SO IN LOVE. I absolutely adore this program. It’s pushes you, it challenges you, and it also inspires you. The community is so supportive, the workouts are fun, and you feel so good from the inside out. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get fitter and stronger within the lifestyle of wellness and self love.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING.. Best thing I have ever done for myself.

The best choice I ever made!. I’ve struggled with disordered eating and being so hard on myself with workouts. I’ve tried the other fitness apps which fed into those disordered ways of thinking. KIC is a life changer! I can feel myself starting to love my body again and working out because it makes me happy. I don’t feel pressured to count calories/macros or follow a strict schedule with my workout routine. This app allows you to listen to YOUR body. The wellness hub incorporates meditation practices and amazing yoga routines that I use daily. I can’t thank Steph and Laura enough for bringing their ideas to life and helping me live a healthier life, both mind and body.

Awesome app and company. I found this app from the tik tok page which I spent about an hour binge watching lol. I loved being able to feel like I know the company on a personal level. Obviously had to get the app and I think it’s amazing!! I’ve struggled with my relationship with eating/ working out and tended to always go all or nothing. I’d starve myself for weeks and workout 3x a day or I would eat junk and not work out at all. This app has made me feel like I can finally find a balance. I’m just getting started but I’m so excited for what’s to come.

You won’t be disappointed!. I love Steph and Laura, which it why I gave KIC a go after it launched (after I bought their “Keep it Clean” e-book years ago, I was sold!) The recipes, workouts and wellness hub are truly awesome and I use the app each day - it always has something whether I feel motivated or not-so-motivated. Thank you for making fitness and health an easier and maintainable part of my lifestyle! ❤️

broke. i wish this app had a free membership thing.

It might be a good app I don’t know but…. This app really upset me because I’m really short on money and didn’t even realize I had a subscription until the day after it was subscribed. So I then canceled it and they still haven’t refunded my money of over $70.

App crashes all the time. I have logged two tickets with KIC to log this issue. While I’m on a run, the app closes and then I have to start my run from the beginning again! It’s very frustrating and I’m going to cancel my subscription. Shame, because the app has such great content

Free app paid subscription. The app is free but you have to pay $12.49 to use it for 1 month so it’s not really free! I’m not willing to put that money down for that right now (other options are $32.99 for 3 months or $74.99 for a year). Just heads up if you think this app is free it’s not

Scam app, charged you for free trial. This is a scam app. I tried the free trial, did not see the content being worth the price, and cancelled 5-days into the 7-day trial. I was charged for the subscription anyways. DO NOT SIGN UP. There are better FREE apps out there like MyFitnessPal. Absolute disgrace of a company. I will be in contact with ACCC about this app.

ONLY GETS BETTER!!. LOVE this app! I have been a member of the KIC Family for over a year and was SO excited to download the app once they released it. I took a small break from Instagram so completely forgot about their release and remembered today and immediately downloaded. It has exceeded any and ALL expectations. I love these girls, they’re beautiful role models to all women and even men who want to join!

Disappointing - bad customer service. I signed up for the 7 day trial and was immediately charged for a 3 month membership. After having a chance to look through the app I decided it wasn’t for me - I don’t like looking at my phone the entire time I’m working out and I hope they would have a written summary of workouts or something like that. They unfortunately don’t. When I reached out to dispute being charged before the trail period was over - and being locked out of the app I was being charged for - customer service told me because I didn’t receive an email from them confirming the cancellation (not being about to access the app wasn’t enough) that they couldn’t refund me. Seems their top priority is money - don’t risk their “free” trial.

Love it!. I’ve been following these two before this site was a thing and it is beyond amazing and motivating and incredibly helpful! Thank you!

I’m just not sure…. I want to really like this app but I find the workouts so hard to follow. They are just way to fast. I try to do warm ups and cool downs before my workout, which I remember them being just attached to the workout before, versus now I have to go find them myself which I think is kinda dumb. Anyways, they just fly through the movements. As a beginner maybe I'm not the intended audience for this app? Like I barely get into position before they are onto the next exercise or stretch.

Something is wrong. So i just downloaded the app and I clicked on it and it went immediately back to my home screen. What’s wrong with it??

Steph is the best!. I’ve followed Steph for years! Since I started modeling at 15. She’s great and she is an inspo for sure. Every little health tip she’s given on her Instagram I’ve held onto like gold and now an app full of not only that but more... UM YES! Love the team and love what this app is providing ❤️

Amazing!!!!. So user friendly, it feels like I have a personal trainer in my pocket!

