Not really personalized and Buggy. I paid for the program to motivate myself to work out, so I’m going to keep using the app as long as I can, but it’s really annoying when I successfully motivate myself to do a follow along 20min workout and the video is super buggy and the picture cuts out. Out of 5 workouts this has happened twice. In addition to that, what’s advertised as “personalized” is basically just a choice of losing fat or getting toned. It’s a 90-day program, and to be fair I do like the workouts. I’m doing the home fat loss workouts and I like that they’re short and high intensity. It makes it easier to motivate myself to do it. BUT it would be a lot easier to keep track of which day I’m supposed to be on if the app marked the workouts complete for me. There’s no way to do it on the app, so I have a note on my phone that I update every day to help me remember. I guess a workaround is if you start on the first of the month 🤷🏻‍♀️ There’s also an onslaught of emails trying to promote and sell other things 👎🏼 I probably should have just gone with a different app.

Don’t Waste Your Money!!. This plan is a crock of baloney!! Vince puts out a lot of blah blah blah videos which make the program sound awesome! “You’re an endomorph and this is why other diets don’t work for you”. “I’ll make it easy” so on and so forth to the point of boredom. So, you buy a plan or two. But, apparently, unless you have a BIG budget to buy the personal coach, don’t bother. Get ready to calculate macros, count calories, and absolutely nothing about the metabolic confusion method. In other words, just another diet and workout routine. There is a Facebook private support group which is great with inspirational videos that have nothing to do with the plan or routines. There was mention that the metabolic confusion shouldn’t be done until after the initial 90 days of following their meal plan. I travel a lot and was looking for something easier than paleo or keto; not hours of calculating and meal prep. Just not for me. Would like my money back!

Impractical. After getting past the pop up add promoting what ever thing is going to boost your return you get to a poorly laid out page that is not very user friendly. There’s no ability to record the weight your using to keep track for your next workout or even growth. The videos are way too long to watch, honestly you need limitless time to follow this program. I opted in for the individualized meal plan. The food and recipes are good, however the everyday person doesn’t have an hour and half to spend making breakfast in the morning. The “shopping list” is not categorized very well. I had to keep going back to the meat section because they had chicken and turnkey in several different locations on the list. All in all not a very practical layout or meal prep app. Extremely timely and not very useful really. I think I’m going back to Jim Stoppani. Sorry Vince… I gave it a chance.

I like it but…. I like it but sometimes I just want to read. I don’t always have 20 minutes to an HOUR to watch a video when it could be condensed into a blog post. Almost every time I click on something for info it’s a video. I end up skipping them most of the time because they’re just too long. If the premise it to make it easier, reduce friction and lower the barrier for working “smarter” to reach your fitness goals, this isn’t close to being digestible (for me). For example… “Super simple 30 second morning habit” is a 62 minute video. 1 hour to explain a 30 second morning habit? That’ll become more annoying than anything and makes me not want to use the program. There needs to be a TL;DR (too long; didn’t read… or in this case, watch) to every video output if that’s going to be model. We are in a Reels, TikTok and Twitter era. We don’t need lengthy documentaries on how to be fit. We need facts without fluff so we can move on to the important stuff.

VShred is the Best!!!. I have been walking 6 miles everyday for a month and absolutely no results. I joined VShred because of Vince’s knowledge and information. He made everything easy to understand about the why and how. I have been using VShred for a month and I have lost 8 lbs. The recipes are wonderful and the supplements. I really like how Vince personally explains how and why each supplement works. I have been doing so many little things wrong for so long. He has truly changed my life. I also absolutely love the program MOVE. It’s great to see Vince in action and get personal tutorials on exactly the right way to do the exercises. I was doing some of them wrong. I downloaded the app also and that is so easy to use. I am without my computer for awhile so I can get everything on the app I have been using. I can’t say enough about this program. Vince, you have thought of literally everything!!!!! Thank you for having your advertisement on Snapchat. That is my only social media I use. And I only use it with family. I never would have discovered this treasure without it.

Absolutely wonderful, some app improvements. Absolutely love the app and the program was worth every penny. However the app has some serious flaws like videos having trouble playing/buffering or the description of the exercises being too zoomed in. I have an iPhone 14 pro. My service is great for this area and my place offers even better wifi, but I’m still dealing with up two 5 minutes just to watch a 30s video with multiple buffers in between. This happens even at my house. The videos themselves are wonderful and I learn a lot but sometimes just reading the description is all I need but I can’t as the beginning and ends are both cut off. No amount of zooming out or otherwise seems to help.

Blatant allowing of bullying. Screw the moderators on your Facebook page. I’ve always seen the toxicity in a lot of people on this page but this past weekend took it to another level. I watched a woman who PROVED she didn’t photoshop a picture get bullied by numerous other members and instead of removing those people, the community took her post down. I love the workouts but UTTERLY despise your community. I get asked all the time what I follow and I refuse to recommend your “brand” for this reason. Not to mention all Vshred does is try to upsell you every 5 seconds and has an app not advanced enough to even track what workout you’re on 🙄. Don’t waste your money, there are numerous other programs where you can get better results with uplifting people without scam nutraceuticals that leave you with nausea and heart palpitations.

Wasted an hour of my life I’ll never get back!!. I wasted an hour of my life I’ll never get back, so I’m return I will take my time to give them the crappy truthful review they deserve. I watched this video for advice on how lose weight and I kept pushing myself to keep watching it even though it was so cringe and full of crap. The guy babbled about everything & beat around the bush… BLAH BLAH BLAH & never got to the point!! It took him 20 minutes to get to the point of the video “how to lose weight” then at the end it was “how much will you have to pay for the app?” And he kept rambling on about “how much do you pay for insurance & gas for your car etc” then he finally said the price of the app which is around $60… everything he said to lose weight was the complete opposite of what his app does…. The app is all about money…. And according to a bunch of reviews people were scammed.

False advertising. Sure the app works well with the HIIT daily exercises and the recipes. However DO NOT pay extra for any of the other services, Total marketing ploy. The claim to provide customs meal plans for 4 weeks, but only give 7 days to repeat and eat the same for 4 weeks. Then I compared the days and there are only 13 unique meals. So you repeat the same meals or snacks multiple days. I bought it because I hit a plateau after losing 25lbs and was not moving so I needed help. Having a ‘custom’ plant for 13 meals and just repeat and eat the exact same for one month does not set you up for success. Now to ‘just swap out a protein or a similar vegetable’ I could have done that myself so why waste money on their personal plans. I also ask a trainer for help to modify some exercises that hurt my knees and his answer was to ‘skip the ones you can’t do’ So this is your basic diet app pushing supplements. If you really are a person with a lot of weight to lose and struggling don’t expect Vince and crew to actually care about your personal needs.... just but their supplements.😡

Great price, videos but mediocre website. I bought this product (at a price point that definitely sells this product) because I’m thin and soft. Really enjoy his video workouts. Great concept, great execution, hot guy to enjoy..but really could use some help with the ease of use for website and they could be more tailored to those specific types he had described in his buy me videos. For example, doing the follow along workouts, doesn’t allow for a check to mark off the days. Only the gym workout session are able to be marked as done. On the app the only way out of a video explaining the gym move is if you hit the back button but then it takes you clear to the home screen. Also, in my workouts, he mentions burning calories a lot. Yeah, no I need every calorie I’ve got. Would really appreciate a booty workout daily video as a supplement. Or even better a step by step game plan on how to build one. BUT great price, solid workout, love the concept. Just invest some money into the website.

Good for a beginner I guess. I first bought this program when I had never been to a gym before and the workouts are decent, and the follow alongs with Vince are good, but the recipes are full of bogus fad diet things, some even out dated asking for coconut oil which is one of the worst saturated fats you could eat. The workouts are simple and repeat basically the same every week for the whole three months with only one leg day and tons of upper body, and honestly I think I could find better workouts for free online. On the women’s page at the very least, the instructions for how to do an exercise are not formatted correctly and sometimes they are not even right. It took me a while to realize the written out instructions and the videos or pictures did not line up. Overall, this was helpful to start working out as someone with little to no knowledge, but I think it’s a lot of money for low quality product.

OK. This program is okay. Not amazing if you are already an active person who lifts weights. I filled out the questionnaire that said I was very active and just needed to put on some muscle. But I’m finding that I’m actually doing LESS with this program than I was before and I’ve actually lost a lot of strength. And because it recommended no cardio for me, I have actually put on about three pounds of of mostly fat (my body fat has gone up. To be fair, I haven’t done his diet plan. I think I prefer to going back to a minimal amount of cardio and Not have to starve myself on this diet plan - I don’t believe in dieting anyway. The other thing I that was annoying is that he said my proiwould contain some intervals and that the program would tell me when to do those. Well, I’ve searched and searched the program and haven’t found a si for one. I’m about half way through the propane other than I think my shoulders are a little bigger, I haven’t seen any gains, I honestly feel worse off. I think this program could be great for a beginner but not for an advanced athlete. Also, the program only contains one leg day the whole weeek with tones of upper body days- no maybe that’s conducive for a man who only cares about the way his upper body looks, but most women need more legs to truly look good and be strong.

five star review!. I never do reviews! But it should be a crime not to do one for this one. Everyone should know about it! I have never found a better app than this! This exceeded my expectations! The burn supplement, as well as the p.m. supplement also work extremely well! I’ve never found anything that curbed my appetite for carbs and sugar! I could literally go all day without a craving! It also doesn’t take my appetite away. And, I can eat my macros without being hungry before bed too. Some supplements make you want to not eat at all. These are a complete balance and magic! Thank you so much for truly caring about us, making this affordable, and having everything we need through this journey! Your macros, meal plan, and work out plans all in one! Unheard of these days!

V-Shred Constantly Pushing to Sell More Instead of Doing What Was Offered or Promised! Geez. Listen, I watched the video just like many others and wanted to simplify the workouts and get supplements that would assist in burning additional unwanted fat… hence the Fat Loss Extreme that I purchased, Down Loaded the V Shred App and even purchased the BURN Evolved and TestBoost MAX. I’m tired of seeing the same videos asking if I want to purchase the items I “already purchased” and I just want to start the program!!! This is becoming more of a headache than anything else. Get your IT Team and software guys and gals and make it easier! The last thing anyone wants is to be Haarlem with a thousand questions and more videos that have nothing to do with the VShred App or my Extreme Fat Loss workouts… and this I’m here writing perhaps my 2nd or 3rd bad review EVER!!! Support links are no longer working, or they don’t reply back?? If I purchased the program and down loaded the V-Shred App… I should be able to just open the app and go to whichever workout I select, but somehow that’s too easy!! Ticked off. Perhaps I’ll revisit and write a nicer review when VShred gets it together!

