Great app BUT. I am new to the app. For some reason, using the template it takes FOREVER to load. It stops at 50% for a long time. I just click off. But I can create my own video but I would like to be able to use all features since I’m paying for it. It I try again and a few more times im going to have to end my subscription before the next billing cycle. Other than that. Pretty cool app.

Premium or Premium??. I love the ease of access and use. We can produce quality ads in an instant. The downside that I find is that as a Premium user, I’m wondering why I don’t have access to all premium pics and videos. Why am I still paying for separate stuff and since I have to, then what am I paying for now!?

Great app. Great app. My only complaint is that I have had it over a year and they are still offering the same old ad videos. I use the real estate option and these are tired. I pay for premium but will probably cancel since I have used them all and there is nothing new.

Golden splash?. I saw your add with a golden pieces splashing in the air so I bought the App but I cannot see that golden splash .... The colorful splash is there but I don’t see the golden ... Great video app, needs thumbnail selection. First, let me start off by saying that I LOVE the app and the video I created with it. However, if I’m using it for social, it just shows up as a grey box unless someone clicks play. There really needs to be a way to select a thumbnail for the video, or have it display the very first frame instead of the grey box. Thank you!

Really disappointed. I am really disappointed in this app and I have already paid full price for it. I thought I would at least have access to professional videos and pictures if I paid for it. Even worse I can’t even upload my own pictures and videos. I would have been better off using the iMpvie. I felt super limited with the template options (no where near enough in variety). We can literally only add music and Text and change the colors of things. I should have saved my money. This was a very pricey app.

Amazing App!. Definitely a must for all small business owners. This app is super easy to use, and you can create promotional videos for your business in less than 3 minutes. They have great selection of templates to choose from and I like the fact that everything is customizable.

Good could be GREAT. Very clean user friendly app to use. There is only one major downfall. Every template is capped at a 15 sec runtime. 15 seconds isn’t even long enough to run a Facebook add. There should be an option to run longer video templates. Make them in 15 seconds intervals. 15,30,45, 1 minuet. Two smaller issues is there should be more templates coming out with a paid subscription. Also I wish you could add a separate video into each frame of the template. This will definitely make this app a must have. If the 15 second runtime is fixed I would have no problem paying a year at a time

Deleting my other apps. I haven’t put it down since I downloaded it. I’ve been using CANVA for 1 month now and I looove this app! I’m re-editing all my videos on here. Byeee CANVA. Their templates are AWESOME for video content which makes it sooo much easier to just upload your videos and add little tweaks.

Room for improvement. This app has some good potential however for what they want to charge this is operating as basics. Suggestions- 1. Allow us to mix, load an use fonts as we see fit. Don’t limit us to a pairings of your choice. Same with colors! I REALLY don’t like the limits via colors... 2. Make it easier to use this app across devices- start the Project on your phone but finish on your iPad. 3. Add the ability to customize the length of slides. 1 may need to be 3 seconds but that doesn’t mean I want them ALL equal. The app functions- don’t get me wrong. But If you don’t want to pay a bunch an only have a few options this app may not work for you. If they expand their capabilities- then maybe.

Simple... Easy...Affordable. My entire media and marketing campaign, has been reduced to this one app! That’s so dope!! I have saved so much money with this app...the best part... I literally can format and post an ad, while making my morning cup of Joe! It’s that simple!!!

Wishing there was more!!. I’m pretty new to the site and I’m still trying to figure it out. So far the video I have made using one of the apps turned out beautifully and I have been using it to promote my business. The only down fall I see is there aren’t very many templates on here for each field. For instance there is only one dance template. While I do love the video I was able to create, I’m afraid I’m going to have to cancel the subscription since I can’t do anything further. The one template available is displaying young dancers which is only a fraction of what I need. Wishing there were more templates available at least for dance and with a wide variety of ages. The site is very easy to use, I’ve just hit a wall. Sadly I’ll have to take my bow now!

