Great app, 10/10 recommend!. I was using a pay by the week app before this, and decided to try FitOn to save money and because I had seen an ad for it on Instagram. I’m SO HAPPY I made the switch! I love all the instructors, they are there with you so while my muscles are burning they’re doing it with me, acknowledging the burn and encouraging through the entire workout. It’s like built in accountability! They help me smile through the burn. I have worked out every single day since downloading the app because I love the variety and they have great options for time, if you only have a few minutes they got you covered! And I feel they really maximize efficiency during those few minutes so if you’re following along and putting in the work, those few minutes go a long way for the rest of the day. I love how you can choose different styles of workouts and different levels of difficulty. Seriously cannot recommend this app enough, and the workouts are all completely FREE!! Only thing you can opt to pay for is nutritional info and to sync data with fitbit, but the workouts themselves and personalized workout weekly plans are totally free. Not a gimmick! Download this app. Just do it and then just hit play and before you know it you have a more active lifestyle!

One of the best apps on the market, some minor suggestions. I’ve been using this app for over a year now, I couldn’t believe there was an app that had fully free workouts. I’ve recommended it to a couple family members since I joined. When the meal addition came out I bought it because I was grateful for my experiences with the app. I have not used that feature consistently, but I appreciate that it generates a shopping list for you, and the recipes that I have used have tasted good and were not too complicated. Lately I’d been having some issues with the app crashing, but I reached out to their support staff and the response was almost immediate, and clearly specific to my question. I really appreciate the energy of the trainers, and the way they have to made exercise at home both attainable and accessible. I have some reservations about the “calorie burn tracking” feature with the videos, which seems especially arbitrary for people like me who don’t have a Fitbit or apple watch tracking our heart rate. My only suggestion would be to make that feature optional, so that people could choose whether or not to participate in it. I just ignore it, but I know that calorie-tracking can turn people off of workouts entirely.

Really Great Fitness App. I’ve been using this app for a week now. Absolutely the best. It gives you access to absolutely so many different workouts. You can choose, interval, yoga, meditation, stretch, etc or just focus on lower body, upper, abs, legs etc. Also available are workouts with kiddos as well as post and pre natal. You can also choose your duration of workout to fit it into any schedule. So many different trainers so you can find someone you like or mix it up so you don’t get bored. The workouts feel as though you are there one on one with the trainer or in a class so you feel accountable for showing up and getting the workout done. They also give you access to meal plans and live workouts. With the click of a button you can set workout reminders in your calendar so you have accountability everyday. I have tried so many workout apps and this one is by far the best and most importantly, the only one I’ve stayed consistent with as it checks off all my boxes when it comes to showing up, staying accountable and getting the work done. On my way to a better and healthier me!

Finally someone got it right. The first app I actually wanted to review. I have a schedule that’s very fluid but very full, which means I can’t allot the same amount of time every day for my wellness - sometimes I can do 40mins and sometimes only 10. This app allows you to choose the length of your workout! So you still CAN work out every day and feel accomplished even if it was 10-12 mins. Another major breakthrough is the sheer variety of workouts. I get bored with the same routines and same instructors no matter how much I like them. Plus, on some days you just don’t have the mojo to do kickboxing or the mood to do zoomba, and on some days - that’s exactly what your body and spirit wants. This app allows you to select a workout that matches your time frame, your mood, your goals, and your energy level. All the videos have this positive radient energy about them that inspires and energizes you. I am actually looking forward to my daily FitOn time, and yes, I did say daily! Thank you for creating this amazing product and keeping it free to spread the joy and wellness 💚

THIS IS A SCAM! DON’T DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!. A year ago (June of 2022), I signed up for a free trial and ended up cancelling (per their instructed steps) because I found an app that worked so far beyond better for me than this one did. I received an email, yesterday, regarding an invoice and receipt for a “renewal fee”. Now, granted, the fee was only $25. But, when I contacted the company about my previous cancellation, they gave me the runaround only to finally tell me they could not refund me directly and told me I had to contact apple support. So, I did just that and apple support could not find one single bit of evidence to support I’d done anything more than the free trial. They showed no money for an initial fee and therefore could not refund me. I proceeded to contact the company again, giving them this information. They were still unwilling to acknowledge the need for a refund. Only after I contacted my bank and reported a fraudulent charge (and was forced to cancel my card with the info this company had) did they decide to send me an email refunding my charge. They could learn a lesson or two from apple support who was entirely helpful. ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH AN APP EVER!! Terrible customer service. Please do not fall for this scam like I did.

LOVE THIS APP. I never review apps, but I had to write one for this one. FitOn has been a lifesaver during the COVID-19 pandemic. When my gym closed and I started working from home, I wasn’t sure how I would exercise or continue my newfound interest in Pilates. My sister suggested FitOn (and told me it was 100% free), and I tried it. I instantly fell in love! I like that all the workouts are on-demand so that I can workout whenever I want. I love that it offers workouts for all levels and in so many categories. I can do Pilates, yoga, and cardio! I also love the Daily Fix workouts; they really help me to take a break from sitting and staring at my computer screen all day. I also love the before bed stretches; they really help me relax. I have been using it for about 6 months now, and I am seeing results from my hard work. I am more flexible, and the areas I have been working on have become more strong and toned. Over the summer, I have been using it more and more as it helps me pass the time while quarantining and to de-stress during these very scary times. I don’t know what I would do without it. I highly recommend it for anyone! Try it! You will be happy you did.

My review. I really like this app and how it’s easy to navigate and there are a ton of work out videos. I also like how it keeps track of calories burned. The only reason why I’m unsure if I will keep using this app is because the trainers all talk so much. They have to explain EVERY single thing. I feel like it’s more for beginners who need explanations but for people like me who have been working out for awhile, the talking gets a bit annoying. They stop after each work out to explain the next. I feel like this slows down my heart rate and slows down the entire work out when I’m trying to keep my heart rate up and trying to sweat as much as I can. Too much stopping in the videos just to speak. I like when a trainer is quiet and gets straight to the point with good background music. I’ve only used this app for a few days so I will continue to use it for a few more days before making a decision. Maybe I have to go through a few more videos to find ones that I do like. Overall it’s a nice app.

THE BEST work out app out there. Totally impressed with this app. Other workout apps require u to either pay before even getting started or have few free workouts. However on FIT ON that was not the case! It’s free version is like the premium version of other workout apps! It has such a big variety of workouts, no matter what state of fitness you’re in. This app helped me through quarantine and still is keeping me going. The coaches are so motivational and positive. One of my favorite things some of the coaches have said is “You just showing up here today already is half the battle”. Which helped me want to get going in times I wanted to give up. Recently I got the premium version it not only includes different song choices with ur workouts but also gives you a daily plan and ingredients on what you can eat/drink(healthy). If I keep going the list of amazing things this app includes will get longer, so rather I’ll make it short and let you explore the rest yourself! Note to this app creator’s: I am really thankful for y’all having created such an amazing app! <3

This app is a game changer. I was watching tv late one night and a FitOn commercial came on the tv, the add said free! It looked really good with celebrity trainers and different styles of workouts. I made a note and the next morning download the app to my laptop and my phone. I didn’t do anything else ( was in a need to do something but to lazy to actually do it yet place) about two months later I hit 160lbs on the scale. I have been 130lbs my entire life! I started to use this app. I plugged in my weight loss needs and they created a workout plan for me. I can also browse through the hundreds of workouts that are available and add them to my program. I usually do a workout from my program and follow it up with 2 more of my choice. I’ve been working out everyday for a month. My body feels stronger my arms, legs and booty are looking so good. I’m still working on those abs but I’m staying with it . All it took was a download and making the choice to live a healthier life style I couldn’t have done it without FitOn!

The Workout App I have been looking for. I saw this on app pop up on an instagram ad (probably because I have tried every fitness app out there), and clicked it because it said it was actually free (skeptical, yet interested). Literally NO fitness app with real workouts, trained instructors, quality material, good interface, and personalization is free, but who knows, maybe this was the unicorn. IT IS THE UNICORN! I am not kidding, this is the best fitness app I have ever tried. It is motivating, encouraging, fun, diverse, and easy to use. There is a workout or stretch for literally everything, and I love how some classes are “live” so you can kind of do it with other people, but from the comfort of your home. I do not feel shamed with I use this app, but actually feel like I can workout well and thoroughly. I just cannot get over how fun these workouts are. I also like how quick they are so I can do as few or as many as I want without a huge commitment. Five stars and then more!!

Best Fitness App, have a bit of feedback. Accessibility to fitness is difficult for lots of people because of how expensive classes and gyms can be. Hoorah for making an app with a huge fitness library that’s freeee. This is the best fitness app I’ve ever used as far as motivation and variety goes. I’ve consistently worked out every day since downloading it and have added a lot of variation to my workouts. I downloaded pro since they were having a promo. I don’t use the meal plans but do use the meals section to add recipes to my grocery list when I’m in a rut. I have a bit of feedback but I’m confident small things will continue to improve as the app develops. 1). I wish there was a search feature. Sometimes I want to type a key word in and see everything that qualifies, or want to type an ingredient in and see which recipes use it. 2). A couple of recipes are missing parts to them like the salted caramel pancakes don’t actually include the recipe or ingredients for the salted caramel (I found that part online though so, no big deal.) 3). I can’t play the meditations with my phone screen off. This is mostly an issue with the sleep mediations. Deandre’s sleep meditations are some of the best I’ve ever used but if I fall asleep during the meditation, I wake up hours later to a hot phone after the screen has been on all night :-( None of that will make me stop using the app, I can see myself using this app for a very long time.

Best Fitness App. I’m a very active person. I have always worked out multiple times a week and used other apps or programs (including Beach Body and Sweat by Kayla) but slowly became frustrated with lack of content - or paying an incredible amount every month for a subscription. FitOn provides a ridiculous amount of work out options without upgrading to the Pro. I took advantage of FitOn’s promotion to get the upgrade for not even $20 for a year subscription. I was pleased with the app before the upgrade and absolutely love it with the upgrade. If you’re overwhelmed with all the programs, the monthly challenges are fantastic tools. They strategically provide you with the programs to do each day you open the app. This is a great app that works from beginners to advanced athletes, low intensity to high intensity, short work out if you’re in a hurry or longer ones when you have more time. I give two thumbs up, five stars and absolutely rave to all my framily.

Incredible!. I don’t review apps. I’ve only ever reviewed one other one, and this is my second ever. I’ve never been overweight but I do struggle with being slightly chubby and out of shape (i.e. not athletic at all). I never liked it, but never wanted to start working out. Now that quarantine set in, a friend told me about this app. What did I have to lose? I downloaded it and bam! I was hooked! The advice, the fitness plans, the workouts themselves, everything is amazing. The instructors are really understanding and are always saying if you can’t do this, back off. They aren’t always pushing you to go farther-though if you can, you should. I’m still on the beginner side, still doing workouts with the lowest intensity, but I can’t wait to move up to the higher intensities. This is the first time I’ve been excited about exercise! And the description is true-everything is 100% free, though if you want extra things, like meal plans and synching with a Fitbit, you do have to pay. But that is very fair and not a ripoff at all like some of the other “free” fitness apps. I have honestly nothing bad to say about this app. Developers, give yourself a pat on the back! You earned it.

Wanna Get Fit? GET FIT ON!!. I am not the type of person that writes reviews, however I am the type to read a lot before making a purchase or getting an app. Let me just say that if you are interested in losing weight, getting healthy, or even want to find better stretches to do or want to start yoga than get this app! First of all it’s free, and it’s really one of those apps where everything is free except for a few premium add ons (like being able to use your own music in the background of the workouts instead of the fit on music but it’s not even noticeable during the workout really) and you can even create a custom workout plan based on your goals. Mine is 11 weeks, and it has continued to give me new workouts, not for every single week, but I’ve never received a week with complete repeat workouts either. And the repeats are usually the ones that I either didn’t get to that week (due to busy schedule) or the ones I rated really highly! I cannot recommend this app enough. There are so many cool features I could talk about for paragraphs. As someone is who is always looking for a better workout app, this one is the app I have been looking for, and has checked ALL of my boxes. GET FIT!!

Thank God for FitOn. I have been using ClassPass for forever to work out frequently and go to tons of different classes, but since the pandemic hit I’ve been stuck to working out at home. I stumbled on FitOn on Instagram and decided to try it because why not, it’s free. 17 weeks and 200 workouts later, I love this so so much! I love the variety of workouts, that you can sort between workout times, types of workouts, and difficulty level. I’m a big fan of all the trainers, and most importantly, I love love the healthy mental approach they all use when talking through the workouts. There is a lot about feeling and getting stronger, and being connected to your body. As someone who struggled with eating disorders for years, I love that there seems to be intentionality behind not talking about getting smaller, losing weight, and dieting. I have a yoga mat, free weights, and stretch bands, and this app has been so much fun, and I also feel very fit, despite not having seen a gym in months. Highly highly recommend!!

You won’t regret choosing FitOn!. I need to say that I am a fanatic of this app. It makes it SO easy to stay active and provides such an amazing variety of workouts from exceptional trainers. They always offer modifications so that people even at the most beginner stages of working out can start somewhere and build up their strength. I love the mini at-work sessions and stretches, too! Meditations are amazing and great for a pick-me-up at any time of day, or for any feelings I might be going through. I got my friends and mom hooked on it as well, and we all agree that it’s changed our lives and made working out FUN! I also love the different integrations with other apps and my Apple Watch for tracking my HR (pro only) and calorie burn. I did pay for my account but I see the free version is not as limited as some others. Would certainly recommend to anyone who’s just starting their fitness journey. You will impress yourself with what you will be able to achieve using this app.

