why. why do i have to use another device to scan the QR code? what if i didn’t have an ipad or not xtra device? kind of ridiculous u can’t just screenshot it (like i originally tried) and open your camera roll on the app to scan it???? ummm duh

Negative 5 stars. They don’t deserve anything above a zero! I keep trying to verify my account and it won’t accept it! The reviews were right and I am highly disappointed. We are a new age of technology and it is getting more complicated when it should be more advanced.

QR CODE (fix!!). i agree that this app is annoying. everybody is correct; however, you don’t need a second phone to scan the QR code!! when you open the app and it has you open a browser for the QR, down below at the bottom of the screen it’ll say “open in app instead,” which is very redundant but THATS how you transfer the code over. an annoying app but i need it for sniffies LOL

DONT DOWNLOAD. I wish I’d read the reviews before downloading. I have been talking to “support” for about a week and they have no helped me at all. They continue to blame me for the app not verifying me and I can’t access my funds. I’ve tried and tried again but it won’t work and they won’t do anything about it except tell me that I am “welcome to try again”

Terrible. Terrible app that doesn’t even work. Seems like a scam for your identity information. Sickening. Why do they need all of this info from us? EDIT: I have contacted this company numerous times begging them to delete my account and delete all of my personal information and they refuse to do so. I’m going to have to get Dutch police involved since they are holding on to my private information without my consent. Beyond upsetting.

DO NOT GET. If I could give it zero stars I would. Lost 150.00 dollars because of this app. Customer service can’t help you and they don’t call back to help “fix” the problem you have with the app. Verification doesn’t work and they deleted my account after asking for help with getting my money that’s supposed to be transferred to me. This is a scam.

They took my money. It is so hard to get around the loops and as your mo why sits there they take more and more of it and they make you jump through so many loops and wait time and the charge you and still your money disappears. Very user unfriendly. WHERE IS MY MONEY I WANT IT BACK !

Horrible. Horrible app

Worst finance app ever. First, you have to use a separate device to access the app. They give you a QR code but you can only scan it with your camera, you can’t copy it or scan it in your camera roll. Second, verification process is a joke. You have to submit a scan of your ID, then do facial verification. However, half the time you’ll be sitting there waiting for it to load (which it won’t) and eventually just have to start over. On the occasional loading success, it will just say thank you for submitting, then take you back to the beginning. Impossible to verify. Third, customer support does not care or want to help.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible!! Do not get this app. It makes you use another device to verify yourself, then it asks for your ID and Face ID!!! What are they doing with this info? And it NEVER WORKS!!!! It just says “contact support” when I try to verify myself!!!! I’m so stressed I’m just trying to get paid!!! This app is a JOKE

Unusable. Like literally I just downloaded it and it won’t load anything. Read other reviews about verification process not working but it won’t even load anything within the app, just keeps saying “try again” lol this app is a joke

They must be making hella money. They won’t let you identify yourself and then they keep your money

Wish I could rate 0 stars. Quite literally the worst app of all time

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This app is beyond messed up, I’ve tried to verify my id at least TEN TIMES and it WILL NOT load, QR codes will not scan, says they’re invalid. Now telling me password is incorrect even tho I’ve entered the same one NUMEROUS times since yesterday to get in. Tried deleting and redownloading the app and now it wont link my account. Not holding out hope for support to contact me back. Because I can’t get verified I have now lost money. Don’t waste your time here. Literally every step has gone wrong. Do better bit safe.

Verification is a hassle. The app is legit and it works , but verification is a problem , and also it not a nice idea you have to link to another phone before you go in the app .. fix it pls

Passcode is just for show. Any 5 digit passcode unlocks the app, not just the passcode you set. It is clearly just for show.

Having some issues. I’ve tried to verify my identity 6 different times on the app and each time I get as far as the end of the liveness test but it’s like it’s constantly loading..