Not so perfect. Im sorry but this is not good for me because a lot of things cost money and there is barely any free things so like yeah and you probaly just want money i cant even save the work i did or anything and thats just a waist of time i would give you a 1.2 in my opinion so if you like this app dont come at me ok this app is too much pls fix it if you can because who wajts to pay for everything like what if you cant pay for it ,and there is only a few free stuff and alot of stuff you have to buy like aint no body got time for that

What Happened??. I’m usually able to go right in and create a project with no issues which I loved, but today it won’t allow me to 🙁 I know there was an update a couple days ago, is this what’s causing the issue? When I try to create something a box pops up about “Missing Permission” and tapping on “Read and Write” which I have no idea what you’re talking about. Very frustrating

Almost perfect. The app and features are pretty incredible. Easy to use, great templates and the price would actually not be so bad if it wasn’t for one small issue. Actually, it’s a pretty big issue in my opinion. The app only allows for 16 second videos. Developers, this is the only reason I opted out of subscription and if it would allow you to make at least 1 minute videos I would just go with the one time option. You guys were almost perfect.

Nothing better to promote your business. This app is amazingly simple to use. I’m a tech dinosaur and I’ve already created 2 short clips that are catching fire on my social media. Buy the premium package, it’s reasonably priced and you will not regret it.

Great App! A few things would make it best!. I purchased this App yesterday and I love it! It's slick looking and extremely easy to use. I wish that I could favorite my favorite templates for easy access and that there was a search feature for my music. I have an extensive library so not having a search option in each category is somewhat of a pain 😩 Love the app!

Fantastic!. I’m in love with this app. I can actually see the difference of my videos since I started using this app. The only issue I have is, which is a bit annoying sometimes, if you want to delete a scene you cannot choose the one you want to delete. It always deletes the last added scene. You cannot choose from the middle! Also you cannot rearrange the videos the way you want. If you go to rearrange, it always pushes the video forward. You actually cannot move the videos the way you want. The other thing is there’s not much options for format. There should be more options for frame size too. If you could include more options with an update that would be perfect. Overall I love this app.

Getty Images. Be careful, the Getty Stock Video’s cost extra to change, they don’t advertise this, they can range in various prices if you want to use another background video other than what is in the ad. I use other AD template APP’s and they don’t charge extra, so watch yourself, I paid full price for this and very disappointed in the extra charges.

I like this app already !. But.... I’m having a really hard time accessing my music library it asked to Access my Apple library but my music isn’t showing up I’d poke to use my own music. Can someone help me please thank you😩🙏🏾

Cool app but hate the limited color options. Love the interface and the functionality. However, the color options are terrible. I hate that they force you to add a color overlay filter to any video. The color choices are limited and all of them are ugly. I want to choose my own brand colors and have the option to leave a filter off the video.

It was too good to be true. I decided on doing the trial. I created two videos for my business which came out great! But, I cancelled my trial subscription very quickly. Reasons: 1. 15 seconds extremely too short in this day of social media advertising/marketing. 2. There are only a few templates to choose from. The first two videos almost had me sold but what other option in videos would I have if the developer has so few? If you are reading this please pay attention to this review!! Most businesses will not buy into something that offers just a few templates in this ever changing market.

Incredible. I’m super new to the creative content side, I’m a consultant, always had a team to do this stuff, but now with the pandemic going on so have started to do more freelance work and needed to be able to offer the creative content, this so far is the best app I have found!

Just 15 sec. The app works great. You have a nice but limited set of templates; but the real downside is you just only can make 15 seconds videos. Also one other thing I really don’t like is that you can only use video, you can not add photos; so you just have to go to a third party app make a clip and then use it. Hope you fix that.

Love it....but. I am rating 5 stars just because I am loving this app so much. However, I wish the colors and music could let me customize to upload my own. I choose videos and sometimes people is talking but it gets replaced by the music. Still love it though

My opinion. Just purchased app for one year, hoping it would serve my needs, which is to create video, up to 3 mins from different video clips. Turns out I was unable to do that. It’s quite a disappointment for me bc I was only able to upload one video clip and not multiple video clips.

