Wiped my character. After spending time and money on the game, they deleted my character. I want my money back!

Can’t log in. This game is excellent, but I can’t log in. I use Facebook for my account in the game, but suddenly the account has expired or something and no matter what I do I can’t get in. I can’t recover password because I used Facebook and not an email. I can’t play because of this which angers me because I have made great progress with the game and almost finished the story. Please fix this!

why do i need the patch every time i open it?. i love this game! but i dont want to play it when it makes me wait ten minutes every time i open it to download the same patch. very very annoying, please fix this.

Worst game don’t even waste your time on this game. This game is so frustrating as I had a friend who has like tons of accounts in other servers as only playing in one account is pretty boring and they froze her account..? She spent lot of time,money,and effort in those accounts and they just freeze because it was an alternative account. The developers really need to stop doing that as it’s so time wasting, not being able to log in one day and finding out your account has been frozen and when my friend tried to message them, they only said they had to freeze it because it was an alternative account. That was only reason and that’s a really trashy response.

Boring game. Broken language and worst customer service. Don't be fooled by the high rating. They are mostly from trolls.

DONT PLAY THIS GAME!!!. I wish I can give this game a zero star but it won’t let me do so. Don’t play this game ppl! I’m from the old version of this game that was hold by another agent. I spend $2000+ in the old version, and they said they are going to stop that server since they are going to have a new agent to operate this game. No refund, no money back. The customer service group said they are going to refund 120% GOLD to our new account for the new agent’s server. YES they did, BUT we have to be in a specific server that is for the old server’s players ONLY. We can not play with the other new players. This is UNFAIR! 为什么你们要区别对待？我们老玩家不是人还是我们比新玩家更不好坑？凭什么我们要被锁起来？为什么不能和新玩家一起玩？你们这种态度是认真做游戏还是只想赚钱？垃圾游戏！

I dont know what i was expecting.. Immediately I could tell this was going to be a pretty shoddy game. First time booting it up, I had to wait several hours just for it to download everything. Okay, I’m fine with that, I understand. Considering this is a Friend Times game, I was used to that sort of system because of other games like Royal Chaos that used that. Oh, speaking of Royal Chaos.. That game and this is exactly the same. Same story, same gameplay, same play-style, heck, even the names of the characters and the dialogue is EXACTLY the same from Royal Chaos. They didn’t even try to hide it. I seriously couldn’t believe it. They didn’t even bother to alter the names, roles or even the character designs. I could tell this game was also “influenced” by Call Me Emperor as well. Oh, I’m not quite done yet. So, I only got to play the game once. I can’t ever play it again. You know why? Well, let’s just say its a really, REALLY convenient coincidence when I get immediately kicked out of the server and my account BLACKLISTED from the game right after saying how the game was extremely similar to Royal Chaos in the chat. I’m not joking. I sent a message out about how this game directly copies Royal Chaos, a few others agreed, I went on to say about how they didn’t even try to hide it with the characters names and etc., and then BAM. I was logged out, and my account was apparently “frozen”. I still think how hilarious this is, and this was literally like 20 minutes before writing this review. Overall, 2 stars, mainly because I actually like Royal Chaos. This game on itself though is futile in its efforts.

Boring Storyline. The grammar is horrifying and the words aren’t even used correctly. The culture isn’t very accurate as I am a Chinese person, I know. Although the idea was semi creative, it was too repetitive. For anyone looking to download this game, just please look at the stars. Do you really want to download that?

I Don’t Get Why It Has 2.8. Honestly, this game isn’t even that bad. The only thing I don’t like is the quality of the game. Developer, please make the graphics better and HD.

It’s good once u take time to learn it. This comment is going to be pretty long, but I hope this is informative. This game honestly has a pretty high learning curve especially when you get into the higher levels and more tools and options are unlocked for your character. But the mechanics are pretty smart, and to get good at the game you need to put forth a bit of planning and effort. The more you play, the more you learn, ESPECIALLY if you talk with your in-game mentors or more experienced players. The tips that these people can give you are crucial! I see many comments regarding characters “disappearing”, and I think I have an answer for that. The game sometimes opens new servers, and the login screen will automatically switch to the newer server sometimes. So if you don’t look at the server number and click “login” it takes you to the new player create character page. No, your character did not get deleted, your character is just on a different server. I’ve made this mistake before, and I hope putting this here can help out those who have this question. Now, regarding the whole paying money situation. Yes, if you pay money it will make it easier to grow your character and your team, BUT collecting ingots (in-game currency) is not as difficult as people make it out to be. You just need to be a bit patient. For example, the game has a “dailies” menu, in which if you complete an array of tasks each day, you will collect a maximum of 115 ingots per day, which is 805 ingots per week. In addition, the new version now has log in ingots, which gives you 100 new ingots per 5 days of log in. Aside from these methods, there are other ways to earn ingots in-game as well. You also have to use ingots carefully and plan it out to get the most out of your ingots. There are lots of resources in the game that are very often overlooked by newer or inexperienced players, so the resources often go to waste (if newer players are not aware of the value of the resources and throw them away). I will emphasize again the importance of asking people for tips and tricks. A lot of players put money into this game because they want to make their character and team stronger than everyone else’s, so they are willing to spend. Free to play players may feel a pressure of not being able to keep up due to the spending players’ speed of team improvement. But in the end it depends on what you are looking for in a game. If you want to be one of the top ranked players in the server then you will have to be willing to pay money in order to make your character strong. If you are a casual player just looking for a good time, you don’t have to spend and you could still get a decent team and decent power if you work hard.

