Scam. Charged my account 29.99 when I didn’t ask for it. Then wouldn’t let me delete it!!

FRAUD! Complete waste of money!. I’d like to give zero stars. App is NOT as advertised. No! No! No! Despite App Store saying it would work on my phone it does not. Complete waste of money. I’m tying to get my money back but I can only find an email address. I’d love to hear if others were successful in doing so. If you want this app get $30 AND RIP IT UP then find another app!!! If I ever see any other app by this company it will be a definite PASS!

scam!!!!. I also was scammed out of $30 after clicking the free trial button. How has this not been pulled off the app store yet?!

This App is Theft. The app pretends as though there is a free trial. Instead, they bill you immediately for $30. Awful.

Disappointed. I was disappointed with this app

Disappointed :/. I saw an ad or two about this app, and it looked really interesting (and I’ve also struggled with finding a good wallpaper), so I got it to see if it was how the ads made it out to be. I’m gonna go ahead and answer that; NO. Not a single bit. Apparently, you need the world’s greatest Wi-Fi in order for the app to even function. Because my Wi-Fi is completely fine and connected, yet I still cannot get past the annoying “loading” icon. I’ve also tried resetting the app, but still no. I can open the different pages and interact with it, but nothing else. All I see is a black screen with pink text, and again, that annoying “loading” icon. I’m very disappointed. I thought I’d actually be able to experiment with some cool, new wallpapers but nope. It says “Bug Fixes” under recent updates, but there still seems to be a lot wrong with the “bugs”. And, I cannot stress this enough; DO NOT MAKE AN APP AND PUT IT ON THE APP STORE IF IT’S UNFINISHED AND CAN’T FUNCTION.

Ripoff!. I responded to the free trial offer from a Facebook ad and the next thing I know my credit card was charged $30! I am trying to get a refund— I would never pay that for what appears to be a bunch of stock photos of animals. Beware this app!! Very suspicious.

Awful. Images don’t work and free trial charges you $30 in under 2 minutes.

Too many ads. This app is great and it has a lot of awesome wallpapers, but there’s an add for every moment. Every time you save a wallpaper, there’s an add. Sometimes when you open a wallpaper to look at it, there’s an ad. You’re scrolling? There’s an ad. This app isn’t bad or anything, there’s just way to many ads. If you made it so there weren’t as many and they weren’t so repetitive, I would probably give it four stars. Thanks! 😉

Where are the fish. Does not have aquarium as advertised.

Thanks!. If it is ok, I used one of the wallpapers for my new book cover. I sited it out, the book is called PROTECTORS Rejected Love book one. It should be coming out in 2020 hopefully please tell me if that is ok. ❤️❤️❤️

So good ❤️❤️❤️❤️. I love this app so much the veracity of wallpapers I love the different animals on the app this is so fun to pick the wallpapers although it would be nice to have a little more live wallpapers

Scam?. This app stated there was a free trial so I opened it. Right away I knew I didn’t want to keep it so I deleted it and then discovered I was charged for a year. I immediately went to my subscriptions and canceled it but I still have it for a year. There goes $31.00 of my money for an app I don’t plan on using. Another lesson learned.

BAD!!!. If I find a wallpaper I like and it’s live it doesn’t work for my lock screen.👿👺😡💩

Doesn’t work. Free trial charged me $30 which was annoying, but then the app doesn’t even work! There are cool backgrounds but you can’t choose them! I want my money back 😡

Scam, be aware!!!. Don’t download or click on them, you’ll be charged $32 right away when you click on “try free trials” or “Try it free”. Disappointed when such scam like this is allowed on Apple Store to steal people’s money.

Bad. This app not only has ads after almost every single save almost all the time it chooses the wrong picture. First I choose a lynx and it gives me a Tigre eye then I choose a snake and it gives me a couple of horses. Lastly when you have live it’s live everywhere but your background. Don’t waste your time with this game.

Cool pictures but. When I touch a still photo to set it nothing happens. Live Photo’s are great.

Stupid app. When I was trying to get a cool wallpaper,it just sent the same UNSKIPPABLE, UNEXITABLE AD. So this app is bad 1star

Scan. Clicked on free trial and was immediately charged full year’s subscription. Also, NONE of the images I found were even close to what their social media ads make them out to be. Steer clear of thus one.

Please fix this!. When I go to save a wallpaper nothing happens... fix this issue and I will fix my review. I just want to save wallpapers.