DO BETTER VINCE. to me it seems like an ongoing scam and an easy way for them to make money and the customers lose money. after i watched an hour long video which totally could have been shorter, i finally bought the cheapest package for $59 and i went through several pages trying to get me to buy more. i had to watch even more videos and scroll through adds to find the button saying i didn’t want any of that crap. there are way too many big and flashy buttons saying click this click that watch this super long video before you can do anything else. there is waaaay to much information being shoved in my face and i just want to get to the workouts. the advertisement is too much and too flashy, the videos can be way shorter, the app could be more user friendly and overall have that “less scammy” type of vibe. DO BETTER!

A Workbook Would Be Better. This is an app that is basically scanned pages from a workbook and then has video links added for the workouts. It does not help you calculate anything (you’ll need a pencil, paper and a calculator for that!) you have to page back and forth between diet plan and recipes (once you’ve looked at a recipe it bounces you back to the home page) there is no way to create your own diet from within the app and track the calories and macros, you have to work all that out separately. Personally I used an excel spreadsheet and when I realised I couldn’t get the meals selected from their recipes to combine into the correct calorie/macro count for a single day I decided to give up on that and continue with the calorie tracker I already use, my own recipes, and just incorporate the idea of carb cycling. The workouts look more promising, but it doesn’t seem to track your progress in any way, so I guess you have to start on the first of the month, or keep track of which day you are on. Basically this appears to be an app to sell you more stuff, there is more advertising than functionality so far (workouts aside). Hopefully it’s worth it for the workouts, otherwise I’ll be asking for my $57 back in a few weeks. So far I’m disappointed.

First day of home workouts. It took a call to shred to understand the definitions of reps sets and super sets along with how it all combines. Watching the gym workouts helped. The home workouts need more clarification. In addition the final HIIT video is not available and was unable to perform the activity with no video and 6 inches of snow outside. Need an in house exercise. 6th day Once I figure out the exercise it gives you a good workout however links to videos are sometimes missing resulting in time taken to look up the exercise online. Day 5 did not make sense. There were 5 individual sets. Considering that Vince said it is important to do these things properly how does one do push-ups to failure four times without resting in between. It was stated that you only rest between sets not between each number of reps. In summary I spend quite a bit of time trying to figure things out instead of doing exercise.

Love this app!. I am really enjoying this app. I love that it leads you through the workouts and has videos to explain each exercise with tips that help work you hard. I also like that when your done with a day’s workout, you select complete, and it puts a green check mark on the day. It takes care of tracking the workout days for you! I’m only one day three of the 90 day plan but am really impressed so far. I haven’t been this pumped during and sore after my workouts in years. Guess my body was so used to my “normal” workout it just wasn’t doing me any good except maintaining what I had. I’m looking forward to seeing how my body will look in 90 days!!

Unsustainable, poorly managed, non-customizable fitness nonsense. Poorly organized- app shows you exercises and you can’t read the text as it stretches over the sides - can’t even scroll to see it. First day - 4 sets of 30 body weight squats - and that’s just the 1st of 10 similarly ridiculously difficult exercises. Really? Well maybe if you’re 20! I’m 60 so this is just way too much for me. No alternative movements. I did half the reps/sets in the first workout and I can barely move today - everything hurts. No alternate movements or ways to build up strength and endurance? This is fitness at its worst. Meant for only young people who love beating themselves up. Now let’s talk about the 5 day starter live thing or whatever it’s called. I signed up, no email. I contacted customer support. They sent me an email. It didn’t come. The Facebook group links - go nowhere. Badly managed experience that leave me with a bunch of unanswered questions. Then the emails I did get lead to videos you can’t skip through that go on forever to sell you supplements you don’t want. Refund received so no mal-intent, just not for anyone who isn’t A) Young or B) Already in great shape.

Hidden fees. I purchased a bundle of work out last year and after that they been charging me $9.95 every month without my consent. No where said about a monthly fee, actually was very clear that you don’t have to pay anything else unless you “subscribe” and I didn’t. I never pay attention to my credit card transactions and after 6 months I realize that I been charged with this fee, I called and the lady from customer service, if you can call her like that as she gives very poor service, told me that I have to contact my bank as she can’t refund all 6 months back. I guess this is a fraud and a scam as this is the only way my bank will proceed about this. Then I asked her to talk to the manager or supervisor and she put me on ahold for over 20 min and no body respond of course. This is deceiving and so low. Shame on you VShred. Very good on charging my credit card but you can’t refund my money back? Yeah right.

No money. Hey I think that this app would be great, but I have been really insecure about my body type. I am 13 years old and I have no money to pay for this app. My parents won’t pay for it and I am to young for a job. I feel like this is the only app that would understand how my body works but I can’t afford it. I kind of wish that there was a way I could save up money but the $57 offer is only good for 1 day and I can’t get $57 in one day. I asked my parents if they would pay for this app and they started screaming and getting angry at me. They said that it wouldn’t work and they were just so mad. I hope that there is a way for me to access this app soon.

A Tier Above the Rest, A Hidden Gem. I’ll be the first to say, I way underestimated this when I purchased it. I’ve bought various fad workout plans, beach body dvds, etc. All the things that this program falls in the same category as, and I’ve never followed through because I didn’t want it enough- that’s just kind of the crux of fitness programs. VShred innovated that though. What it does different is help you condense a 2 hour workout into 45 minutes that are manageable, by carefully guiding you through how to do an exercise properly so you get maximum results from it while also focusing on supersets to keep the time short so that you can have a life outside of the gym too. But what really sets it apart from me is the Facebook community. I honestly wrote it off at first and thought it was corny marketing, but months later it’s the best feature. People like you and me (not Vshred employees or paid endorsements) are constantly showing they’re before and after progress pics, and you see a new person every day with a mind blowing transformation even in the first month. Which just drives you more, because you realize that it’s not hype and it’s real- and it is. Bought it because of Vince’s aesthetics thinking it would help motivate me more, but staying around because it’s an incredibly well put together business and program that can change your life.

Pain and disheartening. DONT EVEN TRY AND DOWNLOAD THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND SAY THERE APP YOU OAY FOR IS APPLES RESPONSIBLY TO REFUND YOU AND WONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK EVEN THOUGH ITS TO BE A FREE 5 day trial for 58$!!!!!!have tried to contact support and due to all there fundraising for front line a mom of 8 hasn’t been able to get her refund due to a sweet son but thought he was getting the 5 day free trial!! But paid the 58$ no one can just help and get it back thanks to covid hurting my finance I can’t afford! Sent this email to many of them but nothing to help or return! I have a issue here sir! My son took my phone to the first day of school and I guess wanted to try and help me out from watching your video on helping your mom and made me a profile and all and didn’t realize he cost me 58$ from our account when he thought it was the 5 days free trial!! I’d love to try your program I’ve looked at for awhile but sir right now is just not the time for me since school just started for the first time in almost 6 months I three schools to travel to drop off and pick up and a daughter at home to keep up with in the time between! I am sad to say COVID-19 put us back in financial and I just can’t afford this nor the time! He tells you HE WILL refund you yet you get automated responses no help no refund for your PAID FOR 5 days free that has never been free!!!!

Mostly a Scam. The best thing about it is that it does have a lot of workouts to follow along to if you’d like, but none of them are tailored to your “body type” like the main guy talks about in his commercials. The personalized diet plan is a 100% scam. Not specific to you at all. They said to put in things you would NOT eat and when I received mine, it was filled with foods I had added to that list. I emailed back and forth with the girl a couple times and she still didn’t create me a personalized plan with the things I specified I did and didn’t want. I also received no information that I haven’t heard before. All in all, not worth it. Side note: got a response from Vshred below saying I needed to purchase the custom diet plan to get it tailor fit to me. I did purchase the custom diet plan. It’s clearly a scam. They also didn’t respond to me asking for a refund before the 30 days was up.

I’m disappointed. So the new update was fine and whatever. The part that disappoints me the most is that the new update just forgets my progress even though I bought the extreme fat loss for females and it forgets that my account exist and then now I have to buy it back all over which is not fair and I put my life into it and like now I just have to refresh and start over it this is like the third time I’m starting over it’s not fair I think I should get a refund or something or just you know the obvious recognize me and things can go back to normal. And don’t get me wrong the app was working for me but I’m just disappointed that I have to buy over the fat lost extreme over again and mostly I was struggling with my weight and I was near finishing. So I guess thx Vince. I’m officially disappointed.🏳️🥺

A lie to say the least. I’ve watched countless videos of Vince and none of them are the same. The one that stuck with me is the one where he talks about creating a workout to a specific body type. If this review gets to anyone before they purchase this app just know that all of the workouts are the same no matter your body type. You get one shot to choose a diet. The videos never work. Some of his videos he talks about “The #1 killer of testosterone “ just to sell a testosterone booster. There is no such thing as a magic food to boost anything just buy my supplements. The 90 day program cost 60 dollars it only comes with a bigger arm workout and six minute abs. There are other programs that require you to pay more and is nothing like the videos used to get you there. All in all to get where he advertises you should be you’d have to spend at least 1 k with all of the supplements and the extra programs and hope that your kidneys don’t fail along the way. If you still want this good luck to you. You’d save lots of money just reading up on workouts that help your body type and getting a gym membership.

not user friendly “ beware“. Not exercise that you can do at home with out buying gym equipment. Also the dietary plan is a rip-off. They put in their you buy their products and supplies. And when you are not able to get a plan for regular people they deny you a refund saying that they have given you one so to bad refund!!! To be asking on to go to a store extra for things you don’t have in your home at the time are nation is literally dying . We have no cures for this yet and they say go buy this at least he store how irresponsible and dangerous!!! I have cancer and can not eat just anything. They do what ever they can to take and keep your money. For when I was offered a refund for an order I canceled. They subtracting shipping charges which are padded. What scammers lol love the he reply they give. What a way to sidestep the horrible things your company is doing. Updated: finally took many weeks and much hassle along with unkindly help, I have been given my money back for all the services that they could not supply also for the returned product I paid to ship back. Nice to be done with them finally

Best app ever. I join the Vshred program when there was no app yet. I remember I had to go through the website for the workout plans and videos. Gotta confess I quit many times. I’ve been struggling with my depression and that has pushed me back on the plan countless times. I recently realized they’ve had the app and gotta say it’s been amazing ever since. The information and knowledge they share on it it’s terrific, I’ve never had that much information that helps me to understand my body type. And so are the diet and workout plans. It’s so easy to follow and Vincent just makes it easier than ever to understand. What a compete program and app, I’ve never been happier with a product like I am with Vshred. It’s totally changed my life. I started the program once again and I’m starting to see great results tho I’m far from the shape I’d like to have but I feel way more confident and understanding than ever before. Thanks Vshred for being so awesome, caring and responsible with it, great job!!!

