And this is an honest review, i think the only thing im not a big fan of, is eventually some piggy bank comes and start collecting all the coins youre supposed to be earning, and then it makes you pay for them to get back, and if you dont pay then it keeps all the coins, the only other way to collect coins is to watch adds or earn them out of chests, you cant win them from the levels them selves after that. But other than that, I'm on level 100 and its very entertaining!

Amazing :). okay so I know that this is one of the most known games but I’m being honest. During this time of quarantine I’m constantly bored and need something to do. And this game is very good at passing time and is very addictive. I actually suggest this one over the original. I like this one much better.

A few problems I playing it then I realized...... I would. Given this 5 stars but there is a thing I want to say I have to pay 1 something just to open the piggy bank but I did not pay why would I pay to open the piggy bank ! But I love the other features texting there and groups? Overall 4 stars this is app is very fantastic.

Good but there’s 1 thing wrong.. This is a fun app for kids and adults. It really helps me think about where to move and how. I like how people can can unlock new creatures and their ability’s. For example, one of the greens can generate the 2 arrows ➡️ ➡️. Also,you can use the accessories to help you win. But one thing I hate is it don’t give you coins a lot only when you get the chest and wheel. I think we should get coins as a daily reward and everytime you unlock a creature or even while you’re playing a round. That’s my feedback.

Awesomeness with touch of morbidity. Who loves a slug? Don’t we all wish they didn’t exist. In this cute and addicting game the bugs kill slugs. Adorable bugs with increasing powers as you successfully pass levels killing gross, slimy slugs! Love it!! Wishing more levels were added weekly once you get to the end, because I’m going thru withdrawal from the lack of slugs to kill!!!

Problems. I have been unable to connect to Best Fiends Stars for at least 2 months. I have contacted support 4 times with NO response whatsoever. I have 2 iPads. One with internet and one with Wi-Fi only. Both will log on until they reach 95% then say check internet connection. EVERYTHING else on both iPads works. Why can I not get a response!?

Good but. Pretty fun game with all levels of play but, it would be nice if they spent more time on developing more new levels instead of always relying on the “star league” which is long and repetitive. Also, an in app notice states game has been updated but there isn’t any update in the game or on iPhone. Reached out to them and haven’t heard a word.

Game Doesn’t Update. Good game that I’ve played for years, unfortunately I, and other people, have had problems over the last year where the games doesn’t update properly and you can’t advance. It’s happened to me twice; the mist recent time is almost 2 weeks ago and it’s still not fixed. Their technical support does not respond at all!

Has the game been abandoned by developers?. When is the Star league going to be over? It doesn’t show me where I’m on the leaderboard all week because I’m “not connected to the internet” which is not true. I’ve played over 300 games in the league now it’s just replay the same few levels over and over. I just want to go back to the regular game. The month bonus cooking prizes from March is still going on in April. Seems like the app isn’t being updated anymore. Update: same stupid Star league going on for over a month. I will not play again until it’s done, it’s just the same few levels playing over. If it keeps going I’ll just delete the app.

Love this game! It’s the only one I play daily.. I love the beautiful & cute graphics and challenges in this game! This game challenges you to think harder and smarter. If you lose a round of playing, you can determine what you should do to make your next attempt successful to win and move on to the next round. Once you become familiar with tools (bombs, block hammers, horizontal & vertical rockets, and especially salt shakers), you can improve your game and move up to the next level.

Great for awhile. I really was enjoying this game until I got to a point. For a week I’ve been stuck on some island saying “tournament is over and being calculated “ now for the past two days it keeps telling my I’m not connected to the internet and to check my connection. I’ve done reboot, hotspot, and there’s no updates so I’ve done everything. The only way I can save my space is to connect through apple or Facebook and I’m not doing that. Fun while it lasted. Updates and customer support. The support system is a joke I have been playing this game since 2019 in the last 6 months I have watched long time group members be kicked out due to the updates their rewards not being given and numerous emails sent to support with absolutely no response. We are a group that enjoy the game and have become friends . Not to mention the money that I know I have spent and then as well ! So why why why can’t we get support ??? It’s y’all’s glitch not theirs . And we know it’s not just one or two people . Never glitches for paying for coins . It’s just so disappointing and extremely frustrating that no one from support can even bother to respond and help . So could someone please help !

