💸 Want to send money abroad for free?

We transfer money over €4 billion every month. We enable individual and business accounts to save 4 million Euros on bank transfer fees. Want to send free money abroad or transfer money abroad for free? Free international money transfer!

Seems great but the nutrition does not flex well. So I just started using this app. It’s pretty much exactly what I want except the nutrition portion doesn’t allow you to choose foods you don’t like and the stuff they want you to make is a bit complex for someone like me. I hardly cook at all and when I do cook it’s basically grilled chicken with some steamed vegetables or something. I don’t like fish very much and the diets really want you eating fish, like salmon with a bunch of other stuff that I’m just simply not gonna be able to consistently pull off everyday, which I understand fish is great for you, but I’d rather get Omega-3 pills and use those alongside some other protein.

Just a few tweaks. So I’ve been using this app for about a month now and it’s awesome. The core workouts are great and have been leaving me sore from day one. I have a couple suggestions for the developers. 1. Instead of the time stopping when the screen lock happens, you should have a running clock and maybe a pause function. This way not only is our workout time more accurate, it gives us a better idea of how much time we are spending on a specific workout for the next time around. 2. Have a way to show an exercise being done before actually getting into the workout. This way a person can know what is going to be needed during each work out. 3. A way to track what weights are being set during each exercise so a person can increase or decrease the next time around. All in all it’s a solid app, the workouts are progressive and that is something you don’t see everywhere. I think there is some room for improvement but I honestly think this app has the potential to be one of the best ones out there.

No trial period?. Hello! I was excited to see this app and experience it as it seems to be a potential solution for my goal to lose weight and maintain a healthy diet. However, when I started setting up my preferences in the app and got to the area where I can choose a subscription I was disappointed to see that there is no trial period offered. I have a hard time spending money upfront when I haven’t even experienced the app. Even if it was only a weeklong trial it would be helpful to know if this is something I wanted to continue or not. Any chance this could become available in a future update?

My experience. So far in my experience with this app is good it has a meal plan so I can check what I eat, and has a great exercise section where you can choose what exercise you want. My only reason why it’s not a five out of five is because ali can choose what food I want to eat I’m lactose intolerant so eating cottage cheese is no go and that goes for most of the diary products (even though they look bloody delicious.) I think if they can do something about the food section, like choose what food you can or cannot eat, for those who has food allergies, lactose intolerance, or planly against there religion.

Decent app. Need to fix the volume bug. As I said in the title, decent app and straight forward to use. Please please please fix the volume issue immediately. This is by far the worst bug of this app. If you’re at the gym listening to music, it will go super low as soon as the app starts. I turn my music up to accommodate, but as soon as anything in the background occurs on my phone the sound temporarily corrects itself, so I get blaring ultra loud songs in my headphones if I get a text while working out. So annoying and seems like a low hanging fruit fix. I haven’t read other reviews so sorry if this is repetitive, but it’s by far my biggest complaint on the app. Other than maybe the price.

Misleading APP from start to finish. While signing in it asks your preferred food diet, but as soon as you finish the process of purchasing a subscription you land on another page asking for you to do an upgrade in order to get the meal plan it asked earlier. Not once does the app say it is separate. Ok, then after saying no you are hit with a page to connect you to Facebook, with all the privacy issues we all face my main concern is location and how I use my phone. On we go... I head into settings and there’s an option right at the top, can’t miss it. It’s an option to stop information gathering (some, not all) Once I select it the App crashes and it makes you add all the information it originally asked prior to your credit card. I did this three times and it crashed every single one of those times. Honestly, I can’t see why this app received ™ some of these positive reviews. Honesty. I use iPhone XS Max 256GB with ample storage and running latest update.

No guidance on time, but good app. Pretty good workouts and recipes. The problem for me is that there are no suggestions on the programs of weight used, frequency of workout or how many workouts to be doing at the same time. Maybe I’m missing it somewhere on the app. Would heavily suggest to the developer suggesting frequency of workout or schedule. Like are we supposed to do one of each of the programs daily or what? Only note on the recipes and food would be that it would be helpful if you could have a feature where the shopping list could be populated weekly. That way you could know what you’re shopping for without going manually through each individual recipe. All and all a good app, but would appreciate some of these adjustments

A nice App with many potential. I downloaded several training apps for my workout in gym. And as soon as I am able to decide this app is the best fit, I immediately subscribed a lifetime membership. I see a lot of potential for this app, especially if you check the development release history, the releases of improvements and bug fixes have been very active for the last four months. I hope to see more and more features to be added in future! Feature-wise it would be great to summarize a weekly shopping list based on the recipes so that user doesn’t need to do the summary manually. It would also be great to consider adding stretching to the workout session. If possible adding support for watch os so that we don’t have to carry iPhone all the time. I am still exploring the app. The overall experience so far is worth the price. Look forward to more features to be added. Good work!

I could be a five star app. I’m not a gym newbie, but I’ve never felt comfortable at the gym. I always walk in feeling dumb and overwhelmed. This app has really helped lead me and has kept me focused in the gym. It’s great I don’t have to think about what to do, it just tells me. It would be five stars if I could jump around the exercises and come back later to finish them. A lot of the time the gym is packed and I can’t do that particular exercise. Also, my music stops or the volume lowers then the exercise videos start. There’s no sound to the videos so it would be great if my music was still pumping at the volume I had it. Other than that it’s a great workout app! Thanks

Workout great! App terrible.. The workouts, the examples, the plans all great and would recommend to anyone. The problems come with everything else with the app. Even after purchasing a plan you are BOMBARDED by notifications wanting you to buy more and using shady clickbait notifs. The notifications you would want like scheduled workouts don't work. The audio got “stuck” on bluetooth only, so any audio cues through speakers are gone. Progress is tracked through an all or nothing link to healthkit…there are warnings for de-linking this, but seems really sus that there cannot be internal and external progress information The “contacts us” button in app is either a) placebo and does nothing, or b) gives no notice feedback was sent, either way as the user, this review for everyone to see is the only recourse. I enjoy what the workouts provide and I am in better health because of it, but the end user experience leaves a lot to be desired and have currently shelved the app due to technical issues. As other users have said, after paying between $30-$100+ for a subscription, it isn’t much to expect a working app.

High pressure sales. I was evaluating the app, trying to decide whether I wanted to put the money needed into it. Out of the blue it sent an alert for a deal. So I clicked on it to check it out, 50%+ off, not bad! It also had a timer counting down 60 SECONDS to accept the deal or the price more than doubled. Talk about high pressure sales! I don’t even care if it turns out to be a good app at this point, I won’t be pushed around and pressured. I suggest people find another app that isn’t quite so money hungry as to push high pressure sales like this. There are a lot of apps like this available, and though this looks like a good one, I’m certain there are others just as good (or better) that have better business ethics. The app seems decent, but thumbs WAY down due to their lack of ethics. Spend your money elsewhere.

App is great. First I would like to apologize. I rated this app low because it appeared I was incorrectly charged for services I did not buy. However, it has come to my attention that these charges were placed by a member of my household, and I was unaware of them doing such. So, now that I know, I am adjusting my review from the low star total, to an actual review based off pricing and experience, and it is definitely a 5 star app. Solid workouts for all people, and not too intrusive or difficult to do. Great app.

Cash grab for faulty app. I’ve been using this app for a few weeks and it was going well. However, a few days ago the app stopped working. I tried deleting it, re installing it, updating, etc. I still can’t access the workouts on the app. It either loads to a blank Home Screen with a message that says “lost connection” or it makes you go through the initial sign up that eventually leads you to the “lost connection” screen. I’ve emailed multiple times to have my problem addressed only to be met with silence. It looks like we’ve all ben scammed. I wish the app makers had some integrity and addressed the problem. Or at least own up to the fact that they don’t care and are happy they took our money for a broken app. Disappointing.

Misleading app. Because there was no trial you are 100% misleading people. Had I been able to try this out I would not have subscribed for a year at $60. You go through this extensive process to customize and then it doesn’t customize anything! I put at home workouts and more than half the programs require weights, benches, and machines. If I swipe I eventually found some simple at home workouts but what is the point of customizing if you’re going to just give me everything. The app could have tailored things a lot better like being able to add notes and track a lot of info. The exercises aren’t even complete. It shows one side then I click next thinking to would do the other side, nope that’s not the case. How about a side plank with a timer, I do one side for 15s then the workout completes and finishes….. no other side for 15s? This app was poorly thought out and a complete cash grab and lie. Your are misleading people and this should be taken down. Do not get this app.

Good app, could use some improvements. Ive tried a lot of workout apps over the past few years, mostly free ones. Ive never paid for one but I've been getting desperate for an actual fitness solution to offset my sedentary professional life, so i decided to put this one to the test. So far, I think this might work for me. I've looked through some of the workouts and added one to my daily routine so far, and I like how the difficulty level I selected produced a workout that was just as challenging as I needed it to be to be effective without being so easy as to make me lose interest. That's something I rate very highly in a workout plan. I also like the diet planning, although I don't recall paying for it. i cant go to the store every day or week and prep the meals it calls for, but I like the simple recipes - they give me an idea of how I can take what I have on hand and turn it into a somewhat healthy diet with decent guidelines. The only improvements I could suggest - there's no daily hydration reminders, and I think the home workouts could be better if the developers could fond a way to allow the users to select what equipment they have on hand and develop a plan from that. I also feel like there should be some attention paid to stretches and simple core exercises for warmups to help limber up cool down, especially for people like me who haven't done a real workout in quite some time. Other than that, very well thought out app, and I'd tentatively say worth the money.