They fool you with their refund policy on meal plans. They urge you to buy their custom meal plan when you buy their workout system, which makes you believe they are all under the same refund policy. But they aren’t and they hide the terms and conditions when you buy the custom meal plan. The meal plans they make are extremely confusing to follow along because the formatting is terrible and you can’t see that before purchasing because they don’t provide you with a sample. So basically you are buying it blind and under the impression that you have a refund policy to protect you (when you don’t). I ended up asking for refund first on the meal plan and they said no, which left such a bad taste in my mouth (b/c it’s scammy and bad business to sell someone something final sale without even seeing a sample) that I asked for a refund on the workout. OVERALL VSHRED ISNT WORTH IT! Please buy workout systems from people with more integrity and less scammy methods!

Boring program. I purchased the 8 week meal plan and and toned in 90 says program, my goal was to lose the last couple of pounds. I was misled by the ads that swear that is personalized and based on you body type. I was never asked about my body type, fat percentage... I received a week meal plan that you are supposed to follow for the 8 weeks!! Not to mention that the menu has only four days of recipes on repeat, the menus are nothing new, very calorie restrictive, so nothing new, calorie deficit, thats all. They ask you your preferences and I said no red meat, I still got steak on two days of my menu, when I complained, told me tu substitute it with any protein of my choice 😡, kept complaining and finally got a new menu. The workouts are for beginners and you get the same workout every monday, every tuesday... boring! Not personalized at all!! Would not recommend for anyone who’s already started their fitness journey! Look in the internet for 4 days of healthy recipes and repeat for 8 weeks, that’s what you’re going to get. Summary: It’s not personalized, it’s a 4 day meal plan on repeat for 8 weeks, the workouts are more like boring warmups.

Educational but not something I needed. I found this on an ad that had a lot of great information. I personally wanted to learn more about how fat loss really worked and the best ways to actually go through with an effective process so I continue on with the sign up knowing that I could change my mind and get my money back if I wanted to. I looked through the app and was happy with how it was set up and the things it provided. I honestly would recommend this if you are looking for a good and effective way to lose weight and eat healthier and smarter. If your not willing to spend the price on signing up then maybe not, but I would check it out or maybe even stick with it. The only issue I ran into was the actual refund. I got the discounted $57 dollars for the Tone in 90 Days and wanted to refund it. I searched up how to do it but the instructions weren’t accurate with what I had. So I emailed the Vshred company and they did it all for me. I got my money back but I also learned a lot about health and how I should lose weight.

My honest review.. Hello, I just wanted to say so far I love the exercise and super sets and hit cardio and all your knowledge that you give Vince, during this program. I used to do splits with 2 minute hit cardio on the floor in between so I am enjoying the new challenge of super sets and not stopping in between the individualized muscle group sets. The only thing I wish you got into more was exactly how I am suppose to eat as an endomorph. For the metabolic confusion I’m a little confused on exactly what I should be eating every other day hi carb one day low carb the next but the meal plan doesn’t really seem to be geared toward the metabolic confusion you were saying endomorphs need to skyrocket the metabolism. And exactly what kind of carbs am I suppose to stay away from on the day I shouldn’t eat carbs are we talking just grain and starch carbs or certain fruits and vegetables too seeing as almost everything contains carbohydrates. Sincerely, Nicole McNicholas

VShred gives Serious results!. I wish I earned a little commission for the number of people who have been told “VShred works!” by me! I guess the loss of 30 pounds will suffice as my “payment” though, because I was really surprised that I finally got the results I had been wanting with the other things I tried. I gained strength (as a 53 yo woman, that’s saying something!) I didn’t know was possible. I surprised myself being able to do 70 “men’s style” push-ups after about 6 months. That was not my goal, but what a surprise!!! It was little bits every day doing their 25 min following along workout- only 4 days a week for me- (even though I had worked out 6 days a week before VShred) and the results came. I bought Fat Loss Extreme and the Custom Diet Plan to start. I have always said that I wished someone would just tell me what to eat - and they did! I did the “follow along workout” on FLE for 90 days. Then I purchased “Toned in 90 Days” and did the follow along workout. Then I stopped paying monthly and just cycle through what I “already own”. And the app still works - just as they promised. Now, the custom diet plan has been updated, so I click on the meal and it forwards me to the recipe. So easy. So fast. Such results! I don’t love the constant offerings of new ways to spend money, but I love the program so much, I don’t mind. I know how to say no as needed, but always have the option to get their help again if needed. It has been over a year, and I am still thrilled.

Could be so much better. My main issue is the diet portion of it. The App should be able to make it more personal, but instead, to do that, I need the old paper and pen. I wish the app could take my stats and show me meal options that work for ME, after determining MY recommended caloric intake. Instead, I have to keep fussing with all the meal options until I find a combo that fits the recommended caloric intake for my stats, which by the way, seems to always come up short of what they are recommending someone like me to eat (And I fall in the middle range). Moreso, it would be great if once the app figured out a meal plan for ME (again, it doesn’t), that the app could then produce a tailored grocery list based on that info. It seems to insinuate that it will, only to find out that section is simply a paragraph telling you to make the grocery list the old fashion way, pen and paper. Really?!?! And simplify the whole thing guys. Too much info and too much Vince videos. Lastly, to the tech guys, when I click on a menu item or workout, and then want to get back out of it, it is so easy to hit the back button that takes you back a whole other step rather than just to close out the recipe/exercise (the X or Close button is meant to do that, but it’s not intuitive), I kept doing it and it was sooooo frustrating. Maybe when a recipe is opened up, get rid of that back button, leaving only the X. Bad tech design.

Things to fix with app. After about three months of using this app, here are a list of things that should be changed with the app. The back arrow! When you’re looking at your work out plan for the day, there may be exercises you don’t know. So you click on it and look at the explanation of the work out. Or maybe you just click on it by mistake. When you're done, you hit the back arrow in the top left corner. You would think that it would take you back to that days plan, but it instead takes you out of it and all the way back to the month by month overview. Videos only available in one resolution: My gym has poor reception and it would be nice if videos resolution could be lowered so I’m not spending copious amounts of time waiting for a one minute video to buffer. The Help button: As I entered the last week of the big arms program, I noticed the help button overlaying day 8 of month 2. It makes it impossible to click on day 8 and you can’t move the button either. So please remove the button from the month by month overview, or make it so I can hide it / move it. The free supplements guide: This is the least of my complaints but a complaint none the less. I don’t think it should be the very first thing in the list of options to choose. You should move it so the work out plan is actually on top of the list. I should have to go looking for the thing I came into the app for.

Not Impressed - Needs Better Structure. I’m not sure where these high reviews are coming from but so far it seems like this is a waste of money. If you buy the different packages, there isn’t any coordination between them or any one person overseeing them for you. The whole point of this is to have guidance. I had a metabolic appt today that was scheduled from a lady who called to make the appt and then was canceled less then five appts with no explanation or rescheduling. Took a while to see the food plan which was only for one week, not four. This wasn’t so bad except would’ve been nice for there to be some communication saying “you’ll see your eating plan within 48 business hours”. When I contacted their customer service team to inquire about the plan all they could tell me was “ I’d see it soon”…..more like two days later. This has the opportunity to be so much better and wouldn’t recommend this to anyone until they get a better structure. Seems to outsourced with a lack of focus on their clients.

Not what his videos promise, exactly what his videos look like.. I bought it and refunded within two days. Props to the shred guys for being easy to deal with on the refund but it was pretty easy to realize it was not worth the money for me. If you stick to the plan, I’m sure you’ll get results. But I bought it because I was curious about all the promises the video made about a unique system. When in reality it’s still what we all know: eat right, and work out. (Granted, with good modern workout philosophy of carb cycling and hiit) If you want someone to plan out your whole workout and eating schedule, this could be for you. If you don’t need that, it’s a whole lot cheaper to just google hiit and carb cycling. You’ll gain the same knowledge. The video really feels like straight lies. Best spin on it is twisting truth significantly. There’s no secret to fitness, as we all know. And these guys can advertise having the secret all they want, but it’s not real. So don’t buy it based on their fluffy promises. Still think they are probably doing a good job in their vein (though focused exclusively on how you look and not primarily on well rounded health (your seriously teaching people not to do cardio? cmon)). Also looks like there’s access to a good community if your looking for support on your journey. But as a fit, active person looking for an increase in performance and efficiency in my workouts, not my thing.

This app is no joke.. I have literally scrolled past these adds for v shred for over a year now rolling my eyes each time saying to myself “ this Vince dude looks like every other tool trying to make a quick buck off of overly desperate self conscious dudes that will quit a week after starting and feeling like a failure while ultimately losing money to add insult to injury. This first WO kicked THE CRAP out of me today and it was just a home workout ( my day 1 gym only opened once and wouldn’t load after several try’s anyone else have this happen? Remedy?) but Vince proved me so very wrong. He is overly descriptive and very functional in his explanations and tips. This app is VERY beautifully streamlined and very professional feeling. I’m just sorry it took me this long. Super pumped and motivated about this journey. Let’s get it! 💪🏼💪🏼

Great workouts! But calendar tracking though. Loving the Ri90 workouts. Would like an Ri90 calendar that tracks gym workouts and home workouts concurrently and aligns muscle groups with days. My limitation is I travel a lot, so the fitness centers available at hotels are rarely conducive for gym workouts and lack equipment necessary. So I have to intermingle home workouts in with gym workouts, but the Ri90 tracking calendar does not allow for changing between options nor do the days between home and gym muscle groups line up to allow a seamless tracker. I’m sure I’m not in the majority of people with this issue, but if for example, day 1 on Ri90 from both gym and home workouts isolated the same muscle groups, that would simplify the tracking! Thank you for setting up these programs. Enjoying them thus far, looking forward to results.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee is a Lie. V Shred App was a huge disappointment and the customer service is poor to nonexistent. I bought the basic program, despite their extensive effort to up sell, and at first glance at the app, is mostly a giant advertisement itself, wanting you to but more and more things. The rest of the features are basic and not worth the cost. I emailed the day I purchased it, requesting a refund, and have sent 3 emails to try to receive a refund, but never got an email response. After looking at the reviews, I saw several developer responses pointing people to the Facebook page. Once I did that and send a direct message, they gave me my refund right away not a great app, but I am glad they gave me my money back so I’m moving it up to three stars.

