Best free app I have ever used. I have tried downloading several different apps and they just don’t cut out for me (pun intended). This app is by far simple , quick and reliable. Thank you so much for this creation.⚡️

Love this app. When trying to post videos to my IG stories it would always cut off the end. Then I was told about this app which splits it up so can post sections at a time so full video shows up. Thanks for helping me do the posts I want and not get cut off!

Doesn’t work even with pro purchase for longer videos. Extremely frustrating as it crashes over and over

Please allow video cuts longer than 60 seconds.. I was trying to split a video 2 minutes per clip and it did not have the option to split longer that 60 seconds. Also wanted to split a 15 minute video in 5 minute increments and it did not have that option either. Being a able to split a video from 1 to 20 minute increments would be awesome. I am hoping that you allow this option in the future. I payed for the premium option not knowing there was a limitation to the length of the clips, post cut. I do not care for a refund. I just hope you will upgrade this app the app in the future. It has a lot of potential. If you added a feature to split videos in 1/4 or 1/2 or even 1/8 increments that would be great too. Looking forward to an update.

Trash. Every single time I try to upload a video to split the app cuts off.

Keeps crashing. I just bought the pro version to split a longer than 2 mins video and when I choose the video the app just suddenly closes.. 😒

Malfunction?. I downloaded it.. upgraded a minute in and I’m still only allowed 60 seconds and the ads never stopped! Can someone tell me where to find the upgrade I purchased?

Useless. I bought this app to convert an 8 minute story only for it to crash everything I tried to convert it. A complete waste of my money and time. DO NOT BUY THIS APP! I even tried a shorter video, only to realize nothing would work.

Videos are not smooth. When the app splits into segments, some segments playback with rough, not smooth movements. I don’t know how to fix this.

Was great until... Hate that at first you could custom split videos up to like 15 seconds without getting the plan and then you guys changed it where that you can’t do any custom times at all without getting a plan. Please change that back?

It’s almost awesome,. App is cool, just wish it was compatible with AirPods. Soon as you try to edit AirPods automatically disconnect. So if your trying to cut your stories in a public place better have plug in headphones and or use the phones speaker: I use AirPods all the time, so it’s a bummer for me. But I like the app! Ps. This is for AirPod lovers.

Perfect Execution, Simple, A+. I never write reviews or rate apps, but I had to make an exception. This app does exactly what it says it does, and does it flawlessly. The interface is simple and easy to use. No watermarks. The free version allows you to trim videos up to 2 minutes in length, and it is ad supported, showing you ads between actions The paid version (there are two options, a one year subscription for 1.99, or a lifetime purchase for 5.99) removes the time limit, and also goes ad-free. Being able to trim long videos into 60 second bites for TikTok is its best feature. I was happy to pay 6.00 for this app. I use their EXIF app and it’s just as great.

Functional HOWEVER. I needed clips longer than 60 seconds for a long form video. This limitation isn’t outlined anywhere in the app. You also have to go through a paywall to edit a video longer than a couple minutes. So only after I bought the subscription was i aware of this apps limitations. They state that you can edit or cancel the subscription from “Account Settings” no such page to be found in-app or in the settings browser on your phone. All they have available is a dead-end support webpage. Can you please cancel this subscription for me? That’s genuinely not cool.

Much better than the others. So this app is awesome. It shows you ads but it’s short and u can close them right away. Unlike that other app that does ONE video for you and then makes you pay $2.99 a week! Ridiculous! So glad this one is better! Faster too! Makes posting easy!

I don’t get full minute breakdowns. Each time I’ve tried this app and upload my minute slices to stories- the 4th window is always cut short! It’s created a lot of complications and I end up going back and manually cutting my videos... really disapointed

Worthy of a review. I don’t write reviews for apps but the new update is FIRE!!! I love that it tells you before you split the videos how many clips you get!! I would love to see where you can just put how many clips you want and it calculates the time for you too.