Billing Issue - Not enough Variety. They advertised a 3 month trial phase a few months back and so I decided to try KIC. I liked it but didn’t LOVE it. I felt like I was doing the same thing sometimes and the website (especially recipes) is just repetitive. So I decided not to use KIC as a monthly online gym thing. Or so I thought, because here we are months later and I got billed again. I contacted the company stating I haven’t used it in a month, it’s not a subscription on my iTunes WHY have I been billed and they stated I never cancelled it (but it’s not a subscription on my iTunes???) and they can’t refund me. I clearly haven’t used it and don’t want to. I didn’t even want to leave a negative review but this rude billing representative just put the cherry on top. For the price there are more efficient apps and trainers to try. I love the girls but having to go to my bank to dispute a charge when billing could’ve just refunded it... not cool.

KIC thank you!!!. This app is amazing. It makes following a plan sooooo easy. I’ve always struggled with maintaining a schedule and sticking to it. This app does it for you. Its in a calendar format which is so perfect. Work outs are great. If I’m tired I’ll just do one, or maybe a Pilates or yoga one. If I’m super energetic I’ll crush 2 or 3! Steph and Laura are so normal and down to earth I feel like I’m working out with my really fit friends haha. Recipes are great too!

uhh. it tells me my email is in use even though i never downloaded this app

Work outs for everyone! Leaders in the fitness industry. I’ve been using KIC for over a year now and started the workouts with my sisters. It’s well loved by my whole family. My mom, and two sisters also use KIC. My dad has even done a couple of the sessions with me. It’s all about personal growth instead of comparing yourself to our people. I love working out for myself. I also just recently had a baby and love that it has a postnatal program!! These two women who started this and their team are awesome! App is very user friendly as well. ☺️

Love the program, app is glitchy!!. I have always run into issues with using Spotify while using the app, and was hopeful with the new in-app Spotify addition. With the newest versions, though, I continue to have issues and both will shut down constantly. I’ve restarted my current workout four times.

Great Workout BUT App Needs Work. Really was loving my workout, but kept having to stop and readjust the app :( Unfortunately, it does not stay open while working out and the HIIT timer is too quiet so I kept missing it over my Spotify music - I wish there was a way to turn up the volume (if there is and I’m missing it please let me know and I’ll change my review). Love the workouts - hope the tech can get stored out!

Worth the sign up!!!. Best workout, food, health, you know it... it’s got it app! Give it a try you won’t regret it!

Fix the update please. I love KIC, love love love it - and the app is bloody incredible! But the recent app when you click into the workout but the bottom tap disappears which is fine but it makes getting to the timer a lot more of a hassle you have to click back out of the workout then the timer ! And they got rid of the 15:15 on the timer but kept it in the program, so I’m just confused why it’s gone! 😥 I only did the 1 star so I hope they see this!!

2019: same old app, no new features. The version history says that we the consumers have spoken and they the product creators have listened to our input. This is awesome!! However, have they improved their app with our feedback, most definitely not!! Chromecast is an essential feature in order to watch fitness videos. Why be subjected to a tiny phone screen when I have a huge TV screen right next to me.

Like having a gym (and more!) in your pocket. I’ve been doing KIC for a while, and not only is the program great, the app is also so useful. It has your workout videos, recipes, blog posts, runs, and more in one place! I can check recipes when I’m at the grocery store or pull up the day’s workout so easily at home. The app also has breakdowns of the workout so you can review it and see how the moves are done beforehand—handy if there’s an exercise I haven’t done before! The program is 100% worth the money and the app makes it so easy to use.

Needs Improvement in the Exercises. Overall it’s a great app that includes lots of different features. I really enjoyed the recipes and different workouts throughout the week, however, it seems as though every workout is full body. For someone that has been working out for many years, I prefer to have days where I’m doing just legs or just arms. Unfortunately, I found myself always having to adjust the workouts into something that I wanted to target and it just wasn’t worth paying that much when there are other apps that charge the same and give targeted workouts. I also think that an added option for difficulty could be added. So for those people that are not beginners, they can adjust the level to where they are at. I think what they’re doing is great, but the exercises can definitely be improved.

Potential to be so much better!. Had the app now for a couple of months and while I am enjoying it, there is things that could definitely be better. I’d love to see new recipes get added way more often and the trainers really be on top of actually telling you when the timer has started - sometimes you don’t know the clock is ticking as they are just talking (love all the trainers tho). I also wish there was a way to have a calendar or something inbuilt to the app to track each workout you do (even just a walk so something outside of the app) but without having to be a part of one of the new programs. The searching of the recipes is also not fabulous!