Looks fancy, but isn’t usable. Looks good at first, but the footage available isn’t really usable unless your business doesn’t have a brand or direction. I signed up for the free app to try it out but deleted it when I realized it was not usable. Then found that they automatically signed me up for Premium ($60). I emailed them, but they didn’t reply. Not super happy with these people. I was able to cancel the subscription, but didn’t get a refund, so I have access to this app that I can’t actually use for another year. I hope they find some fun stuff to do with my $60. P.s. in all fairness, the app idea a good, but it’s too limiting and the footage isn’t great making it useless to anyone who’s serious enough to pay for a premium account.

Great App, branding limited. My only real disappointment with this app is not being able to add my own branding colors. None of the preset colors fit my branding and I would use this app WAY more and so would my other entrepreneur friends if it was customizable enough to add your own branding color palette option. On a less important note, it would also be cool to upload our own TTF brand fonts. You’re selling this products to small businesses but not keeping in mind the features they would need. I also can’t find anywhere if the songs provided are royalty free? This is a huge important detail for business owners. Great concepts, great templates, great potential. Needs some added features to appeal to more businesses. I can’t imagine who else would pay for this app other than business owners.

Best Advertising App Hands Down. I love that I can change the background images to my own, add my own music or use theirs. I can play with the fonts, add more pics per slide, and so much more! This makes my businesses look more professional and easy to upload in different social media sites! I love this app! It’s worth every penny spent! 😍💕

Easy to use. I have been struggling in iMovie to edit video all day. In frustration I googled and found this wish app and I have been making videos in minutes! I’m so excited at how professional they look. My only concern is I do want the voiceover from some of my video to remain and not be replaced by the apps music I’m not sure that that is possible at this time.

Edit edit: the app exports without asking for payment please check If there is a bug I don’t know where my review went, although you already responded to it, I’ll write it again, Boosted doesn’t ask for payment when I try to export and it shows error in the purchased stock, please resolve so I can continue with work.. because you said it should ask for payment I have the premium subscription in boosted and lighttricks apps like Videoleap and pixaloop ( I thought maybe it has something to do with that) although it doesn’t let me export unless I pay in Videoleap Edit edit edit: it must be a bug, now the app exports and asks to pay for one stock only out of three for example, I had to export each stock by itself in a video each to purchase them individually then start a project with all of them

Almost perfect. This app is a lot of fun, and it really allows its users to use some creativity. The video templates are beautiful and there’s a nice selection to chose from. I’d say this entire app is almost perfect, with the exception of one thing, which is actually a pretty big thing, in my opinion. With this app you’re only allowed to create a 15 second video. Even when purchasing the upgrade, with a premium membership, you’re still limited to just 15 seconds per video. That’s frustrating. 15 second Instagram videos are a thing of the past. People now post much much longer videos. You should change this, because once you do, I think others will agree, it’s be a 5 star app all the way! One more thought .... $9.99/month is a teensy bit pricey for a monthly subscription .. I think it should more appropriately priced at $5.99/mo. That’s just my opinion. ❤️

Great Experience.. I am not sure on exactly how many templates are available for use in PREMIUM. For example in BUSINESS & FINANCE, I can only see 7 or 8 templates. Does it mean there in all only these 7 or 8. Or do you have several hundred templates in each category for us to use please. Thank you.

Seems fun at first, but very limiting. Can no longer use any of my own downloaded music -- why!? As a designer, I also wish I could set to longer length video. Pointless if I can't. Wish I could choose other less generic/basic fonts & color scheme (including none), if desired. And wish I could shuffle slide order as I create... Pretty limiting, but seems fun at first.

So close to being perfect. This app has really lovely templates, I upgraded hoping to get longer ads and unfortunately it is still only allowing no more then 15 seconds! If it would allow way more then 15 songs, then this app would be perfect! Please make ads longer.

