Good recipes, for 6+ months. I’ve enjoyed pulling a few recipes that I can use for my son. Following on Instagram has helped me see even more recipes I might have skimmed over on the app. So many easy options!

Great app, great recipes!. I have tried many recipes for baby led weaning and none, I mean NONE, have as much flavor, are the right texture, etc. as these. I’ve just started trying them and am so pleased and relieved that I have a resource!

Made just for BLW Mamas!!. I like the clean approach in this app. It’s simple and user friendly. The descriptions are not over the top or overwhelming. I especially appreciate the ability to check off the ingredients as I go. And bonus...if you follow @babyledkitchen on Instagram, you can ask questions and get helpful responses!! This is a great companion to anyone getting started on the BLW journey!

Not made for US measurements. I wish the app had conversions in cups, tablespoons, teaspoons etc. vs. ounces. I was unable to make most recipes due to that. I do not have a food scale.

Developers, you’ve done something amazing here...you’ve actually made me WANT to cook👩🏻‍🍳 I’ve been the family joke on not being able to cook, but looking at the app, it seems very do-able! Fabulous, easy recipes!. My daughter did BLW when she was a baby, but now that she’s a picky 2-year-old about to start preschool, I needed some healthy, easy, baby/toddler-friendly lunch options for her. I have dozens of these recipes marked as favorites and have already started stocking up in my freezer. So grateful to have easy, healthy, flexible/tweakable recipes that use few ingredients and my toddler will eat!

Kind of misleading. I was told about this app through a dairy-free allergy group I’m a part of, and was excited to try it out. It labels the recipes as being dairy free, soy free (although it says soya so I’m assuming it’s soy...) even vegan which makes things way easier to search through. The app itself is really basic, and you cannot apply food filters to narrow down the search options. So I would have given this app a 4. However - I started noticing that when you look at the ingredients of a recipe that’s labeled vegan, there’s egg listed. Normally, not an issue but my daughter was diagnosed with an egg allergy and was prescribed an epi pen so being vegan just makes it easier on her and us. The recipes look awesome and super easy, but if you’re going to label recipes as being vegan, they better be actually vegan or list a dairy or egg substitute. Kind of weird to me, and why I knocked off a star to 3.

Amazing App. This app has so many great, easy, creative, and delicious recipes perfect for blw! I love using these recipes and making them my own after a while. I love how I can make these recipes for my whole family, not just my baby (I just add salt or spice to my own plate). I do think an American conversion would be useful, but I get by just fine by googling conversions. I definitely recommend this app whenever I can!

Excellent variety. Love that it gives me ideas that aren’t just the typical powdered baby oatmeal and jarred purées. It’s real food options, and it seems like the recipes are to help make baby an adventurous eater!

Great Resource!!. This app has been so wonderful for cooking meals that both my husband and my food-obsessed 7 month old enjoy! I’m just astounded by how much my baby has been loving the recipes I’ve tried so far. The app is very easy and straightforward to use, I really like the interface for each recipe where you can check off ingredients as you go along, and swiping between the cooking directions and ingredients list! Definitely recommend!

Wonderful recipes. App lacking in a few key areas.. The recipes in this app are fantastic! It’s ideal to go to one place and find breakfast, lunch, and dinner foods that are meant for baby! One thing I WISH I knew before purchasing was that all the measurements are in metric. I have to look up quite a few conversions. With that being said you may also need to look up what certain food and spice equivalents are between UK & US. Not a big deal. The other thing that’s a bit annoying is not being able to search all recipes for an ingredient. If you want to cook a beef dish you can’t just enter the search term “beef.” All in all- the app is still worth the $. My baby has become a little foodie because of it!

Love these ideas. I really love browsing for ideas here; great inspiration for meals for little ones. As my second child is nearing 6 months I’m looking forward to using this often as I introduce him to food! I agree with another review that mentioned the addition of an American conversion for recipes being useful, but it’s a lovely app either way!

One of the best weaning apps !. This is such a great app not just for baby led weaning but for recipes for the whole family. I’ve followed Jo on Instagram for over two years and only recently bought the app as I felt my kids were getting bored of eating the same things over and over. There is such a great range of recipes that are super easy to make with easy instructions to follow. I wish I had downloaded it years ago. I’ve tried lots of recipe apps and this one is one of the best baby recipe apps on the App Store! Even better buying it, you are supporting a lovely mum of three.

Great app takes the guess work out of what’s for supper. So many great, easy to follow recipes! My 14 month old has liked everything we’ve tried. My only challenge is sometimes converting the ingredient amounts.

Love it!. Love this app! The recipes are mostly quick and easy, everything from desserts to meals to snacks. My baby is now passed the blw age, but we still use these recipes for the whole family! Great user friendly app

It’s ok, but wouldn’t buy it again if I had the choice. Recipes are too similar and by the time my baby was able to eat most of them she was old enough to eat what the rest of the family was having anyways.
