Doesn’t seem to work. Doesn’t seem to work. It hasn’t caught any of the spam calls coming to my phone. All it does is block the numbers you tell it to block, which I could do myself with my phone settings. The problem is, spammers can use any number. Does this actually block ROBO or phishing calls, as in, calls sent out by random numbers to masses? Doesn’t seem so. And it wants me to turn off my ad blocker on my internet browser. Why?

Blocks Everything including calls I don’t want blocked. Ok so at first glance I was amazed! All of those neighbor spoofing calls I was getting were gone! Completely wiped out. Also the daily 6am wake up call from overseas. But a few days later, I noticed that I wasn’t getting any calls. Not only that, but friends started to email me asking why I was not picking up my phone. This app is blocking every call that comes through. From my doctors office to my friends and family. They get blocked. I do not see a setting and no one has responded to my email asking for help yet that I sent two days ago. I guess I’m out $20.

Pretty effective couple kinks.. I have a couple different numbers because of my career) so I use a couple different services to protect us nationally and internationally. This app didn’t work for a while properly which was frustrating. However, customer service did a great job explaining they were updating and making it better and to just be patient. I wasn’t disappointed. The only reason I’m taking off star is every couple weeks I get repeat spam calls) and I’m definitely blocking the numbers. But somehow they come back. So it’s not always consistent. But it really does help) especially when you consider how much Spam there is out there, and I’m hopeful that it will keep improving. Also sometimes when I update it daily ) it freezes.

Another Uninterrupted Day. This is app is a Godsend. No longer am I afraid to answer my phone. And the best thing... I don’t even have to be bothered by seeing the call across my screen. Then get ready to listen and laugh hysterically!

Almost Too Good. I wish I could change the settings to allow numbers not in my contact list to be able to leave messages. I miss too many valid incoming calls from medical facilities etc because Robocaller blocks all calls from none contact list numbers. I don’t always know all the numbers from a particular medical facility that may call me.

Not a free app.. This is a subscription app. FYI. And you won’t know until you proceed to next screen after phone number. Note to developer…..I certainly hope you don’t share the information in any way. Downloading an app does not constitute a business relationship with you or you partners. Any calls will be considered spam calls. You will be held responsible for any violations along with the actual caller. Fair warning.

Peaceful life again. This has been a big help has stopped those calls I get all day sometimes 15 calls or more a day had to turn off my phone even during my dialysis treatment now what peace I reck amend it to every one.

Phone protector. Robo has been fine until today and it wouldn’t Move whatsoever ! ?

Worth it. This app is worth every penny. I was getting 10 or more spam and telemarketing calls a day. Since I installed this, only two got through last month.

Happy that I got it. What I truly appreciate about this app is its ability to simply hang up on blocked numbers. If I block a call, I'm certainly not interested in hearing your message. Kudos to the developer for a common sense approach to call blocking.

Not happy. I haven’t had one call blocked I will be canceling this app not going to pay for something that doesn’t work, I am on a five day trial I want to cancel this now so I can get something that works. I am very Sick in heart failure I can’t keep getting these calls. I have gotten 3 spam calls while texting this

Beyond my expectation. Works beautifully, I was receiving several calls daily from a private/withheld number, it all stopped once this app was installed.

Doesn’t Work!. I have tried every setting and it still blocks every number but the spam and unwanted calls. I’ve allowed access to my contact list and call from my contacts go straight to voicemail. If this continues I will demand a refund from an app that doesn’t work.

RobBlocker. Fairly new to app. But not really impressed. Still receiving multiple calls. I am supposed to be on a federal no call list, what a joke. Rob calls are definitely out of hand. But then what isn’t these days. I’m gonna give it another month if no better? Look for something better.

Stellar. Thanks so much for this service! It works really well to supplement other SPAM blocking on phone and iPad. Just refreshed and found out that currently I had over 329,000 messages and calls. Unbelievable. Only thing to remember is to refresh the blocking from time to time. I had this much SPAM as a result of forgetting to refresh every so often.

Just received this. I have had this only one day and I had problems getting it set up but I was so surprised I didn’t hear my cell phone going off every five minutes so far so good I think I’m gonna like this

Works Fantastic. I have tried all the call blocking apps in the iTunes store and some work better than others but this particular app seems to be the best so far. Since I’ve downloaded it I haven’t had a call yet.

Not Impressed. I still get calls from unknown numbers a couple of times a day!!

Doesn’t work.... I spent a few hours while it went through the “5 to 10 minute blocking process” It appeared to reach well over 270,000 blocked numbers. Then, I received a legit call I had to answer- after the call, I went back to the app and it was back to 0 blocked calls instructing me to press start again🙄#aintnobodygottimeforthat Please refund my $1.99 and discontinue my subscription.

