There are literally thousands of Team Bars and locations that host watch parties for fans of teams that are not located in their favorite teams’ home market. Watching a game with other fans of the same team creates an atmosphere and environment of that feeling of being back home rooting on your favorite team even if you are miles away. Until now, finding these team bars has been difficult, unreliable and time consuming. Team Bar Finder eliminates all of that.
Team Bar Finder is simple to use. You’ll first register an account with Team Bar Finder. Choose your favorite teams from major sports – Pro Football, College, Pro Basketball, Pro Hockey, Pro Baseball and Football (Soccer). You can select just one team or multiple teams across all sports. Add, deleted and edit your favorite teams at any time.
The dynamic mapping operation has three functions. The default view shows all team bars in a specific location, no matter what team affiliation or sport. Select the “My Teams” tab and every location not affiliated with your team will disappear, leaving only those team bars that will be showing your favorite teams’ games. The search bar and “Team Name” tab allows you to type in a team name to search for team bars of a team not designated a favorite. Zoom into the region where you would like to watch the game and select the location you prefer.
Once you have found a location you would like to visit, touch the team bar finder icon to open the details page. There you will see the name of the establishment, which team or multiple teams they support, the address, phone number and the ability to get driving directions using Maps. Because the bar and restaurant industry is volatile with locations closing unexpectedly or new management choosing to not host a specific fanbase, it is best to contact the location prior to your arrival. This ensures your game will be shown with sound and other like-minded fans gather there regularly. Some locations are strictly 18 or 21 and older spots. If you will be bringing underage fans to watch the game, make sure your location does not have age restrictions prior to going there.
With so many team bars opening and closing, it is nearly impossible to keep up with all the changes. That’s why we have included the “add a bar” function. Tap the plus sign to add a bar and alert our staff of a location that may not be in the Team Bar Finder database. There you can list the establishment name, address and which teams’ games they show. You can even include additional details like, “they play the fight song after every touchdown” or “2-for-1 drink specials for fans wearing silver and black”. Once submitted, our team will verify the location details. If the location is confirmed, the bar or restaurant is added to the expansive Team Bar Finder database.
No matter if you are a season ticket holder and want to catch a game in a different city with fans like yourself or you have moved away and remain loyal to your team, Team Bar Finder can help you find your happy place. Sports fans share a special kinship that is social in nature. Watching your team with other fans makes it more enjoyable, regardless of your distance from your college or team’s home town. Awesome. Love this. Grew up in south Texas but root for a number of teams from all over the place. Now go to school in San Antonio and can find bars to watch my teams. This app is lit. 🔥
Found my Pats bar!. Grew up in Massachusetts but live in SoCal now. Love the Patriots and had no idea there are so many Patriots bars here. I’ll be using this when I travel too.
Worthless. Looked for Dallas Cosby bar in Hartford which was a gamble, then to test checked New England patriots in boston and still nothing came up!

Bar search is tied to iPhone location. You can only find bars in your current location. I downloaded this app to plan a for a future trip and it doesn’t work for that purpose.
HUGE HELP. I’ve been in Anaheim for around a month from Dallas, and have been struggling to find a solid bar to watch the Texas Rangers. I heard about the app after searching for a bar-finder app, and it has made a huge difference! Anyone looking for a great place to watch a game, with like-minded people...I HIGHLY recommend this app.
Great all around. Really great to find a bar that I like and that I enjoy for events like watch parties. If I wanna hang out but don't know a chargers bar or steelers bar it helped out a great number of times. I would definitely recommend this app. It is a great way to find out the perfect bar and it helps a lot
Easy to use. When traveling in a different city, it was very easy to see what bars in the area would be showing games, even if it wasn’t my favorite team. Adding a bar to the database was also easy. A must have for sports fans!
Team Bar Finder did not help me find a sports bar. I did not like this app. It did not give me what I needed. It is tied to location and I was trying to find a sports bar downtown while in the suburbs. I deleted it and it bothers me to have paid for it. Don't recommend it.
Crappy app. Don’t use. I got nothing upon downloading it
Years out of date. Several restaurants listed for my team haven’t been open for as much as a decade. Others are definitely not places where fans of my team meet up. Cool premise, but needs maintenance. Didn’t seem to have a way to provide feedback on locations.
