Closed my account but even support doesn’t know why. I referred one of my friends a while ago and just recently was able to do his first deposit. He got his referral bonus and I got mine. I used my bonus bet and lost. The next day I went to log on and my account was suspended. I got in the support chat and they told me my account was closed, they wouldn’t tell me why, just told me I’d be emailed. I never received an email so I got back in the chat and was told I was sharing my account. I asked them to elaborate what was meant by sharing my account, and that I’ve only ever used my account from my phone. So unless I was hacked I didn’t understand how they got that I was sharing my account. I was told that “there weren’t many details on the matter” and that because my account was closed it could not be reopened. Chat support is a joke, just a consistent run around of “we will email you with information” but the emails tell you to contact support and when you contact support they tell you they will email you. Do not waste your time with pointsbet, many other books out there with more helpful support. Now I look forward to support responding to this telling me to email them so that they can tell me to chat to support who will tell me to email them… you get it

Crap app compared to Fd/DK. Used PointsBet almost exclusively for a year and have finally gotten sick of their crap. Just use their free bets and cash out and out your money in Fan Duel or Draft Kings, MGM. The straw that broke the camels back was an MLB same game parlay insurance. I lost so they gave me a free bet… to use in a month on a certain day! So I’m looking at this free bet that sitting right there and can’t use it but on one random day in a month. Also, they don’t disperse funds until the game is finished even if your bet won (example: you bet over 5.5 goals on the Leafs game and they hit 6 goals in the first period. You don’t get paid until the game is over!). Also, app doesn’t save log in info, Face ID or pin so every time you log in (10-20 times a day with the law shutting the betting apps down after 10 mins of no activity) you have to MANUALLY log in. Totally unacceptable in a live sports betting app. For that, I’m done! Money is going elsewhere.

Solid Sportsbook App. PointsBet is one of several sports betting apps I’ve used and I think it delivers a really good experience. As a fairly casual and low stakes bettor it is one of my favorites. Positives -Runs a lot of promos and varied odds boosts which usually provide better odds than similar offerings at other books and often gets me interested in sports I wouldn’t normally follow. -Offers a large variety of bet types for all manner of sports. I often can’t find bets I want to make at any of the other books I look at but can find them on PB. In particular, I like NARCAR and always come to PB first because most competitors don’t have half the options. -Generally find competitive and even the most attractive odds in relation to other books. -Found the sign up, deposit and withdrawal process pretty easy, quick and reliable. Drawbacks -I’d like to be able to more easily access my settled bets (it is found in my account options instead of as another option to the “my bets” tab on the bottom of the homepage). -I’d like to see different bet types for events presented in tabs instead of a straight scroll down menu with all options listed. Overall a really good experience and would recommend.

Easy to Use with Lots of Options and Promos. I’ve used the app to wager on NBA, NCAA basketball, soccer, and tennis, and I’ve really enjoyed the experience. I especially like the ‘Make it Rain’ promo for basketball which awards bonus bets for 3 pointers made by the team you’ve selected. Promos like that make the risk less and the potential reward more for the user. For NBA, I particularly like the option to set my own spread at whichever number and for whichever team I would like. I’ve also very much enjoyed parlay betting via the app, and there’s currently a great promo for 5-leg parlay bets. Perhaps the best feature for NBA bettors is that PointsBet offers -105 odds on spread bets, which is an advantage over other sports books offering the usual -110. Overall, a very good app with excellent options, promos, and odds.

Love It. I have used many different Sportsbooks like Fanduel, DK, William Hill, etc. Pointsbet is with out a doubt the best I have used. The bonuses on here are the best I have ever seen and its not even close. The layout of the app is also very easy to use and the customer service is very good. When I joined Pointsbet I did not expect it to become my go to place to bet because I had always used Draftkings. Now, I use Pointsbet 90% of the time and Draftkings I use 10% of the time. The only con I could think of is that you can only have one account per household so my brother and my dad are unable to sign up. Regardless, the app will definitely remain my go to.

DO NOT USE, VERY SHADY AND CROOKED. This sports app was ok and I used it every once in a while but I recently closed my account because of some shady things, had a lightning bet get settled as a loss, I fought it and sent video evidence and then they made up some rule as to why it wasn’t a win, and I cited other examples of where it would’ve been considered a win and the guy said “if you could cite ‘specific’ examples I’d be happy to look in to it and correct your bet” I then sent him 2 specific examples from the same soccer match and he never responded back. If it wasn’t just $160 win I would’ve looked into legal options but it wasn’t worth the time and effort. I’ve also had a half dozen bets the past couple weeks settled as losses that I had fought and got overturned, this sportsbook has become my least favorite because of the shady crap it pulled on me over the past couple months.

Like Morrie in Goodfellas. They have the money to pay Drew Brees. They have the money to pay Paige to bounce around. But don’t you dare even resemble a long-term winner in sports betting, because if so you’ll start getting your odds moved on air, and eventually limited to $4 on a bet - all with nothing but a canned non-explanation from support. Pointsbet is a nothing but a punchline in the sports betting world. They’ve made a total 180 since the post-pandemic sports restart when they were one of the most player-friendly books out there. By now they’ve probably acquired all the square clientele they’ve were after, and there’s no room at the inn for people who might actually know what they’re doing, don’t bet sucker parlays, and consistently get CLV. I don’t know how Jay Croucher looks himself in the mirror.

Award for most glitchy app goes to PointsBet. Probably the worst sporting app ever. At least in my opinion since the very beginning I have had issues using this app. First it took me a month to get verified after numerous emails because of a failed ID check never had that issue with any other sports bet app. Then when I finally get in the app can never save my login info and I have to keep putting in my full email and password....super annoying also don’t have this issue with Fanduel or any other app. Next when I tried to add 50$ the app glitches and double charged me, and when I request my withdrawal on a Sunday I get no response for 3 days then I get one that says it processed but then I still wait and nothing happens then 1 week and 1 day later I get an email saying my withdrawal was denied.....whatttttt again never had that issue with Fanduel or any other app. Plus the live support is not helpful at all when it comes to this issue they just tell you wait and it’s nothing they can do cause they are at home lol. Overall this app is a joke and I am good with Fanduel

User Friendly and Great Book. The app works great I have had zero issues with glitches or crashes. No ads. The book offers regular boosts and promos and is very quick to grade and pay out. Their promotions pay out especially fast (boosted spreads/certain bet insurances) as compared to other books which is great for NFL bettors to be able to use same day on later slates of games, whereas some other books tend to not pay out until the day after and you have to wait for next weeks games to use them. I’ve got a few right now as I’m just getting into online sports betting but use this one over 90% of the time.

Great experience. PointsBet sports book has been great for me. Very user friendly and in comparison to competitors they were not able to verify my identity because I am named after my father, they were not any help, and no customer service. PointsBet was able to verify me without any problems and has been very responsive on any matters that I’ve needed assistance with. The promos are awesome and always adaptive. I have been referring friends to it and getting free bets of $200 for each person who joins with my referral. 10/10 recommend using PointsBet as your go to sports book.