Amazing! I can’t believe this is free!. I love love love this app! This is the only free workout app I’ve found that is actually good quality and it honestly way better than a lot of apps I’ve paid for! The instructors are awesome and the app is easy to navigate. It has plans and reminders. It really is amazing guys download it right now! My only suggestion for improvement would be to add a filter for beginner, intermediate, and advanced workouts both in the browsing section and when setting up a workout plan. That way people can customize based on their fitness level. Also it would be great for there to be a little be more descriptions of the workouts (maybe a run-through/list of some of the moves or a preview mode where it shows some clips or something like that.) this would make it much easier to know which workout is right for me. There have been a couple of times I’ve had to stop a few minutes into a workout because it just wasn’t what I was looking for. Other than that I really do love it.

Brand new to the app lots of kinks 🙁. Workouts- so far so good but I don’t want to be forced to review each work out when I’m done. It would be helpful to be able to review the work out moves without it being counted as a work out if I view a video. Please add fast forward! when advancing with the second-forward button I get buffering. I do like the feature showing a preview video when you are finishing one work out but if you don’t click on it immediately you have to go back through the video to find it. The favorite button should be available on any screen for the video instead of having to open it first. Meal planning is not helping make this an easier task at all. I got the Pro version to access the meal planner. This needs a filter feature to both find meals and build the grocery list. Currently the list populates for all the auto selected items so you can’t customize. If you increase the servings it doesn’t update in the recipe. I also got an error message when trying to send the menu to email or the printer. This is frustrating because the meal option is only available in pro and so far it leaves a lot to be desired. I hope I can come back to rate higher as time goes on.

This Changed Everything!. I honestly never review apps. This might be my first ever. But it’s worth it because this app has been HUGE for me starting my new fitness journey this year. I’ve been wanting to get in better shape and move my body more, but because of schedules and life and everything it’s hard for me to actually get myself to a gym. I’ve done at-home workouts before, mostly yoga, but was never able to stay consistent. A friend recommended this app and since it’s all FREE (did I mention that every workout forever is FREE?!?) I decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did because I have been HOOKED ever since. I love the 3-5 minute daily workouts for morning, afternoon, and night. I have timed notifications set up and since it’s only a few minutes it’s so easy for me to at least complete my at-work and pre-bedtime workouts every day. The at-work stretches in particular have been absolutely amazing, it’s a great way to get me up and away from my computer for just a few minutes to keep my body moving throughout the day. Each week you get personalized recommended workouts, but you can always search and explore for others that fit your mood, time limit, intensity level, etc. There are fun challenges and celebrity workouts and all kinds of things that keep this app fresh. I couldn’t recommend it more. Definitely give it a try!

Convenient for busy moms!!!. Excuses go out the window because they make it so easy for you to just click play. All you need is your cellphone & your own bodyweight if Your just starting out. What I like about them is they are just 20 minutes or less. I work nights so I get off work at 2-3:30am…so I don’t mind a quick workout 20 min before bed & no one’s awake so even if your in an cramped 1 bedroom apartment complex (I just do it in the hallway…no one’s awake so no shame)! You don’t have to follow programs to the T (Ex: They want you to do a walking class but it’s sketchy at night). You can skip & do it when you can. You can sign up for weekly or monthly challenges & that helps to keep me motivated. I’m absolutely love this app. One piece of advice for the creators is to allow us to be able to do multiple programs at once. Sometimes we have different needs based off the type of workout we wanna do (fat burn, weight lifting, cardio, dancing, yoga, etc). Overall 9 out of 10; would recommend!

Ad helped me become more active. Who hasn’t search for a workout app that you absolutely love. And I already have a few on my phone. But an ad came up On one of the games I was playing , And what got me interested was that it said it was completely free. Usually there’s a catch for bed so usually I’ll check it out anyway. So I downloaded the app and every single workout is free. 100%, no lying, The only cost for the app is to get the customized meal plan. And even that is so cheap as well. Way cheaper than what you would spend to get on other plans for any other app or weight loss plan. I absolutely love this app and I love how the workouts are all different. You can decide the time limit, you can decide who you want to work out with, you can share when you do work out, it’s tracks your workout, you can have favorite, search a trainer, schedule reminders, rate each workout, it’s so much for $0. I’ve been telling everyone about it, it’s the best workout app I’ve found. My only issue is that when I click on my reminder, I do the workout, then I can’t click out of the workout when it’s done. I have to close the app altogether. But then again, in coming to leave a review, I noticed it needed an update. So it’s probably because I hadn’t updated it. But I love love love this app.

LOVE this app!. FitOn is making me excited to workout again, really and truly. After having my daughter, my motivation went out the window and I’ve been struggling for the past couple of years to find it again. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been approached by a “fitness coach” via social media who only wants to be my friend if I join their group. The programs that people try to sell are ridiculously expensive too! Fitness should truly be accessible to everyone, and that’s where FitOn comes in. Now that I live in a town without family around to watch my child (and who wants their kiddo in a gym daycare during sick season), it’s so easy to turn on the app and do the workouts from home. They’re interesting and fun, and the instructors are great! I’m sweating and trying to catch my breath at the end of each workout, which I love. They grab my attention and keep me focused until the end. If you’re on the fence, just do it! Download this app today and discover for yourself that “free” doesn’t mean cheap in this case...you’ll love it, I promise! (And yes it truly is free and has zero ads!)

Lacks basic video control features. This app is okay if you’re working out by yourself and the video plays perfectly the first time you hit start, but otherwise the user interface for the video playback is seriously lacking and the party feature for the pro version is a joke. You can only pause the video. You cannot rewind or even hit a “restart” button. If you start the video and you missed something, or the party isn’t synced to your friends you cannot restart in an attempt to get everyone caught up. If you hit play again the video just jumps back to where it would have been if you didn’t pause it. Even if you’re just doing it by yourself! Even if it’s not live! So you’re telling me there’s no way to restart my video and I have to wait for it to play to the end before I can try again?? No way. Also, when using this app on your phone in party mode, you can barely hear the video, even if the volume of the video is turned up and the volume of the party members is turned down. Useless. The volume is better if you use your laptop or something, but the laptop version doesn’t even have a way to accept a party invite unless you email your friends a link. This is so frustrating and definitely needs basic feature improvements.

Best ever & FREEEEEE. Let me start by saying, I never write reviews. Like ever. Unless it’s really bad or really good. The FitOn app is the latter except for 100X more than really good. They have a wide variety of workouts from varying target muscle groups, time of workout, intensity, trainer, and type of workout like cardio, HIIT, strength, Pilates, yoga, etc. My favorite part is it is 100% free. No in app purchases unless you want to. But let me tell you I’ve been using this app for 2 years without purchasing anything. No gym membership fees and I can do all of the workouts at home. Seriously amazing. And you can keep track of your goals. I’m proud to have hit 68 weeks in a row of meeting my target which was 3 workouts a week. I’m upping my game cause FitOn is where it’s at. Anyone can workout with this app. You don’t need to be a pro. If you’re insecure about going to the gym, get FitOn. If you’re short on time and have a busy life, get FitOn. If you’re tight on cash, get FitOn. If you don’t want to plan out your workouts, get FitOn. If you want to improve your form, get FitOn. If you want to get in shape, get stronger, get leaner, improve physical & mental health, get FitOn. Need I say more? No excuses. This is for you & you got this! Get FitOn. You won’t regret it.

Love this app!. A friend of mine recommended this app to me and I was happily surprised at the quality of the content. Not having to pay to unlock workouts, plus having access to basic dietary info and articles is more than I could’ve asked for! I am a novice and I have enjoyed the flexibility of setting up a personalized beginner plan. I appreciate how app guides you through a basic questionnaires to help choose the best work out for your level. It has taken the overwhelming feeling out of working out by providing a variety of options, plus I feel motivated by the instructors and I don’t have to leave my house to exercise effectively! Thanks to FitOn, I have completed more workouts in a week than I have in months! One suggestion I have is that I would like the option to view the individual exercises and reps in a written format underneath the equipment and exercise description. Since I am a visual person and I have trouble with certain exercises due to a knee injury, it would be nice to preview what the video consists of before watching it. I am extremely happy with this app and have already begun sharing it with my friends and family. I only wish I had found it sooner! Thank you FitOn for being comprehensive and actually free!

Not very Deaf friendly. Got this app to try and unfortunately after just trying 2 workouts theres some very noticeable things that need to b fixed to make it better accessible for Deaf people. First after a bit of searching managed to find the close captioning control(which weirdly u have to unhighlight to turn cc on🤷🏽‍♂️). Then i found out it doesn’t default to “cc on” after you’ve turned it on once like i assume it would. Instead at the beginning on every workout video i have to go and turn cc on. Every single time. I can see that getting real old real fast. Devs please just let it change the default so that after you’ve turned cc on once it’s default to always have them on. Second the closed captions r not useable. U have them super tiny down at very bottom edge of screen. Which would make them hard to read as is. But then on top of that theres that lil like 3 in long bar thing that stays at bottom on videos on iOS devices which then also blocks part of the view of the closed captions making them completely unusable so i have no idea what the trainers r saying. Please make the closed captions larger and move them up a bit from the very bottom edge of the screen so they’re not blocked. Third this isn’t related to Deaf accessibility but the app frequently nags about upgrading to fitonpro. Seriously frequently. Chill on that some cuz it’s extremely annoying.

Great app. This app is awesome. First you need to know that I’m a busy mom with three kids and can’t always get to the gym anymore. Most of my workout are done at a practice field while the kids are doing sports. I lovedworking out and missed going to the gym. This app helped my find workout routines and since the videos are on the shorter side I can easily mix and match. Secondly talk about options. They have a workout video for everyone and everything. I mentioned earlier than I was busy I find a body weight video and work out while the kids play at the park. You name it they got a video for it. Quick workout while at the office or need to stretch for a min. Well your in luck they have a workout for that. My 10 and 7 year do some of the workouts with me and they love it. It helps keep them is shape for soccer and other sports they play. The best part is that most of the stuff is free if you want more of the fancier tracking stuff then you can buy the pro version. Great app I hope they keep free so people can enjoy.

BEST FITNESS APP EVER!. Seriously the best fitness app ever! & it’s free! I honestly thought it was going to be to good to be true like every other “free” fitness app out there, but I decided to give it a try and I’m so glad I did. There’s every type of workout, stretch & meditation you can think of available for every fitness level & they NEVER ask you to pay for any of them. There are even coaches to help you if that’s what you’re looking for. Not to mention they have every type of workout at every possible length. If you only have 10 mins it’s cool, you will find something that will make the most of that 10 mins & leave you wanting more. If you have more time just choose how long you want to workout & they’ve got you covered. This app has been helping me get back in shape after being sick for a couple years & I truly couldn’t be happier with it. FitOn hasn’t let me down yet & I don’t see it ever doing so. It can’t hurt to try bc it is totally free & that means forever not just for some tiny introduction period. There’s nothing to loose but weight & there’s so much to gain.

5 stars for the workouts, two stars for the meals. I’m still going to rate this as a five star app because this app has helped me fall in love with working out. I’ve used it for over a year and I love the trainers and the selection. I even bought a Roku so I no longer had to stream from my phone. The Roku app is fine, but the phone app is superior. I recently changed programs and my Roku app does not acknowledge the new recommended workouts a day, but I am making due. After having such a great time, I wanted to give my money to support the app, but…gosh I feel terrible, but the paid extras are just not worth it. The meal planning is a forgotten feature where they add the same meals over and over again and they do not consider allergens. So that zucchini lasagna you keep throwing at me? I’m allergic to dairy and cheese is kind of a main ingredient for lasagna. I tried their dairy free Mac and cheese and after over an hour cooking a lunch, I had to throw the whole thing out, it was so disgusting. The other problem is they think you’ll have all this time to cook. Most of the recipes take too long and are expensive. I haven’t had any reason to use the other paid features, like downloading a work out or using their music. I don’t regret the money spent, because I think the developer and the trainers deserve it. But I won’t be renewing my subscription unless something drastically changes to tempt me.

Best workout app Ever. FitOn is THE BEST workout app. I’ve tried so many, and this one has everything I need at the free level: engaging workouts with expert instructors, for every level of fitness and every kind of activity, the ability to enter my own activities and calories and track them along with workouts from the app. I used it for two years in the free version and had NO COMPLAINTS. They’re always adding new workouts and I really enjoy the variety of instructors and activities available, plus there is the ability to work out with friends and compare your progress with others who use FitOn, if you like. Recently I upgraded to the very reasonable yearly subscription, because I’ll be traveling a bit for work and the paid version allows for downloading workouts for offline use, for tracking calories, recipe suggestions, for guided programs like 6-week slim down, and some other features I haven’t explored yet. I can also get other music options from the paid version of the app. Seriously, just try it. Gabrielle Union and her team have put together something amazing that is always being improved and costs absolutely nothing to get a crazy-wonderful number of workouts, including even simple stretching and meditations.

Love the app but bugs need fixing. Update: was told to reach out by email, however, after one suggestion they have stopped responding. Their “fix” was to have multiple apps running at the same time to ensure it logs my workout. I should not have to have my phone running the same workout as my tv when both had worked separately before. I love this app and it helps to keep me motivated, however I’ve discovered several bugs over the past couple weeks. I do my exercises every morning and when I went to load a video I noticed that the app deleted months of workouts on my calendar. I had to not only log off and back on but I also had to uninstall and reinstall before it fixed the issue. I am also a pro member and cast workouts onto my tv. The past couple casted workouts have not been recording themselves in my workout programs. It’s giving me credit that I’m doing them but my course and program are not reflecting a complete. I have sent an email but am still waiting to hear back. One last thing to note, the pro version includes recipes and a meal planner. I can’t figure out how to plan my own meals into the week, as I’m not a fan of what is preprogrammed in for me.

