Incredibly Addicting. This is one of the BEST workouts I have ever done! Everything from the intensity, the music, the visuals, and the coaches is absolutely perfect. I am literally in awe at the backgrounds during my workouts. I can’t say enough great things about this app. Not only is it currently incredible, but the CEO has posted upcoming additions to the app that look like so much fun. They know they have a great product but continue to improve! I have never wanted to work out. It was always a chore which is why I would do it for a week and then quit. I look forward to my workouts now and haven’t missed a single day since I started.

More please….. Long story short get this app now for your oculus. Now the good part, i hate working out. Im a mid 30s dude from a generation of people the mostly said nah no thanks. That got me to be 5’6 and 247 pounds of ew. Ive tried getting so many things, diet programs, magic pills, weight bench and bike so boring….😴🥱got an oculus for xmas. Saw an ad for SN and got it to try, since then i workout everyday 💙💙💙 the boxing ones but the most important thing for me is the soundtracks you can choose from with new ones added everyday! Its really what keeps you going. Right when you want to stop you get to the breakdown in a Disturbed song or Blink 182 and you just keep going Fallo out boy just came out with an Orgy track🤯 since x mas im down to 221 goal is 195 lets get it 💪🏽 TY Supernatural dont listen to the haters you changed my entire life only thing we need more of is more Metal Soundtracks. Team #coachdoc🤙🏾

Not super impressed. Premise is neat, it’s a good way to get the heart rate up, and one of the few options that “coaches” The coaches are more for motivation only. Sometimes they drop pointers, but it’s mostly just taking while you flail your arms around. Which leads to my first complaint. A ton of these workouts lack any real sense of flow until you do it several times and kind of maybe memorize it. Until then you really can’t “swing” because you’re always out of place for the next set of balloons. Maybe it’s because I’m used to beat saber, but, I just don’t feel the flow. The “hold” markers often leave you out of place for the next notes. Next part, the flailing leads to me accidentally pausing ALL the time. Design issue with the oculus, however I just quit because I had paused like 5 times in a row. Third, unless I’m missing an arm, I’m not sure how I’m supposed to hit two black targets in opposite directions at the same time. If you don’t want to flail your arms around and get frustrated, you’re stuck at a “low intensity” workout, which really kind of omits any squat motions and doesn’t really work you. Overall I found it mostly just aggravating and frustrating, so I canceled like a week into the trial and have no real desire to finish the trial period.

Great for everyone!. I have been mostly inactive my whole life! I subscribed to this app on a whim and have loved every minute of it. For someone who hasn’t done any exercises in years this definitely gets my heart rate up and the sweat flowing! I’ve been closing my rings consistently since I started in January! My only suggestion would be to add more programs! I have completed the meditation program and I’m working on Rainer’s total body blast. I wish there were more to choose from and at different intensities. Also…. Being able to search by the name of the workout would be great! I get suggestions from the community and have to dig to find them. So I guess more user friendly filters.

Better than the other option. I was looking for a fun workout option for my off days from running. I bought the other workout app and am doing the trial for this one. I’m glad I bought the other app first because it made me appreciate how much more advanced this app is. The scenery is beautiful, the trainers are good and not annoying and the music is so much more enjoyable than the other app. The other app requires package add ons to get more workouts vs this app is all inclusive of the monthly fee. Also, this app does a much better job of giving a whole body workout, not just arms. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because, I’m a numbers girl! It uses your Apple Watch to sync the heart rate but it doesn’t tap into the full potential. I’d love to see an estimate number of calories burned based on either what the watch says or based on your height, weight, age and heart rate. Also, Wish there was a countdown clock so I knew how much time was left. If I’m getting tired, I’d know if I should hold back or give it my all the last minute...or if the kid is hungry, I get a sense of how much longer I need.

It’s alright but.... I would say the 20 dollar month to month payment is a little much. I know, I know “you need to think about the cost for developing, producing, and the trainers making new content” but I think for an application like this, it’s good, just not $20/month good. I think $10 even $15 would be more reasonable. The workouts are moderate at best and are sometimes hard to follow because it is off beat sometimes. Not only that, but sometimes I simply am not able to hit the targets because they are out of reach or the tracking seems off. (Beat saber operates right on point) It’s straight forward but it’s the same every time and gets boring. I wish they would track when you miss or mess up too because it feels like it doesn’t matter if I actually try or not. Like a landscape beat saber (though beat saber is still more visually appealing). I wish there was an option to turn off the voice trainer (yet you can turn off sfx and music all the way?) I perform better without the voice in the background. I wish they had single songs that you could compile into a custom playlist because when I exercise I hope to enjoy every song, not just some. Also I’d prefer getting to complete a workout without the cool down because it feels unnecessary.

My first ever review. I’ve never written a review but I had to for this. I used to frequent the gym 3-4 times a week before quarantine. When lockdown started, I signed up for another fitness subscription (just videos, not vr). Without the social aspect of in-person fitness classes, my motivation waned until working out became an unbearable chore. Fast forward 7 months and 25 pounds later my brother got me the Quest 2 for my birthday and Supernatural was recommended to me. I was hooked after the first workout! I now use the app 6 days a week and I LOVE IT. These workout are no joke, you will sweat! I live in an upstairs apartment and love that I’m not doing jumping jacks or burpees (thank god I’m not doing burpees) and annoying my downstairs neighbors. The music and locations are great and I want to be Dwana’s best friend, I love her so much. I’m so excited to see how Supernatural evolves! TLDR: It’s fun and you will sweat! Perfect low impact, full body workouts for upstairs apartment dwellers. Music 👍 locations 👍 Dwana ♥️

Great workouts but. This program is great. It is very motivating and the trainers do an amazing job. Of course the program is pricey but when you think about the type of service you are paying for it mostly makes sense. The only reason that there is 4 stars is because the music selection is horrendous. I know I’m from a younger crowd and based on the price they probably market to older people as well. I fully understand the reasoning, but less than 20 percent of the music on the platform is newer than 2000. At this point I assume it’s a licensing issue for the company. I do truly love the application but it could be extremely more immersive I could enjoy the music I was working out to.

Great but needs more personalization. This app really pushes someone like me who works out but not as regularly as I should (I’m always sweating and out of breath at the end). I love the scenery, the music and the different levels of intensity. Overall, great workout and worth the subscription costs if I use it regularly. That said, my problem with the workout is that I’m the first to say I need to work on making sure my form is correct for the side lunges, but even in the lower intensity workouts often these lunges go so fast that I’m trying to keep up rather than focusing on doing them right. As a result, I started to hurt my back. Until I can do them right and quickly, it would be nice to be able to remove them from the songs, or make them appear less frequently, so that I can focus on the other movements that I *am* doing right, or slow down so I can concentrate on my form. Basically, more of a personalization tool for the movements. I imagine this would also be good for people who might have an injury or disability and therefore can only do certain movements. While one option is just got ignore them, of course, I feel less accomplished, and even frustrated, when I have to ignore part of the workout.

Promising, but not worth the money yet. Supernatural seems very promising. It’s higher quality than most of the other fitness apps on Oculus, and it’s the only app I’ve found that offers a full body workout on par with a class at the gym. That said... it still has some annoying bugs to fix and some features to add before it’ll be worth $20 a month, IMHO. One thing I really don’t like is that they’ve tied workout intensity to gameplay difficulty. That is, if you want a high-intensity workout, then you’d better be an expert BeatSaber player, otherwise you have no hope of hitting half the targets. Conversely, if you want a lower level of gameplay difficulty, then your only option is a low-intensity workout that’ll barely make you break a sweat. There should definitely be multiple difficulty levels for each workout, regardless of the workout intensity.

Fun workout. We are still on our 30 day trial, but we definitely plan to do the subscription. We look forward to our workouts. We tried some other apps, but this one gives us the best workout. We also like that our heart rate gets tracked from our Apple Watch. Our only issue is that sometimes the app freezes up and just leaves us in the scenery with none of our buttons working to end and resume. We have to restart the whole system, and when we return- the work out we were in has to be started from the beginning. Other than that, we are extremely happy with the app, and we really are enjoying tough but fun workouts.

Great but needs some updates. The music and workout you can get from supernatural is great. It’s been nice during quarantine. My biggest issue with it is the lack of compatibility with smart watches. Basically you need an Apple Watch (which I had but got rid of because the battery life was such trash). I tried to pair my FitBit Versa 2 (which is pretty popular and new) and they don’t allow it. Found a board on their page of something asking the same thing from over a year ago. So I’m annoyed that a year later they haven’t figured out how to make it compatible. Would be nice to have the supernatural heart beat information to compare to my Fitbit. Besides that it’s good. Be in a wide space due to the arm swinging that happens. Better and more engaging that beat saber in terms of getting a workout.