Love POINTSBET, the top Sports betting app I use!. Great Betting Options, Great Customer Service PointsBet is a great Sports Betting app with lots of betting options (current, live, future, parleys, teasers, and PointsBets) to satisfy anyone’s betting tastes. Additionally, they offer really great timely promos (MNF/TNF/SNF NFL, World Series, NBA, NHL) for all 4 major sports with lots of bonus bets offered. Three negatives I have regarding the bonus money is that 1) it expires, but at least it is not for a month, 2) you are limited on how much you can split up the bonus money, and 3)betting bonus money only returns the winnings to you, not the bonus money. Regarding the Customer Service, I have used the Chat Live numerous times and the email a few times and both are great - the service reps are knowledgeable and quick to respond with the info I need.

Best of the IL Apps. There are choices in IL for iPhone betting-PointsBet is the overall easiest to navigate/use. It’s marketing holds true; I do believe the no-juice Saturday NFL spreads to be the best bets available for that sport in IL. The Bears promos it does are actually fun. I think Hester is a good face for our market. As far as meat and potatoes are concerned, I find the ACH deposits and withdrawals to be 100% up to snuff. The sign up bonuses were among the best of the summer. There are a couple of IL apps that are extremely whack, this one is not. I do not have to inhale some old fart’s cigarettes and plague all day or drive an hour each way to deposit/withdrawal. Will be using this primarily throughout the fall.

Not so free promo. I signed up for points bets to take advantage of a “Bet $10 win $300 regardless of the outcome of the Super Bowl outcome.” Long story short, didn’t receive my $300 even after meeting the criteria they listed (new user / first deposit / first bet etc). There’s plenty of sites out there that will come through with their promos (Shoutout to Draft Kings / FanDuel Sportsbooks) but PointsBet is not one of them. Don’t waste your time, or bank roll with PointsBet there are plenty of other options out there that hold up there end of the bargain, your hard earned money is better spent elsewhere. Update: I was contacted by PointsBet a couple months after this happened and they made good on promotion.

Great so far.... My experience with customer service has been great so far. The app works great and easy to use. They are quick to respond and have taken care of the issues just as quick. PointsBet Betting is a very cool and exciting way to bet, makes it more exciting and even though it’s risky the rewards are high. The more you know about what you’re going to bet the better. Betting itself thru the app is great...it’s clear and straightforward. The odds are hell of a lot better than FanDuel and pay out more for the same games and parlays. PointsBet has a lot of enticing promos for each sport that makes betting more rewarding.

Top site for college and pro football. After testing out four other sports books, I’ve settled on PointsBet as my go-to site for college and pro football. PointsBet consistently gives the best odds and offers the best promotions for both college football Saturdays and NFL games. Part of what keeps me with PointsBet is that the site is very straightforward and easy to use. As someone who places wagers on a frequent basis, I really appreciate how easy it is to navigate the app on my cell phone and iPad. I can easily make bets on my phone while walking down the street! PointsBet’s app is top notch. You can’t beat the combination of getting the best odds on an easy to use sports app.

By far the best. I’ve used bookies and sites and apps in NJ - PointsBet has earned my loyalty. They have quick support, awesome bonuses, super fast payouts and the best lines. I hesitate to dedicate loyalty to a book but PointsBet has truly earned it. There’s no reason I’d use any other book. To anyone on the fence - trust me when I say it’s a no brainer. If nothing else consider the bonuses they offer - no rollover, you bet it, it wins, its cash in your account. This is a review from a real regular user. If I had one gripe it’s that they don’t offer entertainment bets but you can always find a negative. PointsBet is legit, I recommend them to all my friends looking for action. If you’re using any other book in NJ you’re missing out - for real!

#1 Online Sportsbook in New Jersey. User friendly Interface, app is really easy to navigate and get your bet placed. Payouts are quick. They pretty much have every bet you can think of on every sport, but guess what don’t see a bet your looking for, tweet them and they will create the odds for you. They are always doing real money and bet bonuses for their customers not that “casino credit” crap you get with other apps. And too too it all off, I lost a bet on Lakers opening night and they refunded my bet because Bron only had 2 points in the 4th quarter and AD had none. Points Bet is the best and I would recommend them to anyone.

Great for UFC fight nights. I have experienced great success betting with the crowd boosters during fight nights! The app is pretty good although sometimes its hard to see all the wagers when adding to a parlay. I got some nice bonuses during the Super Bowl when I signed up. If you really like to make parlays you may want a different book because this one is better for straight wagers and promotions. Also not every combination of future sports are available to combine which would be nice if it was made clear but overall they offer a lot of different types of sports if you’re into that. All in all, their great customer support and unique betting options is what makes me consider them my favorite book in NJ. I’m not into the Casino options, that other books offer, but in terms of sports betting options it is top tier.

Good UI, Good Sportsbook. PointsBet is a real, established sportsbook. They pay out winnings when you request them. You need to read the fine print for promotions and free bets, but that’s the case for every sportsbook. The biggest thing to be aware of is that when you make a free bet, the bet amount isn’t included in your winnings, so your ROI is better on bets with longer odds. Customer support has been very accommodating to me, even when an issue was because of my misunderstanding. The app is fast and the user interface makes sense. I have been able to quickly and easily live bet with it.

Can’t get verified and no help. I would 100% give Pointsbet 0 if I could. They don't seem to care about their potential customers at all. Ive been trying to get verified for literal weeks now, but the third party system can’t identify me for no reason at all. I’ve had this initially happened to me on other sports books, (it happens sometimes to people) but usually my documentation works just fine. I’ve sent in my ID, passport, a bill from my insurance but nothing seems to work. But most importantly and very disappointing is that no one at Pointsbets seems to care. They don’t want to help me understand what I need for better verification, chat agents are very vague and only tell me to contact the verification team which say the same thing over and over. I honestly think that they don’t want me to ever get verify and are extremely unhelpful. I also see that other people from the reviews here have had similar problems, but all Pointsbet seems to do is tell them to email the Service team. Guess I did and got nothing back! Just like I’ve gotten nothing back from the verification team. If you are reading this, you are MUCH better getting or sticking the big books like MGM, DraftKings, FanDuel etc. At least if you do, you can at least use those. You can literally sign up and start betting in five minutes. Oh, and if something happens, you can actually talk to somebody that wants to help.

Total Scam use DraftKings instead. Wish I could give zero stars. I signed up got $200 in free bets. I won about $400 off those bets then I got an email saying my account is restricted for abusing their site. I placed a “risk free” bet last night and they didn’t give me my bet back so I contacted customer service today. They said there’s nothing they can do because their “traders” decided I can’t use my account anymore. They took my money then give zero reasoning for restricting my account. This app is a total scam and they will take your money with zero explanation. They’ll let you place the bets, send emails about their bets and then when it’s time to collect on the promo they’ll say “oh sorry you can’t use your account anymore because you broke the rules and no we aren’t going to tell you what rule you broke” I’ve been using DraftKings and FanDuel since Colorado legalized sports betting and I haven’t had any problems with their apps or their customer service. This app is a total scam

Great features, engaging promos, needs to improve reliability.. I’ve used all the betting apps in IL extensively. PointsBet is right there with my favorites due to its sleek and modern UI, engaging promos/boosters, easy to navigate, fast response when placing bets, and wide variety of markets. The pointsbetting and request a bet features especially are great and differentiate it from other apps. The only downside I’ll note is that a few months back I started having issues getting the app to login and respond right away. Partial load at startup, followed by lack of response when clicking on login and menu buttons. I’ve chatted with support on it and currently using workarounds like putting phone into airplane mode briefly then going into the app, then turning airplane mode off, it seems to get it unstuck. Still love the app overall, just sharing the above downside in hopes to get it resolved.