Great start but needs some tweaking. Loving this app and recipes, I’ve been using it for 3 weeks now without slipping off track. Yay! The only thing I’m confused about is the running Section — I’m so confused! It has voice overs but won’t tell you when you’ve hit your goal. It doesn’t keep track of what week you’re on, which seems finicky. I’m also confused by the different running options, there’s 3 but two of them I don’t understand. Is there somewhere with information about this and how to use it? I’m also on beginner program and wondering at what point I can level up to the other program—is this something I do myself, or am I working through a set time to get there as my goal? I’m also not sure what to do about snacks as they are not mentioned, are we not meant to snack? Overall I think it’s a great app launch but it needs some UI clarity (especially running and workout library section) and maybe some more information upon starting as I felt like it just started without enough understanding of the overall picture. Thanks for making this app and continuing to improve it. It’s been so helpful.

Chromecast needed!. I would give this 5 stars but without the ability to be able to chromecast these workouts I’m really struggling to do them on my phone! I tried logging in to KIC through Chrome on my laptop which would allow me to at least screen mirror to the TV but the browser version is very hard to navigate and doesn’t seem to have any of the Bump workouts? With Chromecast enabled this would be the best app

Good app but UX improvements. Love the app but can definitely use some UX improvements. Ability to have a tab with just a list of that days workout instead of having the videos and necessity to slide. This is difficult to utilise when actually working out. Also when using the timer, make it so your phone doesn’t dim and then lock (like other interval timer apps) and work on integration with other smart watches like FitBit. Or include the ability to input your walk (if you forget to do it through the map run section) otherwise great work 🤗

Keeping me motivated!. This app has been an absolute lifesaver! As someone who travels often for work wanting to stay fit! I love that it has such variety of exercises to do HIIT body weight sessions when you have no equipment. KIC has allowed me to explore other exercises like yoga and Pilates that are great for a day when you want something lower intensity. The recipes provided on the app are great, still allowing you to have some of those comfort foods but providing a healthier alternative. This app is keeping me on track and accountable no matter where I am!

Best App Best Community, few bugs. Have been loving the community since October 2018, so grateful I took the leap to join it, and the app has been a great addition! This new update I have noticed a few small bugs: - No 15:15 timer option on the HIIT timer - No longer able to access the HIIT timer from within the workout. You have to now leave the workout to go to the timer, and re enter the workout to see what the next exercise is. t This may be intentional but I found it far more user-friendly when you could quickly check what exercise is next in your rest periods of the HIIT timer. Would really appreciate if the team could take these suggestions into account! Love your work and appreciate the app greatly!

Love the girls, disappointed in the app.. I as so excited to try the app because I love Laura and Steph. But in the end I was disappointed and ended up cancelling my subscription. There’s a lot of good things about the app but my main issue was the quality of the coached workouts, especially the HIIT sessions. I found that the trainer did not give the best instruction when it came to starting and stopping during sets. Sometimes I’d be on my back and look up, to find that the exercise had already restarted and the trainer had not said anything. I think they were a bit too preoccupied with chatting than accurately instructing the session. A good app, just not for me. I’d love it a lot more if the instructions improved.

Missing some stuff. I’m new to the program but really like it so far and the app. I just think there is areas to improve on. One being to develop a workout library, somewhere with every workout that you can filter by type, equipment required or not, meditation, etc. The other would be on the workout itself to also have the workout just written out. The videos are great but most of the moves I know and trying to follow along and swipe through videos is time consuming In my workout when I could simply have it on one page and read it.

Good exercises, limited meal plan functionality. I’ve had this for a few days now on the free trial and while I’m enjoying the workouts and the overall vibe is great, the meal planning bit isn’t what I thought it would be. It gives you a new recipe for every meal, every day, with no settings for how many serving sizes or meal prep. There’s just no way I would ever, as a single person, shop for and make a different meal for every meal of the day, who has that kind of time and money?