Couple of Observations With Supernatural. First off I love Supernatural. I equally love the boxing choices and the laser choices. Just a couple things that could be improved. Snow in the Background Sites: On all your sites with snow in the background makes it very hard to see the white balloons and the white boxing orbs. You need to take the snow out of the background. I like to use the boxing and laser choices in a competition against myself and I’ve had long streaks broken because I didn’t see the whole ballon’s or orbs quick enough especially when on Medium or High. Kettlebell Workouts: It would be nice to add Kettlebell Workouts where you use your own KettleBell and in the background you have all these beautiful places to do a Kettlebell workout in. Once again Supernatural rocks. I see a lot of people complaining about the trainers talking so much. You can always turn the sound down to the lowest setting where it’s difficult to hear them or simply put on your Apple AirPods and play whatever music you want. M

OMG!!! Best work out I have ever had!. I am not one to write reviews on games to much but this game is absolutely incredible and to me it’s worth every penny. I just had a baby about three months ago and I have been wanting to work out since I was allowed to but you know due to covid I couldn’t start and honestly lack motivation to do so by myself. But I was intrigued by this due to it having a couch. And honestly was expecting it to be not that great of an app due to VR still being so new. But you guys have taken my breath away with beautiful scenery, and I fill like there is a person there to show me how to do the excersise properly and to motivate me. I love how I can add people to my account but wasn’t sure if they could use their own oculus or do they have to use mine? But for me what I would love to see in the near future would to be multiplayer so that way I can feel like I’m working out with my friend instead of just my coach. As for the workouts oh man it put me in a sweat and I could really feel the burn it was great. Totally worth the money 100% and I can’t wait to see how you guys add and develop this game to bring it to its fullest potential 😃

What I needed. I rarely write reviews. This app is excellent. I really connect with the coaches. I’m a 40 yr old single dad so I don’t really have anyone “cheering” me on. At first it sounded silly but hey, big positivity takes getting used to when it’s not your norm. I love the boxing work outs, I end up sweating like crazy and they’re so fun I literally don’t want to stop. I’m motivated to workout everyday so I can be able to *workout longer.* THANK YOU for making good music in a workout app happen. It makes all the difference. I sawsomeoneelse suggested a countdown clock. That might be pretty cool to have as an option to turn on or off, or to have show up for the last 60 or 90 seconds. I wish there were a way to get feedback on my form. Are my jabs straight? Am I over rotating in my hooks? Am I dipping low enough? Is my fist turn correctly for my hooks? Can it tell by the arc of my motion and position relative to the headset of my elbow is high enough on my hooks? I’d love to see the gestalt of my arcs and movement combined with my height data to show freeze frame tracers of my movement overlaid with suggested better patterns. Does that make sense? Also, the meditations are great. I’ve ALWAYS wanted to be someone who meditates and for the first time ever…I am. The price is totally worth it. There’s nothing better out there. And Supernatural seems to be getting better all the time.

I love it, but.... I have always had trouble finding the motivation to exercise, and this is one of the few ‘exercise’ games I not only tolerate, but thoroughly enjoy playing. It’s a rhythm game with similar gameplay to Beatsaber, but I like that this makes the playing field 360 degrees, the colors and scenery are easier on my eyes, and it’s easier to tell which direction to strike the targets from That being said my one major gripe with this app is that I personally find the trainer’s voices distracting during the songs and I wish there was an option to ‘silence’ them outside of warmup/cool down. That and I find the subscription fee to be a little on the high side. This is a minor complaint but I have trouble finding music on here that I really enjoy since the genre selections are very broad (I mostly do Rock since that includes punk and pop-punk music. Haven’t found any good metal tracks so far). If you had the option to mute the trainers and the ability to add custom tracks (which I sort of understand why there isn’t one at the moment considering you’d need to create the map and trainer voiceover for each song- with multiple songs in a single workout) it’d be a perfect app and worth every cent, but still very, VERY good as is.

Love it!. I am 51 (and overweight). I bought the Quest a couple of weeks ago (my first VR experience) and after playing Beat Saber, I realized I was actually getting a workout. I had skipped past Supernatural because it seemed expensive, but then figured I’d give the free month a try. After one day, I dug out my old fitness tracker and couldn’t believe my results. Yesterday was day number 6 and I already decided it was worth the $19/month (so I jumped on the opportunity to pay $149/yr). It may seem like alot of money, but compared to a gym membership it’s really not. I am so excited to begin my weight loss journey! Coach Raneir Pollard is my favorite, but Leanne is awesome, too (haven’t even tried the others yet because I love their workouts so much). I live in a small town where there are no gyms nearby. I gained weight because I live a very sedentary lifestyle. This app is definitely going to change my life!

Great app, but coaches ruin it. I like the app, the workouts, and I am even willing to pay the monthly fee. It would all be worth it, but I will cancel my subscription and won’t renew it until they add the option to mute the coaches. The coaches’ constant blather destroys the workouts. I don’t need a rundown of swan lake while I am going through the workout. And EVEN if it was interesting the first time (which it wasn’t), I would certainly not want to listen to the rundown again and again and again when I repeat this particular workout. And the coaches’ constant motivational speeches “you are the greatest, show the world how great you are, everybody is here just to see you” were cute on day 1, but not so on day 2 and after. They already have the option to individually lower the volume of speech, music, and sound effects, but speech can only be lowered to half-volume. Still far too audible. I gave this a app a good long try for 3 months, but I am done. I quit, you win.

I love this app. Usually I don't go out of my way to write a review. However, I really have benefited from this app. I wasn't really the active person when I was younger. I'd work out here and here, but once I'm tired.. I stop. I've never thought I'd had it in me to WANT to work out everyday. Everyday I'm pushing the limits and challenging myself! Supernatural had really got me doing 2 HIIT workouts or multiple medium workouts in a day. Who would've though!? It's a stress reliever also! I really hope someone sees this review, and gives it a try. I'm having fun working out everyday and competing. I'm so thankful to find such an amazing app with amazing coaches, and I really hope it benefits someone who's going thru hard times and is looking for a change.

The future of exercise has arrived. This is truly an incredible workout app/game. The scenery is incredible, music is great and the flying objects are so well synchronized with the rhythm of each song and it gives you one hell of a workout. Even on days where I’m a little sluggish and would have normally skipped a workout, Supernatural gets me motivated to get one in. A few suggestions: 1. I wish there were different bat options and connecting the bats should produce a vibration like Saber 2. There should be a filter to allow you to filter out previously taken workouts 3. Coach Leanne Pedante is the real star here among the coaches. I would probably not be as excited about using the app without her. I hope the other instructors they add have a similar level of energy and enthusiasm throughout the workout because the app is only as good as it’s instructors. Some of them just lack the energy and have generic comments however with Leanne it feels she’s right there with you throughout the workout as she mentions patterns, low triangles, movements specific to each song real-time so it feels she’s with you doing the same workout rather than listening to a coach speaking in generic terms 4. I hope they keep adding to their collection of natural scenes. The computer generated ones are neat too but nothing beats actual exotic locations in the world. I can’t wait for Petra, Jordan to be added.

Love this VR app!!. Super engaging! Super fun! Super helpful on my new path to getting healthy and cutting! The only complaint I have is that I want more!!! Keep up the great work team! More song choices (with Leanne lol) and more ways to get my heart rate up :) I see that you guys are working on more aspects to the platform, which is fantastic! I’ve been using this app for about 3 months now and I still love it. I’m starting to form a streak of hopping on and getting an hour of cardio in everyday, and I absolutely love it. Running, biking and hiking are boring compared to this engaging choreography. I would immediately sell my VR set if it wasn’t for this app! 5/5 :)

Good but not quite there yet. On the plus side I think we’re just seeing the beginning of VR, AR and 360 degree virtual workouts so Supernatural is headed in the right direction. The scenery is beautiful and the music is great. There are trainers who emphasize the right positioning and movement so it feels like more of a workout than something like Beat Saber and I did work up a sweat in the 3 workouts I’ve done so far. However the trainer instruction doesn’t seem synced to my movements so whether or not I hit a target, the voice says something like “well done.” It feels very impersonal. On top of that I hope a future update introduces machine learning to adapt to your fitness level, strengths and weaknesses just like a fitness class would offer modifications based on personal aptitude. There’s also no real warm up and absolutely no cool down. They should add both of these sequences as mini “workouts” to the program so that someone who wanted to use this in place of a fitness app would find a full service experience. Right now it feels more like a game that happens to have some avatars in yoga pants. I do have a paid subscription and will continue to use because I think they’re headed in the right direction but they need to work on their fitness credibility and content strategy otherwise it’s not worth it.