Not working. I paid for one year subscription. It worked for few months. But now I keep getting scam phone calls which should be blocked by this app, but it doesn’t. Not sure why this would happen, kinda disappointed with it. 2 stars is because it worked before.

Hard to set up. It keeps telling me not set up correctly and I keep doing what it says. I’ve had the subscription for a month and it’s useless if it doesn’t work.

Works for me!. Robot call Blocker is by far one of the most useful apps this is by far one of the most useful apps out there. Install this app to stay stressfree from all the annoying robocalls.

It works!!!. I don’t know what all the one star reviews are about but this app has worked for me the since moment I downloaded it!!

Much fewer robocalls!. Does a good job of blocking most robocalls but lets through legitimate calls. Doesn’t quite rate a 5 because you must manually update your blocked call list everyday. If you have web sites that use 2 step authentication do NOT turn on block unknown numbers.

Crashes. Very disappointed! After being able to open the app to begin subscription it has not done anything except making things frustrating! App blocks important notification text alerts such as UPS text updates, and phone calls. I can't even open app now! I basically paid to deal with a headache. I'm cancelling subscription until this is fixed!!!!

SPAM CALLS. I don’t understand how I can purchase this system to eliminate unwanted soliciting calls but instead of eliminating the calls it has actually increased the amount of calls I get a day that are SPAM. I tried rating you a 0 but that wasn’t an option so consider this a negative 2! It’s ridiculous that I have to try blocking around 20 calls a day for things such as; student loans. Social security scams, banking fraud, and more! I never had his issue with AT&T

1st robo call failed. Within minutes after I got this app put in my phone. I had two phone calls from 508 area. I called one of the numbers back and said it’s not in service and it was a Verizon number. I spoke to Verizon about a number and they can automatically pull these numbers up from somewhere outside the United States or another state and say it’s from a state. So this failed twice. Don’t purchase this app

Strike Back Update. "With telemarketers and the like becoming more aggressive and persistent, it is good to have an app like this to interrupt their aggravation. More than 20 calls per week? You need this app. Get it today! UPDATE: Well. Houston, we have a problem. I have had to uninstall this beast because it kills my voicemail. Callers that I want to send to voicemail get stuck in voicemail hell somewhere and I never get a message. When I remove Robokiller from the equation, everything is alright. Robokiller just isn’t tossing the good callers back to the right place in my phone ecosystem. No fix is available. I’ve tried EVERYTHING including wiping the phone. Alas, it was good while it lasted. Bye Robokiller."

Cumbersome and Ineffective. My first complaint about the app was the amount of input needed to enable functionality. I input received spam phone numbers as requested, until getting a reply that I’d reached the maximum number allowed (complaint #2)! The effectiveness of the app steadily decreased, to the point of becoming nearly worthless (complaint #3). If you have time to kill, and $20 to blow- get it.

So far, so good!. It’s been 1 week and this app blocked over 20 spam texts. Unfortunately, a few that I didn’t want blocked were in there and I am hoping it will learn not to do it. It hasn’t blocked any phone calls and I have received a couple. It’s alright, though, it is the texts that were really out of hand. I’ll write again if I have additional praise or gripes, as it has only been one week.

Working now. With the latest update the app is broken and is full of bugs. Waiting for next update. With latest update the app is working now. It does block robo calls.

Review.. Down load and paid for this app It is not blocking any numbers. Still getting calls from senators and others wanting money. Still receiving text from these folks also. Texts and calls trying to sell me car warranty. Please do something to help me.

Lousy. Will not allow me to refresh anymore. This is not worth the money spent. In addition to other issues I have had mentioned in another review , I can no longer refresh because it says Maximum Entries Exceeded. Seems to me they would appreciate my many spam calls because I’m doing all the work but no!

Problems with it. It does work very well. However, my mother fell and I thought the doctor never called back. It blocked the important calls. The number was in my contacts so it should have gone through. It also blocks my supermarket pickup texts. Uninstalled. Dangerous when it blocks doctor’s calls on your list.

Lock up. This thing just doesn’t wanna work. The App will continually lock up. You add one number to the Block list and it shuts down, now you have reboot the app each time you input a phone number to get anything done.

Excellent at blocking calls. This app works great! Takes away the phone calls that i don't have on my contact list.

Still getting multiple spam calls each day. Installed program last week. Number of spammers per day may be increasing. No way to push button and list as spammer. Have to write down number and turn around and renter it. Getting multiple calls for vehicle repair insurance and purported government agencies that are not immediately moved to voice mail. I have to key the denial.

Craig. Was receiving 5-10 spam texts a day. After using this app, it dropped to less than 1 or 2 and they were identified immediately as junk, easy to delete. I let the app run in the background and it works as advertised. I would recommend this app, it’s working great for me!

