Less winnings with last few updates. Seems like with the last 3 updates the winnings are less frequent and lower. I play mostly the Giant Genie game and the frequency of the major and minor jackpots has lessened. Rarely get a major jackpot anymore but may get 2 minis or lucky to get 1 mini. When I spin, the magic lamps appear frequently with high amounts but when it hits the Magic Link feature the magic lamp amounts are never the higher amounts. Even betting higher makes no difference in frequency or better odds. Can spin 5 times and get nothing. Sometimes the amounts won on the scatter feature itself are higher than the winnings on the 6 free games. I was lucky twice and hit the Grand jackpot.

New to these games. The games do have fun “potential”. Frequent enough wins and bonuses to keep it interesting...however, Customer Service is horrible. They just delete issue messages with little to no response and, certainly, zero compensation. Freezes, crashes, spins that should pay but don’t, plus, even if you don’t choose to watch an ad in order to multiply your win, the ad presents anyway. IF you’re fortunate, you will still receive your initial win, but not always. I had one game crash 3 times in an hour plus should have had free spins that just never triggered. Customer Service just deleted my messages with no response. Also, the ads are super glitchy and sticky so good luck trying to figure out when it’s complete then try to get back into your game. Ads that you can’t mute or exit. Avoid!. This game is ridiculous with the amount of ads it plays. It also bypasses the sound settings on the phone. It plays loud ad audio that can’t be muted. It plays loud ad audio when you have the phone set to silent. Ridiculous. It will mute any other audio you have playing like music or podcasts, forcing you to leave the app to restart whatever you’re listening to. Fix the app so it actually lets you turn off sounds and it would be fine.

Cheapest tightest slots ever!!!. Stay away from this game all they want is your money. Have played this game a long time and even though the slots were tight I managed to accumulate 5 trillion in coins without ever paying them 1 penny through manipulation of the reels. Pop up ads are ridiculous wanting you to purchase coins. I never did and will never purchase from them. They cheat you out of wins constantly!!! Didn’t think this game could get any worse until the last update...5 trillion coins gone in a matter of 1 week!! Deleting this game and recommend no one download this game. Jackpot Mania. I agree that this is a manipulated game. As long as I was losing, I had no problems. However, each time I would win a large amount, the game would immediately disconnect me and when I would reload it, my prize amount had disappeared. No other games that I play have ever done that. I did contact customer service and got no response. Instead, now that I have managed to build up credits, each time I try to play, it allows me only to watch ads and then cuts me off. Play at your own peril !

Support. I contacted them on the 19th and I still haven’t even had one response. This is bad business when you’re a paying customer to an app. When you have an issue or a problem it should be addressed. Or at least acknowledged that you had an issue with the app and they are working on figuring out why it happened. I’m sorry anything for the amount of money that I’ve paid I expected at least some kind of response. It is extremely disappointing. Thank goodness there are many casino apps out there to choose from.

This is why I’ll never buy anything from this app. The game is great but the payout either don’t occur or the math is wrong. I’ve had bouns games where the line was multiplied by 15x and the regular payout for the line is 300million and I only got 900million and not 4.5billion. Customer support is great ...AT FIRST. This app gives you plenty of money to play. Then when you start winning, it has these pop ups like “watch this video & we will add 256 million coins to your win.” You click the button to watch the video & the app crashes- taking all the coins you were supposed to win with it, I contacted them & they replaced some of the coins within 15 minutes. Then it started popping up a wheel to spin after you won. They want you to pay to spin the wheel. You close it & the app crashes - leaving you again with nothing. I contact them & no answer. Then they have videos on the slot machine page where you watch to get free coin. You guessed it- then the app crashes leaving you with nothing. I contacted them to let them know about that & their response is that although it’s on their app page they are run by a 3rd party. I sent them a screenshot showing they are theirs & they said they would fix in the next update. This app crashes when you are on bonus spins taking all winnings away. It has never crashed on a losing spin. It is a scam to get you to buy coins I am sure. After the first issue you have, they will not answer you back. I was doing well on these machines- until the crashes caused billion dollar losses of coins. All in all- don’t waste your time because this app will leave you frustrated. Dissatisfied player. Dissatisfied with this game, I had over 120 billion in my account and on level 93 almost 94 when the game froze up on me and I had to delete the app. And reload it then I find out that my 120 billion was gone along with my level of 93, basically I had to start all over again from the bottom. I contacted support team they said they would get back to me with in 24 hours, well it’s been 3 day and haven’t heard a word yet from them. Real bad customer service from these people. If your looking to play this game I would advise you not to unless you plan on loosing a lot of money. There’s better app out there to play.

