Old app worked much better.. I agree with other reviewers that this app is not an improvement. Not only did I have to reset my login and password, I lost all my reward points. My credit card info had to be put in again, which is understandable, however, the app does not save the credit card even after selecting the option to do so each time I order. Additionally, the tracking order feature only works for a little while. After a few minutes, the message turns to something like, “order status will be available after XX:XX,” which is always the time the order is placed. And the message never changes from that point on.

This app is horrible. Downloaded the app to place a mobile order. Added a pizza coupon to my order and then decided to not go with it in the end, So I deleted the pizza from my cart. When trying to check out with another item, I could not as the pizza coupon was still attached to the cart and I had no way to get rid of it. I had to close down the app and restart my entire order all over again. Then when I did get the order placed far in advance I was quoted a good time. The. i got there right on time and I still had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my order. I thought the app was a terrible experience overall. It felt clunky and just not an overall good experience.

Horrible app. I love Marcos, the food is great, but this app is absolutely terrible. It is not user friendly or intuitive at all, it is extremely glitchy and difficult to navigate. It is almost impossible to even log in because of this, the app keeps sending you to the same page again and again, and also does not tell you until after you complete your order if you are close enough for delivery or not. There is no clear navigation in the app, and the check out process is also very glitchy. And the pop up ads for extra items are very annoying. PLEASE work on the app, this is disgraceful

Even worse than it used to be, somehow. The former app was clunky, but functional. This new version is just a hot mess. The only improvement is the ability to pay in-app without going to a third-party processing website, but the fact that the developers still haven’t implemented ApplePay (like almost every other merchant that has an iPhone app) is ridiculous. Users are left with a choice to either enter credit card details each time or save them in Marcos’ system, and hope there’s no data breach. The functionality of ordering through the app is somehow even more wrought with difficulty than in the former version with unintuitive menu layouts and a focus on their “deals” that makes just ordering a favorite item involve unnecessary navigation. The app doesn’t allow coupon codes to be combined with fundraiser codes which is a great way to bilk customers out of some extra money and completely invalidate the rewards program that’s part of the app.

Fix the App. This rating is for the app only!! My daughter LOVES Marcos so we order it quite a bit. The app is not user friendly at all! First, if there’s a “Hot Deal,” I would like the see the “Hot Deal” price reflected on the screen when the order is added to the cart, if not whilst the details are being selected. In addition, links don’t work; they lead to black screens. After checkout, you can’t track your order. Once you’ve checked out, the screen shows your order details, but the red button says “order now.” It can be very confusing. Finally, I hate that the login doesn’t attempt to remember my login information. Of course, until they fix all the bugs, I guess I’d rather it not remember my info. It doesn’t seem secure. How low does your app rating have to get until you fix your online ordering app issues?

It’s 2023 … this app works like it’s from 2008. This app, with some difficulty, lets you order pizza from Marco’s. It does not let you use your online wallet or Apple Pay to buy said pizza. After you manage to place an order, you cannot track your order (even if you use their web site instead of this app). So it’s pretty much a complete surprise when the delivery person shows up, as no time estimate is given at any point. And as a bonus, if you had any rewards or favorites saved before they released this new version of the app, they’re all gone. It’s a shame, because Marco’s has good pizza, but it’s just too much trouble to order from them any more.

Was great!. Was great and easy to use. Now, since they’ve update their “online experience” or whatever, I can’t figure anything out. My last order, I couldn’t track. No big deal, figured it was just an error. But my order didn’t show up on the app at all. I logged in on an actual computer and it made me change my password. I tried to log in with that password (same email) on the app and it would not let me. I had to use my original but only the new password would work on the computer site. What? On the desktop site, it shows my last order and points accumulated. So somehow, I have two separate accounts with the same password but they are not interchangeable? What on earth?

App Update is Horrible. Since the company updated its app in the last month or so, I’ve had nothing but problems. First off, even after reinstalling the app, I have to login twice - once on the “old” version (interface) and once I click order, I have to sign in again (in the new interface). The new interface is nice and a little less cumbersome to order, but my old reward points don’t show up. And I’m no longer earning any rewards. My old coupons are gone also and have not been replaced with new ones. Also, after ordering, the new interface shows no record of my order nor can I track my order. After order on the app, I must then go to my email to verify my order has been received by the store. At this point, there’s no good reason to use the app. It’s actually easier and faster to call the store directly and place my order. No idea how to fix these problems.

Website is trash on purpose. Every since they changed the online ordering process & “updated” the website, it’s impossible to order online & get rewards for been a loyal customer. Let me explain what they did to hundreds of customer: They automatically reset the password with the new website update, it will tell you password expired & they will sent you an email to change, well you never get the email don’t matter how many times you request it. Easy fix, make another account right? WRONG! You try to make another account, the moment you put your address or your phone number, it will tell you that address/phone is already used by another customer, so it will give you the run around & make it impossible to ever order online for previous customers. This was done on purpose & I assume is to avoid giving discounts. It’s all business I assume, but never buying Marcos ever again since they ware of the problem with their website “update” & wont do nothing to fix it. Thank goodness there is other pizza places in town.

App is always broken. This is the most frustrating app. Their mobile website already has so many problems so I tried the app and wow. Every time I try to order it lets me go through the headache of picking out my order with all the errors and freezing and then. THEN. It always tells me there is an error and order can’t be processed. If you order any type of special deal, it gives all the options and won’t tell you that you can’t select any and pay extra or anything. No, it waits until the very end and then just has a pop up with the deal you selected and makes you read between the lines and go back through and not select anything extra. But doesn’t matter anyway because it will go through 0% of the time. With updated app and everything. The only way to order with Marco’s is to call but they don’t accept online deals via phone or use a desktop. But by that point you will be so sick to your stomach and exhausted you might as well make a salad.

Improvement needed. Was able to place an order on Feb-15 for delivery. Estimated pickup time was 45-55 minutes. Two hours later my order is still in prep. Called the store, looped on hold for 30 minutes and then I close and re-open the app (which I had done many times before - still in prep) and now a banner appears saying they’re not taking any more orders for the day. So now not only am I without food, they also used my loyalty coupon and charged my card. Because the stores been closed for a few days now - can’t get ahold of anyone. SUGGESTION 1: allow customers to cancel their own orders when they’ve been in prep for over 2 hours. Tried to leave feedback about this thru the app - it asks for a survey number on a receipt - SUGGESTION 2: put survey codes on app receipts. You’re showing up to a very competitive race pretty late and with the worst app by far, respectfully. SUGGESTION 3: have a mandatory Zoom meeting in how to change your phone and app settings in the event of unexpected shutdowns. It’s bad enough to be without power and water but when you have restaurants showing they’re open and taking orders online when they’re not that’s precious time and unnecessary risk commuting in dangerous conditions.