Supernatural Fail. I loved this game on my Quest. I got ONE workout in before I started having problems. I tried to add my spouse to my account. Could not get that to work. Sent a message under ‘contact us’ in the app. No response whatsoever. Went back to the game and now it won’t boot up. At all. It says ‘loading’ then goes to three dots flashing sequentially. The game never comes up. I deleted the game from my Oculus, and re-downloaded. Same symptom. UPDATE: After sending an email as instructed, I received an immediate response and eventually we got all problems resolved. The blinking dots were indicating poor WiFi signal. Also I got my spouse added to my account with instructions from the support team. I will be purchasing after the trial period. We are enjoying the workouts very much!

Good and getting better. I have only been using VR since October 2020. I had to stop going to my kickboxing classes and I wanted to stay active. At first Supernatural was glitchy for me. It stopped in the middle of the class or froze. At 5’3 and 60 years old sometimes the settings seemed to reset themselves. One day I had to jump to reach the overhead targets. I ended up with a shoulder tendinitis! I have reset my height and squat depth at least twice in the past month. The last two updates seem to have improved some of my problems. I would like to be able to go from one exercise “class” to another without the cool down and warm up when I decide that I’d like to work a little longer. To the person asking for a longer warm-up or cool down, they should consider on of the short stretching classes.

Not worth it. I’ve had this app for a year and will not be renewing. After much trial and error, there are only a few workouts that meet my criteria of “tolerable” music, and “good” choreography, and quite frankly I’m bored with them. Much of the choreography for most songs is still designed for a drummer seated at a computer desk (wrist motions) and they don’t provide a satisfactory workout. Supernatural…it’s ok to not have us hit a target on every percussion or bass beat (beat saber and others do this better anyway), just give us good workouts with choreo that makes sense!!! All I really want is to be able to mute the annoying trainers (there are too many trainers, they all repeat nonsensical platitudes and are distracting) and to pick the songs that I want to work out to so that I can design my own workouts. People have been asking for these simple changes since before I joined and apparently not listening to your customers is part of supernatural’s business plan. This app is going to bleed customers if you don’t listen to your users.

Want to MUTE the trainer? Try FOCUS MODE. It’s a great app. Workouts are well thought out. The annual price is a little high, but the value of music is worth it. My favorite workout programs are boxing. Have to say out of all the coaches, Coach DOC is the one we can leave unmuted. Has good energy, says what needs to be said, and let’s you workout. Once in awhile the homie might drop a story on you. Anyways, for everyone complaining about muting the coaches, TRY FOCUS MODE option within your workout. For everyone saying the customer support isn’t good… I don’t know who you have been emailing but customer support for SuperNatural is on point. 5 stars for the game, and the SuperNatural Team.

Not a gamer or a fitness buff. I’ve had a very difficult time wanting to exercise. It’s part of laziness, fatigue, long workdays. I saw this advertised on Facebook. First I bought the oculus quest, just to see if it was something I could use and not lose my sanity. I read some reviews of supernatural, Some people complained it was like the game beat saber, I actually found that beat saber gave me the foundation I needed to work out for supernatural. Another person wrote about the expense of $19 a month. Well if you try to get a fitness trainer and go to a decent gym (which isn’t open right now)You’ll spend more. I look at this is an investment in myself, and at 52 years old it’s about time. I love the platform, I love the different settings around the world, I look forward to working out. So for every person who thinks I’m not a gamer, or I don’t really like working out and I’m just going to stay fat - try it! Invest in yourself this is a great way to get fit.

Current glitches. I was given a VR for Mother’s Day this year (cause I really wanted one and I am not a flower person.). Specifically because I wanted to get supernatural. So many ads and I was really excited! I started working out right away! Mark is my favorite coach. (Just wanted to throw that in there). I have used this EVERYDAY for over 5 weeks and it’s been great. No problems… until the last update it made me do on Friday (7/8). I am in there for over an hour a day - I do the same 5 or 6 workouts and after the update, they glitch like crazy. I am not part of a group and not hooked up to friends. I work out for me. I go by the-number of strikes per song and the power I use to see if I’m doing better then the week or day before. Today - today was awful. The targets would glitch and even though I swung it wasn’t counted and reset my hits back to zero!!! So being a relational person I assumed it was my headset. It’s not. When I was sufficiently upset I transferred my account to my husbands headset and started over. Nope!! Still glitches in all the workouts I tried to use. PLEASE, PLEASE fix this!!! I personally love this program and it’s has done so many good things for me. (15 lbs in 5 weeks). I never miss a day and I don’t want to go to another app because this one is frustrating lately.

Really good, but not perfect. Pros: The workouts are varied with different music and different trainers and really gets you sweating and your heart pumping. A great way to do cardio. Backgrounds are beautiful. Leanne and Raneir are awesome! Cons: cool downs frequently stretch either shoulders or legs, not both. I’ve been using the app for over a month (I have a yearly subscription) and it’s getting a little repetitive. Really would benefit from a lot more backgrounds and some more moves. I wonder if you could have things to jump over. Pretty expensive for what you get. Overall, I really like the app and it gets me a great cardio workout! I’m just starting to crave some variety and I’m only 1 month in. I wonder how I’ll feel in 10 months. I’ll echo what another user wrote that this app would greatly benefit from multiple profiles so that my wife could also use it (don’t get greedy—include in the monthly price).

Working up the sweat and heart rate and having fun with Supernatural.. Supernatural offers the perfect opportunity for me to workout at home and on my own schedule. I feel like I am in the gym with a private instructor, but I have the convenience of having the workout at my home, office or wherever I travel with my Oculus Quest 2. I particularly like the fact that workouts are designed to focus on different muscle groups and that I can choose workouts that suit my time available or level of intensity desired. The music, scenery and coaching make it a pleasure. There are some occasional glitches that cause the workout to freeze, but this does not occur often. I do wish I could use the app to predetermine a workout schedule in advance such that logging into Supernatural with my Oculus would automatically pick up the workout(s) I had scheduled.

Worth every penny- because I actually use it. I work from home 8 hours a day and have 3 kids so it’s been really difficult for me to find the time (and motivation) to exercise. With this, I can literally fit in whatever length of workout I am able to for the day. Motivation is never an issue because it’s super fun and the coaches are all awesome. Honestly, the ability to throw on the VR and do a quick 2 songs barefoot and in my pajamas has removed the last roadblock for me. I used to be a runner before I injured my knees and I found the “getting ready for a run” routine to be a challenge to my motivation. The only things I have found myself wishing for are: the ability to search by length of workout AND intensity level at the same time, and the ability to sort workouts by whether they focus on upper or lower body. My scraggly arms need a rest sometimes and I’m trying to find more squat/ lower body exercise routines while they rest 😊

It’s more than a workout. I see people complaining about wanting to turn the coaches voices off and they seem to be missing the point entirely of what Supernatural is. Yes, it’s a workout, but it’s also a way to train your brain into liking who you are. The coaches constantly give you reasons to keep positive about who you are and praise you for doing what you’re doing. It’s just as much of an emotional workout as it is physical. This is not for the person who critiques gym workouts for others or feels the need to have a MTFU sticker on their truck. Drop your ego and just enjoy the positive community as well as the helpful coaches.

Best thing for this old blind lady!. When I found this app on my husband’s Oculus Quest 2 I was a doubter. As a senior blind woman with very low vision in one eye and no vision in the other. I had no idea I could use this app! However I gave it a try, having no 3-D vision I could still use the app! It is a miracle to me, imagine that you can’t just go out and have a run, or the gym and need help working the equipment. I love this app, it is the most amazing tool for me. I have been exercising everyday and I am getting healthier, stronger and losing some weight. Thank you to the developer and the creative way to help a low vision person feel normal.

I’m working out and enjoying it!!. I’ve never written a review for an app before, but I saw that Supernatural actually replies to reviews so it’s great to see that they’re reading and taking feedback, so here’s mine: I love ALMOST everything about this app, the workouts are fun, exhausting and they’re something I look forward to doing every single day. Coaches are entertaining and fun, the music is energizing, the views are spectacular and it’s just such a great idea. I think the cost is a bit too much or maybe if there was different options like monthly, 6 month and yearly, it would help. The fact that you HAVE to pay for an entire year at a time seems unreasonable. For ‘search’ I wish we had more options like searching by titles or even just selecting songs and ‘creating your own playlist workout’ it’s hard to go through a list especially when I get my workouts in between meetings with limited time but also when I DO have more time there’s no workout long enough. Overall it’s a very well designed and though out app. My free trial is expiring and although a bit excessive, I will purchase the app because I enjoy it THAT much And, just because I love that you’re reading please consider the ‘create your own workout’ option :)

Lacking a REALLY Important Feature. I struggled with deciding between 3 and 4 stars, as overall I have been enjoying the workouts. However, words cannot express how agitating it is to not be able to completely mute the trainer talk during workouts. I get their purpose, but shouldn’t users of a PAID app not be able to choose for themselves? Even worse, trainers will often sing along to the songs (loudly) or talk about personal things that are completely unrelated to the workouts. Note also that if you really need low impact workouts, there aren’t very many. I’m just under two weeks in and am already repeating the same workouts over and over again. Supernatural most definitely has promise, but these drawbacks are worth noting before you pull out that debit card to pay for this service.