Generous, but opaque, promos. The “risk-free bets” claim is deceptive, because the free bets awarded are not worth the full value, and expire in 1 month or 2 weeks, depending on kind (a $15 free bet at -200 odds is equivalent to a $5 cash bet; at +200, to a $10 one). But still, I believed the generosity outweighed the issues, as long as you understood how it worked. I thought customer support was great, until I was excluded from promos without warning. (The claim that they are meant for “recreational” players is belied by a March promo offering up to $1999 in free bets.) My bets were also getting slowed down by then, sometimes for around a minute (without any communication to explain the degraded experience). I also observed fairly regular errors in the prices and saw no simple way to alert their “traders”. Deposits and withdrawals have still worked fine so far. They have good prices on many standard markets, best deal being -103 on NBA spread on both sides, at the moment of writing. Points betting is also a unique feature, although some would-be fun markets are too high-roller for recreational players due to the minimum 50 cents bet, and could benefit from normalization.

Scammer Alert! Please Read. I got the sports book about two months ago. Everything was fine, the sign up promo worked well, I did odd boost and promotions with ease. Now, I have won a decent amount of money on PointsBet, and have decided to withdraw. Immediately, my withdrawal was denied, and my account was flagged for review. It has been a week since then and no updates have been done to my account or my withdraw. I’ve contacted support every single day since last week and have reached out to their email twice in the past two days. Everyone seems to not want to help me or pretend like they don’t understand what I’m talking about. Getting any sort of answer out of PointsBet is like pulling teeth and they’re making me jump through hoops just to withdrawal. So, if you anticipate being a profitable better, steer clear of PointsBet, as your funds will most likely be held up for the foreseeable future with absolutely no timeline on when you’ll be able to access those funds.

Favorite Betting App. I’ve tried every betting app available in Indiana and this one is my favorite by far. The promos are solid, often offering some form of free bet. The odds boosts are pretty good as well, and the variety of bet types available is unmatched. I love the parlay boost feature and the new single game parlay for NBA games. Payouts happen quicker than any other app I’ve used, and the app itself is smooth and reliable. They’re also partnered with some of my favorite teams! Also worth noting that dead heat rules don’t apply on golf bets like with some of the other apps, meaning ties on finishing results are more favorable for payouts.

Great Place to Make Bets!. I love being able to place bets in real time sitting on my couch watching the game and Pointsbet's app is set up great for that! I love all the promos they run too with risk free bets, being able to place a bet and know if I lose I get to place another bet for that same amount for free is awesome! Another thing I really like is a few weeks ago I bet on Purdue to beat Minnesota and I think most of us have seen by now the awful pass interference call that stole the win from Purdue and ultimately stole money out of our pockets! Well Pointsbet made that right by giving me a free bet for the amount I had bet on Purdue, they didn't have to do that but they knew it was the right thing to do, would highly reccomend doing your online betting with Pointsbet!

Perfect Platform. The app is in line with divine design. Clicking away time while sippin as I lay on wine fresh off the vine. You got three and six I got nine. I’m fine as long as I get mine. God is in my spine. If you lose still be kind until the not unwind and I walk the line. You will love this as much as I do if you find me inside you never mind you stumbling along like the blind do. I hope luck is able to bind you. You get stuck you can always grind through. It’s about time too. Here to simply remind you of the tricks the mind do quick to assign you taking away your sublime hue praising blame like a shrine do. The Truth will always shine through. Never mind you. If you don’t know now you new. 🥳

Freezes way too much. As far as odds and betting experience, i rate this app very good. But you have a huge problem. This app freezes way too much. You need to seriously fix that. Because of the lack of being able to place timely bets, i move to my other betting apps for live betting. I do not experience this type of freezing and stalling on fanduels or draftkings. The pointsbet app constantly freezing on a screen, does not register inputs, or even freezes on the screen transition animation. Basic rule of any app, is that it need to function at the most basic level. Your app is not reflective of that consistently. When its good its great, when its not, it really puts user experience and live betting wt the bottom of the pack. If you want to play with the big boys, you need to operate smoothly like the big boys or else you’ll be left behind. Fix the freezing and stalling of your app.

Strong app functionally but lacks major features.. I really wanted to like this app. Great login procedures, that doesn’t hassle you with MFA or passwords. Extremely clear bonus structure with minimal ‘gotchas’ in terms of qualification and bet restrictions. Good list of sports to bet on, with decent props options. But there are a number of places this app is FAR behind it’s competitors. 1. Cashout is extremely limited, slow, and much lower than competitors. 2. Bet connectivity is a MAJOR issue. Constantly need to re-add bets to get the changing pricing of parlays to work. 3. The app is VERY slow to transition from screen to screen. 4. Once you make a bet, you’re stuck with it. There are no cashout/delete bet options. This is a huge deal to me, and a ton of other books have this option. If you need to cancel the bet you need to chat with support — support has taken 30+ minutes every time. But support was helpful. 5. Freebets are treated as a lump sum rather than your money. Meaning if you get 100$ in free bets, you can only make a 100$ bet. They do have the option to split the bet up to 4 times. Overall it’s a decent app wrapped around an okay book, designed for bettors to make the top 3 normal bets (spread, o/u, moneyline) if that appeals to you it’s okay. If you like parlay, playing cashout, and other exotic bets — find somewhere else.

One of the best. I can say that my experience with PointBet has been awesome. Their promo are not plenty like MGM and FanDuel but their props are good. I like the cash out, and the sports props options. The referrals are straightforward. I did have an hiccup on the first referral. Must make sure the person bets $50 not in total $50 otherwise you won’t get the referral bonus. I have had more wins with their casino than any other. I do ask that they fix screen for parlays. Using my iPhone, while building a parlay if I want to delete a leg, I can see the option but doing the parlay on my laptop, I can see all the options. Hopefully that makes sense. PointBet Sports is a solid platform. Not a lot of thrills like others but straight forward.

Lies about honoring promotional codes just to get you to deposit.. I was contacted both via email and text message from “Stan” who tried to Offer a promotion, I then declined and was the. Told if I had any other questions , and that if I had any other promotion offers to apply, I said I did but was from a while back and then was asked to send a screen shot of offer, I did , I was then told by agent that it would be honored after I complete the deposit requirements. I did complete all requirements, the. Was told when I asked when I will see the bonus offer , and was told that if the promotion was expired it won’t work after I was told it would be honored . AFTER THE FACT I DEPOSITED IT ! So basically I lost out on my bonus and deposited for no reason, I recommend using fans Duel or draft kings , they have better betting options and honor they’re promotions plus customer service is way more helpful then here. Horrible betting Booker.

Worst app in mobile betting. Where to start.. Let’s start with logging in… difficult is an understatement. I live in indiana and 90% of the time it tries to log me into Michigan, Illinois or Ohio.. then you try to log out and it uses your Face ID and again logs you into the wrong state. After about 4-5 tries you can get the chance to pick the correct state. Don’t even bother with two-factor it makes this even more difficult. Customer service is rude and unwilling to correct their mistakes in the app. A lot of time you will be on the homepage and it shows the home team on the bottom, then click in to make bets and it flips them. Home team is now on top. Then home team is on the left on vertical bets. Or sometimes you click in and home teams are in the bottom then the right. They have acknowledged that it is a mistake and it has led to me unknowingly clicking the wrong side when making a bet. They don’t do anything about it and say it is the betters job to double check their bets. Every time you click a game it is different. There are so many better apps out there, this platform offers nothing better. They don’t even have boosted bets in their boosted bets section. Stay away, they don’t care about your experience.