This game is very addicting & I’m on level 67 and haven’t spent a dime of my own money but if I wanted to for just $4.99 I would get A LOT of as well as the $2.99 package. So if you wanted to spend money you wouldn’t spend a lot with hardly nothing in return. I wish I could add a picture to show you just how much you get with each purchase. Again, you can still win with what you have. You are constantly winning bombs as well as other that help you beat a game. If you play this game and love it like I do I would suggest also downloading Best Fiends, it’s got the same Fiends in the game but the game itself is completely different. If you ever need any help on anything they get back to you within 12-24 hours, I’ve gotten a response as quickly as 3 hours before. You will not regret downloading this game. At first it seems like it’s to easy but trust me, keep playing. It will get harder. Before picking a color to match up look at the board & try to get every single one of that color if you can. The more you can get in one move the quicker it will kill the slugs (you’ll see in the game) again, you will not regret downloading this. Again, if you like this I would also download Best Fiends. You’ll love it because it’s completely different with several ways to win things to help you through levels. Hope you enjoy both games if you end up downloading them.

Unable to Play. There are serious bugs in this game. First it was that I could no longer access the star levels any more. Now for almost 2 weeks it says I am unable to play because I can’t connect to wi-fi. I am not the only person experiencing this issue. And I have wi-fi and can play other games. I finally heard back from support and they said it’s a cache issue - that I should delete the game and reinstall it. Pretty sure I will lose all my levels and progress. I didn’t want to connect it to FB, and since I can’t get access I don’t know what my support or user ID is so I can make sure my stuff is saved. I asked support about this, but haven’t heard back - it’s been days. Support is terrible!

Mother Goose for the soul. Haven’t heard from you guys !? Wondering what’s up, is the problem coming from my side where I have to delete app. to add app back. Or is it something else ? Game stopped working after last update. I love this game and the original as well and would recommend it to everyone for its ease to learn but difficulty to master, kid friendly but still challenging appeal. But after the update on July 3rd my game has stopped working all together. It will load and fill the progress bars and even bring up the menu asking you to connect to social media and the play option. But at this point it all stops and stays on the background with nothing else and won’t go any further. Please fix this issue !!!!! I need my Fiends fix

Replay?. I’ve played a great deal of both Best Fiends and Best Fiends Forever and I was interested in this game. So far you don’t seem to be able to replay levels that you have beaten which it a major change for the worse compared to the original. This leaves you with no way to go back and grind for stars or just practice when you’re up against a tough level and it makes the stamina element feel much more stifling and pay to win. I also don’t like that you can’t choose your fiends before facing a level- it removes some of the strategy. Where the original game was able to differentiate itself from other matching games, this one just feels like another Candy Crush clone.

One of the best matching games. Addicted to this game. It’s nice to have the option to watch ads for bonuses instead of just having them forced on you. I do wish that the goals would reset more often, but overall I have really enjoyed it!

Love this game! The team interaction adds so much!. Love Best Fiends too but Stars is even better. Love the teams feature. Building a great team and interacting with team members adds a lot of fun. The graphics are great! The levels have some really cool elements to them with moving components. Great job, Seriously!! Just please write more instructions for us, especially regarding the teams. It would save us from having to get support tickets but we do get great help from Support when needed.

