It does not work. Before using the app i had few hundred ping. Now it is 2200+. How can i get a refund? Only got it less than an hour ago.

The app it’s ok but I just try free subscription for 3 days and now is the second month I pay 12$ for the app, I send email for cancel and nobody answer my email, I just try the app for 2 days and now i can’t cancel is stupid I paying 12$ a month for the app and I don’t used!! Cancel subscription. To cancel you subscription, go into App Store/ today/ top right icon of your profile/ subscriptions/ cancel subscriptions/ click subscription you want to cancel. It’s not in the vpn app

Does not work. I got this app for my phone first, and it worked for about 10 minutes. I could turn it on and use an app, and then it would crash or disconnect, no matter what i did. When I got it for my iPad about a year later, it wouldn’t even open. Would not recommend at all.

Stops working after a while. This VPN was working for a while and after some time I was blocked. I cannot stream anymore, VPN has been detected. I’m extremely angry because I spent money on Primevideo which wouldn’t play in my area. So I’m left with websites and apps I payed for which doesn’t work, also I was refused to get a refund. Scam!

I want my money back. I clicked the “start” button not knowing that it would charge me $15. I haven’t used this app at all yet and would like my money back. Tried to send a report message and it wouldn’t allow me.
Good but has issues. I deleted this from my phone. Not because it didn’t function well, it did! It has a great qualities. One problem I had with it is it I couldn’t control it. I couldn’t shut it off. And there are times when I need to shut it off because it would block me from opening something. Some things that I knew were legit.

Terrible. I used this app for the 1 week trial and it was pretty good, so I purchased a 1 month subscription. Since then, it hasn’t worked. I’ve contacted the developer multiple times and they have been extremely unhelpful. They don’t care the app isn’t working. My advice, go find another VPN, this one is garbage.
It’s pretty legit. I just find these for my online casinos, use the free trials as much as I can. This app is pretty quick and it’s up there with Nord & Express in my opinion.

Deceptive. Before I downloaded it, the short initial description mentioned nothing about a trial or in app purchases. After downloading, that’s when they hit you with short 3 day trial. It may be the best VPN in the Apple store but I will not take a chance on a app that has to use an element of deception to get downloads and potential cash.

It’s gonna charge you no matter if you canceled the trial or not. I just want my money back because I canceled the subscription in given time. I don’t know why I still received a bill.