This workout is fantastic.. I’ve been working out now with supernatural for almost 2 months. I absolutely love it; it’s challenging, immersive, and always leaves me excited for the next round of fun. It has all different types of music, and honestly I get the best workouts from the classical workouts. I use beat saber as well for fun, but this work out takes that type of immersive work out to a new level. I do have a few suggestions though for new workouts in the new year. I am absolutely loving the workouts at two different types of classical music. I’m a big film scores fan and I think it would be amazing to have some workouts based on some of our favorite movie scores. Other than that is a fantastic app and I wouldRecommend it for anyone

Love BUT would love some options. First of all I’ve started this two weeks and haven’t missed a day. I love the variety of workouts and the fact I can adjust them to my needs (bad knees!!). Totally love having classical, musicals and 80’s music to workout to! What I’d love to see options for is - turn off the coaches voices during workouts. After awhile you’ve heard the same childhood stories over and over and sometimes it gets annoying. Also I’m concentrating on the beat and enjoying the music. Another option is I would like to be able to skip warmup and cool downs as I do two workouts back to back. I don’t want to cool down between them. Thanks for offering the workouts and the music! Can’t wait for new collections and even more classical music! Perhaps some Rachmaninov? 😀

Good but not as great as it used to be. This is still my favorite workout, but I love it less since it’s gone more mainstream with both the community attitudes, and changes to the workouts. The majority of the workouts released now are boxing, which doesn’t work as well for my body or my soul as the original flow workout. Between the change in workouts and the choice of musical lately, I now go several days before finding a new workout I like, whereas there used to be at least one every day. I tried writing to customer feedback about this and they were just like no you’re wrong. The customer service is less great than it used to be too. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Great software, very bad support. I used to love supernatural. I’ve been talking about it with all of my friends. Last February I had to have a dental surgery and doctors asked me to avoid exercising for 6 months. On march my first baby was born. Our life goes crazy I just forgot to call them or email asking for a pause in my annual plan. It’s been 8 months without even login. Today I sent an email explaining my situation and asking them for some extension on my annual plan. They offered me 1 month extension and I feel they was a little rude. When I asked them to check the logs to see I was not lying about not been able to use, they told me they found some use in august ( maybe 2 days my nephew was in our house, asking me to try the oculus and all the softwares ). I’ve explained it but they asked me to send some medical records to prove what I was saying. Really ? The annual subscription is less than 200 dolars. They should know it was never about money, but about customer support and client satisfaction. Its sad, but this is a perfect example on how a terrible customer support could ruin a great product. Even loving to use the software, I’ll not renew my subscription.

Has great potential. I just got this today for my quest 2, and am already impressed. I had ankle surgery a few months ago, and am always looking to find low impact activities to get back into shape. After using this for just a few hours, I am sure I haven’t even discovered most of what the software has to offer, however, I am thoroughly impressed with what is it already. I see that the company also monitors reviews which is great for constant process improvements, so I will give you one request that does seem at least a bit more attainable, than some of the others I have seen. I know it takes a long time to create the workouts, and having to create one for every song out there, doesn’t seem feasible. However, it would be great if there was a search option, and if a song you’re looking for is in a workout somewhere, it can just take you to that specific workout. I find myself wondering if there is a song I’m looking for in a workout somewhere, and if it was, I would do that entire workout anyways, not just the one song. I hope that makes sense. Either way, I am excited to see what you guys do with this app in the future. And I’m happy I can continue to avoid the gym, and embarrass myself in the comfort of my own home. Cheers!

Great workout. I don’t usually write reviews but I have to say this is the best VR exercise I have ever used. Every morning I look forward to a new workout at an amazing location. The workout routines are for every level with music to match your mood. Supernatural has coaches that are up beat and helpful. I feel like I have my own personal trainer, traveling around the world and having fun while I workout. That being said, my only criticism is I would like to see more locations. Sometimes the locations are repeated for different workouts, although beautiful and not places I would ever get to, I would like to see more. Supernatural is well worth the price.

Best VR Workout App Ever!!. I just want to start out by saying how happy I am that I found this app when I purchased an Oculus a month or so ago. I’d been searching for something to help me on my fitness and weight loss journey and let me just say….I’ve Definitely found it with Supernatural! I love the boxing workouts the most, but I also enjoy the flow ones too. I love all of the trainers and the way they keep me motivated throughout the workouts. I love the way they have low, medium, and high intensity workouts, so I’ve been able to build myself up at my pace. The Quick Hit workouts are amazing and I try to do a couple of them each day just to get me started. Supernatural has changed everything for me. They’ve made working out fun for me and I love that the most. I do the paid subscription and I feel like it’s the best money that I’ve spent on an app ever. Thank you guys for putting so much work into this app and making it the best fitness app I’ve ever seen. So many different workouts and different intensity levels and the absolute best music to get you up and moving. I recommend this to everyone I know and I will continue to. Keep up the amazing work and thank you again! I’m off to go box some more. Who’d ever thought that working out could ever be this much fun? Not me that’s for sure. ;) A Million Stars from me!!

Love it, cheaper and more fun than a gym membership. The exercise that's best is the one you will keep doing. I have enjoyed Dance Central and Beat Saber, but this is my new favorite. I like the new knee strikes content. What I like best though is the wide variety of music. From Disney to Doobie Brothers, symphonies to Skrillex, and I have even enjoyed hearing music I haven't heard before. I don't mind the coaches, because they are there to coach you on form and motivation. I like also being able to filter quickly to get the workout I need for the day. It's obvious that a lot of work is put in to these workouts. I really hope that you will keep putting out new ones.

I like it, but not sure if I like it enough. I am using VR movement games to rehab after an injury, and thought Supernatural would be right up my alley. I love the scenery, like the motions it requires, and like the variety of workouts. However, I’ve seen some reviews that mention things I’d like to comment on as well: The variety of music is good, but it would be amazing to be able to pick and choose the songs you want your workout to consist of, rather than enjoy two songs and tolerate three. I like the availability of a trainer, but I don’t like having them on over the music throughout the workout; it would be nice to be able to toggle the voice in or out as desired. It would also be nice to be able to toggle the lunge triangles out of the workout if necessary, as sometimes I am able to do them, but sometimes I physically cannot. We are in the trial period and deciding whether to continue; the price is fine if we both like it and will use it. We are used to paying for the gym and this is a good alternative to public gym cardio.

An amazingly fun and strenuous workout. I’m having so much fun working out to Supernatural! I’ve worked out my whole life, utilizing weights, cardio, indoor/outdoor and am in good cardiovascular shape. I’m a sweaty, tired mess after doing just a medium intensity workout! Don’t let that scare you, though! I feel this is like all exercise : you’ll get out of it what you put into it. I love the immersive feel and despite another comment I read, I feel the trainers do a great job of making comments and reminders during the workout. It’s my understanding that you can turn those comments off, if you want, but I find them helpful. I’m totally digging the boxing workouts, which is something I’ve never done; they’re so much fun and what a great workout! Last bit of praise: I love that my brain is totally engaged, so it’s like a mental workout and a mental vacation from outside stresses. I love to travel, so the realistic destinations are awesome, too!

I actually want to work out every day now. I’ve used this app for a few months now, and I am still so happy. I’ve never enjoyed working out, but now I look forward to it. Each coach offers something different for me, and there’s a wide variety of music to choose from. They also upload new workouts every single day. I can’t think of one bad thing to say. I’m obsessed and I wish everyone knew how awesome it was. When Coach Leanne calls me an athlete, I believe her. She’s become almost like a life coach for me. Coach Raneir always makes me laugh. Coach Mark makes me feel flirty. Coach Dwana makes me feel nurtured. And Coach Doc is good for those more laid back and calm vibes. I love them all.