3 weeks for failed activation: Worst Customer Service. Go to BetMGM. I used a handful of different apps over the past year, trying to determine which one I like best. Pointsbet has a good interface, but the worst service I’ve experienced. I was asked to submit verification of my ID (which is a great thing!) I sent a photo of my license, a screenshot of the top of my bank statement, and a photo of a bill with my address. I didn’t get a response in the promised 24 hours, so I used the chat feature to talk to customer service. They said they were verifying that I was not a bot, and asked to resend my documents. I did. Still no response for 4 days. I used the chat again, and they were still verifying me. No responses. Waited a while longer. I emailed the customer service and asked if they could help. Finally got a response: they could not determine if I was a bot so they will not activate an account in my name. I sent a lot of info that needs to remain secure. I have a lot of concerns about what happened to that info. And their response time was terrible. I started this process the opening day of March madness. It took until the final four for them to finally respond, and it was a useless answer. Go to BetMGM. Excellent service, cash outs are quick direct deposits, and a lot easier to work with.

Great UI! Features Broken 😕. PointsBet, in my opinion, is one of the better sports book apps out right now. The problem I have is, why offer FaceID, or “Remember Me” options if neither work…ever? There’s even a message that says “something went wrong, please contact support of this continues to happen”. I have contacted support on this subject (per the recommendation of the messaging) 3 times to which I have been told 3 different excuses as to why the features do not work. I would suggest removing the features until all of the bugs are fixed so that they actually work before re-adding them. Then your users will not wonder what version of login they will be served and have to question the overall security of the app.

The only online casino worth keeping. This online casino has become the only casino I use. Slowly but surely I have deleted every single online casino due mainly to customer service being 100% unhelpful or just plain not ever winning money. The customer service for this casino has been nothing but respectful and helpful and has gone above and beyond to help with every issue I’ve had.(which has been minimal) They must hire people that actually know how to not only do their job but how to problem solve and treat people respectfully. What a concept. It wouldn’t surprise me at all if this casino soars above all of the rest and ends up being everyone’s favorite.

Disappointed. Their $500 free bet is different from other books where instead of being able to bet a portion of the $500 in increments of how ever big you want, it was set at one bet of $500… after winning the bet, the $500 was deducted from the actual winnings (also different from other books I use) … talked to a representative for more clarification and said there was an option to have the $500 bet broken into 4 bets but it wasn’t advertised and so I told them I was not going to bet with the app anymore and seemed fine with me leaving since I gave them more money than I ended up withdrawing…find a better place to make your bets

Great Promos, Solid App. The app itself has functioned flawlessly so far. In terms of the sports book, the list of promotions is never ending and it seems like there is a new one every day. They run regional promotions that are specific to your local sports teams as well, which is a nice touch. The odds are typically very comparable to other books, and they always pay out winnings almost instantly. My only complaint is their Cash Out option. Even when the bet clearly shows the Cash Out feature as being available, there are times where it shows the event as being “suspended” for more than an hour at a time, making it virtually impossible for you to do anything but ride out the storm and hope that the bet ends in your favor. All in all, it’s one of my favorite betting apps (for the options available in Indiana) and well worth starting an account in my opinion.

PointsBetting is interesting but…. This app isn’t as good as the other casino apps in the App Store for one reason: Their payouts. For example, to get the same payout on the Suns as all of the other apps last night you had to give up an additional 2.5 points. That’s absolutely ridiculous and why I only use free bets and boosters. It’s a shame, too because the app looks sharp and works well. PointsBetting is interesting, too although probably only worth it if you’re willing to risk a LOT of money. Still, it’s a gambling app and a lot of people are, it’s just not for me. I really do like this app and it’s never given me a problem (in fact it’s run without crashes/errors for me than MGM and FoxBet) but until the move their payouts in line with the other casinos, if you’re going to use your own cash I’d have to suggest you bet elsewhere. If you’re going to risk it, you deserve to get paid the same as you would anywhere else. Since I had a free bet, I’ll live with it!

Diamond Service Absolutely Terrible. There are some great perks to PointsBet. They have solid promos, boosts, and generally I find better lines there but that might be just me. But the ineptitude by some of the folks I’ve dealt with from there is pathetic. I bet a lot and earned diamond status at PointsBet which comes with an account manager to help if anything goes wrong and throw you some promotional perks. Well, my account manager has been helpless. I placed a live bet that was declined, but the money was deducted from my account. I can still see the money in my account but can’t withdraw or bet with it. It’s been 2 months and still awaiting resolution from “IT” 👎👎. Then, a cool promo they offer diamond is 5% of your weekly handle you receive in free bets the following week. It’s Wednesday and my free bets were supposed to be credited on Monday. Overall, really terrible service and just shady that two decent sums of money have been taken from me in 2 months time. Take my advice and go somewhere else - DK, FD, etc. all will take better care of you and your money!

POINTSBET SCAMS NEW CUSTOMERS WILL SCAM YOU TOO!. Was starting to love it here until I had my first and last experience ever trusting a “risk free promo” from PointsBet. My app on April 15 well before midnight showed that my $20 “free” bet I had earned (by losing $20) would expire “ON APRIL 16th at 5:00AM” Imagine my surprise when I’m now up late at 1AM on April 16th trying to place my picks and suddenly all of my free bets disappear. I provided screenshot proof of the stated expiration date alongside my free bets WITHIN THEIR OWN APP, and was told somehow the expiration for my free bets that was SHOWN ON MY ACCOUNT was actually completely different time from whichever specific “promo’s” stated timeframe. If my account showed MY free bets expiring “ON APRIL 15th @ 11:59PM” as your support claims the initial promo said, maybe I would have been a bit more inclined to place them before THEN instead trying to before the *stated* “APRIL 16th @ 5AM” that my points bet app was relaying to me. Even typing this review, (now at 3:AM on April 16th) I should have had a few hours to spare according to THE POINTSBET APP. Tldr; if they stole $20 from me like this I don’t doubt they’d do it to you. Go donate your money to FanDuel, DraftKings, Caesar’s, Barstool, PrizePicks, WynnBet or Unibet…even BetRivers would at least give you a fair chance to do it 🤮

They mislead you in the risk free first bet. Pointsbet said that all new users get their first bet risk free up to $500. So if you lose the bet they’ll give you $500 in free play to bet on the site. Yesterday I bet $500 on the Nets to beat the worst team in the league, the Thunder. The moneyline odds were -200. The Thunder pulled out the win magically and I lost. Today I received the $500 in free play. So today I bet the $500 free play on the Suns to beat the Pacers. The odds were -200 again. The Suns won so I was expecting $750 in my account. Instead I only have $250 in my account. They misled me to thinking that the “risk free” free play counted as $500 right back in there but that wasn’t the case. Meaning I’m down $250 than what I originally deposited. I’m fully aware that it’s probably in fine print somewhere that this is the case and that it’s my fault for not fully knowing the rules before I put the bet in. I get it, I messed up. But they intentionally don't make sure to clarify that the free play only results in the winnings of a moneyline bet and the deposit you make is gone. Please spare me the response from Pointsbet where they say it’s in fine print that this is the case. They mislead you when they say “Risk free” it’s not risk free.