Unhappy user. I had over 2B. Then game would not load for a week. I had to delete. Then when I went to load and open it again, miracle of miracles it loaded just fine. Sent a message to support on 10/22 and explained the situation and asked them to restore my winnings, which had taken me a long time to earn. Support responded that it was received on same day and they would be back in touch within 24 hrs. To date, six days later no follow up from them even though I have sent them 3 more messages asking for response. They just don’t care!!!!! 10/29 still no response from so called support. Absolutely hate new version, all games I could play and liked before now locked. Will just go in each day and collect!

Random Ads Are Annoying. This app is really fun and exciting! What gets me are the random ads that pop up in the middle of gameplay, when you get a bonus, when you get a great big win, etc. What are the most frustrating things is when you are playing with auto spin and the ads pop up the app freezes sometimes and you can’t get back into it without resetting the app. The gameplay is awesome I really enjoy wins and things of that, it’s just a random ads that pop up. I’d say just do ads in between spins rather than in the middle of spins. It’s distracting.

Big time rip off. They encourage you to “save your progress” by linking your Facebook account. However, it does not sync your progress across all of your devices. So big wins on one device do not carry over to another device. When I asked about this, they sent some response that made it clear they had no understanding of the English language or of game development or of customer satisfaction. Basically, all I got from them was “so sorry, you lose, nothing we will do about it sucker”. Lesson learned ... don’t be a sucker and let others know how much of a cheat this company and this game can be.

Worse payouts and tricks!. The first day of playing was fine, then I noticed for the free bonus spins the bets were averaged if I was on a high bet, which never paid more then twice the bet if I was lucky. When I was on a low bet it would use the low bet and not average. I had to bet at least 15 - 20 times at the higher bet level for it not to average. I bought coins twice to play because I liked the style of games. No matter how I played I was not getting ahead at all. The last day I played I spun around 300+ times and went from 1.6B to zero in no time with only 1 free spin and 1 big win. I know it’s supposed to be a game of chance but this was the worst. Play is mostly fine... pops up are soooo bad!!!. So the play is fine... they give you enough cash to play. However the pop-ups are the worst. You spent 35-40% of the time dealing with pop-ups which vary from slot to slot. Some are fine with only a few, others however are just not even worth it. Rip off city. This has the be the worst slot ap out there. The win ratio is non existent and you can go dozens of rolls with no win. The creators have just one agenda and that is to remove money from you with very little game for you to play. No customer support and a very glitchy game. I saw winnings simply disappear after the game moved them to your bank. Poof no play but your win is gone. Numerous times I saw the gam stop action so a win could not be had. I literally saw the game cheat. The creators are ripping off everyone that downloads it. They are simply criminal. I reported game to the apple store.

Could not finish my quest. Hi, I love playing this game, but I’m very upset of how every time I get my free spins, an ad pops up and I loose all my coins, this has happen to me lots of times. I have left several reviews but no one ever writes back. Great games. The object of all of the slot apps is to sell you coins. As long as you realize that and don’t overspend, you can enjoy them! For me it’s a lot cheaper than going to the real casinos and I get to play in my pajamas!!! No response from customer service. Don’t purchase anything!!!!. I made a vault purchase and was charged twice. I never received the chip package so I used their customer service function in the app. I provided a picture of my purchase and a description of my problem. I received an automated response saying I would hear something within 24 hours. It’s been two days and I’ve heard crickets. I will be taking the matter up with Apple to receive a refund and deleting the App. Poor customer service leads me to believe they are trying to take people’s money. Save yourself the trouble and download another app. Not worth it.