Why hasn’t the game allowed me to participate in the Slugfest?. The game says that I need to check my internet connection. My connection is fine. I updated, dumped and reinstalled this game to no avail! My teammates thought I quit the team competition, which is Not true! I’m not allowed to play the weekly competition and I’m upset!😠

I love this game. It is the best game I have ever played and I am really enjoying this game. So who ever made this game did a good job making it. All those haters are just hating the game because it’s a bad game. But the haters don’t matter who ever made this matter so good job to the person who made this game.

Update was the worst thing to do. I have been playing this game for a long time. I love it. It helps me to unwind twice a day. It provides a challenging way to empty my mind of the day’s activities. The graphics are great, the puzzles are enjoyable, and the characters are very cute. I do have a couple of complaints. The last update was awful. The levels went from challenging to hard. I am using 15-20 lives to beat a regular level. Let’s not mention any level with a hard rating. This is very frustrating instead of relaxing! Also, the bake shop is a joke. There has to be a better way to obtain ingredients! Waiting forever to get a rare ingredient is absurd. Then for some things you need more than one rare ingredient. This makes advancing more than just a friendly challenge. I cannot wait until the baking is done and taken off! It is way more frustrating than fun. Over all I have enjoyed this game. I will keep it for now to see if it gets better but it will not be my go to game anymore.

This game is fun!. I heard that this game was going to be a trio but I only knew about the first 2 but then I was watching a YouTuber and Best Fiends sponsored her and I knew I wanted to try it and I did and honestly, I like it better than the first one the original Best Fiends. The original one is good but I like this one better. Great game would recommend!

Addictive by MrsMACD. I love this game it’s relaxing yet self competitive! Sometimes I have to force myself to put it down and get other things done because I’m having so much fun playing. I definitely encourage anyone to at least give it a try.

Earning rewards. I have never made a purchase on any game site. I decided for the first time to purchase a gold pack on this game site. The pack has never loaded to my rewards. When they show the advertisement for “West Game” it freezes the screen. So far I have not been able to log to extra gold on several occasions, and several times for extra bombs. Not sure what is going on but they charged my card for the purchase I never got. I have really enjoyed this but it is getting more & more frustrating getting locked out and loosing rewards. I would like to get the purchase I made.

Ads are inappropriate. I have a big problem with this game. though it’s rated ages 4+. The ads shown in this game are for games for ages 12+ or 17+. They’re extremely inappropriate and over sexualized. I thought it was safe for my child to play this game. You could just not click the ads but then you don’t get any bonuses so what’s the point. Plus it’s way to easy to accidentally click the ad or bonus button and expose my child to things they shouldn’t be seeing.

This really make my day. Star is like thousand time better then the old one best fiends and it was much easier then I thought. Right when I play this game I was like “this will be just like best fiends” until I play few games and it really blow my mind of into space like I never seen anything like this as for what I said “this really make my day”

UNHAPPY!!!!!. I have been playing this game for sometime now because it is a fun game. However I am about ready to delete it because of poor response from support and the the fact the challenges have all disappeared. Seems the game is getting worse by the day. Sorry to see that happen because this has been the best game with great team members. Not sure how much longer I will continue to play.

Can’t stop playing!. I really enjoying playing this game! Every time I unlock a new fiend I get happy! Each cute character has its own ability to use in the matching puzzle games. Only downside I’ve found is but I haven't found a team that is right for me. A lot of players seem to be inactive and looking for another team is almost impossible since all are full and I can’t join. I decided to make my own team but not a single person has joined. :( hoping the team feature improves since now there are adorable stickers that can be used in chat. New levels are constantly being added and I enjoy traveling through the 3D map!

Pay to play. Got up to level 160 and guess what? After dozens of attempts, it became clear this level, like many before it, cannot be won without boosters. You run out of boosters, you buy them with coins, you run out of coins, you spend real money for more. I appreciate that they can’t just give these games away, but I have already put well more than $100 in this game. And now it seems I cannot progress without throwing more money at it. I guess I will use up the boosters I have bought and then buh bye. Cute game but too expensive for me. These are tough times.