Poverty Sportsbook. Absolute joke of a book that will try and do everything it can to steal money it has offered post ante and then limit to death anyone with half a pulse that makes good winning bets. Truly they couldn’t care less about the customer or honestly following their own terms or upholding winning bets, anything they can do to try and make a quick buck they will if you don’t fight back. If you win too much or take relatively good lines consistently they steal your earned reward points too. Not to mention they’ve had many run ups with gaming commissions I’ve seen on twitter for not holding true to their promotion terms or even just scamming people out of regular bets. Certainly the worst Sportsbook I have ever used, and that’s saying A LOT because even the bad ones with terrible UIs are not as dishonest and scummy as the PointsBet team. This company has no shot at surviving if it can’t take more than a $20 wager from many bettors on most of the markets it offers. I would say to maybe take advantage of the sign up bonus (if they don’t scam you mid promotion) and then bail - complete laughing stock and embarrassment to the industry

Difficult to login. PointsBet is a great book to have in addition to other books. I wouldn’t choose this as the one to use exclusively, but they often have very generous odds on MMA probs that deviate from what other books offer. I like PB but I always have difficulty with the app. It is very quick to log me out, and only allows me to login with my pin maybe 1/3 times. The rest of the time I have to manually enter my email and/or password. It is a pain when I am live betting and juggling multiple betting apps. DraftKings stays logged in, FanDuel Rivers and Barstool auto logout after a while but their Face ID function works well which makes things easier. Developers, if you read this, please if possible make some adjustments to address these issues. I would use pb so much more for live betting if login was easier and I could stay logged in for a reasonable period of time.

They do not value their Customers. For the third time since I’ve started using pointsbet as my book they confirmed a bet as a loss that was actually a win. I literally had to argue with customer support that josh Allen scored two total touchdowns against the cowboys on thanksgiving. They told me repeatedly their traders ruled josh Allen only had 1 TD. After arguing for 45 minutes they finally admitted their mistake...for the third time. They offered little thanks and no compensation. After I told them I would no longer use them as my sports book they said “well that’s your choice”. I will be returning to fanduel as my sportsbook. Their customer support is much better, they value their customers, and offer compensation when they make mistakes.

Very functional and easy to use. This is generally a high functioning app that makes the betting experience seamless. Sports are well organized and the search function works well. Promos are easy to find. There is a free bets tab right at the top. Open bets are prominently displayed. I’ve never had a problem geolocating with this app (can’t say the same for all others). Easy to get in touch with customer support. I don’t really like the “featured” vs. “next up” sort with regards to a sport as it defaults to featured and sometimes makes me think that lines aren’t posted yet. It’s a finally minor point though.

Very unprofessional app - miss information. They have a promo where you can get risk-free bets up to 500 if you loose I confirmed all the info prior to opting in and nowhere in that time did anybody tell me that if you replace another bet you do not get the wager back. I placed A free bet of 125 and saw that the potential payout is only 5 dollars with +100 odds. Which they don’t tell you about if you ask for information additionally the service is extremely bad. If they can’t give you a positive answer they’ll just say I’m sorry to hear about that is there anything else I can help you with like you didn’t even have the prior conversation. Additionally they have a service review in the form of a thumbs up or thumbs down which they all only present to you if they cover if they felt a conversation with positively to improve their overall ratings. Specifically asked to be prompted with that review slip and the guy just left the chat and was not able to resolve my query

App constantly freezes. I have numerous accounts with different Sportsbook’s and pointsbet is just ok. The app is the worst Sportsbook app I’ve came across, constantly freezes, crashes. Their variety of bets is good and some good promotions however I tried the Refer a friend promotion and ofcoarse it wouldn’t work. My friend had problems opening the account even though I watched them do it and they done everything right. When she contacted PointsBet on 2 separate occasions they refused to help her and told her to try make the account without the Refer a friend promotion, shady to say the least. Overall it’s not the worst but it’s not even close to the best. Bet365 / DraftKings is much better.

Doesn’t feel like a native app. This app is really awful. It’s clear that the developers don’t care about investing the time and effort into making a solid iOS application. Face ID sign in doesn’t work, the state selection option doesn’t save my preference and always reverts to New Jersey, on many pages swiping from the left side of the device towards the middle doesn’t work. Notifications are used for advertising instead of providing useful information (like outcome of bets). Scrolling in the app feels extremely janky (doesn’t have the same inertia that other apps have). Even tho the “My Bets” is a tab in the tab bar, tapping it goes to a completely different view and the tab bar disappears, which makes no sense from a UI/UX perspective. List goes on and on and on. Absolutely AWFUL application. It’s clear that not 1 person working on this app has ever used any good iOS applications or read Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines…

One of the best. I’ve tried at least 4 of top Sportsbook apps and I find myself using PointsBet more than any others. I think it’s because they run great promo offers and lots of risk free or insured bets offers. Even though you just get a site credit, I’m often able to turn that credit into cash, by placing it on a safer bet. The insured same game parlays on NBA games are probably what I use the most. The only thing I think FD has on them (in the parlay dept) is the alt player props...where you can zero in on an exact prop vs. odds number. A minor detail and not a deterrent from using this app in any way.

Never play here. Hello everyone that wants to know if PointsBet is for you. Yes it’s a nice looking app and it makes you think wow this app is probably a nice one. Then you start playing and feel all good and then it’s start to go away and you think oh it’s going too. It has to and you are like I’ve never played on any other app that has made me feel this way(disappointment) I mean I don’t care about losing money cause that’s why I gamble but not at one point in playing that I ever feel like I can win it back or that I could ever even hit anything it was very disappointing. so I got a hold of support and told them that I just felt like something was going on because I’ve never played for this long time and never hit nothing and was openly marked by the support team they were very unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend this app for anyone even people I don’t like, so download another one and do not play on this app. It is by far the worst one I’ve ever played. I don’t ever leave reviews cause I just don’t feel like it and I am left one on here because of how disgusted and unprofessional they were. It was just a all out bad experience and I would never recommend these guys for anything. At least on the other apps, I felt like I could win any time and then after I lost or won I was content.

Run Away. Every bet you place is reviewed by a “Trader” who has the authority to adjust your bet amount. Any legitimate gambler who uses sports betting as a source of income knows the importance of placing the bets you desire at the amounts you desire. I had placed a $600 on an over 2.5 threes made only to have it reduced to a $20 bet by a reviewer. I then placed a second bet for $580 to again have it reduced, but this time down to $100. I won both of those bets, but had intended to bet much more than $120. I attempted to place another bet to get to my $600 desired amount to have the bet declined. I’ve never heard of such a thing. I feel absolutely scammed and will never recommend this sports book to anyone and have immediately removed my funds from my account.

