I tried to upgrade but it won’t allow it. My app says since you are offering a new app ... that you will give me free service for a year ... I do NOT require that . It is kind of you to offer but . Just let me update to the new one ! I put in my credit card three times trying to upgrade to the new PRO or 2 or whatever it is .. it’s very confusing !! Why can’t I override your free offering . Give it to someone else ! I am willing to pay . I think it’s super fun and cute !! What is happening is that not being able to upgrade has ALSO put your watermark back in ! I have never used your free version ! We all work hard to earn money and you deserve to earn money !! So please figure out why I can’t override the free service for a year . Thank you !!

APP DOESNT WORK. Had the old app. I was asked to upgrade free for a year. Updated the app and nothing works. Can’t add a pic, clink on any link (which directs me to web and stays still) or even click on troubleshooting or support. It just directs you to go to help center again. Already being on help center. My advice, pull app from public access and developers should go back to the drawing board. Fix the issues and troubleshoot on the back end before launching again. This app is not ready for public. And many will do what I’m about to do. Is now going back to my subscription account. Cancel before I forget about app and I get charged after my trial. And have to then worry about getting a refund. An issue that could be avoided if app could be vetted out before getting subscribers. Hope you fix your issues soon before more subscribers register.

Nothing has changed in 2 years!!!. I have been using this app loving it when it works. Why in the world haven’t y’all added any new accessories. They are the exact same as when I started the app in the free version years ago. In your description you say something like in the Pro version, which I have, you get more options for the accessories but nothing is new. Also, I tried using the app today and when I clicked on Save and Share, the app closed and nothing was saved. I then went to settings>help and a Troubleshooting page came up with only directions of how to get help by clicking on settings>help which I already did. What nonsense!!!!!!!!!!! I seriously think the owners of this app cares nothing for their customers!!! They just want to market and bring more customers in to pay. They don’t even have a help or troubleshooting page to go to. This app could be incredible but instead it’s terrible but not as terrible as the owners of the app. Whoever they have paid to create, update, add new items (never happens), maintain this app doesn’t know what they are doing or are not experienced enough to make changes and make sure the app works properly.

MyTalkingPet 2 Apps. I already had the MyTalkingPet App before this one came out which is very confusing. I paid $10 or something for the MyTalkingPet app that I got like 5 years ago. All of a sudden I couldn't share the videos I make on it to anything. The app would just crash. I tried to look up the app to see if there was an update. There was no update for the “MyTalkingPet” App I had; however, it says there is a “MyTalkingPet” app that I can “get” or “download” which is super confusing. How can I get an app with the same exact name as an app I already have on my phone. Anyway, I downloaded it and now I have TWO MyTalkingPet apps on my phone! One of them I paid $10 for or something like that and that one doesn’t work anymore and now I have a SECOND one but I have to pay to unlock stuff. What happened? Did they recreate the same app so that people who bought the old one would have to pay again for the new one? Something is super sketchy about it.

...... Ok this app is really great but I can’t believe you can’t just send them to people or save without getting the pro version because that’s the reason I got this app in the first place! Besides that big problem I think it is really cute. Maybe instead of making that one of the pro traits they could just make it to where you get more pre-made faces or whatever. Let’s be honest because without being able to save or send these I’m going to just delete this app in a couple of days anyway. It’s probably the same for other people too. But yeah on the plus side this app is fun and it actually looks pretty realistic and I find it very funny. I would only recommend this app if you plan to get the pro version or I guess you could have it as one of those like “One minute entertainment” apps if you don’t feel like spending money.👍

It Will Be Worth Paying A Subscription When.... Now that this is owned by GoDaddy and it is a paid subscription, I expect a bit more. I have a great picture! Of course it’s of my cat… she’s amazing!… it is what it is! (((AMAZING KITTY!))) And I would love to use pointy ears! But I cannot. And again on this last picture, it didn’t lineup correctly with default setting. And when I went to fix the ears myself, the back button is over top of her right ear tip—to my left. So this option is not good for some cat photos. It is the third time/picture I’ve had this happen. So there is a widget. What is it supposed to do? Tell me the weather in a voice that’s not my cat’s? Not fun. You can’t send a message from the widget like it was included somewhere closer to the beginning of this app’s conception. That changed a couple times... I think. And as far as my cat’s voice, I have to struggle to get it correct every time I go to make a new video, because it’s not (saved) when I go to make a new one. And that is a pain in the behind. If there is an option to save her voice, and people know her voice, I don’t know where that option is. There’s been quite a few times that I’ve just stopped before I got very far with any little project. And I wonder, “If don’t use it, why am I paying for it?” It’s a great app. But the quirks take some of the fun out of it.

Ruined it!. I used to give a five star rating to this app until the latest upgrade which completely ruined it. The voice functionality allowed you to create a unique voice and it has been replaced with canned unpleasant voices that are barely understandable. Totally wrecked it! I had created characters that people identified with and looked forward to that helped with fundraising for my nonprofit rescue. Now they don’t work anymore. Super bad choice, less functionality, I will be canceling my paid membership if this functionality is not restored. It is now totally NOT worth paying for. Super disappointed and super upset. I don’t know who thought this was a good idea but they were wrong.

Good but disappointed. This has been a really fun app! But out of nowhere I was told I needed to get the paid option because I’d used up all my saves I guess? I wasn’t told this to begin with so it took me by surprise. I don’t understand why unlimited saves aren’t available with the free version since I am also getting advertisements, which I thought should pay for that...? I’m not sure it was just sad to see this app not last long before requiring payment. Suggestion: maybe you could put an ad on the corner of the screen as well as the pop ups to get more profit so not everyone has to get the paid version, or make certain dialogues or voices only available with the paid subscription.

My talking elf!. I use this for a cute little elf Dobby. I had no idea when someone suggested that name that it was in a famous movie bummer. He’s nothing like that elf. The app does a great job of animating his cute little face. There were some recent updates that were kinda glitchy and it won’t work on certain pictures which didn’t make sense to me. They were the same format. It would just refuse to open the photo. Sometimes the app starts jerking for lack of a better term. I t might have to do with the face emulating your expressions. I wish that worked better. I turn it off. Everything else works really well. Overall I gave it 4 stars. If it wouldn’t have been for the storage jerking distortions and not working with a picture I needed it to I’d have given it 5 stars. It’s a really fun creative app!

