this app, please stay away. My account was deleted after logging into this app, and now I can’t recover it. I was suspicious at first because of all the reviews but was stupid and still decided to use it. Save yourselves some time and stay away. Also no support from the developers at all regarding this manner. I would be willing to take down this review if my account could be restored, as the app does work, it just gets your entire account deleted.

Won’t let me purchase Pro. The app is great for the basics with a few weird things happening with deleted me users as the only drawback so far. I wanted to upgrade to pro but it won’t let me - I’ve tried reinstalling the app, closing…. Nothing works. So wondering if this is no longer a working business as it hasn’t been updated in about two years?

Hacked Account. Please do not download this app! When I was about to sign in to the app I thought to myself should I really be giving this app my account info. I did it anyway and now I completely regret it. After I signed in and tried it out first of all the app itself is completely garbage. Like others say it just comes up with random info which is not even right. I wound up logging out of the app and deleting it. Right after I did that I myself reset my Instagram password just so this app wouldn’t have my login info. Somehow even after resetting my login I wake up to two different logins in Ukraine when I live in the US. I immediately logged out all devices changed my password again and added 2FA to my account. Please do not download this app, they will steal your information and try to take over your account. It’s not worth the fake information that they pretend to give you behind the stupid subscription pay wall.

This App Deactivates your Insta!. I downloaded this app a week ago to track my followers. After signing up I went to my Instagram and it was completely gone! I’ve had Instagram for many many years now and never had this issue until this app. Something in the the app triggers Instagram to PERMANENTLY disable accounts and after 30 days delete them forever! Be very weary and enter at your own risk. I’m so mad I downloaded this app and this happened! I lost all my photos and many followers. Proceed with caution….is it really worth it??

APP USED TO WORK, BUT NOW BROKEN. Okay so this specific version of this type of app actually used to work back in the day about 4 - 5 years ago, but now here more recently it’s been hacked by ppl that are legitimately stealing your information. All these reviews about their information being compromised is TRUE!!! It’s even happened to me. Don’t download, don’t waste your money, don’t give your login or any of that stuff. It’s not worth it just deal with your ghost followers, ninja watchers, whatever other name you got for them. It’s not worth it my friends.

Painfully slow. The layout and design of the app are very nice. It would be a great app but everything loads sooooo slow. Opening the app takes almost 2 full minutes to load. Then if you unfollow, it takes about 15 seconds to load for each, so if you’re trying to unfollow a bunch of people it takes foreeeevvvveerr. Eventually it was just to painful and I had to delete and move on. Almost there, it could be good, however right now it’s borderline useless

DO NOT USE, YOU’LL GET HACKED!!!!. I downloaded this app and within 20 minutes of using it I could no longer log into my Instagram account. First, it said I had no internet connection so I logged out. Then it wouldn’t let me log back in. I even tried to log in through safari and on other devices and it wouldn’t work!! Finally, after about 30 minutes of repeatedly clicking the log in button, it let me in. After an hour I’m still experiencing some issues. I cannot emphasize this enough: DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!! YOU WILL GET HACKED!

Might get your account deleted. Instagram is really cracking down on having apps like this (unfortunately). I downloaded this app yesterday and tried to use it to unfollow some people who’d unfollowed my business page. I’m not sure if the feature just didn’t work, or if instagram maybe blocked it somehow? Instagram gave me a message afterwards, stating that I “violated community standards” by allowing this app to access my account. They made me change my password or I’d lose my account. They also blocked me from liking anything for a bit. And said that they would “remove” any “un-authentic followers” that I gained while using said app. Even tho it’s not a follower gaining app. If you have a BUSINESS PAGE. Be super weary, bc they are sacking people’s small business accounts left and right. I wouldn’t risk it 🤷🏻‍♀️ Hopefully they’ll calm tf down and we’ll be able to use these apps in the future.

DO NOT USE, I GOT HACKED!. I never write reviews, but in this case I felt like it was very needed! I had this app for less than a month, everything was fine with it until I one day went on my Instagram page and my screen was flashing white. I logged out of this app, as well as Instagram and reset my password. I wasn’t sure if the problems I was having were related to this app or not, so a few days later I used this app again and re logged on with my new password. The next day my Instagram page was doing the same thing and someone from New York hacked into my page and Instagram disabled my account and I am no longer able to get it back!