Student-athlete. Hi, I found this app really helpful while scrolling into my Instagram feed. I am currently 17 years of age and I would like to start working on my shape better and taking things more seriously. I play soccer and basketball and attend the gym 2-3 times a week(more likely on weekends because of all I have to do) I haven’t yet started a plan but I would like to know if this app could help me to reach my achievements as a 17 year old or if it would be better for me to find a nutritionist and a coach at the gym to help me learn and do everything correctly. I really think I could do it just on me but I would like to hear from the development team. Thank you!

Home workout plan is misleading. I saw that this app had a home workout plan and it only showed a few pictures of the home workouts. All of those pictures did not include any equipment in them (weight benches, barbell, dumbells). I dont have any equipment and am very new to working out but i thought that a home work out wouldnt include any equipment. Maybe im just naive but if i wanted a workout with a roman chair then id go to the gym and use theirs. I wouldnt think the majoritty of people just starting to workout do not have a roman chair laying chair laying around. Or even a barbell. If i had known i needed equipment for every single workout on the home plan then i would not have paid $40 for 3 months. It would have been nice to know

Not totally on board yet. First of all, let me say how difficult it is to find a workout and fitness app that has everything I’m looking for. The pickings are slim, so I was happy to try this one after seeing somewhat positive reviews. It seems highly customizable and offers clear direction. All good. My reluctance comes from the cost. I misread the $9.99 as per month, which I would gladly pay, as other options are around this price. When getting into the app I was shocked to see it was actually $9.99 a WEEK. I’m not a cheapskate, but a week?? Proteins and supplements, healthy food, and a gym membership are already not cheap. Another $40+ per month could go towards personal training sessions, not an app. Sorry, too much.

Basic. New to working out, literally never had a gym membership before but was looking to get into it during this quarantine. It’s a decent app but in future versions I’d like to see very beginner explanations and be able to filter through workouts by “at home” or “gym equipment.” Also, when I do find a workout I like but want to save for the future, I’d really like to see a feature where you can favorite them to a quick list instead of endlessly scrolling to find the ones you’d plan for the future. These are basic short term things but in the long term I’d like to see it be more personalized to help people stay with it.

Good workout. The app works well, the only thing that’s making me not to continue the subscription next month is that there’s no more levels of exercises other than 12 levels, where are the other exercises? With other equipments? When I hit the hardest level it went back up again to the first level so how do you progress? This is my last month if this is just that! Also I receive notification about gifts 🎁 and other offers but the app does not have an inbox 📥 to see these notifications 📣. So that’s my overall frustration so far.

Just a bunch of exercises to choose from. first of all you go through this whole elaborate question and answer to get your workout desires and body types etc. It sounds really good at the surface but then when you get into the app it just gives you a bunch of programs and says choose from these and do as many as you want at the same time. It’s not exactly what I would call a gated exercise program it’s more of a bucket of exercise programs to choose from. The exercises don't always match the videos or vice versa. They also forget to include the right side workout. It's not capable of recording what weight you use for each exercise. Lastly they misspell words which makes it seem cheap and no one is really working to improve it.

This is a scam app that erased my workouts and wants me to pay again. The app suddenly stopped loading my workouts; they never replied my inquiries on their support page, I paid for a 3 month service and after 10 days it doesn’t load my workouts. I reinstalled the app and my Apple ID subscription can’t be restored because they never made you sign up, none of my emails work for their browser webpage, so that subscription can’t be accessed elsewhere. There is no sign in or restore button in when you launch the app, they make me answer those questions of my weight and height all over again and then no way to access my workouts. It seems they want me to pay again. DO NOT LET YOURSELF BE SCAMMED.

Read the reviews….. …..since August 1st 2023. They describe exactly my experience. Customer service is almost nonexistent and when they do reply, they simply refer you to the FAQ page which doesn’t help. There’s no upscaling of the workouts so it’s not really a subscription. It’s just a one time purchase. When my subscription renewed after three months I had to reload the app, go through all of the steps again, and now the individual exercises don’t load. Often times the video of the exercise doesn’t match the exercise they’re asking you to do; for example, football sprints and football squat sprints. Sometimes it’s a completely different video for the exercise they’re requesting and there are mini peculiarities. For example, there is typically a 10 to 15 second break between each exercise however, in the home workout 21 day schedule on day 15 there’s a very bizarre two minute break in the middle of the work out with no explanation, The workouts are decent but the app and support are horrific.

Stay away. I had a couple issues with this product. First, the app asks you if you’ll be doing the workouts at home or in a gym - this would be a good thing if they actually applied your answer to what they create for a workout plan. Unfortunately, they gave me many exercises that could only be done in a gym even though I selected “at home” versus “at a gym” for the question about where I’d be working out. Then after about 3 weeks I decided that I didn’t want to renew the subscription. I cancelled the subscription and was no longer able to access the workouts in the app even though I had already for 2 more months. So, I emailed them and they couldn’t find my account and asked for a receipt of proof of payment. So, I sent them a screenshot of the only proof I had (from Apple Pay). Apparently it wasn’t good enough because the app still wants me to pay again and they haven’t replied to my only proof of payment.

Food is hard... especially me. I’m 12. I just got this app so I could get a head-start for Junior high baseball. But unfortunately I am 12 without a license, and cannot make a 6oz rainbow trout, 2oz of jasmine rice (never even heard of it) and so on. So I’m just going to skip the food part of this app, and just try to eat healthier than I have been. And this app is telling me to do like bench press at home...like seriously. Conclusion: Better for people that live in towns/cities that have a nearby gym and that can afford to go out and buy these meals. It would be better if you were older to so you have time to make the afternoon snacks too.

Good ads, terrible app. The ads on IG got me to subscribe, twice. It is a terrible app. They advertise a 28 day calisthenics challenge but it isn’t an option in the app. The ads don’t look like the app. It says it is custom workouts but I doubt it. Workouts without or with limit equipment were too easy, and workouts with equipment were too cumbersome for a gym setting. Did not have options to substitute exercises for the equipment on hand. The timer on the workouts with weights did not take into account moving to different stations and setting weights. I also started getting notifications from the app for features it didn’t have, like messages and challenges, and logging meals. Lastly, I tried to connect to their website to see if there were more features there, but it wouldn’t let me. I reached out to customer support about t and got a canned answer from their faqs that had nothing to do with my access to the website, and when I replied it did not answer my question, I never got any response. That was 3 weeks ago. apparently web access is not in included with my subscription. I cancelled my subscription. I do NOT recommend this app.

Decent but strongly lacking. For starters, it asks if you’re working out at home or gym. I selected home and have a rack, plates, dumbbells, and a small cable system which I feel is adequate. This program still has me doing many exercises on equipment I don’t own. Who has a lag press at home? Yes I can modify but I don’t get why they don’t tailor more to a home gym. As stated in other review, this app does jot allow you to track progress. How hard would it be to let you input weights? There are other apps out there that have many prebuilt programs but also allow you to build your own WHILE tracking weight. Go with “stacked”. Free and much better put together.

Scam... Def not worth it. STAY AWAY!. I read all the reviews... I read the dev feedback..and I sadly, still went through with it. This app is a dirty money grab. Will new reporting this app to Apple, it’s completely unethical and leverages loopholes in Apples policy. Forces you to subscribe, no free trial offer, even though they falsely advertise as such in the App Store. Still I continued, as my curiosity got the best of me. I signed up, payed the $70 for premium, got into the app, and noticed NOTHING was customized to the preferences I set previously. They offer ~4-5 generic workout programs, one being kegals for men. Example: One of my preferences is AT HOME WORKOUT. However all their programs require gym equipment. I don’t have a f* at home gym! I have limited equipment. Where are all the body weight exercises? I went to turn off data sharing, and got kicked out of the app. Logged me out and nowhere to log back in. A app that charges this amount of money should have these use cases well accounted for. This is shysty, fly by night, scammy and terrible built application. Developers, You should be ashamed. TLDR: shady app, poorly developed, money/data scam, unethical, and not at all worth it. Stay away.

Tried to force me to subscribe for a year. My subscription expired about a month ago I believe, now that I tried to get back on there’s literally just a screen showing that I could renew for a year for a ‘discounted’ rate of $40 for a year instead of $140 for a year. The worst part of it is that it’s literally a countdown on the screen, there’s no way to exit out of it, I closed the app a couple of times and each time it restarted the timer, than when the timer finalllyyy went down to zero, nothing happens, I’m still stuck with just the option of resubscribing, like I really don’t get why they would program it to do this, I was literally fine with paying $20 each month, I wish Apple allowed posting screenshots and screen recording.