Makes people smile. My friend is in the hospital from back surgery and my Mom is in quarantine in her assisted living residence and we cannot visit either of these loves ones. We call, text & video chat but what really makes them smile and LOL is when we awns messages of our talking pets through this app. Laughter is so important any time but especially during this crazy time of our lives. Thank you to the developers of this app!! It’s genius and we can really bring cheer to those who need it. We have our pets deliver all kinds of messages to our friends. Great app! Easy & fun to use !

Rip-off. The creators of this app are clearly just money hungry. I paid for the app when it first came out (I think maybe a $4 flat fee) but now it’s telling me I have to pay $24+ per year because they have a version 2. Hahahaha... a second version of a talking pets app?! What exactly did you add? 😂 Yeah, $4 was already making me feel like an idiot for paying to make it look like my pet was talking so I could make my mom a birthday video. Now a year later I get on the app to do another one and not only am I told I need to pay $24 to use it (I guess the first fee I paid means nothing now?) but I have tons of ads thrown at me every few seconds including Google surveys. So, you’re making money off of me BEING on your app that I can’t actually use. No thanks. Talk about having a mediocre idea and trying to milk it for all it’s worth 😂😂😂😂

Worth scaling the minor learning curve. This app offers hours of fun, especially when you make videos of your friends’ pets talking. Depending on how well you match the phrases and vocal qualities with the pet, it’s a reliable way to crack up your friends. The adjustments take a little while to master. It’s helpful if you’ve used other photo-editing apps. User Suggestions: 1. Choose, or take, photos in which your pet faces you head on. Side and 3/4 views can be difficult. 2. Use the automatic function for mapping your pet’s face. Then add an audio phrase and vocal qualities. Play back the resulting video. If it looks weird, now is the time to fix it by moving crucial dots. Keep at it till you are happy with the results. You’ll learn as you go. Je pense que ça en vaut la peine.

Talking Puppies!. Using my Talking Pet, I reached out to friends asking for a name for my new puppy. When I chose a name for her, “she” sent videos to each of her Mommy’s friends and introduced herself. Each message contained something personal for each recipient. It was a LOT of fun and it is a great way to say Happy Birthday and to honor any other special event. My favorite message was to my special “Littles” - 3, 5, and 7 year old friends. They didn’t know puppies could talk!! It was SO much fun!! Give My Talking Pet a chance!! It is a blast!!!

Frustrated w Upgrade Issue. Originally I purchased My Talking Pet. Then recently when I went back into it, the app said I had to switch to My Talking Pet 2, but that I would get a year’s subscription for free - so I switched. Now the new app tells me after only a few days and a few videos/shares that I have to upgrade to the Pro version. I’m not sure what happened to the Free Year, but oh well. I have clicked on the ‘Subscribe’ button lots of times, but the screen only briefly blinks and nothing happens. I was willing to forget about the free year you promised, but now I can’t even spend the $24 to subscribe. What’s the matter with this function in your app? Please help. If you fix it, I’ll come back in and change my rating because other than these issues, I really do love your app!

Okay I guess. I downloaded this app for fun and I really like it but it only allows you to make two videos and when you delete all the other videos I still want you to buy something and I do not have money to spend on the stupid little game I hate it I hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate I like the game but I just don’t want to spend my money on it it’s a very cool cute game just that maybe don’t make us do that because that’s kind of just forcing it and I don’t know who wants to play a game that you’ll have to buy and it’s really him bad so yeah I’m just pretty mad because I don’t have money I don’t have money I don’t want to spend my money😡

Please more stuff for free. Look I know this game is fun but wasting money and sell all your clothes and then sell your home that’s very bad but yay your stupid pro version will last forever my mom works in a food truck she makes hundreds of dollars but she has to pay the internet the water the electricity but she can’t get the pro version because it’s 20 something bucks and cool there’s a free trial nope you still have to pay my mom isn’t a fool and also I tried doing the share but I made a mistake 2 times and I ran out of them I turned my dog Jax into Rudolph and share it to my grandpa the creator of this I love you but please let us share at least 10 of them or unlimited I know your tring to make money but there’s more ways

GURLLLL MTP IS MY QUARANTINE OBSESSION!!!. I am not exclusively talking with friends via anthropomorphic MyTalkingPet creation. Some things I’ve made talk so far: Tom Hardy’s weird MySpace pics (gurl look it up, they are ICONIC!), a timer, a glowing orb (it’s an led light, not, like, a magical orb.... wait guys MyTalkingPet IS magic so like, you know?), a tree stump, Danny Trejo, a busted box of tissues, a pillow (my pillow my talking pet?!?), the Cocid19 molecule, the MyTalkingPet logo wearing a sombrero, my purse (who desperately wants to go outside btw), Iko Uwais from The RAID movies (gurl, if you like violent action movies get on this series), an Instagram comment from the director of The RAID series (Gareth! Huw! Evans! You are a genius, my man), the baby dinosaur from that ‘Not the mama!’ Dinosaur show from the 90s, more Tom Hardys & slogan Marshall Green (who I like to refer to as Tom Hardly, but like, he’s a great actor in his own right... gurl! Have you seen Upgrade!? That poor paraplegic doesn’t want to fight all those people, but science made him do it... much like how tree trunks down want to wish my mother a happy Mother’s Day, but I make them do it with MyTalkingPet... IN SUMMARY: MyTalkingPet is a QUARANTINE GAME CHANGER. Now, can you please add a video chat feature? Also, please do yourself a favor and google Tom hardy MySpace. Thank you and goodnight.

Ok. I love this game a lot but you can only save and share a video five times and then you have to upgrade to pro which is like 20 $30 and I don’t have that kind of money I need I think you should at least upgrade it till at least 20 videos because these are really funny and I love this game that’s the only thing that I have wrong with this game and if you change that I think more people would get into it so just think about itBut the only cool thing about it is that once you delete it you can re-download it and you get to save it and share it again I already have like a bunch of videos cause I doubt because I deleted it and then re-downloaded it again that’s the good thing about it but I still think you should upgrade it to 20 videos

😞. I’m sorry I had to give you one star. But I just can’t play the app! So I was having fun with this game, making my pets talk, but THEN. My friend told me it was her sisters B-Day! (It’s not today, I just decided to write this review after her birthday ¯\_(ツ)_/¯) So I was going to make Grumpy Cat say, “I hope you have a horrible birthday. Yay. Woo.” So I recorded it and then it said that I can’t share it because I needed pro!!!! So instead I tried recording it. I don’t know HOW you did this but it showed a cat crying!!!!!!!!!! You made the cat cry! Why? Why??? I love cats!!!! The poor kitty!!! Sorry... I went a little too far on that cat part... but please. Make it to where you don’t need pro to share more than 3 videos! The app is USELESS if you don’t have pro! All you can do is make a video, watch it, DELETE IT, and forget forever and never remember. Really? I’m sorry I made this so long... bye!