Not worth it. I’ve been having issues with this app since the beginning in that the data is not accurate. The “lost followers” were not lost and they remain to be my followers. Not sure why this app would pull their information . I have reached out for help, but the messages weren’t helpful. I uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted, I have tried everything but the information is still incorrect. Most importantly, instagram keeps locking my account after using this app. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

Scam. I downloaded this app to track who is not following me back. The app was inaccurate and I wanted to cancel my free trial before getting charged for the subscription. It shows there are 6 people not following me back when I’m reality it is closer to 50. I could not cancel my free trial - the pages about my subscription would not load. I tried to click on the link in an email from Apple to review my subscription in order to cancel and it will not load. This seems like a scam.

It’s an okay app. If you don’t mind dial-up speeds. It moves extremely slow. Also- it really doesn’t work all the time. Lately it has been giving me many close friends as ”lost followers”. A straight list of my closest people. Of course they didn’t unfollow me but this app told me they did. So you have to do what you would do if you didn’t download this app- go to each and everyone’s follow list to see if they dropped you. Another thing that bothers me which I don’t like and understand is that this app will copy/ steal anything that’s currently in your saved clip cache. If you select and paste anything- sensitive or otherwise- it copies it when you open the app. Not sure what they are doing with that info. Update: it stopped working completely. Does nothing but waste time.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. This app is extremely glitchy and has a tendency to log you out while it’s loading, then proceeds to log you out of your actual Instagram account. Also doesn’t portray accurate information (i.e. on Instagram it says I follow 418 accounts and on here it says 421 accounts). Will also show me that X amount of people have either followed or unfollowed me, but when I click the tab to show me the users it will not update the changes. If anybody has recommendations of apps that actually work please advise!

Good but bugged.. It’s all fine and dandy totally useful and a breeze to use. However, constantly having to wait for it to reload and load my stats every single time I open the app no matter how soon I reopen it is a terrible feature. Lots and lots of “some features unable to load”. Great idea, great design. Not so great execution. Worked fine until I subscribed then it went straight to sh!$. Again great work, but buggy.

Takes a while to load but seems good. I wish it would at least show you basic stuff you could navigate through while the rest of it loads. My screen seems to load forever and then gets stuck at 85% and tells me some things may not be available. Have had it for a couple days. Can’t seem to unfollow my unfollowers yet which was the purpose of getting it. Hoping the bug gets fixed.

Great App!. Honestly I just downloaded this app, so far the app has worked very well for me. They’re are a few bugs but nothing very noticeable. If you are a picky person when it comes to apps you may find a few more bugs than I did because I’m not much of a picky person. The app is very easy and simple to use. If you’re like me and like simple and easy to use apps then you’re in luck! This is as simple as you can get. The only problem o have with the app is the delay on button pressing but that may be my WiFi. 😬 -Caleb 🔥😊

STAY AWAY. Not only did all my passwords get mysteriously leaked according to my Apple ID. But something about the new insta update renders this app not only useless but destructive. I’ve been using this app almost a year but recently I used it to fix my ratio. But it didn’t fix. It unfollowed the people but my ratio never went down. Even after I refollowed and then unfollowed the same people on the real app and followed new people. My ratio stayed the same. It switched for a second and then bam back to the same. Now I’m stuck with a 10 follower difference and even after deleting the app it’s stuck permanently. No matter who I follow or unfollow it will now always be the same.

Great but confusing. I started this app not so long ago and it worked well when I first got it but once I unfollowed 5 people the app didn’t let me unfollow more people and it said “feedback required” so I looked around the app and it didn’t say anything about feedback so I waited 3 days later and tried removing more people but it said the same thing but besides that it’s a useful app I wouldn’t recommend it so much.

Great with some exceptions. takes at least 5 minutes at start for the app to open, to completely load from 0 to 100%.. I feel like if i’m connected to wifi or I have good service that shouldn’t be a problem but beyond that the words disappear every so often and these blank boxes appear on my screen when I’m trying to unfollow people.

Fix 3rd party activity. It’s great until Instagram keeps signing me out and making me change my passwords due to third party activity . So prob won’t use it anymore because I don’t want to get my account deleted again for the 4th time 😡

Glitches. The system analytics is off. It removes followers who are following you instead of the ones who aren’t following you. The program also doesn’t organize followers by dates added, which will be helpful. The program also need to identify the professional accounts so you won’t have to deselect most of them when removing people you that don’t follow you back. Partial refund is needed.