Fundamentals and nothing more.. Besides having to pay a pretty penny for every thing on this app, I don’t mind it too much. I’ll say this, if you could combine Centr (which actually plans out workouts for you daily) and this app which looks more streamlined and has a better interface, it would be the perfect app. Another thing I find frustrating is that I said “at home” and selected a specific date i wanted to be ready for, but they didn’t plan anything out for me and kept giving me equipment dependent workouts. They didn’t even tell me what workouts to be doing everyday or how they should change over the weeks, it just gave me a bunch of options for workouts. That doesn’t help me. I selected beginner for a reason, I wish it would actually help me plan daily/weekly which workouts I should be doing. What was the point of asking the date I want to be ready for if it won’t even give me a progressive plan for that date? Not worth the money in my opinion. It has the potential but it isn’t honed or polished yet, they really need to start reading these reviews and actually changing stuff.

Meh.. It’s a decent fitness app, but not $10/mo decent. A bit of a clunky interface. After the first day of using it I had intended on canceling my subscription after the week trial was up, but because I didn’t have great cell reception and limited time when I was thinking about it (I even set a calendar reminder), I ended up getting charged for an extra week. So I get another week to see if I change my mind any. To me if feel more like a free or <$5 app than deserving of $10/mo. Does work well when playing any audio from music or podcasts while using it. It drops quite a bit just about the entire time you use it and seems to randomly go back to full volume after a while—sometimes cutting off whatever you’re playing entirely. You can’t choose the order of exercises, so if you have a fitness center that doesn’t have any of the equipment you need for a particular workout set near each other, you either have to waste a lot of time wandering all over the gym or go solo from the app (this would easily add 20-30 minutes to my workout at my current fitness center). And speaking of, most of the workouts aren’t geared towards gym equipment, but rather at home. I wouldn’t pay more than $25-30 a year for this app as it currently stands. It’s better than nothing, but at $120 a year, better than nothing doesn’t cut it. I could care less about their garage diet plans too.

No free weight option for home workouts. Still require some weights. Saw a review about allowing there to be an option to improve workouts based on what someone has at their home from a year ago. Owner replied that is the customers that help make it better. I bought thinking with an at home option there would be no weights or certain workout benches needed but that was not the case. Pretty annoyed because now I need to buy stuff just to do the some of the workouts. Then they try charging you for meal plans which you think by the questions you are asked would be what your paying for. Nope. Almost costs as much at the workout app 3 month trial.

THIS APP IS SO GREAT!!!. I love this app, it motivates me to keep working because i can feel my muscles getting somewhat sore after every workout.. which i have not had with any other workout program, i feel like this is going to take me places.. One thing i would have to say is with the diet program, i have tried to do it the best i can but i do have a nut allergy, so i cannot eat half the items that they have prepared.. if it was possible to get a program maybe directed towards people with some allergies that would make everything so much more amazing. Thank you

Could be better. This app definitely has great potential but there are some things that just keep me from wanting to subscribe long term. For one I hate that the sound of my music dims when I am working out. Like all I am trying to do is listen to music and workout. It’s not like the app needs to talk to me or tell me anything significant. Next what’s after the 12 chest sessions. Like do I start all over or is there more. I figured maybe they would add more to it but it’s not mentioned so I assume that is all they have. Next why once the workout starts I can only go next or pause. What if I accidentally hit next? Granted there are some things that I like about the app and it definitely has potential but those are the things that have kept me from wanting to pay for a month or even a lifetime access to the app.

Nowhere near the content to justify the cost. I paid $40 to basically get a series of weight lifting programs I could have gotten for free online with some Google searches, or found in a men’s fitness magazine. However, most of the time these sort of apps or programs offset this generic programming by catering their software to a more personally interactive experience, i.e. note sections to track your progress, calculators to measure how much weight you should be lifting at what stage, meal plans, customer service contact information... This app? None of those things. What a joke. If you want to track your progress, better grab a notebook. If you want to calculate how much weight you should be lifting, better find free software online or go to the gym and pay a trainer. If you want a meal plan, they’ve got that...FOR AN EXTRA $30+... Want to contact the creator with feedback or questions? Good freaking luck. I let myself get sucked into this app through sponsored content on Facebook (first and last time I did that). Stay away, this is a generic, system programmed, impersonal, barebones absolute waste of your hard earned money. One star because you can’t give zero. Or negative stars.

Crappy Customer Service and Billing. I subscribed to this app, hoping that it would be an asset to my workouts, however I quickly learned that their customer service is absolutely horrible. They boldly advertise a “weekly” cost to their lifetime subscription, but when you choose it, they deduct the annual amount all at once. When I brought this up to customer service, their response was unsurprising...”our users are informed.” Yes, of course they are...in such fine print that most users would never wade through. When I contacted them for a refund...they indicated that they do not handle refunds. Interesting....they gladly take my money but do not claim responsibility in handing some or all of it back if a customer is not satisfied with the product. Thank you, BetterMen, for for being such a great example of customer “no-service.”

Pricing. It’s a little pricey if you don’t plan on using the meal function. Maybe they could have two different plans. One subscription for workout plans and another slightly more expensive subscription for the meal plans to be included. Another review I saw mentioned the meals to be impractical and I would agree with that. The meals are all “long” prep meals which isn’t adequate for college students like myself and certainly not adequate for high school students. Overall though this app is great. If you struggle to maintain focus in the gym this will help you bang all your sets out and get you in and out of the gym quick while getting proper work in.

Good app, but one complaint.. I think that overall this is a very good app. However, I’m 16 and I’ve been looking for a workout app that also provides meal plans. While these meals sound good, I cannot make all of these. My family and I have very busy lives and rarely cook as it is, and these meals are harder to prep. I need something that I can drive to Walmart and pick up a few ingredients real quick and go home and cook/meal prep. While the small tablespoons of different spices and sauces along with the six ounce salmon sounds amazingly tasty, it also sounds expensive to buy a package of spice or whatever that I’ll only be able to use a few times. Between a gym membership, the $10 a month price tag with this app, and the hard to prepare/expensive meals, I’m not sure if I can use this app as a permanent solution to what I’m looking for. Maybe you can work on adding easier meals to cook for students in high-school? I think this is a very well done app with lots of potential, but it may prove to be too difficult for me.

The comments are not constructive.. What is wrong with people !!? You guys are really talking about the fact that it is a paid app and you are not able to profit from people swear and tears for free? None of the comments I have seen is talking about the interface, workouts plan, diet and or about how using the app affected your body or workout plan. And it is exactly the same way with every app, you have to go in your settings in order to cancel a subscription or just ask Apple to do so via their website. Also, these rude or even insulting comments aren’t necessary. I personally downloaded this app just to give my thoughts on this unfairness and they have been very polite on responding to you lame people.

THE 1 STAR REVIEWS ARE BULL****. This app is such a beautiful app. This review is a personal out look on it. I've been always going in and out of the gym committing then uncommitting consistently. I never go to the gym and it's not because I'm lazy. I don't think anybody is lazy people are just too afraid to fail or look like they're doing things wrong. And everybody loves to say "people don't look at other people when you're at the gym" for one that's not true and I'm sure not everybody is judgemental but I always hated going to the gym because I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WHEN TO DO THEM AND HOW TO DO IT. This app makes it super easy step by step planned workouts and on top of that they give you an automated meal plan?? Are these 1 star reviews crazy?? $10 is nothing to the amount of time and effort this app will save you if you were to actually follow through and use all of it's features. Huge props to the devs great app! and thank you.

Biased. I haven’t even opened the app yet, I’m just trying to put the rating up because the only point I see from everyone is about the subscription, it tells you you can cancel it before buying it, you all who are saying it’s a waste a time, get real, you get 7 free days and you can cancel it for free, it isn’t hard, you’re just a whiny person looking for something to blame. Ten dollars a month is also less than a regular gym membership and it gives you all the information you need for the parts you wanna workout from the videos I saw. Apologies to the developer if the only response you’ve seen have been negative views on one thing that people can’t figure out even though you’ve given them the information on how to solve it.

Great App. I think the app is great but needs some improvement. When I first downloaded the app it worked rlly well. I started to notice that my belly slowly became smaller, and my quads were more chiseled. But the muscle soreness was very harsh and long-lasting. I was tired as heck after every workout and could barely walk the next morning. It got the point where it started to interfere with my daily routine. Now, I don’t blame the app for that, because I probably should have chosen the easier difficulty of the workout, and I also spent 20 or so more minutes a day working out, cause I rlly wanted to see the result as soon as possible. I suggest that you would like, idk, show a preview of what a workout would look like on that level of difficulty, or something. I am not sure myself what is it that I want to be improved, but yeah, I guess that is that. And as for a diet plan, it works like a clock. That’s a relief that it offers you both, because I am new into the whole working out thing, and I know that you also should eat protein or something, and that app provides me with all I need, so that’s a huge plus.

No set challenges.. I got the app for the structure. Most people don’t succeed because they lack structure. However, the biggest sell was the 28 day challenges. I was going to follow it, but it doesn’t exist. At least I didn’t get it even though I paid for six months. There are workouts to follow, but they don’t explain how to use them. Everyday or every other or what? The most a workout has is 21, but no explanation of how often to do them. I reached out to the developers in the APP three times but got no answer. That’s another issue. Right now I have done the weight loss program everyday for two weeks. After this week, I will have done all 21 workouts. I will probably take a week off to avoid over-training. But again, I wish I could get some real direction. I don’t know why you would promote a challenge but not have any direction about it in the APP?