My points didn’t transfer over with this new update. I’ve been using the app for a while now and it’s the only way I order pizza from Marcos. I have never had a issue with the previous version and today I used the new version of this app which was fine. I did notice that in my reward I don’t have any points. Seems like my points I had already accumulated with Marcos did not roll over. That is pretty disappointing. I’m having to start all over again. Would be nice if in the future when updating the app that previous points earned and any history and favorites roll over as well.

Horrible after last update. I don’t normally write reviews but hoping another one star review here will prompt Marcos to make a change. I’ve been ordering on the app for at least 2 years or so but the most recent updates are the WORST I’ve seen. The app never remembers me, even after checking the box. I cannot track the order on the app anymore - it always gives an error, today it says “the order does not belong to this account. Please sign in with correct account”, really??? Considering that it can pull up all order information. The app NEVER remembers my credit card anymore, I have to enter it in every single time. By now I remember the credit card ##. The user interface looks odd and outdated, is harder to navigate than the previous one. Just all around a downgrade on the app experience. And don’t get me started with reward value changes and the fact that you now cannot apply a reward on top of a coupon…. All of the changes are almost enough for me to stop ordering from Marcos. If the kids weren’t so into it, I would.

Crazy bad app. I hate how people come on here and review the pizza. This isn’t a pizza review site you idiots. This is an APP review section. Anyway. The app is not great. My address is not new. The house was built 3 years ago and still to this day you cannot type in our address and it work. Why require exact addresses at all? If you can’t find the address you should allow the user to submit the order anyway. YOU ARE DIRECTLY LOSING BUSINESS BECAUSE OF THIS APP. I am proof of that. I eat a papa John’s strictly because you guys are on a high school level of professionalism and cannot allow users to free form type an address. It has to meet some address already preregistrated in your system. The software engineers care more about getting your address in the right format than allowing orders from people with a legitiment address. For one moment just think about how insane that is. I will never order Marcos because you don’t take your customers seriously and you allow for your developers to build terrible apps like this with no quality assurance testing. Good luck. Hope you go out of business.

WTAF.. I’m unable to use the app….I’m unable to apply any coupons….what the f actually happened here? I used to have no issues with the app and everything went though without a hitch. You now have months of 1 star reviews trashing this new system and you don’t even respond? Let’s talk about the coupon codes not taking. You doin that on purpose to prevent us from using them? My local joint sent us a coupon that your system refuses to recognize and they won’t take over the phone cause it’s for web orders only. Then your new system won’t save any cards that I’ve used previously so I can checkout faster. Trash trash trash. Just revert back to the old system, fire the idiot who made this one and hire someone else. This newer version is utter nonsense.

Limited delivery area. Marcos makes good pizza. However, if you don’t live right next to the store, they don’t want to deliver to you. Unfortunately, the app doesn’t bother to tell you until you’ve gone through the process of assembling your order and starting to checkout. I find this odd since the app asks for permission to check your location when you first open it. Why not just state up front that the user isn’t in the delivery area and give the user the option to continue as a carry out order or to close the app and pick a pizza joint the has a realistic idea of what a delivery area should be? If you are fortunate to live next to a Marcos Pizza, this app will work well for you. If you don’t, save the space on your phone for more pictures of your cat.

Time waster to use. I wish like they say on their prerecorded gold message with background 80’s porn sounding music, it’s faster and easier to order online - because if I called in my order it woulda been 5 minutes vs 20 to complete the order as they couldn’t find my nearby store. Can’t pay with cash anymore? No option at least, not even for the tip unless you put 0% and hope the driver doesn’t hock a loogie on your pie. Great pizza, not so great app. I’m just hoping my order went through, as having tried calling the store can’t get any answer on the phone, and can’t track my order since the store I ordered from won’t function since it’s not recognized on the back end…

Great pizza, terrible app. The app and website are probably the worst food related sites I have used, even less functional than those that were around in the early 2000's. Truly terrible. The app will not accept valid credentials; the web does not allow user to login before entering a physical address; points and coupons difficult to access. This is unacceptably bad in this day and age and I suspect it has to do with some legacy employee in charge of the app and website who has no idea what they are doing. Some nights we choose a competitor for other pizza we like less solely because the process for ordering is always such a pain and has been since Marcos opened. This version of the app works even worse than the previous, as hard as that was to achieve.

Issues placing order. I just tried to order a pizza three times for delivery but each time, when I entered the payment info and all, it would just continue to load and not go to a confirmation screen. The "I am not a robot." button would also time out while I waited for it to load or do something. I force closed to the app as well and that didn't help. It's strange because I've ordered before just fine with the app, delivery and curbside. The pizza and store staff are all great here but the app just needs major improvement. It can be difficult to call in for various reasons and an app saves a ton of trouble in lots of ways. I hope there's a genuine update soon that allows the app to run smoother and not sway potential consumers.

Used to work fine, now totally nonfunctional. I used to regularly order from Marco’s Pizza, almost every week. A few months back they sent out a rather strange coupon which involved changing your password in exchange for a reward, presumably because of the rollout of the redesigned app. Since that changeover, the correct account credentials are no longer recognized by the app, and even changing my password once again so I was certain I was typing it in correctly resulted in the same error. I have since tried 5-10 times to order pizza over the following months and every single time it has been the same. Marco’s Pizza has now lost hundreds of dollars of business on me alone, and I’m sure many other people are experiencing the same thing. This catastrophic password change campaign and app re-launch has single-handedly guaranteed that I can no longer shop at what used to be my favorite pizza chain. I truly cannot see how the corporate owners continue to hemorrhage money by failing to fix their app, which functioned without issue prior to their horrible business decision to redesign it. Until the second login screen glitch is removed or the app is once again accepting login credentials, through no choice of my own, Marco’s has lost a customer.

Long time customers frustrated. This app is really hard to use. It puts you in a loop to update your profile. They messed up porting data from the old app so you have to fix it. Another checkbox loop to accept terms. They require location service. The order now button takes you to a menu that is frustrating. One pizza for $6.99 turns into $16. Hot deals are good but I added two and my cart disappeared. Had to start over. At checkout it doesn’t ask for a CVV on a saved card. It asks if you want status updates. You check track my order and the order now button makes it look like your order didn’t enter. The status says very tiny “baking” etc. I feel sorry for franchise operators. I came very close to giving up. With all the challenges today having a good app should be a strength not a weakness. If I could give the app a zero I would.

Used to be a great app, now it’s terrible. I first want to point out that my local Marco’s store is excellent so my complaints are strictly about the app. Before the most recent update, ordering on the app and online was quick and easy. Now, however, it is absolutely terrible! I used to be able to reorder custom items, that is no longer available. I have to login repeatedly to process a single order or to track my order after it is placed. Today, after confirming payment, I received an error message relating to my location and it appeared that my order was not processed so I had to call the store and confirm that they actually received my order. Please go back to the old ordering system!