Great Simplified Social Media Ad Tool. This app is well worth the price if you use it for your business to quickly produce materials that need to look professional, have great design for conversions and you don’t have tons of time to tweak ads. Particularly if you need to consistently be putting out new content/need to test and tweak messaging and don’t have an expensive agency to do this stuff for you. When I saw it was by Lighttricks, it had instant credibility for me, because I actually prefer their Videoleap application to Premiere for fast editing (it’s the most capable iPad editor IMO). The main issue for me is that I use an iPad pro for most of my creative work, and it’s a bit of an irritation that there isn’t a landscape mode while I use it with my magic keyboard so I either use it separated or work on it sideways. It’s not a deal killer, but seems like not a big ask. For those complaining about the 15 sec. limit — while I agree the flexibility would be ideal, keep in mind that best practice for social media ads is 15 sec or less for ads with good conversion, and IG stories will cut anything more than 15 sec. Although yes, we should be able to change font color. While I get the idea of restricting so users don’t end up with design clownshows — given the text overlay on images, not all colors work on all images.

Amazing. I love this app it’s really helping me brand but why do you have to keep purchasing a premium once you already purchased one. I paid 9.99 then 6.99 for a certain video now it wants me to pay another 6.99 for another 15 second clip.

Still checking it out. I thought this app was a great idea to help me post more on social media because I really lack that in my business. One thing that upset me was there is either a glitch or something on the template I used to promote my spa business and on the template it’s spelled correctly but then when I posted it the E was missing from “breathe” at the end of the word. One of my clients noticed it and pointed it out to me. I didn’t even mess with that first page I kept it how it was on the template. I just hope it was a one time thing. Also wish there were more templates for spa industry if I’m going to be spending this much money on it

Longer And More Transition. I used this app every day for the last 2 to 3 years however I need longer transitions up to 60 seconds especially the Swipe transition is to short is like 25.5 seconds. Do an update and make it 60 seconds, this is the one that is the best Ever. Overall rating for this app I make $500 a week doing videos with this app.

Zero Stars. Don’t waste your time, folks. My expectations were betrayed big time. You’re given a limited amount of lame templates to choose from with a standard set of add ons. I was hoping I can choose my own video and jazz it up.... Nope. It’s also NOT cheap. Videos are 15 seconds only. When I was prompted to choose a free three day trial I was warned to cancel it in settings otherwise I’ll be charged. There’s NO settings button! I better not be charged $59 for a year. I don’t want your app for free, never mind the outrageous price.

Where’s the integration?. I purchased the subscription online. Then downloaded the app. Imagine my surprise when I couldn’t find anywhere on the app to log in. Just kept directing me to the “Free Trial” for the Premium Subscription and the “Purchase Premium Subscription” sections. I already purchased the Premium Subscription. Are you trying to squeeze me for another $60?

It’s great! But.... Love the app, it’s great!! But I think the main things that are discouraging is that: 1) the videos only last 15 seconds, needs to be longer. 2) I don’t like that you can’t choose the fonts without it changing the others. It needs to be cohesive, looks unprofessional with several different ones. 3) I can’t control what color the font is. Yes, the color blocks are nice but I can’t have 2 words blue and all others yellow or white.

None of the templates match what I do and I’ve already paid!. I would like to get a refund for this purchase. It makes you pay for before even using the app and unfortunately after paying I noticed that there are no templates that go with either my career or my husband’s career so I pretty much just wasted $15.. Perhaps an improvement is to let people get a preview before they actually have to pay! Now I will have to go through hoops just to get my money back

Use of own videos. I loved the app in my 3 day free trial. I was able to create some fantastic videos and market them on social media. It allowed me to use my own video and picture albums which I loved! And my videos came out amazing! All of a sudden, now where they charged my credit card... I can no longer go in to my own video and picture album to pick what want. It only allows me to choose from the apps pictures and videos which I don’t need. I run a pet business and I loved I could use our clients pets in the templates! Not sure why it doesn’t allow me to do that anymore...?? Please help...!