Horrible app!. I wasted my time building up my coins hit a Jack pot and the game freezes and I lose all my stats! All because u wanna send 50 million messages to buy coins when I had billions but ur app glitch took them all! Negative 10 rating! Wow why do the ads pop up get them out of my face! Entertaining when you want to shut down. Unlike other “ free slots” that slowly get you to buy coins this app is a bit more reasonable with 2 different game apps I must have spent $100, to play for free in one month! Ridiculous I realize it was really stupid but I have a sick family member and I have a lot of time in the house . I’ve only spent a couple of dollars with this app over 2 months. Fix the quest!!. Great game, several ways of getting coins and the big wins are great! However these quest need fixing! I play the quest and finish a slot or 2, when I close the app and open later in the day, I go to the quest and it’s frozen between 2 slots. There’s boxes of coins in between each slot but I’ve already collected the box and the next slot is still locked. Now I can’t finish the quest so I’m losing out on coins!! Fix please!!

Customer Service Never Responds. I am a new player and immediately enjoyed playing the game. The graphics and payouts are great. As always you win and lose with these slot games. I spent over $150 in a week and my VIP level was raised. Now it is back to the beginning as if I never made a purchase. I have my Itunes receipts and credit card statements to prove how much I spent. I am so disappointed that no one has responded to me. I sent a message about a separate issue on March 22nd and received an automated response that someone will get back to me within 24 hours. It’s now April 17th and they haven’t addressed that issue as of yet.

Horrible customer service. On two separate occasions I messaged customer support about the same issue. While playing a machine it changed my bet to max without me realizing and my coins were gone within seconds. Now I realize that it’s easy to hit the max coin button instead of spin, we’ve all done it before, but this was not the case. There had to be some sort of malfunction or it’s done intentionally as it was different games each time when it happened. These were coins I purchased and the coin packages aren’t cheap. The first time I messaged I got no response at all. The second time I got an auto response that someone would contact me within 24 hours. I received no response and the conversation was deleted by customer support. For the most part I enjoyed this game but it costs too much to play only to be cheated out of your purchases. Glitchy but fun. Keep finishing One Day in Paris. Takes forever!! Glitch at end makes the app crash and won’t save my progress. Playing the level over and over. Kind of annoyed. Big win in main game is near impossible. Big win in free spin game happens very frequently. Was able to make 1.2 billion twice before hitting the big win in main game once. Bad odds. Too Many Ads!!. I’ve been playing this game for at least six months,and the ads are just too annoying. Every time I win or change anything in the game,it seems I have to watch an ad first. Slots Are Nice But. Generous startup coins.. but I loss it all. When I raised my bet - seemed to have spun mostly zero wins and no free spins. There isn’t any slots theme that appealed to me. All of the slots look like fairytales. Don’t plan to spend real money to buy any worthless chips. You can play any slot instead of having to level up. Poor customer service and no response when issues arise. I contacted customer service, they acknowledged receipt and did not respond. It stated to allow 24 hours for a response, it has been 3 days. I have written to more times during this window and still no response. I don’t like bait and switch techniques and this developer clearly exhibits these characteristics. Fun but glichy. I love the games and get bonuses a lot, but it just doesn’t seem to want me to have more than $70 billion! On one game I received 7 billion and it was going to bring me to about $70 billion and the screen changes, circle start spinning and/or it just shuts down and when I reopen the game my winnings are gone! Complete ripoff.. Folks don’t waste your time and keep trying to find a slot app that will respond when you have a problem and trust me you will have problems. This app is glitchy and will not pay on winners and with every update or new event you will have up to in my case 170 billion credits disappear. There is no customer service other than an automated reply. That’s as far as it goes. This game over different upgrades and synchronization have taken close to 700, 000, 000, 000 points. Cheats. This game cheats you out of wins constantly. You see lines that should pay but don’t. Then if you play a game with a jackpot pick you almost always get MINI-I have played where I had to pick a jackpot 20 times and 99.9% of the time it’s a mini-I mean come on! Then the one time I did get a MAJOR jackpot they did not credit it to my bank. It happened during a free spin, I picked and got MAJOR and the pink banner came up and everything but at the end of the free spins it never added it, just the amount I won on the free spin only. I definitely notice when several billion coins do not drop into your bank! That was the biggest one I’ve been cheated out of. I had several smaller ones too that I took screen shots of (couldn’t get a screen shot on the MAJOR jackpot in the middle of free spins) and I sent them to customer service and like everyone else, silence, no response whatsoever from customer service. No coins on bonus round wins!. I have played this app for about a month. Initially all was well. Now for about the last 2 1/2 weeks every time I get a decent win in the bonus round I end up getting nothing because the app crashes or it goes to an ad and you get nothing! Poor support. I had around 78 trillion and the game kept crashing after a large win, done update then it crashed during normal spins bet at 50 billion. Deleted and reinstalled. Can’t get back lost credit. Asked over a 5 days ago for support..... none given after they stated someone will be in contact in 24 hours. Very poor support.