Excellent app. Was hesitant to try the app based on the number of poor reviews. Decided to try it anyway. Signed up; my regular store showed up at the top of the list of stores. Process was quick and smooth. Ordered a build your own pizza, which went very smoothly. Decided to add a salad before checking out, and again very easy. Added a credit card at checkout with no issues. After checkout, got a text that my CC had been charged, and confirmation email with order details and delivery time estimate. Actual delivery time was 20 minutes early. Entire experience was excellent.

Nothing But Problems! Needs Help!!!. I have yet to be able to place an order and login to be able to save my information and use the rewards program, after multiple attempts over several months. With the new and improved app, it makes you create a new account. “Complete order as guest and then create account.” Great! Last time was error message after error message. Today it was, “There’s already a customer with your phone number! You can’t create an account!” Duh. I had an account prior but you are asking me to create a new one. My phone number hasn’t changed. I got the app for the ease of ordering and for the rewards. I think I’m done. Seriously-please make improvements. I shouldn’t be this irritated trying to order pizza, and it shouldn’t take 20-30 minutes to place an order.

App unusable. Ever since they changed the app, I have not been able to order. I have tried to get it to start an order on about six different occasions over the last several months. It simply will not start the order for me. It lets me login and it locates my closest location which I have been ordering from for the last few years but the box only turns blue then back to red when I touch start order. So basically nothing happens. It also constantly asks for location permission as if it's a desktop site. It does not save my login information, simply no part of this app works. I have done hard resets, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, even contacted my local store and they said their sales have dropped off since the app was updated. Franchisees should start suing corporate over them destroying a once perfectly working app due to the damage of loss in sales as mobile apps are part of the status quo today.

Possibly the worst app ever created. First off, I love the food. I just wish I could actually order it. I just spent at least 30 minutes attempting to place an order through this app, and then through the website, which shares all the same issues. I had to log in twice, for the app/site itself and then again for the individual store? On this second login I just got completely shut out. Buttons stopped working and wouldn’t bring me to the menu or order page. I have a coupon I want to use before it expires but that won’t be happening. My advice, go to Dominoes or Pizza Hut instead. Cheaper price and their apps actually had a budget greater than the pizzas themselves

Needs improvement. Not an awful app, but as pizza apps go it’s rather cumbersome. It’s very hard to cha he stores or change addresses, for some reason extra cheese is the only topping you can’t pick an amount with (that needs to be fixed ASAP!), and it just seems like you constantly have to start over because something goes wrong and it’s easier to just start over than to fix the issue in the app. The tracker works 30% of the time? The other huge issue is there’s no back button, though it looks Ike there’s one at the top, so if you hit it you literally go back to the home menu before you’ve even picked delivery and start over.

What happened to the app?. I’ve used this app successful for a few months. Today when I open the app it has all my info as I expected. But when I go to place a reorder it takes me to a totally new screen, I have to log in again. I don’t remember my password so I go trough the process to reset and when I finally get logged in, the order screen is entirely different. The pricing is entirely different, for the exact same thing I have ordered for many months. Any time I try to back out and retry I get the same thing over and over. I have the most recent version which appears to be 9 months old. I’m puzzled by all the sudden change in about 2 weeks since I last ordered

The worst just got worse. Ordering online from Marco’s Pizza has always been among the worst of any restaurant I know. This app makes it far worse. After taking my sign in, it asks my location and assumes I’m about 5000 miles away from my current location. Granted, this could be an issue of my service provider, but even after I give my location, it the asks me to log in again — twice. To add to the fun, Marco’s decided to expire my password. Ultimately, it took me nearly 15 minutes to “reorder” the last pizza I ordered from my account. This, I only achieved by resorting to the browser on my computer ( which suffered from some of the same amnesia). Update: Tried again several months later. Now, after recognizing me from the start, choosing to order sends me into a login purgatory from which there was no escape. It accepted my login, but insisted on having me update my profile. A process that only results in “unexpected error”. Honestly, I can’t see how this app could have an average rating above 1 star since it is impossible to use the app for anything and has been this way for a very long time.

It’s true this app is garbage. I read all the bad reviews about it not recognizing your address as being able to deliver even though you’ve ordered from there before, and there’s two stores within 5 miles of you. Loving punishment I tested all the negative issues people had with the app. Within a few minutes I threw my phone at the wall. Signed up no problem. It recognized my closest store(2.4) miles away and another(4.7). Great I gotta be close enough for one of them right? Well no it said carry out only. Showed me pictures of food to order but clicking on them did nothing. No deals pass from the pull down menu bar. Glitchy AF. Lesson learned for me. Fire up the old windows vista laptop and order from site it would be quicker and less of a headache. I could use my phone, but navigating back and forth and entering odd codes for discount can get a bit frustrating too. An app should be easy to use, helpful, and quick. This offers nothing!

Good pizza/ Terrible App. This app makes me start to sound like my dad complaining about new tech, except this app is way behind, not anything innovative. It just doesn’t make sense. Please hire a few User Experience designers and tell the engineers to take their cues from them. As a bad prank, I like to ask my friend to order the pizza. The prank part is that he is color blind so with your red and green text on a black background, he can’t even read the menu. Then trying to navigate the poor interface and user flows makes it a double whammy of a joke. In the world of app design, this is amateur level stuff. Pizza is good and the delivery always come quickly. Some real points for consideration: -Improve identity management so customer info, favorite stores, and recent orders are correct and consistent -adjust some basic default settings: ie make billing and delivery address default as the same, I’m sure the vast majority of customers will fit this selection, then make the smaller % opt to change if they are different -try to bring selection of pizza to a single page with drop down selections for topping or extras in a collapsible field. - seriously, update the text colors and background. This is in no we accessibility compliant and you are probably losing sales. Brand your page on the border or page sections with different colors, not text. Less is more when it comes to colors in text.

Was a weekly customer, now it’s been six months. Like everyone says, this app is garbage made by garbage developers. Or perhaps someone on the management team let their kid do it. I literally had thousands of loyalty points at one time, and with the new redesign, I now have ZERO, even after my last order six months ago. - Can’t change a password because the complexity and length requirements aren’t correctly listed - Can’t select an available coupon to use - No photos of the available options like before (have to click on the item first. Seriously, who made that decision? Fire them!) - Can’t track my order because the Track Order button doesn’t work - Can’t view my cart because the Shopping Cart button doesn’t work - There is literally no option anywhere to contact Customer Service. I had to call the store nearest Marco’s headquarters to change my password…and I have spent the last 20+ years in cybersecurity. I could go on, but I’d rather spend my time ordering a pizza someplace else.