Good app. It Gives a lot of information that can be helpful in future post (most liked post, date and time you posted you most liked post, who follows/ unfollows you) but it doesn’t give me the option to unfollow people directly from the app so it is annoying having to switch back and fourth to do so. Other than that great app

Absolutely hopeless. I have just signed up and the app won’t load my followers on. It won’t let me unfollow. It just locks up as soon as try to unfollow. I just hope I can cancel before they take my money.

Love it!. I love this app. It’s simple and efficient. It tells you things like the best time to make a post, who you’re following that isn’t following you, and who unfollowed you. I feel like it helps take the guess work out of building a following on Instagram.

Got rid of the coin feature?. Recently they implemented the coin feature, where you could watch ads and get coins to subscribe for a day. However, I've been watching the ads everyday and was going to watch more today when I saw that all my coins disappeared!

Decent app; sometimes glitches. This app works great for me but refuses to work on my husbands phone (same exact phone) with his account; nevertheless I still use it to see who has unfollowed me for free since most of these apps require payment for the simplest of tasks. I don’t pay the sub, and it works for my purposes.

This app isn’t fully functional. I paid for the subscription for a year. It renews in may of this year 2022 and I don’t even have access to all the features. When I select for instance non follower visitor there is lock symbol and then a prompt that invites me to subscribe when I’m already subscribed what’s up with this app?

Be Careful. Apps like these can get your account deleted. I would take the reviews seriously. The app does what it’s intended to do (see who unfollowed you; etc), so kuddos to that. But the next day I woke up and I got locked out of my account and have no way of recovering it as of now. My advice would be to maybe put out a warning or something like that.

It was working great until my iPhone got an update.. I was locked out of my instagram and had to authenticate my instagram account. I had a message on my insta stating someone tried to sign on to my IG through an App pretending to be instagram. Don't install it because you will get locked out of your instagram.

Most active followers show on inactive list. I paid for the upgrade. On Day 4 of my subscription I refreshed the app to see my MOST active followers (the ones who like every post!) were mixed in with the inactive list. Several also showed up on the list of unfollowed list which is also inaccurate. Too late for a refund and the data is proving to not be accurate or trustworthy. Buyer beware.

Hacked. Started off with a bunch ads then a notification saying that I got logged out. So I tried logging back in, got back In the app then a minute later same notification saying I was I needed to log in, after going back into Instagram i was notified that I needed to log in, after attempting password was declined multiple times as a result that my account has been hacked, don’t trust this app as it may result in losing your Instagram account

Account organizer. Perfect way to see all the fine details that Instagram doesn’t allow you to control ! Try it for yourself.

It will feed you LIES!. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I check my lost followers daily, and it told me that 20+ friends of mine had unfollowed me, which caused some issues, then I saw my dead aunt unfollowed me, which makes no sense being that she’s dead. Then I looked up individually one by one to see if any of those friends had unfollowed me AND THEY DID NOT! this is a trash app and honestly should be removed from the App Store.

Was fine now it’s garbage.. This app used to work perfectly.. Then it went from being incredibly slow to not working at all. I’ve gotten locked out of my Instagram account 3 times now using this app, and now the app won’t even load my data and it keeps signing me out of instagram. Trash of an app and I’m nervous of having my account deleted. Not worth it— does not deserve the 4 stars it has

Constantly showing inaccurate number of followers. The app is cool but it’s a glitch that’s very annoying that dosent show the right number of followers as shown on my Instagram profile. I think it goes away after a while but it’s very annoying to have to deal with.

Complaint about cancellation. I have asked repeatedly how to cancel the subscription as it does not show up on my itemized subscriptions in Apple ID. I cannot get any help cancelling this subscription. Terrible customer service!

Instagram disabled my account !!!!!. I changed my insta password and I got logged out from this app automatically. It asked me to log in again so I did then Instagram disabled my account at the same time. All happened an hour ago. It happened last time, I thoughts I did something wrong at that time but it happened again today. So basically it’s not OKAY to sign in Instagram using this app. I don’t know when I can get back my account. So annoying!!!!!!!!!