Very disappointed with American adventure. Jackpot mania - new American adventure. Not happy with game. Keeps dropping out , does not record free spins. When spins come up and prize money shows you can add to the total win. When I press on the extra reward card the game drops out, prize money does not record, spins not recorded and game drops out. Keeps crashing!. Please fix the bug! It’s very annoying. Happens every time I get free spins.

Bored. Have played this game for a while. Now have over 17 Trillion Dollars but it’s the same thing over and over again. Would really like to be able to bet way higher than 50 Billion. Also, am playing the treasure hunt game and can’t for the life of me, finish it. Need to get 3 Bug wins but it won’t allow, even after playing for sooo long. Game crashes. I’ve noticed a few people are saying the game crashes , with me it does also , enjoy all the games but seems to crash and you loose the free spins mainly happens when a ad comes on Otherwise good graphics and lots of games to choose from.

Frustrated,not happy. Constantly crashes when you have a big win or in the middle of free spins so I keep loosing billions & i don’t get too finish free spins either. Good fun. Honestly, this is probably one of the more “fair” slots games I have played. I haven’t spent a single cent and have been playing for days without running out of coins. Buggy. It sometimes gives you an option to double your win by watching an ad. There is no reward after watching the ad. If you opt out of watching the ad, it just plays it anyway. I just lost $15B over the last 45 minutes. Payouts are pathetic and without the x2 bonuses it’s just a waste of time, unless you intend to also fork out real money to buy fake game money.

Unable to play the slots.. Deleted the app. I made a purchase on this app for coins, as I wanted to support the company/app, and never received them. I submitted feedback about this and politely requested assistance for over a month and didn’t even get so much as an acknowledgement. Biggest sting. I have jackpot mania on my ipad for several months and I worked my way up to 1.5 quadrillion coins. Play for fun pass time. Required update sucked was getting 80,000,000 when I watched a video and would get videos pop up during bonuses which I didn’t complain due to the free coins. I’ve deleted every other game and was having fun playing this one still never a real big winner only ever made it up to 2b or so but it would go fast now no need to answer this because deleting it is inevitable. Thanks for the fun while it lasted. 😞😞😞😞 good by forever.

False advertisement on FB. Saw the add on FB that offered 1,000,000,000 free coins to new players and I like casino style slot games so I downloaded. After the download was complete I opened the app and it was only 100,000,000 free coins, which for this game isn’t much at all and lasted maybe 5 minutes lol. To top it off they flood your screen with “BUY THESE COINS NOW””SALE SALE SALE” pop up adds every time you leave and join a different slot game. It’s ridiculous.