Broken. Writing this in hopes the devs see it and fix this app. It used to work fine but about a week ago they changed the entire app. It wouldn’t let me use a reward I earned for spending 100$. Wouldn’t let me use any coupons. Every time you try to order it keeps resetting your entire order and making you do it again. Completely broken. I tried to let them know but every link to contact or leave info is just a broken link to start ordering again. Seriously guys did no one test this app before releasing it?? They’re going to lose all my business if this isn’t taken care of. I called my local Marcos and the response was “ yeah it’s broken in our store too, it’s a corporate thing that we can’t do anything about”. Nice

The worst app ever. The new ”updated app” is a joke. To get started is not user friendly like the old one was. Then after you start your order it freezes and stops working. The level of frustration trying to order a pizza for my family makes me want to take my business elsewhere. It should be simple and work like it supposed to. I would fire who ever the app developers is and get a company that can make a reliable app that works. I can only imagine how many customers you have lost due to this issue. We live in a world where customers are willing to spend their money with companies that bring the convinces of ordering at the palm of their hands and Marco’s pizza is definitely failing at accomplishing this.

Newest version doesn’t deliver to my side of the street. Let me start by saying we love Marco’s and have used this app with no issues until an update over a year ago. I’ll change this back to 5 stars once they fix the delivery map. After an update over a year ago, they no longer deliver to my address. I’m very close to the store so I tried a neighbors address in the app and they can receive delivery. I then tried my next door neighbor’s address and they can’t receive deliveries. I tried the streets further away and they all can receive deliveries. So, an update development glitch has JUST my side of the street ‘out of delivery’ zone. I’ve called the store and emailed corporate five or six times. There hasn’t been a response from corporate and the store can’t do anything about it. They won’t deliver because their system also shows the 6 houses on one side of our street out of range. I know this is all very ‘first world problems’ but for me, the app is useless and I can’t get a response from Marco’s about it, so one star for me and the neighbors on the same side of the street as me.

Pizza good, App horrible. The pizza at my Marco’s is great. However, this app is horrible. It always gives me an error whenever I try to order and says call the store. It’s been like this for a year with this app. No matter how many times I reinstall it’s an issue. It’s to the point that I just find other places to order from anytime I try to use the app. Marcos is losing business over there lack of support or a fix for this unusable app. Also, you cannot redeem online rewards points when you call or in store. And since you can’t order on the app anymore we lose out on our reward points. This is truly the worse app I’ve ever used. Because of this Marcos has lost my business for good.

I freakin hate this app. This is not about the pizza or the stores. I’m talking solely about this awful app. The account settings don’t have an easy way to save or update your address and for me it’s stuck on the house I haven’t lived in for six years. But it self selects the store without asking you where you are or where you want delivery. And if you put something in the cart and then try to change locations the cart contents disappear and you have to start over. And if you navigate out of the menu the cart disappears and you have to start over. This is the worst restaurant app I have ever used and I have more than one time simply given up and ordered elsewhere. How does this thing NOT ASK WHERE YOU WANT IT DELIVERED? The people who designed this thing need to kicked out of the IT industry and publicly shamed.

Issues. The old app worked well for me. This new app, not as much. When you choose curbside pickup, there’s no option to let the store know you are out there when you get there. It would great if updates could sent by text, not just email. The biggest issue so far is that I lost out on a $10 off reward on my order. I chose it, it did not show up on my receipt, but I lost the points anyway. I also tried to save my new credit card twice now, but it doesn’t save. Please, please make sure that all of the discount codes, rewards and payment information is working correctly. Also, please update ways to communicate with the store via the app. Thank you.

Needs improving big time!. First, I gave up trying to save a credit card because it ignores it when I try checking the box to save it. Before these latest updates it did save it, which made it much more convenient. Second, ordering special deals is confusing the way it appears to charge you the full price and shows a tiny discount message after. It took me awhile to figure out the total amount reflected the discount. Last, I don’t have a problem with not getting points applied to my reward total, but the last time I tried to apply a $10 off loyalty coupon, it said it applied it but it didn’t! I even printed the receipt and calculated the bill myself. Of course, I have now lost that reward coupon! I really like their pizza but this app is aggravating!!

Completely non-functional. I almost never review apps. This one is so horrendously bad, I feel I must. I used to order an average of once a week, always through the app. Was it perfect? Probably not, but it was functional & I used it & I liked it. I honestly have no clue if I’ve lost my rewards or not…it won’t let me reset my password, or log in, or do anything at all. I also can’t get the website to do any of those things. The last time I ordered, the store wasn’t busy—gee, I wonder why??—and the manager tried. He couldn’t get it to do anything, either, and was just as puzzled. We tried uninstalling & reinstalling, without success. I hate calling on the phone & going through all the minutiae of an order. So I’m ordering MUCH less often. My fiance always orders online, never through the app. He is not having the same issue. He ordered last night, I picked it up on my way home. Saturday night, 7 pm, I went in & was the ONLY customer in the store. I love Marco’s Pizza & don’t want you to go out of business. PLEASE listen to all of the reviewers & get this fixed ASAP.

What Happened?. I used to order from Marco’s at least once a week, especially when I went to remote work, and it was so easy to order through this app. But over the past year or so, they’ve tried to “update” the app and in doing so, it’s now nearly impossible to order without having an issue with the app. With the latest update, you can no longer track your order, you have to sign in every single time, my points or coupons have not been updated, and now I can no longer ask for my pizza to be cut into squares. The option has been removed completely. I like having my thin crust square cut, having grown up in Chicago!! Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from Marco’s again until they get this app fixed! If it isn’t important enough to them, then they can move on without my business…..and apparently I’m not the only one who feels this way! But I’d rather they just fix things because I like their pizza and would hate to quit them! Marco’s, get on it!!!

Who are the specials for??. The app advertises specials, but you can’t actually get them. You have to find the email they sent you (if you haven’t deleted it) and go to the page from there to get the deal. After trying several times to click on the icon that pops up in the app to get the deal. I finally went to my email and searched for the advertised deal. Unfortunately, at this point, I was on a mission and apparently didn’t hit delivery. So now, I have to pack all my kids in the car to drive up to the location to carryout my pizza, instead of getting the “easy” delivery I was hoping for. The so-called points aren’t worth the hassle. I’ll stick to Domino’s. Marco’s pizza is delicious, but I’m not sure it’s worth it.

The worst app I’ve ever used.. This is literally the worst app I’ve ever used. If you’ve ordered using the app before, it does not ask you to select a store before you begin selecting items. You simply select delivery, carry out, or curbside. Then, when you get all the way to the point of checking out, you find out that your address is not in their delivery area. All of your order information is lost when you change to the store that can deliver to you. Except, it isn’t- the items are still in your cart, but you have to delete them or the same thing will happen again. The controls are wonky. Everything seems to take an incredibly long time. Check out the Domino’s app guys. It’s 1000 times better experience.

