Too many pop up ads.. Good protection but the continuous pop ups trying to get you to buy more plans and constantly spend more are beyond annoying to the point of wanting to make you tear your hair out. Need to have a way to opt out of all the continuous interruptions!!!

Updated Stupid. I’ve cooperated with Norton tech and provided screenshots. Now a different tech wants videos. In the account it shows the subscription for my device. This screen protection is part of my subscription. The useless app shows “0”. The stupid app repeatedly makes me sign in to my account insisting I update info which does not need updating. But after repeatedly doing annupdate anyway the stupid loop starts all over again. The app is worthless Norton. I’ve deleted / reinstalled repeatedly. It’s crap. I AM DONE!

Norton is my protector for all devices. I’ve been a customer for a very long time. Norton has provided excellent service and protection for each device. Great business to partner with in every way.

Easy. I’ve had the subscription and APP for almost a year and turns out that my phone was not registered yet. So I removed the App and started it all over it was easy.

Painfully slow. It shouldn’t be this hard to use an app that exists solely to purchase a “just in case” policy. Adding the device the app is on is easy. (Free offer anyone?) If you try adding anything else it’s almost impossible because of how slow the search is.

Elderly. I did get it installed!! Things are not a easy as they used to be due to all the criminals and some attorneys.

Norton. I am so thankful that Norton is protecting all my devices and I don’t have to worry about getting hacked or getting viruses

One device is supposed to be included in my package, but they want to charge me extra!. As others have mentioned, one device screen is supposed to be included at no charge for the package I purchased. You have to download a separate app to get the protection, but when you do, to add your device, they want to charge you extra! Scam. Disappointed in Norton.

On line support. This review has to do wit the poor service I received in trying to get technical support for the Alerts portion of my Norton-LifeLock program. On my first phone call I was told to reboot my computer and wait 24 hrs. This after I assured the representative that my computer had been turned off and back on several tim in the last 3 or 4 days since this problem appeared. The next day the representative told me they could not remote into my computer to see what I was trying to get repaired. So, they had me sen 9 screenshot with my explanation of the problem. I did and then I waited a week. Since the problem was not corrected, I called back again. After a period of time and frustration on my part, I was referred to Technical Support. However, I could not wait long enough for Tech Support to answer. So, on my 4th phone call, I was going to be transferred to the LifeLock group again and I protested. I wanted Tech Support. I got Tech Support and the Taniya was very helpful. However, an uninstall and reinstall did not solve the problem and I have been referred back to LifeLock.

Norton screen Coverage. Great free added coverage with my Norton anti-virus coverage!! I will do my best to not use this coverage but great to know I have it if needed!!

IPhone 13 pro. I upgraded my I 5 to the I 13, kept my same number and stayed with Verizon. I feel comfortable knowing Norton has my IPhone protected

Broken screen. I am trying to file a claim and the customer service is horrible to deal with. The first one hung up and the second stated he will email me in 24 hrs but I dought that will happen.

The best protection you could ask for!. I have been using Norton for my protection of all my devices for the last 15 years now And I would never trust anyone else more than Norton!

Fantastic Application. This application has blocked so many attempts to get into my systems that I feel pretty safe!

Screen care. If the trouble with my apps! Customer service advised me to uninstall my apps because security pictures would not fit in my window. On re-downloading my apps screen kid did not have my protection listed and I had to put my credit card information in and re-pay for protection for it to be active when I already have protection. I hope Customer service cancel the fee So I’m not being billed twice. Otherwise I would be very happy. Thank you sincerely Vincent Rizzo

Norton is the BEST!. When I got my first pc over 30 years ago, I got a bad “Worm” when I went online! Took pc back to where I had purchased it. They cleared the pc and installed Norton! Been a dedicated Norton user since & when I got my first cell phone 📱 that could connect to Internet, I installed Norton before anything else! ❤️ Norton!!

Norton. Love Norton, I feel they do a great job. Have had to use their support tech. Many times and no added charge. I have had Norton for many years. Staying with them.

Screen Care. The app was easy to install and the navigation in the app was intuitive. I’m glad I have Norton protection for my iPhone 12 screen.

App freezes up while trying to log on. I’ve tried to register my phone using this App so many times it’s ridiculous, the App freezes up every time! I’ve deleted it and re-downloaded it so many times. I’m very disappointed with this.

Watch out for automatic renewal “feature”. When my automatic renewal Norton plan rolled over and renewed I got an email from a Norton that the device protection had expired. The app was reporting an error- chat with support told me I needed to reinstall the app. That should be automatic- seems lame and unnecessary to have to jump through hoops.