Perfect for Flight Attendants. This app is perfect for flight attendants to take with them to use while they are away and of course for when they are home. It’s easy to use, you can save your favourite workouts to do again at a later date and the recipes are delicious! The period tracker is a fantastic idea and something I haven’t seen on any other apps like this one. The only suggestion I have for the app is in the period tracker, when you log your flow, the colours could change in the calendar view to show the strength on each day. Other than that, the app is amazing! Thank you Steph and Laura

Great app, minor improvements. I really enjoy watching the videos along to complete a workout and found time moved quite fast! The app is also quite cute, I enjoy logging in to see the weekly planner with the affirmations etc My only pet peeves was that I did additional workouts that weren’t in the planner and they don’t get logged in the activity summary. Also my iPad and phone app don’t seem to sync together as I watch the videos on my iPad and checked them off there but Then they don’t show up as completed on the activity summary with my phone. I also really like the hiit timer but unsure how you are supposed to use it- is it more for creating your own exercises to use with or are you supposed to use it on one device and watch a video on the other? If it’s to be used to create your own exercises maybe some of the additional hiit programs should list breakdown of exercises (similar to those that are part of the planned activities).

NOT FOR VEGETARIANS. Was really excited to try this app after following Steph on social media for years. Finally decided to sign up when it was 50% off for Feb and I was really disappointed. The food options for vegetarians were ridiculous, one of the common meals being ‘leftovers’ and things like make you own sushi for dinner - no normal pantry I know has the ingredients to make these. I enjoyed the strength workouts and the timer that came from the app (hence the 2*) but this does not outweigh the many cons. Overall I’m annoyed I even paid 9.99 and unsubscribed after a month. Definitely a lot more better value for money apps out there.

Disappointed with 2.0. Really disappointed with some of the features in the new app. The “break down” workouts are nowhere near as good as the first version. They are not motivating at all and are really clunky. You have to click next on some of the workouts which is not something you want to be doing while working out. They also have repeat rounds which makes them less interesting and less enjoyable. The best part about the old workouts was having the girls in there doing it with you. That was really motivating and personable. The music feature is great.

Overall love. I love so much about this app! There are so many amazing points like the choice of planner workout VS masterclass, the wellness hub (esp meditations), it has so much choice for what type of exercise you feel like, all the trainers are genuinely lovely, it’s easy to use both on app and laptop and the FB community is so amazing too. The recipes are so frustrating though! While there is so much choice, which is awesome, it’s done really poorly. Missing ingredients that pop up in the method and not the ingredients list, the time it takes to cook is wrong on recipes, there are just general grammar mistakes and some of the instructions don’t make sense. It’s like they haven’t been edited properly which is confusing because the rest of the app is so thought through. It feels like an after thought and a little project just tacked on at the end. But that’s only a small part of the whole experience and I would always recommend KIC to a friend!!

The best fitness App out!. I love KIC so much! I usually download one of these and get bored after a few weeks but with the constant new exercises it feels like your own personal PT and not to mention the recipes are delish. In love with this app and feeling so much stronger already! Would recommend to anyone! Also if you think 20 minutes of exercise a day isn’t enough you’re wrong this really transforms your strength ❤️❤️❤️😍

Loving it. Have been using for over a week now and can see myself using it for a long time to come. It can be little tricky to use (swiping through workouts rather than just seeing a list) and I find some things can take a while to load (this stuff is only minor in the grand scheme of things). Despite this I still love it!!! Recipes are fantastic, easy and tasty and the workouts are a good variety and fun.

Incredible, literally a one stop shop!. I downloaded this app yesterday and have been having such a great time exploring all the delicious looking recipes, meditation/yoga/workouts etc. It is equivalent to several apps combined, which makes a wholistic approach to health so much easier than trying to juggle exercise, nutrition and mental health separately. I am so very grateful that this app exists and that I was lucky enough to find it after struggling for so long to organise myself 😊

Love it!. I’ve been using the KIC program for 4 years and the app has only gotten better and better. Love the recipes lately and the workouts are flexible in that it doesn’t matter what you feel like doing - it’s on there! I can do them anywhere anytime. The day planner is probably my fave. I love a to do list and seeing what work out and meals I need to plan for, saves me huge amounts of stress. Thanks gals x

Waste of money. I bought a 3 month subscription to this app hoping to be inspired by home workouts. Unfortunately after looking through the app and contacting the developers, I was told you either have to complete the workout they decide for you or you have to search each day individually to find a different workout. No options to search or see grouped workouts. I gave up trying to find a good arm workout. Being a working mother to two kids it took me longer to search each day for an appropriate workout than to complete one. I gave up. Requested a refund within 24hours of downloading the app citing it wasn’t as I had interpreted, to be basically told too bad. Don’t waste your money

I really wanted to like this. I love the aesthetic of this app; I love the accountability, the run tracker and even the period tracker! I love Steph and Laura too but unfortunately I found the workouts really hard because the girls make lots of sound effects in the workouts and constantly chatter about how much pain they’re in. Super distracting and actually demotivating as it focuses on the negative. It would also be very helpful if you could adjust the settings to opt for the daily training plans to be equipment free for those who don’t have access to that stuff. You can go into the files and choose equipment free workouts but it would be good if they were there in the daily plan.