Won’t load anything. Don’t bother downloading. It won’t load anything without a constant “youve been logged out” button. It makes you watch the ads and then tells you you’ve been logged out. So this app is useless. It doesn’t work and it logs you out of IG most of the times the you’ve been logged out button pops up which is everytime I open the app and press refresh

Perfect app!. I've downloaded pretty much every follower tracking app and they all glitch or get bugs, but not this one! 10/10! Simple and does what it says! :)

Very good app!. I’ve only used it a week or so but so far it’s been reliable. Downside- It does take quite awhile to update info when you open it and I can’t directly connect back to Instagram through the accounts unfollowed, which another app offers in its free version

I just would not do it too much of a risk. I got the app having hope it would help but after it is not loading the first time I was reading reviews that a bunch of people got hacked and they got locked out of there profiles now this did not happen to me thankful but I would not do it because it does not work and it is too much of a risk. I am sad I had hope it would Ps most of the 5 stars are bots I am pretty sure.

Broken. This app used to be great, but it hasn’t worked properly in months. The data is 100% inaccurate. It takes forever to load and then the info is wrong, so it’s basically useless now. Every single account that it showed unfollowed me in fact did not when compared to my Instagram profile. There is no reasonable way to contact the developer to report this.

Logs me out. I can’t log into this app without it logging me out of Instagram itself. I’ve had this app before If I’m not mistaken & that’s not normal. Also it’s just an advertisement feeder too. I see about three to six ads before it works fr. I wonder why it’s hard to find an app that functions normal - everything in this world now is about finessing people unfortunately. Anyway, thanks for reading this & I hope it gets better soon.

Doesn’t work more often than work.. I don’t do any unfollows from the app. It’s hard enough to get it to log in and not log me out of Instagram. Even using it once every other day just to get a count of unfollows doesn’t always work. This week it wouldn’t log me in for the past 3 days. Regret paying anything for this.

Upgraded version of App won’t completely load. I opted for the + upgraded version. I have a brand new iPhone 11max pro, with fiber 1 GB internet service at my home. I’ve been trying for two days to load the app, but it continually fails between 70%-90% load. I reached out to support over 24 hours ago, but never heard back from anyone. Guessing it might work better for someone with few followers.

Pretty Accurate. Decent experience so far. Gets the job done for whether you want to track new or lost followers...Only issue I do have is the amount of time the app takes to load data information. This needs to be checked into...

Needs improvement. This app updates so slow and when it does finally update the information wasn’t even accurate it had said my buddy at work had unfollowed me so I asked him why at work and he pulled his phone out and sure enough he was following me. I also found the layout of the app a bit confusing to navigate.

Don’t waste your time or money. I downloaded this app to track data for my Instagram business pages and it turned out to be a total waste of time, money and space. In addition, if you have any issues with the app there is no support center to contact. I have a paid subscription for a year. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone who is looking for a tracker for business or personal use. This app is garbage and should not exist. You have been warned.

Find a better app. It takes 5-10 minutes for the app to load. You can unfollow and follow people on here, Yes! But, now it’s no longer showing who doesn’t follow you anymore. I’m officially getting rid of the app in hopes of finding a better one. The main purpose of having this app is no longer fulfilled.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. I downloaded this app, it took a long time to pull up my stats so I ended up deleting it, the reason I gave it one star is because when I went to move the app around my screen it left another image of the app that I can not delete. I have not found out how to get rid of it, but it’s still on my phone even after I deleted the original app. It’s literally just a copy of the original app accept I can not access it, just a picture that won’t go away. Do not recommend.

App is NOT Refreshing. The app was fine and working great during the trial period. I subscribed for the 1 year subscription and now the app won’t refresh for 2 days! What kinda crap is this? I’ve dropped my Rating until this issue is rectified. I’ve reached out via email and have had no response. How I. The world does something work great during a trial and after you pay for it it stops working??? I will update if this issue is resolved. Update: Issue resolved after removing and reinstalling. So far so good!! Bounced rating back up!!

Needs to cut a deal with IG. I feel like the app doesn’t do a good job of protecting your account from being banned by IG. It constantly logs me out I’ve change my password on IG 4 times. I will say it’s organized as far as showing who’s not following you back showing your analytics.

Account Getting Hacked potentially.. I downloaded it for not even 10 minutes and it started to crash and glitch when I went on Instagram. It had this pop up saying “Try Again Later” with a description underneath it. I hope my account will get back to normal. I turned on two tone factor authentication and changed my password. Hopefully by tomorrow it will be fixed and I emailed Instagram.

Such a waste of money. I am so frustrated with this App. It takes EONS for it to upload my non-followers (which is the only reason I downloaded it and bought the year subscription in the first place) and then when it does I can’t even unfollow them in the app. I have to go back to IG and manually unfollow them. It takes waaaaaaaay to much time. I wish I’d downloaded a different app. 😔paid for something I can’t even use. Just don’t do it.