Not working over a month…support is non existent. App worked for few days and then started giving an error at login around a month ago. Contacted support, got an acknowledgment but after that no update…followed up several times didn’t get anything

Great Company/Great Services. Services Offered do a great Job at protecting my Family from things happening

Care Plan. At no additional cost, you can’t go wrong! Upon activation and add device it instantly recognize my device that I want to protect.

Screen Protector. Just signed up. Have not used yet. Great feature to have just in case.

Great idea. Just signed up so I haven’t used the benefits yet. But Norton has proven itself to me in the past

Useless. I don’t know that I’ve ever seen a more useless app. The only reason I downloaded it was to submit a screen repair claim (why you’re not allowed to just do that through their website I don’t understand), but it won’t let me validate my phone and therefore won’t let me submit a claim. When I tried to submit this feedback through the app, I got an error message that their email address couldn’t be found. Such a waste of time.

Norton AV Suite with Device Care. I was already impressed beyond 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ with Norton Premium AV but to know with LifeLock and now Device protection I’m further protected is reassuring. I know that Norton has me covered 24/7! Great job!! 👋

Total scam. First app is clunky Next you are giving them permission to monitor everything including your audio and photos so they can protect your screen? Next the fine print is that they have a max of 100 dollar coverage after 25 deductible. (Screens cost about 350) Therefore the most you could get from this is 75 dollars if you broke your screen and jumped through all the hoops. Is your privacy and sanity only worth 75 dollars? If so, enjoy the false “protection” and if not delete this app designed to collect data. Frankly this whole thing is like a phishing scam based on fear of broken glass. I have used Norton for decades but their association with Life Lock and now this crypto mining nonsense is giving me great pause: may be time to dump Norton as these behaviors decrease my security, not increase it. PS most of the positive reviews they include about this app have nothing to do with the app. They are about Norton antivirus. If this company wanted to be honest with its customers it would remove all the ratings not about this specific app. They won’t do that because their average score would likely drop to the 1-2 range.

Fraud!. I have several Norton subscriptions on my computer, and it said I got one phone screen protection for free. When I downloaded the app like it said, it wanted me to purchase the screen protection that it previously said was included free with my subscription. This should be prosecuted as fraud! It is just a marketing ploy to get more and more money. They did the same thing when I bought Privacy Monitor. They will only investigate ONE of the 63 violations out there per quarter! It will take 16 YEARS to get them all at that rate! Then they said, oh, you need Privacy Moniyir Assistant to do more. But I read about that one, and it is also limited to one per quarter. What a rip off company! I remember when Norton was trusted and had integrity.

Secure and safe. With Norton products I feel safe and secure. They are always upgrading there services and offer new free products to their customers. Norton is the right choice!

My iPad keeps loosing internet and restarting. I have spent months dealing with this issue. So, I bought a new IPad, Same issue, took it it the geek squad... nothing wrong with it. Then I read the reviews and decided to delete your app and no more problems. I think it’s works great for laptops but not iPads. My husband uses my old iPad that, I did not download the app on, and no issues.

iPhone protect. It was so very easy to login and get protection from my iPhone I’m surprised how easy it was and I am looking forward to having success for coverage

Scammers. Scammer are every where so everyone needs added protection. Norton makes me feel safe

Norton device care too many conditions. You basically have to Guess which device in your family might break 30 days into the future. Then you get it fixed, have to pay $25 deductible and then only get up to $100. It would be much better if you have a device that breaks, then just register it to get it fixed.

Not easy to correct mistakes. I just made a mistake and don’t know how to fix it. Trying to add my ne ipad pro in my 5 devices. Not sure if it has been completed. The gal I spoke to yesterday her accent was so heavy I had a hard time understanding her.

Review. I’ve had no problems since I started using Norton

It gives Norton a bad name!. First, I don’t know how this app can be rated at 3.5 starts since when you reviewed all reviews it has 50 with 1 star, 1 with 4 starts and 4 with 5 stars. That will give you an average of 1.3 stars and it will truly represent this garbage of an app. It is a complete waste of time. The only reason I even contemplated downloading the app is because of the name Norton and an email from Norton offering it as a loyalty and auto renewal gift. It never worked, I spent way too much time with customer service and sent them pictures and videos as requested only to end up with and app that doesn’t work. I also uninstalled it and install it again every time they asked me to do it with the same crappy results! Now they just told me today that they finally resolved the issue to please download the app again! Well jackpot, now it doesn’t even download! Waste of time trap because if it wasn’t Norton I wouldn’t even try it.