Good but super expensive. I pay a monthly premium to use this app and then I still have to pay for the Getty videos and pictures on top of the monthly subscription. There are other apps and services that if you pay for he premium service you get the pictures and videos for free. This is not how you retain paying customers. I’ll be canceling my service today.

Not much option. From the 5 minutes I spent on there, there was no videos related to my field at all. Even upgrading to premium, there isn’t much choice.

Issue trying to save project. Is anyone else having the same problem? I’ve purchased the app and have tried a number of times to save to my photo library but the app keeps saying there is something wrong and to try again. Help, please!

Scene timing issue. Cannot change individual scene timing - if inserting longer text, recipient needs time to read it. Becoming really problematic in developing anything more complex than a simplistic advert.

More required for price. I paid $179.99 for unlimited access and I am still waiting for improvements to be made to this app. I enjoy using it, but after having made around 10 videos, I have reached the limit of potential for this app, which is very disappointing. 2 stars, but have just tried to use the app and it keeps freezing. I have to close it down, reopen to get it to work after uploading photos for media. Frustrating! My feedback to the support team via email has already been: - more templates needed, the selection for the price isn’t enough - more music options required, there appears to be very limited choice for music and there are also limited genres of music. - need to be able to freely move logos around on each frame - need to be able to layer and/or merge videos and photos - a feature that allows you to remove background from images would also help - you should be able to freely change the font colours in each frame. Only being able to change the font colour depending on the preset design is very frustrating! MORE WORK NEEDED ON THIS APP PLEASE. Why are you now asking me to email me feature requested when I have already sent requests via email? (Which is clearly stated in my review). Your app needs updates, it needs more work for the money please. When’s the last time your app was updated???

Limited options. For the field I chose I was super disappointed with the lack of choice. Great app otherwise, probably needed to generate more items to choose from prior to launching app. Great work so far and will keep an eye out. I guess you can say I donated money to your cause as can’t really use it much.

I signed up to a Monthly sale price of $7.50 a month for the app. And you took a years subscription out of my account plus a extra $8.99 so I have paid nearly $100 dollars for a subscription that was suppose to cost me $7.50 a month. Impressive, but..... I really live this app. It’s quite impressive and being able to add your own videos is great. I have just tried one month premium to see if this is worth purchasing and given the price, I would have expected so many more templates. The range is only small. The music range is good though. Lots of choices there. Furthermore, if you want to search other images/videos, there is an additional cost. Half price for premium but you’re still paying $10 each! How many times can you really use the same image for each project? It’s a great app but highly priced for premium when you don’t get too much more.

Not enough choice of templates!. Far too expensive to upgrade to premium when there is so little choice of templates available! For the annual fee the developers charge for this app they should have *HUNDREDS* of templates instead of just a small handful. Also the templates are very limited to only a few industries. For example there are virtually no suitable templates available for music/DJ entertainment. There should be more templates of people dancing at a party, newly weds dancing at their wedding, a DJ playing to a crowd, etc. *ALSO* I think their should be an option to upload your own videos as a template or video background! Reduce the price and follow my suggestions above and you would have a winning app!!

But totally end up with less options to choose from!! Also still have one more transection unrecognised paid! That I didn’t agreed! took it $3.88 what a hiding cost !! Stopped working. Hi I recently bought this app and paid $180 or so for if and it has stopped working and it’s a wasted of money!!!! I want my money back. Don’t buy this app. So disappointed

Not as good as it looks. All this app does really is give you some cool title / font options. ZERO actual video editing software included, you have to already have your video ready to upload. Bit of a shame really.

Cancelling. Can’t find a way to cancel my subscription

Warning!. I downloaded the app for free trial and tried but this app not what I am looking for so I uninstall the app but these guys trying to deduct money from my account which is very annoyed, If you read this please beware before you download it.