Break thru calls. Up until the last few weeks I never even heard the calls that were being blocked - just saw that them. Now calls are coming through and I don’t know why?

Very Helpful. This app is amazing, it is my job to answer the phone when people call me. Taking the scams and telemarketers out of circulation is a big help. Really love the app and recommend it to anyone who has issues with telemarketing.

What I was looking for. Since installing and subscribing I have been spam free so far! It doesn’t block wanted numbers and messages which was a concern I had.

It won’t do what it promises!. I paid for the “Pro” version , and every time I start it (it says it will take “a few minutes “ to enter all the numbers up to 250,000. But it runs for hours and hours,,and then suddenly quits and goes back to the minimal number.I have tried re-starting it at least 10 times, and my patience is gone. In stead of protecting us from spam and scams, I think it IS a scam. And I’m sure I will never get my money back. Everyone beware. I will change the review only if1) someone helps me get this working as promised, or 2) they refund my money. I’m not going to hold my breath.

Unhappy. I am very unhappy with this app when I first got it I was happy with it then it seem like when I upgraded and actually started paying for it I’m still getting calls from numbers that I blocked and I blocked all the numbers pertaining to those the first six digits of the numbers ever calling me I’m very unhappy About that’s why am I paying for something that isn’t Stopping the spam callers

Need to improve service. The service has blocked 75 percent of the unwanted Robo calls. I am still getting calls from the same companies. Not sure why

I immediately cancelled and still trying to bill me!. I immediately cancelled this and it keeps trying to bill me. I also immediately deleted the app. Just got a billing request saying there was a problem with my account that I had tried to delete. So they are very scammy. I have a call blocker through Verizon so I didn’t need this.

Robo killer. I am absolutely happy with Robo killer kids now I don’t have to deal with all the stupid phone calls that I get all day long trying to sell me something or get me to buy some thing thank you Robo killer for saving me a big headache

Excellent App. I went from receiving several scam calls per week to almost none at all with this app. I don’t think the free service is all that effective but the paid service is amazing and worth paying the $5 per month. I estimate that the paid service blocks about 95% of calls and I’m more than happy to pay a few dollars a month to have peace of mind and none of these annoying distractions. Highly recommend and in my opinion think that all telco providers should be providing this to their customers

Not working on Australian Number. This app does not work! It does not block anything. It is only designed for US number to block US numbers!

Tried it out. Not effective.. I tried it for a week. The interface is good with no nonsense, but in the end it just wasn’t effective. Not only was I still getting spam calls, it annoyingly let through one that I’d already marked as blocked on iPhone’s built in blocking.

Do not download.. Ever since downloading I have received 10 times as many calls. There is something fishy about this.

Waste of money. Doesn’t do what it claims. Let’s unknown numbers, sms and all calls through after settings changed. Absolute piece of garbage.

False advertising. Didn’t block anything. Within days robo calls increased in frequency and diversity of numbers. The also says it only accepts US numbers, I’m in Australia.

Not happy. Still getting spam. I’ve only had roboblock for a few weeks so perhaps I’m doing something wrong. But I am still getting as much spam as before. I’m going to start entering numbers and words. That might help.

Doesn’t block SMS spam.. Installed and finally got it updated. Received multiple SMS spam messages since. It’s impossible to attempt blocking by words and phrases because these spam messages use random spaces between words, leaving only generic words as whole. If I were to block these whole words, legitimate SMS would be blocked as well. Unless there’s a way to make this work better I won’t be subscribing.

Call blocking. It seems to reduce unknown callers in first two weeks but now I got lots of unknown calls. How do you make it more efficient? G Lo

Blocking words. Hi, if I block some words, will the text messages containing those words show up in the message app? will I get any notification for those text messages that contain the blocked words? If so, I’ll get the “one year” plan. JIC: The numbers are not in my contact list.

If you’re looking to block international numbers..... This app won’t help you. Since most of the crap I get these days is from overseas, not being able to block entire countries is a pretty big limitation. Installed, looked at faq, uninstalled and cancelled free trial.

Neighbor spoofing. Works ok. However the App locked up and I had to uninstall and reinstall. I hope I don’t get charged twice. I hope it isn’t a coincidence but I am getting more calls than ever.

Doesn’t work. I paid for the subscription and it used to block all texts from strangers and those horrible 20 texts at once things but now it doesn’t block any of them!

Would never launch!. I had very high hopes for this app but after several attempts to open the app and get started with the yearly plan it would come up and blink out. Would never load after I paid.

Doesn’t seem to make any difference. Still getting tons of calls and SMS. There doesn’t seem to be any log or list of calls that it does block. You also have to manually open the app to update the lists every week.