Not what I hoped. The workouts aren’t follow-along videos - just a list of exercises to do each day (with an optional video of Vince demonstrating one rep). Also, no variations or workout routine alternatives for people just getting started. It’s all or nothing. The diet feature gives you ten or so options per meal/snack, but you can’t put a meal plan or shopping list together on the app. Would be super easy for them to add the ability to tap which meals/snacks you want to insert for each day for the upcoming week and have that autogenerate a shopping list with ingredient totals. As it stands, you’d have to write it all out and add it all up manually - a major time drain. Definitely doesn’t set you up for success to stay on the diet. Overall, this seems less like an easy/simplified way to get fit and more like a way to get you into their database so Vince can sell you supplements and add-ons. Giving it an honest try, but not impressed so far.

Misleading. When you get and open the app it try’s to convince you with videos that says “take a minute and think” trying to make you buy there “better way” to get into shape “fast” offers. I said no thanks to like 5 of them. They keep coming and trying to make me buy something because they said “your make an mistake”. This trainer guy in there videos keeps saying that “ Cardio” like running, biking, and more an’t good for you to loss weight. Like what??? I talked to trainers in my area that say cardio is the best way loss weight and slowly gain muscle. And even scientists say it’s good for you and the best way to loss weight and fat. The only thing there trying to do it make money, robbing you for the cash, lying to you and trying to sell you supplements because “can help you”. Don’t get this app. Don’t listen to him. Talk with doctors and fitness trainers in your area to find ways to loss weight and gain muscle than putting there supplements in your body.

Decent program, not what I expected. I think the baseline of the 90-day program isn’t bad by any means, and will serve its purpose for the individual just starting out with weightlifting. I will say, however, that it is extremely plagued with rinse and repeat workouts. The exercises don’t change, it’s the same three day cycle for 90 days with rest in between. I would have liked to see more variety in the workouts and not exercises that hit the exact same muscle in the exact same approach every single time. Aside from content, the app itself needs a rework because videos struggle to load even when other videos in separate apps load just fine. The exercise description window also cuts off text on either side of the box when open, making it very difficult to read any tips. It also occasionally erases your progress in the program, which isn’t a big deal, however I would prefer not to have to go in and “complete” every workout again as I can see how that will get quite tedious in the later months of the program.

Overcharged!!. I was charged 67$ for an extra plan that I did not add! I’ve emailed support, so hoping to be refunded. *** Update: after waiting and waiting to hear back (supposed to have been contacted 24-48 hours according to the site) I went ahead and filled out meal plan questionnaire because I figured if I was going to be stuck with the charge might as well try it. I’m adding a star back because the trainer I was assigned is quick to email back and answer questions about my plan including substitutions. The plan is easily accessible on the app. The trainer also clearly read the questionnaire because he didn’t add any foods that I don’t like. The companies refund policy states that custom plans aren’t refundable due to time spent from individuals making them. I completely understand that, but I’m still not happy with the fact I was charged when I didn’t purchase the plan in the first place! I even have an email sent to me saying “we know you passed up on it the first time, but wanted to reach out and see if you were interested!” Response to owner: I have already emailed that support contact 4 different times.

Average. This program is not worth the amount of money it costs. The recipes are great and are the only reason I gave this two stars. The workout program is a 6day/ week which is great. That being said, this guy only has 3 workouts per exercise group except for the ab/core workouts which is 4. You work out each muscle group twice a week. The exercises for chest and back (as well as bi’s/tris and legs/shoulders) are the same on both days of the week. The pure laziness to come up with different workouts for the two days is astounding. When it comes to the actual app, the layout is a bit discombobulated and all over the place. It also has no where to record your weights that you use for each exercise so you have to switch between this app and your notes or carry a notebook around with you. Pretty disappointed with the money I spent on this and what I’m getting for it. Would not recommend.

Glitchy. I loved the workouts and was getting great results but the app glitches… which it does often you are just out of luck. Once every week or two throughout the program, I would get to the gym and be unable to see the days gym routine. Previously it seem to resolve relatively quickly, so I just let it go but more recently the problem started again and after four days of being unable to see the workouts. Even logging into my account via web server the workouts are not accessible. I contacted customer service, and was basically told, they passed the information onto the developer, but there was nothing they could do so I’m out of luck until it’s fixed. Today should have been the start of my last week of the 90 day program, and I’m left, scrambling to figure something else out because the issue is still not resolved with no indication of when it might be. Very frustrating and demotivating after busting tail 2 1/2 months to end my 90days like this. I was considering purchasing another program, but will likely go another route.

Good content, poor user interface. The content in this app is great, but the user interface could use an upgrade. I’m not sure if the app was designed for a tablet and I’m just using the wrong size device (iPhone 7), but the user experience is not great. I’m a beginner when it comes to working out, and I think I’m like most people in that I’m a visual learner. The descriptions of the workouts can be difficult to visualize. A video or graphic representation of the workouts would be very helpful. At the workout home page, the description says that I can click some button to see a video of the workout, but said button was nowhere to be found. I paid good money for this experience, and as I said, the workout suggestions are good, but getting started is a poor experience because, for every exercise, I have to stop my workout and read the description and try to visualize the proper form. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words, and this app is woefully lacking in pictures and videos. Vince, your intro video was awesome and convinced me to jump on the train, but if I hadn’t paid the money, I would have quit already out of frustration with the app. As I become familiar with the exercises, maybe I’ll like it more, so here’s to hoping. But if you’re new to this stuff like I am, be warned that this app will be frustrating to use at first.

Enjoying so far. I am only a week into the toned in 90 days workout plan and have been really enjoying the follow along video workouts. I think they are an adequate amount of time and are a good difficultly level to keep me feeling challenged but not discouraged. The biggest issue i have is that there is no way to tell what day of the workouts you are on. Even when you click resume it just brings you to the full monthly calendar with no indication of what day you are on. I believe a feature that either changes the color of the days you have completed or checks it off would be extremely helpful. Especially if, when this pandemic is over, I am switching between gym workouts and at home workouts. Keeping track of what day / routine i am on mentally would become nearly impossible. Hopefully this isn’t a difficult adjustment for the tech team. Looking forward to the new Move program.. hoping it is released soon.

Love this app!. My husband has been working with vshred for a couple years and is always raving about it so I finally decided to get the extreme fat loss for women and I love it! I look forward to doing it every day and I definitely feel like I’m getting a better workout in a shorter period of time than the one or two hours I used to spend. I’ve also recommended the app to my friends. The recipes look fantastic and I’m starting to include them in my meal plan for the week. The only reason I didn’t give the app five stars is there are quite a few errors in the directions. Some of the sentences look like spell check changed them and it makes it confusing. Also, I wish there were videos for the HIIT workouts. I’m not sure if I’m doing them correctly. I know Vince tries to get through his videos quickly so as not to waste time, but don’t make it tiring to listen to. I can definitely tell he knows what he’s talking about and his perspective on diets and exercises is on point! I hope to continue with the program and I’m looking forward to updates! Thanks for the great product!

Absolutely nothing that is promised is given. This is a big scam to get you to buy expensive supplements. They will promise a personalized meal plan, that is already on the app when you download, so not personal at all and non-refundable. They promise weekly meeting with fitness coaches and other professionals, it doesn’t happen. They schedule them, but they cancel hours before or just don’t show up at all. It doesn’t matter how many times support is contacted or how many times these sessions are rescheduled. I got one call the day after I signed up. I had already foolishly spent $200 on supplements, the call was to try to fat guilt me into buying $500 more. That was it, just a sales pitch on supplements and a promise that a trainer will call me. Never got another call or email other than just their junk emails they send trying to fat guilt into buying more upgrades plans and supplements. The app looks like it has helpful stuff that promises to be personalized, it’s not and it’s not much until you have to pay money to get more.

Awesome app lately video issues though. I love it very much but lately videos are not working with audio or picture, sometimes the picture just blacks out and audio is still going and then other times it’s not playing all together

Highly recommend. The number of programs I have had over the years I can say that the VShred packages are by far the best. The 90 Day ripped gives you a great (challenging) workout. Follow it to the ‘T’ .

1st workout. Really good workout session

Start of program. Definitely felt muscle contraction, the burn, also got a sweat up after the workout but felt like I could do more. 💯💚🤙🏾

Hard work for good Gain. Excellent work out App

Tracking. Good app, my only issue is that it doesn’t track my weights that I use or the amount of Reps that I complete for future training sessions.

Great diet programs and fitness routines. Join Vshred at the age of 53 and have struggling with wait and fitness for the last 3 years and was frustrated beyond belief - joined the Vshred program both diet - supplements and Vshred 90 exercise program and have never looked back - lost 4kg in 2 weeks which have been impossible to lose and still have another 6kg to go and gaining lean muscle as well - the advice and support has been invaluable and kept me from binging or giving up

Day 1. It’s hard as hell, but when I keep going I know it’ll be worth it

HAVE TO PAY. At first I thought this was a awesome app then I realised you have to pay. Don’t get this app. Waste of your time

The best app so far. I have tried different apps before and this one has given me the right motivation to get my goals, excellent exercises and very easy to use, I love the way that you can track your workouts so you don’t miss a day. I highly recommend this app for everyone.

Amazing workout!!!!. Short and intense... love it !!!!

Great program. Fantastic targeted workouts. Each exercise is very well demonstrated with videos. The app is well put together and easy to follow. It will make a difference to you in your fitness drive.

Best app for weight loss. 10/10 amazing have to try!!!

over charge my my card. no way to call them

App Needs a Makeover. Hi guys, love v shred. But from what I’ve experienced and what others have voiced in the Facebook group, this app needs a makeover. Needs to be more user friendly!

It’s really worth it.. I have only just started and I have thrown up twice during this first session. So it’s gotta be worth it. I think what could be nice added feature is a timer built into the app. I’ll give 5 stars once I have completed the 90days. Thank you for helping me get back on the path.

Not free. After all the mundane sign up information you then click and find out you have to pay

Gym. It’s good to have a little video of the exercises cause I haven’t been showed properly before so it good to watch and do it the right way 👍

Great app, but a little hard to navigate. It shows your programs but when u click on one it just has a long thread of information and no way to quickly access the area you want to read

Day 1. Great start but had to modify a little as I’m so out of shape. Hope my body stays together past the first month. As I tend to find injuries crop up and I’m forced to stop 🤷🏽‍♂️🙏🏼

Vince Has Done It. Most apps will just have a few workouts and meal plans, but not this one. Here, you are not just limited to cookie cutter diet plans and mundane lifting exercises, but also different plans, books, foods, supplements and so much more! One of the great fitness apps!