Can’t buy the membership!. Have spent six hours zeroing out my software and hardware trying to get my Supernatural app to let me buy my membership but it will not let me. I made the mistake of signing up for it on thei website initially using an email address and this confused the app when I tried to carry over any sign on to the Oculus or to my phone app. I gave up and then a year later decided again to wade into the morass of “there is already an account with that email address” issues but six hours later still epic fail. I cannot click the final Buy button on either of my membership accounts. I literally got one single day of free trial one year ago. I deleted everything but I can’t buy the annual membership.

Great music, instructors ruin it. Changing my review to 1 star until there’s an option to mute the instructors during the workouts. The thing that differentiates this app from others is the great selection of music, not the “coaches”. Their persistent talking, singing along, telling stories, even yelling (and the occasional “uppercut, jab, bob, weave”) is annoying beyond belief. Never once has one of them said something during a workout that was beneficial to my goals, but what they have done is ruin every single song for me. Why can’t I have the option to mute them if they’re ruining my experience? If others like listening to them, great, don’t mute, but why force them on me and others that don’t want to hear them during their workout? Even with the instructor volume on the lowest setting they drive me crazy. Every single one of them.

Canceled my gym membership lol. I hate almost all types of cardio exercises; I never dance because I don’t know how. Like to hike and really want to see stunning views of nature, but tired of strong sunlight, endless trails, hate being sweaty and know that you couldn’t get a shower soon. If that sounds like you, you’ll love this game(workout). Plus, it brings me a lot of new type of amazing music that I normally won’t listen to! Plus plus, this is the first time I am patient to write an app review. Guess why? I just finished two hard level challenges on this game, and now I am enjoying the cool down time, thinking about a shower then a beer haha.

Was great until I paired my iPhone. Absolutely addicted until I downloaded the companion app on my phone. Then it said I wasn’t a member even though I’ve been paying for it for two months. After following the app on my phone and pairing it with my supernatural on my oculus, it takes me to the page asking me to choose a membership (which I already have). It won’t let me leave that page. I looked everywhere on the app on my phone and there’s nowhere to get help. I absolutely love this app but there is no way out of this dead end. I find it additionally ironic that the app support on this very page doesn’t work. You can only write a review. No end to this frustration. Though I’m getting charged, I can’t use it bc it’s eternally stuck on that page.

Feels like it was plucked from my dreams.. This app is exactly what I’ve always wanted. Im a daily VR user and I’ve spent over 1K hours in Beat Saber. BS was my favourite VR game, but I’ve always wanted more. Well Supernatural is the perfect fusion of Beat Maps and experience that makes the difference. This is a must try for every VR user who works out. (1 star deducted because of bug where I can’t save my Bio. It just spins for a second and then goes back to Done. Pls fix)

Great work out but.... I am still on my month trial and ran into many annoying bug. Today ran into three of them again. My wife got addicted to it as well and ran into the half screen black out that required to have the oculus to be rebooted. Then in the second workout the workout didn’t registered.... well that’s a bummer but it was a short one. Then I went in and my 30 min workout bugged at the very end and the program hung at the very end of the cool down and never registered the workout. Did another work out and that one registered. Is it an oculus issue or an app issue?

So.... Okay the workout you get is great. However the actually format is awful. Every few moments you get lost in the targets, which then takes you out of the actual work out. They want it to be a fun game which is amazing And a good direction but there are times when you turn left and just get bombarded with targets requiring the opposite side bat to be used. Don’t get me wrong it is a good workout but they need to fix a few things A. Realize this is a work out first a game second B. Switch the target flow to allow for confidence to be maintained. C. If you miss a few targets the system should accommodate for that with slight adjustments to the targets and gradually bring you back to their intensity. I stopped for a while 3 minutes to see what would happen and the trainer said “great job” I can 100% see this becoming a great program and it’s worth checking out for the free trial.

Great songs. I really love the fact that they have songs from the 70s 80s and even have workouts with hair bands. My kind of music Most workouts now a days have hip hop music and that’s not my cup of tea. The coaches get you really motivated. I feel energized. Keep those hair band work outs coming please.

Good and recommendation. Hello, I really like the idea of working out the good music and it really help me to continue. I would be happy if you could add a bon jovi workout or the new album epic the musical by jorge riviera-herrans.

Watch app sucks. I love the phone app. But the watch app is terrible. It keeps adding to the exercise total even after hitting “stop tracking”. You have to go in the recent apps and close it, but even then, the “start tracking” button pops up randomly on the watch and starts adding to the daily total.. I was very happy to find a vr exercise app that tracked HR but very disappointed in the crappy app. Will not be renewing after the free trial

Worth every penny!. Absolutely love this platform. It’s unique, has amazing commentary/workout guides, and the music is very grooving! First time I was sweating today, and the complimentary sweat guard is fantastic. I will be paying for this for a year after my free trial, way to go. (A lot better than any other VR workout game I’ve tried!)

Too expensive!. Great idea and very well executed but WAAAAAAAAAAAAY too expensive at $25/month cdn. With the pandemic making it difficult to make ends meet I thought this would be perfect. Maybe if they lower the price at some point. You would think companies would be sympathetic towards people during this time but I guess it’s just another way to take advantage and make a buck. Shame.

Finally an enjoyable way to workout!. I have been using Supernatural for more than a year now on my oculus quest 2. I’ve never been able to stick to a work out like I have been with Supernatural. This year they have added a ton of new music and new workouts. New workout are dropped everyday. With the addition of knee strikes to the boxing workout, it is now truly a full body workout. No matter which musical genre do you like, be it EDM, country, pop, rock, 80s, Oldies, Musicals or Alternative you will find music that you know and love.

Changes to the game. It has been 3 days I have been playing and I already have an opinion of this game. First off, nothing has made me want to workout so much. However, I thought this game would be bigger: (1) there is not enough coaches; (2) I am already at the hardest tracks and hitting over 90% accuracy. It would be interesting to see an ultra hard level. Furthermore, I would LOVE to see a creator platform for this game where people can create new and interesting workouts, like Fortnite. It’s certain that an expert would have to approve of the create training for the safety of players. This game should not stagnate, it’s too good for that.

Good but could be better. It’s mostly good but it would be nice to be able to search by band or by song. Being able to make your own playlists of preferred songs would be awesome. Being able to skip a song you don’t like would be great and a way to mark tried but disliked would be awesome. I’ve stopped a playlist because I just couldn't/wouldn’t do the song. Then accidentally tried the playlist again a day later just to get super annoyed. They need to add more music types and not just group so many together like Latin/ jazz/world all in spot.

Decent. It’s a little light right now but I really appreciate the thought behind it! Love the settings and coaching. Some bugs to work out. Really wish I had more control like skipping a lot of onboarding (had to do it twice). It’s not easy or clear how to pause without exiting the app. What I would like to see are more focused workouts like legs in general. Back. Something other than beat Sabre-like moves. Hoping it’ll get better! Also hoping fitbit integration will come soon. UPDATED: I really wish they would consider the use case that some people simply do not have a mansion of space to use! I asked about workouts that don’t require you to turn around and I was told the Light intensity tracks don’t do this. And of course some do. So I just smashed my hand on the wall. Please please let us choose workouts that you don’t have to spin more than 180 degrees.

Amazing App. So good for working out, unfortunate that it doesn’t work with Fitbit though. I get Fitbit might not give away the APIs you guys need or something but it still sucks :(. Workouts are unmatched though, I hate cardio but this always gets me going

Life saver. I don’t agree with someone here saying too much content for older people! There is so much selection available that people can easily create a workout session with the music they like! The coaches comments I agree become a bit tiring after hearing them multiple times but from what I understand they cannot be completely turned down because of copyright issues so I just turn the volume for the coaches down in older versions! The community is very uplifting and supportive. This app makes you want to work out and developing a habit of regularly exercising becomes a breeze! I use oculus meta quest 2 80% for exercising, the surroundings are incredible and the coaches very likeable and the actually take part in the online community and sometimes respond to individual comments! If you have medical issues like high blood pressure and diabetes I highly recommend this app!

Music for boomers. Great way to get hours and hours of workouts in while playing a game. Just disappointed by the music sometimes. I wish they catered less to boomers and more to younger millennials. I really don’t enjoy working out to oldies, country, classic rock or anything that sounds like 80s hair band. My ears bleed when I hear lady Gaga’s Bad Romance. How many times can one work out to that or that annoying ‘hip hop hurray’ song?! That’s on today’s routines again. Sometimes annoying songs like that are repeatedly mixed in different playlists. Why would you use that song once let alone 2 3 times. Playlists get ruined a bit by repeating annoying songs. Also, why can’t I turn the coach voices completely off? Dated slang and personal stories I can’t relate to while I’m trying to work out it’s so annoying, it’s like the coaches are talking for my mother not me. Finding myself rolling my eyes at it trying to get through one more recent playlist without feeling the music. The drum and bass, electronic, modern hip hop and punk rock playlists especially with new tracks are good! But I’m always going back in time to redo those old routines bc a lot of the new content comes out for an older generation. Worked out to ‘Black & Yellow like 10 times thoughout the routines. Why are songs repeated so much?