Basic and lacks functionality to be really useful. As someone who’s spent many years trying to find a way to organize my workouts and meal plans I had high hopes for this app. I travel a lot for work and often times don’t have time to plan workouts or even remember what I’m supposed to focus on. Unfortunately this app isn’t coming close to delivering on this. The workouts are set up for a child and offer little flexibility or advance movements in the gym, the meal plan has zero customization and doesn’t allow for food presences. The customer service team is poor and told me if I have an issue I need to work with apple. I’m shocked there are so many people who say they enjoy this app as I’ve seen nothing that tells me this is going to help me through my weight loss journey.

So Far It’s Great. I have been using the app for over a week now and I really like it a lot. It's clean and colourful interface makes me want to use it and the format helps you establish good habits without overloading yourself and not keeping up. The app has a wide range of workouts to work on different muscle groups, both stretches and cardio. Each workout shows a list of exercises, with clean sketches and links to short videos. There is also classification of full body workouts, six pack Abs, Arm, Chest Routine, legs and glutes. You would have to decide what you want or improve. During signup, i was asked about my goals - Lose weight, Gain strength etc and the workouts and nutrition plans (including recipes) are tailored accordingly. Thanks to this app I got interested in yoga :) This fact surprised me the most since I’ve never been into yoga before. In summary, I would encourage anyone to give this app a chance.

People who manage this app. I’m personal trainer the app it’s amazing but it’s not for free it’s ok I understand that my device to you guys u have to let people try it before the pay you losing your Business app Review very bad How you going to make money A lot of people the looking on reviews before the download that app and a lot of people struggling with working out All this people the want to see how good is the app I’m one of them I want to see you guys have to let people try it first I give you 5 stars because I believe in you guys do it for free 21 days and trust me everyone will give you 5 stars and the will pay the full amount thank you guys

Great exercises.. The app has great exercises and has a great timing program. However, it was a little difficult figuring out my workout routine. When you add your information and it “calculates your personal workouts” it comes up with different areas of concentrations. It does not give a workout routine that is clear. I just do one workout from each area of concentration during my routine. Usually takes about and hour and a half. I would like to see this app added to the Apple Watch. I don’t really like having my phone with me when I workout. Thanks. Overall I really enjoy the app.

Disappointment. You should be honest in your description of the app. I Purchased the premium subscription that is supposed to include all work out programs and custom meal plans with hundreds of recipes. When I click on the food section it wants to charge me an additional fee on top of what I have already paid for. On top of that to track your progress it ask you to sign into Facebook or create a new profile, but the thing is there’s no way to create a new profile you’re being forced to sign in through Facebook. Sorry I feel this is a very dishonest way about doing business and I cannot support this app. I also never got the free trial. In order to use the app you have to give all your info. I thought that after the free trial period was over you would be asked if you like the app and want to continue. The money was pulled out of my account the minute you give them your info. Be very careful I would stay away from this app.

Data grabbing. We also automatically collect from your device language settings, IP address, time zone, type and model of a device, device settings, operating system, Internet service provider, mobile carrier, hardware ID, Facebook ID, and other unique identifiers (such as IDFA and AAID). As a result of sharing this data with third parties we (1) analyze different interactions (how often users make subscriptions, the average weight and height of our users, how many users chose a particular problem area of their body); (2) serve ads (and are able to show them only to a particular group of users, for example, to subscribers).

What's with all of the different prices?. Love the app...yet wanted to upgrade my account in some kinda way, because I'm paying $9.99 a week. Which makes no sense because I saw a review of someone paying $10 a month? And there's a $3.99 a week option that is listed 3 different times. What's the difference? There are at least 20 different options of what looks like the same thing, with very little clarification as to what the differences are...all in all, if I continue my subscription at the current price, that would be $480 when a yearly plan is available for $119 I believe...is this a glitch? Haha Because that price difference is really drastic. Again with very little clarification as to what that would include, although I want to extend my subscription, and feel I'm paying way too much I need clarification as to what getting and why I'm paying $9.99 a week versus $3.99?

Subscriptions fee. Hi, i have tried to access the app and when I subscribed for the weekly thingy, it asked me twice and it took another $14 AUD an equivalent to $28, yet still didn’t work. The app doesn’t work it just keeps loading with no further process

Excellent App. Love this app takes the ease when trying to work out what exercise to do for the day .... especially for the lazy ones like me

Please answer. Hi wonderful app but I’m wondering do you have to pay to access it because I did 1 workout a 7 minute one and then when I tried to do the workout 2 the next one it said I had to pay thing and when I cancelled it I couldn’t do the workout

Unable to cancel subscription. Ad looked great so thought I’d opt in to check it out. Requires subscribing to view plans and such which is fine, however decided this is not for me. Went to unsubscribe however was unable to as the cancel button does not register through settings. Checked Apple reviews and found I’m not the only one who has been subjected to this. This needs to be fixed. Literally scamming money out of people by not allowing them to cancel.

Free trial is not free. Downloaded the app for the free trial and then deleted the app. I tried to cancel the subscription in Apple settings and it said I wasn’t signed up to anything. Sweet, I’m all good! Later I see a charge for $63 on my account and it’s because the app signed me up for the 6 month contract automatically even though I didn’t select the subscription option! Be careful! The free trial isn’t even worth it.

Got my money. I downloaded the app and now in my account they got $24, i dont know if will get this money every month. How i cancel?

Couldn’t get past subscription page. Wasn’t even able to access past subscription page. Lucky I didn’t pay for anything

No support. I have written 3 emails since I downloaded this app asking for support and have had no response. I was on holiday for a period of time and downloaded it so that I could use it whilst not having access to a gym. I selected this option in the app but was given the gym workout schedule. I asked to change but nothing has happened. I want a refund please.

Disappointed. Looking at some of the reviews here - I wish I read before I purchased. There is a forever loading issue when opening the app & force closing and redoing it all is the only option but still doesnt work. There are reviews here from over 4 years ago with the same problem - safe to say they don’t work out issues and resolve. Don’t download this.

Lacking. The Good: The workouts are good and the instructions are easy to follow. The Bad: Exploitive in app purchases for food plan add on. The app regularly forgets I’ve answered the welcome questions, meaning I have to re-answer them every time I want to do a work out. I would like an option to watch the video for the next exercise during the rest period so I can learn the technique ahead of it starting.

Charge money from credit card without notification.. This apps charge money without permission. I open to have a look for less than 5 minutes under trial version and delete the apps because I’m not interested. Then I was charged for it without any notification. Be careful!

Fitness App. This app is perfect! Even for a 14 year old like myself! Highly recommended!

Deceptive and Frustrating. Presented in advertising as free and accessible. Literally all worthwhile content is behind a pay wall. No paid feature can’t just be Googled and the app is not different or exciting enough to engage me. Don’t waste your time

It is helping. I’ve never worked out in my life and starting new and unfit this I think is really going to help me

Expensive and no trail. Only two options straight out of bet, either u pay outright 6 months, or month by month... and 6 months it’s 160 No trail: either I pay 116$ for 6 months or 33$ a month... I don’t even know what the app is all about or how it looks like or what you got to offer or even if it works. Give me at least a week trial to see what’s it all about! Shame. I hope you different then anyone else!

Not working - waste of time. Hello App is not working after the last update. Something is wrong - instead of showing workouts the app made me redo the initial assessment test twice already - waste of time. After I restore purchases and get back to my profile, workouts still don’t show. I request a refund - don’t have no time to deal with it. Thank you.

SCAM!. Doesn’t give you the chance to trial it just takes your money without even knowing! $182 down the drain, such a scam, haven’t heard from them and apple won’t help, very disappointed.

Where are you guys?. I can come

Wrong workouts. I signed up for this app for only home workouts without use of any gym equipment, looking at the promos. However, after I signed up I got workouts that use gym equipment, which I do not have . This is completely wrong. Either you fix this issue and assign me only home workouts without any gym equipment or refund my money.

Careful. Be aware by buying the membership, it does not include the meal plan, that is an extra subscription!

Very childish and low intensity workouts. Looks like these workouts are for kids. For example buliding strong and massive back it gives an easy 3 workouts which is hardly going to do any heck. Its same with other workouts as well. Requested for a refund already

No support - no response. TERRIBLE.. I subscribed to the app following the quiz for the 28day support. I have been requesting help as the plan was never provided and I have still yet to have any proper response from support. I have requested a refund with again no response. Appalling service

It’s great. I’m only 12 and I’ve been using this for a week and I’m ripped

Can’t skip an exercise if equipment unavailable. The biggest problem I had with this app was I couldn’t skip a specific exercise while in a selected workout program. This becomes a problem when someone is using a piece of gym equipment needed for that exercise. I had to manually flick through that exercise into the next and hope no one was using whatever equipment needed there then restart the whole program again and flick through all the exercises to get back to where I was. Pretty annoying when your trying to workout.

No good. Just signed up to app can’t get into it, keeps taking me back to the start and trying to sign me up again and charge me!!! Think it might be a scam.

Expensive but looks pretty good. This app is very expensive for some average workouts. You should give a free trial for 10 days. But overall is a pretty good app

Don’t buy unless you have access to a gym. The “home workout” option requires you have a full gym at home. I wish I had of known this before purchasing the expensive subscription. I want a refund.