FitOn honest review. I love the app and I have been using it for months now. There are several workout types, target areas and impact levels you can choose from. Trainers are awesome. Some of the workouts may be challenging for somebody that is at beginner’s level but with constant practice and discipline it will eventually get easier. Improvement opportunity could be to be able to skip a workout if I don’t like it. For example I personally don’t like dance related workouts. Even though I restarted my plan several times and selected different goals ( build muscle or tone and loose weight) I would always end up having these type of workouts in my plan. Another reason why I gave 4 stars only is because it really annoys me when after I complete a workout it automatically puts it in the next week and I cannot change it. It messes up my whole schedule. But overall it’s a very good and fun app and the workouts are completely free if you don’t want to use the personal meal plan section. I would totally recommend to give it a try!

Can’t remove their generated stuff from your weeks. It’s not entirely a bad app; there’s a good amount of free content and it seems to be cross platform (I have found apps that charge for that while claiming to be “free”) The issue I have is they generate a workout routine for you on setting up the app, and though you can add exercises from their database to any week you want (I have yet to find a way to see further weeks in advance) there doesn’t seem to be a way to REMOVE exercises from the week. It may not seem like a big deal since you don’t HAVE to do all the exercises in a week (at least I don’t believe so, I haven’t finished a week yet) but for organizational purposes this one annoyance makes this app already difficult to deal with. If this feature is added PLEASE DO NOT paywall it. The reason why I bring this up is the one of the exercises it gave me includes equipment I do not own and thus can’t do, and it’s always the first in the list. I can’t believe this app is so popular without a feature like this. Oh, and another thing: because I signed up with my hotmail address it put the calendar alerts into Outlook, but I use Google calendar. It would be nice if they would add the option to pick the calendar to add these to. It has also started to put these notifications in the calendar 3 times in the same day making them more of an annoyance than help.

Short and Sweet options for beginners. Lots of beginner stuff for dorks like me that haven’t been doing anything but walking and spinning (less in the last year) for a few years 🤦‍♀️. Short and sweet yoga (I always get discouraged by 90 minute yoga in the beginning) , HIIT, Weights , core, Pilates for beginners and longer for the fit among us. Equipment or no equipment. I’m loving it. They just sent me this so figured I would send on. The free version is fine. I paid the $19 for the year to get premium music. $19 a year is pretty amazing, especially for something I’ll do and that I’m doing everyday. Tons of stuff for manly men too 😜with former football and rugby players. All levels so it’s not discouraging. Start slow and build or jump into it with challenging stuff if you are already fit. I’ve been intimidated to try new stuff but this app has me excited to try as short and sweet to start out. Been doing the beginner HIIT, Tabata, yoga, strength training. Johnathan Van Ness teaches beginning yoga and more. Lots of variety and on demand so it’s been easy for me to fit in. I found that going to the gym, they always have classes at times I can’t go. On Demand gym. I love it.

Simply the best there is.... I am an attorney and single mom of three...including one late in life “surprise” - my son is now 2. I have always been physically active but over the years my available time to hit the gym or fitness class narrowed. I found FitOn in my journey of trying fitness apps and online routines to work at home. I cannot say enough about it! I have been using the app for about a year and a half. I love it!!! I get bored easily and like to change up my routine. The trainers are awesome and they all have a unique style, so there is zero chance I will feel stagnant. There are so many styles of exercise, yoga, Pilates, HIIT and more... it’s a one stop shop for all things fitness! I have been so impressed and enthusiastic about how well this has made maintaining my fitness goals, I have regularly posted about this and encouraged friends to join. Like a mini spokesperson. Ha! I very seldom review products and this is my first review of this nature. I have tried at least a dozen other fitness apps/programs to keep me on target and motivated. I simply cannot thank the FitOn fam enough for creating such an amazing program for health and well being. Particularly now, when we all need to practice self love and healthy choices. This app is my go to morning routine and that is not likely to change. Is it weird I get so excited to see my favorite trainers release a new workout? Thank you so much and be well!!

Perfect balance of strength, cardio, and recovery. I love hardcore workouts and cardio. The program it puts together for you is a great balance of strength, cardio, and recovery (which is just as important as going hard core). And I love the variety! Two things are stopping me from giving it 5 stars. I wish you could play your own music in the background (I wouldn’t mind paying extra to do so) and I completed my 12 week workouts in 9 weeks (I do two workouts a day). I would love if they updated your next 12 weeks (or however many weeks you choose for your program) after you finished the program. I have to wait 12 weeks for my next set of workouts to come out, which is kind of a bummer. Though I know I can browse the workouts they already have, I like the pre-picked workouts and having a regimen. The program created for me, encouraged me to try new workouts and get out of my comfort zone. I tend to choose the most intense workouts, but the program gave me a good mix of all the necessities for a healthy exercise regimen. Overall great app though! Would recommend!

Your Only Regret Will Be Not Downloading Sooner!. I’m going to start out by saying the pandemic set me back so far, I gained almost 40 pounds and felt crappy. I discovered this app through an ad I got and downloaded on a whim because I don’t love the prices and lack of motivation at gyms. I’m not a fitness freak, I’m not in shape, and I often let my discouragement about my size keep me from getting back to the great shape I was in years ago. If you’re like me and find it hard to commit to a fitness plan- THIS APP IS FOR YOU!!! When they mean free, they mean FREE! Never had ad’s or a lockout limit before you had to pay. You choose when and where you workout, and the difficulty and total time you workout. You’re in control here! I’ve been able to stick to this routine because FitOn makes it SO easy to squeeze in workouts. Seriously there’s no shame or fees here, do yourself a favor and give it a try! Truly have no complaints. Thank you so much FitOn!

Thankful!. When I found fit on it was a blessing! A few years ago I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and I had to start taking prednisone. I’m still taking it as I can’t come off of it if I wanna walk or have any kind of normality. Taking it has put on about 50 pounds of weight that I had never had before I tried other things and it never helped me to lose weight so I decided I’m not going to commit to any kind of diet I’m just gonna cut back on any carbs and get rid of junk food and eat small portions. I love the workouts that I do on fit on every day! I work out and push myself as hard as I can and I’ve been seeing results for the first time in 40 years! I love how they don’t make you pay for the app if you don’t want to. You don’t see that often and I appreciate that! For the first time I found an app and they don’t make you pay for it and it’s an app that can help with your physical fitness and overall health. Most people only make apps for money but it seems like whoever made this app genuinely cares about peoples health and wants people to work out because they made it free. I look forward to my workouts every day now so thank you so much for the app!

Great App. I haven’t done workouts for many years due to time and money and I love this app! I love the variety of workouts and that they are all fairly quick and I can choose the style and intensity. That way I can choose what and how many I will do based on the time I have. The only thing I would love to be able to do is attach my own personal note to the workouts so I know for future reference if I would prefer to do a workout in the morning or evening, or if I found the workout to be particularly stressful on a certain part of my body, and will know if it’s wise or not to combine certain workouts. For example. I had time to do 2 the other day and did a workout that focused on my arms. I followed that with a yoga workout that claimed “total body”, which it was, but turned out to require holding my weight on one arm and I could barely hold myself up. My intensity 1 yoga was suddenly intensity 3. My arms were shaking so much I had to reduce the stretch before my arm gave out and I hurt myself. I thought both were great workouts and added both to favorites, but if I were able to, I would’ve attached a note to the yoga one that it really strained my arms and not to combine it with another arm exercise or perhaps do it first before I’ve exhausted my arm strength. I love the app and so far I’ve enjoyed all the trainers.

Favorite fitness app!. This app is great and free and if you want the extra perks with the pro version, it is very affordable! I have gotten in great shape and stayed motivated with this app better than any other fitness routine I’ve done. Once you find a trainer or two that can motivate you and makes workouts you enjoy more, it’s easy to stick with and there are tons of different trainers to workout with! They have added a lot since I first started using this app about three years ago. I recommend this app to everyone! Suggestions: only a couple things I’d like to see. Would be great if you could pick out your workouts for the week and have just those show up under your program for the week and not any others that are suggested for you. (Would also be great if you could choose from which trainers the app suggests your week’s workouts. Some trainers I just really don’t enjoy while others I love.) Also would be nice if you could leave comments for yourself on a particular workout so when you go to pick out your exercise, you could see your own comments from last time if you liked it or what weights you used so you can work on increasing weight or choosing more challenging techniques.

I love FitOn!. I love a lot of things about FitOn. I love how accessible the workouts are. You can pick a plan to support your goals and schedule the workouts for the week accordingly. The trainers are amazing: they are so positive and they take such a reasonable approach to health, wellness, and fitness. They come from such a wholistic approach. Not only are you working your body with these trainers, but also your mind. They meet you where you are and still encourage you to do your best. I’ve been using FitOn consistently since May 2022, and I’ve definitely seen and felt results, mentally and physically. For me, it’s not about the number on the scale, but seeing and feeling the changes in my body and my mind. FitOn Pro definitely has a lot of advantages over the non-pro version, but it’s such a great deal that I find it beyond worth it!! One small critique that I have (but doesn’t overshadow the positives of this app) is that some of the meals have unclear instructions or amounts for their ingredients. If this was improved, then I would definitely use that function more.

Exactly what I’ve been needing. I recently already wrote a review on here with one star simply because I could not open the app after an update. I was frustrated and in the middle of trying to start a workout but that has been fixed by deleting and re-downloading the app. That aside- FitOn is absolutely brilliant! Up until January 2021 I have never really enjoyed working out. It had always been a struggle and I never saw results of any sort but like many others come this past January I decided it was time to put my health first and get my booty in shape, as well as the rest of my body. There are so many great workouts for all situations that once I started I couldn’t stop and don’t plan to any time soon. I have not only lost 20 lbs (without dietary restrictions) but I have more muscle than I ever have or ever thought I’d be able to have. Now instead of dreading a workout I’m actually sincerely bummed out if I miss one! FitOn has totally given me more than any other app could and I can truly say that it has changed my life for the better.

SO worth it!. I was skeptical when I saw "free!" because let's be real...that usually means there's some hidden fine print somewhere. But I gave it a try. I'm definitely not a gym or workout class person, but have always wanted to get into yoga/pilates/Barre and strength building with weights. I love that this app offer so many different kinds of free workouts, including dance and stretching exercises, which I love. I'm a huge believer that you don't need a ton of time, equipment, or $$ to stay in shape & feel good, and this app totally proves that. I set a goal of 2-3 workouts/week and I find myself doing several 15-20 min workouts throughout the week because I feel so good after them and they're so easy to fit in! If you have any reservations, just try it for 1-2 weeks since it's free to download. If it's not for you, at least you didn't lose anything. I upgraded mostly for the convenience of casting to your TV, but otherwise I would've been totally content with the free version!

JUST DO IT!!!!. i used to workout all the time, played 3 sports in high school.. and maintained a healthy 110lbs til i was 27. then before ya know it, i’m 31 years old and 150lbs barely fitting into clothes and super discouraged about myself. i like to work out but have had ZERO motivation over the years. downloaded this app (one of about 20 over the last 4 years) and as i was making my way around the app, i instantly knew this was the one. SUPER user friendly, extremely customizable, and while you’re looking at it, it’s SO hard to make up ANY excuse for why you can’t follow this video for what, 15 mins?! i did my first one today and as soon as i was done, found another one to do! later on i’m looking around the app to see what i will do for tomorrow and i see these “live classes” no one else can see you, they’re just going on at a certain time, well the next one was about to start in 4 mins and it was a 15 min class. i literally said to myself, why the hell not? i will spend the next 15 mins on some type of internet anyways.. joined my first class and it was perfect. again- almost impossible to make up any excuse not to do it. just got up out of bed, turned on the video and went to town, didn’t have any weights or anything- wasn’t even needed (especially for a “beginner”). SUPER LONG STORY-JUST DO IT. you’ll thank us all later.

I have never written an app review!. I have never written an app review but I love this app. I just hope they don’t start upping prices like other apps I have used. When I first started using FitOn I was super pleased because they wanted to provide people who can’t afford gym memberships, fitness coat hrs and expensive subscriptions with the opportunity to train and get fit. I was a little but disappointed when they added a fee for pro but I also think sixty bucks per year is a good price for what you get and know that the free version is still very good. I just hope FitOn doesn’t get greedy in the future and raise prices since there’re original goal was to provide more people with an ability to learn how to workout properly and get fit. Overall I love the app I love the huge variety of workout options and recipes. I wish there were more snack recipes the are not treat type snacks. Overall I have really enjoyed the app.

Best Fitness App on the Market!!!. Hands down this is the absolute best, free fitness app out there! FitOn is what I always wished I could find in a fitness app: the freedom to get in shape at home on my time frame. With 5 children my life is crazy busy and my health has taken a hit. I have tried the gym (you need a sitter and drive time plus the membership fees), jogging outside daily (I developed a hip that continues to pop out of socket), exercise videos (snore, bored after 4-5 run through of the same thing), other apps out there are either expensive or only provide short video clips of moves. I LOVE how I feel like I am in an actual one-on-one training session with an honest to goodness knowledgeable trainer! I love being able to pick workout videos from a variety of intensities and genres (goodbye boredom). The app provides a daily motivational quote. You can take pictures of yourself to document your journey and share them (or not). You receive badges for completing a certain number of workouts. You can also join challenges that tell you which workouts to complete during the week. I find the whole app to be completely motivating and delightful. I look forward to working out and have already noticed a change in my fitness, stamina and appearance after only a month. Thank you FitOn for helping me make my life healthier on my terms!!!

Fabulous instructors, great for quick workouts!. I have always struggled to work out consistently, but with FitOn I finally, truly enjoy working out. I’m able to request a program that I can actually accomplish, the workouts are targeting the things that are important to me in the amount of time I realistically will work out. I love the track for restorative and tension relieving workouts! I actually look forward to working out now, and I often do an extra 5-10 min workout when I have time. And, the instructors are fabulous - positive, not stressful, they help me do my best even though I know it’s wimpy at the moment. I don’t feel pushed too hard, and the overall experience is calming and builds me up emotionally in addition to physically. I also love that the app gives you a robust workout experience without hitting paywalls that make it inconvenient to use. I might actually join their yearly membership just because they’re adding value to my life!