Used to be great. I USED to loved using this for my own dog, but mostly to promote the adoption of dogs in a rescue I volunteer with. This was in 2018 I think. Here’s what I loved (and now miss) 1. It was free 2. There was no time restraint, so I could squeeze in all the info about the dog in under 2 minutes (my limit, not MTP). 3. No tacky “My Talking Pet” logo slapped on the front of my photo!! I really hate that. 4. I could download to my phone, Facebook, and more. I could save the recording to my phone. No restrictions saying “upgrade to Pro, you’ve used your 2 free downloads” really?? How so? I put 1 on my Facebook page. I tried to download and all I got was a frozen image. 5. I could record the whole thing, then play with the pitch AFTER until I was satisfied. Now I have to guess at what it will sound like and select pitch first. Then record. I’m not recording multiple times! It was far more versatile before. Apps these days have some usability at the free level, I’d be willing to pay if I found an extended need for it. I’m so disappointed. Not buying the pro, after making 1 video and sharing it to Facebook 1 time. Bummer.

This is one of the most entertaining things I have seen on the Internet. With this pandemic and having to stay alone or at home more than usual, we have all searched for something to do to amuse ourselves. Well I ran into this app and I think it’s absolutely one of the funniest and most entertaining things I have seen in a long time. Obviously I’m an animal person, and most of my friends are too. So I am having a ball getting photos from my friend’s Facebook and Instagram posts and creating a fun communication that has delighted so many people. We all need a little frivolous fun in our lives! And this is my pick!

Tell me animals can’t talk. I have had this app for over 6 -7 years or more, I have taken other photos from my friends and shared with them in messenger and they asked if they could share it on there timeline. I said its your picture, that’s why I sent it in messenger, for you to decide. This is the best app I have ever used. I have experimented wit this and actually had trees, flowers you name it talking. I love send real pictures of me or my animals to family or friends for birthday cards . I have been asked so many times about how I did it, I gave them the name of this app. I just love it. Thank you talking pets for taking that small chance, that turned into a giant dream.

Totes Adorbs!. I REALLY like this app! It’s super cute and funny! There’s only one thing: I know it says on the video that you can do with humans. I tried it and it turned out SUPER creepy🤡! I took a pic of myself and I had it on a high pitch by accident and it looked like (and sounded like) I was a creepy doll! So, don’t false advertise!! But other than that, it’s a pretty darn cool app!😻😎 And one other thing: I know you can only share/save two videos without pro. Which, is kinda unfair because I reeeeaally want to share all my videos with my family and friends. You’ll actually might make more money without that feature because if I shared it to a bunch of people then they’ll wanna get it and they might do the pro. I hope you see some sense in that🙄. So please consider doing that and it will make a world of difference! DABORIS DABORIS

Pet entertains virtual classes. This is a fun app, but has a few glitches. The area around my dog moves as his mouth moves, so using a picture with a neutral setting works better. I tried having him sing, but his mouth moves to the percussion & any noise. Would be fun to have him sing “Don’t Worry Be Happy”, but mouth won’t move correctly to lyrics. I’m featuring my chocolate lab on school videos for online students. He’s a big hit. Vocabulary is so much more fun with him saying it. Update: NO LONGER OPENS AT ALL YET STILL CHARGING FOR APP. Had great fun until it no longer opens at all 😡. Can’t go to settings if I can't open. Used this to have my dog make character videos for kids at my school. Huge hit, but now impossible. They’ll be so disappointed. 😞

App is good for the first day. You gotta be kidding me. I start playing around with the app the first time, and I save 2 of the videos. The next day, I played around again, and tried to save a 3rd video. But, no! This app lets you ONLY SAVE 2 VIDEOS. That is one day of fun, and it is pointless to have on your phone or whatever for the next day. Sure, you can spend a bunch of money for a big membership to get it, but seriously, 2 VIDEOS? It doesn’t even let you screen record them. I would NOT recommend this app if you are interested in an app to make your pets talk for free, because that is a day- or maybe just even 3 hours of fun! If they improve this and let you have a heck of a ton more videos (let’s say... 20) it would be a five star review, but only an hour to a day of fun for this app doesn’t get anywhere near 5 stars.

I love this app—but.... I really with this app had more voice options, like the crazy helium app. Like the option of a little boys/girls voice, teenage boys/girls voice, parental voices, old wise grandparent voice, etc. A variety of voices to better represent our pet babies. This app also works for my kids photos, so that’s a great feature! Also, it would be nice if you could go back to adjust the facial points without having to start with the process all over again. Additional voice options like the ones I suggested would do wonders for this app! 4 out of 5 stars though, it’s such a fun app! A huge thanks to the creators, you rock!

BEST APP EVER!!!!. This app is amazing! It lets you set up the face and you can even do it on people, but when their mouth opens, it looks triangle. One more thing is when I am setting up my dog’s face, and I select the side part of the mouth, it moves the middle one sometimes. Also, if you have a cat or a pet with pointy ears, you can put a setting on pointy ears. One last great thing is that the speed and pitch of the animals voice isn’t in one setting, such as if I do a really low voice and put the speed to the highest, the low voice doesn’t get higher. Anyway, this is a great app and thank you (to the developers) for making this app because it is AMAZING and I mean it.