Needs serious work. This App used to be fantastic. Then it updated. When I open the app I am still logged in as me and can see everything. But when I select order I get shot to a totally different screen that does not keep me logged in nor does it save any of my info so that I can quickly order without having to go through every single step of signing in looking for a location, entering a card, etc etc. please revise the App to be a little more user friendly. According to the update page I have the latest version and it is horrible. The only reason I rated it a 2 instead of a 1 is because I don’t have to call my order in. Other than that it’s a low quality 1.

Even worse than their website. This app is even worse than their website. Has anyone that works for the company even tried to use it? After logging in, it asks me for a location. No matter what I type it won’t let me get past that. Nothing happens. As for the website, why do I have to always enter my address before logging in?? Can’t you just let me log in and remember my location?? Oh and that same website simply doesn’t work on the iPhone. After logging in it shows me “Hot Deals” and the buttons do nothing. Their website has been an utter mess since the day they created it years ago. So I guess I won’t be ordering Marco’s pizza tonight.

Update killed “place order” function. The latest update 1.2.74 killed the “place order” button. Tried to two very recent iPhones running 13.5.1. Get all the way to the final place order button after selecting the credit card and the button just sits there. Doesn’t blink to show it was pressed and it doesn’t progress to give order number and track your order function. Tried deleting and reloading app. Tried updating iOS to 13.6, but nothing. Called local Marco’s and asked for a app support number and they were clueless. Kept saying “no one else reported it”. Guess not. If they were as frustrated as I was they would have ordered from someone else! Was a very loyal Marco’s customer as the food is fantastic but this app and the lack of app support cannot be good for business!

AUFUL App!!!. AUFUL, TERRIBLE and SUPER INCREDIBLY BAD App!!!!! I signed up, placed my order in the cart and tried to checkout. I received a message that “Delivery” was not available. That was fine because I was picking it up anyway. Unfortunately, there isn’t a “Pickup” option, only “Delivery” and “Carryout.” I selected “Carryout.” Then I received a message saying neither option was available and I would need to call the store to place an order. I’m over 20 min. into the process by now so I’m not very happy, but whatever! I called my Northport, Alabama store to place the order. I told the employee about my online experience and she said there must have been a glitch in the system. When I attempted to use my 25% off coupon, I was told I couldn’t because that was for online orders only. When I explained for the 3rd time that the system wouldn’t allow me to place my order, again I was told about the glitch!😡 Instead of allowing Marcos to penalize ME for the “glitch” I decided to cancel my order and get a pizza from Pizza Hut!!! According to all the bad reviews, their “glitch” appears to be normal operating procedures! Marcos App has received really bad reviews for years. It’s hard to understand why they haven’t improved. Maybe they aren’t even reading the reviews?!?!??!! Okay

App worked Fantastic for me. I see a bunch of bad reviews and that made me nervous to download this app. but then I noticed that the majority of them were 2 to 3 years old. So I thought to myself surely this company has improved their app since then, ….. and told myself why not give it at least a chance. I downloaded this app in October 2022. And I have to tell you… I had absolutely no problem using their app. As a matter of fact it worked better than most of my other pizza apps and I have several. It was very simple to find a store location because as soon as I open the app it located my location. And brought up a map where I could choose the closest one to my house. After picking that… I filled out my name and address. And made an app password and user name. I went back to the menu and easily made a pizza order that I liked. I then went to the checkout where it asked me if I wanted to pay with cash or credit card. I chose the credit card. And then I was sent to a location to fill out my credit card information. Then it brought me back to the check out when I was done. I then hit the checkout button and it showed me the order was taken. I got an email showing it was being made. With all my cost information showing on the email. Overall I give this app five stars. I can’t speak for others because I don’t know what happened to them. All I can tell you is that I had a great experience with this app and will be using it again in the near future.

Absolutely awful app (Pizza is good). The food itself is good; the app is absolutely awful. Trying to sign in is nearly impossible if you previously had an account - and now even the mobile website is completely nonfunctional. After signing in, it sent me to a profile update page - and no matter whether I hit “Update Profile” or “Order,” all I could get was, “An unexpected error occurred.” Marco’s is delivery/carryout only - and the tech is so awful, I can’t use the Marco’s app or the Marco’s website to order. I did order through DoorDash this time - but next time, it’s Domino’s or making it at home. Because this has been happening for months (last update was 10 months ago???), you’ve lost several hundred dollars from me and my family - and probably tens, if not hundreds, of thousands of dollars across the country (my local store by itself has probably lost tens of thousands from all the people who decide to go with someone who actually wants the business). Why Marco’s corporate is allowing this to happen, I don’t know.

Too many issues. A lot of issues with this app. The biggest thing is that the new app does not allow us to place delivery orders (pre-update app did allow this). It says we are not within delivery range, even though we ordered delivery all the time before the app update and live in the same small town as where the store is located. Also, coupons don't show up as offers anymore, it looks like they are part of the menu which is easy to overlook. Finally, I'm unable to change from pickup to delivery (and vice-versa) in the checkout page despite there being an option to do so - when I click the "change" button, nothing happens.

New app is bad!. I use to order from Marco’s at least once a week. The app has changed that. None of the coupons that are emailed to me work in the new app. It is not very user friendly and you can no longer track your order correctly. After it’s done baking it say you can track your order at a specific time. Bad, bad, bad! Go back to the app developer and get it fixed.

Lots of glitches to work out. The app won’t save your credit card when you click “Save for future use.” It also does not seem to know your location, even if you share your location. So my “home” store keeps popping up as some place in a different state. If you select the curbside option for carryout, there is no spot on the app to select “I’m here” so they can actually bring it out to you. These are some pretty basic functions that other restaurant apps have figured out. Not sure why Marco’s hasn’t figured it out yet. The lack of ease and simplicity in this app will keep customers away.

Terrible. Used to be okay but now it’s crap. Glitches out the wazoo. I’ve had to order from my pc the last 5 times because every time I order on the app it tries to order from a store 500 miles away from me that I’ve ordered from ONCE. And I’ve made plenty of orders at my home after that, but it started auto ordering from there. What’s prompting this review is I forgot it did that and didn’t catch it until it ordered from that other store. This app is complete trash and makes ordering pizza a whole chore. Every improvement they make makes it worse.

New app experience is lacking. When you place an online order and it doesn’t tell you it will be 1 hour and 40 minutes before your pizza is ready, that’s not helpful at all! Then you have to call the store to cancel because that’s way too long to wait for a pizza to be told ‘they will write it down and a manager will handle when they can’ is not an acceptable answer. If I can’t cancel the order based on a wait I wasn’t given the option to consider prior to ordering, and now it may get cancelled in time, but it also might not is absurd! Add a wait time before placing an order if you want people to use the app.