It’s been the best thing for me. This app is for any level workout for anyone. Set your own pace, weight goals, and favorite workout instructors. It is an ANNUAL purchase so, not it’s not free. But honestly $30 dollars a year is nothing compared to your day-to-day living. It’s actually worth it. I bought the app back in March of 2021 and I’ve used it more within the last three weeks ever!! I was tired of group workouts and accountability buddies. I just needed something where I could motivate myself, track my workouts and see my growth. They give you all kinds of food options and recipes, workout reminders, tips for what your goals are, whether it be to lose weight or build your muscles. The app is worth it. You can pause your workouts, stop it and it’ll save where you ended, which it didn’t before so luckily they fixed it. MY ONLY ISSUE IS, I have a Fitbit Lux and they don’t have that option to link. Most of the time I burn more calories doing these workouts, according to my watch, which is less than the amount the video says you burned. So, if they could fix that, it would be perfect for me.

Incredibly help app that’s free. I was skeptical when I saw that the developers marketed the app as “free.” If you have struggled to find a workout or remain consistent (or wish you could take classes but can not afford to do so), then I highly recommend that you try this app. The app customizes your workout plan based on your goals and preferences (i.e., how often you want to work out, how long you want each workout to last, the type of workout you prefer, etc.), but it also allows you to browse and find workouts that you may simply want to try. The trainers are articulate, helpful, and instructional. They remind you of form and motivate you the entire way through. The workouts are ranked by intensity as well as organized by category. The only issue I’ve had so far is mainly because of my preference for trainers. I like trainers that don’t rush you through the exercises, especially if the screenshot is limited and I can’t get a good feel for the form (and especially for the lowest level workouts since I’m attempting to get into the workout habit). Other than that, I commend the developers for putting out high quality workouts that are inspiring, motivational, and actually do challenge you to become stronger, healthier, and more confident. Thank you for your efforts to bring us this app. I appreciate it.

Best Free Fitness App. This app is 100% and completely free no loopholes or fake advertising here, I have been on here for three weeks and haven’t found a single thing to pay for and no ads either, really this is perfect. The instructors are amazing and really energetic and make you feel great when you do complete a session. I love how the app gives you recommended workouts so you don’t spend hours trying to figure out which workout to do. All of the negative reviews were from when it wasn’t free but now it is. Best of all most of the workouts don’t need anything more than weights if they even need weights. So my advice stop scrolling through the other fitness apps, FitOn has everything you need and more! Edit: FitOn is still an amazing app with even more coaches who encourage you along the way another thing I love is the new advice section where you can see recipes and proper ways to perform excersise (I cant spell it ok) Also I love the quick bedtime stretches you can do FitOn has really helped me love to excersise so much 😊

No need for a gym!. Seriously, the workouts you do on FitOn are so efficient and effective, I have never once thought of going back to a gym. There is a customised workout for literally anything you plan to work towards, whether it’s toning up or slimming down. IT IS TOTALLY FREE. No click-bait whatsoever. The only thing you COULD subscribe for is a meal plan. That’s it. But all the cardio, yoga, stretches, meditation, dance, ZUMBA, and more is totally and utterly free. Also, you can choose how long your workouts are. 10 minutes, 45 minutes, whatever you can fit in your day — and don’t be fooled, the 10 minute ones are just as intense. There are so many different instructors you can choose to work out with, too. Cannot stress enough how good I’ve felt since starting 4 months ago. I don’t write reviews often but this one more than deserves it, in my humble opinion. On a final note, it’s great for any age! My sister (14) does it, my Mum and Dad (both 51) do it, and my friends (all around 19-26 years old) do it. PLUS, you can work out with friends online if you want (thanks to their latest update). No better way to get your Fit On than with this app — and they consistently update. 100% recommend to any and all.

Best App That Ever Happened to Me. I used to work out an hour and a half a day and didn’t seem to be making any progress. Since joining FitOn, I’ve lost about 6 kilos and can see muscle definition beginning to appear. The workouts are as diverse as we are, the instructors are amazing and I actually look forward to doing my daily. Cannot praise FitOn enough. THANK YOU for raising my quality of life!!

What a great little free app. The base functions of the app are free and they are great. If you want to get more fancy and use party mode or get the meals, or be able to connect to your other devices, sure that’s where the fee comes in…. But really the basics are absolutely fantastic and I haven’t felt the need for anything more. Highly recommend, have gotten friends on board and told them about this app, will continue to do so if the app stays as awesome as it currently is.

The best app so far. I’ve used plenty of workout apps but this one is my fave by far. It makes you feel like you’re right in the room with the instructors, I love the suggested workouts and they always make me feel like I’ve done a great session at the gym. Especially at this time when we’re not allowed to go anywhere this is a lifesaver :)

Must have. I don’t often take the time to write reviews, but this app deserves one. For years now I’ve tried to find the motivation to begin my fitness journey, but every “free” app I downloaded included a heavy fee. I had almost given up on finding an app, until I found this - and it’s amazing. The quality of the workouts is outstanding. With so many different trainers to chose from, you can find someone who really motivates you to continue with each workout. It can create workout plans for you, depending on how many you wish to complete weekly and intensity of the workouts. I would highly recommend this app to anyone and everyone - whether you’re starting your fitness journey or have already begun... get this app!

Actually free workout app. This app is amazing. All the other “free” workout apps would make you sign up and then slap a subscription in front of you or else u can’t get the workouts. With this app you get so many programs and workouts with out having to pay a subscription. It’s totally legit. Once working out was a chore now with this app, working out is fun and enjoyable and has helped me to create a healthy body. Thank you FitOn ❤️❤️

It works when it wants to!. Very disappointed with the application of the app. The content is great but the support lets the product down. I have spent all of my "training" time trying to figure out how to get my sessions to actually run. They all seem to tell me they will resume in 35 minutes or more. Downloading doesn't help to run them immediately there is no "support" to problem solve this type of an issue. Btw - I upgraded to the paid subscription. Another annoying component is _ when adding your workout to your calendar and you try access the workout from the calendar appointment- it only takes you to the app. Not the workout itself.

Unbelievable. This app is amazing. How is it so good! I paid for the premium which was super cheat anyway. The work pits are amazing. There are so many too. It doesn’t matter if you have no equipment or no space. It even does workouts if your pregnant. It does work outs for how much time you have. The trainers are awesome. Everyone I have recommended it to have come back and told me how awesome it is!

Newly discovered Gem. Having recently discovered this app I was amazed at its greatness and it’s a free app. I’ve tried a lot of paid fitness apps and while they are all good and worth the money that you pay for them, I quickly stopped my subscriptions when I discovered this app. I just may save a little bit of money now while also enjoying a few dance cardio classes that I had never been able to find before.

Great free app- highly recommend. I think this is the first ever app review I’ve ever written - I felt compelled to share how good this app is. It’s free, there’s so much variety, very easy to use and the workouts are awesome. I’m a fairly fit person but am finding the ones I’ve done so far challenging (but you can always adjust to make it easier). Not sure I’ll go back to the gym once lockdown is over…

Best fitness app; want more disability content. + plenty of instructors to choose from + fully beneficial without paying for pro + excellent filtering system + seamless sync with calendar + social aspect is motivating + therapeutic meditations + pre/peri/post-natal options + no emphasis on gender or body type This is a fantastic app! It could be more accessible for disabled people, i.e. closed captions, chair-based workouts. Some of the yoga and mobility workouts are already great for this, but the attitude in most of the other videos is very able-body-centric, all about pushing hard, which can make exercise a detriment for a lot of conditions and generally has a discouraging effect when a person isn’t capable of that kind of exertion. I totally get how that works for and appeals to a lot of people, I just also think a dedicated series would open this app up for a lot more people. The mobility videos are a great start!

True free workouts at home. I searched high and low for an app that offered a combination of free workouts, true workouts for beginners and good coaches. Fit On ticks all the boxes. I don’t tend to review apps but had to make an exception here. While you can pay to go pro and get access to meal plans, everything else in Fit On is ready for you at no cost, unless you want to download lessons onto your phone. I have two friends who now use this app daily as well. I can’t recommend it enough - plus there are an insane variety of classes to work with, from yoga to kickboxing, HIIT, barre and everything in between. I actually find myself sore the day after my workouts on Fit On, which never happened with other apps including Nike Training because their workouts were clearly designed for people who had trained in the past and it was hard to keep up. Plus, it’s so easy to Screen Mirror to a smart TV, so you can follow along easier. Highly, highly recommend Fit On.

Worth it. I’ve used so many fitness apps over the years that were rubbish, but even the free version of fit on is absolutely worth the download. I got this app as a novelty when I saw a celebrity workout advertised on instagram and thought why the hell not. Ended up using it fairly regularly for the past 4ish years, upgraded to the paid version maybe 2 years ago when they had a great sale on, still much cheaper than a gym membership. Excellent

I’ll never pay for gym again. They really aren’t joking when they say “free workouts” they are all available at zero cost. The platform has no ads (except for their own offers) and the trainers are SO good I feel a real connection with them even though they’re through a screen. Big big fan and recommend it to everyone I know.

The Best Thing I’ve Done. Using this app is one of the best things I’ve done for myself and my health. I’ve been using it since iso started and my fitness has increased incredibly. So many types of workouts at different levels, lengths of time and targeting different areas of the body and all for free! Amazing and inspiring trainers who are all different so their are personalities and workout types to suit everyone. I cannot thank FitOn enough for keeping me entertained, inspired and physically and mentally fit throughout such a challenging year!

Cannot Recommend Enough!. Honestly downloading this app was the best thing I’ve ever done. It makes working out so simple, stress-free and enjoyable. It’s easy to stay motivated, and the trainers are so encouraging. I work as a flight attendant so getting to a gym can be difficult but so many of the workouts can be done in tight spaces without equipment. There’s zero excuses anymore. Seriously, you won’t regret it!

Unfortunate to rate it so lowly. I was super excited by the app and that everything was free... I have had it download for months and recently lost a lot of weight so went to update my statistics in the app... First my updated statistics wouldn’t save, then it wouldn’t let me choose a workout. So I restarted my phone, didn’t work. Restarted the app, didn’t work. Deleted and reinstalled the app, didn’t work. And now that I try to get back into my account; none of the buttons will let me log in! I have pressed every single button on every single page. I hope no one else gets this issue because it is extremely saddening to have this happen after loving the app for so long!!

The Best. This app offers everything you can think of and works for all ages and fitness levels. A year ago I lost my home (rental) due to the Covid housing crisis here. Horrible, the worst. My belongings are stored in friends garages and I move around feeling so displaced and hopeless. Then I found FitOn and gave it a go. I realised the one thing I could control or improve was my fitness. It has seriously saved me both physically and mentally. This app is perfect. I can choose the trainer that suits me, the intensity and target area. I can choose a time limit and style of exercise. I love the advice section too. And with subscription I have meal plans and I can download my favourite classes. I cannot stress enough how great this app is. Thank you so, so much from Western Australia 💪

Best workout app!. I’ve never written an app review but this app definitely deserves me doing this. I’ve felt amazing since starting. The instructors are so engaging and I love that I can choose a work out that suits the amount of time I have to exercise. I can also choose the type of workout I want to be doing. I would recommend downloading this to everyone and will definitely be recommending this to my friends and family.

I haven’t gone back to the gym!. Since my gym closed for Covid, I have not gone back. FitOn literally has everything you could want to train in the comfort of your own home! HIIT class, Yoga, Pilates, ZUMBA, weight training....no weights at home? FitOn has you covered with body weight classes that will get your sweat on! And don’t forget to stretch afterwards with a range of cool down / stretch classes Only got 10 mins before school pickup? There are workouts from 10-45 mins available from a long list of trainers (male & female) who will keep you motivated & coming back for more. There are also a range of challenges that you can join and share your fitness journey with friends. I must have saved nearly $1000 in gym fees, without compromising my fitness goals - I used what I saved to invest in weights for my home! The only reason I’m not scoring 5 stars is that I had to sign up to Pro in order to keep casting the app to my tv. It was a bit of a let down, BUT we’ll worth the very small investment I will def keep using FitOn!

Best fitness app!. Great workouts and instructors!! Would definitely recommend this app! I have tried multiple fitness apps but this one is by far the best. So much is offered for free and I had so much fun doing the workouts. They have found a way to make fitness fun that I never thought was possible. Each day I look forward to these workouts! I have doubled my weekly workouts and am fitter than before lockdown. Also I am considering not to go back to my gym because FitOn is just so much more effective than what I have been doing in the past! Delivers what it promises. You really shouldn’t have to pay a cent to get good quality workouts and this app doesn’t disappoint. It really is totally free. They push the paid upgrade a bit but there are no 3rd party ads. As far as I can tell the upgrade just gives you meal plans and music so you aren’t missing out on workouts if you choose to forego it. The workouts are really varied and they offer low impact variations in many of them. My only complaint: the cheesy “motivational” phrases that show up as the app loads are unbearable. I have to look away or else I’m at danger of eye injury from all the eye rolling.

Variety plus!. I enjoy working out with FitOn. I love the variety of choices. There is something for everyone. The bonus is you can workout in your own home. I choose an outdoor space for my workouts. I love the intense shorter workouts when time poor but love the challenge of longer workouts when time is not an issue. I look forward to my morning workouts.

Fantastic app LOVE IT. So many different workout styles for you to choose from that will keep you motivated, fit and engaged! Range of different timed sessions also so you can fit in a quick workout or spend some time on your workout. Very easy to follow along with the instructors and you can keep inviting friends and have workout sessions together! This app is absolutely awesome and I am loving it!