BEWARE, Warnings. This app is fraudulent. I signed up to the FREE Trial to only be charged the full yearly amount and for regular stock photos. This app doesn’t do as advertised and it’s only purpose is to trap you into accepting the FREE Trial in order to charge the full amount immediately. Trying to figure out how to get my money back as I have taken better photos then these and most of them I can’t even select. Beware, stay away from the fraudulent app and company..

Doesn’t have what’s in the ad. I just saw an add for this app on Facebook, it showed someone with a very cool, 3-d aquarium wallpaper. My mind was blown, so naturally I went and downloaded the app and looked for how to get it. I got suckered into buying the premium for $30 and it turns out that you can’t even get it. It’s way too good to be true. Don’t get this. Save your money

Wallpapers. I am sorry 1 star is as low as I can give. I really bought the ad and spent 30 dollars for the premium no-ad version. What a waste of 30 bucks. I'll just add to wait has been said in the other reviews. There are no settings or instructions and the app just does not work! BUYERS BE AWARE. Oh, and the salt on the wound is their customer support is strictly a PAID SERVICE!

Charged me a year for a free trial. I authorized it for a free trial and the next think I know 36.27 was deducted from my account. I can not find a way to actually speak to someone about this but I want my money back. That app is not worth 36 dollarsz

RIP OFF!!!. I usually read reviews before trying any app. Did not do it here. BIG MISTAKE. Apple should control these ripoffs!!!

Read reviews. When I hit the “try it for free” they immediately charge you for one full year. Even though I tried to cancel immediately, upon realizing this was not it was cracked up to be, it had already been charged. I wish I had read the reviews ahead of time.

Don’t do it. This app said free trial... but I’ve been charged. Tricky :-( also it’s not as cool as it’s portrayed. Rip off! Worst $30 I’ve ever spent!!!

Cant rate worse. First it tells you “in app purchases” at download. After opening app it tells you “try it free” and “free trial” but when you click to open it requires sign in for subscription reasons. I get it. It makes sense. Boom. No free trial you are instantly charged and non of the wall papers are truly accessible. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. Fighting for my refund now.

Crappy app. I downloaded because it says it has lots of aquariums - there are 3 and only 1 is live! I was willing to do a subscription after I viewed what wallpapers were available, however - it states do you want to begin free trial? I said yes! also stated there were 3 levels you can subscribe to - it hit me with the $29.99 for a year! And there’s no free trial! so I’m stuck - paid $29.99 and the wallpapers are crap! Also, when you see a wallpaper to load - you can’t download! So I’be really been shafted! Don’t download this crappy app! And, I’ve reported them to Apple!

TOTAL SCAM & RIP OFF! 😒. Signed up for free trial only to be charged the full amount instantly. I feel totally scammed as from what I can see most of the wallpapers are poor quality stock photos and not the funky “live” animated wall papers which they lure you in with to sign up. I’m trying to figure out if and how I can get my money back as this app wasn’t cheap at $29.99 per year! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Deceptive. Do not sign up for a “free 3 day trial”. I agreed to a “free 3 day trial “ to see if I liked it enough to go ahead with a subscription. Moments after I started using the app, I cancelled, because they misrepresent their content. Moments after I cancelled , I found I had been charged for a full, one year subscription and funds had already been taken from my bank account. This app is fraudulent.

Ripped off IPhone 11 Pro Max. I feel they trick you by saying free trial but charging you immediately. To top off I wanted to try before I bought, it doesn’t work. I can only see a few wallpapers before the app fails and I’m booted out as well, 95% of the papers I try to select won’t be selected. All I got for the money I did not mean to spend are a few pics I can occasionally see for brief periods of time.

Feed the fish. I signed up and paid to feed the fish like the Facebook add showed. No such wall paper even when I purchased. False advertising!!! Theft!!

No free trial. This is a scam and a setup to take your money. It says free trial but gives you no opportunity to trial it. It immediately takes tour money.

TOTAL BIG SCAMMER!. SCAM! App says free trial but after I clicked the “Free Trial” button. I was automatically charged $29.99 for 1 year. And the live screen they were showing you would get from their app isn’t even working. After I saved the live screen and choose it for my wall paper under settings, it was just a regular photo. No movements, definitely not a Live screen! Very deceiving!!!!!

This app is misleading. I thought I was getting a free trial. If I didn’t like the app I was going to cancel. I don’t like the app. I’d doesn’t look like how it was advertised. I would like a refund. I was charged highest payment option $29.99 for a year subscription.
