What a staggeringly useless app. I was given a link to this app as a way to view my most recent imaging from Health Images. On the account sign in page, you are first only given one company to access (Pediatrix…? I’m 55 years old) and you’re supposed to enter name and DOB. After entering your name ***there is no date roller or keyboard to enter your DOB***. Nada. No way to move forward until this is entered. Doesn’t basic QA exist in app development any more?

Does not allow patients to download images. What is the point of this app if patients can’t use it to get their imagesetters?

Does not work. Patent portal does not work. No way to create patent account with my provider.

Cannot retrieve my records. This app gives you the run around!! Unable to retrieve my tests results using iOS mobile app!

Not in sync with my provider. As a few others stated prior to me I’m unable to login to view anything under this app.

Terrible app. Can’t access photos , tried typing in MRN & name . Nothing works! Tried under patient and Mednax says not found.

Sharing. The app is easy to use. Please add the ability to share my studies. Also add notifications.

Not user friendly.. The DOB section does not pop up with keypad. Have to copy and paste birthdate. If you switch apps, have to re-log in again. Difficult to use. Would not recommend.

Professional use awful. As a medical professional in imaging whose hospital system has switched to this app, I can say it is awful to use. The user interface is horrible and even difficult to see with white on white initial splash page. When asked to filter studies, it has stopped allowing me to choose which list to limit the search to. Cannot search by any data other than name or MRN. Cannot search studies by type or date or location even. This app needs very serious work and shouldn’t be used by healthcare systems until that work is complete.

Nope, cannot access records. Cannot access patient records. As other reviewers have noted, this app seems unfinished. Doesn’t work.

Not helpful. When you sign in as a patient you don’t see any information or scans relating to your health. I searched my name and nothing came up. This application needs a lot of updates.

PORTAL DOESN’T WORK!!. Patient portal DOES NOT WORK!!! TERRIBLE APP…. This app is the means that our sons Oncologist uses…. it is SUPPOSE to be how we upload his MRI images! VERY FRUSTRATING …. to have to deal with this app…. along with our sons brain cancer!!!

Where is it?. I can’t even register. After entering my name it asks for my DOB but doesn’t doesn’t give me a keyboard to enter that info. The help desk said it works better on a computer, but that wouldn’t let me enter any data either. I’m sick of getting instructions that don’t work.

Can’t view patient images. Don’t waste your time, this app doesn’t work. There are only two providers listed both of which don’t accept patient info. No way to see images from other providers.

Poorly designed, not intuitive, worst I’ve seen. I cannot get the images. There are too many hoops to jump through. Worthless!

Where are my results. Can’t login, says I cannot be found in the system…

Patient login not available. Every time I click on Patient I get a list to choose from... Mednax and nothing else! I choose my only option, Mednax and it says Not found. This is Not helpful. And it's the only way I can see the pics of my baby from the OB. Super peeved about this.

What a useless app. First, getting logged in is almost impossible ñ. As others have said, there’s no keyboard to enter one’s DOB, which is needed to log in! Did literally nobody check this app before it was launched? I somehow managed to get past that: (tip: type your DOB somewhere else, like your Notes app. Copy/paste into the Ambra app, but do it *first* — before you enter your first and last name. Ridiculous, right?) Then once you’re logged in, it’s really difficult to navigate to your images, much less figure out if you can download them onto your device. Anyway, just use a desktop computer to see your images. This app is complete garbage.

Disappointing. Wish it would show my results!

Does not work. Downloaded this app, tried to make an account and my keyboard wouldn’t pop-up when I clicked the box for my birthday so I had to copy and paste it from my notepad. Once I logged in I was greeted with a blank page and nothing will load. This app might as well not even exist.

Trash. This app is absolute trash. The only way to enter my birthdate in the patient sign in is to hold down and “scan email address,” from which I have to write my birthday somewhere and scan it in. The scan feature is unreachable now so I cannot access my medical images.

Used to be good but not so much lately. Problems - Doesn’t show a true up-to-date listing of studies, i.e., differences b/w web client and iOS app. Latter doesn’t have appropriate studies going back almost 2 weeks. Tried reinstalling, etc., no dice. - Filtering doesn’t work well, either on iOS or web client - Still no window/level indicators when looking at CT scans - CTs can take a long time to load although MRIs can load quickly. This app should be the cat’s meow of PACS but isn’t, at least not yet.

Total garbage doesn’t work at all. App doesn’t do anything. I search my MRN and nothing happens. There is only the search bar and a white blank screen. Worst app I have ever tried using in App Store.