Do the job but not the same resolution. Well, the app does work and split your video into smaller sections. However, it does compress the original video’s resolution, so it’s not good 100% There are other apps that’s do the job

Doesn’t work for me on the 12 pro max.. I have the 12 pro max iPhone and when I try to split any video, it does not want to even download the video from the iCloud. It’s always stuck at 0%. They’re “helpful suggestions” are not helpful in this situation. So I can’t say that I’ve successfully split a video at all. I also bought the pro version of this app, to see if that would help any, and now I see it was a wasted effort. Doubt I’ll get a refund.

Doesn’t Save All Frames. I like this app but why am confused by it. I actually had to reinstall a different splicer app. I don’t know if there is a time limit for this app or if there’s a limit on the number of segments but I noticed when I splice a video for Instagram stories it doesn’t save the last segment. I’m a teacher so the Stories I’m splicing are 10-12 segments but it never saves those last few segments.

Promising but didn’t work as intended. I’m sure this app works well for some ... for me, it did not. Compressing a 200+ second video gave me only two usable 15 second clips then the rest of them were just ... blank. It did not work as intended. I ended up splitting the clips from the command line using ffmpeg which defeated the purpose of purchasing this for $6. I’m sure it’s just a bug but still made me sad nonetheless.

Don’t bother. Whatever you do, do not waste your money and buy the deal. You can’t split videos that are over 2 minutes long so I decided to spend 5.99 to split longer sized videos. Absolutely will not work and the app just shuts down. Waste of money

My go to video splitter!. The most accurate with audio continuation when splitting videos and so easy to use. I work with a lot of media broadcasters and have tried several apps to use when traveling with some of my clients and this is the best for making quick and professional splits to post on social media, put in newsletters as well as on websites! This app is a major time saver for me as a Social Media Director/Brand Strategist!

Not 100% Free. Misleading description fails to mention that features are hidden behind paywall and the pro subscription is required to unlock them. The description mentions the pro subscription in regards to supporting the development of the app and removing ads, but not that it is also needed for certain basic functionality.

Not Worth Upgrading to Pro!!!!!!!. I was able to edit long clips better myself. Cuts into parts of the video so it’s not one, seamless stream. Thank God it was only $3.99! TERRIBLE!

Recently Changed. The free plan used to allow for custom length clips but as of recently, we can only cut into 30 or 60 second clips. Not cool.

Hm ok. Not functioning properly?. What is the point of paying $6 for a video splitter to split my video into postable clips when it literally just clips the first 15 seconds of my video and that’s it. Could’ve literally just done this on Instagram. Split my 180 second video into 1 15 second video…

Instagram story. I have a video that’s about 20 seconds long , but Instagram won’t let me post it due to the 15 second limitation . So I used this app to “clip it” or whatever, but I still can’t post my whole video .

I can’t believe I PAID for this app!. I had to restart my phone just to get it to do ONE video because the app kept crashing over and over (its not a space issue nor a corrupt metadata issue as after I restarted my phone, it split that video fine.) every time I want to do a new video, I have to restart my phone…ridiculously glitchy!!

Beware of the ‘Long Video’ to ‘Split Video’ App Switch. This company used to offer an app called "Long Video," but they decided to discontinue it in their latest update. Instead, they've introduced a new app called "Split Video." I've actually purchased this app three times before realizing what they're doing. They have the same logo, look it up. It's essential to be cautious when supporting a company like this, and I'm planning to report them to Apple.

Good, BUT compression makes video bad. It quickly does what it is supposed to do, and easily, but compression of result males you lose quality

Crashing. App keeps crashing

Does Not Work. Even with pro, video clips will not save properly to your camera roll.

LOVEIT. I’ve actually tried a couple of these types of apps and this one was the quickest to get started… The easiest to navigate through and it was by far the quickest to split the video and make it ready for upload. Well done 🤙

Undocumented inout File Size Limit. I believe all functional limits should be clearly stated prior to download. N.B. Without the Pro subscription there is a two minute import file size limit.