Best Fiends Stars. After the chest was over-I wasn’t able to get back in app. List all the rewards for the challenge. As of right now-still can’t open the app. I’ve deleted and reinstalled o er 6 times already-still won’t open. Says download failed-check my internet! Internet hasn't stopped working at all. Please fix this awful issue and please give me my rewards for finishing the slug chest challenge. Thanks to you; I am sure my place on my team has been taken. I liked my team. We were always 1st, 2nd or 3rd place after challenge. Please fix your stupid problems! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 If I could show you a photo of it saying download failed - I would. FIX IT

No game. For three days now every time I try to get on the game it says I need to check my Wi-Fi connection and then push download. I have done this time after time and that’s all that keeps happening. Very very irritating! I have not had any problem with my Wi-Fi. My Wi-Fi is on so that’s not the problem. It Hass to be the game! If this problem is not solved quickly I’m just going to delete my game, and I hate to do that because I haven’t went so far on it.

Great levels with obnoxious ads!. I’ve been playing this game quite awhile and the number of “opportunities” to watch ads is borderline insulting but the worst part is when you do chose to watch an ad they are often LONG and pretend to be news or “articles”. The ads are often difficult to get out of as they are multi-part. A very sad decline for a once charming series. I was a big fan of the original Best Fiends and do enjoy the levels in this but will delete this version and no longer play any further games in the series.

Love the game!. Easy to gain rewards, and better than original version because fiends are chosen automatically and upgrade automatically. BUT, on some slugs you can’t see the slider bar that tells you points remaining!

Fun, but way too expensive now. I love playing this game, but I have to wait for new levels every week and I’m done with the new levels and back to the “star league” within a day. Then I spend 6 days replaying the same levels over and over and over again. That, on top of how expensive you’ve made your in-app purchases, the game is losing its appeal. I think your last price increase was really excessive. The game isn’t worth it anymore.

One step forward, Two steps back. Visually it looks & plays very similar to the original game, however I have 2 main complaints: (1)Players are currently unable to replay stages....This is tied into the next problem. (2)Team Chests: A great but flawed idea because you can only make progress on slugs killed(Towards boosting the chest) when you clear levels....very early in the game you will hit a wall(Need more turns for Gold) Overall, I do like the game simply for the added “Team” features. It is a shame too, because this game has great potential...currently though, it just makes me want to play the old game instead 😅 Developers, please read this, because I can guarantee I am not the only person with these compaints. Lastly a suggestion: Consider adding a Discord server for the game or a forum(Yes, I will play the game, but I am put off by the sloppy way the Team Chests are Currently handled) Here’s hoping you read this & make some tweaks-changes....(Would I recommend the game? Yes, but cautiously) Fix these issues, & I will rate. 5 stars 😉

Social media requirements. I find it difficult to enjoy this game to its max because without Facebook I miss out on so many rewards. This game is just another example of how social media controls every corner of most people’s lives. I will likely delete this game like I have so many because I can neither afford the ridiculous amount of money you people want to store coins I’ve ALREADY EARNED!!!! Or the stress of social media. Sadly this game is just like all the others.....

No connection. This has been the worst game, they did an update and knocked out everyone, now you have no connection, support keeps saying we are working on and it has been 3 weeks and nothing all you get is the running around, I think they should give people a refund to the once they have paid. If I could I would not even give them a star. Every time after every challenge it freezes up or you can’t move anything, I downloaded the game several times and nothing, don’t waste your money support is not helping.

Great fiends!. It’s a fun game, lots of action and win-able without spending money but it’s a lot easier with it rocket and weight line of boosters. Fast moving fun fiends as they evolve, great color and graphics. Only one complaint the bomb boosters inevitably are positioned that they explode each other out of the game on the first move. Positioning them separate on the board would make them more valuable.