Amazing!!!!. I have never written a review for an app, but I really feel the need to support this amazing app!!! I am in Melbourne with very strict CV-19 restrictions and this app has been a life saver. Even apps that you pay for don’t cast to your TV, this app makes it so easy to lay down your mat, cast the workout to your tv and it even shows my heart rate from my Apple Watch on the screen and records the relevant workout in my activity app afterwards. Very very impressed and can’t believe it is free?! You can set up programs for yourself, do challenges and all the trainers are lovely and encouraging. I will perhaps upgrade to the premium for the music selection, currently in the free version the music is just generic background stuff and I love pumping the tunes when I work out! I have sent this app to so many other friends and family who all agree, it’s a very premium offering- for free! Well done to the FitOn team, I am so grateful to have such a resource during this time and beyond!

Brilliant! Addictive working out!. I came across this on Pinterest, and generally the ads annoy me there. I accidentally clicked on the video and it took me to the app. I nearly clicked out of it but it got me on curiosity. The ‘free’ option sold me, had nothing to lose on my late night click bait. I am now 10 weeks in and am obsessed! It caters to what goals you have for yourself, how many workouts per week and how long you’d like to do it. I now complete 1-2 workouts every day, whenever I get a chance and wherever! Minimal equipment, weights are the main piece you’ll need. Occasionally yoga ball. They mention mat, sometimes I just find a floor with carpet. It’s so accessible. In lockdown one day, it felt like my kids and husband where in every room, so I even completed one in the kitchen! The presenters are really likeable, it feels like the ultimate one-on-one personal trainer experience, the workouts are amazing in variety! In the morning I may find myself doing barre or yoga and in the evening I may be doing a HIIT or Pilates routine. It offers so many different workouts, you just can’t get bored! I’m feeling great, starting to see tone and shape changes, and it’s fun! Absolutely recommend!

Life changing. FitOn has changed my life - I’m mid 50s but 18 months ago felt like an unfit 80 year old. I’ve now been doing the FitOn work outs at least 5 times weekly for 74 weeks, and combined with other healthy habits have lost half my current body weight and am more toned than I’ve ever been. I love that all workouts have low impact options and the trainers feel like great friends. 5 Gold Stars!

Wow! 🤩. Honestly, I’ve tried just so many apps, and without the hassle of subscriptions, trials and the dose, this is just the most amazing app! So far, no bugs, and I love all the features included. I’m a ballerina, so I love how they include ballet workouts, along with other dance and barre workouts, as they really help me become a stronger and better ballerina! This app also includes meals, which are really amazing, along with a feature in which you can do the workout with your friends! And this is all completely free. I totally recommend this.... whether your a beginner or expert!

Love love love this app!. It really is free for all workouts (you pay if you want a meal plan). The trainers are all amazing as are their workouts. I’m currently in week 21 and still going strong, working out 4-5 days a week. I’ve never ever been able to stick to working out, let alone at home on my own. But I haven’t missed a week since I started. So many workouts to choose from and they add more each month. Please don’t stop! Highly Accessible and Motivating App!. Over the past few years, I have been looking for ways to improve my physical health. I have tried many, many fitness apps (HIIT, and exercise habit type workouts) over the years, but FitOn definitely takes the cake as the best fitness app I’ve come across so far. I’ll talk more about FitOn’s system than the contents of the app itself, which I’m sure other people have covered. The first thing that surprised me was that you could gain a free 6 month PRO membership if you are a student. The sign up process was quick and simple, so it was a pleasant surprise that the app was immediately financially accessible for me. And even if you are not a student, there are plenty of free workout videos that are great to follow! Another thing that really caught my attention was the fact that they do not enforce any daily streaks. FitOn follows a weekly streak system, where it activates when you’ve done at least one workout during the week. This is great for reinforcing positive habits, where it may not be easy for people to maintain a regular routine (like me, who has struggled forever). Overall, I cannot recommend this app enough. It is not a surface level app at all - FitOn has a lot of complexity, where it also asks about eating habits and stress levels, because these things also affect our physical health too! Give it a go, there is no harm in trying FitOn out.

Free work outs - NO CATCH!. I could not recommend this app more!!! I actually found it by chance after seeing an Instagram Ad. It honestly is $0 to download, you can try all the different work outs for free. There is an option to upgrade and pay for a “pro membership” which will give you a meal plan, allow you to access music at the same time etc. You can add family/friends so you can work out together and do the same work outs. This app is seriously amazing!!

No, I don’t want premium!. I don't know if I'm getting old and grumpy, or if in recent years I just got obsessed with having the perfect UX, but this app got me so annoyed in so little time! I created a new account, first thing I'm offered a discount to upgrade to premium, I haven't even seen the app yet, no, I don't want premium before testing it. Oh well, let's take a look at the workouts, plenty of options but no way to preview the workout and see the exercises contained in it beforehand. Ok ok, breathe, just pick a random one and now I'm prompted to upgrade to premium music feature! Sorry, what?

Injury exercises. I was using the app every day. 3 weeks ago I broke my foot doing an exercise on the app and since then my options have been very limited. I thought that an injury exercise section would be beneficial for people who are recovering from trauma injuries 🙂 Maybe getting a message system set up where the app checks in on its users to check in on their progress or circumstances would make it feel more personal too 👍🏻

great for the “I have no time” kind of people. FitOn is amazing to fit in short workouts from the comfort of your own home. lunch breaks, after work or before work. I love doing the 20-25 min workouts! But they have many options ranging from as little as 7 minutes! So many options to chose from!

Brilliant app. I love FitOn, each day I’m able to find exactly what suits me. For example, if I’m tired a nice yoga class, or if I’m time poor, I do a quick ten minute cardio… or if my body is feeling stiff, I do a strong yoga class.. and when I’m feeling energetic I do three classes that work in different areas of my body and mind. Amazing. This is amazing app! I used it for more than a year now and it helped me get back into exercising and fitness again. Most of trainers are great and they give you easy and hard versions of different exercise through the workouts. It works for beginners and advanced people. Easy to follow. Standard version is free and fantastic.

Some good content, app issues. While some of the videos are good, there are still major problems in regards to the UX. But more importantly there are still quite a lot of bugs. I sent you an email outlining some of the issues. Please let me know if you need any further details. Basically most issues seem to be related to the screensize of my phone (iPhone SE). Seems that a lot of the buttons and other elements are no responsive (enough). Another major issue occurs when I broadcast the workouts to my Shield. The app seems to lose the connection and doesn’t recognize that I completed the entire workout.

Best Fitness App. I love FitOn and use it every week for a huge variety of work outs, I cannot be,I’ve how much you get for free and love that it is constantly updated with new trainers and new routines. Absolutely the best and saves me from going to a gym but still gives a gym worthy work-out every time. I highly recommend you try this!

My daily joy. Most mornings I start my day with a workout of my choice which gets me moving more freely, releases happy endorphins, calms my mind and prepares me for the day. Best fitness App ever!. I have lost so much weight and gained so much muscle definition since using this app. I can’t believe I waited so long to try it! It is the best workout app and the greatest part is that every one of the hundreds of workouts on offer are completely free. It’s like you have one on one personal training sessions with your own qualified trainer in the comfort of your own home! AND FOR FREE! There’s a whole range of workouts from HIIT to tabata, to strength, Pilates and yoga, and you can select a workout to suit your mood or to target a specific body part. You can select your favourite workouts to do again and again and they show you how intense the workout will be before you try it. I cannot recommend this app highly enough to do it any kind of justice. There are very few ads and they aren’t instructive or time consuming at all. I use it every day and I’m getting hotter and sexier than I have ever been before! Thanks Fit On!

Why did they have to change the app icon???. I’m new to FitOn but so far am just taken aback in a good way by how fabulous it is. The trainers are great, the workouts are great, and for someone who gets mightily distracted by aesthetics, the backdrops to the workouts are wonderful. The recent update removed the neat & stylish app icon & replaced it with a clumsy purple graphic however. I hate it!

Amazing App. Such a great app. If you don’t have the cash like me there are so many free options. It has helped move my body postpartum and I can not thank the trainers enough. The positivity the options for lower ability and strength have kept me engaged and wanting more. I’m now trying hiit for the first time 11 months post Partum! I’m enthused about training for the first time in years. Cannot recommend enough. I got my whole mothers group on board!

Love it!. I never leave reviews as I simply can’t be bothered, but I REALLY love this App! I ran out of ideas for home workouts during the covid-19, but FitOn has so many of them and they are truly great. It is so convenient that you may choose whatever you want depending on your mood and time availability. I was also quite surprised that despite me exercising on a regular basis (I am more of a strength/resistance/HIIT/tabata/ rather than heavy weights kinda person) there were things that still challenge you. However, my favourite thing is that I started enjoying yoga, learned again how to do a handstand and returned my splits and flexibility, that I lost probably about 5 years ago since I stopped doing stretching. Overall, I love FitOn and recommend it to all my friends!!

BEST. APP. EVER.. This is literally the best exercise app ever. It’s absolutely free and the videos are fantastic. You can choose any videos from 10 minute heart pumping HIIT sessions to 41 minute strength workouts. There’s meditation, yoga, Pilates and small space workouts. There’s something for everyone and it’s FREE!! You can add friends, complete challenges, chat and save post workout photos. I’ve never been into exercise but FitOn changed that for me. I’m feeling so happy with myself and how I look!! Love love love it.

Best online fitness app ever. I love his app. The insructors are so professional, engaging and they get straight into it without all the fluffing that goes on with other exercise videos. I love the flexibility of choosing between shorter or longer workouts according to how long I have to exercise on a given day. So much variety. I can tailor to certain body parts or a particular style of workout. All for free!!!! Just love it!

One of the best. FitOn is honestly so helpful to me. As I’m still in school and can’t afford to subscribe to a gym or a subscription-based app, this app is honestly one of the best I’ve seen. I’ve never written a review before, but with this app I felt like I need to because of how varying and fun the workouts are. I don’t use their app for their plans, I just use it for fun workouts like the dancing ones, or the boxing ones (they’re the best). I do also use NTC, another completely free (I think) app out there, however it’s target audience is for a lot more serious fitness ppl, and as such they’re workouts tend to miss the fun side of things, so if I don’t feel motivated to do any exercise that day, I’ll just head on over to FitOn and “hay presto!” I have a workout which is FUN and EFFECTIVE. The only improvements I would suggest is being able to see what each workout consists of (like the actual exercises) and be able to cancel your fitness plan. Altogether a FANTASTIC app which is just what I need to motivate me to exercise, so THANKYOU 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

So happy. I was searching for a free workout app for a while and finally found Fiton. So far I’m so happy with this app that I had to write a review even though I normally never write reviews. There are so many different workouts which target the whole body that you can try a new workout each day while tagging your favourites to come back to as your ‘go too’s.’ There are multiple trainers with different workout styles which once I had a few favourite trainers I would search their workouts. Within a few days of using the app I was feeling new muscles that I hadn’t been using before which makes me confident that I will soon be seeing the results that I want. I would totally recommend this app!

BEST FITNESS APP I'VE EVER SEEN. I cannot say enough good things about this app! First off, because I was super sceptical - yes it really is free. Every video is available on the free version, and no limited time trial business. There is the ability to upgrade to a paid version, but this is for extras such as recipes, connecting with friends, and connecting your Fitbit or Garmin HR monitor. The workout library is massive, the workout quality is top-notch. There are a huge variety of workouts, both in activity and duration, so there really is something for everyone. I love that the trainers on here are people I've known and followed for years, as well as many I've never heard of. I also love how you can track how many calories you're burning, and add in the external activities you do. I also love getting achievement badges - I may be an adult on paper, but there is definitely a 5 year old somewhere inside of me still. My only suggestions would be: - to be able to categorize and search for challenges by activity type (yoga, kickboxing, various, etc) - to have a record of how many times we've done a particular video

It is not all free!!!. Before you can even see what kind of workouts they have, they are already asking you to pay $40 to upgrade to the plus version. If you don't upgrade, you are very limited on what you can do. For example, when I finally found a work out I wanted to try, I still couldn't chrome cast onto my TV.And there is absolutely no way I am getting a decent work out while trying to see it on my little phone screen

Doesn’t work anymore. My app starts up and never gets past the opening screen. It used to work. And, now it does not. Please fix it.

Truly is the best workouts app. Started using it during the pandemic. It’s the one app that workouts are free without any restrictions! You can even create a personalized plan based on the area of your body you are trying to work on. I love it! However, you can longer cast to your tv for free anymore :(

Love the app. Hello, I’ve paid my yearly fee of 39.99 and have downloaded many exercises on my IPad. Is there a reason why I cannot download the exercises on my IPhone? The FitOn app wants me to subscribe again for my IPhone in order to download. Am I missing something??

Used to be amazing. This app used to be amazing. All the workouts are free you just needed to pay to do the plans etc. find with me. Until yesterday, it made me download the updated version and now casting it to my TV so I can actually see the workout now costs money. Why?? Why would you do that?? I used to recommend this app to everybody now I don’t and will probably stop using it.

Dangerous for postpartum. I was recommended this app as I am 14 weeks postpartum and a friend has seen that there is a postpartum training program. I need to emphasize that I was active throughout pregnancy and completed 6 weeks specialized program with a pelvic floor physio after a healthy birth. Therefore when I tried the postnatal program at 14 weeks I had a healthy base. I was highly disappointed with the workouts offered and frankly they were dangerous. I rate this 1 star because: 1. The instructor goes through the workout extremely fast, no time for safe movements from floor to standing etc. 2. There are no available modifications or mentioned modifications to the movements which are advanced and high risk of injury to jump into postpartum 3. The language used by the instructor was Shame inducing “ now burn the flabby belly skin” etc .

Very deceiving. This is not free, only the download of the app is free. Once it is downloaded, in order to access anything, you must first choose monthly premium of $19.99 or yearly, billed at $10.99 per month. So disappointing

Get fit at home. Love this app - great variety of workouts, many options for workout lengths. It’s nice to have for at home workouts when I want to follow a trainer or try a different class.