Horrible graphics. The graphics in this game compared to royal chaos, are absolutely atrocious.

Redundant. Basically a run down, worse quality version of Royal Chaos (another game made by this company). Personally I think both of these games just milk you for your money and don’t give free to play players a chance.

Nice game but...👎🏻👎🏻. Don’t get me wrong the game is good but I wish it didn’t have the same story line as Royal Chaos. Tbh that’s boring and just because the graphics are better don’t mean it’s different from Royal Chaos. Kinda disappointed me which I decided to get rid of the game.

I want my character back. I was a deputy 5 and I was loving the game, however, one day when it went to load it didn’t work. It sent me to the beginning to make a new character entirely! I was level 51!!! I would’ve loved being able to keep playing but I didn’t want to go through the whole thing again. Long story short don’t try to load right after patching or with low internet. I’ll miss my physician Zifen 😢

To long of a tutorial. The tutorial is too long and I wanted to play but tutorial was so long and I’m not patient!

It’s an ok...... I always see ads of this game and I it bothers me. So I wanted to see why there is always sooo many ads of this chaos of a game. I realized this game has sooo much on the screen at one that I get very confused. It is kinda of a rip-off of Royal Chaos. Though the game animation is very well done. And a lot of things are happening at once!!!!!!!! It’s kinda trash. The battle mode is looks kinda stupid.

Can you delete other characters. You continue to make new servers with newer storylines than the old ones if I log into Facebook account I have at least five characters but is their a way to delete the old ones I don’t play anymore if I log into a new server with Facebook? I’m tempted to just log into the game with Twitter and not play on the servers with my Facebook log in.

HELP. This game is a lot like royal chaos with a different art style. So, I wouldn’t recommend having both, but that’s nothing against this game. It’s good, However, I’m a bit upset, as my game has been trapped in a never ending loop. I need to level up. So I go to my mission, which is to enhance my character. However, I can’t enhance my character because I need to be a higher lvl to enhance. So I can’t level up! 😿 It’s very annoying and I’d like for this to be fixed :) Thanks!

something seems very familiar. Is it me or is this game exactly like royal chaos?!?!? Right down to the storyline!!!!!! Honestly if you going to have a the same storyline then at least change the other games storyline as soon as I started playing I noticed it

Help. I have got problem my account has been frozen what to do i do not have the contact number my account is wei wei. It is still frozen so please unfreeze it. I don’t know how to add rename card on the game.

If you are in a quiet dead server you are stuck. I switched server after my cousin had me join one to learn the game but it was so quiet and I like to talk to people so I changed to a different server. My account was frozen and was labeled an alt. When asked if they can’t release this account and remove the other I got nothing. So I wasted time, money, and am forced to stay on a server that is basically dead. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GAME!!!

It’s not bad. Seeing all these 1 star reviews made me avoid this app several times...until eventually I gave in and wanted to try just to see why others are considering it a bad app. I think it isn’t actually that bad. In fact, a similar app known as Beauty Rivalry, I think is the worst app. I am enjoying this game so far but I wish the developers would have done a completely new story campaign plot line, but then it seems that it’s the exact replica of Royal Chaos story plot.

Deleted my account?. Hadn’t played for a while because of being so busy with school and I come back to find that my account was deleted😐. It hasn’t even been all that long. The app is fun up to a certain point where it gets almost impossible to advance.

This game is a scam. I wanted to warn players who want to download this game, DO NOT PUT ANY MONEY in it! This company has developed a same version before, and old players has put thousands of dollars in. However, because they have changed game agent in states, they announced to wipe off all the data in game, right after they did a promotion of $800 products in game! They are just paying old players with the game currency, which will make old players lose all the vip privilege, equipments and any important thing that game currency can’t buy! Also, they have game masters that pretend players in game. They started fightings with regular players, so that regular players will put more money in game to win the fight. This company should be stopped doing business in App Store!!!!!!