Terrible app. I signed up for Robo Killer and now I don’t receive any incoming calls. I have made repeated attempts to contact the company but they do not answer their phone or make any attempt to get back to me. They make it impossible to contact them directly or cancel services. If you value your incoming calls avoid this app. Horrible experience

Still getting to many unwanted calls. I haven’t seen much improvement in blocking all the unwanted calls I’m getting. If it doesn’t get “ a lot” better I’m canceling Robot call blocker

Blocked number from calling me. I have two numbers that have been blocked from calling me. When these two people call my number they get another person. One of these people is my daughter and the other is my good friend. Can I get some help?

The best call blocker app I have used to date.. This app works great fo me. Spam calls unwanted calls it definitely blocks those for me.

Not working. This has disabled my phone. Can’t receive calls and it throws all of the calls into some weird voicemail . It is totally frustrating!! I want to completely temice it from my phone.

Best filter app out there!. I have to say I’m very impressed with this app. They already have a large database of spam and scam numbers.

Does not work for me. I had it for a week I still get calls I have caller is so random names show up and it’s spam irs ppl or other crap and now I get text messages too if it does change in few days inwill Change the review .

Does Not Block much. I kept track for a week, and it blocked 18% of the robo calls. That’s pretty poor. I followed the directions and uploaded the spam calls and neighborhood spoofing for a week. Try something else.

Not sure this does anything. Calls now come from seemingly randomly generated numbers that are wildly diverse and yet often have identical messages. I still seem to get as many of these as before. Am ending my paid subscription.

Not the greatest. It either blocks calls that are allowed to call me but I never get messages from because of this app and I also keep getting unwanted spam calls that it does not block it’s like a reverse call Blocker

My call blocker. Works wonderful, my phone never ever rings on spam calls, so all I have to do is block the caller and fini! It’s all done

RoboKiller. This does not work and now I can’t delete it. I am still getting the same amount of spam and robo calls. Someone please help me get rid of it. It does not show up on the face of my phone to delete that way

Call got through.. Not sure why the ad popped up after they called , as I am on the National Do Not Call List. I did not solicit this service. Now I will have to make note of the time and the company and the contact information.

20 percent still get through. It’s supposed to stop any calls not in my contacts but some still come through.

Does not update blocked call database. Seems to help but there is no link to update version. Also tapping update block does not work. For a paid app this should work better.

No difference. I’ve had this on my phone for a few weeks now and I can honestly say I can’t see any difference in the amount of spam calls and text I receive.

Decided to give this a try. How do you know if this is working when you can’t what they are blocking? Or does it show you? A number just came threw

App. I downloaded the app hoping that it will stop me from getting spam calls but no they app won’t even open. When I click on the app I wait 10 sec and it will kick me out of the app most useless app out there. I did this 10 times than decided to delete the app and re download it but no it’s still the same problem.

Call blocker. So far I’m sorry to bother you, but I have not seen anything yet as I just had a phone call and they wanted me to call them back. That to me is a Robot call that was not blocked.

still getting calls that are scammers. in December.. HELP!. I signed up last Thursday and this is the following Monday. I am still getting random crazy calls. WHY?

junk. downloaded it and took the seven day free trial then pay for the year but as soon as i downloaded the app and did everything it said to do activated call blocker and when it said waitng to activate it kicked me out of the app every time i clicked the app to open it again it would force close as many times as i tried this app should be reported had to cancle and delete the app it has bugs so people becarfull if your going to download this app

Never worked. This was a total bust and waste of money. It never blocked a real spam/robo call. You must enter a spam number to build a data base and then it will be blocked. Which is about $25 higher than just using the block feature on your iPhone.

Awesome. Only had for one day and it has stopped so many calls. I love this app! The Bots are awesome. 5 stars all day long

Great...but?. This is a great app, however, it’s not clear if you have to add each spam call as it comes thru, or does the app grab it. Also, does it ever send unknown numbers to voicemail?

Still Learning. I have gotten 5 robocalls since getting this app. I think I have had less than normal, but I am not sure!

Does It’s Job ALMOST Perfectly. This app is just as good as Robokiller, however, I still get a call about once every two days that is not blocked properly.

Don’t Waste Your Money. App is useless. If you keep adding numbers shouldn’t the spammer number increase over time. Does not block sms either. Added text when I received random txt ads. App did nothing to reduce frequency. Recommend finding something that delivers what they say.

Does not work. Downloaded, paid for and this app then failed in every aspect. Won’t stop robo calls or out of country call interruptions. I can’t open the app beyond enlarging the app logo which quickly shrinks back to small size. What have I paid for here?

Spam Killer. So grateful for this app thank you god whew !!!! I’m a very happy camper. I love this app. Blocks everything and it is a hoot to listen in on the calls. The scammers get scammed.

Doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money. The neighborhood spoofing feature does not work. I configured it the setting and I am constantly still getting calls. I submitted a support ticket and nobody responded. Horrible. Requested a refund and deinstalling the app!
