Doesn’t work, there’s better alternatives. The app seems more like a money grab than anything else, you require a subscription before they show you any solutions (there’s a 3 day free trial at least). the camera function 9/10 doesn’t work and that 1 time it does it won’t actually solve your problem. You can also manually type in your problems but this app really can’t solve anything higher than middle school algebra. You’re better off looking for another app or solving it yourselves

They only want money!. I got this app because I had a frustrating problem and needing help. All the reviews said awful things, and I thought they were over exaggerating. THEY WERE NOT! the first thing that happened after I downloaded the app was it asked me for money. 20 something dollars a month. That’s insane. I ignored it and clicked the x. After I clicked my picture, guess what happened, they asked again for money!! Good people and apps who want to help should be for free. I truly recommend to anyone who’s reading this, find any other app to help, or ask a non crazy adult or friend. I couldn’t even get into it, but if you are willing to pay that, I hope it’s better then the outside of it. I don’t know if there are ads, but that would make it over the top awful. Keep you money. Keep y’all money this app is the worst when asked to take a picture of the problem and you do it still doesn’t show up it will keep asking you to take a picture of the problem 😤 then on top of that you can write the problem in but the keyboard doesn’t give you everything you need to properly put the problem in the provided space and with the word problems you can’t even separate the words if you want to ask a word problem because there is no space bar like I wish I would’ve know this before I wouldn't sub to this app if anyone has a better app please comment and let me know

Horrible don’t waste your time. It’s so bad if I could give it zero stars I would it does not give you the answers so basically I was studying for a test is coming up so I wanted to remember the answers in my head so I use this app on problems expecting it to give me the answer but then it doesn’t it’s just blurs the answer they only want money don’t waste your time on here unless you want your money to be wasted I recommend you to get a new app or something but not this one horrible i was just trying to study ugh

Worthless. It can recognize a problem through a picture which effectively it’s the same as taking a picture of the problem then sitting there staring at it. Tells me I have to pay if I want to see how to get the answer or what the answer is. Maybe there’s something wrong with the app for me, but this is the most worthless app I’ve ever downloaded

Terrible. I was looking for an app that could help me with problems with words but it won’t because it seems to only want problems with only number. Also, when I want to type it in, there is no space bar. No fricking space bar for me to type in the problem. Maybe if you get that fixed, I might give a higher review. Until then, I’m never using this app again.

Thought it was free. I thought it was free but it might have been my mistake for noticing the in app purchasing disclaimer. Waste of time. This is the worst app ever to help you with your math I did not get this app to cheat I just wanted to check my answers so I scanned the problem and my answer was in the corner and the only thing it did was copy my answer because after I looked at the math problem I figured out that that answer was wrong so I just put a random answer first to see if it would say it was that and it did the same thing and if you don’t put an answer it just says that you didn’t scan it right don’t get this app it’s a waste of time and all they want is money

I can’t learn the math. This app is absolutely useless without paying. I just need help and don’t want to pay an unneeded fee to see it. Please change this I need an app to help understand. Don’t buy it. This app is for u to get the answers on problems you don’t know but NOOOOOOOO it has to cost money it is useless don’t get this app you can go buy a cheap calculator for a dollar and it will give u the answer I don’t know why it will make you pay for trying to get a answer for a math problem I recommend you not do get it yourself

Terrible. This app doesn’t work well. I have taken several pictures of my kids maybe problems and I get a respond back stating cannot be solved. I paid $29 for 3 months and it can’t even help. Worthless and there isn’t an option for a refund.

The other reviews aren't kidding. Don't waste your time with this app.. Let's get straight to the point: this app is useless without spending $20 something every 3 months. Don't take my word for it: there are countless other reviews mentioning this as well. When you first open the app, guess what? It immediately wants you to allow camera access (makes sense) and notifications (which doesn't make sense, why would a math app need to spam my notifications?), then it asks you to sign up for their subscription. I, like most people, ignored it and clicked the X. The next thing I did was scan a problem. Guess what? You can't get the answer or steps without paying! You read that correctly, you have to buy their subscription to even get access to the answer! What's the point of a calculator if it doesn't even give you the answer?? Imagine if your physical calculator (or calculator app on your phone) said something like "Please pay $9.99 to get access to the answer." This is basically what this app is. Yes, there is a free trial, but you gotta remember to cancel it immediately so it doesn't charge your card. It's just not worth it. Don't waste your time. TL;DR, app wants money to solve math questions, which defeats the whole point of it being free.

Waste of time. So I’m trying to get finished with my two weeks up with homework and I am in a special class to help me do math because I’m really bad at it and I was absent so I have to do this by myself so I wanted to download an app so I found an app and I downloaded this one and then every picture I took it said that there was no math problem found and so I took pictures of a different one and then it still said no math problem found and then I wrote a different piece of paper for +2 very clearly and then I took a picture of that and it said no problem found I guess it’s just dumb

Just works. I was surprised when it solved integrals and multiple equations. This is good. However, for elementary school problems, it doesnt give much explanation. Can be improved for basic problems to teach the under average student.

