Organized email – it’s all terrible I used to love Yahoo. Paid for premium service, I don’t know what happened I guess I’m just old-fashioned if I have any email, and of course I’ve had many, why do emails today email apps today feel like they have to be all in one? Bothers me.

Dark Mode Please!. All in all, this app isn’t too bad. Dark mode would give it 5 stars.

Continually crashing. Love the app when it works but unfortunately it constantly crashes on both my phone and iPad so I’ll probably be looking for a new app

Not happy. Had this app for a while. Good news selections and good updates. If you view the comments to an article, most of them are very liberal, and want to comment good luck. If I entered a comment that opposed the article of other replies I would get get a notification as I tried to submit it. Network error Try again later! After trying numerous times I would give up and try a favorable reply and would be accepted. App is for liberals only.

Yahoo not working. Yahoo will not work on my iPhone unless I’m on wifi. Every thing else loads except the yahoo app or yahoo website. I have been having an issue getting my emails for 2 weeks now I tried deleting the app reinstalling deleted and cache data I’ve tried everything yahoo will not work unless on wifi for some reason.

You sold my email address!. You sold my email address down into the dark web! Why else am I getting so many spam and keep receiving the same messages over and over again?! You won’t stop it! I mark it as spam and it keep coming back! Yahoo your about as worthless as the first day you came out! Do something about it! You need a class action lawsuit brought against you!

Room For Improvement. Its not a terrible app but,.. it can be improved. Sometimes emails take a few minutes to load. Yahoo needs an Instant Messenger app separate from the main app, if it doesn’t already. I’ll check now.

ATT has screwed up the emails agains. It seems every couple of years, ATT sales the emails accounts. I’ve been using this app for years per ATT. I select it and it’s prompting me to questions that don’t recognize anything I’ve listed. Instead of ATT having a simple ‘reset password’ function, they’ve set up a process that protects us from us and locks us out of us. Terrible service. 😢

Articles jump around. Why do articles jump or move around when the page is loading? Article selection is like playing wack a mole. I don’t have time to waste waiting for an page to load when there are other better apps available

Notifications rarely work. Email notifications rarely push through

App no longer works. As of 8/22...the Y! App had stopped working. It looks like it is loading...but, no more stories and then it crashes. I tried this on both the iPad and iPad Pro...and have the same experience. I read Yahoo! Articles daily; however, now I have to use the web browser to read them...as opposed to this app.

No notifications. App used to work fine, but I haven’t received an email notification in months...all settings are correct, just never get the notifications anymore...so the app is basically useless at this point.

Use to be Better. Idk what’s going on with this app but my goodness has it gotten slow and laggy. Sometimes it just crashes on me. Whenever I’m switching email accounts it just acts up. I use to love this app but now every time I open it, I wonder how aggravated it’s gonna make me.

Push notifications don’t bring you to the article. I like yahoo and always enjoy scrolling through the news articles but when they send you push notifications and you click to open them they don’t bring you to the article just to the app. It’s really annoying. Please fix this ASAP

Notifications always stop. I have to delete and install this app every few weeks because notifications just stop working for some reason.

Can’t sign in with Google. The option to sign in with Google is at the bottom of the opening screen of the app, yet when I press on it and allow access, there is nowhere to log in through Google - only with Yahoo directly. Signing into Yahoo with my Google account works perfectly fine in the Safari browser, but I don’t want to consume Yahoo in my browser. This is irritating. Please fix it.

Mobile app. I enjoy yahoo but the past couple of days I can’t even get in the mobile app. I have had to delete the app entirely and reinstall. One I reinstall it doesn’t even give me the option to sign in. It automatically reinstall with me logged in. I get none of my emails. Please fix.

I hate this app.. Whenever I update this app, it deletes all my emails. I have to go through this elaborate process to get them back. Also it won’t let me control the contacts. Somebody is spamming me hundreds of obscene contacts and there’s no way to delete them in bulk. How could you possibly delete them one at a time in a four step process? It’s insane. Please add a way to both delete contacts and blocked them.

Poor quality application. The push notifications don’t bring you to the article. If you want to read the article later it’s as if you story was never published. It’s comical how poorly this app was coded. I like Yahoo but i’m deleting this app.

Can’t read sent msgs or spam msgs on iPad 10. The Yahoo Mail app on iPad 10 only displays the inbox. IIt’s not possible to review Sent messages or to check spam. There’s a little icon at the bottom of the screen that has up and down arrows - on the iPhone (not IPAD) this lets you display the various boxes. But on the iPad, this icon does nothing at all when you press it.

Mail. Worst ever. Have to change password almost every 2 weeks. Hate service and will charge you to forward all your mail to another reliable user. 😡

Yahoo problem. I have started having problems with getting my messages on my apple watch when it was working at one point everything is set right I don’t even get my notifications on my phone like I’m supposed to I have to go to my phone an go to the app to look it up my settings are set right as well still problems everything had been going to my phone & watch I also got the notifications but for some strange reason I can’t get anything like I use to

Please fix. Something is broken, I check my mail every day with no issues now there is an issue. When I try to click on something someone has sent me it just highlights it in grey and doesn’t so anything.

After update problems. After I received a notification that there was an update, so I updated. After the update the majority of the time the page will not load. I enjoy catching up with this app, but haven’t been able to. I hope there is a solution to this problem!! No problem at all before the update. Thank you

Not working. Going on two weeks now of me not being able to open my email… yahoo said it’s att but everyone else in my house has working yahoo!! It works only on WiFi! Please fix it.