Can’t cast on tv without subscription. There is a free version in this app for basic routines and stuff, but when I went to cast the video on my tv to see it better than on my small phone screen, it told me I needed to upgrade to premium version. That’s really dumb because it’s just me casting it on my tv, why should I pay for that?

Review and question. Wonderful, amazing app! I love these trainers !! This app introduced me to Pilates and it’s exactly what I needed. Money very well spent. For some reason, when I use my TV I can’t use Spotify, not sure why. Any plans on adding spin bike workouts? Thank you!!

Money grubbing. I used to love this app, and recommended it to everyone. The workouts were free, and I could cast them to my tv. Paid subscription was an option, but just for the ‘extras’. But no more! Now they want a paid subscription to be able to cast to a bigger screen! And even on my phone, when I try to do the meditations, the video stalls and buffers - not really conducive to a relaxing meditation! They have become just like so many crappy apps that make you pay for everything and only give free members poor quality!

To many pop outs. I love everything about the app, but the only thing is that there are a lot of pop adds and reviews at the end of each workout and is pretty annoying, also i mainly used the app on my iPad and the app keeps rotating around to different views even tho I have it lock. Some every time that I finish a workout it rotates and I have to leave the app and open it again for it to change back. Aside from that everything is great a have recommended this app to everyone I know!

Disappointed. I purchased the FitOn premium (Pro) subscription after trying the free version. I did so mainly to be able to play my own music with workouts and to cast in a larger screen. Since I purchased the premium a few weeks ago, I have sent three messages to express my disappointment that I cannot access my own music through Apple or Spotify. No one has responded to explain or address my concern. Workouts are fine but there are features that I paid for that I am not able to access. A response would be appreciated. Customer service doesn’t seem to be a priority, once the money has been received.

Do not get if not in the US. This apps premium advertises premium music for the workouts but it does not work unless you are in the US, the meal planner is also weird due to it not giving you a proper grocery list. This sucks because the workouts are really good but this makes premium basically worthless.

Loooove this app. I have been using it for at least 4 years, it saved me from through COVID and I feel like I know in person to the trainers whom they are great, they keep the workouts fun and inspiring hope they continue forever, this is app is part of my daily routine and it keeps me motivated and excited to come back and like they say feeling good about showing up for myself

Best App but needs to bring back feature to add workouts manually to plan. I love this app! It’s the best app with the best trainers. One thing they have recently changed that they need to bring back is the ability to add workouts manually to a program. I am not able to organize my workouts weekly anymore and it’s affecting my goals. PLEASE BRING THIS OPTION BACK.

Good but glitchy. It’s an awesome app. Some glitches once and a while but overall so good! I love sharing workouts with friends and I love the variety on this app. Worth the discounted price, but I’m not sure I would pay for the full price just yet - it would be good if it were a little easier to navigate and if there were more options for customizing recommendations to target your workout level and fitness level other than type of workout and length of time.

I love FitOn. In the age of super expensive subscription apps, this one is so refreshing since this app is totally free to sign up and start working out. And no ads, other than the one that asks you to buy their premium version. But I don’t mind that. So far the workouts are great! And they make them so you don’t need any fancy equipment, you just need a mat and some weights if you want. Even the paid version seems pretty cheap, if you want the meal planning and to hook up your fit watch. The workout trainers are so encouraging and relatable as well and give you compliments that boost you to keep going when you feel like you can’t.

Awesome workouts. I am so impressed with this app! I love being able to pick a workout that suits my needs- so much variety its always easy to find a guided workout that I enjoy! Love it!

FitOn. This app is a great app but for when it’s free I think you should be able to have access to everything not just certain things, for people that can’t afford another thing to pay for, other wise I think this app is amazing so far even tho I haven’t worked out yet. I’m starting next week

Great But…. App is great, love the variety of workouts available and the challenges created to help motivate you and your friends. Issue is that if I workout on my TV or another device, the workout progress isn't saved to the app from my phone and won't show up on the apple health app either. Not being able to see progress from workout completed from other devices from the same account is frustrating

Great for any fitness level. I have no idea how they are able to do it but all of their workouts are completely free. There’s no hidden costs. They do have a subscription which from my understanding is about adding meal planning. I have not tried that but they often have sales on it if that’s what you like. The choices for fitness are great.

Expert opinion?. Don’t you think that based on our needs, the app should recommend what kind of workouts we should do? I for one, don’t know which kind of exercise has what effect.

Helpful!. I am an extremely overweight mom who made every excuse not to work out. I found this app has saved me. With the 5-10 min workouts I can do as many as I want and I feel great! They are fun, challenging and not boring. I love how there are so many to choose from and I don’t get bored.

Can’t stream on my TV.. App is free, but won’t let me stream on my TV without signing up for premium. I have access to premium through my Weight Watchers profile, however I can’t stream from the WW app to my TV either. I wish I could sync my WW account with this app.

Great!. I downloaded it because I read it had free workouts and it does. It’s just week 1 so far but so far so good. I like that the trainer does the entire workout in the video

I lost 18lbs with FitOn. After having my second baby I found it really difficult to lose the baby weight. In March, I started working out with FitOn everyday and I’ve lost 18lbs so far. I’m actually back to my pre-kids weight but I’m in the best shape of my life. The classes are greatly instructed, easy to follow and easy to navigate. I have the pro - version which includes recipes that match your fitness goals.

Great app!. I’m really happy to have found a free workout app! Shouldn’t need to pay to workout! I’d rather be bombarded with ads and because their workout content is good I’m tempted to pay for meal plan and eventually probably will - this is how people should create workout apps!

My Motivation to start the day. Came across fit on a commercial on Facebook. best thing that ever happened, always wanted to start working out start stretching and getting my body up and going. and finding that motivation to do so was very hard because I am a mother of 2 Active boys, also a certified nursing assistant who works overnight 16 hours a day and it’s hard to fine that time for my self and fit on does it for me it was a blessing coming across it and the fact that it’s free is a bonus!! It lifts my spirits give me something to look forward to doing in the morning before I get my day going and I will be introducing this app to my family and friends especially my sister who is also a register nurse, I started already but I am setting up a small space in my basement, and starting next week we’re gonna be working out 💪together in the mornings before we go to work! 👍it’s going to be a 🥳#🤩

So far I’ve only used meditation. I’ve had this app on my phone for quite a while (more than a year) and I’ve only recently used it. I used, on 3 separate nights, 3 different meditation videos for sleep. It normally takes 2-3 hours for my brain to shut up but the first video I used (14 minutes) I was asleep before it finished, the second video I used (10 minutes) I was asleep before it finished, and the 3rd video I used (15 minutes) I didn’t even make it half way before I was asleep. I plan to start actively using the workout videos and other meditation videos more. I love that it’s free and is not constantly interrupted by commercials like most free apps are. I feel that they actually just want people to be healthier. They offer EVERYTHING: yoga, barre, kickboxing, kinrgy, small space, no equipment, you name it! Please FitOn, DON’T EVER CHANGE (I mean keep adding new videos but don’t change the format)!!!!!

One issue that keeps me from giving 5 stars.. I have been a Fitbit Coach user for a couple of years and was disappointed to learn they were ending the app this summer. I was watching TV one evening and a commercial for FitOn came on. I thought it looked neat so I downloaded it and found myself loving it. My sister downloaded it too and we both decided to get the Pro version. Well I’ve been working on earning achievements and they are not always registered. I have been trying to earn the workout before 7am and even though I’ve done 5 or 6 workouts now in the last 2 weeks before 4 am I have not earned this. I contacted FitOn and the only answer I got was we are aware that some people are not receiving them. My sister who uses the same type of phone and internet was awarded hers. I hope this is fixed soon and I can change my rating to 5 stars.

BEST fitness app ever!!. First let me say that I hated working out before FitOn. I did a couple years of CrossFit and rarely went - maybe twice a week and then I was so sore I couldn’t go again the next day. I joined a regular gym and either couldn’t get the motivation to get there and once I did, was bored to death on the treadmill. This app is the very first workout plan I’ve done consistently. It’s fun, it works, I’ve lost about 7lbs with diet adjustments as well and feel amazing. Sometimes I do more than 1 workout in a day too because they have all types - yoga, Pilates, stretches, cardio etc, different times and different body parts, multiple ways to search. I never get bored. Plus it’s ALL FREE. I’m so happy I’m even considering buying the subscription plan for the year because I use it so much and to be able to track on my watch and download the classes. All the classes are still free on demand. I’m just so happy. Thank you FitOn!!!

Actually free and awesome app!. Can’t believe I finally found a free exercise app. I workout from home and don’t want to pay a membership when I could just come up with workouts at home on my own. This app helps me switch it up. I love how there are classes to join at specific times (extra motivation), on demand workouts to do at any time, and “challenges” you can select to keep you on track. If a workout is too easy I just add extra weight. Thank you for developing this app and actually making it free! I think what is confusing others is that this app used to not be free, and it still says “in app purchases” as part of the old description. Seems like the app developers are working on getting that removed but that once you create an app, it’s difficult to change that feature from the description? That’s my guess. Every other fitness app I’ve tried has cost a membership or upgrade fee of some sort, beyond their trial period.

Wow! Everything you need in one place.. I recently turned 50 and am overweight and out of shape. My gift to myself was get healthier. I have tried other fitness apps and couldn’t stick out the first week. I got bored, the levels were too intense etc. Not with this app. I made it through my first week, loved it and actually look forward to my workouts. There are so many different exercises, levels, there are great stretching routines. If you want to pay for the meal plans etc it’s a good price. I haven’t done that yet because I wanted too see if I liked the app first but honestly you don’t need to pay for the routines themselves and there are TONS for every fitness level. Thank you for this app. I finally found something that motivates me and gives me such a variety of workouts as well as levels for beginners that are out of shape like me!

Don’t Be Fooled...ITS REALLY FREE!. I downloaded this app along with countless other “claiming to be free” fitness apps and quickly deleted all of the other ones when I saw the limited features and options without paying for it. FitOn is 100% completely free for all of the workouts you can imagine along with challenges to keep you coming back for more. I love the live classes because it makes me schedule the time to workout just like an in person class would so I’m held accountable and getting those workouts in! The app is so easy to navigate and I find myself constantly finding more classes I want to try. This app is free and worth every penny and then some! Disclaimer: you do have to pay ($10 for the year) if you want to be able to download workouts to watch offline or to use the meal plan, but the rest is totally accessible without paying a cent!

Fantastic app. I’ve been using the FitOn app since the beginning of the year after I saw Gabrielle Union’s Instagram posts. I have had a great experience thus far. The quality of the workouts and variety offered are amazing- even better than some one of the paid apps. There have been a few glitches here and there but FitOn resolves them very quickly. I like that there are many ways to search for workouts: target area, time, intensity, trainer etc... One suggestion for the app developers is to add a filter to help in searching for workouts. For example, if one selects to do yoga, could there be a way to filter/sort the available yoga workouts? Maybe by: duration of workout, date added, workout name etc. Otherwise, no complaints, it is a great app. I can’t believe it’s FREE (for workouts) & hope it stays that way. Thanks, FitOn.

Love it, but…. Helps me be consistent. I’ve had both the free version and paid version and loved them both. The free version still gives a ton of workouts and I really like the variety of trainers (though I wish there was more body diversity), durations, intensities, and programs to choose from. I also love being able to add reminders that appear automatically on my calendar but keep having the same tech issues that don’t seem to get resolved regardless of troubleshooting: - Sometimes, the app gets “stuck” on the first screen when I launch it, so I have to close then reopen, which makes me lose my place if I’m launching a workout from a link on my calendar. - The workout reminders added to my calendar from my app appear in duplicates or even triplicates or more. - When I click on a calendar reminder link to access a workout and the app launches, the calendar event immediately disappears which means (a) if the app crashes, I can’t go back to find my place and (b) I can’t mark it as completed on my calendar (I like keeping track of my workouts), so I have to manually add the workouts to my calendar after the fact. Other than the issues I mentioned above, I’m a huge fan! There’s so much variety on the free version, including all of the workouts included in the monthly and other challenges.

This app is NOT 100% Free. I’m writing this review after just downloading the app. After reading several reviews all saying how great it is and celebrating “OMG it’s free!?!” I decided to download it and look around. Right out of the gate if you want access to the nutritional info and meal recipes/plans you have to pay. Exercise makes up like 35% of successful weight-loss endeavors and maintaining healthy lifestyles, nutrition is the other 65% of 100% success. You can workout every single day, consistently, diligently, but if you’re not eating right on top of that you set yourself up for failure and disappointment. Additionally, just from looking around at some of the negative reviews they say the workouts don’t accommodate for beginners. So this app is really only “Free” for those who are already physically fit to some degree and have nutrition knowledge and recipes of their own. Just saying, it’s not a good look to say something like this is free when it’s not and it makes me feel like a lot of the positive reviews were bought or faked. You wanna charge for your app, fine, that’s a common thing plus how else would the creators make a profit? Just don’t advertise your product as free when you know it’s not.

Not suited for actual beginners. With the exception of the meditation and yoga assortment offered, the vast majority of workouts are rated medium to high intensity. For example, several of the workouts involve HIIT, Tabata, and high-impact aerobics. I have asthma and can’t possibly complete these exercises!! Also, I recently purchased a course, Total Shred, for $30, in addition to the annual fee already paid. Although the course summary clearly states that it provides foundational techniques to build strength, the second day of the first week relies heavily on high-impact moves. I contacted FitOn support requesting that I switch programs and apply my initial payment to another course. Simply put, I never received any type of response—great customer service! In conclusion, the advertising for this app is deceptive and its reliance on high-impact moves is a non-starter for beginners (and asthmatics). FOLLOW-UP: Although the Developer immediately responded to my initial, critical review, no one has contacted me in the last 36-48 hours. Apparently FitOn’s mission is to create the appearance of concern without the actual intent of resolving issues. I HAVE PERMANENTLY DELETED MY ACCOUNT!