Really love these girls. I really love the app these girls came up with and I think it creates great support for a community of women. Because of COVID I did all of the body weight HIIT style classes. I liked that the girls were struggling as much as me but the PT who instructs the exercises wasn’t my cup of tea. I would have liked him to have done a count down more consistently and provided an explanation of the way you need to complete the exercises. I also think it would have been good to consistently provide alternatives to the exercises for people who may have injuries or weren’t as fit. I found the chit chat/ awkward silence didn’t really motivate me either. I did a number of the Pilates classes though and I found these excellent! The instructor seems lovely, counts down and explains the way you have to position your body.

Constantly crashing and trainers aren’t focussed. I have had the app for months and whilst I have seen some results, lately the app constantly crashes and you have to restart the whole thing mid workout. This morning for example it booted me out 5 times, I just stopped the workout. I also find the trainers inconsistent, the workouts aren’t timed correctly and are often too busy cracking jokes and talking amongst themselves to alert you to when the workout has recommenced & the timing is off, for example some rest periods exceed the allotted time and others are much quicker. I am all for a good time but when you pay good money for an exercise program you expect professionalism to some degree, as the workouts are constantly on repeat you hear the same jokes each week. I have used another well known app where the trainer was able to connect with her audience but also take the workouts and your goals much more seriously. Also, the vegetarian recipes aren’t thought through at all.

There are better fitness apps. I love trying lots of different fitness apps and programs, I was sufficiently disappointed by this one. I like the app itself and the recipes are great but after watching one workout I realised that they really haven’t done any of this themselves. Why would you choose to have a male trainer, the workout videos are awkward and I think it would’ve worked a lot better if they themselves had done the work and made the videos. Don’t feel the whole girl power thing really coming through the app just in the marketing.

Loving it. I only joined recently and have not regretted it! The app is good to get me moving every day and I love that I can log in what I have done each day as it makes me feel accomplished even if it was just a walk or meditation day. One thing I would like would be the option to be able to chromecast it to my TV. Using my phone makes it difficult as I have to keep changing where the phone is pending on if I'm doing floor or standing exercises. But other than that, the girls are great! Have always loved following them. Constantly making me laugh during some of the exercises (especially Laura) and so it feels like we are actually working out together and suffering in pain together which makes it so easy to do and you want to work out with them. Oh. One other thing is you can't edit your menstrual flow days (or at least I haven't been able to). I understand they automate it but I got mine early last month and couldn't edit it on the app to reflect that. Thanks girls for a great app and to keep us engaged spesh while we are all at home a lot more.

Not empowering. I started this program thinking this was going to be an affordable way to keep me fit and motivated but unfortunately have been disappointed. For a program aimed for female fitness and empowerment I think having each workout instructed by a male trainer is counter productive and makes this programs aim questionable. I felt self conscious during the work outs and felt the conversations were irrelevant and the there was an unbalanced power dynamic between trainer and trainee. I really thought this program was going to be a great addition to my daily routine but left me uncomfortable.

KIC Review. I personally love Keep It Cleaner! I find the workouts great and love the layout of multiple workouts in a week. I also love the Wellness Hub which stores pilates, yoga and meditations. The HIIT timer is already great as I can smash out the workout without having to follow the video if I don’t want to! The activity logging function also keeps me motivated which is great and I’m yet to try a recipe that I don’t find delicious! Would highly recommend this app, and definitely think it is worth the money.

Not user friendly or flexible. I really wanted to like this because I love these girls, but I just couldn’t. I find the app/web program difficult to navigate and not intuitive at all. I’m sure with time it’d be fine but I gave up in the end. The absolute kicker for me was that I wasn’t able to adjust servings sizes of the recipes so I could cook for my partner at dinner time and just me on the other meals. This meant that I’d have to go into every recipe to review and add to my grocery list, rendering the shopping list option useless (for me). As a mum this time consuming task just wasn’t an option for me. I also found both the ap and web program realllllyy slow, like painfully slow (and no it wasn’t my internet). The concept behind this ap is amazing. With time I hope the program/ap can develop so people like me who need flexibility can use the program.