Having a blast!. My dog Yetta Notherschnauzer has a wonderful time sending her own messages for birthdays holidays even to make her own grooming appointment. Today’s message to the groomer included something about the fact how proud she was that I actually took the initiative to call and I have thumbs all the way down to the fact that since the groomers behind where I get my hair done we usually do spa days together. Unfortunately she’s told the groomer she’s gonna look better because she doesn’t think there’s a plastic surgeon at the hairdressers. After saying that she said “oops! Was that out loud!” So every message is different and we’re having a blast best investment I ever made it’s worth the money to buy the full version so do yourself a favor and get it specially if you enjoy having your pets send messages for you. This app costs money. I got this app and I did what the app is for. Then after my second one it said I could only save or share it one more time. I had thought that maybe to get a membership it would be like five dollars per month. Nope for a membership it is 25 dollars per month. The creator of this app is just trying to make u spend lots of money for just one month of sharing and saving your creations. This app is just trying to make u spend lots of money so this is my warning to u, DO NOT GET THIS APP. They charge to much for just the ability to share and save your creations. I tried screen recording my fourth creation to see if I could save it that way but they made it so that when u screen record your creation goes blank. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Problems. At first I loved the app! It was amazing and so much fun! But then I found out that you couldn’t share it more than five times of the entire time you had the app and you have to upgrade to premium and pay a lot of money just to be able to 1. Be able to share and save it 2. To use cool filters and 3. Be able to actually have fun with it. I really wanted to be able to do this but I am not allowed to use money on a app so there is kind of no point of having this app an I might just delete it if I can’t do anything with it. I do love it is kind of fun though but I really want to be able to save it and use filters. Please read and respond to this and at least make it so that it will save and send!

Talking Pet? Let’s Talk About The Rip Off. Like several others, I purchased My Talking Pet Pro a couple of years ago (or so) for around $10. It was great back then...very entertaining as I used it primarily with pets, politicians, and other simple lifeforms. Having not used it in quite a awhile, I opened it today only to find that it will no longer allow me to save videos. I looked for a upgrade and the app doesn’t exist anymore but I can now download My Talking Pets and upgrade to the “Pro” version for only $24 a year. What a rip off. Those of us who invested it in years ago are apparently screwed and don’t even have access to a working app anymore. We’re seeing more and more software moving towards subscription services in an attempt to make more income without having to do much in terms of bug fixes and software upgrades. Sadly, this developer has decided to follow that trend. It was a fun app and worth $10 but has now changed to a simple money grab. $24 a year...Give me a break. Save your money and spend it on better video morphing software that’s available out there from more reputable developers. As for me, I’m deleting the app and making no more purchases from this developer.

This is a fun app. Lots of laughs. PRO: Love how I can give me dog a voice...and make myself and others laugh. What of our pets could talk...what would they say? Baffling because I’ll never really know. We learn to know their behaviors, and craft words with this app that pull out parts of their character. That’s what’s fun. CON: Don’t like paying a monthly fee for something that will most likely sit until the next time I use it. Would you be willing to charge a fee per use? Like $.99 per 3 images? It would make it a go to as needed app. 👍... I love this hilariously fun app. The developer is worthy of an income from it. 👎 can’t afford the it.

Dissatisfied customer 😒. This app seemed great at first, and I gave it a fair shot. It did a good job for making the pets talk. The app was perfect, until I tried saving the 3rd video. It said I ran out of tries, and had to buy a premium, very expensive, version. I did what any reasonable human would do, and I started screen recording. I know, I know, I’m sure that the developers will respond and say, “What a scandalous thing of you!” But to that I say, make your premium less expensive!! But, I bet you’re thinking, ‘Why is this a one star review, if you ended up screen recording?’ Well, simple. When it started screen recording, it popped up a giant pink cat that was crying 😿! All in front of my video! I stopped recording, and the pink cat vanished. First of all, seriously!? Why do we have to pay? Second, my goodness, that’s freaky. I gave the app permission for only 3 things. My microphone, my camera, and my camera roll. I never gave it permission to know when I’m screen recording. This crossed my line. To sum it up, this app only cares about money and they violate the permissions you give them. Find a better app. If you thought my review was helpful, please rate it helpful so people can understand the flaws of this app. Thank you!

Cute, but.... I couldn’t decide between 3/4 stars. 4 stars because it’s super cute if you get the ‘right’ photo uploaded and aligned with the markers. 3 stars because, well, you only get 3 shares. I mean, usually a free version doesn’t allow you unlimited photo uploads of your own pictures or limited accessories. But seriously, only 3 videos to share? How can I get my friends to try it with only 3 videos? I have more than 3 friends that I would send different sayings to. If you’re looking for more people to pay for the pro version, maybe offer unlimited shares with a set amount of uploaded, personal pictures. Now I’ll delete the app and try a different one and not even bother to try the pro.

Beware. Starting 2022 this app will charge you without your permission. I used this app for free in 2017 - they have not updated since. I did not realize I was on the paid version since the quality was equally as bad and choose to suffer through their long candy crush ads for FREE version. I did not give this app permission to charge me. Apple denied my refund because I overlooked the charge until I went back over statements from a couple months ago. They should be able to see that the app has had a one time use and then deleted. I have been busy settling back into my home after living in a hotel for 7 months due to my house fire. This app did not cheer up my kids for the one time use. This app charge adds to my PTSD 🙁

Really fun app. I’ve had loads of fun making these little videos for friends and family birthdays, congrats, all kinds of things. Easy to use, and you can put together a kickass video in very little time. My only suggestion would be to add a few more outline points to make marking out the face more accurate. And also maybe add options so you can use a horse. I tried that a couple of times and the current algorithm just doesn’t work. And who doesn’t love a talking horse? The monthly or annual subscription is worth the upgrade, otherwise you are limited to a pretty short voiceover. The subscription allows you to talk as long as you like, which increases the possibilities considerably. I do a lot of public speaking and it would be huge fun if part of my lecture was instead delivered by a horse (the subject of the seminar). Regardless, thanks for a really fun app!