Fix the tracking!!. For the love of god please fix the tracking on your app. It always says info will become available and it never does. Then the email says I need to give my location to the store when I click the track link. Didn’t think the app could be any worse, but the redesign screwed things up even more and it’s barely functional. And hey I’m not even asking to have it save the information I have to put in that it then asks if I want to save!!! Why even have an app at all if it’s going to be so poor and obviously not a priority???

The App Used to Work. If you’ve ever heard the saying “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it“, Marco‘s Pizza app is the epitome of that. They used to have a perfectly good working app. It applied the discounts correctly and everything. Then they updated the app and everything stopped working. Now the app is an incredibly frustrating customer experience. You can’t get it to apply the coupons correctly ever. My family and I used to enjoy Marcos pizza more often, and now I hesitate every time I think about trying to order on the app. It is really bad compared to what it used to be. I’m not sure why you had to update it and make it stop working.

Marco’s I Love You, but…... I tried for 15 minutes to order a medium pizza custom, and I would finish and want to pay for it but system kept telling me I hadn’t completed the order! I had, but there’s no way of stating that. I got so frustrated that I called it in, but my sister had the same problem! I guess if you’re ordering one of their specialty pizzas you can “finish” but I won’t be ordering (or trying to!) on line! I’ll call it in!

Clunky App Needs Work. This newer version “looks” more modern, but is less functional and harder to use than the old version. Info is usually too big to fit on one screen, descriptions are cut off, and pizza builds are not intuitive. I think someone signed off on this based on looks, rather than user testing—seems like Marco’s changed app developers, and they don’t do iOS well. New version won’t save credit card info, and the interface prevents autofill. Basically, no intuitive iOS features work.

App won’t show points or save cc info. Have been using this app for 3 months now. “My history” on the app shows that I have earned 59 points from orders but “my rewards” says I have zero points and says I should place an order to earn points…. So I can never use the points I’ve earned from my orders. Also, I have tried to save my credit card info for future use every time I’ve ordered but every new order requires all cc info to be input again. There is no “help” or “contact” available through the app.

Good Food, Horrible Ordering Platforms. Much like their website, this app is completely unusable. I find that some items I've had before are not on the menu, and once I try to follow through the Checkout process, pressing continue does absolutely nothing. It would also be fantastic to have items in Cart saved until purchase/removal across platforms (ie. Mobile app, mobile website, desktop website), since I have to add everything to the Cart again whenever I (for some reason) attempt to give the mobile app/site another chance and it fails like always. This feature just seems to make sense considering user accounts are a thing.

Darn App. Ok, we LOVE LOVE Marcos Pizza. At our location the staff is always friendly and my order is always correct. I do not choose delivery, only pick up. This app needs a serious update to fix the bugs. Here lately I can’t ever get it to work. Using the app is a big deal to me because life gets crazy so it’s easy to pull up “recently ordered” and pay and then pick up later instead of trying to find a quiet room to be able to call and order it. Please please fix this app! I go to the orders section and it’s nothing but a white screen.

Order Tracking is lackluster. Getting email updates for order tracking is fine, but the app doesn't also show order tracking status. It has a message "order tracking will be available starting at [TIME]", but the tracking doesn't update consistently. Adding items to the cart and accessing Hot Deals is significantly better than the previous app version, but the tracking updates miss the mark.

Are you ok Marcos?. Why did you throw away your old working app for this utter trash? I cant believe an established fairly large company would release such an amateurishly designed app. What the heck happened? It’s absolutely awful. The interface is ugly. Order tracking no longer loads properly. Ordering items is harder and less custom options are available. No delivery directions?? No option for no contact anymore. A complete regression. Your pizza is good but Its not that much better than the other guys who actually have useful apps. People dont like unnecessary barriers and will chose someone else

It’s been several months since the store opened by my house but I still can’t use the app to order. The app continues to say the store is “closed” and says there is a problem if you click on it to order. So you have to go to the website where it tells you to go to the app to get 30% off your order. But you can’t. I told the store about this when I ordered months ago and they said they were aware of the problem (didn’t offer to to give any discount tho). Anyways, it’s just frustrating that app still doesn’t work so you can’t get the discount and the store won’t honor it.

This app takes the smart out of smartphone. Totally unintuitive, dead broken links, totally broken app, can’t select any advertised deals, and ordering a pizza takes 45 minutes because you’re going from question to question to error to question to error to error to error to error to question. This app is stupid and needs a lot of work. It used to be totally useable but now I’d rather just go out and order something else in person. I could drive and get an order from taco bell in one tenth of the time it would even take me to put in an order through this app

Worked Great for Me!. Downloaded the app thinking it was going to be horrible but it wasn’t. I was able to log into my existing account with no problem. Placed an order with no trouble and it also recognized the coupon. I didn’t try the delivery option. (It’s rare when we have it delivered) If we do use it and it gives me a hassle I’ll update my review. & there was no lag btw.

Great App, No Issues. I’m not sure if maybe they’ve updated the app a lot since the past year but I had no issues with the app, or delivery time. I’ve ordered from Marcos on a couple different occasions and each time was quick and efficient. I will say that I much prefer the app than online, because sometimes it is hard to get logged in properly - must be some kind of glitch.

It’s 2023 Y’all... There’s simply no excuse for a chain this large to have such a poor app ordering experience in 2023. There are literal children making video games in Roblox that are more functional, maybe you should ask one of them to help you. I don’t even know where to begin detailing all the misses in customer UI/UX but here are the major pain points: 1. Cannot auto fill any forms 2. Cannot change home store, just takes you to the place order funnel 3. App will not save payment info, also cannot use apply pay - only manual input of credit card 4. No order tracking or push notifs for order status There are many more tiny upgrades needed but please start with these and give us the most basic food ordering experience that all your competitors provide. These are table stakes at this point. If it isn’t easy to place or track an order we’re just going to go elsewhere.

Issue placing orders. I have used this app many times to place order but there are some new bugs. I attempted to place order it returned card was invalid. I retried 3 times even backing out and going through checkout again. same error. could not place order but there are 2 duplicate transactions pending on my credit card app. I called the store to see if order went through. they confirmed it didn’t show up. I called credit card company to let them know the transactions are not going through to store. They suggested to allow a few days to see if they post or clear out. Please fix the bugs!!

Update makes the app useless. So many bugs, I don’t even know where to begin. My points were at 85, now displaying 50. Still stuck at 50 points even after ordering. Trying to track my order causes the app to say the order belongs to another account, after which it promptly logs me out. New interface is giant and clunky, forcing me to do a ton of scrolling to select different options. Errors when checking out, being told my order total wasn’t enough for delivery when it clearly was. Hoping that my pizza actually arrives tonight! Please go back to the old app, Marcos. Everyone hates the new one, which should be apparent from these reviews.