Data harvester. Don’t bother downloading this app, as soon as you open it you must accept them taking all of your data or it won’t go past the t&c screen. There is no way to opt out of the data harvesting and no info on what exactly they intend to take from you.

The exercises do not match the description. This is pretty poor from an app that takes a hell of a lot of money. The exercises in the video do not match the description, the in app functionality is poor. Do not recommend this app unless this is fixed

Scam app. The app is paid. And it seems all of their apps are. Deleted it at once. There are a heap of free apps that offer the same or similar functionality. Don’t waste your time here. After the developer responce (almost automated, due to continuous negative reviews.) Just reconfirmed this is a scam and money pit.

Really disappointing!. Such a good concept! But I signed up on the weekly option and was charged the annual fee. I communicated this issue right away but had zero response. So despite the fact that this is probably a perfectly good app, I’m left with a bad taste in my mouth.

Scam. Don’t buy this is a scam! They’re taking my money and we can’t even use the app or cancel the subscription. I’m currently speaking to Apple to sort this out! What a disappointment!

Not working. App failing since last update on iPhone 11. Already paid for asking for another subscription

No trial why bother. Down loaded app, looked interesting signed up for trial and it wanted to take $69 for the trial. There other great apps out there that do similar things that I can truely try before I buy, so not bothering.

Could use a couple of improvements. I’m really enjoying the workouts on this app and it’s good being able to check progress in the app itself. You might need to double check that the video demonstrations of the workout match the title of the exercise as a couple have been the completely wrong video. Plus adding a setting to turn the sound off in the app would be much appreciated.

My personal trainer. I love this app teaches you to do for specific workout for targeted result love it

Exercises are locked during trial. I like the concept of this app, seems perfect for me as a beginner. The meal planning looks great, and I like the description and videos of each exercise. One issue though, not sure if it’s supposed to be like this, but during my free trial most of the exercises are locked. To be honest I’d really like to trial the full app before signing up for a paid plan. Sorry for the three stars but I’ll come back and update it if this was in error. Also, great job responding to all the reviews👍

Dodgy. Could not install this app without agreeing to sharing of all my personal data with third parties, then could not proceed through the installation process without agreeing to a $185AUD/year fee. Complete joke

Awful! Advertised as a free trial then $90!. Can not believe how much they push the fact that it is free then want $90 after the test! There are other apps that do the exact same thing for free! Why should anyone buy this they must be a sandwich short of a picnic basket!

Scammers. Same guys who have a dozen scam fitness apps. I had to call my bank ombudsmen to cancel all transactions and refund my $$ as the app didn’t work properly and they kept taking $$ after trying to cancel several times.

Great all but could do with improvement. Would be great if the audio could tell you what exercise is next

Took 60 dollars from me and I unsubscribed after 20 minutes, am I allowed my money back?. I thought I started a free trial for 24 hours, I installed the app and it took 60 dollars away from me even though I cancelled the subscription after 20 minutes. Can I get my money back or do I have to pay you 60 dollars for 20 minutes?

Need help. Hi Team App is missing features. Tried asking for help via email with no luck. Can someone get back to me otherwise I only have half what I paid for!

Subscription. How you unsubscribe for this application? I’ve only had it for a couple Hours but decided the app isn’t for me. Help needed please

Very disappointing - Not worth it. Among the worst virtual trainer apps available on the AppStore. Workout routines are extremely basic. No weight capture, no performance logging. You can’t even use their timer if you switch to another app or your phone goes in sleep mode. It’s almost a joke. Barely acceptable for a beta version. I really can’t understand who would be ready to pay such an outrageous fee for an immature app like this.

More options?. Hay I just wanted to say there should be a way to start the free trial without putting my card details in please give people a free 3-7 day trial without the card info then once the week is up then ask for it you gotta give people a feel for the app and also not having to go through the trouble of having to unsubscribe.

Watch out for the subscription structure. Double check your subscription fees after signing up. For some reason the have different prices for the same duration.

Good App. Even the free trial gives a wide range of effective workouts especially for beginners

Good workouts, lacks customisation on food. Good concept. Work outs are good but food customisation is lacking. For example, I can’t eat fish which is a main dish so I can’t opt out of ‘fish’. also theres no unit converter for food for NON US residents. Will come back if those options are added.

Locked out of my subscription. Hey guys, What gives? I bought a one month subscription a couple weeks ago to test it out and now I can’t access it without paying again. I’ve tried contacting you on you’re app but it just freezes. Little help?

Misleading. Gave 2 choices at beginning: build muscle or lose weight. Sub sequent choices were identical. I choose weight loss and the choices offered didn’t let me think I would lose weight but Putin bulk. At that point I did’t think it was worth pursuing. The ad showing the various possible exercises made me think I would get options. I was not comfortable continuing. Bulking was not for me.

App keeps crashing. Have had this for about 2 months . Paid for an annual subscription. App keeps crashing . Emailed customer support about another issue and no response. Have updated versions of app and iOS. Think twice before paying for this.

Way better then expected. Great app and I don’t give very many reviews.

Don’t get this app. I don’t write reviews normally but unless you have no clue what kind of workout works each muscle group then don’t get this. With that being said there are MANY free sites where you can easily search on google for workouts. I did the free trial, life got busy and I didn’t cancel in time. Was automatically charged for 6 month subscription of this garbage app. Even after contacting customer service. They said there’s nothing they could do. 6 months I have to pay for. There were other options such as 1 month or 3 months but it automatically made me pay the full price. So save yourself the hassle, it’s not worth it. Many free apps do the exact same thing, if not better.

Not what I expected. Is not a free app

Not free. Will make you fill all your info and then wants to charge you, not even free trial. No point to use, you can find free workout plans on google or youtube easily

Doesn’t work. Once you sign up it stays on a loading screen, doesn’t work for me.

Cancel right now. Hello there I just would like you to cancel my subscription before it gets charged. I tried it out for less than a week but I don’t wanna buy anything at this moment. Please make sure this is all canceled and free of charges Thank you

Be careful. I downloaded this app, just to check it out. I realized I wouldn’t use it, so I deleted it. Before I deleted it, I tried searching the app for a way to cancel my account so I wouldn’t be charged for anything, but I couldn’t find anything. A few weeks later, I receive an email from Apple saying I’ve been charged $63.24 for a 6 month subscription to the app. I wouldn’t recommend downloading this app unless you plan on paying for it. And if you do, be sure to cancel everything before you delete it.

Ripoff. Sure! Try the free trial, be sure to turn off auto renewal otherwise get charged 60$ My son, a student, lives paycheck to paycheck, and now has to wait 30 days to get $ back! Slimy BS! Stay away!

how. how do i cancel

Useless App.. It’s a garbage app.

App gets stuck and ask to enter details every time. App was working fine. Today it is not loading. After restarting it is asking for the details again, but still not able to access my plan. Workout just shows loading. Really frustrating

Scam!!!!. Why did I pay 39.99 it’s on my subscription for a year which is fine, IF I GET THE WORKNOUTS! You won’t let me use them. How do you sleep at night. You scammers

False publicity. Need to pay to just try it

Terrible. I paid for this app thinking it would be a complete workout and meal plan app only for them to charge an extra $40 for them to give me the meal section which should already be included completely dissatisfied I would like a refund immediately

disappointed. I was not given the option to choose my payment plan. It automatically chose for me 🤬

Faussement annoncé gratuit. Lors qu’on rentre nos info sur poids, taille, etc, on est dirigé vers un abonnement payant

Garbage app. This app is so garbage they want you to pay for a work out plan and then want you to pay extra for a food plan which is the same amount of money as a work out plan 🙄

Not good. Its not free and there are way to many free ones to pay so why make it free pls

Waste of money. I downloaded the app expecting it would provide plans but this is a fraud, they gather all the information and make you pay for the app n then you get exercises for whatever you wanna work on, NOTHING ELSE. There are free apps provide EXACTLY the same content. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

No trail.. I downloaded the app to check it out. But you can’t even get into the app unless you pay for it. They don’t even give a one week trail or something for you to try it out first before dropping money on it first. So I deleted it. Not worth it if I can’t even check it out before commenting to it.

Horrible App. Save your money. No trial, make it seem like the app is much more then it is... only a handful of exercises and no real customized plan unless you want a targeted workout for 7 min. Save your money... I would like to cancel and I just ordered but no option to... this feels a little bait and switch to me.

Needs gym equipment. Doesn’t list what equipment you require to use this App. I have none and in day one realized this was the wrong app for me. Can I get a refund?

Scam. This app is a scam.... they say... free app but you cant use this without a payment... lol

Scam Scam Scam!!!. They just stole my hard earned $60! The app is nothing as advertised. Please do not look at the overall rating, that seems to be a scam! Read all reviews and you will see others like myself being scammed and complaining. I’ll be seeing if I can push things further to get this app removed from the Apple Store. I encourage you to do the same! Scammers!!

Still evaluating. Bought the 6 month did the first 12 day work out then it just reset to the beginning again Difficult to change settings from home work out to gym work out

Can’t even do free trial.. There was no ability to try the app for a week. I thought I woukd have at least a week to try it out. But no, you have to pay to get a sense of it. I want home excercises, and the app is showing excercises with barbells and other equipment. I’d pass if I’d known

Apps not accessible. Unable to access my program, showing internet connection issue but I had no issues with my internet signal. Sent help to support team but got no response. Ended up cancelling my subscription as my goal is for a stress free workout. Please reimburse my payment.