Great App for New and Veteran Bettors!. The promos on this app are great. The app offers a great referral program. I love how updated they keep game lines and current scores. The Same-Game Parlay tab under the games is awesome and helps you get some good odds for game favorites. I love the daily parlay boosts. Two things I would suggest: Keep game scores and information displayed even if the lines are suspended. This app takes a game off the page if an full game suspension happens. Even though I can’t live bet, I’d still like to be able to see the clock and the score. Also, allow for live bet odds adjustments when betting. I have had times when live betting that the line will adjust and I just cannot get my bet through in time. I’d like an option that allows me to opt-in to accepting live betting odds as they change, like some other Sportsbook apps do. Overall, this is my daily go-to for the entire NBA season.

Shady. Everything was going good for a while for me at pointsbet, as you may know they offer parlay boosters on wagers with 3 legs or more. I would bet here weekly on mma fights. I won far more than I lost and I noticed the boosters just stopped appearing in my account, I was also unable to refer friends to get the $100 free bet, said I used my max amount, when I had only referred about 4 people ever. When I reached out to customer service they said nothing seemed to be wrong and to try uninstalling the app. I tried this, I tried using different devices, nothing worked, when I followed up with them via email, they just stopped responding. I get the sense they were getting sour with me winning. Don’t get too comfortable here they get shady.

Cannot withdraw money. The points bet app works like any other sports betting app… except when you try to withdraw money. I deposited some money with the bonus during March madness and have yet to be able to retrieve my winnings. The mobile banking does not work very well, and the echeck keeps saying I have an error after multiple attempts. Eventually when I called their echeck provider I was told I would need to email a bank statement to them to confirm my routing and checking number. This is not something I feel comfortable with. This is my major gripe with all betting apps, it is beyond easy to deposit money, but totally unfair the hoops you have to jump through to withdraw. I will not use points bet app ever again.

Hands down the best sports app. Been using sports bet for about a month now..I can tell you for a fact that pointsbet is better than DraftKings or fanduel for several reasons like faster withdrawal, faster response to customer service, I love there interface and they have way more promo bonus offer weekly. DraftKings is cheap with bonus, they give you like $3 even if you spend a lot of money betting on there, and you have to keep on disturbing them to process your withdrawal. PointsBet is definitely the way

MLB, NFL, NBA, You Name It. I’m relatively new to the world of sports gambling. I couldn’t imagine there being a better app for me to ease into the entire world with than PointsBet. All the bets are explained for those who aren’t privy to the lingo, the sports are clearly organized for ease of selection, and the wagers, cash outs, in-play bets, and deposit areas are very easy to figure out. Not to mention, for those who may find themselves too far invested, this company is devoted to safe, responsible, smart gambling and offer resources to those who may fall short of that. Love PointsBet.

Hard to believe this site is regulated. Player beware… if you’re looking for a site that hardly gives free spins, this is the site for you! If you want to know what it’s like to waste your money, you’ve come to the right place! Have you ever wondered what it’s like to play on a site that holds your withdrawals in hopes that you cancel? This is the site for you! If you’re ever wondered what it’s like to play through thousands of dollars and only receive a $1 free bet, you can’t go wrong here! If you have EVER thought to yourself “what is the absolute worst site that I can gamble on?” I promise, you won’t find worse! Just check out the reviews for New Jersey, because it seems like the reviews on here don’t compare but the play definitely replicates!

Best sports betting App!!. I have been an avid sports better since they have legalized it in Indiana! I have an account on several different sites and have used them all at some point. Points Bet is by far my favorite site to place bets on! My favorite thing about them is that with there bonuses they don’t have the rollover requirements like other sites do. Collect your bonus place a bet and whatever you win is eligible to be withdraw immediately!! Check it out yourself! The app is amazing!!!

Greatest sports app. The promos this app to me are the best of any app by far a long with very fast customer service. The withdraw process is very quick and easy a long with multiple options to use to cash out. The amount of things you can bet on are endless and they look out for their customers in the sense of when something wacky happens in a game to change the games ending they will at times give a refund. Can’t say enough about this app!

Enjoying the app and promos.. I was very impressed with the sign-up bonus offering the ability to try both standard betting options and points betting. The app also offers an array of other promos. I have found the site to be fast and well laid out. The only drawback is in monitoring my bets. I would like to have easier access to video and other content from the matches. Overall though I enjoy it and feel it provides value for my gaming budget.

Great app until. This is a great betting platform. The biggest pet peeve is asking for banking info for withdraw when you can add money from debit card. No one wants to give out banking info with all of the scams occurring. Trustly (option one give login credentials) has too many issues and if you dont use it you’re only option is to give routing and account number. Info from companies ending up on the black market. Should offer different withdrawal methods since you take to money quicker than paying out. Go to another app if you aren’t keen on giving banking info

Intuitive, Exciting and All Around Awesome. I am a massive fan of the PointsBet Sportsbook app. The boosts you are given on your bets (and no strings attached, I’ll add) make this app worth all the attention. Single-game Parlays only exist at so many sportsbooks, and this is one of them. A lot of different markets offered, and you can even name your own bet! Anything that I want to root for on a given night, PointsBet can likely provide me with that option to bet. If you’re looking for a sportsbook - download PointsBet for an awesome experience.

Best Sportsbook. Of the three sports-betting apps I’ve tried, PointsBet is my favorite. Not only is it easy to navigate and use, but it also offers a wide range of bets for every game, boosters, and promos. I’ve also found customer service to be responsive and friendly. The one thing that really sets them apart from other books is their promotions. Every week they are offering great promos for numerous sports and big games that give you a greater chance to win more money then if you were to use other books.

Top Notch Sports Betting Site. If you’re in New Jersey and bet sports, you should definitely look into using the Points Bet app. It’s easy-to-understand layout allows you to bet many different kinds of sports. Additionally, they offer a really a great sign-up bonus and multiple promos each week that I use on a regular basis. One of the best ones is on Thursday and Monday night NFL football, if your team scores the first touchdown you win automatically regardless of the final score. I can’t recommend this app enough.

Great, but not perfect. I’ve been using PointsBet for a while now and although I’m pleased with the design of the platform and some of the promotions, I think there is some room for improvements. First, PointsBet offers some cool boosts and they seem to always have some type of promotion available for a variety of games. They also seem to offer more boosts than other Sportsbook apps. This is what I love about the app. However, some drawbacks are mainly centered around the navigation of the app. First, I have to login with my password each time whereas other apps allow for quick logon via fingerprint or SMS. I prefer fingerprint since it’s faster. I have it enabled, but it does not work as expected. Also, Bonus Bets are slow in earning. 1 point = 1 cent. So you’ll need to bet a lot of money to take advantage of theses bonuses. Other than that, I really enjoy using this app. I’m looking forward to even better promotions.

Slow betting times overshadow cool features. There are two main issues with the app. 1. Placing of bets can be nauseatingly slow. Sometimes taking 1-2 minutes for a bet to finally process. In that time my screen will timeout or I will switch to a different app (which is exactly what I did while writing this review) and then when I return I am almost always logged out of the app. 2. The app force logs you out seemingly at random. At times requiring just your PIN to get back in and others requiring your full credentials. I’ve had both happen when I move the app to the background for less than a minute.

Risk free isn’t 100% risk free. These bets shouldn’t be considered “risk free”. If it was risk free, you’d refund in bonuses that you actually keep, not one more bet that you don’t even keep the actual bonus money, just what you win. That means you have to bet 1-1 to at least break even. I don’t know about everyone else, but anything higher than -110 is not in your favor. Fanduel seems to be the only ones that I have used that gets this right. I lucked out winning a +130 parlay, but only profited 130 off of what was a $500 bet. You can make a -140 bet with that bonus bet, but that means you lose. How is losing considered risk free? Should be considered a second chance bet, not risk free.