It’s ok but a bit disappointing. I really enjoyed this game from the moment I started playing I played the older game best fiends first. And I personally think it was much better. The purpose of this game was to make another version of best fiends but with baby animals. I feel like that’s not a good enough reason for it to be an Individual game. If I managed this game I would make best fiend stars a side adventure to the original game. Like after you beat all the existing levels in the old game it will do a timeskip and make all the characters the old best fiend’s descendants I think that it would be a much better way to include this game. If you are thinking of downloading this I would just download the older game instead and not get best fiends stars. Hate to say it but If you have already experienced the old game you know what seriously is capable of. I’m a bit disappointed

Fun!!. I just want to start this review by saying this: i live this game. Like this game is super fun and addicting, the graphics are really colorful and you just feel happier when you think of it. The inky thing I will say is I think this app is wayyyy to shiver down peoples throats, like I like playing the game and I think it’s fun. But I dint think it’s fun enough for literally every single YouTuber has been sponsored by it. I think way more people would like it if you guys softened the marketing. I didn’t want to buy it for the longest time because I felt as if it was just annoying I kept seeing adds for it

Too many issues. I have been playing this game for years. I would have previously given this game 5 stars but lately there are so many bugs and glitches in the game that it makes it extremely difficult to play. App support is so unhelpful and all you get are generic responses about them “working on the issue”. There have been issues for over a month and there never seems to be any resolve. I can’t even play any levels as of right now because it says I need to “update” the game when there is no update. Everyone in the group I am in is having the same issue and it’s ongoing.

I love it!. At first I didn’t know if I was gonna like it . The screen view is smaller alittle and I didn’t see much of a difference but I can actually say I like this more then the original because it automatically gives me new characters when I’m moving up levels instead of having to use my coins to update them

Fabulous friendly Fiends. First of all, the fiends are appealing stylized animations- they are fun! Even if you don’t like bugs. Also cool that they each have their own little personality. The varying degrees of difficulty in the games is well done. You gradually build up, gain more fiends that can effect better moves, new elements are well explained. And then you hit it hard one, or a super hard round, and after about your 20th go, you get it. So satisfying! The side quests (helping various fiends out with their astronomy, coffee shop) are fun but don’t pull attention from the game. Why 4 and not 5 stars? I am VERY particular.

Super fun!. I love this game and it is very addicting! I have gotten quite far. The only thing I don’t like since the update is the star league. It’s a good way to earn coins but you have to replay levels you have already beaten. It goes on for like 5 days. I personally would just like to continue on to new levels. Otherwise it’s great!

Can’t download. I have been playing this game for years off and on and I really like it but for the past several months I haven’t been able to down load it. It keeps saying check internet connection. There is not a problem with my internet connection as I use it every day and play all my other games. Please help!!

Was pretty good…. This was a five star review, now downgraded to one for the money grab. Was 100 coins for four extra moves and now is 200…really devs? I for one will not put anymore money into this game. I used to buy the monthly plan because I thought it was only fair to pay you for a fun game…done! Pretty sure I’ll be deleting soon as I won’t be able to win without putting in either mega hours or mega bucks. I hope it was worth it! :(

Watch the boost screen + only 4 extra moves. All good but you need to watch the boost screen which is a bit sneaky. Once you get a free boost or choose one for a level, it stays checked until you uncheck it fir all following levels. Lost a lot of boosts until I realized that. Also, to extend the game, you only get 4 additional moves not the typical 5. No other games do these 2 things, so pay attention.

Feedback. I am a new user and found the stars’ game when playing the best fiends’ game. The one thing I found a bit annoying as that I have to keep tapping on the best fiends to get rid of it. It appears all the time which I find annoying. A few things I do not understand but learning as I play more. It is different than the best fiends’ game but in a good way!! Live the colours and of course the fiends!! So cute, I love them!