App doesn’t work. Just downloaded and paid and now the app will not open it just has a screen with a logo and and a spinning circle loading and never loads don’t waste your money

Not great. Pretty terrible for home workout. Even though I selected home workout, it basically showed a bunch of programs to do on the gym. Makes no sense… just get Nike Training Club and be happy. Also, meal plan is not included in the regular subscription.

Bait. I don’t like the fact this app gets user data first than only shows the pricing option. What a bait. App developers can be more ethical.

Not very home friendly. I’ve chosen for home workout and got everything in a gym. Kind of the worst investment of money you can do.

App does not load and keep asking to start over. I purchased the app and it was working great for over 3 weeks. Last Saturday, the app was taking a really long time to open and when it did open, asked me to start all over again with the setup questions. After doing that, i tried to restore purchase and issue persisted. I reached out to customer service but there was no reply. Only an automated answer saying that they received my complaint. Really disappointing. Really hope that this get resolved soon.

Don't download it. don't download this they gonna rip you off right away .. this is just another trick app first of they force you to buy in to the app even before to check if this is a good app for you which is should never be .. you should always have to option to check around if this app is good for you .. be aware fellas you will lose 6 months of membership !! 70$ US

No cancellation. I am unable to cancel it 🤬

Good app but not for me .. Hello I would like to cancel my subscription. I liked the app but it’s not for me. I would like to unsubscribe and stop being charged please.

Garbage. This app is total garbage. There’s is no tailored workout programs offered despite all the details they collect from you to do so. Most of the exercises require free weights even though I opted for a calisthenic based regime. Even the way the workouts are structured make no sense. For example, giving odd set numbers to routines that use left and right sides of the body. Which should obviously be in even sets. Don’t waste your money. Over promised. Under delivered!!!

I never write a review but. I never write a review but this app instantly asks you to pay monthly as soon as you download it... You can’t even try it without having to purchase which is very stupid

Scam. Took my money without my permission

Pretty Basic. The app looks good during the initial stages. So I decided to subscribe to their workout plan. Turns out that you need to pay twice. Once for the workout and again for the nutrition plan. The workout are straightforward and well… it looks like just a bunch of random workout tossed into a salad bowl. For instance, when you’re working on 2 sets of reverse lunges, both sets are for one side and doesn’t instruct you to switch sides. When it told me to do 1 set of side plank, it ignores the other side!

Not a free app - dont install. Money grab, better off checking out bodybuilding.com

Bruh. All that time filling it out and there’s a membership just make the app cost at that point

Not free. Wants money which is understandable but sorry, was looking for something free

Way overpriced flash cards. Really expensive for what get . Can't even try the app without paying . When you do pay it's like flash cards with a timer 🤷‍♂️ nothing fancy at all. Do 3 sets of 12 situps and some bicycle kicks in flash card form . Way overpriced

Pas intéressant. Appareil non disponible à la maison

Lol won’t even let you check it. As you get in asking you to pay like really I need to know what I am paying for ? Don’t waste time

Charging Customers without notice. Not impressed. Charged me 60 bucks without consent. Had one of my cheque’s bounce because of this. Deleted the app a few days ago as I have not used it and still got charged today. Not impressed.

Useless App. I have bought annual subscription using my apple account and is still valid till Aug 27, 2021 and app won’t let me restore my subscription on a new phone as asking me to purchase new subscription and forcing me to login using only Facebook no other options to logging in or retrieving my subscription. Finally, BetterMe Team restored my subscription on a different better me product instead of BetterMe men app. I am okay with new product will to test it out now. So, far at least they have restore.

Beginners app. If you’re just starting out this is decent to learn some type of workouts but once u complete each workout program they don’t reset or give u any other workout plans it’s the same thing over and over and some workouts are less then 10 mins … app wouldn’t be too bad for maybe a buck a month

Great App when it actually works l, bad customer support. I will say I would have given this app 4/5, since I really liked it. I gave it a go and did the 3 month subscription, and after 2 weeks of use it stopped working. Every time I boot the app it required me to answer their questionnaire (height, weight, goals, etc.) After filling out the questionnaire each time I used the app, it wouldn’t even boot up the workouts, it kept saying I was “Offline”, when my internet and WiFi works just fine. I thought it would go away and it’s been a full week and nothing has changed. I deleted the app and redownloaded, I rebooted my phone, and I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times and no one has responded. I have canceled my subscription now. It’s too bad because when this app worked, I loved it. And it’s very disappointing that customer service has not responded, I sent three messages in the past week and nothing.

Average with potential - Not what you see on videos. Good and good exercises. BE WARNED THAT NONE OF THE CALISTHENICS EXERCISES ARE EVEN REMOTELY SIMILAR TO THE MULTIPLE VIDEOS YOU SEE ON FB OR INSTRAGRAM PROMOTING THE APP. I have done 20 of the 21 work-out challenge and found that none of them are even close to the ones shown on the videos. Also, the questionnaire will ask what your priorities are, but not sure it matters because even if you don't include legs, it will include a large number of leg exercises. Again decent exercises, and good workouts, but not what they sell on the videos. Also, the instructions are limited and, for some exercises, if you follow them as they are, you end up working only one side of your body (ie right leg and not left). The app has potential. I hope they dedicate as much time to develop and clean the app as they do marketing through the different videos, and are able to provide what they offer on the videos.

But.... So in my opinion the app is very cool and easy to use. I am no newbie to a gym but recently switched to at home workouts. While there are a plethora of workout options there is no clear direction to which one to use or as to go about weaving them into one another. Again, I am no newbie to working out, but I am not a trainer either...direction or a more customized plan would be nice especially after all the info filled out on the front end. I was expecting more after paying $80 including the meal plan...hope to see this change or I will not be renewing.

Trash. And the positive reviews have to be planted.. First, there is not much to this app. It does give you videos of how to properly do an exercise it has assigned you, but there is not even a repository to look up exercises. It has workouts by muscle group but if you start a workout routine, say back, it wants you to workout back for the next 20 days. There is no way to set up a realistic workout routine focusing on different muscle group by day…or different total body workouts each day. I’d take either, but this app is a waste of $40. I’m hitting myself for not listening to the other bad reviews, as the positive reviews are not aligning to the functionality of this app and thus must be planted.

Poor customer support. I usually hate to write anything negative but have to call out the poor customer support for the products. Firstly you have to use Facebook which i am not a member. If the need to use Facebook as the only way to track anything was known i wouldn’t have paid for the product. I’ve emailed them a few times through the support link and haven’t heard anything back. I realize currently people are remote but sad to get no reply. I see these groups or products from the company all over and I will not recommend to use and I will not renew

Good workouts, poor food strategy. While the workouts are great, the food part of this app requires a lot more coordination on the app creators part. A weeks worth of food on the vegetarian plan requires 224 ingredients, 134 of them which are unique. I checked out my local Kroger online, and ~20% of the total unique items cost me >$66. In theory, it’d cost me ~$300 a week to do this food plan (not considering the one time spices which would be an extra ~50 every two months or so). That puts a total monthly cost of $1,265, which is more than most peoples rent..

READ THIS. The app is well made, interface is easy to use fairly expansive meal plan. I’m vegan and the vegetarian option is, as far as I can tell, plant based. I just downloaded it , but I have been an athlete for years and the workouts look well made and well planned. Just a tip for everyone else who goes to download it, if you don’t sign up for the free trial and actually look at it, don’t leave a review. It’s a good program and $10 a month is a fair price, I don’t know if I will continue to use it. It all depends on the results after a week.

GREAT UI FOR WORKOUTS. I’ve used tons of apps and programs for working out but this is the best one by far. The UI is so simple yet useful as each set is shown performed by an actual person so you’ll always get the form perfect. It’s really good for gym efficiency too as the app has allocated “rest time” between reps and sets so you’ll always be working out with a purpose and less wasted time. Overall great app I’ve made tons of progress and my workouts have been 2-3 times more efficient and effective since installing the app.

Bad app. The meal plans are the same everyday of every week. There is a vegan and gluten-free option but they also share the same meal/snack options. The workouts are only for 12 weeks then there is nothing else to offer except isolated muscle programs. Which also only have 12 weeks then you start over with the same program. This app is fairly plain and doesn’t have many options. I’ve seen better apps for free. $$$- I find any app that has to be cancelled through the iTunes Store to be an extra hassle since the app company cannot be bothered with confirming you won’t be charged after the free trial. Hope the company answers more then one of my issues. But I’d doubt it.

Upsetting waste of $. I can see why there is no free trial. No one would pay for it after the trial. The free apps I have are just as informational if not more. Home workouts are super basic, you can come up with these exercises by googling for 5 minutes or watching a couple Instagram reels. Why wouldn’t you superset the workouts in here instead of doing 3 sets of 30 pushups back to back with 30 seconds in between sets. I’m mad at myself for wasting $30 and wish I could get it back. Not sure why people are rating it as high as they are unless they are very very new into working out.

