How does THF Connect know where you are? The Henry Ford has placed more than 500 Bluetooth beacons throughout the museum. These beacons emit a signal that your phone detects, with Bluetooth enabled. Your phone then provides your location and provides turn-by-turn directions. The Henry Ford does not track or store guest locations—this feature is strictly for your convenience.
NOTES:
- Our free Guest Wifi varies in strength throughout the museum. Please alert us if you have any issues.
- Bluetooth must be turned on for full functionality. Continued use of GPS running in the background may dramatically decrease battery life.

Decent but could use Apple wallet support. The app is decent and provides a good map, both of the museum and the village. One thing it could use is Apple wallet support for the membership card, considering how often you have to have it swiped for various functions throughout the museum and village.
Waste of time. The village is not included. While the museum is the app what’s the point if you don’t include the village.
Digital card storage. Great little dedicated app for storing your digital card. Can help you navigate the museum wish they would add the village on the app