I’m done with the membership thing please remove it. I am really mad because of the membership thing nobody wants to get your app if that has a membership thing and also I want to put images of axolotl‘s on the game but it won’t let me in that’s what makes me really really really really really really mad and it makes me wanna smash my head into the wall especially the membership ship thing and it makes me not welcome in the app if I don’t have it and I nobody wants to have a membership thing everybody just wants to enjoy talking pet and share all the Time the pets and stuff in fact I want to make a little video with CapCut but I can’t because every time when I screen record it there’s a sad dog on it please remove all that stuff sincerely Caythecat

Awesome app but...... Ok don’t get me wrong this app is great! But one major complaint is after you make to videos this thing pops up and asks you to pay something like 20 dollars and I can afford that but maybe other people can’t and that makes me super annoyed because it’s like you download the app thinking oh this will be so funny I get the app make to videos and the third video I try to share asks me for a yearly or monthly pet pro! Some feedback I have is to make the app work better a way you can do that is maybe make the app have unlimited sharing abilities and then create more hats or something like that and make that the pet pro and also make the pet pro be able to do two pets at once some way and I bet people will sign up for that. Disappointed but satisfied. I saw this app and decided to get it, as advertised it looked easy and fun. But it was hard, tho enjoyable. The problem tho is if you mess up.... it looks supper creepy and the face looks all stretched and, just... uujheew. If you wants this app, it is funny as long as you won’t get get creeped out by the concerning face of your own pet. Also, when at the beginning, and you pick out the faces for your library, that, and the pictures you can take for at the exact moment are all you get to use, So Choose Well!!! Only four stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. This game is ok, but I some complaints and some I would love for you to add in. 1 I can only do six video’s at a time before I have to delete them. And I would love is if you made it up to 50 video’s at a time. And I have noticed that I am not the only one experiencing this. 2 I would really love it if yo guys added more of those funny stuff that you can make them say it’s so funny!😆 So please add more. The latest version ruined the voice control!. This app would have gotten a five star rating up until a week ago. I loved, loved, loved this app until they recently eliminated to the ability to change the tone of the voice of the talking or singing pet. They replaced that feature with six or eight voice types that are ridiculously useless. One talks so fast and at such a high-pitched tone you cannot understand it, while another one talks so slowly and at such a low tone it’s annoying! Argghh!!!! 😖 Please bring back the ability to control the tone of the voice with that sliding control. Please!!!

A fun no contact way to communicate. This isolation has got many of us bored out of our minds. “ My Talking Pet” is a fun way to connect with friends and family. My granddaughter loved her birthday greeting from our Wheaten Terrier naked Birdie. I had this app in the earlier daYs and these new upgrades are great. Much more user friendly and the new seasonal backdrops gives your videos a fresh look. Can’t wait for the ability to Tic Toc my pet. After all with “My Talking Pet” it showcases this adorable dog and she should be shared with the world especially now

Don’t Trust This Developer. A few years ago I paid REAL money and bought their application. In exchange, they gave me an application that worked fine, I could use it all I want, send as many videos as I liked, no water marks. I was happy and they took my money and put it their pocket. We both profited, as it should have be..I’d have given them 5 stars then. Then the developer decided they didn’t care if they took my money…and demanded I pay them monthly for the same features I had already paid them for because they just up and decided that there was nothing I could do about it and they felt ok stealing from me. Then they restricted my application, put a water mark back, and said I couldn’t share videos anymore! How is this even legal? They stole my working product I paid for …and now I have neither my money or my working product. Just know this, whatever deal they say they will offer you today, subscription or whatever, these crooks are 100% ok with changing their minds later and then “updating” your working product to remove features you paid for, because how will you stop them? Just read the responses they give to other customers they did this too. Don’t trust this developer.

Pro doesn’t seem Pro. PROS: easy to use. CONS: free version is pretty useless/limited... after using it, I assume it’s more of an experimentation to see if you want to invest. Limited accessories so I opted for 1 mos to investigate further. You get the same five dated clipart hats in the pro version as you do in the free version - the only difference seems to be no water marks. I care nothing about the audio options because I would be using my own, so honestly didn’t check the free version. I also have a blue! On the accessory area so maybe I’m just not seeing everything but I tapped and looked and read everything I possibly could, including reloading. I was hoping for some other PRO style options like more hats/accessories that looked to be designed post 1990. You have to have a perfectly centered photo with space all around otherwise the hats get cut off and the top app banner impedes the ability to adjust the tracking. I wanted to use a photo where the dogs head was to the side but facing front and the refresh icon and banner made it difficult and frustrating. The accessories were oddly sized on that photo as well, but seemed better on the fuller headshot. I would expect these limitations on a free version, but not a pro version. Worth $3 for one month to play, but not more for me. If they made these changes I might reconsider. I will investigate some of the other talking app options out there for now.

Cool glitch. At first i liked the app, but then i found out that you only get to share the videos 5 times! i deleted the app for space on my phone, but then i decided to redownload the app. When i went into the app i made another video, but then i discovered something awsome! I was able to make another video and I was able to save it!!!😄 turns out that if you use your five times on saving the videos all you have to do is just delete the app and then re-download it and you get another five turns!!! that’s all you have to do instead of just wasting $10 on the full version!😅😅 I would’ve rated this app maybe two stars but now that I see I can use this glitch, now I would rate five stars!!!!

Good but could be better. Cute but horrible. Before the update this game was...👍. Now, the game is....🥴 It used to have actual sentences from movies or shows and some just random sentences, now, they have weird sounds. For example, who wants a cute little dog to sound like a pig who is gobbling of food and barfing. No offense to people who DO want their dogs to sound like that....or, who wants their cats to sound like a crying baby at TOP volume. Or any pet: a turtle, a gecko, a lizard, a chameleon, a fish, a horse, a bird, a rat, a mouse, ANYTHING!!!! + you have to pay lots of money just to do this!!!!!! Come on! My Experience. Never have I ever thought that I would play a game like this before. This game is so cool and also really cute. It’s so much fun to play that I feel like I’m love with it . It’s so cool that I get to record my voice as any animal I want. When I saw this game on the App Store, I thought it looked very intriguing that I couldn’t help but feel like I wanted to get it on my iPad. And now I’m so glad that I did. This game truly is fascinating and it has me head over heels in love with all the animals that I see on it.

It’s not fair. I really like this game but I don’t like how you can only save two videos of your pet talking in the free version. My mom doesn’t have enough money to buy the pro version and even if she did that would waste her money. I want to be able to share videos with my friends and family but I can only share two and I don’t think that’s fair. If the creator of this game reads this, please make unlimited videos you can save for the free version. My brother wants me to create a hollow knight character to talk but I can’t share it with him because I have two chances to save two videos. I tried deleting my two videos I saved but still it didn’t work I have to get the pro version to save unlimited videos. And as you can see I explained why I don’t want to get the pro version because it’s a waste of money so please make the free version of this game save unlimited videos.

