Love. I'm an aspiring pastry chef and love this magazine. It has amazing articles and products to learn about. Can't get enough.

Great magazine. I love getting this digital magazine right on my phone, it’s always filled with great articles, great photography, and some amazing products that I didn’t even know I needed.

Love it!. A wonderful opportunity to see the amazing work of so many talented chefs and get an insiders view of how they express themselves through the art of pastry and what it takes to achieve such mastery.

Fun read and good for my apprentice pastry chef son. I have enjoyed reading this magazine since the first issue. My son is studying the pastry arts and is an apprentice baker. It is good for him to read how accomplished bakers started out and how hard they worked and the passion they have to succeed. I have had a passion for baking and pastry all of my life learning from my German mother and teaching him as well. He gets to do this as a career now and is learning from the great articles in this magazine too. Keep it up and enjoy.

Yay. I love this magazine because it is full of delicious recipes that those of us who love a challenge to make can do.

Excellent. I am thrilled that there is a pastry magazine that speaks to the professional! Well written, interesting and helpful. My complaint is I signed up at the launch and was given 1 free Year. Now when I go to read the newest issue, and the 2nd issue, the app is asking me to subscribe. $8.99 a Year is a bargain, no doubt, but what happened to the rest of my year?

Finally a really good pastry magazine!. These days it’s very hard to find a good publication about a Baking & Pastry. This publication exceed my expectations. Great articles, great advertising, and a good selection of features and recipes. I have passed on the message of this new magazines to all my friends and colleagues. I hope it lasts for several years to come.

Love it!. As a baker and chocolatier, I’ve been waiting for a magazine like this. It’s awesome! It’s well written, pictures are detailed and crisp, and content meaningful and plentiful. Love it!

Excellent!. This is a beautiful magazine packed full with helpful information for anyone who bakes, and it’s housed in an easy to use app!

Subscription. Not sure I understood what was being offered. It said subscription and you get past mags for free. Got those but new mags have a price next to them. I thought I paid for a subscription so a certain number of mags for a certain price. Enjoyed reading but feel like price was misleading.

Pastry Arts & Design Redux?. Nice layout , ok subject matters . Is this trying to be an yin to “ Fou de Patisserie's” yang? FdP covers France and it’s pastry scene with no holds barred. Dominique Amstel is always a good read but don’t fall into the rut of “ household” names instead of people like Thomas Raquel, Jason Licker, Melissa Coppel, Claire Damon and more. Please be current and this mag will be a real success ! Good Luck, Ted Niceley P.S. Chef Salvatore Martone’s feature and recipe was great.

Finally. This magazine gives you everything. You can see how your favorite pastry chefs got started and the things that help them continue with their success. You are offered a look into the products that are used by these wonderful pastry chefs. It’s a great place for those who LOVE to bake.

Terrible. After making payment I logged into the magazine on my notebook without problem but I can not log on via the app on my mobile. Additionally, I can not find any way to contact the magazine for help.

Great stories. Love the articles. Great advice and interesting stories from experienced chefs. Really good images and photo quality. Would recommend. It’s finally great to read a magazine that not only focuses on gorgeous cakes/dessert but more advance techniques in the industry for pastry chefs.

Great content. The magazine content is great, I just wish I could do more with single recipes. Would’ve been nice if I could bookmark or save separate recipes to go back to them at a later date without having to search through the entire issue. Update: I found a bookmark function. It was there all along.

Wonderful. As the title states this magazine is wonderful. The bios on the chefs are great and as a novice in the pastry world I love seeing into what other chefs are saying. The recipes featured are beautiful and there are already several I plan on trying myself! I can’t wait to see what the magazine features next.