Paid program work out. This is the best program, I’m only a week in though. Only love the app for its quick access to the work outs and i can change my work out goals and weight at any time.

Portable. The program goes with me when there’s no gym available. I’m in remote NSW which makes gym attendance hard and of course the lockdowns. I still have a companion coach and can do home exercises any where any time. Kind regards

TUT + HIT = heart attack. I am an advanced gym junkie and following these basic exercises to the letter is physically intense! Finishing off with HIT can push your heart beat up to 178, borderline to heart attack! However, the result is exhilarating and satisfying! A good investment I must say.

90 days workout plan. Just finished my first workout & loved every minute of it!

Way too complicated and poorly laid out. There's a lot of good science and content, but it's mind numbingly complicated. To go from no specific diet to 5 meal preps per day and a workout that'd kill me on the first day is too much. There's no ramp or simplification. It assumes you're suddenly a health nut with no job and still have income, or a trainer or actor. It's simply doesn't understand the condition of people with no prior experience or fitness.

Don’t expect a refund. It’s been 6 months and even though I asked fro a refund within the 30 day money back guarantee I didn’t get any money. They keep saying it’s the bank or some rubbish like that. They refuse to refund by any other means. Don’t get this. The app is clunky and just not pleasant to use.

App Could be improved. While I’ve only been using for 1 week there are some improvements that could be made to the app to support the program. The meal plan. It isn’t a plan, it’s a list of recipes you need to track outside the app. Allow a selection to be recorded on the app will make this something ill continue to use. Tracking workouts - you can’t tick off you’ve completed a workout in the home workouts like you can in the gym ones. Again something that has to be tracked outside the app. Also no cool down recommendations in your exercise program… so important and missing. If these were updated I’d consider continuing

Save your time. If you want to be measuring absolutely all your meals with some scales and dedicating your life to this sort of behaviour then this is the program for you. If you like extremely poor customer service and really buggy apps this is also for you.

Greg. Day one, first workout. My body has been telling me I needed this. This was tough, now that I have blown away a few cobwebs it can only get better.

Still a wee bit confuse. Trying to find my way into the whole thing at this stage!!!

Exercise type. Its really difficult to start on this exercise routine. I can barely do one set, but the instructions say I need to do 4 sets immediately.

Gym and HIIT workouts. I'm enjoying the shred work outs. They are challenging and give good demonstrations. I don't however really think these are suitable for beginners and I especially don't think the HIIT Workouts at home are suitable for many postpartum women. There is a lot of jumping and crunches - and as a physiotherapist that sees women with pelvic floor issues (either soon after or many years after giving birth) - there should be some kind of warning about the impact this may have on pelvic floors and abdominal diastasis and alternatives given. This is especially true if you are targeting a women clientele

Rubbish app. The app is useless. I haven’t been able to log into it even though I can log in via a web browser with the same user name and password. Reading some of the other reviews it looks like I’m not the only one.

Error messages. I just bought a bundle on the app I keep getting error messages come up when I use the app.

Great lower body home workout!!. Awesome had me sweating in the first 5 minutes

Unexpected error. I log in and it drops out back to the log in. Been happening since I downloaded the app yesterday. I hope you can fix it immediately. 24 hours and I still cannot use the app. Logging in but the it immediately goes back to the log in page.

As a lifetime fitness enthusiast. This is the best, most comprehensive system that I have seen. I’ve had many personal trainers MMA coaches, but this takes the cake. Paul G Roberts

Amazing. Having set workouts with videos and a meal plan is what I needed. Also the 2-3 emails I have received a day so far reminding me I paid good money is also a plus, makes you feel bad if you decide you don’t feel like working out. And that’s a great motivator Thanks to everyone involved

Not made for international customers. Unable to reset password and access the program. Also find the order page only caters for delivery to US or Canada. There is no access to purchase/delivery to international customers.

Good workout bit clunky. Not the best to follow will look into it to see if I'm doing it wrong but it was a great workout

Great workout. Felt that workout love it

Have to pay. This app is very disappointing you have to pay to use most of the stuff

It’s ok. Noticed there is no options of variations for exercises for example there a lot of lunges in her extreme weight loss program which I can’t do especially jumping lunges, and ps it’s not due to I’m doing it wrong it’s from my doctor and physio so kind wasted $$ getting this

Worst program ever. I was so excited to start this program based on the promises in the adds, however it does not deliver on any of its promises least of all the money back guarantee if you are unhappy with the product. Don’t waste your money

David. Purchased this app, was great until it won’t accept my password, tried at least 10 times to reset and can’t get an email sent to reset it, very disappointed

Day 3. Been a gym junkie for probably 5 years now I’m down 26 kilograms (57 pounds) and was pushing some reasonable weight for a 60 year old but am amazed at the drop in weight I’ve had to go to do to get through the daily workouts, looking forward to 30 days to see how it’s working

It’s not you it’s me. I know as we go along it’s just me working out the app

Version 2.1.13 doesn’t show workouts. Since upgrading to version 2.1.13 all my gym workouts are gone. When I access ‘gym workouts’ the screen refreshes a few times then loads an empty screen. Please fix ASAP!

Convenient and good customer support. No issues with the app or programs, the recipes are also really good. Look out for the Instagram promotions because they offer massive discounts on the different programs. Tried it out but I guess the fitness aspect and home workout element just isn’t for me. No risk, buy a program and give it a try, if it doesn’t work out for you then you can get a guaranteed full refund. I wasn’t able to stay motivated so I asked for a refund and the full amount was returned to me within a few days.

VShred Is A Scam. Do not listen to anything vshred says most of their information is false and could harm you. There are lots of bodybuilders on youtube that have made videos talking about Vshred and his company, so I advise you to watch some of the videos and hear what people in the fitness community have to say about Vshred.

Bad service. I have issues and I have been trying to reach the service and after 2 messages still no answer.

My legs ahhhh. Great first day my legs are gonna feel it tomorrow so far food choices great no feeling of hunger tonight 👍💪👌

I can’t cancel my membership. SCAM !!! I was very disappointed by VShred. They give you so little for the amount $ they take. The 1 month of meal plan is actually just 1 week!!!! I got charged for something I didn’t order, no explanation. Contacted support and no help. I can’t even figure out how to cancel this thing on the app. No information anywhere.

So organized. I love the direction and organization of the 90 day plan - a personal trainer right with you 👏👏👏🙏💞

90- day program. First day of the 90- day program. Loved it. I signed up, money was transferred, received confirmation in 2 minutes, then received the full program with all meal suggestions etc all within 10 minutes. Highly recommended.

Excellent Experience. Just got back into the swing of things after being away from the gym for quite some time. This helped tremendously getting back into things, what to do, and for how long. Videos for the workouts in case you don’t know. Very happy! Thank you V Shred!

Worth it if you need to get into it or if you really want results but there’s a catch. Apps great the whole team knows they’re stuff the only issues I find is that it bombarda you with information and plans and meal pleads and everything else which is great if you know what you’re doing but for a newbie it would be a lot to handle, the other issue is that if you want real training beyond video instruction and do it yourself workout plans they don’t accept monthly payments outside the us. You’ve gotta pay like 3000 Canadian up front if you want full custom everything t tailored directly to you

Home workouts are intense!. The at home workouts really targets the specific areas! You have to really push to make it through the sets and you feel the burn. So far loving it!

what a waste and a marketing app. quickly realized there was nothing customized about this… can’t get my money back now, big run around…

over charged help. i was charged 3x instead of once! i don’t know what to do :( was really excited!

Gym time Tony. I can feel my muscles pulsating after working out at the gym today , think I’m on the right track. I can’t wait to see what I will be looking like at the end of my 90 days work out at the gym

So far not impressed. As a menopause female my new diet has dropped my cal by 700 cal a day!!!! Ya not sustainable! The workouts are mediocre with no place to record to see improvement. Not happy cost me $148 for something AI could give me for free

Day 1 of 90. Killer leg workout, definitely going to feel it tomorrow 😅😅

Scam Alert!!. Signed up to try. Then get asked to do a “free metabolic assessment”. The “quiz” had nothing to do with my metabolism and everything to do with my private finances and asked for an investment into another venture for VShred. Such a scam. Trying to get my money back but I doubt they will return anything.

Costs $$$. Not free at all, rip-off /scam for charging money

Great video demonstrations!!!. As a relative newcomer to these various and new gym workouts having short well explained videos are a huge help. And I can review as often as I need to get the techniques correct. Jamal

No help. I paid for a customized mea plan, never got it. Tried contacting them and while they did respond, it was zero help.

Not worth it. I dont mind paying for a good workout routine to keep things interesting. This app does an inferior job of supplying the same exercises as other HIIT apps. The app is clouded with constant marketing and up-sell attempts. I would only recommend this app if you’re interested in the nutrition and networking/support components - which I can’t comment on. Try the 7 min workout challenge - or pretty much anything else instead!

Ouch. 15 minutes is far away from the reality…. I was thinking 30 minutes but my stopwatch says 53 minutes. I watched maybe 5 videos very quickly to make sure I did it right… so yeah, will finish what I started but it’s not 15 minutes a day!

Super Happy. I don’t get all the negative reviews and complaints about the cost etc. For me the cost of the program was reasonable, the information all makes sense, the work outs are great and the app works well. I’ve just started but all as advertised so far. I contacted company through the chat to get an answer to a question and got it right away. That’s all you can ask for really - not sure how it could be a “scam” unless you don’t read properly or expect more than you should.

Refund. Maybe it’s because I’m lazy or maybe it’s because this app doesn’t do anything for you unless you keep paying more money and more money because the $57 that I already paid they doing nothing for me. I have to pay more to do what I want. So I won’t be paying any more money. I’ll figure it all out on my own, I really wish I could get a refund. But I’m not holding my breath.

Why you tube. Why use you tube videos WHY

Horrible Experience. Complete waste of time and money. I was patient with them and they let me down again and again with the app, my account, accessing my purchases, the meal-plan, the trainers, support team, everything. After a year of being patient and trying to make it work with them, I lost all hope. The only thing I have left with them is the pricy workout program I purchased and I cannot access it. So so so many technical issues with them. The people don’t take the time to listen and help neither. A total and worthless mess. I recommend you find a better company with workout and meal-plan programs. There are so many out there. Don’t waste your time and money like I did.