I still love it because it brings light and laughter to people’s lives when they get messages from our much loved Golden Retriever. However, there’s a catch. The full retail price is now more than 10 times the original - and VERY expensive for a fun app. If you sign up and then cancel, there’s a tempter of a sizeable discount if you check “too expensive”. So, it seems, the developers get it! It’s over priced! My message to the My Talking Pet team is, make it more affordable and increase your customer base. Keep going the way you are and you’ve lost me and many more.

Bad dubbing. Seems there’s something going wrong with the dubbing. Voice no longer lines up properly with mouth movement. This has only started happening since the mirror image movement became an option, whether it’s on or not. Very disappointing. I used this App a lot but don’t now because it doesn’t look right. Hope it’s fixed soon

Held captive. I want to unsubscribe from this app's subscription 'service'. They and Apple have made it absolutely impossible to do so. The only contact that's possible is to tape the 'subscribe' button. I can't even contact Apple to do so. This is pure dishonesty. Nothing wrong with the app, but try to unsubscribe?! Forget it. I feel held captive. I advise against signing up.

Good but too costly. I liked this app, i was on the original app but then they upgraded & then it was the overpriced version. Was good as i got 12 months of it free cause i was from the original app. Now i considered staying but really was an easy decider not to because of the ripoff subscription prices. For the sub prices your asking it should be an outright purchase not a sub. So I’ve left & have already found something else very similar.

I Love My Talking Pet. I’ve been using this app since it first came out many years ago … and I love it. being able to share these messages from our 4 legged family members, messages that have brought abundant smiles and laughter to so many… for this i am grateful.

Am I being deceived?. Hey On downloading it says 3 days free- But actually I used the app twice in a 3 minute period and then it said I only had 2 free downloads before I had to upgrade how is that a 3 day free trial?? ‘‘Tis feels like a huge money grab. Not cool.

I don’t want to upgrade. I paid for the original and was happy with it. I don’t want to upgrade and now I can’t send any pictures to the grandkids. It won’t send. I don’t have a credit account so I can’t upgrade even if I wanted to. Not fair. Give me my money back!

I paid for this app a long time ago and loved it, but they’ve updated the app. The version paid for is no longer available and those who already paid aren’t grandfathered in. I appreciate models change and businesses need to be generating income but greed and dishonesty are unbecoming. They’ve essentially stolen from people who paid already and can no longer use the app. Why would I trust someone who has ripped me off already, and pay them more? So they can do it again? Shove it.

I wasted my first two FREE videos.. I got this and just wanted to try it out and didn’t realize you can only create two free videos!! The rest you have to pay for the monthly or yearly subscription. I was just tying to test out the app when I made my first two videos not realizing there was a limit. Very disappointing!! It’s a great app as far as what it’s meant for but not worth the money. They should make it minimal usage for the free videos such as not as long of the recording and or not being able to use the filters. Let the people who do pay for an app have those extra features. Just a thought.

Data compromise!!. Update, Google one dark web security has shown this app or the pro version to have compromised my email password and data to the dark web. This is not slander to this company but I have undeniable proof. I don’t know if their own company has intentionally done this or their own data has been compromised. Or review: What’s going on I paid for this app before it went into subscription base. Recently installed again now not the same app. Developers not good ! My Talking Pet. As a Pet sitter and a comedian, this app is the most wonderful thing to bring laughter, from my business, and let pet owners know how their pets are doing. People have become so spoiled getting my funny, pet videos, then, when I forget, or don’t have time to make them, they throw a fit! It is truly my job security thank you to the creators for this wonderful app.

Wasted money—VERY disappointed and angry. Liked it so much the first time I used it, I subscribed, and now it won’t do anything. All pictures use the last sound clip used, so I can’t save a favorite clip for use later. Can’t copy and/or save it separately from the app, either. The app only let me post a clip to Facebook twice, before it stopped letting me share them at all. Nothing can be saved as a separate file from the others. One of my clips posted to my Facebook page, while the other said it did, but it did not. Support for the app is crap. Citing a known bug they are trying to fix, their only suggestion was to re-boot my phone every time there is a problem. It’s a crappy workaround, but I did try it, nonetheless. It didn’t work. No further suggestions to try, other than that, except that they also said to update my already up-to-date iOS. Re-booting DOES NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM, not even temporarily. Who has that kind of time to waste, anyway? My suggestion: Have a little fun with the free app, if you can get it to work. DON’T GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR MONEY! Send them a can of RAID. It’s a bug-infested ripoff.

Good but. When I first got it I was yayayayahaha this is the bessstttt then when I found out that you only get TWO shares I was like that’s a bit stupid be I made about 5 then I was like I have to send these to my mom! Then when it said no you limit is up on shares I was like “ ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!” Maybe you could add more but I know you guys need money but r only TWO shares I was like what’s the point now if I can’t send anything to my friends or parents

FUN TIMES! 💝. I was sent a special message by my friends DOG… complete with moving eyes & lips! How was that possible? So I found this fantastic app & I can’t stop using it! It’s a good way to say something to someone in a special way… maybe they’re sad, or just got a promotion… & you want to make a unique impact. This 5 star ⭐️ app will be fun for all. Note:I rarely use that three letter word fun but this caused me to break that rule.

What a treat!. I have been using this app for some time now and I still get a kick out of sending my friends all sorts of greetings. I am thoroughly enjoying it and get a lot of compliments. It allows you to use your own creativity or those that are already available through the app. It allows allows the use of pics of your pets. Technically I have had no problems/bugs etc. in all the time I have been using it.

What?!. Ok, so I was having a lot of fun with this app, and I was like “Wow, this is pretty awesome!” Until IT SAID I HAVE TO UPGRADE TO PRO TO SAVE VIDEOS. Um, excuse me?! I would’ve given this five stars but instead you guys just HAD to ruin the app. I understand limited saves, but not limited to TWO. It’s ridiculous! I know the subscription fee is kinda cheap, but I’m a teenager! I don’t have very much money! I can’t go waste it on a single app just to save more than two videos. Besides that, everything is fine (just not the blinking, now that’s creepy). So I love this app, but I’ll be deleting it because I won’t be paying two bucks just to save a stupid video of my cat talking.

Review. I like the app but I feel It was better and more versatile than it is now. I’m not sure why. I have had it for years but when you changed over to having to purchase it I was grandfathered in for a year because I was already with the app. Don’t know if this makes a difference and when or If I purchase it will it work better ?