Ads.... I don’t understand why I must watch ads constantly now. I downloaded this game a few weeks ago and loved it. Watched the ads to double my coins or to get free coins. Now I’m forced to watch an ad whenever I change slots, or sometimes even during one pops up. This must be fixed and you want me to pay $10 for an ad free version?? That’s ridiculous. Make it how it was a week or two ago.

Not worth the money. You buy for billion and coins. Go for slightly higher bets. The game takes the money from you within a half an hour to an hour. Without giving any free spins. The other problem is after purchasing coin’s an add pops up, you can’t get rid of it for 30 seconds. There is no getting out of that you have to wait for it to finish. A lot of these casino games seem to have the same problem. I will not spend my money on this game ever again!

1 year player. This use to be a fun game but things have definitely changed. When taken to the ads they freeze up on you. After that you lose your money because the only way to get out of it is to start over. Also I’ve noticed you have to play a lot longer before you are given coins. The game becomes very frustrating..I think it’s time to move on to another game.

Took all my money and levels and won’t reply. Had to update app because it kept crashing after videos on doubling winnings Came back to zero coins and level 1 .. when in fact they can look at history and see I had 998,045,000,000,000 close to that amount and in the 300 levels . Customer service won’t reply keeps deleting my notes to them. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 better give me my coin back or refund me cash!

Waste of time. This game offers a variety of games, all ok nothing of real interest. If all you want to do is win ok, boring.. BUT THE ADS are soo fricken ridiculous that any enjoyment that you might get is completely lost. THE ADS are endless, even when you don’t want to watch them. Such an immense waste of time when there are 100’s of really good slot games out there. Try monopoly slots it’s so fun and NO ADS!!! Or play pop slots, my komani or my Vegas slots...All of them have better games and NO ADS...!!!

Terrified to ever play a real slot again. This game starts off with decent payouts. Once you get with the prices or anything you have to build up to the winning just stops. Anything that says with so much spin Money. Have fun. You’ll be playing for weeks and maybe get 2 spins and have to watch an ad every other minute to earn money. Disappointed!!!

Blank screen after ads. I’m not happy about the blank screen after the ads pop up. It’s been happening after I complete a bonus round. I have to close the app completely then reopen it. So frustrating! Otherwise, it’s fun to play the slots. The choice of machines is great too.

Outstanding Game. Very addictive! Downloaded it an hour ago and played that whole hour. Big winnings. Kept winning that whole hour. Highly recommend this game to pass the time or for a new hobby. Love it!

Having problems. I haven’t had any problems with the game until this one I’m playing now and the problem is every time I get the free spin it kicks me off the game and I lose everything 😞

Who designs a game that even played at almost 12 hours straight did not even give you a mini jackpot, forget the other minor, major or grand jackpots) These are virtual coins but take our real money(I put almost $1,000 but nothing in return) I am so frustrated and really mad at San Manuel. Now with the pandemic and loss of profits, good luck trying to win anything there?

Best slot game of all time. I really enjoy all the games in this app there so much fun but the win a lot!! Cost very little for coins and you get some really big wins to keep you playing for a long time

OK. I like the games, and I do play as a guest. It’s very hard to get good winnings. I can’t see how I am going to be able to continue to play. I definitely can’t play the Max Bet as I run out of coins fast. I guess you have to sign up in order to win and get rid of the tons of ads. I will not do that!

Glitchy. Glitchy app. Win a bonus and you get the screen where the coins add up then it never returns to the game so you have to close the app then lose all bonus coins. At one point I had over 65 million coins and bet 2.5 million and in one spin all coins disappeared. I wouldn’t spend a penny on this game and risk losing coins I bought.

Popups. The game is fun to play but when you get the bonus game the game will not give the free coins won when I click on collect it immediately goes to a popup ad this is so annoying my complaint is too many popup ads