Too many issues. Sometimes it worked fine but most times it would log me out of my instagram and make me have to change my password. I contacted the support/help center and they would fix the problem but it would occur again a week later. Very annoying.

Acts up. Sometimes this app has no problems but then there are days where it just starts glitching and logging me out a lot. I’ve had to delete and download it 3 times because I gave me these problems. All in all, I still have it because it lets me know who all unfollowed me so I can unfollow them back

Waste of time. I downloaded this about a year ago, agreed to the free subscription.. realized it was trash so I unsubscribed and deleted. A year later, I redownloaded it thinking it was a different app, and it charged my account $25. Not only was this a scam, but it literally NEVER changes/updates the info. Same as the day I downloaded it a year ago. HOW is it possible that those same 20 “visitors” to my page haven’t changed? It’s not. Many other issues on top of that, Do not download.

Doesn’t work. All it does is show me my pictures and followers and log me out of the app. I can get that info from the app and the other features don’t work. When I refresh the app it loads to 80% and crashes. This is me reporting your bugs only because of your passive aggressive request for a good review or to otherwise report bugs. I’ll leave you a good review when you have a good app that doesn’t crash.

Will wreak havoc on your account. The moment I connected this app with my account, I was kicked out of IG, it was flagged as an attack. Notifications that I was being phished and I was forced to reset my password. Since then I have had to reset my password three times. I have no idea what to do but I've never regretted anything more than adding this app to my IG account. It has caused so many problems and I never even actually got to use the features..

Amazing App and Super Easy!. Tracker+ is an app that I would consider, very user friendly! It’s simplicity, combined with outstanding proficiency, makes this App worth a download if you are a serious Instagram user, such as myself. Keep up the amazing work!

Be careful. I don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes, but I believe Instagram is cracking down on third party apps because of the stricter guidelines. Everytime I try to use this app it ends up locking my instagram account for “violating community guidelines.” It didn’t use to be an issue up until the past few months.

Loading delayed. When I open the app it, the loading takes sooo long it sometimes stops in the end and doesn’t even finish the loading and closes the app on its own. The app is still interesting. I just hate waiting so long and sometimes being able to use the app for once

Stay away SCAM. Do not download and definitely do not pay for the subscription. Offers a free trial and then charges you immediately. Then the links to contact customer service are blank… and the link to cancel subscription is blank. Lol I cancelled via Apple ID and then called my bank to dispute the charge and block any similar activity. I also got a lot of phishing alerts from instagram when I logged in through this app…. Literal red flags that I unfortunately ignored. Beware!

WILL HACK YOU AND DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT! STAY AWAY. This app is a total scam! Don’t get it. I have had two popular active accounts deleted because of this app. I paid $40 for the subscription just for my Instagram accounts to get hacked and deleted. I am SOOOOO mad, and my accounts are both gone. I want to be able to retrieve the accounts somehow but they just delete. This is a complete joke and scam app. Don’t get. I have no clue how they have good ratings

Not smart enough. Each time I go to followers not following me back it takes a long time for the app to download the data. I am using another similar app and I see a big difference here. The other issue is the profiles that were not following me back and I already unfollowed them are still in the list, it’s a big mess that I need to go through every single time. They should be removed from the list.

Don’t Download!!!. I downloaded this app to unfollow some people who unfollowed me, bc i’m petty. At first I noticed that the app is SUPER slow, which is really annoying, but I was willing to deal with it, but after a few days of it being downloaded, my instagram account started buggin. My feed won’t refresh, i can’t like/ see new posts or my own feed/ followers. I am now locked out of my instagram and I have no idea how to get it back. This is really upsetting:(

Not bad. I download this app to unfollow and block people those who follow you first and cheat you follow back, and then unfollow you. Very good for dealing with fans cheat. Sometimes it will cause your account block 24hours. So do not use this app over three times a day 😂

Very slow app.. I will probably delete this app soon because it is way to slow! And it has errors...it showed a missing follower in the count but it did not show who unfollowed me...then the next day the follower count was back up by one. Not reliable.

Instagram banned my account after use. I’ve had my account since instagram first started. I used this app for a long time and just about 6 months ago all I did was click the option to see who followed, unfollowed, etc. just like that, instagram banned my account and I couldn’t get it back. I’ve tried but that’s it. Everything was ok till I used this app - I had to start a new account and try to re-add all my old followers..