This app is okay.. I like the idea of the app, it’s very fun and enjoyable. However, after two videos shared, you cannot share any more. This ruins most of the fun. The only way to get past this is by paying a monthly or yearly subscription; and you have no clue where the money goes. I rated this app three stars because it would be a fun app for all ages if it didn’t keep a bunch of features from you by putting fees on it. I just got this app and it was very fun, so I was eager to use it. It’s not even been two hours and already I cannot share any more videos. There are probably better options for this kind of app out there.

So I am confused 😐. I got the app and I absolutely loved it (I still do) but now whenever I try to save a funny video of a pet it says “Upgrade to pro”. I don’t want to upgrade to pro! It’s good enough that I even have the app! I don’t want to delete this app either but I want the problem to be fixed so that I can enjoy sending funny videos to my friends! I am truly disappointed since this app has potential. I want it to be something I can recommend to my friends without hesitation. Thank you!

It’s alright, I guess?. When I first saw the ad for this app, I thought, ”oh my God, this looks so cool!” but when I realized that you could only share twice, I was very disappointed. I think people should have unlimited sharing without paying for a pro subscription. Money just for sharing or saving a video? No, thank you. So, I’m sorry, but I deleted the app. No one should pay for just sharing a video; it's not fair. Plus, the watermark is too big; what are you trying to advertise yourself to the whole world? That's just unprofessional. So goodbye money hungry app, see you, wouldn't wanna be you! But I felt like this app could've been cool though. Still, I'm out. Bye.

It was amazing at first. I used to LOVE this app but things started to change. I had made funny videos with this app and wanted to share them, but after 2 sends it said I have to get premium which is too expensive just to send videos. It won’t even let you screen record. That is not all, this app randomly would not let me play my videos at all now I restarted my phone and my internet connection was just fine because everything else worked fine so I had to delete it and it held so many funny videos I did not want to but now I had to. Don’t waste your time making funny videos and don’t waste money on the premium.😡😤😡

My favorite app of ALL TIME!. Is there honestly anything better than an app that lets you turn a picture of your pet into a video of them talking? The answer is absolutely not! I have used this app for years and it’s still my favorite. It’s undeniably entertaining and the adjustments you can make to your recordings allows for each pet to have a unique voice. Thank you so much for creating an app to give my boxers a voice! As an animal lover and veterinary technician: BEST. APP. EVER!!!!

Best app! You should consider getting it!. I really enjoy this app and the many different options you get to choose to make a voice for your pet. It's awesome as well as funny, but I do also like that you're able to record your own voice too and edit and change the pitch and the fastness of it after you record. And I love all the cool accessories too, they're just so cute! This app is really something, you will definitely enjoy using it!

Love it. Many people ❤️ this app and I think it’s pretty great but I think that there should be no pro because if use it a lot then you should probably but if your not gonna use it a lot then just don’t get pro I love the app but I think the app is really funny I was actually laughing and I thought. There was music to choose from that you played over the app but you sing for it or you can put music on and then hit the record button in place so I think it is pretty fun

Love it. I have used these videos as a talking diary of sorts. My sweet pup was diagnosed with cancer, and we started these videos for her to “talk to her friends” about her progress. They are invaluable to me. She stopped doing her videos when she started getting worse. I watch the videos now and am so so glad I have them. I wish I could figure out how to go back and save them though.

My favorite app!. My talking pet is truly my favorite app. I use it all the time instead of sending birthday cards anymore. My monthly cost is much less than a single card would be especially if you had to put a stamp on it. It is very easy to use. I have pictures of my three dogs in the library and I’m constantly using them for birthday wishes. My friends love it and it always makes me laugh!

Get this app if you like fun!!. Super cool there is a premium but you can still do almost everything! You can take a picture or use your own. You can also use some of their pictures! You can save and or share your video and can do it on people too! I had a blast using this app! Also it is super easy to use! I definitely recommend it! Also: bonus you can change the pitch of your voice!

Only two things. 1. I did sign up for a subscription, but I’m not seeing a charge. I would like to pay for the service I’m getting. 2. When I import a recorded segment into iMovie, the sound is fine but the mouth and other face movements don’t resume until the segment is exported to file with the Share command option. It would be nice to see the mouth and other face movements while in the iMovie editing process.

Billed $23. I purchased this app a few years ago. Last year after being required to update the app it suddenly became a subscription service and I was “given” a free year. I decided I did not want to use this app and uninstalled it. Yesterday I received an email informing me that iTunes was charging me $23 and change for my “yearly subscription”. Thankfully I had the charge removed. My point is this. Supposing I downloaded a song from iTunes and two years later the artist decided to start charging $23 annually for the rights to continue the rights to listen to this song under license. This would be ludicrous. The app is not bad but not worth $23 as a one time charge and definitely not worth $23 a year.

Just my opinion. This is SO fun to mess around and play with but I must say you can really only make them talk if your not open to PAYING for the decorations which I know I’m not. You don’t have to pay for the whole app just the little add-ins and if you don’t have those the app gets a little boring after awhile. I don’t want to make this review too long but I just want to warn you do NOT make these in public, you will look like a total wack job making voices at the DMV. Still an overall great app.

Fun!. So much fun! I’ve never laughed so hard!! I’m loving the free version!! Might just have to get the paid version so I can have even more fun!! Question for the developers: I’ve made two videos so far. First one of my dog. Second one of my cat. When I went back to listen to the dog, it had the cat’s voice and words. Did I do something wrong or is this supposed to happen with the free version? I’m afraid to do more or fix the dog one until I know for sure, because the cat one is PERFECT!!

SHAZAM!. I have had SO MUCH FUN using this app! My dog Shazam sends out all my birthday and holiday greetings and invitations. This app not only gives me endless good times, but everyone who receives one of his videos shows it to all THEIR friends as well. So the joy is spread exponentially. And sometimes I project my phone screen onto the tv and just go back and rewatch all the videos I’ve made in the last year and a half. The fun never ends!