Love the program. Hey girls, love the program and the app! The variation in daily workouts is great, and for someone with a little practice, adjusting the HIIT classes for equipment free at home is super easy. I quite like that you can choose equipment free workouts from the wellness hub to 👌 I would like to see some additional things in the tracker. It seems to only track the HIIT workout if you use the timer, not if you complete it via the video in planner, but I like to follow the videos. And it doesn’t track anything you do from the wellness hub. Other than that, I love having some work outs and meal ideas all in the same place and everything I’ve tried has been delicious.

Was excited but not for me. I really wanted this to be my fitness app! I was keen but the biggest barrier for me is the chat during workouts (sorry! I wouldn’t mind if it was quality/relevant but when you have to listen to the same video multiple times it’s very wearing). I also would love more technique in the workouts, I hear “watch your technique” a lot in the video but then there’s no explanation of what to look out for or what to do exactly just “10 burpees then rest” or “lift less weight if you’re technique isn’t consistent” but specifics are missing. Pictures with text might help people like me struggling to engage in the video. Hope this was helpful and will look out for this app in a bit to see if it suits me better with time.

Love this app!!. I have been using the app for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it! My favourite would have to be working out with Danny and Laura they are so funny together it’s awesome it makes working out so much much fun 😁I hope we can get a lot more content with those two. I love Christina as well I feel like I’m working out with my bestie. Overall I highly recommend this app for everyone it suits all fitness levels and it’s really a fantastic app ✨💪

Good app but needs a few improvements. I was super excited to use this app as I thought it was a fair price for what you get. The meals and exercise options are great! One of the down sides is, the exercises don’t have the individual videos for each exercise unless you have previously completed that workout (or so it seems on my app). Another down side is, each exercise video needs to have a timer visible or for the trainer to loudly announce what exercise you’ll be doing, how long the work and rest periods are, how to do the exercise and when the exercises are about commence and end. It is very hard to be watching the video to try and see how the exercise is performed, how long the work/rest periods are and when they’re about to start/start. I appreciate there are individual videos available but it’s not ideal to be stopping for longer than required just to avoid the chatting and laughter constantly throughout the videos. If the exercises have the work/rest period available, we could then easily use the HIIT timer.

Average. I was really excited to use this app and I love the wellness hub! But in saying that the yoga classes provide no support for beginners and there is no flexibility in times. I would love to see shorter sessions such as 10-20 minutes so I can do them before work and leveled classes. With the workouts personally, I dislike the trainer as I don’t feel motivated or supported. I feel like I’m constantly trying to keep up because there are no tips on form and I feel like I’m watching it and not apart of it. This is the same with boxing. I feel like I need to have significant prior training in boxing in order to do the activities. I like to choose which workouts I do daily so I am often in the no equipment section and that really needs a breakdown of each workout so that we can do them without watching the video and prepare our own technique. I think the section where we log what we have done each day needs to be somewhere on the main page. I enjoy the Pilates but I would prefer breakdowns of workouts in the no equipment section.

My favourite app!. SO easy to use! I love the recipes and find them so easy to follow because they are practical (and balanced)!☺️ I also love that there are so many different workouts to choose from, and that you can go back and find your favourite ones! Steph and Laura are both great influences, and I love that they promote positive relationships with exercise, food and your body. The wellness hub is also a wonderful addition that considers well-being on another level.

Food plans need to be more adaptable. I am a little bit of a picky eater and don’t have the best diet. One of the reasons I got the app was for meal plans to start training myself to eat better, also great to have an exercise plan but being heavily in sport for my whole life this was not a priority. Unfortunately the meal plans did not suit me as I only eat a small variety of meat and don’t eat fish/seafood, the inability to personalise the meal plans made the app not worth it. If meal plans can be modified in future I will give it another go for sure!

Little disappointing. I thought this app would great, as I really enjoy following the girls. Unfortunately I have to say I’m very disappointed. I’ve had the app a month now and have not been able to complete one workout without the app closing down, very annoying when you have to re start ever few minutes. Also disappointing that I didn’t get a lot of help/refund when I emailed to say the app doesn't work for me. I use a few apps and never have this issue. Try another app like Kayla would be my suggestion. Love the girls, think they are doing a great job, just the app should be a better then this.