Pointless App. This app is practically knock off photomath, on photomath you can actually see the answer to the equation and all you have to pay for is premium (optional) to see other things. The point of this app was to help me solve my math homework not charge me for it. On photomath they show you the answer and help you. They only charge for you if you want premium which is just ad free and some other add ons. This app is super pointless and not helpful if it’s going to charge us for help.

No solution. I needed help with math and I thought this would help and it told me the correct answer but if you press see solution it doesn’t show anything I paid 10 dollars to see this stupid solution and nothing

Helps in school. This app helps me understand math in a better formate way. And helps me double check my work which make school 15% easier.

Scam and waste of time. I downloaded this app to help me with my homework and to actually see the solution to the problem they make you pay. Like they never said any of this in the description. It’s a waste. I downloaded this not to get charged for money but it makes you get a monthly subscription. This is not good. I’m very disappointed and upset 😒

Paid but not solve my question. When I scan a math question, the app ask me to pay for the answer!😒 But it can’t solve my word math problems. I think CameraMath’s functions meet my requirements better. 💡Tutors can solve my questions very quickly and I can submit math questions no limits. Also Gauthmath is nice but too expensive

Membership really. I don’t recommend this app unless you’re willing to pay $10. You can’t even see the problems answer without paying. The only thing you can do is scan and I’m not wasting $10 on an app when there are better ones. I’m just saying that I find it ridiculous that you have to pay for help when you should at least give us a limited amount of questions to scan before paying. I don’t recommend this app at all. I recommend getting Mathway.

DO NOT BUY THIS - it does not work. I wish I would have opened the reviews. It has a cumulative good rating but when you open the reviews you see I am not the only one. The app does not work at all! I started testing algebra and it didn’t work then I put in 4+4 and it did not work!

It literally does nothing if you don’t pay for it. I had just opened the app to solve a confusing problem and once I had taken a picture and pressed the “solve” button it immediately took me to a screen that told me I have to PAY for a subscription to be able to solve a math problem, this is so stupid just use the calculator app the comes with your phone. They should at least make this app cost money if they are going to make me pay $10 a moth just to solve math problems.

It’s fine but... This app is quite helpful but whenever I need help with something I use this app but sadly when it shows the solution it’s a blur! Turns out you have to pay for it for just one answer.

This app is horrible. Had it it for a week I was hoping to get an app that I could use for online school and when I got this app I didn’t look at the ratings but I really wish I looked at the ratings I got this app and it seemed pretty simple you just snap a picture and give you the answer when I snap a picture and then it says sorry we can’t solve this math problem but will tell you later I did this multiple times and it still didn’t work and I tried it with multiple other problems and it didn’t help me whatsoever and the app would repeatedly just take me out of it and not let me back and I would click on it multiple times but it still didn’t let me in and I clicked on my other apps on my phone and they all let me in so it’s definitely something wrong with the stupid app

Don’t waste your time on this lousy “calculator”. I was looking for a better calculator that actually shows the steps of a problem without having to spend money. I used this app literally for 5 minutes (I’m not kidding) to put in one problem. Guess what happens, they didn’t even show me the answer. It was blurred. That’s right, the answer was blurred. Not the steps, the ANSWER. Maybe because it was a trigonometry equation (studying for final exam) so I put in a different equation, a simple algebra equation. NOT EVEN A SIMPLE EQUATION WITH ONE VARIABLE HAD AN ANSWER. WHAT THE HECKING HECK. The point of a calculator is to give you the answer, even a calculator from dollar tree can give me an answer. But this FREE app won’t even give you the ANSWER. I don’t mind not having the equation worked out for me, but cmon give me the answer. This app is basically a calculator that has no point. What kind of calculator doesn’t give you the answer? I still use photomath because it still shows me the process without having to spend money. Although to understand the process as to WHY, that’s when it costs money. But don’t waste your time on this app. It’s pointless.

Had problems. Yesterday I was doing some homework and needed some help so ofc I found this app to help me. When I first went in I was confident it would work… it didn’t it kept saying to take a picture of your math problem and I did over and over again then I tried it again today but it said the same thing. Idk if anyone else has this issue but can the creator fix the bugs thx 😄

It cost money for an answer. The reviews say that the app is great but I haven’t seen one that says about how this app and many others make you have to pay a MONTHLY trial. Probably is a great app but I haven’t even solved a math problem just because you have to pay even before you test it .