Hate hate hate. Absolutely hate that my med record is using this app to show images. It is so laughably UNuseable that you can’t even put in your DOB to sign in as a patient. Children make apps. Why can’t an “EMR" company?! Inexcusable.

Difficult. I was recently told at my doctors office this is how to retrieve my most recent ultrasound photos. This is not an easy app if you haven’t been briefed on how to use it. I’ve tried typing in the MRN number and nothing shows up. I’ve tried using my name. Still nothing. I was given the link through the doctors office to use so I went through there even after confirming they had finished completed for the study and the doctor signed off, still can’t access the photos. Very upset. I just want the pictures of my baby so I can have them in my book and remember these moments as positive rather then struggle with difficult technology.

Does not work. This app does not work, I created my account and went to find my results. It stated that I could not be found either through my name (first last or last first) or by my MRN. I’m not sure if what I'm doing is incorrect, but I am able to log in and view the ultrasounds online (through the email link the office sent me) so they are uploaded and I am obviously in the system. If support could help that would be wonderful, but I tried calling and nothing so far :/.

My healthcare group is not included. When I view my results online, it suggests I use the app. The app is ridiculous because as a patient, only two healthcare groups are offered: Derry Imaging and Pediatrix. So unless you are trying to view images from one of those two, you are out of luck. Uninstalled.

Impossible to log in. Wants my birthday to log in, but doesn’t bring up the keyboard so I can enter it. Why on earth did my doctor waste her time and mine on this ridiculous app?

Does work, no support. When prompted for dat of birth, the app only allowed me to scan an email. I filled out a trouble ticket the it said I had an Unhandled reporting problem. Obviously since there was no one there to handle it. So now there’s an app on my phone that doesn’t work, but not for long as I am deleting it as soon as I’m done with this review.

Is This For Real??. I registered my info… I think?!!!!Because the app says it cannot find my name,what is the use of creating this and wasting peoples time?? Lol

My results. It showed my results and the radiologist report. Had MRI last month.

Difficult to use. I can’t even login to this app on my iPhone. When prompted to put in date of birth (on login screen), I have to select from a drop down type box but it won’t input it into the sign in page. Therefore I'm literally unable to login to even use. This app needs a makeover. I have to get on my desktop to use.

Coding incorrect, please fix. Unable to view my results. App is not intuitive. Selections as a patient are limited to two (2) and they do not match the name or description of the entity I went to. Toggled between the two (2) just to see if it would take my info. Was able to enter name first and last name, but keyboard on mobile device (Apple with latest OS) disappears so I was unable to enter my birth date. I then typed it in the proper format using another source, copied and pasted it into the birth date field (no spaces before or after text), but that failed as well. Message, “No records found.” I am able to view my records online from my desktop and laptop with no issues. Please check your change logs as a recent change may have had impact to the functionality of the tool. OR perhaps it’s a compatibility issue with the new Apple OS(?)

The WORST!!!!. This App/Company is THE WORST!!! You are pics medical information is not uploaded at all or on time! Their phone numbers will only direct you to a “support page” that does not help and or they do not answer their phone lines and never return calls when you leave a message!!!! Unfortunately this is the app my doctor chose and now I can not see any of my information because I can not reach anyone that represents this APP!! Horrible app!

Can't access my images. App just brings up a search box asking for my name or my MRN. Nether work. Which isn't surprising because there is no way to give your medical provider. None of the settings are helpful either. I don't understand how this app is supposed to work.

Bad app. Don’t even bother downloading, not worth the time. Very first area so you can login, date of birth nothing. Can’t change it so you can’t login!

Circles back to nothing.. The only reason this didn't get zero stars is because 1 star is the lowest choice. I can see a link to my results, but when I click on it, it just circles back to nothing.

Horrible. Everything put in correctly and getting “Not Found” so I can’t view my images. Clicking on support gives a notice that the URL has changed and link doesn’t work. Even if I could review results the interface is horrible. How am I supposed to know what to pick from the unnamed list which I assume is for identifying the type or organization of the image? Why can’t I just hand type my birthday instead of the calendar tool? No instructions, no security.

DOES NOT WORK. Doesn’t work login and only option is mednax and says not found. Can’t see images of baby or the visit breakdown of baby’s measurements. Tricefy app my doc used previously was way better.

Ignore other reviews. A lot of reviews say this app is bad because of how long it takes to show ultrasounds. Give the ultrasound techs time people. It’s not going to happen instantly. It gives options to save pictures and videos! It’s an amazing app

Won’t log in. Not found. You select Mednax under patients and it says Not Found. Can’t get logged into at all

Must use laptop/computer. I was able to view my ultrasound on my laptop. I tried using my phone but it wouldn’t find me as a patient when I put in my information.