Great Sportsbook App. These guys have a great app that’s super easy to use and has a clean layout. While I typically place more traditional Spread and Moneyline bets with them, I’ve done some Point Betting and it’s a very fun alternative that no other book in New Jersey is offering. Only thing I wish they’d change is an easier way to see what bets are pending by having a place to click on the landing page as opposed to going into account details every time. But still a 5-star review since I’ve really liked PointsBet, their promotions, the speed of them paying out winners, etc.

Completely absent customer service, don’t follow through on their promotions. I signed up under the $100 Fanatics promotion. I submitted my $20, I made my 3 bets...and no coupon! I’ve been trying for days to get in touch with customer service and have been met with a live chat where I’m constantly 10-20th in the queue, and the chat times out each and every time I try and connect with a rep; and sends me right back to 10th in line!!! Tried to email them as well, and several days later, still no response (it says to expect a 24 hour or less turnaround time in a response). The app itself is ok, but the user experience and customer service have been horrible so far. Sign up at your own risk!

Overall good app. PointsBet is a nice app to use for boosts on the local teams—Cubs, Sox, Bulls, Bears. Single game parlay is easily the best feature that separates it from other sports betting apps. I wish they would expand and add more to the single game parlay and possibly expand it to football. Customer service is just ok, I’ve been treated a lot better by customer service reps on rival apps, so that’s why the 4 star rating. I have only made money since signing up, so I can encourage others to get signed up with PointsBet as soon as possible.

The best IL sports betting experience. I signed up for Points Bet a few weeks after having tried Illinois competitors (Draft Kings and FanDuel) and have found the overall experience to be better. The app. is easy to navigate and understand, the odds for most events are generally as good or better than other Sportsbooks and there are a lot of promos and boosters to help you enjoy yourself even more and increase potential winnings. I highly recommend.

Not all Sportsbooks apps are created equal. I have tried almost all of the Sportsbook apps currently available in Indiana and can definitively say that PointsBet is one of the best options available. They have daily odds boosts that are second to none and an incredibly easy to use interface. If there is an event not listed, contact them and they will get a line posted for you (they have done it for me twice) and they offer wonderful sign up and membership bonuses. Whether you try to innovative Points betting style or traditional Sportsbook, you are sure to find a lot to like about this app.

PointsBet. Hello I love this app because it has amazing promos that you take advantage of from day 1. They start you off with huge deals that can get you started and you’ll never go back. It’s organized and everything is fast and have cool interesting features. Along with money, they have bonus points where you can earn through your whole betting career that end up giving you money. This app in conclusion is one of the best betting apps on the store and would recommend it to anyone.

My favorite Sportsbook. I absolutely love this app! I’ve used other big name Sportsbook’s in the past but this one is different! Plenty of boosters to choose from, along with great up to date live scores with the best odds around! Easy withdrawal process, have never had issues receiving my payment. The customer service is second to none, they always get back to you in a timely manner and always provide a thorough answer to your questions! Definitely will continue using PointsBet!

Great App for New Sports Bettor. I’m relatively new to sports betting and have found the app very easy to use and navigate. I especially like the way prop bets are organized, so you are not spending time looking for the prop bet you are wanting to play. Wide variety of action allows for a fun experience sweating all your bets! I have found the Crowd Boosters fun with numerous opportunities in them each day. The app sorts well and you are able to get a quick parlay and your live bets very easy! Overall, it’s a great app for any new sports bettor.

Hands Down, the Best NJ Sports Book. I’ve played on numerous sports book apps and websites and can say with certainty that PointsBet has more wager choices than all of the sports books in New Jersey. Not only this, but their bonuses are the most generous I’ve seen in the sports book industry. How many sports books give you 300% to 400% free bet bonuses with zero play-thru requirements after you joined? It may not have every week, but you need to join and see for yourself. It will definitely be my number one sports book moving forward!

Best betting APP I’ve ever used!!!. Being a frequent better I have really tried all the apps out there (not just for bonuses) but also to get the best betting experience for my $ and I have to say PointsBet is the beat one and it’s not even a close call. They’re odds boosters are always fair for us bettors and not just the house, they have the best promos of any other app I’ve ever seen and because I’m having such a great experience I will never go back to a mediocre bettor lifestyle. If you’re into betting, you need to use PointsBet!

Nice wagering app. When I first signed up for pointsbet I was expecting sort of a second class app. I was pleasantly surprised that their app is plenty easy to use and they have a fair amount of promotions. I’ve even found more favorable odds here and often find spread odds that aren’t offered on some other sites. The only negative I can say is that some of the app navigation could be made easier. It took me forever to find my betting history because I didn’t know that the menu on the right scrolled up. There are just a few quirky things like that which can improve. But overal I would certainly recommend the app.

Great Sportsbook!. I’ve been using Pointsbet for a few months and think the app is great. The user interface feels very different from some of the competitors out there but is very intuitive and easy to get used to. They have a wide menu offering as well - particularly in the current environment when major sports are shut down, they’ve gotten creative and offered a number of more obscure options wherever possible. They also offer great bonuses and promos on a regular basis. Highly recommend!

Easy to Use and Above All, Fun!. Very big fan of PointsBet in general as well as their app. It’s extremely easy to use, there are countless promos daily in which they offer great deals/odds, and there are many opportunities where they give to you for earning free bets. Their interface is user friendly, and organized. As stated prior, their promos are top notch. I check in on the app daily to see what new promos they have available (they have new ones all the time - and they’re not ones you wouldn’t want to bet on). Give it a go!

Solid Betting App. Offers basically all markets and fair amounts of bets on each game. Not a lot of same game parlays and live betting can be a little slow, but this seem to have gotten better over time. The search function is an amazing feature when trying to find games in more obscure markets. No one else seems to have one besides them. Odds are usually always competitive, but this can vary by market. Haven’t tried points betting yet, but it’s something unique to them. Deposits and withdrawals are easy and transparent and customer service has been very good. Overall a solid betting app.

Points Bet Review. I have been using so many different betting apps/websites over the last two years. I can honestly say that Points Bet is the top betting app for me personally. It has an incredible and easy set up. Withdrawing money is also another positive. It is quick and super simple! You can also pick up money if you need from the Meadowlands race track in NJ. I am all for this app and believe that it will last longer than other betting apps/websites. Points Bet... Keep up the good work!

Hands down the best!. I started out using Draftkings Sportsbook, then made the switch to FanDuel Sportsbook and fell in love with that app. I saw the promo for PointsBet where you deposit 10$ you get 100$ bet, that was a no brainer for me. I gave PointsBet a shot since I never real saw them advertised besides on Barstool Sports, and I have never left since I gave them that shot. Extremely easy to use and even easier to collect the winnings! My favorite sports betting app! I highly recommend PointsBet!

My Favorite Sportsbook. Ever since they came to PA they’ve been my favorite book. Between Lightning Bets and all the other options they have for every game, PointsBet does everything well. UI is fantastic and never had an issue with deposits or withdraws. I also like Trustly banking withdraw as it takes 24 hours max to get my money. For what its worth, I’ve won more on this casino than I have any other. I play on the PointsBet Blackjack exclusive table.