Great exercise app, but pass on meal plans. The exercises are great and offer a lot of variety, especially for someone looking to get fit in minimal time. My one complaint is that I started keto just to try it and paid for the keto meal plan. Upon opening the meal plan, it was pretty terrible, lacks variety, and is not useful for me. I sent an email to customer service asking for a refund. My ticket said there would be a response in eight hours and have yet to hear anything even after follow up email a week later. Customer service could be better and more responsive.

Too $$$ when there are other options that are free!. I found this app on insta thought it would be nice to add a few different exercises into my current routine. After filling out my information it asked for $3 a week or $10 a week! That is insane! It is literally cheaper to have a personal trainer in person, which I can guarantee is better than ANY app that can not correct you when doing something wrong or not able to change form when results are not what they should be. DOWNLOAD THIS ACTUAL FREE APP INSTEAD- “Home workout NO equipment”. Finally a free app that doesn’t turn around and charge you! I’ll take advertisement over paying 40$ a month.

I would be up front about charging to use this service.. Just downloaded this app out of curiosity because I liked the way the menus are laid out and I’ve always had trouble putting on mass being a skinny guy. Imagine my surprise, (or lack thereof) when I see you have to pay for the service. Paying for a service such as this isn’t a bad thing, but I would let it be know. That this app is a subscription based app, and you won’t be able to use it unless you’re willing to spend some $$$. Not only that, the subscription price seems to be high.

Self Propelled. I am military member that works on my own. Knowing how to work out wasn’t the problem; keeping me motivated, in check and get a system down was. This app does a great job of getting timing down between workouts and keeping you motivated. Would only be better if there was a full listing of the exercises for the workout instead of each set as well as a list of what exercises you accomplished on the trophy page. Having a true time of your actual workout would be great too. Highly recommend still.

Huge scam.. these people are flat out liars. Every time I read the developer responses my blood starts to boil. You do NOT offer a free 7 day trial. Once the user downloads the app, he/she agrees to terms, then fills out workout preferences and information pertaining to weight and height. Then the user is directed to a screen where the ONLY option is “continue,” whereby he/she pays the full annual subscription of $120+. There is NO settings button nor ANY OTHER button to click other than “continue.” You CANNOT choose your subscription. This blatant dishonesty is crazy - good thing I didn’t fall for their game. I will be contacting Apple regarding this dishonesty to see what can be done. Shame on you developers for preying on people. I will he shocked if they don’t take this down somehow.

Worth it.. I have probably never written a review before, or paid for a workout plan. I’ve been at the gym for about a year, gotten myself moderately in shape, but it’s time I set the bar higher. I got this app and used the free trial for a week, ever since, my body has felt so sore and I was noticeably working out way harder than usual, so I’m now on the monthly plan. I alternate between the chest and arm workout daily, and have never gotten more compliments on my physique! This app is definitely worth it.

I was charged and couldn't even use it.. I'm not bashing this for being a bad app. It was pretty nice to use when I could. But while I was on the free trail I was logged out and when I would try and use my information again it told me I had to resubmit into the 7 day trail. I thought that was weird but I didn't think much of it at the time. Within a few more days it said it charged me for the $59 or whatever it was. I again tried to get into the app but my log in would not find where I had the membership. Honestly I want my money back because I have deleted the app and that's money down the hole. I do not like when companies do trails like this.

Love it!. I’ve never been big into working out, but as I get older I see a need for it. This app is great for someone who knows nothing about gym stuff and different workouts. This app allows me to focus on certain areas each day as well as providing workouts when I can’t get to a gym. The ONLY thing that I don’t like is when I’m playing music and using the app simultaneously, the app lowers the volume on my music. Can you please fix this issue because the music motivates me to continue. Other than that I would have given the app 5 stars. Thanks!

Freezes after subscription. Went through my trial period -- great app because I need help knowing what exercises to do for whatever I'm trying to improve. The trial expires and my next time in the app I get offered a discounted subscription. I subscribe, Apply Pay process works fine, and get on-screen confirmation. However, the app is now FROZEN on the subscription page. There’s no X to clear the screen and clicking the “Comtinue” button responds that I have already subscribed. I reboot the app, reboot my phone, deleted the app and reinstalled -- nothing worked. I would have preferred sending an e-mail to customer support, but it looks like these reviews (if monitored by the owners) is the only way to contact them

Stop muting the music and allow programs download. I lime the exercises but I have two major complaints: 1. The app automatically mutes any music you are playing from your iphone. This quite annoying as I have to open the app to see which one is the next exercise and then close it so I can listen to my music at what ever volume I want. 2. As I travel for work, the app should have an option where you are able to download your programs in advance as to avoid rooming charges and the problem is also that unless you have finish certain program you are not allowed to see any future ones limiting the usage of the app even though I already paid the hefty app fee. Please check Results, also a great app with better perks that allows you to download your future program (up to 7 days) in advance. Hoping to hear from the developers soon. Cheers, Seb

Great app but why continue showing that I have to pay when I already did. This is a great app but you guys should definitely fixed the fact that it tries to make you pay once you already payed for the 9.99 a month. I can’t even move on to the next work outs because it’s telling me to activate it for 9.99 but I already did my next billing date is January 27. Please contact me & help me fix this problem

Same old song & dance. U all give great info the one thing I notice with health apps none have any 7 day trials example a lot people workout I consistent basis everyday including myself we have these Little slips on diets now if u had long 7 to 10 day free trail or even half the $$ for a week and its working on the weakness that I have had hard time with for many years just like finding the right girl I am going to married that app and start feeding it more money there’s lot of low income people that can’t waste money if it’s Not going with work and old saying a 1/2 loaf bread is better than no bread ty

Needs a ton of work. As of now this is by far the worst exercise app I’ve ever used. Every single time you open the app you have to go through the same quiz over and over before you can even start. The app itself tracks nothing and does not even remember the workouts you complete even after you save it. I’ve been trying to use it for a couple months now and after multiple emails to the developers about the plethora of issues no improvements have been made. I list complete faith in this app and advise others to spend their money elswhere.

Workouts fine, current version is NOT usable. I’m a routine person. When I purchased a year subscription I need to hit my workout days. This was a great accountability tool because I am in a place where I don’t have a gym for a couple of months. It was great… for 6 days. Idk if it’s an IOS update or what, but the current version of this week is UNUSABLE and a waste of money. - every time I open the app it forgets my profile, meaning I need to fill out this long questionnaire EVERY TIME. - 1/3 of the time it asks me to purchase again and I can’t skip or recall my profile. - worst of all, when I get through all of that, none of the workouts load due to a UX/UI error I’m just going to attribute to the current version of IOS. Wasted a year subscription and unfortunately can’t wait. You're probably better off using ChatGPT asking it to make a workout for you based on your goals, height weight, etc. Note: If this gets fixed I’ll update my review but as of now.. don’t waste your time.

Not a Good Training app. App leads you to believe there will be a workout program designed and planned for you, but it just gives you ACCESS to workout plans. No clear direction on how to start, how to rotate programs, so no, it’s not like a having a personal trainer. Exercises themselves are clearly demonstrated and easy to follow, but it’s up to you to figure out which program and which day you do what. Not worth the money, I could have YouTubed the same things. I thought I was paying for GUIDANCE.

It’s a scam. Please don’t buy. They asked me questions about my goals and body type. Then I had to choose a payment plan. The only option is to pay the whole thing upfront, not month to month. I payed $60. The worst part is, nothing is specific to the information I put it about my goals or body type. It’s literally just generic workouts that you can find for free on Google. No free trial either, so they literally just paid $60 for workouts I could find for free. If I could get my money back, I would. I haven’t even had the subscription for 24 hours. How can I get a refund?

Too much data collection. Why is it necessary to gather the amount of data that you do from this app? Even data that has nothing to do with fitness! Why? Who are you beholden too? Where does this data go? For what purposes other than fitness is this data used? I’m sure not all the data this app collects goes into tailoring my fitness regime! That’s a laugh. Does the development team think we are all naive sleeping dummies? I am so disappointed in this app and would never recommend it to anyone. Apps like this are the reason smart people are so weary of the internet nowadays because we are lied to all the time. It’s sad that more ppl aren’t aware of the fraudulence and lies the establishment feeds us.

Frustrated.. The ad I clicked on led me to this app instead of better me… which has mostly calisthenics workouts. After almost three weeks I still am not using the right app because the three solutions they have given me have not worked. It takes almost 72 hours to get a response and we are on round 4 already. I refuse to give them another $30-$50 until this is resolved, I do not need more apps. I know how to work out with weights… I need equipment free work outs when I have my business trips and don’t have access to a decent gym. I would give them a zero but the app won’t let me.

Great Concept. I’m really impressed with this app. It gives you a plethora workouts for the different areas you’re looking to improve or maintain. It’s a really cleanly designed interface and fairly interactive and the workout options and plan it gives you are so varietal and easy to understand. There’s a few things, however, I’d love to see change. I feel like there could bee better guidance from a scheduling standpoint. It would be nice if it told me what days to do which workouts. I also wish it told you the weight range you should be using for the different exercises. And one more odd request... I would love if you could turn the sound off of the app when using it. It always covers over my music when it makes noises. Can’t wait to keep using!