Wish the teams function was more accessible. Would be great if the Teams option was presented by “currently active” to encourage people to join and play. It was like a graveyard of players on the first few attempts, I finally made my own team in the hopes for some active players but the sorting function means it’s impossible to find. Also what’s the point in listing all the full teams first if you’re going to spend so much time asking me to join...?? The user experience for this feature could be improved.

Unfair and Uncool. Okay first I want to say, this is one of my favourite games. I spend hours playing. BUT HERE US WHAT STICKS IN MY CRAW. And 1 reason why I deleted the original bestfiends app. YOU MAKE US PAY FOR WHAT WE WON. I have forfeited 1000’s and 1000’s of coins because of your request of purchasing OUR hard earned winnings. I already spend enough on this app as is, because I enjoy it so much. I’m not paying anymore for what I have rightly earned. And that SUCKS. $5.99 for 500 coins won. Sometimes it’s 600 coins or $10.99 for 1000 coins sometimes it’s for 1200 coins because my bank over fills too many times to count anymore. So in the end this is the RIPOFF and Unfairness of this Game

Good but.... It’s a great game but it’s always trying to make you pay for stuff in the game which I find pretty stupid because I don’t know who would spend money on a video game but other than that it’s a great game and SUPER addictive.

Stuck in a downloading loop. My review might change if I actually get the play the game. So far it just goes from one downloading screen to the next. I’ve seen about 7 of them in a row.

Bug. Hello, just to let you know that the app just bugged on me. When I open the app it seems to do it’s update (I see the white ball with the star in it), then everything goes away has if it will open but nothing happen, I’m just stock on the wallpaper of the opening page, and nothing else happen even if I wait for 5 minutes.

Addictive. Full of fun for me, the perk I paid for the season it’s alright, I like doing and completing tasks and if you complete tasks you win prizes and I like the challenges given for beating levels The fiends are awesome to win and collect and I like the help the fiends can give. Awesome

Suggestions. It would be a lot nicer if we didn’t have to purchase stuff with our coins all the time. That would allow people who don’t have xtra money to buy things get to still enjoy the game.

Fiends Fun. I love all the Fiends games. This one is a bit frustrating to me. There is no way to go back and get a better score on previous levels. That’s super disappointing. In order to get gold one needs to pay for the bank $1.99 for every 250 gold coins which fills up quickly. To continue a level one must pay 95 in gold which gives you 4-5 chances to complete the level. The developers fell flat on this new Fiends.

Needs work.. Firstly. I already put in a review twice and it still has yet to show up. I guess they don’t want any negative reviews. The game is fun, but needs a lot of work. Can’t replay levels is a horrible feature. Also, once you finish the levels and go to Star League, you stop getting upgrades for your fiends. Spin the wheel only. Very lame. Please fix.

I love IT!. Ever since started playing the game! I got hooked on to it! I’m on level 675 and I never gave up while I’m playing the levels.. Gee! I wish that the hit puzzle game can have a Netflix show!

Need to buy extras to get past higher levels. I liked this at first, but there is no way to earn extra coins unless you buy them...especially if you get stuck on a level. I’ve never played a game where you don’t have a daily challenge or can go back and redo levels in order to earn some so you can advance. I guess I’m going to delete this game. Too bad because it was fun...now it’s a brick.

I love this game!. Originally I have the other version on my phone which I’m absolutely addicted to. I love watching my fiends grow and get more powerful. Well, my phone crapped out so I downloaded this game (on my work phone lol) and so far, I’m loving it.

What the heck?...stuck in star league,. As has been reported by others, the game has been stuck in star league for weeks. Not only am I not able to make any progress in the game, but I don’t seem to get any new ingredients for the bonus rewards nor do I consistently get the daily challenges. Is anyone paying attention to these negative comments? Please fix ASAP. It’s been a month since any updates or bug fixes.

Fixes. Wondering if you are going to fix the issue with the game not updating and leaving me on star league. As you can see you do not have an update and I’ve been on the last star league since it closed. It’s very frustrating and getting old as to how much it happens

After level 1200. I know there has to be ads. They started out about 30 seconds. After about level 1200 they are 45 to 60 seconds. Why???? Not it’s really annoying.