Workouts. Would love an option to be able to do the workout circuits without having to watch the video at the same time - love to just be able to pop in my earphones and do a circuit. Unsure if this is an option but my app only provides videos. This is also a pain as you can’t Chromecast to the TV so you have to kind of prop your phone up and do the workout while watching the video (not always easy from further away). A shame as the recipes are good, but not sure app’s for me if only video workout options are available. Think I might be going back to the Sweat app.

Great app, would love some tweaks. The workouts are great, especially the running programs. I’d just love the addition of syncing the data with Apple Health/Fitness app. Even though I have the permissions turned on, sometimes my watch is flat and I would like to see my workouts included in the Fitness app so it can count towards my recorded activity. Using it a lot over the summer break and enjoying it.

Need to subscribe. The app is so good, I’m in love with it, the workouts and it gives you optional meal plans and inspiration. Just one thing. I don’t like that I can barely do anything without a subscription. I can’t watch the workouts, I can’t see the meal recipes, and I can’t even have walks runs or bike rides recorded without a subscription! Definitely need to ease up because I am not in the position to pay every month for something I have barely got to look into or have a video played of what I would be at least able to do and see when I do subscribe

Good but just a few suggestions. Love the variety of the exercises and recipes. I have also really enjoyed KIC Run and I now actually enjoy running. Only two suggestions: 1. As mentioned in other reviews the ability to chrome cast to the TV 2. The ability to view your workout history, sometimes I can’t quite remember which workout I have/have not done before just by reading the title and caption. Maybe a tick against the workout once you’ve completed it?

Technical problems. I only just signed up a couple of weeks ago and have not been able to use the app. I went for a run on the first day I downloaded the app and it didn’t save anything into my activity when I finished. In addition, the app constantly kicks you out which is soooo annoying. I’m sorry for the negative feedback, but it’s really disappointing for a paid subscription and so annoying at the gym during a workout when you keep getting kicked out. And it happens everytime I use the app. I was really looking forward to using this app as I am a huge fan of you girls.. really hope you can fix these issues.

Great value postpartum. I joined the app to check out the postpartum exercises to help with my pelvic floor recovery in conjunction with the exercises recommended by my women’s health physio. I’ve been really enjoying the app so far & find the postpartum Pilates to be the perfect pace with great variety. I love that, once I’ve been cleared by my GP & physio, there are heaps of other types of workouts to move onto. There are also heaps of great meal ideas. For the quantity & quality provided by the app, I think it’s fantastic value & will continue with my subscription.

Needs some work. Overall the concept is good, however a lot of the workout videos are not very polished. For a subscription service the quality should be a lot better. Poorly explained, losing track of number of reps like they have never practiced. Also need to be able to search by equipment free workouts. Recipes are really disappointing and heavy on the carbs, feels like they could have done better here. It’s just not necessary to rely on cheap filler carbs for a good recipe.

You should download KIC. I’ve tried a number of different health apps and programs and KIC is the most relatable and welcoming so far. Steph and Laura are down to earth and gorgeous. The workouts are only 20mins but pack a real punch, my housemate and I do them together and we love the yoga section when we don’t feel like something so intense. I even like the meditations, they are a great way to start off the day. It’s super cheap if you buy the 3month or more subscriptions too. Get it gals!

Love the update!. I have lost motivation for workouts a while ago but with some recent health issues being sorted out and this new update I thought would be the perfect time to get started! I have completed a few of Christina T’s Pilates sessions and they are perfect for me! I like yin yoga and mediation and this just adds that extra push to make me feel like I’m building strength in my movements. Thank you KIC team x

More motivated to work out. I don’t usually like these apps as I can never seem to stay committed to them. However, because this app actually has videos of the girls working out with me I’ve fallen in love with the app! I’ve been using the Pilates, yoga and meditation section daily and it’s the best thing since sliced bread! Everything is on here and it’s definitely worth $20 a month, I received the girls new book for Christmas and have been motivated ever since! If you are one to struggle with motivation and exercising, this is the app for you!