Not the average user friendly app... Says it can’t find my images let alone me…. TIP! Write your date of birth instead of last name then highlight and select it. After that delete it where you typed it in “last name” area. Then write your last name in correct spot FOLLOWED by “PASTE” DOB CHECK YOUR BOXES THEN ENTER. Now IF it finds you, you can login but I still can’t be found. But atleast you now have a way around that part!

Useless - can’t log in. Worthless app. Can’t type anything into DOB, you can only paste into that field. Even then, it can’t find me in the system.

Patient portal does not work. Shouldn’t even have an option for patient if it’s not going to work... I can’t access any of my ultrasounds because their website is also not conducive for saving images.

Ultrasound. I had an ultrasound done for breast and the imaging office sent me a link to download this app. The drop down for department however only listed pediatrix so I was not able to pull up my images as they had no record under that department.

Doesn’t work at all. Logged in as a clinician, and I cannot see anything whatsoever: no patient names, no patient data, it’s just a white screen and an error pop up. Using their website through safari on my phone is more effective (can’t see any documents uploaded though).

Log in issues, loading issues, all around issues. After spending what felt like forever trying to sign up (didn’t have the correct options, so I had to guess, then couldn’t input my birthday, etc.) it won’t load my ultrasound images! It took forever to load the first set of images, which was just my baby’s spine… I’d really like to be able to save a picture of his little face. On top of that, every time you close the app, it signs you out and makes you get a code through email and go through that entire process all over just to sign in. Im very upset that I can’t access the images of my baby. I’ll forever have some of my daughter, but my sons sit in this unusable app.

Image of CT. Zero stars actually given. Was unable to sign in on app or view ANY IMAGES OF EXAM. Just kept going in circles. I see why one stars have the largest number on reviews. As another person said, I was forced to give one star review because ZERO STARS wasn’t given as option.

READ BEFORE DOWNLOADING :: This app is for Healthcare Professionals !!!. Hi everyone. After much trial and error, I feel as though the app is more accessible to healthcare professionals than it is to the patients. Below are the 10 steps I took to finding out WHY: 1. My doctors provided me with a link to view my documents and pictures. I received this link via email and opened it using my iPhone. 2. I followed the link using Safari (and later Google Chrome to rule out any web browser issues). I was prompted to submit my first and last name, my birthdate, and a verification code the website later provided. 3. My documents and pictures appeared shortly after (in a list of thumbnails on the left and the first “accessible” document in a column on the right). I was then given the choice to view everything using this app OR continue using the website. 4. I chose to follow the suggestion. I downloaded the app and “created an account”. After “signing in”, there were no more prompts, I wasn’t able to access ANYTHING, and I was given multiple error messages after each attempt. 5. I figured I would attempt to view my documents and pictures on my Mac laptop. (I later attempted to view everything on 3 other Mac laptops, a Mac desktop, and a PC). 6. I followed the same steps from above (specifically steps 1-4), and declined any prompts about using this app or leaving the web page I was already on. 7. My documents and pictures were still visible, but I was NOT able to download, save, drag and drop, copy and paste, attach or share any of them to my computer or email. I also wasn’t able to airdrop them to another device. 8. My tech savvy husband came to the rescue and brought to my attention that the document and picture files are saved using a specific format that can only be fully opened using photograph programs or apps like Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro, Final Cut, etc. 9. With these kinds of programs, you would be able to have complete access to the files. This would allow you to download them freely and change the file itself to a more user friendly format like jpeg or even pdf. ONLY THEN could you save them using a format that would enable you to view them on any device as you wish. 10. We don’t have any of these programs and instead pulled each picture up individually in separate Safari tabs. If your Mac laptop and iPhone are synced together, you can THEN view each tab in your iPhone, screenshot the documents and photos, and crop them as necessary to have access to them in your phone’s photo album. I hate angry reviews that bash something without giving the reasons why it doesn’t work. HOPEFULLY THIS HELPS SOMEONE. Good Luck!

App. It won’t even let me sign up. Very frustrating that I can’t view my breast exam. Especially because I have a 9m nodule apparently!!!! Anxious? Why yes I am!!!!!!!!!!!

Don’t waste your time. Horrible app. I spent my whole day after my ultrasound trying to access my pics on my phone. My provider sent me a link via email and it sent me to this app. The app was blank, no pics or documents. I tried over a dozen times to log in, got a code texted, etc. It only worked from my desktop computer. Don’t waste your time trying to do it on your phone and don’t even bother with this app.

Sad. Just says no studies found.. ☹️ erm.. idk that’s not what it says on the other side but hopefully it gets fixed? 🤞🏼