Life Changing ❤️. This app is not just a fitness app for me. It’s a savior during this very difficult years. It helps me not just for my physical but most importantly for my mental health and well-being. I don’t know how I would make it if I didn’t find this program. Supernatural for life!

Awesome! Minus the Apple Watch. Love this app so far. Great workouts. But the watch app is to disconnected from the experience. You have to manually turn it on and off. Ewwww. Plus it seemed to disconnect or freeze. My heart rate wasn’t showing up in the app and it appeared frozen when I glanced down at my wrist (90 BPM mid workout.. which was impossible haha).

Companion App is a nice touch. As I’ve come to expect from Supernatural, the companion app is smooth and convenient. I love that I can select workouts to try so I’m ready to go when I slip on the headset. My only suggestion would be allowing us to rate completed workouts in the app as I frequently forget to do so on the final workout screen.

Workout app disguised as a game!. This is an amazing tool for keeping fit and the community is fantastic - The subscription cost is a barrier to entry in a good way, most aren’t under 30y. New work out every day, professionally choreographed beat maps, awesome music from a variety of genres. Great way for an adult to keep in shape and expand their music knowledge and meet some new friends. Join the group on Facebook.

Excellent!. Love the app, workouts, coaches and community. Thanks for keeping us fit!

Finally great way to exercise. I love this app it’s so much fun.

Watch app won’t turn off. Do I have to erase the watch app before I can see my chosen watch face again? Even after I force quit the app, it turns itself back on and supersedes all other functions.

The BEST workout. All I gotta say is, I love this app so much that I want to work out multiple times a day and I’m always looking forward to the next time I can work out. Super duper fun.

Super fun. The most fun I’ve had exercising in a long time! So nice to work out to music that isn’t rap or techno noise, although there are those options for those who enjoy those genres. I look forward to my daily workouts now. Love the coaches, the amazing scenery and the huge variety of music, workouts, stretching and meditations. Well worth the price of subscription, and I rarely say that. I’m definitely losing some inches, and feeling a whole lot more energetic. Well done Supernatural team!

Overpriced. Can't have on both my oculus. I have 2 oculus. They control the number of transfers I do. So I cant use it with my girlfriend unless I pay $50 a month. We'll go to the gym instead. This is a very basic game. Not worth that much.

Refreshing Challenge. I love this app. I haven’t been able to be at all consistent due to countless happenings this month. My free trial is about up and I just now opted for the yearly membership based on the fact that though I already knew this app is fun and legit (even with the limited WO options I have seen in the past) but when I just now logged on I discovered several WO’s that I didn’t even know were available! SOLD. SO SOLD. Way to keep it fresh with different songs...especially RETRO. MORE! MORE! I’m in for at least a year!

Great App, needs more diverse music!. I love the app it’s fun and the workouts are great (I especially love the warmups and meditations). The app pairs seamlessly with the oculus and is very straightforward. My only complaint is that all of the music falls into a few broad categories... I don’t think it’s nessecary to have a ton of the same kind of music that appeals to the most people, rather a wider variety of music so someone can find a good workout with music they like and stick to it! I for example would love just one workout compromised entirely of show-tunes that I could do every day consistently and wouldn’t have to waste time wading through music that isn’t really to my taste?

Really enjoy this!. I absolutely love supernatural. As a person who struggles to make myself workout I have found this app to be a huge motivator for me. The streaks keep me coming back, and the music is fantastic. I don’t mind paying a subscription when the product is so good. I love all the trainers, and I find their input to be helpful and they make it fun right when I find my body wanting to peter out. The gamification of exercise is a huge win! I love the experience and the workouts get me sweating. I call it my Jedi training and it is a nice break from the world and I get point for exercise too! Thanks y’all. Love the addition of boxing, now I try to do a flow (Jedi training for me) and a boxing when I log in. Nice to mix it up. This app is the only reason I purchased oculus and what I show people when I pull it out for non-users. I was sold when a friend showed me. Bravo SN fam! Can’t wait to see what awaits….

Love this app. Great app. I love the filters and being able to mark favorites. Haven’t seen the new changes where you can filter with only workouts that you haven’t done like it stated with an update. Would love it if you came up with more stretching workouts that were longer. Would be nice to have an option for a 15-20 min stretching session on down days or when you’re feeling tight.

Getting motivation when I’ve never found it before!. This app is a total game changer for me! I’m 51, hate gyms, not a fan of working out, but this is beautifully done. It’s fun, effective, I’m OBSESSED!!! The workout is over before I know it and I feel like I’ve accomplished something. I have energy, I’m more cheerful, feel better overall, and it’s all done in my basement. For the first time, I look forward to a workout, it’s not a chore. Coaches are GREAT, too, BTW. Overall, my favorite Oculus game.

Incredible imagery, music, and challenging exercises!. This game is absolutely incredible! The 360 high def imagery (real locations around the world), cool new music, and the upbeat trainers make you want to workout! I had been playing lots of the other popular games (superhot and beat saber), but this game takes it to a whole other level for exercise! If you’re stuck at home these days and need a way to get great exercise and “escape” for a bit, this game is definitely for you! I highly recommend this one.

Needs option for multiple profiles. Only used the app for a day but I can definitely see myself using and subscribing - anything that makes a work out actually fun is something I’m down for! The only thing that gives me pause is the inability to have multiple profiles. What happens if my wife wants to use it? We have to recalibrate and then the tracking is all messed up. This simple little fix (and don’t be greedy, it should be included with the $19/mo) would take this 4 star, turn it into a 5, and guarantee a subscriber.

Cardio had never been more fun. I am in love with this program. The companion app allows me greater freedom in planning my workouts as well as checking out my leaderboard and sending kudos to my fellow athletes. I didn’t give five stars only because there are some bugs that are being worked on and addressed. I will say though that the support team is very responsive and loves feedback. Big plus. Anyone debating on the supernatural app. Debate no more. This girl hates the gym and complains through all workouts. This. Is. FUN!! I have not missed a day in almost two months!

Overall review. I’ve been using the app for about 3 weeks and here are some pros and cons. Pros: - IOS app easy to use. App in the oculus quest 2 very easy to use as well - Great music selection - Nice trainers - Beautiful scenery - Very fun workouts. Felt motivated. Cons: - Buggy. Sometimes it freezes halfway through a session. Very annoying as you have to restart and lose where you were. - Low type exercises are kind of slow but moving to a medium there is a huge difference. Medium are way too complex compared to the low, making it sometimes frustrating as you don’t want to do low exercises but the medium are too hard. Low too easy, medium too hard. There should be something in between. - Wish there was a way to sort more within the genres. They are a bit too generic or general. - Wish there was a way to sort on types of exercises, for example wanting to see only ab specific or arms specific. - Navigation in the oculus quest 2 is sometimes confusing. The UX should be better.

Let the trainers do their thing, overpriced. The trainers are all great. It’s a shame management doesn’t let them do proper length warm ups and cool downs. They are 1 min and should be 3-5. (There is a skip button so this should not be an issue). Also as the workouts are cardio most should be 20-30 or more minutes in “the zone” but most are under 20 in the zone so you don’t get the cardio benefits. Again the trainers know this. Let them do their job! The pricing model needs to change. You should just charge an upfront price and if you need a monthly fee for music royalties a few bucks at most would cover it. This costs more than some in person gyms!

Love this app!. I love this app. It transports you to many beautiful places, it challenges and inspires you both emotionally and physically. I have added several beautiful places to my travel bucket list because of this app. I do believe there’s room for improvement! I would love to see more hard rock songs, from artists such as: Rise Against, Three Days Grace, Anberlin etc, as well as more country songs! I would also like to see more ways to more easily drill down to select a workout that’s right for you, and also see longer workouts. Overall one of the best VR apps out there! I can’t wait to see how they will continue to grow and improve. Leanne and Antonio are my two favorite coaches.

It’s Missing One Thing IMO. I’ve been loving Supernatural and how easy this service makes it to stay consistent with my workouts. The coaching, the routines and music keep me coming back nearly daily. My only problem is that on the mobile app, the workouts completed don’t show the date that they were completed them on. Showing data like 14 mins ago, 4 days ago, etc. isn’t helpful especially for those of us who might submit workouts to employer groups or insurance carriers for health incentive based rewards. I hope that the developers of this app are willing to pivot to this change in one of the next updates.