Needs a daily. I really enjoy this game. Sometimes it takes multiple days to get the perfect level to finally beat it but I like the challenge. The only piece I think would’ve earned the fifth star is a daily gift.

The Only Game I Play Everyday!. Beautiful animations, seamless. No issues. I love how you have to win levels to earn ingredients to make full recipes, this keeps the game more exciting! I love this game better than the Original Best Fiends!!🙂

Update was not a good thing. My biggest complaint is when I buy an upgrade set it accepts my payment, but they don’t ever show up with extra bombs or coins. My last one was on a second spin on the wheel, I’ve never tried that purchase before, but pretty sure I won’t be trying that again to soon.

Bonuses, explosions and pastries OH MY❣️. This is without a doubt THE most entertaining game ever. Love the critters! Collecting then upgrading and evolving them is a blast and collecting ingredients for the baking part is also fun. It’s bright cheerful and keeps you interested because there are lots of bonuses and little quirks that make this game MY FAVORITE 💯!!!!

Super fun but kind of hard. It’s a game that you can collect Fiends and battle the black blobs and I what recommend to play this game if you a kid because this one easy and the other one hard.

BEST FIEND STARS. It’s fun and a lot like the original,, however it’s almost too easy plus they give u the weapons without having to earn them,,, that takes part of the fun out of it for me,,, but I would still recommend

A bug!!. The game is so much fun but there is a bug and can not join or make teams. My friend on the other hand can. We are both past level 20 and I would like to join their team for lease fix this as soon as possible it is quite annoying.

Love this new version. It’s so much fun competing with other people and grinding the little fiends .. only thing would make it. Amazing to allow your players to replay levels if want to Attempt to get 3 stars when they get 2 . Please thank you again cute game to pass time

Literally, THE BEST GAME EVER!. This game is so entertaining and I can’t stop playing! There is no bad thing about this game at all! The levels aren’t too hard or too easy in my opinion! They’re just right! 😊 I am now on level 65 and I am determined to go even deeper into the game! 👍🏾

But I have a suggestion, in MOoSe’s TRATTORIA maybe we can be able to actually drag the ingredients together and make the dishes on the screen. What happened to this game?. This used to be the best game. Ever since it was sold, it has gone downhill. Since February, it has been glitch after glitch. So many team members have given up and left. 2 weeks ago, all daily challenges disappeared. Now the weekly challenge is gone. No new levels (supposedly 5 new levels a week, but they are old levels masquerading as new). Customer service never responds. What is the point of this game?

Paying for supplies. I don’t have a problem watching ads. I get tired of having to pay for game supplies and watch ads

Why I don’t like this game. This game tells me to believe but the little characters put them in silly spots to make me lose I try again for an hour then it tells me you can do it you can do it I going to delete this game

Connection Failed. Really fun game until a few days ago when it stopped working. Keeps saying “connection failed” even though my internet connection is solid and no updates are available. When is this getting fixed?

Love this game. Whenever I have a few minutes or waiting in the doctors office I love powering through a couple levels to pass the time!

Fiendishly Fun. Started out with Best Fiends and eventually abandoned it. This spin off takes care of every little irritation that sent me away the first time. The game is clever and fun and still a challenge. It’s a perfect counterpoint to life in the time of COVID.

Love!!!. I’ve been playing for awhile now and will say, it’s just enough of a challenge to keep you going and interested. I’ve yet to pay a penny to play and am moving through the stages comfortably. Great for mornings with the coffee. Kudos to the makers of the ’Fiends’ creators!!

It was fun while it lasted. I was really loving this game. Even purchased the Star Pass for the Valentines season. But now I’ve beat all the levels so it feels really pointless to play any more. There’s no reason to try and win coins in the tournament if there are no more levels to beat. Wasted my money on the pass as there’s still 20 days left in the season.