How to enable dark mode ??. Can’t find dark mode all the time. Phoenix is in dark mode but not app.

The same issues. I’m having logging in issues since last year till now till this moment wile the recovery steps I didn’t notice that some one have unlinked my phone number from my email account now feedback is not helping which lead’s me that the issues is from your security issues and support I was trying to fix it by your support they don’t send any of notifications someone is missing around and the page of help changing int Asian language so it’s hackers issues from what ever happened to many account I have bugs logging issues very bad behavior and treatment your response your feedback your support still Im suffering from such company like you pity that this happened how you can’t solve this issues or whatever from your support

Frustrated. This app has become unusable. It crashes on almost every article I read. Would prefer a fix but ready to move in another direction for random news articles.

Yahoo email. Yahoo has been not good lately, i rely on Yahoo for a lot of my business and important things but lately I have not be able to get my emails nor my save ones, what is going on, I really don’t want to switch but I probably have to, I don’t have time to try to figure out what is going on, I just could just go to a better relying mail that want have problems. Notifications. For some reason I no longer receive notifications when I receive an email. My notifications are turned on as well as the badges. This is for my iPhone 7.

Better app for mail. This app is more reliable for Yahoo mail then the Yahoo mail app is.

No Dark mode. So I downloaded this app a while back and didn’t really use it much. Much to my disappointment they got rid of their dark mode feature. A huge let down.

Not user friendly. I had to delete the email app because it kept crashing every time I opened an email. So now I’m using the Yahoo app to access my emails HOWEVER it doesn’t give me the option to access my starred emails. Why is that?

Frozen for 3 days. Account is frozen, it is Friday, email has stopped on Wednesday. I am not able to fix it. No one to contact. I have had yahoo for years , never a problem, now nothing but problems. What gives? Changing to Gmail.

(No Recipient). All of my Inbox emails say (No Recipient) and it will not load in the past four days. I’m not that popular but have plenty of businesses sending me something more often than 4 days.

App stops working. I’ve have been using this app for a long time. all of a sudden when going through my emails it would stop and I’d have to go back in and re-open it. this is very frustrating!!! App Update?. Yesterday, 2-8-23, I downloaded the latest “update”. Since that time I have been unable to open my mail and continually get the message of close it out and reopen. I’ve done this at least 25 times and it still doesn’t open. What gives?

Confusing experience. The Yahoo news alerts do not link to a corresponding Yahoo news article/story. When I click on a Yahoo alert it opens the Yahoo app but the news story is nowhere to be found. This doesn’t make sense.

Buggy as all get out. What the heck is wrong with this app. When you click on “to get more stories”, they come up and start flashing all over the place. Ive tried uninstalling app/reinstalling it; I’ve tried rebooting the tablet, nothing seems to work.

Bring back comments. Used this daily even with the biased news, but with the comments being removed “temporarily” I wouldn’t waste your time. Comments were used to see other view points and allow other users to call out the neglect the writers show for the full story and truth. Might as well get just as decent news from The Onion.

Mail doesn’t work.. Everything else works except mail. It keeps telling me that it’s not connected to the Internet. However it is. I don’t know what is the problem.

Yahoo App and Website. All of the yahoo apps and yahoo websites need to be updated. I cannot log on to one of my yahoo e-mail accounts. I selected the option to reset a code which should be sent to my cell phone, however I never receive the code by text. There should be an option for “Forgot Password” or a phone call to my cell phone number on my e-mail account. I receive text messages from my internet service provider and cell phone company. Last update broke access to mail folders except the Inbox on iPad only. Last update broke access to mail folders except the Inbox on iPad only. iPhone and LG Android work fine only this app on the iPad v16.3 doesn’t allow viewing any folder except the Inbox. If you access yahoo mail with Chrome you can access your folders. Please fix asap.

Not that great. Ever since I updated the app from the original I have been having tons of problems getting my emails like I have to refresh 5 and 6 times before my mail that has been sent to me will show up on my app. That also includes the news portion as well. I have to sometimes go to another folder just to get the emails. It does not load sometimes at all. I also tried going through the we sky and that won’t even load or takes forever. I do get the notification that I have new emails but when I go to view I have to go through a bunch of crap just to get my emails. I have been trying to respond to a question that the developer sent me but because it takes so long for any of my new emails to appear and because when I try to reach out to respond it won’t even load I have to post this message in the review section and say that right now nothing seems to be working and like I stated I can’t even go on the actual website to pick up my messages that way so I will try unloading and reinstalling again I’ll see what happens but this is getting irritating for sure...so updating again.... I’ve now uninstalled the app in order to reinstall to get my mail and now I’m signed in under the news section but I cannot retrieve my mail at all from either accounts. And where it request to use the actual website to sign in I hit yes and I get nothing. I’m sick of this app I cannot get my emails and right now with the pandemic I need to be able to get my mail that’s how I find out if I still have a job or need to file and everything else. And since right now no one can be reached I can’t get a new email right at this point....I’m so frustrated with this...now if the developer tries to reach me via email I won’t get it cause I can’t get on my email what do I do? Glitched after update on 8/21/20 - requiring delete/install. Display a blank screen after update on 8/21 on both of work and personal iPhones. Waited for about a week for app update. Decided to delete and install the app as it is one of my daily news driver. This fixed the blank screen.