Workout #1. Omg! That was hard to do, but I loved it!

Keep taking money!!. Within less than 24 hrs I decided to cancel. It says to simply contact customer service. I did. They are still taking money out monthly!! How do I get out of this program! I feel it’s a scam! I want my money back!!

If I could give this a negative I would. Thought I’d try the 90 day. But of course you’re not told it’s in usd. Got charged for more then I approved. Tried figuring out the app but it’s too disorganized. I’ve tried contact support for days and of course I’m not getting a reply. I want my money back.

YOU NEED TO READ THIS. So I love what it is talking about and the plan I downloaded the app and I was a confusing app! I deleted cause too much money it is 88.99!!! And I can workout for free and still lose weight so please don’t waste money on this thing!! And I have gray Roberts and it is amazing go check that out cause it is awesome!!

Scam. So they were nice enough to take my money and not send a confirmation email with the password… I contacted them and nothing! but yet I keep getting emails for special deals and offer with codes not my darn temp password.

Jess. You will be ripped in 30 days

Hard to keep track. The work outs and amount of reps are all great however it is impossible to keep track of your weight and what side you’re on. I wish there was an area to input all that information so you could track it.

Good, but needs a log section, and exercise swap out. Liking the app so far, but would love to log the weights and reps I’m doing, and have the option to swap out exercises that work same muscle group.

FINALLY!!!. A work out routine where I don’t wander around lost in the gym!! And if I’m not familiar with a workout it’s clearly explained and shown in the videos!

Good app. Good app. Keeps track of almost everything and it’s well organized. One issue: home workouts cannot be selected as complete. It makes it difficult to keep track, especially if you’re mixing gym and and home workouts during the week.

Not good. I cannot login into the app but have no problem with the website which is hard to navigate. I tried to send an email to the support team many times but still haven’t heard anything back. I also can’t find the place where my workouts are supposed to be. I want a refund!!! It is not worth the money. Also no one says that it is in USD so you end up paying more if not from the USA!!

Don’t buy it, but good customer service. Do not buy into this membership!! Vince is a very good salesman I was totally swept in, but it keeps prompting you to add more money to get more benefits/keep the weight off. Metabolic confusion is just as effective as weight watchers or Keto or any other kind of diet. Try Mediterranean diet!! Research shows it’s the most successful one. I don’t like how they also like slam the diet industry like they are not also a part of that industry?? They do refund your money extremely fast tho so that was nice, hence the 2 stars. I’d give the product a zero and the customer service 5 stars if I could.

Good not great. Good information and detail. Some minor things that would make the app amazing would include a digital weight and rep tracker within the plan section with ease of checking previous weeks weight and reps.

App review. The workouts are good but there is room for improvement with the app. It would be great if you could write down how many reps and sets you actually did, to see how you and improved and not need to use a separate app or paper to write it down. I also can’t read all the steps that are written out when you click on the video tutorial.

90 day work out. I have completed one month. I feel good . it works for me. Thanks

App is confusing. It doesn’t limit you to what you purchased so it’s very confusing to find your program. On the workout sample screen, you have to scroll to the bottom to hit the close button. You can’t just swipe it away or hit an X or swipe right. It doesn’t let you record your workouts.

Super awesome. Very informative videos , I learned a lot about myself and my body type . Great work outs one can take anywhere .. The whole package is amazing ! Thank you

Perfect Workout!👌. Thanks for a great balanced workout program!

Strong first impression. Over the top. As an introduction it was really positive. I feel the pain, love it.

Not what I expected. I watched the video and thought I would be getting an app that is easy to follow and has programs and workouts you can do everyday. This app was full of advertisements to just buy more plans and the 90 day workout program is a basic program that just has the same 5 workouts every week. Such a waste of money. Definitely do NOT recommend this app

Trash app. This app will open after 38 try so u keep reloading this trash app!

Scam!. This app and the long Ads are real scam! I subscribe to 90 days plan that had money back guarantee! I asked for a refund , but nothing get back !

Not a great app. The app could be much better - you can’t log your weigh from exercise to exercise - so hard to remember exactly what you had and how you are progressing

I want my money. I am super disappointed to see I was charged so many times. I only approved 57$ to get the app, this morning check my credit statement and I was charge 178$ wow I would like my money back ASAP and cancel my membership. I was super excited to try this program

Still waiting for the meal plan. I paid for the meal plan and have yet to receive it. It’s been 11 days.

Macro tracking. This would be an amazing fitness app if I could track my macros on here too! When one is paying for a program they want to do everything on one app. Multiple apps use becomes overwhelming

Truly a scam!! So disappointed. I purchased the female fat loss extreme… first, they tried to charge me for additional programs that I didn’t NOT want ($60+). They did issue a refund for that (thank you). Secondly, I had not logged into my account in about two months, only to log in this morning and I can’t access the content!! It only gives me the trial version for everything, including the content I already purchased less than 6 months ago!! I tried to email customer support (the email they provide), and gmail can’t send the email because it’s undeliverable. So, so disappointed. If I can get my content restored (including the freebies that I had been “gifted” at time of purchase) or a full refund, I will change my review score.

A little disappointed with their customer service. I just purchased the service today, do this is not against the actual product. This is against the lack of service in customer service. I received a ton of emails which is great but they all said call the number if there is a problem. The number says they are too busy and need emails instead. If that is the case, then why say call if you have any problems. My issue is that they charged me twice for a product and now I want a refund for it for the double charge. Nobody answers the phone, and the email support tickets never sent you a reply. This is a very disappointing way to start a relationship.

AMAZING, BUT PLEASE BE CAREFUL. This app was absolutely worth the money. I’m feeling the burn and seeing it too. I have more energy since doing these workouts and I’m sleeping better and I feel the toning of my muscles. But PLEASE, if you have sciatica like I do, BE CAREFUL. I’ve triggered my sciatica about twice now from doing some of these exercises, especially the ones for the lower body. LISTEN TO YOUR BODY and don’t push yourself too much to where you can irritate something. It has helped me to do some sciatic yoga before and after these workouts. STAY SAFE AND LISTEN TO WHAT YOUR BODY IS TELLING YOU.

Loving VShred. I signed up for the fat loss extreme 90 day program I’m only beginning week 2 but I am loving it so far. I love the versatility of the workouts meaning you can do them at home with no equipment needed, at the gym or the follow along workouts also no equipment needed. I did sign up for a month of meal planning and I am enjoying getting my consistency back both with workouts and portion control. If you are looking to get fit or just looking to get back into working out I would highly recommend V Shred.

Believe the bad review; this whole program is a waste. From start to finish, the whole thing feels like a scam. Around every corner, after you’ve already spent hundreds, there’s another “secret tip” you can access by spending more money and buying more supplements and adding features that should’ve just been included in the initial purchase price. It feels really dishonest, and quite frankly very dated. The app runs on long videos and pdf formats for all the information. Nothing is user friendly. It seems like someone in their 40’s who is just a bit too out of touch with the current technology trained generation made an app and their social media team just acts like it’s not a problem if you don’t like it. Like all the other reviews say, the meal plans and workouts are NOT customized to you and your have to have lots of free time and patience to really make this work. I’ve applied for a refund, so we’ll see how that part goes, but I have a bad feeling about this scammy company’s integrity, so I’m genuinely just hoping I don’t walk away with a virus or a surprise recurring subscription, haha.

I should have read all the reviews before. The app doesn’t work well, Customer support-doesn’t help. Interview with the coach (he’s with closed camera) was mainly to convince me to buy into a program (although he didn’t press). Once I said that I first want to try the basic program- a. Bit later the conversation ended (also because it was different to log into the app and of course I had to contact support- they didn’t help, I solved it myself). Inside the app - of course “Move” doesn’t work, the other videos mainly convinces you to buy into a different program. Basically- I have seen better. I canceled my subscription 2 weeks later (no problem to cancel but no refund either…. Live and learn.

Elgar. Overall exercise is as any other program and is ok. Wish there were more explanations at hand instead of going back to emails and asking questions. Such as for example, my first workouts last step is cardio for 20 seconds on treadmill going up the hill. How fast should I run for 20 seconds before taking a 30 seconds break? How much of the incline should be set on treadmill. What is a 30 seconds rest? Is it standstill or slow down to a point of regular walk(what is the speed of the rest if it’s not a standstill?). How many pounds should be used during the workout? Shouldn’t there be a warmup before doing exercises?

Poor App. This review is regarding the app and not the workouts. The app will play the videos at random which makes it difficult to stick with a workout routine from home. The audio is there but no video. I have contacted the support team multiple times and am always told to utilize the website via chrome or Firefox. Well I have a desktop in an office so I am hardly able to workout in front of my desktop in the office. The point of having an app like this is to be able to workout with it or stream it to your tv and workout. However, this app decides to work when it wants to work. Very unhappy with this app and the support that’s provided. Not everyone has a laptop that can be relocated to workout with. I do not recommend this at all.

Finally Feeling Successful. I am someone that never, EVER, writes reviews. But this time I had to. I recognize that it has only been 3 days but the way the Fat Loss Extreme and Customized Meal Plan are created I feel soooo successful. More than that I feel setup for long term success. Everything is so clearly and easily designed that it is truly turnkey. The coaching support has been amazing and I haven’t even received my supplements and protein powder yet. I CAN’T WAIT to see my results after the first month.

15 Pounds lost in 6 Weeks!. I was a bit skeptical about getting this program but once I was in and working, the weight fell off! I am absolutely delighted I join this program. Vince is the best and he’s very sincere and passionate about his craft. You can tell. I highly advise anyone seeking to lose weight to get on this program, jump on fat loss extreme Or some other program in the curriculum and you will see results if you remain faithful to it. The workouts are no more than 20 minutes a day! And you get three days of rest. I am considering selling my treadmill! Lol!

Determined. I’ve tried and failed at every diet plan out there until now. This is the longest I’ve gone, only 10 days, but I usually fail within a few days. Something Vince said clicked for me. The word- determination. I’m only 20 pounds overweight and I know for some, that’s not a lot. I’ve been having issues with my legs and feet, which I won’t get into, but after 6 weeks of PT, my therapist and I determined that it could be due to weight. I want to see if by losing this weight, that it will take care of those issues. I’m determined to see if I’m right. I love being right!