Good Restaurant, Horrible App. I love Marco’s, but this app is by far the worst I have ever seen. It’s clunky, unintuitive, and can’t even function on the most basic level. For example, the app is incapable of saving information such as my credit card number, I have to re-enter it every time I want to order. Despite having a “remember me” check box at login, it never works, in fact most of the time it won’t even let me login! I’ve reset my password several times and it keeps rejecting it, so I can’t even really use the app now. I’m normally not one to criticize people I don’t know, but please hire someone more competent to program your app.

The WORST app. Using an ipad. I have installed / uninstalled this a number of times. It constantly freezes and crashes on multiple attemptsover several weekends. Even their website has issues. Marcos needs a major thruput upgrade! As for the app, it won’t even keep items in the cart if it crashes nor can you click on anything when ordering to see what is in your cart until you get to the very end. And don’t even get me started on trying to use the back or home button within the app, it cancels out everything you have ordered. Love Marcos pizza but I will not use their app ever again!

Terrible App. This app is absolutely terrible. Not user-friendly, not able to navigate between pages easily, order functions do not make sense. The order times used to be accurate on the old app, but now it’s like every order defaults to 45-50 minutes, but could be ready in 15… or most recently it said the pizza would be ready in 30 minutes, almost an hour later still wasn’t read for pickup. Lastly, I have picky kids.. why would you take away the ordering functions of being able to order certain toppings on only half of the pizza? This app needs to be overhauled, completely awful.

Awful website and app. Whoever is making the app and website please bother to pass this through QA. I just spent 20 minutes trying to order something but the app randomly doesn’t take passwords (which are saved so I’m not typing them, and work because I had use it to log in to the app a few minutes before it asked me to log in again), also who had the genius idea to ask for addresses and then log in? It doesn’t make sense, let me log in first that way I don’t have to type my address every single time I want to order something. It feels like there’s no thought on how the app and website should work, hire a UX designer and QA team because as they are neither should be live for users.

New “update”. Whatever this update is that you did may be more appealing to the eye but NOTHING about it is easier. Whether I’m in the app or on the main web page I have issues logging in, I get told that my password has expired and needs to be reset even though it was just reset 2 weeks ago. And it takes me 9 try’s to get it reset not because of the method it kept trying to do but because I physically hit the reset password link since whatever was happening before was not working at all. Very disappointed, please go back to the old version

It works...but it's still terrible. The older version was much better, this current app is clunky, it doesn't save login info so you have to remember your password every time (come on it's not banking info it's pizza), there's no way to edit your saved payment info, I mean this thing is an amateur-hour food ordering app, and post 2020...every food ordering app should be on point and practically flawless. I actually order Marcos less now because of the constant frustrations the app presents. Y'all gotta do better!!!

Impossible to use. The new Marco’s app (2023) is absolutely awful. It doesn’t work at all. I’ve tried to order from it several times, but the “start order” button never works. This, in addition to deleting all of my rewards ($10 off coupon and others), makes me not want to order from Marco’s again. They used to have the easiest ordering online, but they ruined it with this new app and website design. There are too many places to order from that didn’t destroy the ability for customers to order online or on the app.

App is horrible. I’d give it zero stars if I could. I had to reset my password and then went to sign in and it said it was invalid: I was in the process of trying to reset it again and then it showed I was logged in. Then it asked for profile information, but showed I’ve been a member for a couple of years. My address was missing but there wasn’t a place to enter it. Then I selected a store and clicked order now. Nothing happened. I was highly irritated by this point and deleted the app. My husband called the store and told them the app is horrible. Their response was, “we hear that a lot”. I love your pizza, but your app is trash. FIX YOUR APP.

If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. This app worked just fine before this so called “update”. Never once did I have any issues ordering. Now I can’t even scroll the menu. My coupons don’t show up in the ordering system, only on the Home Screen. The profile didn’t save my address so I guess I can’t order delivery anymore? 🤷🏼‍♂️ And any page that involves scrolling simply doesn’t work. It’s clunky, the buttons are all different sizes, and it simply doesn’t work on the iPhone. It’s like they couldn’t be bothered to build a mobile app and just ported over a non functional website.

Problem is the Marcos App and Website. In the last 6 weeks, Marcos updated the app twice. In the last update, all of my points disappeared, the app doesn’t work…you can order, but not pay, it requires login every single time. I have attempted to order 3 times in the 6 weeks and could never complete an order on either the app or the website. Fortunately there are other great local pizza places that deliver and that you can actually place an on-line order. As much as we enjoy Marcos pizza, I won’t go back until they fix their system problems.

Frustrating App. Very frustrating experience with this Marcos App. Spend 10 minutes fighting my way to order 3 pizzas and some wings then finally enter all the credit card info and says there is an error and keeps kicking me back to the start of the process. The app recognizes it’s me with my rewards and order history, yet still asks for my login info…why, if it already knows it’s me???? The menu layout is a complete mess and extremely difficult to navigate. Marcos should completely start over with the app and online ordering system. They’ve lost a customer until it gets fixed!!

Used to be my favorite. I never write reviews but hoping this will help facilitate a change. I loved this app right up until my address fell off the delivery list. Now I’m sitting here with a ton of rewards points and coupons I can’t even use. Funny thing is, if I call the place they are like “of course we deliver to you, not sure why the app says that”. Well it has said that now for months now and Marco’s has lost hundreds of dollars in my pizza orders just because this app is hell bent on saying my address is outside the delivery zone. I would love to see an update with an accurate map and algorithm.

Fix your app!. I used to be able to place my order exactly the way I wanted and the pick up time was 99% accurate. After the app updated earlier this year, they removed the ability to ask for sides, the pick up tim is generic (always says 20 minutes) but the last time I ordered I had to wait over half an hour, it forgets your credit card info even after you ask for it to be saved, and WORST of all, they got rid of the free cheesy bread survey!! That took ordering from Marco’s from a no-brainer to “let’s see what else is out there”. Used to be a loyal customer but the app pretty much makes me second guess ordering from there regularly now.

Did anyone test app before release?. I never had any issues until the new app was released. As stated by others, all my points and order history is now gone. Signing in through the website is a very cumbersome process. When you hit the “sign In” button you have to enter all your address information each time and then are taken to order page at which point you have to start an order before you can get to the drop down box for your account history. Marcos pizzas are good but their webpage and app development needs a lot of work.

Absolute garbage. Errors constantly. Tells me I’m not in the delivery radius of the nearest store (Which delivers to me all the time if I just call) so I pick the second nearest store and then it errors out and says an unexpected error occurred after I have to manually select the entire order again. Why allow me to move forward with any given store at all if I already have my address saved to my profile and select delivery as an option? I guess they don’t want my money that bad since their app is incapable of letting me order. Ordered from dominos instead and it took less than two minutes versus the 15 minutes of trying to beg Marcos to take my money. No thanks.