No response from tech team. I trialed the app but wanted more time to explore options and think about the subscription (since it’s $100) but it charged me anyway even after I cancelled it straight away. Multiple emails sent and No response from the tech team which is disappointing. The app is easy to use but the functionality of editing videos is very simple. I would still like a refund.

Regret to buy. The videos are good and when you download it says unlimited access to videos etc, but when you started using after paying $95 apps then you release only 4-5 templates available rest you have to purchase each for $29.99($10.99) .. NEVER EVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE VERY MISLEADING, PLEASE DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT. You replied to my comment, and after emailing you and your reply is not satisfactory at all, giving me no explaination! Your advert says under video editor, “ access to full range of library” which is not true! You charge to replace any videos! I wanted 3 day trial you straightaway charged me subscription fees of $94?? What is this? Please cancel my subscription it’s a rip off, I have fashion apparel business and only videos available is 1-3 not anymore! Please refund my money ASAP

Love it. Love it but they should add more free videos

Ok pour mobile mais ordi c’est compliqué. J’ai l’application mobile et je l’ai dans ordi et fouillez moi pourquoi que dans l’ordi ce n’est pas les mêmes fonctionnalités et c’est compliqué. Very bad service. I’m trying to cancel this and there is no place to do so. When you click contact us an email box pops up but it does not give an option to send. People this is not how to do business. Product is too limiting not enough variety. Please refund my money.

HELP! Won’t let me save. Help! Every time I try to save a video it says “save cancelled” and won’t let me save.

Helpful customer service. I misunderstood how the program worked and the excellent customer service took the time to explain it to me. I really appreciated that as every dollar spent on my small black business @boldlemonaide counts. I was really appreciative and I love the videos. They were easy to create and gave my business an edge over the rest.

C’est ne pas gratuit!!!!. Lorsque vous téléchargez l’application normalement c’est écrit essaie gratuit d’un mois. Vous acceptez puis plus tard vous recevrez un mail avec les frais. Puis vous contactez Apple puis il refuse de vous rembourser. Essayez d’autres appli . Pour mois c’est la dernière fois.

Beware of fake 5 star reviews!!! $90 charged with no courtesy notice! Scam. Run away, you’ll install it and in 3 days you’ll get charged $90 for never even opening it. And no, apple will not refund the money. You’re stuck with a 1 year subscription that you never wanted. Other apps treat their customers with respect but this is a “get rich quick scheme”and a scam!!!! Avoid if you can!!!!! Fake 5 star reviews

No direct help. The only thing this app shows is a email to contact. There's absolutely no place in the app to directly or show you how to cancel your subscription. Horrible, they just want to make it hard so they can take your money.

Does not work. I paid for the yearly subscription and was able to use it for a few months and now it tells me I have no active subscription. I have reached out many times and have had no answer.

Awesome. The freebies provided can be customized with your own video and it’s easy to learn with impressive results!👍

Don’t mind it. It’s great concept however I wish there were more tanning and spray tanning options and it’s a little pricey.

Sneaky marketing tricks. I only got “scammed” once. It was an app called Facetune... surprise surprise it’s the same developer and people are complaining about scams too. Their strategy is: have a problem? -> contact us - > answer: we don’t deal with that... talk to apple. Catching scam completed. Good developers but tricking people to subscribe vía tiny tiny letters is a scam is a scam is a scam. Developers! Stop playing dumb!

92$ for the trial!. No respond from the compagnie ! RUN ! Charge 92$ for the 3 days trial!

How do you cancel?. I paid for a month. Its okay. But with no options to connect to my online images. I have reason to continue. I have paid fir other apps that can do the same and other. Ill stick with them. But keep updating. In the mean time. End my subscriptions thanks!

Cool, but…. This app will not function without a paid subscription. There are no free features. But it lets you get all the way to the end of a project before that becomes clear. After spending more than an hour creating my first video, I discovered you can only share it if you pay. So, unless you want to pay $20/month, $80/year, don’t bother.

