Won’t open. I downloaded the app to get information regarding my account. As soon as I open the app and the login page shows up it immediately disappears and will not allow me to login. I have deleted the app, restarted my phone, and re-downloaded the app and it still doesn’t work. If I could give this a zero rating I could.

Crashes instantly upon opening on IPhone 11 Pro Max. Can’t even use the app. Instantly crashes every time.

App not working. The app won’t allow you to log in it crashes and goes back to main screen.

It works !. I don’t usually write reviews but I thought I should because I know some people are scared because how they reviews looks. But it actually works I gave it a try, I guess they updated it or fix it. But yes it 1000% works.

Terrible App. Don’t even bother. Usually doesn’t open in the app. It did only a couple times and was even worse inside the app. Needs some major overhauls.

Doesn’t work. Don’t bother downloading or making an account . As soon as you make one and try to login it says there is no account recognized . Waste of time . If you want to handle your simply changes I suggest go online instead of downloading this .

Keep asking me to change browser. I changed the browser to all the available, and still does not work.

Constantly crashes !!!!. It’s been literally 5 months since this app has been updated. Meaning for me and I can only assume many others that means 5 months of not being able to access anything !!! Developer needs to pay attention to its apps and users !! Do better.

App will not open. Does not open either on iPad or iPhone. Press on app it appears for a moment then disappears. By contrast I downloaded the Sydney app by accident since that’s the one that popped up when I scanned in the barcode from the healthcare provider. The one for the Sydney plan opens up and allows me to put in my information but of course it can’t find me because I’m not a member on their network. The Simply app SIMPLY will not open. Went to the Simply website to see if they could pull up my file there, and the information does not process after entering it, and all so I have to call them by phone.

Does not work, period. Keeps saying user name and password incorrect. I changed the password just to be sure and it still says the same thing.

Completely useless app. Wouldn’t even allow me to register with correct info. Will continue having to call the company itself & deal with the hamster wheel of operators instead.

Great update to old application. Looks like new things have been added and the app is much easier to navigate