Love it + improvements. Love this app and the workouts!! Can u suggest some constructive improvements? Please allow me to add a workout to favourites from the exercise/ video screen. Because you don’t know that you want to add it until you’re already doing it or have done it, but by that point you can’t find the button. It’s on the wrong screen. Also, please make the 15sec back button bigger for my sweaty shaky fumbling self when I miss something 😬

Love it. Awesome app with great workouts for all levels. Full body workouts with an equipment free collection (which I love because it gives you a full body burn). Great warm ups and cool downs. Only problem is that it is a bit pricy for me, a full time student. It would be awesome if there was a student discount! Overall though no complaints on the app itself

Good potential but lots of improvement possible. I really like the basis of this app, I like how it has a combination of workouts, recipes and also walk/run tracking. However, I have a few issues with it. 1. The search engine for exercises definitely could be easier to use. Considering the main advertising is being able to “KIC” or anywhere and without equipment there should be a way to search equipment free workouts without having to go and open the video too see which equipment is then listed. Or you should be able to tick what equipment you have and then it shows you workouts for only that 2. Professionalism of the videos? I like a lot of the workouts but found I actually have to search by certain instructors. I understand it’s hard to accomodate to everyone, but some of the trainers should honestly redo their videos, I had to stop a Pilates workout because Marie kept forgetting to keep count of what we were up to and interrupting to say stuff… I just think if you’re paying $20/month the videos should be filmed and edited properly. I’ve seen a lot of reviews commenting on the awkward/forced commentary which I guess is personal preference but it can be hard to get into the zone sometimes.

Disappointments all round. I’ve finally unsubscribed from the app after weeks of persevering. I was disappointed with the recipes missing steps and ingredients, and not turning out well. I was disappointed with the workouts which were often quite boring and basic (one exercise for 20 seconds, 10 second break then repeat for 5 minutes). I was disappointed with the user interface, not being able to see much content on the screen at once and difficulty flipping back and forth between pages to find things. Plus there have been many crashes, issues with payments, delays etc. Just disappointing all round really

Great app which has assisted a consistent approach to health and fitness for 5 years!. I have used KIC consistently since 2018 and love it! Prior to starting KIC I’d struggled to maintain consistency with exercise and found myself at the gym paying crazy fees, lacking motivation and not really knowing what to do when I did turn up. KIC has assisted me to maintain a consistent routine of approx. four sessions per week for the past five years. I’m really happy with where I’m at in my health and fitness journey and can confidently say I wouldn’t be in the same place if it wasn’t for KIC. I think the girls are great and have a really good attitude and approach to health and fitness. I also think the app is great value for money when you compare it to gym fees and there is lots of variety in terms of types of workouts. Could not recommend KIC more highly!

Disappointed🥺😢. I was really excited when I got the app but then I realized that I couldn’t even use it without paying! I went to look at the meals and turns out, you have to pay to see the recipes. I thought that was it, so I went to watch an exercise video but you have to pay to do that too! Im really disappointed... like what can I even do?!

THE best 💗💗💗💗. Literally can’t say enough good things about Steph, Laura, Dan + the rest of the KIC community! Everyday they outdo themselves and they are continually searching for ways to learn from what the KIC community wants and how to improve (even when I literally didn’t think it was possible to do better than what they’ve already created!) 15/10 in every single way — confidence boosts, strength building, HIITs, meditations, blogs, humour, delicious recipes, and I can go on and on and on! I promise you’re missing out if you don’t have this KIC app and community in your pocket!

Two stars because I’m sure it’s nice.. Two stars because I’m sure it’s a nice app, just unfortunate you have to pay 17$ per month for it soon as you sign up.

Thank you. THANK YOU, I’m amazed by this app

Lovee the app!!! Just a few things I’d be happy to see improved.. First off I would recommend this to anyone, by far the best app I’ve used in improving my fitness and health! Love doing workouts alongside (it feels like it anyway) these two amazing women who are struggling through it with ya. A few recommended improvements: I'm Canadian, its were I live and have my bank account. The app quoted me monthly in AUD so I assumed the conversion would be to CAD but instead I get charged in USD so I end up paying $20 per month rather than closer to $10. I wish I had known this up front. I also use a lot of cell data watching these videos while at the gym. My gym has wifi but not good enough quality to stream videos :( I wish you could temporarily download the videos within the app and stream them (like Netflix) Anyway still the best platform I’ve seen, excited to see it keep growing!! Awesome work ladies☺️💛

MOST AMAZING FITNESS APP. Everything you need from cardio and strength workouts, yoga routines and period tracker!! Plus tons of amazing recipes created by down to earth individuals who are passionate about helping women feel their best. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

An achievable fitness and lifestyle app that makes you feel AMAZING about yourself. Where has this app been all my life?! My favourite part are the daily 20-30 minute work outs I do in my living room. Having to go to a gym was such a barrier to me working out. So by being able to roll out of bed and play the workout is so much more convenient. I love the recipes because they’re tasty and easy to make. Also the Pilates and meditation are so lovely!! Well done Steph and Laura ❤️