Do not download. It won't let me press what I want and is boring do not put any money into the game

Frustrating. Honestly I am very frustrated with the fact that you can’t have multiple characters across multiple servers. I like having more than one character per device as it gives me more chances to interact with people on the different servers and be able to differentiate between my characters on the servers. The game’s system marks other characters you make as alts and then freezes the other characters you have which is really unfair. Also it’s also really hard to keep up with caring for your heirs in the game which just ruins the fun ( you can’t get a lot of dime in the game too easily to pay for things to help care for the heirs and help them grow). Also it’s not fair gameplay for the high level heroes in the summoning part of the game to cost ingots that are difficult to get without paying to get more ingots. I just want to have multiple characters to play it makes my experience for the game more enjoyable and fun.

Frustrating daily downloads. I enjoy this game for the most part. However, it’s suddenly making me download a patch every time I try to play. The download takes forever which honestly just causes me to play less. If I try to proceed without downloading by clicking cancel instead, the app closes. Also less frustrating but still frustrating - once you get to a certain point in the game, it only lets you read 2 or 3 chapters of the story at a time before saying you have to be at the next level to see more. Between that and the download issue, it’s gotten rather frustrating.

My favorite game. After several years of having left this game, I can say one thing very honestly, I could not stop thinking about it. The way the charactars are animated and how they bow. I love how it has standards in place and a nice storyline. It’s underrated and I love it. Din’t give the creators a hard time guys. Every game has flaws ❤️

Basically Royal Chaos with new art. I LOVE Royal Chaos, so when I saw an ad for a different game from the developers I knew I had to try it. This game is just like Royal Chaos, but a worst version. Don’t bother. Developers, you need to make a new story. It’s obvious you’re just remaking Royal Chaos, don’t put the same characters in and make things significantly different. The only difference is the art style. I really am addicted to Royal Chaos, so if you can make a game that obviously is different than Royal Chaos, then I’ll try that out. I’m disappointed. 😕

BECAREFUL!!!!. I play the original game of this two years ago, spent a lot of money into this game, also made a lot of friends from all over the world, and one day they told us the game was no longer available, they went bankrupt... now the game is no longer in the store. then they made more same exact games like this one, and a lot of them also went through “bankruptcy” and no longer available (after a lot of players spend money on the game)... Love it!. Love this game. The storylines are super addicting. The costumes are gorgeous. And tons of side quests to keep me hooked!

Frustrating. I was told that I need to bind my account. What ever that means. I tried and now I cannot unbind it from Facebook to bind my email which is very frustrating and a bit stressful. Plus the story is getting depressing. MC joining a nunnery? Really?!? Will uninstall unless I get some answers.

Terrible. I haven’t even played this game and I already have a terrible review on it. I tried downloading this game once, but I didn’t have enough storage so I deleted stuff of my phone. Now when I try to download it again it says I have already downloaded it and it’s gonna add addition charges to my phone. I was excited to try this, but I don’t want additional charges on my phone.

Highly P2W (Pay to Win) Game. I wouldn’t suggest this game unless you’re willing to spend a lot of money on it, since it gets very hard to progress later on if you don’t spend any money. The game support group is also terrible (very rude), since they don’t make any effort to explain or answer questions, and instead pushes it back onto you. This company also does not have a great reputation, since they made events for Royal Chaos (basically this game but slightly different), which gave you very cheap rewards for rating it 5 stars.

Censorship. Please fix the censored words. A lot of them are not inappropriate yet get blanked out. (spicy, april, wish, etc.) Please bring back the hero summon events, not the ingot ones, a lot of players are waiting for them.

Progress gone. I logged in and I couldn't find any of my progress. I had to restart the game. 😡😡

Two versions. There are two versions of this game! This one is far prettier, but the other is easier to use. The interface is a bit messy and very confusing at times. If you want to enjoy the exact same story I suggest downloading Royal Chaos instead.

Poorly managed. None of new features or gameplays got released after each update. Instead of improving, only focusing on hosting more top-up related events. Bugs and issues everywhere. Slow and useless customer service. 1/10

Good Game!!. Found it very enjoyable, interesting story and fun multiplayer dynamics! The game isn’t pay to win, unlike some reviews might say. You can get pretty far without ever paying (I haven’t paid yet and I’m in the top of my server!) as long as you work well with other players (faction and marriage give great buffs) Tons of fun, very few bugs that I’ve found (the chat can be a bit buggy with special symbols). Big updates always bring new things (such as the introduction of Heirs!) Graphics are really nice as well!! 100% recommended

woah. didn’t go too far in the game it was incredibly detailed and the graphics were great but it gave me a headache with all the things happening. it was very busy and was quite boring. you can try it but i doubt you will keep it for very long