Family friendly game. We love this game. The only problem that I have is the ads that are shown. Most of them are definitely NOT appropriate for my child to be viewing. I have to tell him to play it without doing the extras.

CRAPPY GAME!!. Update: two months later and I’m still kicked off my team!! I have sent so many emails and tickets to you guys and still nothing!!! At one point you actually said from your end my game is working fine. And once again I sent you screenshots of my game and it shows that my game is DEFINITELY NOT WORKING!! I absolutely know that this is happening to so many players!!! I think we should all just boycott this game until you FIX THE PROBLEM

Battery Drain. I’m enjoying the game, but it’s consistently draining the battery on my iPad Pro 2. Battery goes from 100% to 50% with about an hour of playing. Otherwise, I like this game.

Used to love game. I used to love the game but after you play for a while and advance enough, the levels and challengers are the same and you know what to expect. They also don’t do seasonal themes and features like candy crush and makes it boring once you’ve played for a while

Irritated.... Too slow for new levels - used to get 20 a week every Tuesday and now only 10. Those get played in less than an hour and then back in the boring star league. Also ingredients for recipes take forever to get.

Inappropriate ads and levels get too hard quickly. I deleted this app after playing about 300 levels. It was fun at first, but progressively got too hard to play without paying. It isn’t fun to be stuck on a level for 10 tries. Also, there were pornagraphic ads as most games these days have. I quit. No more gaming apps for me. I thought this app would be better since it’s for 4 year olds. I was wrong.

Mixed bag. This is a good puzzle game but there is just too much. Too many interruptions for little side tasks and opening chests and starting competitions... I had it to play puzzles while I’m on conference calls and this morning I closed and deleted it after 3 minutes of nonsense and never even getting to the option of playing the next level of puzzle

Stop working. I really like the game but lately when I finish the level it won't go to another but I have to get out of the game completely and I have to enter again.

Star league. Star League is over but there isn’t update to the game no it’s still making me play Star League levels

Won’t load. I really love this game until the last 3 months it won’t load ever on Wi-Fi or on just phone data. You all really need to do something about it I’ve deleted the game and reinstalled it like 10 times still nothing. You can’t do anything like level up your fiends help your team defeat slugs. Just very aggravating 😡😡😡

Preschool Version. This is like the dumbed down preschool version of the original game. I like the art style and animations, but the game play mechanics are so dumbed down I feel like i’m losing brain cells playing this as I try to give it a chance, but can’t go any further than the first 10 levels without feeling like i’m playing a game meant for 5 year olds

Competition and stressful game. Great game, cute characters but I feel as if this game is really stressful and a competition to earn gold coins in Gene’s Star Chase and Buggles’ Medal Chase. In order to get first place in these events, I have spent hours playing this game and I am get tired, angry and bored having to deal with this not be able to do something else. Please either fix this or make a new best fiend game that’s features all the characters and is less stressful.

Really fun, but teams are a bit funky. So the game overall is amazing and has new twist to the classic Best Fiends game! I like how fun and challenging it is. However I noticed when ever i defeat slugs in a level, it doesn’t add to our team chest. I have tried closing the app many times but nothing works.

Developers have stopped caring!. I have loved this game so much but lately support doesn’t even respond when there is a problem. There are multiple game glitches where team members are all of the sudden removed and they can’t get any help so they can come back and play. Our co-leader was knocked off and week 3 of support not responding. Interesting that the game has no glitches when they take your money. Heartbreaking.

Best fiends stars. Whatever you did messed it up. It keeps saying no internet connection and download. It keeps telling me this every time I try to open it. I have not had any trouble before. Fun but glitches. I really liked this game until level 19. It won’t let me make a move. I closed several times, same thing. I don’t know why but it’s too bad as I would’ve continued play. Great concept.