Price gauging and awful customer service. I paid for the premium on the phone. Then logged in to my web version. Worked 4 hours on videos. When I go to export it says I have not yet paid. I reached out to customer service and they say paid membership on the app will not sync to the web version. I plead with her to give me a temporary premium membership on the web so I can export my videos. And she refuses citing I should go and redo all the videos on the phone app. I’m really disappointed.

Too expensive. Was charged yearly when I chose the monthly option. Not enough variety, is very limited for price you pay.

Not a lot of selection. Not enough templates and you don’t even get access to premium content when you buy the subscription. You still have to pay $9.99 for premium content plus the monthly fee like wth!! I used it a few times then cancelled because of this.

No free trial. I downloaded the app to do the three free day trial and was charged the same day. No way to contact them either. No to try to stop the payment through PayPal. NOT IMPRESSED

Lightricks tricked me. I accidentally purchased this app by hitting continue on the main page. When I tried out the app I was very disappointed with the very limited options. What I am the most frustrated about is that I can’t seem to be able to cancel my subscription, poor service and bad business, feels like they are out to trick you and profit from it.

Hard to edit. Doesn’t have many option to trim. Free version NOT GOOD maybe the pay version is better. But is hard to know.

Biggest Rip off. This App has a great idea to ask people for more money, i tried to make a project when i wanted to save it or share it, it was asking me to buy a subscription i was like sure i like the idea of it so i'll purchase a month's subscription which wasn't cheap, it was $12.99+tax, after i got the subscription, i wanted to save or share that 30 sec project i made, it's asking me to pay another $9.99 which i find biggest rip off, like seriously i already payed for the subscription of it why should i pay more? Never experienced this from any other app before. I would like to report them.

Issues with replacing clip. Videos taken from Pixabay and Pexels won’t import when trying to “replace clip”. These are in standard mp4 format. I’ve tried multiple different file sizes and I get the same error, “Whoops, something went wrong, please try again later.” What am I doing wrong?

The answer. This user friendly app is genius for starting out or managing large Client list for Ads or social boosting. Could be cheaper for the type of Design but it works flawlessly. Love it

Whats happens with amazing apps. What happens with amazing apps? Run wrong. I choose a templates, and format. But when I trying to edit text or picture, the template go back to another format and erase my choice format. Very difficult working in this new version. And I paid premium and I disappointed spent a lot time in amended all time to try create new video.

Made an ad in 10mins. I Love how easy this is, I’m starting a small business & needed this ad making app. Top tier and efficient with premade templates and graphics!!! Get it

I’m obsessed!!. I really adore this app and what I’m able to create, but the stock images seriously lack diversity. Where’s the dark skin and Asian faces?? Thankfully, I can select my own video clips to replace the existing, but it’s serious oversight in this day and age—in my opinion.

Love it. I’m posting and advertising daily with these ads. It looks so professional. Very happy with this. Subscribed for the whole year.

Many issues. I bought the yearly subscription for it, but I didn’t get access to all of the templates and After a few times using it, I couldn’t save any of my new projects. Once I hit save it would kick me out of the app. I emailed customer service a couple of times, but it never got resolved.

How to get a refund. I did the trial thing. Before the trial ended, I had been charged $60. You can’t cancel this through iTunes like other charges. The ONLY way to get my money back was to chat with an Apple rep. I explained how I was charge too early and they refunded. They say refunds can take as long as 30 days. The reason I had to do it this way is because this developer denies all refunds.

Need to combine snip-its of video with photos. Wish I could do more. And make video 1.5 min .... hope app will update to add photos and make longer videos, 1.5 min would be perfect. I need a combo of the two in one finished product

Needs more templates. Great app for social media and business, but needs more templates and slower speeds for videos. I would like the option to slow down or speed up certain clips.

Glitch. It’s glitching saying something went wrong when I try to upload my own content.

