Stop being frustrating.. I was communicating with Mr Olabanji from boomplay support. But it seems I was banned from replying. Please I need help with deleting one of my boomplay account, so I’ll be able to register my number on my other account.

Redeeming points scam. I’ve been trying to redeem my points for airtime for weeks now but it loads and gives back no error messages but I was lucky today only to see the message that I only qualify for it once in 7days when I didn’t redeem last week and even at that it’s 8days already

The bomplay live cover. The app performance is superb i do hav one concert the new boomplay live cover is replacing the song original art cover and that’s not good for screenshots you know lol . But my main point here is that i wish it would be possible to have a recap of your every year you been on boomplay. Like we have songs we probably lost and have forgotten but if we had a option that keep all our listening data and info for all that . it would be much appreciated

Explicit problems. Can we please have the explicit versions of the songs the original version at least it should be an option if it’s not suitable for everyone it really doesn’t make songs interesting to listen to

I’m angry with Boomplay for wasting my $10. I never knew Boomplay is useless until I subscribed for the premium now I can’t play the songs I use to play and I also find my favorite artist and songs, but why. I thought after the premium subscription I will enjoy the app more but unfortunately I waste my $10 for nothing, I regret subscribing to your app😡😡😡😡😡

Don’t download, dem be scam. I signed for this useless BoomPlay the subscribe it with $1.99. The removed some musics,albums and I can’t download songs, I can’t listen to songs. I deleted the app then downloaded back again cos I couldn’t understand what was going on with the app, I signed up with my old info and I couldn’t see the songs I downloaded before. Now I don’t have any music on the library. I think I will take legal action against these useless fellas.

Great app. So far this has been the most considerable app that don’t extort from you only for their gain, they help those of us that can’t afford other monetized apps, I really appreciate and enjoy this app, thanks guys.

Complaints. I’ve two complains 1. Why do I have to watch ads every time I open the app because I want to listen to music I’ve already downloaded? 2. Why’s it cross fading features not available on iPhone Boomplay? I’ve been using Boomplay for a long time but the app is getting tiring and annoying these days.

Not everyone can afford the Premium subscription. You need to stop bringing Ads On every download…. you should advance your App like that of Audiomack, Audiomack also brings Ads but not on every download. please you need to work on that with immediate effect

don’t waste your time. very disappointed. i was supper excited to install this app but got disappointed. there is NO cuntry music anddddd everything you look up is nothing close to what pulls up. i’d give it a 2/10 wish it could more, i mean it could be once the issue of non cuntry music is fixed. i hope y’all understand and can have this fixed asap so i can recommend to friends. thanks !

Not playing all my downloads. It doesn’t play all the songs from a-z. When the song gets to P in my library downloads, it goes back to A. Please I kept it on order mode and not in shuffle mode but it keeps doing like this. Please fix this Boomplay. Peace.!

But since you upgraded your app everything has gone wrong on every of your activities on that app, your app always go on white whenever am using the app I will need to logout before it can come back to normal usage and there are unnecessary aids showing on it. Keeps saying no internet connection…. I’m connected to internet I know this cause the ads on the app are still running… but they won’t let me search for songs. The ads were using up my data and I wasn’t even listening to music… was super excited for this app at first but had to delete it just after 20mins

App not responding. I have be using this app for a long time on my phone and it’s enjoyable but past few days now the app is hardly open anytime I want to open in it close back, and even if it manage to open the music won’t play or it will hang at a spot.

What is going on wit u guys. Most of my songs will download free for new music for example like Timeless by davido, I downloaded it free when it came out, so for like three days am down on data and when I come back online I put on my data service and immediately I open Boomplay we the request of me to buy subscription before I can listen to the music again likewise goes to all my other music on boomplayer

Fraud. Awful app!! I wish I could give a 0 start rating.. they made me watch an ad in exchange for ability to download a premium song but after watching the ad multiple times, they still didn’t let me download the song.. that’s just messed up

I like this app a lot, I’m using an iPhone but I still use this app to stream all my songs, the quality and up to date updates of playlists is beautiful, but please remove all those ads it’s too much and annoying. You can’t use the app till you have finished watching them and it’s annoying. Please do something about this new update. Thanks guys

Your only highlighting a few artist. I see alot of favortism on the app . You are avoiding artist that rank high in the charts . And these artist that you are promoting in the golden club with 100+ million streams is fake You are simply giving them streams . I have monitored this closely and its true and boomplay should be ashame for this type paid fake promotion of a few artist . Never see the artist in the Billboard charts either , i question this as fake also .

Music volume goes down??? And screen timeout. So I realised the volume goes down when you receive a call or go off the app or something. The volume doesn’t go up again even after increasing it to full. Can you ps check and fix? Also is there a way to set the screen timeout? The screen goes off after a few seconds which isn’t ideal especially when reading lyrics.

No crossfade, I can’t even search artists names. Why is it so hard for Boomplay to add crossfade feature? I can’t search up my favorite artists all I get is nothing found why is Boomplay this worse after paying for the subscription, this is a worse experience

.. I really enjoyed using this app to play music, but I think the music aren’t well arranged, it should be arranged alphabetically by the artist names not the track name, all Olamide songs should be lined up together under ‘O’ but instead it’s arranged with track list names.

Reduce of points. I have been using Boomplay for a very long time now and it enjoyable my only complaint is after ur recent upgrade you reduced the points on "lucky draw wheel" "keep playing, keep earning" and you removed the box to get free points every ten minutes, which is unfair because you didn’t give any announcement before doing it. It would be better if you bring those things back.

Does not reward after watching ads. After watching a lot of ads after opening the app for a hope to download songs but always being disappointed that I still have to watch another ads to download to download any song. Why is it so? It’s more like cheating! Why telling someone to watch 3 ads for a free 24hrs download which won’t be reward at the end of day after watching the ads?!

Five star. Enjoying Boomplay but I am a premium user still I get ads popping out. Most especially when playing the bomb games you must watch Ad before playing. I think you should make the premium users play or download without Ad. And lastly some point I earn don’t count .

Popular artists not found. You need to widen your search about artists and their availability of their songs on this app. Imagine artists like Rema, Ayra Starr can’t be found😞😢

Disorganized album arrangements. The albums are disorganized. Instead of the original arrangement, boomplay disorganizes the music and makes it alphabetical order. Doesn’t make any sense. I need my albums to be the original arrangement

You can do better than this. Has to be the worst app for music. Lyrics are terrible. Don't even have most songs. And then when you play a song an entirely different song comes on. It's not good enough. Takes away the joy of listening to music.

Subscription. I made a subscription on the 15th January 2023, but everyday I am been send a notification of expired subscription and ask to make another subscription which look fraudulent and I don’t enjoy the premium package as a premium subscriber.