The best!. I recommend this app to everyone! I tell my friends and family about it all the time. I used it leading up to my wedding and am very pleased not only with the results but also with how convenient and quick and simple the workouts are. With the events now happening in the world the gym hasn’t been a consistent option, and with this app I now prefer to workout at home! I get easily bored and give up with most workouts I try myself but FitOn has so many options I never lose interest. I feel that I am working out all my muscles while getting good variety instead of doing the same things over and over again. I like that they have different trainers and that they do the entire workout with you- it’s like having personal at home trainers! And it’s free!! Some of the trainers are a little obnoxious so it’s nice to have options. The workouts are effective. Highly recommend!

Amazing App that changed my life ✨. When Covid struck and I had to work from home for almost a year, I had lost motivation to exercise bc I was used to teaching my Zumba classes and going to the gym to workout. Exercise outdoors at one point wasn’t an option bc of the horrific fires that were happening. I downloaded a bunch of apps but they always had trials with an eventual charge to use it. When I came across FitOn, everything changed. The daily fitness schedules, goal setting, and reminders helped me lose 30lbs during that time. My friends and I worked out together on zoom to motivate each other. I told my mom about it and she did a class with me. I recommend it for everybody. It’s 100% free with no gimmicks. This app is a great tool for all exercise levels. Whether you are exercising for the first time or want a tough workout, you can get it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Keep it free-I paid so others don’t have to. I am blown away by the quality of this app and it’s workouts. The instructors are top notch; motivating and charismatic. They make it fun and keep me coming back. Although I don’t need the extras that the pro version provides, I think that the content on the free version is well worth the price of the pro version. I chose to pay for the pro version because I have the means to do so, and it is my hope that the creators will keep the free version as is or better for those who don’t have the means to pay for it. For something of this quality, I would understand the temptation to charge for the content that is currently free. I LOVE Working Out!! No, Seriously!!. I’m a teenager and between school and everything else! I’ve never really had the motivation to get a workout app. Then I “met” FitOn and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I never write reviews, so this app must be good enough to have a 5 star review! This app is legit, for real, all the workouts are free(which is hard to find these days)! My favorite trainer is Cassey Ho, I recommend checking out her workouts! I love the plans they give you or just picking out your own workouts to do. The challenges motivate me to get up and do something instead of just sitting around watching tv. I love being able to have friends on the app because you can see what workouts they’ve been doing and you can also motivate and cheer on your friends to workout! This app is the only app that has made me excited about working out! Don’t change a thing FitOn, you’ve got a thing going here that no other app has!

I hate workouts and I don’t hate this. Ok listen, I have NEVER rated an app in my life, and I have ALWAYS hated working out. I have PCOS, anxiety, and was overweight most of my childhood, struggling with depression for about 4 years. I’ve always been told that working out was a remedy that I needed to right the way I naturally am, so I got every militaristic, gut wrenching, boot camp workout I could find and overworked myself till I passed out. always just feeling worse about my body at the end of it. As a young girl I never saw workouts as something positive, just another thing to fail at. This app is so different than that. Every time you open it you see a positive affirmation. You can pick exactly what you need and like. It’s such a positive way to truly see that by doing these workouts you are loving and taking care of yourself. You get to see all you have truly accomplished all in one place, and are encouraged to be your best self. SOO glad this app is out here!

I use FitOn every day!. I love the variety of workouts, ranging from easy relaxing yoga stretches to HIIT, with different options for how much time you have. It makes it easy to motivate myself to commit to just a couple simple ones every day, which usually leads in to longer, more intense workouts—and regardless of how much time I give it, I always feel like I accomplished something. I also love how the trainers continuously remind you to listen to your own body, go at the pace and difficulty level that is best for you on an individual basis—there’s no place for shame in personal growth, and I really appreciate how they encourage you not to listen to negative thoughts of inadequacy or comparison. Also I love that it’s FREE with the option to upgrade. The free version isn’t just a trial, and it still allows you to utilize pretty much all the workouts. This is fantastic, and I’m a huge fan of FitOn. Highly recommend.

Pop Up Propaganda. “FitOn is for everybody and every body!” Or so it says. For an app that is meant to help you get started and be accessible to all it is overrun with pop ups. I can’t access a workout without x-ing out multiple pop ups. It’s obnoxious and hypocritical. They say they are proud of being the only free fitness app however if you are a client who chose the free option due to budget restrictions, FitOn will harass you every opportunity they get to coerce you to purchase. It’s a big turn off at 6 am when I just want a work out ready at the click of my finger. Instead I have to workout my thumbs to click past all the pop ups. If you value everybody then respect my choice to not go pro. You can have a button on the app that simply says go pro that clients can click when they are ready. Or There should be an option to turn off their pop ups. The free offer isn’t with integrity if it’s just propaganda for the pro. It’s hard enough to get yourself up in the am to workout without this persistence of pops punching you in the face at every attempt you make to get your Fit On!

The Best Workout App. I’ve had this app for over two years now and I recommend it to everyone. The workouts are great and I love that the instructors are always voicing to listen to your body and work your way up to getting the moves all the way. They are ALWAYS adding new workouts to the app with is great for variety. I paid for pro when they had it at a discount and although I don’t follow the meal plan that they set up for me, I like to reference the recipes and pick my favorites to put into my normal cooking routine. When I first signed up for this app I was skeptical because nothing is ever 100% free, but with this app you do get everything that you need without paying a thing. You may not be able to do fancy things like change the music or download workouts without paying but those features are not necessary for a great workout.

Exactly what I was looking for. I’m obsessed. I’ve been looking for awhile for a free app with decent guided workouts so I could incorporate some at-home workouts into my fitness routine. This app has exceeded my expectations. It’s been a god send during quarantine to keep me motivated and moving, and I love that it doesn’t nag you to complete workouts, but has achievement badges when you do (which is a great motivator for me). I love that you can “work out” with friends too, and see their progress as well, which is not only another added level of motivation, but a great way to stay connected. All of the workouts are actually free, and there’s so much variety to choose from! All of the instructors are excellent, and are great about keeping you motivated and feeling good. They have a premium membership that incorporates nutrition advice, as well as some other features, such as the ability to download workouts and Fitbit integration.

So stoked!. I’ve never been a huge fan of working out and hate the gym (even though I’ve taken OT classes). I’ve always been more of an outside activity gal. However with the pandemic going on and winter in Upstate NY, both kids doing school remotely I have zero time for being active but I needed something to get moving because I felt terrible about my body. I was struggling to find something I liked, I hated beach body even though my boyfriend swears by it I just couldn’t get into it, I wasn’t a fan of the workouts or the instructors. I went on a Facebook mom group and asked for recommendations, someone recommended this app and mannnnn it’s so perfect, the instructors are great, the workouts are amazing you can pick and choose and adjust to whatever intensity and time you want and there’s a huge variety of workouts. I’ve never been excited about working out till now!!!

Best Workout App EVER!. I honestly have never wrote a review for an app before. This app has helped me so much trying to get more fit. I cannot tell you how many times I have installed an app saying it’s free when it’s not. But i’m so happy to say that this app and all of the workouts are FREE! This app helps me in so many different ways. I use it once I get up in the mornings to have a good stretch, I use it in the afternoon for my ab workouts, and I even use this app to help me cool down just in time for when I go to bed. When I had to do the rest of school online I was in my desk chair ALL DAY! But I soon went on the FitOn app and even found stretches to do WHEN I’M AT MY DESK! They literally have everything you could possibly want in a workout app! I even told my sister about the app who has to do a online gym class and she even uses the app to do her workouts. I honestly wish I knew about this app sooner!

You have to pay a subscription to sync some health watches but not others to the app which is frankly very biased in tracking equipment and clearly a promotional tool for the Apple Watch. The work out plans are very wide ranges when picking the general category you want but then very limited when making the actual plan. Say you want to build muscle, it doesn’t do anything to evaluate where you already are at and how/where you want to build. Lose weight and stay toned are the same plan. You can adjust how much time and how many days you have to work out which is nice as other apps don’t do that and it doesn’t blow you up with notifications either. The lack of nagging from the app is great because it drives many people to delete or ignore things on their phone when it is constantly blowing up. People are more likely to stick and do things because they want to rather than because are told to and the developers understood this. It has some interesting exercises as well and will tell you how difficult on a scale of 3 something is.

Great workout at home app BUT.... I’ve been using FitOn for over a year now and I have been recommending the app to everyone I know. There are various workout programs for different fitness levels to choose from. I use it every day. However, when I updated the app today I found out I have to be a paid member to mirror it with my Apple TV. Even though the Pro program offers a lot and cheaper than the regular gym membership, I have more bills to pay now especially I don’t have a job due to the pandemic. It only links with four models of Fitbit so my Charge 2 will not work with the FitOn app even I upgrade to a paid membership. That’s a huge disappointment. Also, the streaming on my Apple TV is lagging and freezing constantly after I update and upgrade to Pro. Hopefully, it will be fixed soon.

Honestly the best. I have a hard time motivating even when I have a reminder on my phone. The only real way I can be motivated is when I have a standing appointment with someone at a gym. This app helps me want to get into a routine (even though I have never kept a routine). The workouts are all free and led by extremely helpful encouraging videos. You can tell these instructor led videos are created with a lot of care, attention, and love for what they do. Thank you fiton for creating fun and semi interactive videos for me to want to do. I was afraid to do any other app or virtual workout regimen in gears my money would go to waste by not using them consistently. There are 5 min workouts and even 30 min workout etc. they all have a level of difficulty that show you what you are getting into before you start the video. Best app ever. Now I’m considering paying for the pro plan because I know I use this app well enough to justify the cost!

HOW IS THIS FREE?! too amazing.. This app is insane. I literally cannot believe it’s FREE app... like what?!?! It’s helped me so much with my weight loss and fitness journey. I usually do popsugar workouts but I always struggle to pick a new workout and usually go to my same 3 I always do and love. Which is fine but this app picks out my workouts, and does such a great job alternating from full body one day, abs and booty another day and arms and back the next. Keeps every day fresh and exciting to do a new workout! I just can’t believe all these videos are free and the program they set up for you is FREE. Of course you can go in and choose your own workouts from a wide selection...Blows my mind that this is free🤯🤯🤯 (premium for meal plans and other features that I don’t find necessary for me). I could barely find a picture collage app that didn’t make you sign up for a subscription!! PLEASE STAY FREE🙏🙏

Surprised I’ve kept going for more than a month. This is my first review ever for an app. But also this is the first fitness app I’ve ever stuck to for more than a month (almost 2 now!). I have a bad track record with fitness apps. They are easy to download but hard to open every day. Also, I hate the fact that I have to pay once I finish maybe 5 easy trial workouts. This app is different. There’s a lot of choice, but they also help make that choice for you. They give you suggested workouts based on your goals and time commitment. I’ve actually gotten bored of it - just pure laziness - but was able to get straight back into it! It’s amazing. I’ve personally not been able to go back to apps when I get discouraged. The five minute stretches are easy, quick, and I love them. They were the reason I was able to get back into it. I just needed to stretch my wrists, but after the video (5 min), I somehow felt ready to do a longer workout (the next day - I’m still lazy but I am trying). I think everyone knows working out is good for a bunch of different things. But it’s so easy to not do it. You can be busy, lazy, both... I’m leaving this review because it’s the first time even as I was lazy (ok I took 2 breaks in the last month and a half), I’ve regained motivation so quickly.

LOVE THIS APP. I used this app to get movement going on my body. Initially, it was just 5 minutes/day. Anyone has 5 minutes to move right he?! Well it wasn’t hard to get addicted to all the great personalities of the trainers on the videos. After using it for FREE- No ADS (other than the VERY OCCASIONAL promo to get the paid version), I decided to give these folks my money. It was SO AFFORDABLE. The only difference between the paid and free version is music choice (it’s a decent feature) and offline use (you can save workouts). I haven’t really used the features much yet, but LIVE THE APP. Please try this, it’s genuinely an awesome app. I’ve already felt health benefits like losing over 10 lbs in three months and gaining muscle I didn’t even know I had! As an added bonus, my autoimmune symptoms have improved since b I started! 😭 so amazing, thanks so much everyone at the FitOn team! 💌

This App is a Life Changer.. I started using this app for the free classes. The free classes are great and they alone would motivate me to give this app 5 stars. I decided that I wanted to access other features such as the meal plans and the ability to download the workouts to my devices, so I signed up for FitOn PRO. For me FitOn Pro has been well worth the money. I went from hardly exercising at all to exercising almost everyday and loving it. The classes fun, and the instructors are encouraging and they do a great job explaining how to properly do the exercises. They give you options of how you can increase or decrease the difficulty of the workouts to fit your ability level. The recipes on the FitOn app are healthy, delicious and easy to make. I am recommending this app to my family and friends. If you are interested, give it a try. It’s free so you’ve got nothing to loose!

Stopped working as soon as I paid. I loved this app when I first started using it for free. A huge selection of workouts and instructors I liked working with. The only issue I had was buffering in the middle of videos, which I knew was because of my low quality internet and not the app’s fault. I finally gave in and paid for a pro subscription so that I could download workouts and avoid the buffering. Ever since I paid, I can’t get a single video to load. They show up as downloaded to my IPad but when I click on them, the screen freezes and nothing plays. Same with videos I try to stream over the internet. I updated the app to the latest version, tried to play on different WiFi, at different times of day, different videos, nothing works. I also contacted customer support and got no response. I had such high hopes when I started this app but I guess all they wanted was my money. I was so excited to finally have workouts I could access even when my internet wasn’t working, and its so frustrating to have paid for that feature and still not be able to use it.