Love it!. I need knee replacement surgery but want to lose weight before surgery. Supernatural let’s me determine what I am capable of. I can adjust how low I squat or lunge, or I can work from a stationary position if necessary. Coaches are fabulous they all are encouraging, and provide tips or insights that are helpful, positive and motivating. I started out with 15 minutes a day, I worked through one of their workout programs that included exercise, stretching and meditation and it was a game changer. Now I look forward to working out.

I’m at a loss of words...😍. I usually don’t write reviews but..I’ve decided this has to get one! I played beat saber for awhile and truthfully it wasn’t that great to me ((I’m more of a person that likes rpgs)) I didn’t really like it..sure beat sabers fun and all..just..not my taste and I stumbled across supernatural and I thought it was a calming app NOT a workout app But..I’m so glad that I’ve tried it...I never really sweat with beat saber but supernatural it got to the point where I couldn’t stop sweating ((I know gross lol)) and the trainers are SUPER ENCOURAGING!!!! I love them all ((might have a favorite but I won’t tell ;) I did my first workout today and when I was finished I said “oh ok..that must’ve been set on hard” and when I checked it was low intensity xD so that’s..something I’m SUPER EXCITED TO TRY THIS AS MUCH AS I CAN! and start my weight loss journey Keep up the good work..because it is truly amazing and I love it! I bought the yearly subscription ((which I never ever do)) but I couldn’t pass up on something like this.. Keep up the good work!

A workout that’s not boring. I think this app is the greatest invention in the history of working out for those of us with ADHD. It’s gotten me to consistently use it 4-5 times a week all year. It’s INTERESTING and stimulating (music, scenery, movement, instructions,) CHALLENGING (you will feel like you’ve been pushed,) URGENT (you have to stay alert to hit the balls that come at you fast) NOVEL (everyday there’s a new workout with new music) It puts you in a flow state and you feel like you could do it forever, but it kindly tells you when to stop. If you’re ADHD, this is the workout program you’ve been looking for.

I want my watch back. I love the app, works great, my big issue is I have it connected to my Apple Watch, most days, not all days. Every time I look at my watch all I see is the Supernatural yellow start tracking button on my watch face. All I want to do is see the time and the watch face I have chosen, not the Supernatural Yellow button. I turn it off, after 5 seconds it automatically starts back up, it’s truly frustrating, I want the app linked, but I want to use my watch as I always have until I loaded the Supernatural app. Fix this issue, you got a 5 star app.

Unfrknblvbl ~ So Much Fun!!!!!. Talk about stepping out of current reality into beautiful outdoor scenes where I get to train like a Jedi with cool lightsabers and super fun drills & great music... But my biggest surprise is that I actually felt a ton of anxiety totally disappear during my workout and that feel-good feeling lasts afterward. Plus, in normal at home workouts I find myself counting the minutes until it’s done, but not with this. It’s like riding my horse. I love it so much I naturally keep going back for more... Highly recommend!!!!!

So frustrated. I would LOVE to keep using this app if they would just take and keep my money!!! They take the money out of my account and then send me an email saying my card is not valid. IF ITS NOT VALID WHY ARE THE CHARGES GOING THROUGH ON MY END?? and support? They basically tell you “not my problem” and won’t resolve anything. This app is one of the only things helping me get a set workout routine going and I seriously want to keep it. Don’t know how I’m supposed to do that if you won’t keep my money. 🙃

Need update to pair with Apple Watch. I love the game think is a lot like beat saber but more exercise focused, I had fun with it I’m still on my trial don’t know if I will stay yet, but I would love to have it connected to my Apple Watch it would be so cool to have all my exercise tracked down by my watch and that way I can count it towards my burned calories and exercise tracking 👌🏼

This is my gym - blows Peloton away. The subscription price is totally worth it. I love every moment of these workouts. Yes I’m in physical pain, but the fun and sense of reward is so huge. Yes $20 a month is a lot if you just think of it as an app or game. But this is a TOP quality workout with legit trainers, and different every day (so far at least). I hope they can keep it up and I will gladly start paying once the trial is over. I just hope that others do the same and can see that this is the future of home workouts.

Love it but….. I love this app. I’m now on Hard workouts and getting a great workout. A couple things that should be updated (unless they are and I don’t know how to you the app lol) is the option to start a workout in the middle of the workout. My headsets reset and now I have to start the whole workout over instead of choosing what song I was left in. And one more thing that would be awesome is choosing which song, songs and playlist with the option of the level difficulty. I would Defs rate it a 5 otherwise! Still so fun

Worth it 100%. I recommend this for anyone who has trouble with consistently working out. They always have me coming back for more. There is everything for every kind of energy level and I highly recommend all my friends this app. They really know how to make a work out feel more rewarding. The coaches on here are phenomenal and the music choice is top-tier. Best work APP at out here

I’m excited to workout everyday. I get home excited to workout everyday! I’ve been using the system for a month now and I’ve already picked favorite coaches( coach Doc & coach rainier) and favorite workout theme (flow like water) there’s just something that pulls you in and even when you think you can’t go any longer the adrenaline rush paired with the music just brings you back into focus I find my self finishing 3-4 20 minute sessions each day it’s that good and I hope they remain with the concept.

51 yes old and love it!. I am almost 51 (12 days) I am about 30 lbs over weight but have always loved to work out but have problems finding something to do that gets me motivated & like it. Well I found it! I got my Oculus as a Christmas present, found this a few days later. And it’s safe to say I’m addicted!! I’ve only missed 3 days since I started! 🙌🏻 I feel my muscles building especially in my core, now hopefully the weight will start coming off! The only negative I would say is sometimes it’s a little glitchy, but they are on it right away. They listen to suggestions and I love it! Real life meets VR for me!!

Good but needs a little help. I really do enjoy the workouts but that being said for the $20 a month I should be able to customize my workout a bit more. I want to be able to replay a song so I can learn it… or skip a song that doesn’t motivate me. I really want to be able to have a list of favorites songs to workout to and not just favorite workouts … and the trainer talking constantly drives me crazy. You can lower the volume but you can still hear them.

Supernatural!. I love Supernatural and am obsessed! I’ve had it for about 6 weeks and both me and my husband have used it every single day! It’d be great if there was a way to search based on artist or song title. I love the music but sometimes can’t find the workout I want and end up spending several minutes looking through the different workouts. Keep up the great work!

Love this app. I’ve been playing SN for about 8 months now and I love it. Boxing was released today and it rounded it out for me. My only complaint is they allow up to 4 profiles per sub for your family, but they have to share the same headset and I would prefer us to be able to sweat it out in Separate headsets rather than sharing. Not wanting to share sweaty headsets aside, SN IS still a 5 star experience in my book.

Great app, keeps me coming back. An update to my previous review. Seems like software glitches that caused frequent app freezes have been addressed. Many thanks! This is a great exercise apps. Killer views and workouts that demand upper and lower body movement. My only remains complaint is: FOR THe LOVE OF GOD please tone down the constant flow of cliche self-improvement barrage from the coaches. Yes all of them. I don’t want to be told by a stranger how special I am and how amazing it is that I created a new self who is so amazing for using supernatural. That is not encouragement, it is a turnoff. There must be another way to inspire.

Great workout. App filters not working for me. I just started today. Loved the getting started workouts. I tried to search for more workouts in the companion app. The filters to filter by workout type (high, low, meditarion) as well as music genre are not working. Otherwise it is great. I see how to filter now. I was expecting tapping anywhere on a filter row to engage the filter. Seems you must tap to the right on the button.

Getting there…. I’m glad that there is now a search function for songs, and that we can actually request artists now, but the songs are still SO bad. I do t want to work out to songs from the 70s that my dad still listens to, nor do I want to work out to screamo bands, or electronic groups I’ve never heard of. It takes forever to pick a playlist because I’ll find one song I like but don’t want to endure 20+ minutes of a bunch of bad songs just to hear one that’s decent. Please get some better music selections.

I want to like this.... First, I like the fresh tracks and scenery but there are some definite me mechanics to work out. 1. When taking a long set of triangles, there are often markers directly after it that you cannot see until the last second. Missing them then throws off an often natural beat progression. 2. Maybe its my headset but the calibration is poor. Watching markers fly off into the distance is distracting and just reminds me to the fact that maybe the game is off or maybe my headset is off. Either way, its more frustrating than anything. 3. The flail factor is ridiculous. Im going to say that the patters are computer generated. Fine, but my left arm cant be in two places at the same time. The movements are sometimes so close, you cant make it, starting into a spiral of missed markers. Overall, its not there yet. Without more polish, im not keeping it past the 30 days. Ill go spend the money on Beat Saber and stick to BoxVR

Awesome. During quarantine I have been feeling really unaccomplished and lazy . I know that lots of people most likely feel that way . When my family bought me the oculus I goofed around on it for a few days and then I stumbled upon the Supernatural Demo. Within hours of doing the Demo my body felt sore and my muscles definitely were out of shape but that I have been doing it for about a week now my body no longer is in pain but feels like it is becoming healthier . This game is about as addictive as Tetris or Candy crush ! I also highly recommend the work outs with Leanne Pedants!