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. The information is misrepresented and is not what is advertised. The customized diet plan is just a list of food categories to eat. Nothing specific. The questionnaire about your diet preferences is meaningless because they don’t actually give you a diet with foods listed. It just says protein and vegetable. No kidding! Also once they have your email you will receive several emails per day advertising their products. By the time you get to the app to read the reviews it may already be too late but stop now if you can. The “personalized” emails you receive are not from actual people. If you reply with a question you receive a customer service ticket saying it will take 24-48 hours for a reply.

Workouts Won’t Play. I have been doing a VShred program about two weeks and I like the program itself- I am excited to start seeing results soon 🤞. The App however leaves something to be desired. I cannot even get through the first round of the first circuit without it freezing multiple times, restarting on its own, or restarting and playing the audio of that while still playing the audio of where I’m at with the screen frozen or not showing anything- and it does this the entire time. I have used other workout video Apps without this issue so I know it’s not my ability to play them. It’s unfortunate cause it is adding about 20 minutes minimum to the workout and is very frustrating.

The money back guarantee is bogus. There are things to like about this program, but it’s not for me. I won’t do repetitive exercises. There are other things I prefer. So, this isn’t worth the money for me. But I didn’t know that until I paid and checked it out. I’ve sent several emails and received generic responses stating that they generally reply within 24 hours. Nope. No reply. No money back. So much for a guarantee. Also, if you join this program, be aware that you will be inundated with emails selling supplements. Updated: My refund was processed. App is decent, but beware the emails.

Easy to follow. Never have I encountered an workout that actually show you the step by step process of your workout. And by step by step, I mean 👏🏻 STEP BY STEP 👏🏻 They actually have your day mapped out, tell you what workouts you should do for the day, and (my most favorite part) is show you an actual VIDEO on how to execute these exercises properly! Now I don’t feel conscious in the gym because I don’t know how to use the equipments. Seriously I love this app! I will slowly but SURELY buy the entire program. This is the best $57 I ever spent. Thank you vshreds team!

Mixed feelings about updates. I purchased Toned In 90 Days a few months ago but had to stop half way through for personal reasons. I just started back up and noticed a few changes. The workouts are a bit more difficult than they where the first time around and I am actually loving it. On the other hand they seem to have removed the videos showing you how to do the exercises. I’m a beginner and those videos were the best thing about the program for me because I was able to complete the workouts easily and quickly with out Having to go back and forth to you tube. Please bring them back 😫

Not amazing and I couldn’t get my money back. I tried the program for about 3 weeks. I was not impressed, it’s something you can get elsewhere for free. I attempted to cancel and get back my money (they have a supposed 30-day money back guarantee) but was not able to get my money back. Vshred’s model is for you to buy the Apple app, but when it comes time to cancel and get your money back, you must get your purchase refunded through iTunes (I was repeatedly told they can’t see my purchase or offer any assistance because I bought via iTunes) Upon attempting to do this, iTunes said the app was not eligible for a refund. I tried reaching someone in the chat with Vshred but it was clearly a bot that repeatedly gave me the same instructions to cancel through iTunes. Buyer beware...

Game changer!. Best work out plan I’ve seen! I work in public service and this program makes it easy to get in and out quick, while feeling completely gassed after the workout. I love that there is a gym and home work out plan. I switch between the two when I’m at work vs. home to stay consistent. I’m down 45 pounds and counting! Great for beginner to advanced and VERY straight forward from workouts to meals. Can say enough good things.

Caution. I purchased this app to help with losing weight and building muscle strength. I’m 74 and am having issues wit arthritis and mobility. While the diet associated with this program is average, the weight training should be used with caution if you are older and/or have joint issues. The app itself is filled with. “Things to buy” once you download it. Frankly this app is not worth the price except for maybe the diet, but even the diet is based on a high protein low carb weight loss regimen that can be found free on the internet. My suggestion is to join a health club that offers a training regimen that is tailored to your health and strength status and once you’re in reasonable shape then you can do the rest on your own.

You make people fell worse not better. I was so happy to find this this describes me I am never able to lose weight and I’m a multi sport athlete I have alway been. However I hav walkways been bigger then most and didn’t know why and I’m only 16 so I get made fun of a lot since I was young. An yeah I have skipped meals and just stoped eating and I keep hating myself and I watched the whole video(online) and was so happy then I got the app and it wanted to charge me a lot to make meal plans and for workout .why I get you won’t money but if you gonna do that mention in the beginning Because you guys made it sound like you understand but here I am crying again cause I don’t have money for this and you basically said without this I’ll never lose it. So Im going back to where I was not eating and always working out .this was a huge let down I hope your happy cause you really only help for money

Great Content, Disappointing App. The content and information is great, the in depth programming for different body types is excellent. Out of all the apps i gave used however, this is the most disappointing. Featured tabs are fantastic, inside the 90 day shred. Theres no steps by step guideline (not user friendly) and when opening each exercise for more information the screen doesn’t fit on an iphone, formatted for a different screen therefore you cannot read anything. The workoit side needs work and a better step by step, not just instructions given the level of coach we are dealing with, I fully expected his platform to be leaps and bounds ahead of everyone else.

WOW. I thought the home workouts would be fairy easy to do. I was so wrong. I could do as much as the program wanted me to, but I was able to complete what I could for my very 1st day. I’m very impressed with myself and I hope as the days go on my body will adjust and be able to do more and more. I love the program so much. I wish I could have gotten this sooner. Out of all the fitness models and scams out there, I will say this guy Vince is actually the real deal. Thank you Vince

Give V-shred a try…it works!. I tried V-shed because it offered to do all the work! That is, after taking a simple test so they know my body type, they would put together a workout plan and provide a meal plan and I would lose weight! I’m not sure I believed it, but it did offer a moneyback guarantee. So I gave it a try, and guess what? It has only been 2 weeks and I’ve lost 6 lbs! I especially love the meal plan, which includes a shopping list, and recipes! I’m not a cook, but these recipes are simple, they use food that you’ve heard of & can buy at your grocery store, and they are delicious. Really!!! Give it a try. You won’t be sorry.

Falsely advertised—not a cutting edge app. I was disappointed to sign up for V-Shred and download the app, to first discover I would have paid less by just going through the app, and secondly, finding that the app is not interactive at all. There is no option for me to print out or save the recipes from the app. Selecting them does not create a “menu” or a “grocery list” as inferred. I have to do it manually myself. The point of technology like this is convenience and this app should be calculating all the calories for me as well as creating a handy grocery list. The app does neither. Also, constant videos steer me to buy supplements, though supplements are not “needed”. I regretted signing up for V-Shred after being put through ad after ad during the sign-up phase, but even more so after opening the app.

Eh.... I just got the app and purchased it for the $50, while going through the app I realized it wasn’t what I expected. The video I saw from Instagram made it seem like a meal plan was included and everything was personalized but it wasn’t. You have to buy everything separately. Of course, I should’ve known to do my research like I usually do but I was so compelled by the guy in the video 🤦🏽‍♀️ #rookiemistake. Pros: •They do provide meal recipes, but you have to do all the work on your own which is so uninspiring. People who aren’t educated as well as a personal trainer or nutritionist wouldn’t really know what to eat specifically unless they really do their research. •Included workouts (the HIIT exercises don’t include videos, just a description on how to do it) I don’t think I would recommend because It’s not user friendly and it isn’t something I can see someone else doing if they’re not up for personalizing things themselves I wish I was able to get my money back but I’m sure It’s not going to happen. In another review I read that the refund goes to your iTunes 🙄 Another piece of information I wish I knew before hand by the owner. Just beware and do your research guys, I hope this review helps

Talk about true bait and switch. After going through the program’s online portal to customize what I should be doing, signed up, accessed materials and discovered one of the items - carb cycling - isn’t intended to be part of the first 90 days of the program as stated by the customer service rep I chatted with. Also discovered that this customized program basically is anything but. The app and website are basically a web browser and PDF viewer to the program’s information. Nothing is customized. It even states you need to use MyFitnessPal to track your diet which you have to figure out based on said PDFs. It seemed like on every page it was trying to seek the company’s supplements. What a joke. I asked for a refund and was told it would be coming. Access to the site has been turned off already so let’s see how long it takes for the refund. At least I took screenshots of the chat showing the rep processed a refund in case I need to fight the charge with the credit card company. After the fact I looked at reviews not on the App Store. Not good.

Good app but some QOL updates. I have enjoyed the app quite a bit thus far. The workouts aren’t overly obnoxious and the HIITs hit you where it hurts. Having the videos for each exercise is awesome for a visual of the proper form and execution. However, it would be nice to have a built in table to track your sets, reps, weight and having something to reference for the next time you attempt that exercise to see how much you did last time as a baseline and then add on more weight to push yourself and test your strength. Aside from that, I really enjoy using this app. 🤙🏾

Good exercises but overpay for diet plan. I purchased the extra 30 day diet plan and with the vshred exercise plan. I received the meal plan and I thought the trainer did a pretty good job with the meal plan until I found out that they just recycle the first week meals for 4 weeks, so you are eating the same food every week for 4 weeks. That is definitely Not the way the advertisement makes it sound. I would not have purchased it if I knew that. They also made it sound like they would be teaching me through the process on the diet plan but they don’t explain how they determine your macros or teach you anything so you can go forward without paying them to tell you what food to eat.

Terrible; Absolute rip off. It’s ridiculous how terrible this app is.. all you get is this dude talking on videos for 30 minutes to say something he could’ve said in 3 Compared to other workout apps I’ve been using over the years, Vshred is without a doubt the worst. I’m actually pretty happy with my workout app, but I’ve seen an ad for this guy and his “plans” so much that I was like, alright, lemme give it a shot! It was the worst decision I made and the worst $105 I wasted… absolutely terrible!! The app, the interface, the money rip off, just everything about this piece of garbage is the worst ever.. oh and by the way, the banner says pay like $84 for all, and when you pay, your card is charged $105 magically!!! Do not waste your money!!!

It’s really expensive. When I watched the video online I was really excited because I thought I would be able to actually change my body and my life, being an extremely self conscious teenager. When I saw the app and what you had to pay for I was a little shocked by the prices, you might as well just charge for the app altogether. I thought they were extremely expensive just for diet plans and workouts. I understand that your intention was to help people feel better about themselves but I think that the app isn’t really helpful, I don’t want to pay over 20 dollars for a 15 minute workout. I wanted to use the app so badly because I feel as if it would work but those prices were so expensive. I will definitely use your tips from the video but this app just isn’t helpful to someone in my position.

Glitchy Videos. This app is great and I enjoy it, however I mainly use it for the VSU training program and the videos that provide tutorials for different exercises. Regardless of how good my cell service/ Wi Fi connection is these videos take several minutes to load (if they’ll load at all) and are often very glitchy. This is very frustrating since I’m making monthly payments for these videos and I spend the majority of my workouts trying to get them to load or play. The videos come with worded descriptions but those aren’t nearly as helpful in guiding you through a workout that you’ve never done before.