Can’t use until you pay.. You’ll download it, open it and begin to fill out your profile. You’ll press submit and it will “build your workout” based on what you want to physically achieve/looklike. Once it’s done “building” said personal workout it will prompt you with two ways to pay. $9.99 weekly or something for the month, I forgot. No preview of these exercises nor any other info until you select payment method. Personally I closed the app and deleted it after that. Gave It 3 stars because it looked promising but $10 Weekly seemed meh.

Deceptive. I strongly dislike apps that take you through a long process of gathering information and entering it only to find out afterward that it’s going to cost you a monthly subscription. Do these people have so little confidence in their own product that they cannot be upfront with the cost from the beginning? Do they really think that I would want to do business with them when they start out the process deceptively? It’s not that the app costs something. The issue is that they hide that from you until they have gathered information from you. If they were honest and upfront about the fee, I would not even have started the process.

😡. I Would have tried it tonight only if they let you pay monthly - I honestly could care less of the response to my review because its all the same response, “sorry for the inconvenience, we are sorry, it was never our intention.”, couldn’t have managed this trial a little better? like one week free trial? or 30 days? to give the people a chance to see some results...instead of having them give you their money - with a series of unfortunate events that have occur in the reviews I read and I am sorry for the folks that didn’t see the annual payments(almost got me) Not touching my hard earned money for something I don’t even know will show my results I want to see.

So far,So good. Workouts and reminders look solid and the meals sound great but as someone who maybe gets 1 day a week to hit the grocery store (I know I can just look at each days meals and write them down but imagine doing that for a weeks worth and trying to make a grocery list) It would benefit me and I’m sure others to get maybe a weekly grocery list to be able to prep and make a few days worth of meals ahead (single father duties make it hard to have me time so help us single parents out lol) and it helps to keep a routine going without feeling like a huge chore

Fix some things. This is an amazing app, but I want you guys to fix some stuff. Their should be more At-Home exercises. Most of them are at gym and (1) I don’t have time, (2) I hate going to public gyms. Crowded and smelly purposes and I’m not the only one out their. I suggest at home and six pack abs program. Bigger chest at home. And more. Me as a person I don’t have a lot of equipment like barbell, a seated machine, flat bench barbell press, etc. When i mean at home, I mean like stuff that are doable at home with out any special equipment. I hope you understand, thx

Want my money back. I purchased this because I read there was a three day trial, once I opened it up I realized that this was requiring all sort of machine that I don’t have at home even though I put at home work out. I tried to cancel with an hour and it is trying to charge me for six months. First I want my money back, second you need to be clear that you need machines from a gym to follow and third the sneaking addition for a meal plan after saying it is included indicated that this is not a straight up app but more of a scam to try to find ways to get more and more. I’d recommend just having a better product to encourage people to stay instead of deceptive marketing and practices.

Lack of personalization. Not worth the money.. Advertised as a personalized workout experience but far from it. The app is mainly just a collection of routines, all of which are easily available no cost through a google search. Some major gaps: 1. No weekly workout plan. It has a catalogue of muscle group routines but doesn’t put them together for you in a schedule. 2. No instructions for workout. Provides video but little explanation. 3. No way to reorder a workout if a machine is unavailable. 4. No way to ask for an alternate exercise 5. No feedback loop to exercise coach 6. Doesn’t really store progress. I’d like to record weights or other feedback so I could see progress over time. Not a horrible app, does provide good catalogue of exercises, but not worth $20/month. Oh, there’s some nutrition module available but they want $50 before even offering a preview - yeah right.

Beginner. So I like to know how to use the app like do I go by workout 1,2,3 on one body part or one body part a day cause I see it where you done the first workout it goes to workout 2 so those that mean I do all 12 workout on the leg that day then do another workout on different body part the next day ? And by the way nice app it like it gonna be good but just don’t know how to started I’m new to the workout stuff like gym and the app

Deceptive App, Not What’s Advertised. This app does not offer what it says it does. I’m a 49 year old man who was looking for something that filtered workouts by age. This app shows that ability but it’s not offered anywhere. Huge issue. The workouts are not customizable other than weight and there isn’t a way to record what you do. Also there are some movements in this app which are sketchy at best (bent over barbell twist). If the app was advertised as a beginner app with no age selection ability that would be ok since it’s not a terrible app but definitely not as advertised. Am requesting a refund since it fails to provide what is advertised.

Too expensive. The app has merits, for sure. The trouble is that most developers, like this one, have turned to subscription so we, the consumer, now have to choose between which apps are more necessary to our daily lives. Monthly subscriptions soon add up to a lot of money each month, especially when you’re on a tight budget, like me. So, this app just isn’t making it onto my priority list. It’s a shame because fitness and health are important. My gym membership is more valuable to me than an app. Combined they would be awesome but not at the price these guys are charging.

No trial period wants me to pay to proceed. What’s point of downloading this app. Once you put your info it takes you to a screen where you have to answer how you want to do the payments at least offer me a trial what if I don’t like the app or what if This isn’t what I’m looking for then what call the 800 number endless times to get a refund just not right. You don’t even show how the aap works what you have to offer or anything can’t pass the payment screen without making a payment or a subscription. Just dumb in my opinion it’s like me tell you it’s a good computer and selling you a $100 computer for $500 and it doesn’t even do what you want it to do.

Review from a newbie. I just downloaded this app and i like it. It asked for my weight, height, my target weight, and different diet plans that are compatible with everyone (vegetarian, keto , gluten-free, and lactose-free diets available) i chose the keto, i like bread. I haven’t checked the others but the keto diet plan is only 7 days and repeats the same dishes. MY ONLY COMPLAINT AT THE MOMENT IS THAT THERE IS NO COMPLETE GROCERY LIST FOR THE WEEK only ingredients for each day and i am too lazy to go into everyday’s menu and make myself a list. Its a great app tho.

I recommend it for the most part.. Ok, so I really like the workouts and the pace. In my opinion they nailed. From the Instructional videos of the workouts to the timing of them. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because of the lack of everything else. So to the creators, it would be great if you did a couple things. 1st maybe talk about how much weight you should lift based on your body weight or something like that. 2nd it would super great if you had a place where I could input the amount of weight I lifted the last time I did the exercise so I could track progression. 3rd maybe wouldn’t be the worst idea to make a graph or photo bank to track results. I.e. take a pic day 1, week 1, month 1, 6months, and so on. I feel it’s a little over priced just for the routine. But all and all. My favorite workout app and routine.

Nothing on macros & exercises not accurate. I have been studying health and wellness for a long time . This app has so much potential , but I want to see a list of macros being satisfied by the food recommendations . Some people don’t have the ingredients being listed, so to have the macro value would be beneficial so I know what I need for the meal/day and/or what is being fulfilled. Furthermore, the exercises I’ve been doing are great, but unbalanced. For instance “one arm exercises” literally have 3 sets on one arm and then move to a completely different exercise . This needs to be fixed . I’ve ran into 5 routines that contained a one-sided set of repetitions .

I am disappointed. I thought it would be free but it makes you pay like all of the other apps. I would love it if they were to make it free so people like me don’t have to pay. They could easily just make a paying Olán for you if you want extra tutorials. But if you don’t want to pay they should make it free for basic tutorials and workouts. The workouts it self was pretty good and they don’t lie that is why I gave it 3 stars. If they were to make it free then I would give it a solid 5 stars.

Great app but. I pay for the app which I am enjoying and seeing results! One thing I am having a problem with is the notifications, I will get a notification that tells me to check my inbox! Click on link and no inbox? I get a notification to claim my gift! Select on that link and nothing??? What is going on? You just like for me to click and get frustrated? You are giving me pause to think about not renewing!

Unethical Advertising. I was led here by false advertising. They’re basically saying let’s make money off of other people’s misfortune. To provide context you are all aware the Convid-19 virus is in full swing now and we are stuck indoors. I was browsing around (probably Facebook) and saw and ad for this describing how it’s a wonderful home workout for what’s happening right now. I downloaded it, and only after putting in all of my info do they ask for money. Right now is a difficult time for people but to have the gaul to make an ad specifically targeted at people who are stuck at home at this time, then to charge them only after they have put in all of their info I think is unethical. 0 stars if I could.

Easy to use but lacks a little. This is a great app for people who have no idea where to start a workout program. It lacks a little information someone may need starting out like how often should the workouts be performed (daily, every other day, etc.) and whether certain workouts can or should be combined in a day (all upper or all lower body, skip lift day for cardio or combine). I like the videos showing how to properly perform the exercises. The main issue I have is the $10/week price. I have a health club membership that I want to keep, and it’s a great place to do these workouts, but it’s too pricey for me.

It’s worked for me. I was thinner than I wanted to be so this program with its focused work outa got me to a far more muscular build doing 2 a days for the last 3 months. A few issues I over came were no initial weight recommendations nor a way to record your previous amounts so you can gage the increase in strength. I went from curling 60 pounds to 135 for reps. The shoulders and arms exercises truly gave me the results I wanted Ps I used the diet ideas from four hour body

App keeps forgetting my login and does not present a login screen. Greetings better me team… I liked what I saw with your app so I committed to two years upfront paying for the whole app lifetime access… I would love to recommend this to other people however it is really annoying user experience that every other time I login to use the app it forgets who I am and doesn’t even have a login screen. This means that I must fill out an entirely new profile every single time before being presented with a link that says bypass all of this and go back to your program. I am happy to write a revised review when this has been fixed. Thank you!