Few things have caused me such delight. The first time I tried this app I couldn’t connect because I was too far from my wifi point, however even the opening desert was so far the best scenery I’d seen so I tried it again today and had no problems. Okay let me just say I’ve been using Oculus Quest 2 for just two days and loved it, but my first sample workout on this...oh boy. When I got the bats I laughed like a little kid (I’m not). Just for that surprise and delight (which only comes from QUALITY) I give 5 stars :) Also it was an excellent workout

Good but Could be better. I like that this app keeps my attention and motivates me to exercise but it lacks full creative control with the music (I hardly know any of the songs). It would also be nice to listen to music while meditating. For 18 a month it would be nice if a friend could join me during sessions. I would also like to see yoga implemented at some point. Overall it’s good but not really worth the money yet. I would also like for it to take progress as it relates to calories and weight.

Absolutely worth it.. Don’t be deterred by the subscription. This isn’t a game that will wear out. It’s something you’ll want to play every day and in these days where most of us are at home without access to the gym, this is the most fun way to exercise and play at the same time. Do you know what a Peleton costs?? Try the trial if you don’t believe me. Also, the music isn’t just stock game music. It’s incredibly up to date and looks like it will stay that way. But quality costs.

Getting fit after 50!. I’m new to VR and not a gamer. I wanted to move and bought every physical movement app for my Oculus Quest. Supernatural is the best. Still needs work to reach an older buyer market and here is my two cents of advice...have a option to remove the triangles. They get hard on older knees and I want to workout every day. I want to do the harder workouts without the squats. A greater value to be able to do more. I also would like to see knee lifts (add a VR bar to be reached by a knee) give variety to the killer squats and side lunges. I also want to see my previous score when I repeat a workout. Fabulous 50s are goal oriented and measuring our progress is inspiring. Got to keep moving!

Great game, app doesn’t make sense. So I’ve started using the game and have really loved it. Having a trainer to help you stay on top of workouts is perfect for both VR & the world we live in with COVID. HOWEVER, the app’s point is to help show your fitness, to connect to your fitness device. How it doesn’t support Fitbit really confuses me. I spent over 2 hours trying to do everything to connect it (thinking the fault was on my side). Come to finally find out from an arbitrary Reddit post, they don’t even support Fitbit yet? To not have this listed in their app, or to have one of the most common fitness devices added really makes the app part pointless (and frankly left me frustrated).

Great app for motivating workouts!. As someone who has difficulty finding the time and motivation to squeeze in a workout regularly this app is fantastic. There is just the right amount of gamification, great visuals and top-notch soundtracks to keep me always wanting to hop back in and enough intensity to feel like it’s really worthwhile. The coaches are all good but Leanne is definitely my favorite. I would love to see more of her and see more female coaches!

Supernatural review. I must say best game by far.. I love the boxing workouts they’re my favorite, they also have all levels low(L) medium (M),& Hard (H) ,warm up and cool down. The only con is if you’re lacking on the workout the trainer will say good job. I’m still giving Supernatural 5 ⭐️.. If you follow directions and listen to your trainer’s You will get a 💯 % full body workout and drip 💧 sweat.. Absolutely love it..

Apple Watch and phone apps need work. Let me start by saying I love supernatural! My review is more about the iPhone and Apple Watch companion apps which need some work. The heart rate tracking feature needs to be manually started on your watch, so you have to take off your headset just prior to starting your workout to track accurate time, then immediately after completing your working you need to take off the headset to stop it. I forgot one evening and it tracked as a workout for 8 hrs while I slept, throwing off my activity stats. These cannot be edited later. They need to add the start/stop feature within the headset, or find a way to correlate the actual workout time to what is recorded similar to what the Nike workout app does.

I love this on the quest 2!. I haven’t been using the app much because I’m trying to stay off my phone, but supernatural is my favorite way to work out using the oculus quest. I’ve used the other fitness apps and while each has its pluses, this continues to be my daily driver. The positive messages you listen to while exercising in some of the worlds most beautiful places set this program apart. For me, the positive attitude of both the workouts and the online community are what keep me coming back.

Great for workout, awesome instructors!. I’m so excited for this app! I have been waiting for something like this to drop and this is better than I had imagined. Not only you get to workout enjoying beautiful scenery but the instructors are top notch. They are truly amazing and they make this app worth the steep $19 a month. I just hope that they keep improving the app and incorporate more innovative moves. The triangles are a bit confusing and feel like it can be a bit better tbh.

Good, But Needs Some Catching Up. I love this and get very frustrated with it at the same time. There’s no reason a person shouldn’t be able to make their own playlists. The targets are set to the music already so, other than the coaches being different for each song, it shouldn’t be a big deal to fix. I love the coaches and don’t mind mixing them up at all. I’m assuming there are others in the making, so I would like to see SN stay ahead of them. I still love this workout, the Coaches and the fun! Worth the price for now…

Give the lower workouts better music. Please give the low intensity workouts better music. I found a workout with a great playlist but it was medium. I tried to give it a shot but couldn’t do it and had to go back to low intensity with music that sounds like I’m walking through a H&M store. I wanna dance to savage remix too. I know “medium” sounds like a good choice for the artist thing y’all do cause it’s in the middle but it’s too difficult for some of us. I pay money for this. I wanna do a simple yet good workout to music I enjoy.

Fun. Hard level modes and overall feel are great. Gonna go ahead and be another person who subtracts one for price point. Real opportunity missed during COVID and quest2 to lower the fee and attract more people. You also need to keep in mind that a lot of your audience has probably not paid gym or personal trainer fees. I can’t admit to understand knowing how much licensing the music is, but most people would rather lose this than Netflix. Good job in short. May pay for this a month or two a year when I’m out of fun beat saber tracks.

5 star without coaches. 3 stars with them.. Overall I really enjoy Supernatural. It’s fun and burns a lot of calories, however, I find the coaches to be way too chatty during the workouts. The music and graphics are wonderful and you can get into a zone, but the coaches will take you right out of it with pointless blabber. I would silence them but you can only drop it to 30%….My understanding is that it has something to do with the music copyrights. Doesn’t matter. I’ve taken to turn the volume on the oculus down to zero and listen to playlists via Bluetooth earbuds. Fixes the problem and, honestly, if I hadn’t read somebody’s suggestion to wear earbuds I would have cancelled.

Replaced my gym during Covid.. The Supernatural experience has been incredible the last few months with Covid-19. It’s the best escape that keeps you in shape and. Hugging and puffing your own air and germs. The coaches are fun, and updates keep coming. I really hope they are able to lower the price with more users, compared to peloton and other workout apps, Supernatural is a bit steep, but still worth it while stuck indoors.

Good workout, but it needs to respond to heart rate. I just signed up for the monthly plan and did my low intensity first workout. I’m age 42 so my maximum safe heart rate is 178 and a good workout would be around 85% of that, so 151. I was wearing a polar heart strap and I averaged 160 for the entire workout with a max of 176. The app claims that it adjusts itself to ones ability. However, I was able to keep up technically so it seems it never backed off. Skirting the edge of my maximum heart safe rate though seems risky and averaging over 85% still isn’t ideal. I had to wait until the end of the workout to see this. There is no feedback mid exercise to let me know I was in dangerous territory.

Thanks for making me love working out again!. I am so happy that I discovered Supernatural! Like a lot of people, I put on some weight during quarantine and gave up the germ infested gym so I needed something that I could do at home and it doesn’t get any better than this. The workouts are so much fun! The music is AMAZING! They have a great selection of workouts and add more everyday so you never get bored. I appreciate having the coaches reminding me to breathe and use the correct techniques throughout the workout. I look forward to working out again! The subscription is worth every penny!

Incredible. Absolutely love it. Setup process is a breeze with iPhone, Apple Watch, and Oculus Quest. Can’t wait to see where this goes as it is absolutely awesome as it is. My only complaint is that the monthly subscription cost is too high. I live in the Deep South, where a gym membership is cheaper than this monthly. (Not an option at the moment due to COVID). But I would be more likely to let the monthly charge go through for years and forget about it hitting my bank account if it were only a couple of bucks versus $19.