Great tasting pizza my family loves!. Always great service, they get details right on our pizza’s and customer service is great. We have always gotten our delivery before the time frame given, even though we order around high volume traffic. I can see though, a delay can happen when the driver gets in the horrible traffic in our area, but for us, that has never been an issue. Yummy pizza!

Delicious food. Ordered my first pizza from Marco’s last night. A family member was picking their pizza up and I asked if it’s good pizza? I was told it’s the best around! We called our order in and the team member was very friendly and courteous. Pizza was ready in 13 minutes. I’ll have to say, that ride home was difficult with those pizza’s smelling so good. Got home and couldn’t serve it up fast enough. It was perfect! We will definitely be eating it again!

New update breaks this app. I used to be able to complete my order in 30 seconds. With the latest update, the “order” option brings up a different interface, and I have to log in again. And it’s not the same login as the app, so I have to remember another password. When I log in, none of my info is saved (address, points, previous orders, coupons, payment methods, etc). So I have to enter all this info EACH TIME I ORDER! I hardly order at Marco’s anymore and I used to order at least once a week. This app is a killer - for your business.

Great pizza, worlds WORST app. Every time the app is updated, you have to sign in again. Most recent update requires a password change (yet again) and a bunch of personal info. Requires me to add address for a take out order and doesn’t allow me to add it. I’ll be eating another brand of pizza tonight as it deleted my order when I tried to add the address it demanded and then wouldn’t let me add. Marco’s needs to fire their app creators and hire someone that knows what they’re doing. This isn’t the first time the app has caused them to lose a sale from me. I don’t need the irritation.

App needs work. I like the pizza - but this app needs work. I have to sign in every time - which defeats the purpose of having the app on my phone. And after signing in - even though I select the box for the log in to “remember my card info for future orders” it never does. So I have to re-enter my card info every time I log in. It does that whether I do it on desktop or on the mobile app. Not sure what the glitch is, but it’s more inconvenient than anything, and the app is meant to be for added convenience. I do like the pizza though. Just wish they had a better way to order it!

New version is horrible. This new revamp of the app is absolutely horrible and doesn’t work half the time. Been ordering for years but suddenly whenever I try to login it won’t accept my account credentials. Finally created a new account and lost my rewards cause I couldn’t reset password. But still have the same issues and then my store never shows up. This has literally caused us to order at a different place the last 3 times I’ve tried and couldn’t get in. Just revert back to the one that worked and fire whatever geniuses you paid to “update” this.

Marcos app. The app itself barely works. I love the pizza but using the app to order is horrendous. The pizza tracker doesn’t even work anymore since they’ve made the app changes. Instead of just changing and updating the base UI they just made a dysfunctional overlay system. Not only is it confusing, but it’s also very frustrating because if you need to look at something else quickly it will reset and make you start all over again because the overlay slide went away. Please… if you’re going to make changes, MAKE THEM!!! And also… I’d like to know where my pizza is and why it’s taking an hour+ for a 30 min delivery… thank you!

What happened?. I WON’T BE ORDERING FROM MARCOS AGAIN UNTIL THIS APP IS FIXED. Previous version was much more user friendly. Latest app required me to reset my password, which I never had to do with previous app. Now that I’m signed in, I can’t place an order. I get a screen where I select my favorite store, which hasn’t changed in 3 years. Then I touch START ORDER and nothing happens. My ORDER HISTORY has been erased. I tried logging in 3 times only to get sane result. Then I called the local Marcos. I got some recorded corporate greeting and after being on hold for 3 minutes got disconnected. Marcos seemed like a good pizza chain. What happed? New “management?”

Application improvements. I’m making the suggestion that you add the capability for the customer to modify an existing order, placed as a future order. An example is to allow time requested to be modified as long as it is 1 hour prior to the requested time. Or, to allow other changes to the order, again as long as it it at least an hour before the requested pick up it delivery time. Modifications to an order is necessary at times when your plans change. Thank you!

Needs work. Tried using last night and was completely frustrated. There seems to be no way to delete a mistake made when ordering, unless it’s hidden in checkout which I didn’t want to do as I wasn’t sure when my card would be charged. Also, it gets confusing when ordering a specialty pizza, but with modifications. The way app is laid out it appears one must select “add to my order” after each choice (type, crust, toppings, etc); however, doing so adds another entire pizza to your order. Ended up ordering the old fashion way, by phone.

APP not working properly. Since I have changed jobs, I need to change the email address on my account. But, since they now have a new system, and require you to change your password, I can’t log-in to update my account. I have now deleted my account, deleted the APP from my phone….RE-downloaded the APP to RE-sign-up using my new email address….and the store I need to choose to deliver my pizza doesn’t even show on the list of stores in my area! So, I guess you’ve lost a customer since I can no longer order on line. I’ve tried this multiple times…gave up. Whomever tested the system didn’t do a very good job.

App never works correctly since update. I used to order via the App for years with minimal issues, but since the app was updated about a year ago, I can’t even start an order at my local Marcos. First, I have to actively seek out the Marcos pizza store nearest me every time I use the App. Second, I tried to order a pizza two days ago, selected the nearest Marcos near me and pushed the “start order” button and nothing happens. I just tried to place another order about an hour ago at the next nearest Marcos and the same thing happened. If you want people to order from you then at least make sure the app works or provide another method to place an order.

App does the two most annoying things apps can do. It forces you to sign in each and every time you launch the app. It doesn’t remember your credit card number. Ever! My franchise around the corner, they’re pizzas are pretty good consistently. The Marcos brand? Their digital technology? Constantly the worst. Their websites are the worst. Their apps are the worst. This has been going on for at least 10 years. In fact, it’s only been say the last three years that you could even order a pizza off of their digital platforms.

Sadly not as good as their awesome pizzas!. Love Marcos food- our new favorite of the typical chain places. But this app makes me crazy every time I use it. To the point where I prefer to just call my local shop and grab it myself. Maybe that’s what they want lol. For one thing, it NEVER works when trying to reorder. First, why does it try to find a local store- instead of assuming I want to reorder from where I ordered from EVERYTIME!! And once I pick a store I just get the white bar with a spinning wheel. Anyways, please fix it :)

Great pizza, HORRIBLE app—ZERO stars. Marco’s makes great pizza, but don’t waste your time downloading this app. It’s beyond buggy, either not allowing you to log on, crashing frequently or locking up at various stages (especially when you’re trying to pay). There can be no excuse for an app in this day and age to behave like this (on a recent iPhone with latest update, but the app has been just as useless since I downloaded it months ago). I’ve kept hoping for an update that would fix it, but that hope has been in vain. I just deleted the app, and when I want Marco’s pizza I have to do it the old-fashioned way—with a phone call. It’s a pity, and the franchise owners are taking the hit for what is almost certainly a corporate screw-up.