Terrible. This app is garbage- looking for Red Sox bars, couldn’t find any in Saint Louis. Listen, I get it maybe there aren’t any, but just for the heck of it I scrolled over to Boston itself... what do you know...not a single Red Sox bar. See ya!
Great resource. Been wanting someone to take this mobile. Finding a Rams bar to watch the game is so much easier now.
Scam. This doesn’t even work, took my money
Deleted within minutes of purchase. This app did not find any bars for my team! I wanted to use the app to find a bar in a city I would be visiting, there is no way to search other areas as it uses your location. I even moved the map around to see if pins showed up elsewhere.
Don’t Buy. The app doesn’t appear to be maintained. Can’t get any of the details of the bars to open.
Not accurate or helpful. This app provides WAY less accurate listings than expected. In fact, I'd call it a ripoff. One of the few locations that is listed to watch NY Giants games in Denver is a CLOSED Original Colorado Tavern location in Platt Park. What a wastemof $1😆
Just what we needed!. We wanted to catch the Niners game at the last minute, and the app came through! I recommend it for any sports fan!
So Awesome!. I saw a new bar opened near me that was flying a Packers flag outside. The place just opened a month ago and it was already in this app! Submitted a bar that has lots of Lions fans and it was available in here the next day.
Good app.... This is a great app for sports fans whose favorite team may be in another location. I wish I had this app when I was away at grad school. It would have been great to watch my favorite hometown sports teams amongst team friendly fans cheering them on... This app allows me to enjoy my favorite teams in team friendly locations no matter where I am.
49ers bars are everywhere!. Had no idea there were so many 49ers bars outside of California. Not buggy and easy to use. Highly recommended.
Outdated. Seems like a nice interface but all the recommended bars have either closed or changed ownership. None of the recommended bars for my team are still team bars. Not enough users to keep up.
Waste of money. This app doesn’t appear to do anything other than show you bar locations, but even then it doesn’t tell you the name of the bar, lol. I can find any relevance whatsoever to “my team” even after inputting my information. Do yourself a favor and just use Google.
This saved me. Wanted to find a place to watch my team while away from home. Downloaded it, saved my team and bang, found one a few miles away. Every sports fans should have this.
Where has this been all my life?. So cool! Now I can find a place to watch my team no matter where I am. Being able to watch an Oklahoma Sooners game with other Sooners fans is just like being back in Norman on Saturdays. I’ll be packing my OU hat when I travel and I can now find a Sooners bar anywhere I travel. BOOMER!
Saves me so much time. When looking for a bar to watch my team, it took forever looking on message boards or social media. Now I have all my teams saved and can find a place to watch the game with other fans. So cool.
Way too lean of an app to charge.... The reviews above are obviously not real users. This app isn’t well populated. Bummed because I was looking for an app that would show me where Bulls games may be played.
Marvelous. My husband is a huge Dodger fan and likes to watch the Game with other Dodgers fans. Found this app and found our new Dodger bar. It was so close and we never knew it was a Dodgers bar until I downloaded this app!
Horrible User Experience/app. Can’t say this is a good app. Doesn’t do any differentiation between the teams you choose as your favorites. User Interface is bad. Doesn’t actually display the bar/restaurant name without clicking on it. Doesn’t tell you anything. Do NOT use or download. I used it for 5 minutes and deleted it. You’re better off looking for watch parties on Facebook or other social media sites
This app is hot garbage. They basically show you every bar in your area and claim it’s a “fan bar”. Sure you may randomly run into a fellow fan but far from a fan bar. It showed 9 bars within my area and claimed they are Detroit bars, I have drank beers at everyone of these bars and they are far from a gathering spot for Detroit fans. Dont give these clowns another .99$
Doesn’t work. Save your dollar for a vending machine.. Downloaded this app to watch a game with some like minded fans and nope did not work. Absolute waste of money. So many better things to spend a dollar on and this is not it.
Can’t believe I didn’t think of this!. As a KC Chiefs fan (not bandwagon). This app is super helpful in finding Chief-friendly Places to watch the games! Also a Lakers and Angels fan so really enjoying everything this app has to offer! Stoked and highly recommend!!!