APP Trouble. I enjoyed the variety of workouts with this program it was really sticking with it until the app decided that it would no longer let me in. I have changed my password six times and uninstalled and reinstalled the app many more times than that. The amount of times it takes to get into the program between uninstalling and reinstalling and having to change the password each time has become a barrier to using it. I regret the purchase.

Ripped in 90 days. I just started ripped in 90 days and I completed day three. This is exactly what I’ve been needing. I was stuck in a routine and I wasn’t making any progress. So far the variety and different exercises I’ve already had to do have been tremendous and make me feel like I’m going to reach my goals. I am 71 and in good shape, but have had a lot of problems getting back what I used to have before my cancer and chemo. This has been a big boost and looking forward to my next workouts.

App is not good. I don’t know how it is for everyone. I signed up using in-app purchase. Signed up for the months free trial of V-shred. I didn’t get any customized plan in the app. And the 90 days Female Fat Lost Extreme has the same workout every week!!! Zero input on how much weight we should use. I canceled the month free trial after a week as I just didn’t get the things they adversities. Then I really didn’t like how the workouts were the same so I request to get a satisfactory refund as they promised. Then they emailed me and say since I bought it through apple I had to request refund through apple. Ugh. Not happy with this app at all. On top of that inside the app it has so many info and mainly trying to sell you more stuff!!! Vince is hot but man still not worth all the headaches!!!

Please read before you purchase. I watched the video, the trainer said a bunch of things to which I could relate. He promised a customized diet plan — the diet plan is a fixed list of recipes from which you select and manually plan and record your meals — the calorie calculation is done by you — there is nowhere in the app to record this data — there are no diet cues to tell you what the goal is for the day— metabolic confusion diet requires a carefully managed plan He also promised the nutrition would be delicious — look at the recipes, this is definitely not true — it is the same lean ground Turkey and chicken breast and dry brown rice, only with some avocado, jasmine rice and oil for fat. So slightly better but still not a true diet plan For the money, you get: - pre recorded workouts - reminders to purchase more things (supplements, add ons) - a recipe list - a long document detailing the steps - a macro “calculator” based on one of three goals. This is not automated, it is not customized, and it is definitely not tailored to you. Before you spend what seems like “too good to pass up” money, be sure you are ready to do more work than you would do with Weight Watchers or MyFitnessPal, the latter of which is FREE.

Very disappointed. Be aware that the nutritional information on the Fat Loss Extreme Program is wrong!! After I made one of the recipes it look like too much food even though it said one serving. I decided to log that recipe into MyFitnessPal and the recipe was actually for 3servings!! I went ahead and started inputting all the recipes and found out that all of them have the wrong calorie count. I will understand that all the food depending on the brand will fluctuate a few calories, but when one recipe said that it only contains 7 grams of carbs when it actually contains 33, that is a very big flag! Very disappointed to find this out. Why do people have to pay for this when if you actually pay attention to the menus and they are wrong, you have to go all the work.

Great HIIT training.. I bought the diet plan. That I would have given a 1 star after his advertisement eating a pizza and a doughnut!! His nutritionist gave me something that just wasn’t easy to even shop for let alone take on the road as an airline pilot. It was about as close to keto as you could be with the occasional carb. Now his workouts are just great (5 stars) and used with a well balanced diet this 23 year Marine vet who knows how to workout sees the absolute advantage in his system. Keep up your motivation and you’ll see results. His app is great for using on the road in hotel gyms.

Only sales copy and only ads to buy even more stuff that you're not going to understand how to use. The app is all about another sale, and another sale, and another sale, instead of focusing on what's being promised. So poorly designed to get to what you need, like the actual daily plan for the low carb to medium carb to high carb days, and which days to do what diet with what exercise, or the cycling through the workout types. Confusing, laced with ads for more things to buy, no direction... The entire app looks like it's built by a really poor designer in a basement living somewhere where is cheap. The entire experience is all about sales! They helped blah blah number of people around the world? To do what? To separate them from their money? Because I cannot see how this app could do anything other than add to the confusion. The sales video seemed promising, promising a clear path for a hormonal balance that should reset your metabolism. The reality of what was sold is extremely far from that.

Plan with purpose. The thing I like about V-Shred is, it gives you a roadmap to your fitness goals. Before joining V-Shred, I was confused about my fitness journey. Everything I did was Trial and error: with little to no results. V-Shred determined my body type and made me a workout and diet plan. Now, it’s up to me to follow the program precisely and do the good work. I use the My Plate app to keep an accurate track of my diet. Additionally, the Facebook group is a big motivation, it’s a great place to connect and share with others as we encourage each other on our journey.

Eh. The app is detailed pretty good and it is straight forward, however it is missing a lot of things. One of the biggest things that I first noticed is there is no way to track each exercise, you can only mark completed for each day. You can’t see any growth on your own that way to see where you are getting stronger. Also the workouts aren’t very creative. It’s superset all day everyday with a quick HIIT every other day. The next week? Same exact thing. The meal prep is pretty good and has some good looking recipes which is why I gave it 2 instead of 1 star. Overall, you can get a free app to get more workouts, tracking systems, and recipes.

Great App!. I’m on week 4 of the 90 day Fat Loss extreme and loving the results! I do both the “Follow Along workouts” and “Gym” and love how they don’t contradict each other. For ex: gym workout is lower body while follow along workouts are upper on the same day. I haven’t gotten drastic weight lost, but know I’m getting leaner from a couple of ways: 1. Photos 2. Measurements 3. Muscle. I can really tell I’m gaining muscle and getting stronger and love it! I don’t use the meal plan as I have my go to diet which is complementary to my workouts. I would recommend.

Good Enough. I can find my diet plan and my workout easily in this app, and I love the follow-along workouts. But I wish the follow-along workout hand a “workout complete” button, so I didn’t have to go into another workout (home or gym) just to keep up with what day I’m on. I also wish there was actual macro tracking, a bonus would be to include easily changing and saving goals for carb cycling. But honestly, there are other apps for that. Just having a workout complete button would be wonderful.

App does not support the diet plan. The weight loss plan impressed me, but when I got the app, which the plan works through, I was pretty disappointed. It gives you access to a huge recipe list and exercises to do. And lots of buttons to buy extra things. But it doesn’t actually help users manage the diet. The diet’s premise is to alternate carb days and protein days for metabolic confusion. This app does not tell you if you should do it every other day, every two days, etc. It’s up to me to figure out. In addition, the diet premise is to do certain types of exercises to lose weight, but more intense and less often. The app does not tell you how often to exercise, though. I would have liked to see a personalized diet calendar outlining which are carb days, which are protein days, and which provides ideas from the recipe menu for the correct days. Meaning carb recipes for carb days, protein recipes for protein days. The app provides exercises that can be done in a hotel room. But what about a list of foods you can eat from restaurants when you have to stay at a hotel? I’m not going to cook for myself in a hotel. Having this diet plan has left me “still” figuring it out on my own. What a disappointment.

Feeling good! It’s attainable!. I enjoyed my workout! It was awesome! The only thing I don’t like about the app is when you watch the videos it takes you to a different screen and then I don’t know how to get back to my immediate workout. I was working on. And I have to go back to the back screen and then it goes to the calendar month one month to and then I have to start my work out and click it again. I would like to be able to just go directly back to my work out. But amazing work out I don’t feel exhausted I feel invigorated! And I think this is doable!

Has anyone gotten a refund?. UPDATE: I received notice of refund almost 2 weeks after my initial request. As my reason for requesting the refund was the usability of the meal planning and grocery list functions, I will keep an eye on this app for improvements. That will make this app really robust and appealing. I was disappointed that the meal and shopping tools weren’t easier to use. That is my weak point and the part I was most excited about. I can put stubby pencil to paper myself without paying for the app. To be fair, the videos are great. That’s not my particular weakness. I have emailed twice about a refund within a week of downloading the app, with no response. Has anyone been successful in getting a refund? If so, how did you do it?

If you're not a beginner don't buy it. are you a beginner? If not, don't invest. The program is alright but pretty basic and not challenging. The follow along workouts and gym workouts are the same for 6 weeks and not very challenging. Food recipes on the guides are ok but nothing special. I didn't buy the meal plan as I get my recipes from another nutritional plan but I've read other reviewes and they always want to cancel them saying they get the same diet for 4 weeks and they always have issues to contact their coach. The program includes booty and abs guides which is a plus to have besides only having the program. The program is repetitive and basic:beginners workouts. So all depends on your goals. If I had known this I would have probably not bought it. Good luck!

App Interface needs work, video quality needs work. I want to be able to check off when I completed the workouts as the calendar runs on a 28 day cycle. The exercises are effective for a beginner but this program is not likely effective for those already exercising. Video production quality is in need of improvement, editing for pacing, including the bit about adding 4 minute timer for the warm up jumping jacks. It’s not a 15 minute exercise program, it is 20 min. Customer service was amazing and very responsive so I added a star to the review.

First day. I just want to say this first day workout was actually really nice. I’ve been working out on and off for quite some time but never really had a solid routine. But today marks a new beginning for me. I will do my best to follow this protocol as close to it as possible if not right on the money. I enjoy today’s work out I got a gray sweat going and actually by the end I was breathing heavy. Instead of the treadmill I did 20 sec. intervals of jump rope at 10 sets and it was awesome. Looking forward to growing muscle, losing fat, and getting healthy and in shape.

Misleading customers about 30 day refund option. Do not purchase this program expecting to give it a shot for the 30 day trial period! We purchased this program and within a few days decided it wasn’t for us I attempted to get a refund which was denied. I first reached out to the company but they said as an Apple customer we had to request a refund directly through apple but when doing so the refund will also be denied as a 1 time purchase with no refund option (company design). I have reached out multiple times with only short tempered responses from the company. Bottom line do not attempt this unless your willing to lose ALL your money.

Changed my life. Vshred changed my life. I never realized that even though I was eating healthy I still wasn’t eating right for my body. After struggling to lose weight I finally jumped on vshred. I’m down 47 lbs and eating right for my body type. Because of this, I was able to add a lot of things I love to eat back into my diet. My workouts changed. Not only was I getting workouts designed for my body type and age but I learned proper techniques that made lifting a different game for me. 2 huge game changers in my life with one app that has produced the results I’ve wanted to see for a long time. If you’re on the fence with this one, do it.