Best Workout App for Busy People!. So I’ve honestly been trying a bunch of different apps and not many have worked with my mediocre motivation and busy schedule I’ve tried Sweat and a couple others like organic fit and Noom. Noom was great for the food control aspect but the workout portion was lacking. Sweat is good but kind of clunky imo when it comes to walking you through the excercises. You have to stop and click next to progress to the next set. FitOn is THE best. I honestly can’t believe they even have a free version but the pro is cheaper for one year then most apps are for one month!! I LOVE that it’s a video of an instructor doing the same workouts and giving motivation. I swear they know exactly when I start to get tired and give that extra bit of encouragement!! Recommend to anyone trying to find something that fits in their busy schedule.

Best Fitness App!. I have been using FitOn for over a year now, & it’s the best fitness app/program I’ve ever done. And it’s FREE!! I don’t have the money to spend a fortune on workouts, & this app is not only free, but it doesn’t have any commercials! The variety of workouts is incredible; there’s something for everyone, & it’s a great way to vary your fitness. The ongoing program of workouts is great because I don’t have to try & decide what to do, & maybe not end up working out because I’ve got decision fatigue. Also, I’ve tried a bunch of different style workouts that I never would have ventured to try had it not been for the workout program. Some of those workouts have become my favorites! Not only are there great workouts with fantastic instructors, but they also have great sections of fitness & wellness tips & ideas. It’s all around a fantastic app & it’s changed my life! Please keep the price low! :). I have been through setting up too many fitness apps only to find, after giving up all my contact info, that there is a high monthly charge. Ugh. Fiton has changed the game. I signed up because so many reviews mentioned how much they offer for free. But after less than a week I signed up for the amazingly low monthly fee. (To be honest, if it was more, I probably wouldn’t have signed up - but they will definitely have a much larger member signup this way)…They have programs for every fitness wish list! Courses, community groups, recipes, etc. The instructors of the classes I’ve taken so far are really great. Looking forward to daily workouts, great recipes and watching the weight melt off. Can’t wait to report back when I’ve hit goal! Thanks for an affordable, motivating app 💗

I love this app!. This is my favorite fitness app! I have tried several others but this is the best! The variety of workouts and trainers is amazing. I have pro which I haven’t really noticed a difference other than the recipes. But I think $20-30 a year to support the app is very reasonable. Most cost that much each month. I have also tried the paid courses which were nice. They really kept me on track to make sure I got all the green check marks for the week! My one and only suggestion is to bring back the option to see the future weeks on the recommended tab. In a recent update this feature was removed. I used this as a way to plan out my workouts in the coming weeks and if I saw a workout I wanted to try I could add it there so I didn’t forget about it. Please bring this back!!!

Actually free??? Still can’t believe it!!!. The only reason I knew about this was because of an ad on Pinterest. When they said it was free I thought I would look into it. Thinking that you had to pay for something somewhere in the app I didn't get my hopes up. After looking around the app I saw a 10 workout that looked easy enough. After the small workout I was sweating and the trainer in the video was sweating. That is when I knew that this app is different that the other apps I have tried. I got so excited that I actually found a workout app that is completely free and shows a whole workout not just one move. As soon as I finished that workout I invited my friends to join me. I usually don’t but you can do the workout with friends to make it more fun! Overall, I love this app and will continue to use it. The only downside is I can’t hook up my Fitbit to the app.

Love the workout but subtitle is an issue. First, I really like this app so much but it really interrupted my smooth of workout because it doesn’t have subtitles. I know it have subtitles on web browser and iPad but it’s so small to read. It makes me look closer to iPad which make my workout even harder and not effective. So I tried mirror from my iPad to TV but it doesn’t work. I contacted the customer service about it and they suggested me to try chromecast. Thanksfully, I have chromecast, but still no subtitles!! I once again contacted customer service about it and never heard back from them. I am very disappointed that they ignored my request to fix this issue. It is really important to me because I am deaf and I don’t know what going on next, I have to watch the workout then rewind to follow the workout. That doesn’t work out with my schedule. I don’t have time or energy to go back and forth with the workout. Please please please, fix the subtitles for streaming on TV. Many thanks!

Amazing app!. I’ve been working out for 4 decades, I’ve belonged to many gyms over the years, participated in countless group exercise classes, etc. As I’ve gotten older I don’t have the same desire to work out at a gym, which includes drive time, parking concerns, inflexible workout times and days for classes, waiting for a machine to open up, etc. I’ve tried several work out apps and NONE are of the same quality as Fiton. This app is amazing, I can’t recommend it enough. Countless classes to customize what you want in a workout that you can take at any time or location that is convenient…and it’s free! I was so impressed with this app that I chose to pay the annual fee because I think they more than deserve and earn it, and to also help make sure it remains available for everyone, especially those who can’t afford it. What are you waiting for, give it a try.

LOVE yourself and manage your valuable time with this app!. I love this app! I’ve never LOVED working out in my life and this keeps it fresh, as quick as you need it to be but also challenging! You workout on YOUR time, which is so valuable, and from HOME or office because all you need is a mat to do most exercises! I love to manage fitness with this app because my time is so limited, but I’m sweating every day and I love it- never have I ever loved working out and it’s exciting to feel a new strength every day. If you fall off it’s also easy to get up with a quick 10 min here and there to make you feel like doing more when you start feeling results. So happy with this and it’s free. It’s also something that I know I can carry into my future as I shift into new life events (such as being a mom/managing a family) and that’s so important. Thank you for this! Women empowering other women is so important.

You will love it. I do not love working out especially at home but during this quarantine, I had no more excuses. My sister made made download this app and since she did, I have encouraged 3 more friends to join and they all love it. There are hundreds of unique videos and they are all a great use of your time. 5-35 minutes long typically and you can find a video to target any part of the body for any length of time you want. They have yoga, Pilates, barre, HIIT, weights etc. all you really need is a mat and for some, a small set of weights. It is fun to keep track of your workouts, complete challenges (booty challenge, 6 pack challenge, etc) and do it with friends. It’s overall an encouraging and fun app and as everyone else has said somehow surprisingly it is totally free with no ads and is very high quality. and my body is more toned than ever- they definitely work!

Amazing app.. This app has everything you need to get in shape. My wife and I paid for the pro version of this, and it’s been well worth it at a really affordable price. The workouts are as intense as you need them to be, and there’s a huge variety of them. Paying for pro also gave me a solid 12 week workout plan, it’s as simple as checking them off a list as I hustle through them. The meal plans are surprisingly good as well, been munching on squash salad for a minute now and I ain’t mad about it. The only criticism I would have is that there is no option for healthy eating on a budget. Some of those meal plans can get pretty pricey especially when you have two kids that aren’t trying to eat “ eggs and avacado breakfast bowls” everyday. Other than that….this is well worth the download, I’ve been trying to share this everywhere and you’d be doing yourself a favor by getting it

Best workout app!. I really like FitOn! It’s the only fitness app I’ve used consistently for longer than a month. I upgraded to pro and have really been enjoying the recipes. They have gotten me out of my comfort zone when it comes to cooking. The only issues I’ve had is that the sweet treats barely calls for sweetener which makes them taste bland. To fix that, I just add my own sweetener. It makes sense that there isn’t much sweetener since the meals are supposed to be healthy so this is more personal preference. Also, when I save a new exercise plan, it doesn’t reflect my choices. For example, if I chose 5-10 minutes for 4-5 days, it will give me workouts that are 20+ minutes for 5 days instead of a mix of 4-5 days. Also, after the update yesterday, the app kept crashing at the quotes screen so I deleted it and reinstalled it and that worked. All my information was still there thankfully but I was preparing to start over in the event that my stats were wiped.

Unless you want to have more connectivity with your fitness watches and apps. I feel like I have a personal trainer and program . The instructors are great and it feels like they are right in your own home. This is great for a beginner like myself and for the more advanced. There are so many options , challenges , and even special workouts at scheduled times. Only two things I would like to see is an easier way to invite friends and challenge them like you do with Fitbit . The other is some beginning instruction courses for items like yoga and Pilates . Mind you I might not have found them yet as there are so many courses. Love the star instructors too, wish there were even more . Awesome job . Everyone needs this .

Awesome free workout app. I love this app! Tons of free workouts to choose from. Hardest part for me was finding free workouts, and deciding which to do on workout days. FitOn has a workout program where you choose what your goal is (get strong, be more active, etc). You choose how many workouts you want to do per week, and how long you want each session to be. Then it gives you a selection of workouts to do each week. I love that I can choose which to do on which day depending on how I’m feeling, but that I don’t have TOO many choices lol. (I recommend starting on a Sunday or Monday, because I initially started on a Wednesday and had to restart the program because I got annoyed that it was out of sync with the normal “week” 😆🤷🏼‍♀️). Anyways, just wanted to share this because the app has really helped me be more focused about working out. And best of all it’s free!

Where’s the treadmill exercises?. Does the meal plan have a shopping list? I think that this app has great potential and I like that there are a lot of workouts to choose from. And to top it off this app is FREE But, this is an awesome app for people that are in not too bad of a shape to begin with and I was lead to believe this app had treadmill workouts. I’m looking for walking/light jogging workouts that are not hard on joints so that overweight people like me don’t damage themselves. I tried the first workout anyway and I have to say it wasn’t hard on the joints, but it was too hard for someone that’s never done Pilates and is just starting back into fitness. Afterwards, I did a stretch session, but even that was not easy for me. The program starts out too advance for sedentary people. It’s not like I never worked out before. There should be exercises that I can do to eventually graduate to what is available now. I realize this app is pretty new and maybe I’m asking for too much from a free app, so I’m going to keep this app, see where the updates lead and hopefully I’ll be able to do some of these videos in the future.

GRATEFUL!! 1 month 15 pounds down!!!. I have never been a self motivated person, I started out with just the walking in place, I moved to workouts after a week, a month later I’m down 15 pounds and it’s thanks to all these amazing, very motivating professionals!! Every word is nothing but pure encouragement and motivation exactly what I need to push me, they know what to say when it gets hard to keep you going and not want to give up on yourself, I love everyone on here they are all a breath of fresh air, and pure life, they have powers to make you think differently!! They are amazing at what they do and how they do it!! I’m so grateful to them all, they made me really open my eyes to a whole new world, and perspective! I feel so blessed to get to spend time with them daily in my own home, they have no idea how much they are changing my life to a life worth living!!! Thank you all Fit on rock star Team!!!

Best app for the beginners. The app is set up for self-motivation! You can choose a plan based on your overall goal (I.e. tone up, lose weight, build muscle), as well as your preference regarding the length of time workouts should be, how many workouts you prefer in a week and how long you want this “plan” to go for (I.e. 2 weeks, 3 weeks. Etc). Once submitted, the app chooses weeks worth of workouts that target every part of your body by the end of each week - it completely takes out the need of wondering “oh should I work on legs today?”. Then throughout the weeks, you earn badges and you can take a picture at the end of each workout - I usually just snap a photo of my completed workout on my Apple Watch. Also, you can browse the hundreds of workouts and add any additional ones to a favorites list or to a specific week! The fact these are all free is amazing. Download now!

Awesome! Game changer!. This app is so great at just getting you started. I decided on lifestyle changes about 9 months ago. Usually my dedication wanes. When I started I was happy if I only did 5 minutes a day. Sometimes, I’m still happy with just 5-10 minutes. But now I’m usually doing somewhere between 20-30! The great thing is whatever you want to do there is a video for. Except step. Get step videos! I always hated repeated similar workouts. 9 months later and I’m still experiencing new moves regularly. Also - COMPLETELY free!! You can encourage friends on this app. One thing that’s weird is I don’t know why we rate the workouts, but then can’t see our ratings? I’d like to know if I’d done a certain workout before so that I could see if i rated it easier next time. Overall - love it - it’s really motivated me. I’ve lost like 10 lbs and gained much healthier exercise choices.

Add subfolders to favorites. The only thing I am hoping that they update is the favorite section. I have a tight space so any workout I don’t need to modify I add to my favorites but I wish you could make subfolders within the favorites. Right now I’m really into boxing and kickboxing so I’d like to separate those from barre/Pilates and Tabata. My favorites folder has become too large to find what I am looking for because I am loving all the workouts. Other than that this app is a 10/10 I have a bunch of at home workout apps bc I have 3 toddlers and can’t get to the gym. I had to pause my other subscriptions because I can’t get off this app. I even find myself browsing the workouts and guidance at night instead of social media apps. Download the free version first, you’ll quickly upgrade if your willing to put the time in to exercise!

My review. I really like this app and how it’s easy to navigate and there are a ton of work out videos. I also like how it keeps track of calories burned. The only reason why I’m unsure if I will keep using this app is because the trainers all talk so much. They have to explain EVERY single thing. I feel like it’s more for beginners who need explanations but for people like me who have been working out for awhile, the talking gets a bit annoying. They stop after each work out to explain the next. I feel like this slows down my heart rate and slows down the entire work out when I’m trying to keep my heart rate up and trying to sweat as much as I can. Too much stopping in the videos just to speak. I like when a trainer is quiet and gets straight to the point with good background music. I’ve only used this app for a few days so I will continue to use it for a few more days before making a decision. Maybe I have to go through a few more videos to find ones that I do like. Overall it’s a nice app.

The best!. Stumbled across Fiton on an IG post and decided to give it a try. My issue with most such apps is that you have to pay before you even know it’s any good. Fiton is truly free! How amazing in this day and age! Please keep it free because so many people benefit. Saying that, I loved it so much, within a month I was more than happy to pay a very small fee and have since renewed. Just to clarify, you do not have to pay, I chose to because (1) it’s so great (2) I wanted to check out the extra features and (3) it is so affordable compared to any gym membership or exercise class. The choice (on demand) is amazing. Trainers are excellent (favourites include Caroline, Bree, Kenta, Vytas, Breann, Sydney, Danielle, Janette). Not to mention the recipes and articles. I recommend Fiton to everyone so much so my family reckon I work for them (I don’t). The best fitness app hands down.