Super easy. I really like this app, it would be nice to add some of your own pictures like Canva allows you to do. You just can’t seem to edit the background pictures and add to it. I love the idea and the one I made people loved it.

How to Cancel Free Subscription?. Wish it were easier to know where to go to cancel the free trial period. I did receive help after having to reach out via email, but would be nice to have more info on the app itself.

Wish you could search through templates. Decided not to purchase a premium subscription because it was too hard and took too long to scroll through templates looking for what i had in mind. I wish you could search templates via keyword instead of just themes.

Really hard to cancel. I downloaded the free 3-day trial today. There weren’t enough templates for me and I have been trying to cancel my subscription before they charge the full year on my credit card and there is no easy way to cancel. I have been trying to find a tab to access my account, or an unsubscribe button and nothing. Just “templates” and “projects”. Really disappointed

Fast and easy. Very easy to create a video and share it in your social media account.

App not working. Everything was fine up until the last week or so. When adding a new pic/media to a template, it doesn’t work properly. I paid the full $60 for this app, it should work properly. Please fix this!!!

Don't Waste Your Money on That. App looks like it's capable of creating awesome stuff but actually not worth it. When you use your own videos and try to export project, it doesn't work. It keeps giving you "Sorry, try again later" feedback. They don't respond to customer feedback no matter how many times you try to reach them. Don't buy unless you have $9.99 to throw away monthly.

Subscription is $65 and you still have to pay extra!. Bought yearly subscription (suppose to be unlimited) and once I attempted to use a stock picture or video there’s still an extra charge. Bad deal. I wish I could get a refund. There’s tons of limitations on this app. Not worth the $65. Hopefully, they will change this fast.

A few more wishes. I wish you could use more pictures, have more than 15 seconds, and change single items without them all changing. Otherwise, this app is pretty incredible. Super easy and fun to use. And the quality is fantastic.

Like this app but.... It won’t let you change the pictures or at least no way I can find. But it gives descent short videos to advertise your business.

Very Disappointed. After purchasing on iPad under one iCloud account, I tried to use on my phone under another iCloud account and do not have access to premium. I checked before purchasing and it says you can family share but that is a lie. I would like a full refund.

Easy to use!. Great app, and pretty easy to use. It’s not overly intuitive to find your own images, that’s my only complaint. If you could use multiple images in the video, that would make it much better! Hopefully something your working on.

Great app with one critique. The only constructive critique I have is to have the ability to control the duration of each frame for better visibilty of text as well as controlling the size of text. Otherwise its great!

Videos are limited to 15 seconds. If you’re looking for an actual program to create solid social media videos, this one is not there yet. Having a limitation of 15 seconds for a video does not work. Why would you put such a hard limiter on this app?

I hope you add more video Seconds because I’m deleting the app. Sad but true i was so exited because i though that this app was Incredible and i was editing a video for my company and then just 15 seconds of my Video were there :( makes me so sad

Very disappointed. This app is very disappointing. I think it is WAY over priced. For what it costs I would expect there to be a wide variety of templates. I’ve so far made 2 videos for my business and every other opinion I have does not relate to my business at all. Now I’ve paid for a year and will not use it again. I’ve made higher quality videos from free apps in the past.

Fun. This is by far the best advertising I’ve seen. It’s fun to work with and there is a lot to choose from. Love the graphics and it’s easy to use.

Charge Monthly. It would be great if you charged monthly instead of yearly especially since you’re price is a bit steep. You’d gain more customers. People don’t want to commit to a year for an app in case they don’t like it or it meets its limit is customer satisfaction. I deleted the app for this reason and the reason I give it a three star.

Selection. The app is very easy to use but needs a way to input more selection to choose from. I input video shorts into multiple social media and advertising platforms. But require multiple posts per month for each.

I like it. You have a bug and I’m unable to edit and play the existing projects I made. It’s stops playing in the middle of the video. We need longer than 20 seconds as well to get our full message out.. other than that I love the app. Thanks. M
