Cold turkey 28 days!. For me 4 weeks of not smoking is a VERY LONG TIME! I have never made it so long until now, and am super happy. I have to say, this is all thanks to the Quit Guide. It effectively changed my behaviour and perspective about smoking in just 4 weeks. I highly recommend this app!
Excellent app. Quitcy is a great app for people struggling to quit smoking and looking for everyday help. You will see every day how long you have not smoked, how many cigarettes, and how much money you saved. I was amazed at how much money i was spending on cigarettes! Now i am collecting the money i am saving, to reward myself with something nice when i hit the 6 month mark, and again when i reach the 1 year mark, etc.
Easy to quit. This app has been great for me! LOTS of information about smoking and what happens to your body after you quit smoking, and super motivating! I am very picky about this type of apps, and have tried many of them over the years. I can tell you this one worked for me and you will not regret giving it a try!

Really useful app. I am 1 month smoke free thanks to this app! How the app helped me stop smoking. Quitcy helped me with the customized exercises for managing cravings. For me this was always the scary part - what if i dont smoke for a few days, then i get angry or have some stressful situation and crave a cigarette very bad, what do i do then?? Now, with this app i have with me a way to keep myself busy, calm myself and not smoke that 1 cigarette that will make all this work pointless.

Quitcy helped me quit. I have smoked 1 pack a day for more than 20 years.