Fun App. I’ve been using this app for a couple of years, and I love it. Yeah it’s fun to use and get your pets to talk, and send funny antidotes to your friends. But I also found that you can be creative and use it for more than just your pet. Take a picture of your boss and get him to say something funny. I’ve even animated cartoon characters just say silly things. I’ve had a blast with it love it

Upgrading. I canceled the app a month or so ago. I’m trying to restore and upgrade to pro and every time I click on update, it doesn’t recognize my cursor or even clicking on it. I restarted my phone, deleted the app and Re downloaded, even went into settings and said restore purchases. It won’t let me share and has a limit on video time. Need to send a video to my granddaughter for her 3rd birthday! I go to the help center and it tells me to go to settings for help and my question isn’t in there.. no messenger? Phone number? Expensive app. Worth it too. Looking for other apps...

Why pay to save? 🤷🏼‍♀️. Ok so I was enjoying this app with my fam because making my dog talk was really a mystery to them. So made a one of the dogs it provided and tried to save it. And do you know what happened? Well I couldn’t save it!!! All because of some stupid package you can buy. I am not for buying things on apps and spending money that is not even necessary to spend!!! The rest of the app is just fine. Not being able to use the accessories is fine too, but not being able to save and share five photos each is ridiculous. Thanks for reading 😃🐶🐈🐱😀😉😍

Fun until it stops working. No tech support even if you pay. Have a paid subscription. Videos stopped playing after a few months. There is zero tech support and the only option is to cancel your subscription- seriously when you navigate to help then my issues isn’t covered here they tell you how to cancel your subscription. It’s like they know the time will come when you’ll need help and they’d rather just send you packing. By the way I still have another 3 months of paid subscription time that I can’t use because their app crapped out.

😁. If you’re considering getting this game, I think you should! Though this game isn’t perfect. When I tried using a photo that was just slightly far away, it talked through the mouth on my cat’s forehead. Plus, I definitely hate how they make the mouth curl, and the eyebrows twitch and lift so weirdly. Plus whenever I make my cat talk, my voice sounds like a five year old’s. It definitely needs some adjustments, but no other app that tries to make your pet talk, can outsell this one.

My dog Hope. I am 74.. videos of my dog, I send them to my friend who is not well how much she loves them she has them all saved and plays them every day, one day they disappeared off her tablet and she cried and cried. I had to send her more. It has made this poor lady who is got a little bit of dementia come alive and feel like she has a brand new friend. Helping out there’s this is what it’s about. Pure joy. I love this app so much I have made so many people happy I have more than one dog so I am sending them lots of videos and my roommate works at a vets office so they are taking pictures of the doggies when they’re finished seeing the doctor and sending it to the people waiting outside for their pets to let them know that they’re done and they’re happy and everything‘s OK. Great idea again love my talking pet app

App purchased is gone 😡. I loved this app so much I renewed my subscription last month. Then today I got a new iphone and I created a video and the app is saying I need to buy it again 🤯 I did a “restore purchase” and it says I never purchased it . When the fact is it’s still on my old phone and it’s still saving the vids, but of course I can’t use the phone cause it’s disconnected now. Why do I have to pay twice , just because I have a new device ?

MyTalkingPet. This is a great app for younger kids and I’m 9 years old but I still love it and my dad is dating this girl who her dog is uploaded on to my talking pet I think this is a great idea to make this app and I think that this is a great app even for older kids who have a phone I think a lot of people would love this app because you can make fun voices and decorate the animals and send them and take photos I think this age group would be 5 to 12 or 13 have a great day Cognition Addy Gobel !

Fun, Entertaining App. This is a great app that my friends and I love to use with our pets. The Pro version is better as you can save and send the videos you make. I do wish it had more voice options (kinda of voices, modulation options) and more graphic features or add on as well. I also think it would be awesome if you could upload your own background music from your own device, too, if you would like ways to improve the app.

Don’t use very often but so cute!!!!. MUST HAVE FOR DOG OWNERS. There are only so many apps I will pay for. But this is absolutely worth the 2.99. Personalized Mother’s Day messages, personalized Birthday messages, you can add gold chains, birthday hats, it’s fun. And people love receiving them. The dogs head mirrors your own movements and with octave level differences - a poodle can have a high pitched voice , add a pair of pearls and sunglasses and ask for a raise! And I got it! :) Versatile, Innovative, and Fun!

Great just one improvement needed. This app is amazing! I find it fun to make my dog talk and it makes me and other family members laugh. I think the only problem is without buying pro, I can only save/share two times. I know you have to make money, but it’s aggravating I can only do it twice before paying money. Also, I think if you don’t change that, please at least give a warning that we can only do it twice. I didn’t know that, and so I wasted it both on stuff for fun. Thanks!

OUTSTANDINGLY AMAZING!. I wants to find an app to make my cat talk, or at least make it seem like he was talking, when I came across this one I downloaded it to test it. I am extremely pleased with this app. I can make my pets talk and my stuffed animals as well. I am seriously love with this app. You can say whatever you want and send to your friends/family to freak them out. I would highly recommend this app to all of my friends if they wanted to make their pets talk to them. It is a blast!

NEED TO BUY!!!. I was looking for a perfect app to make a movie of Pets (a cheap movie of course) and when I came across an app that sucked! It was the worst, it had bad quality, it said things that it didn’t do and I had to pay. I was looking for an app when I passed this, I saw it and I was like “ it’s Perfect”, I tested it out and even though it’s not the full version I was amazed! This is a amazing app! It’s so good that I might even buy the whole thing because it’s too good!

Not just for animals. My teacher wants me to be extremely creative with a project for Anne Frank‘s diary. My first several ideas were shut down. But this one is amazingly good. Note to developers. I would love the ability to turn off the voice change. I haven’t purchased the app yet but I’m planning on doing that later today or tomorrow morning. I need to get all the pictures ready before I can begin recording.

So much fun. I use it all the time. Easy to use! I have decided hung from a quick happy birthday message to an entire song. Everybody loves it. I’ve done it for my own dogs and I’ve taken pictures of other peoples dogs to surprise them. Really fun. These are great to post on Facebook to wish people happy birthday or to email them to people. Not just happy birthday but get well soon. Congratulations all the things he doesn’t wanna hear from a dog?

Great, Always Fun App!. I’ve been using and teaching My Talking Pet for many years. I’ve shared it with my adult iPhoneography students as well as my seven and nine year old granddaughters. Everyone enjoys making fun “talking pets!” I’ve even used it for a welcome to workshop, and some of my students have used it in creative ways with things other than animals, such as aspen tree bark with “eyes” and soup with veggies that look like faces. Thank you for continuing to upgrade My Talking Pet and I’ll continue to enjoy it!