RIPOFF. This is a RIP-OFF you have to pay for it monthly or all in one month which is really annoying and they don’t let you try it before you pay and stuff. This app is a life saver. Thank you I didn’t understand what the heck I was doing but now I just get out my phone and take a picture of it with this and It will show me how to do the problem! And now it has free membership for a month so it’s even better :D didn’t even have to subscribe

Do Not Get This App. If you got this app, delete it right now, you aren’t going to get anything out of downloading this app. It demands money of you in order to solve your equations, and if you don’t? They blur out the answers to your question so you can’t see it. I don’t know how this app got 4 stars, it should, in my eyes, have a 1 star rating.

Fast math, more like money, math. Literally, as soon as you sent them to the game, they don’t even ask for your camera access they say pretty man version and then they asked for it and stuff. It just says fast mask would like to take a picture. It doesn’t even make a solid for you.

Bad. This used to be a good app. Back then it was a free app where you could take a picture of the problem and it would show you how to solve it. It worked really well for me and it helped me out a lot. But then I just re-downloaded it now and it is now asking me for money, like what the heck.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. I had this app for a while because i said when i got it “ill use it when i need it” and load and behold i need it. So i open the app and it says to get the subscription but, like most people i click the X in the corner and i scan my question. But it blurred it out and there was a button that said “see answer” and i thought that was wierd do i clicked it and it said you have to PAY a monthly subscription to see the answer but b a FREE app. So in my opinion l, dont get this app it’ll just waste your time.

Absolute trash. I really needed step by step answers to help with an assignment so I chose this app because it was the only one that gave the option to do a free trial for step by step answers. I took several pictures of the problem, each time it took close to a minute to load then every time it gave me an error message. I tried it with my WiFi on and off and exited and reopened the app and got the same result every time. I even tried typing the equation in but the app doesn’t give you many options so I couldn’t type in the exact equation which obviously isn’t any help.

Bad math app. It’s such a bad app because it doesn’t give you the solution unless you actually pay for the app. It makes me go through the trouble of taking a picture and just displaying the problem I took a picture of but not one step or help is given. I know what the problem looks like, I don’t need a picture of the problem.

Not a app I recommend. I saw this app about a week ago and decided to give it a try. I took a picture of the current math problem that I was working on and was surprised when it didn’t give me the answer or more importantly, how to solve the equation. Instead it told me to pay money. I decided to type in the equation but the same thing happened. Truly disappointing that the app wouldn’t help me with any equation. I understand an app costing money for perks but instead, you get no use out of the app without spending money.

actual waste of time. i desperately needed something to help get my grade up in math. i’m not someone who is even remotely good at math, so this could have helped me a lot. when i tried to take a picture of my problem, IT WOULDN'T SHOW ME THE ANSWER!! it tried to make me pay for it which is absolutely ridiculous if you ask me.

Its not worth getting. I just had download the app wiring to try it then finding out when you go the calculator to see the solution it makes you try and buy a monthly plan , don’t recommend this app at all.

Membership. I was just downloading this app to help me with my homework and then when I scanned the question it wouldn’t tell me the answer unless I got a membership. This is dumb and annoying. Needs to have a solution right then and there. I think you should just show the solution. Well, that’s my opinion. This isn’t a terrible app to use but on the other hand you have to pay to get the solution. I should hit the solution button and then BOOM there’s the solution.

Useless for non working students. I go to this app since it’s related to Photomath only because Photomath isn’t solving it. I use the camera mode to solve the equation and it won’t even give me ONE answer. I didn’t bother looking at the subscription prices because what’s the point of a free app if you can’t even use it once.

Only works if you pay. There isn’t an option to see if it’s any good before you pay. A total waist of time. Why would I pay if I don’t have a clue what it will actually do and show me!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. I wanted to get this so that I can do my work but when I scanned my math homework they said the problem and did not half me AT ALL! They just want your money do not download it’s a scam! They tell you the answers if you pay them. 1 STAR

Why I rated the app one star. Ok so when I would take a picture of my problem it would say take a picture when I did but when I took at picture it said something completely off

DONT BUY. This is the stupidest thing. If you try to take a pic of the math problem it doesn’t work. Then, when you type it in and ask for the answer, it doesn’t say it. To GET the answer, you have to pay for it. It was supposed to be free. Please don’t buy. I would give this 0 stars if I could.

Waste of time. O wish I could give a zero ster rating first it asks me to get a membership or subscribe then I give it one problem and it says that it requested a timeout like I didn't even get through one problem don't get this it is such a waste of time. I wish I listened to the reviews.

Worst app doest help. I’ve taken a picture of every math problem I can and it wouldn’t find me an answer for me I had to wait for a tutor to get back to me and never did and I even tried different math problems and it still didn’t work. Don’t get the app.

Doesn’t work. This is the worst 9 Dollars I ever spent this app doesn’t work every problem I tried was wrong even the simple problems would not work every single picture I took it couldn’t do what’s the point scam all the way