Points Bet is good business!!. I downloaded this app last summer but never really used it and then COVID-19 hit us and spots were bought to a halt. so when baseball started up I was looking for a betting app that centered solely around the sports no gaming etc. popping up trying to get me to spend money there . I remembered Points Bet and haven’t looked back since their promos are nice giving away free bets almost daily and the straights and parlays are very easy to bet and payouts happen promptly. I love this app and I look forward to all improvements as time goes on!!

Overall good experience, small performance issues. The PointsBet app is easy to use and a good experience for a casual bettor like myself. Their lines are fair and live betting on a wide range of sports beats most of the competition. I’ve had some small performance issues, namely logging in only to see 0 balance or history of bets, and having to wait an hour or so to try again and have it work. This hasn’t ruined PB for me though and I will continue to use the app.

The best app out there. I have been using PointsBet since they came to New Jersey and I have never had a bad experience. The app is user-friendly, their customer service is by far the best in the business and their bonus/daily promotions are amazing for even a first time bettor. Although I haven’t been part of any ‘bad beats,’ the fact that this company has refunded so many bets just shows that they care about their customers. Going forward, this is the only book I will use.

Get a different app save your money. Though this app is not a bill and you are not obligated to pay them they charge fees for failed deposits. So if you are going to deposit make sure you transferred the money in the right account and unlock your card otherwise you’ll be paying 35 extra dollars to deposit 15. Once I talked to customer service, I realized the best option was to close the account which I explained multiple times over a longer than needed time frame. One bad move and you are gambling without placing the bet. I suggest FanDuel, BetMGM, or DraftKingz. You are free to make errors when depositing and the only money you have to spend is the money you deposit. You are welcome.

Stop using them. With multiple choices of Sportsbook, I stopped using PointsBet. First they promo banned me which literally gives me no incentive to use them, even their lines aren’t that great compared to other. Then they denied my withdrawal , gave me no reason until I personally contacted After 1 week I made the withdrawal asking what happened they made some excuse saying withdrawal didn’t go thru except they never emailed or texted me about the failed withdrawal, why couldn’t try again idk... never had issues until I made a large withdrawal request. Then during $200 referral bonus special they gave me only $100 making excuses even after I provided information that my friend deposit $100 and made $20 bet. Sorry done with PointsBet.

PointsBet is the Truth!. First let me start by saying PointsBet offers a wide variety and probably the deepest amount of wagers you can make. I have contacted customer service on multiple occasions and in every instance they are willing to help. I have cashed out and gotten my money promptly. The only drawback to pointsbet is they do not offer PayPal deposit. One more drawback with the App is sometimes live chat can get glitchy. But I have used other betting sites and this issues seems to be a common theme. That is why I gave it 4/5 stars... If you can get past the previous two issues PointsBet is definitely the way to go and my preferred place to place sports bets.

Definitely beats other apps. This app is great, especially when you compare it to other apps that we can use in Illinois. The booster odds are great, though I wish they threw established users a no brainer every once in a while like other books. Easy to use, even for a newer sports bettor like me. I have had a few issues with referral credits not showing or a winning bet showing as a loosing one, but I have been able to get on live chat and get the help that I have needed. Overall definitely say that new online bettors should come and check it out!

Best App for Second chance Betting. Pointsbet has many options in terms of gambling. From single game parlays to risk free bets. Both are great options but my favorite is risk free bets because it allows me to gamble a little more for a better chance at a higher odds bet being successful. Whatever sport you like, trust that there will be some type of promo on it. Even if use lose your bet, you might have a second chance at gambling that same money on a risk free bet.

Best Sports Betting App. The PointsBet app has been a revelation when it comes to sports betting. The user interface is so easy to navigate and place your bets. Everything you need is easy to find and then access. Anytime you have a question or need help they have a live chat feature. If don’t want to do that you can send an email and it will be answered really fast. I think the longest I’ve had to wait for an email response has been an hour tops. Very legit and giving all these other apps a run for their money.

Great app. App is easy to use and never has issues but they removed me from platinum for no reason even though I wager higher volume previously to becoming platinum also they sent me a platinum promotion on October 14 and even though they emailed me the platinum promo that I have sent to them many times they refuse to honor it and a matter fact nobody has even responded to why they didn’t honor it and to why they removed me from platinum when I wager so much daily and have been loyal so I can’t give higher then 2 because of the service. But that app is good and wagering is easy just expect better service and definitely honor all emailed promotions as they sent it to me .

Nearly Seamless To Use. I’ve used quite a few books over the years, and PointsBet is definitely up there as one of my favorites. Deposits and withdrawals are processed almost instantaneously. Odds boosts and promotions encourage me to explore markets I may not have considered before. I appreciate that they list starting pitchers for MLB games. The app has easy tabs, sorts, and filters to find what you’re looking for quickly, and live in-game betting is one of the fastest/easiest to use around. No real complaints in my year of using them!

Chris. I have promoted pointsbet as one of the best gambling apps around.....unless you use the promotions they post to be used. It seems if you use the promos too much , they don’t like it and will suspend you from using promos. Truly the most ridiculous thing I ever heard sooooo. Typical gaming site. Only like you when You lose Follow up. 8/31. I received email in regards to my comments asking for a call to discuss my opinion. Well..... I called. Agent had no idea why I called or note on my account as to why I may call. AND needed to put me hold as I told her I was asked to call and talk about my post It was me explaining my concerns and an agent listening. There was no back and forth or let’s see what we can do to improve OR let’s reevaluate your account etc WASTE OF MY TIME

Top Notch Sportsbook. I’ve used them all (at least all functioning in Michigan) and PointsBet offers a flawless experience. The app never has any time out issue and helps you place your bets fast. PointsBet also has features that gets you to the next games up so that you don’t miss out on getting a bet placed, but if you do they also offer live betting. Cash outs are fast and easy. Ive had no issues at all using the PointsBet app, and that can’t be said for some of the other books out there.

Beau Crowder review. I began trying this app after using fanduel and draft kings. I honestly didn’t think that it would be run as well as the other two but honestly it’s just as good or better. PointsBet has great promotions all of the time and their customer service is always accessible. Some times the live chat does take some time to get a service member in the chat but overall it is a great and fun app to use. The only thing I could possibly recommend is for PointsBet to create a phone line for customer service. Thanks!

Avoid at all costs!! Much more professional bookies available.. This is a very poorly run business. I won a 12 team parlay from their free $50 promotion they were running with barstool. I reached out everyday for the next following 4 weeks with the same automated response that I they are waiting to hear back from the finance team but never give me any number to speak with them directly. A month after winning my bet and requesting withdrawal they call me unexpectedly and question me asking the details of my bet. I could not access my account since I was on the phone with them to give them the specific information about my bet, and then with no warning tell me they will not be paying out my bet. I will be speaking with my lawyer and reaching out to BBB regarding the scamming practices this business partakes in.

Decent. I do appreciate PointsBet for their reduced juice offerings on some spread, total, and moneyline bets. However their new motto or slogan or whatever is “it pays to be fast” and one time I was fast and they rejected my full $400 bet and gave me like $30 or something at the good odds, then they changed the odds on me. So does it actually pay to be fast? Their processing time for withdraws is fast to be fair. Also their app has sped up over the months as far as logging in with Face ID rather than typing the password each time.
