Bug and speed issues. This app is so slow it hurts sometimes. I always wait for a good 2 minutes for it to log in, and the whole time I’m wondering if it’s going to even work. There’s so many times when I press something and the app freezes and logs me out. I then can’t log in for a good 30 minutes. There’s times when it doesn’t show the orders, and it doesn’t update my tips. Sometimes I’m logged in, but not directly on the app, and I get a notification saying, “driver app has stopped tracking your location” and I automatically know it logged me out. This happens at LEAST once or twice a shift. Sometimes I can’t log in the entire time I’m working. I really wanted to put like half a star, but it wouldn’t let me.

Love the app, but hate it’s problems. Poor internet, lemme just lag out and crash, but I can handle no internet fine and just show a status at the top of no network. Trying to call a customer, you’re gonna lose the sounds coming from your phone until you restart the app. This one’s kind of new, numeric keypad jumps every time you hit a number to enter a tip.

Severely lacking. This app is helpful when it wants to be. At random, this application will either kick you off or just not let you sign in entirely. Other times, when you look at the tab that organizes your orders, your orders won’t show up for some reason. The times when it functions as intended it is an absolutely wonderful tool that I use every work day , but that drops off quite harshly when the app simply won’t LET you use it. It slows down my working efficiency and the rest of my coworkers. But hey, that’s none of corporates problem, huh?

Doesn’t work on iPhone XS Max. The first day it rolled out I was able to log in. I have NOT been able to log in from my phone since and I have to use a store phone every day I work for the last 3-4 weeks. I can use the exact same log in info for the store phone and it works fine. Not on my personal phone, however. Why aren’t you fixing this? I’ve installed every update. The “trouble logging in” prompt is useless. I’ve had the same log in info for 18 years I’ve worked at dominos. There’s no way to report errors, so I’m leaving this 1star review. Otherwise it’s an excellent idea, just executed poorly.

Has some potential, but needs work.. I tried this app for one night and it sucked. It was nice how it can organize a few things for drivers. However, I never got to enjoy any of those things because the navigation didn’t work, so when I tried to use my Google Maps instead, it was screwed up because of this app as well. It was draining my battery more than any app I ever have used before. I dislike that it is constantly tracking location even if I’m not using the app, and even if I’m not working. Honestly, the whole experience was quite bizarre. I feel like they need to have some actual drivers weigh in to help with this, or it will never catch on. Good luck fellas!

Very useful but could use a few improvements. I’m writing this as a driver and I can say that I love the features this app offers that makes my job much faster and easier. However, a couple of suggestions: 1. The navigation tools don’t work unless the gps app you’re using is already opened. For some reason it puts up a loading screen and never actually loads. 2. Being able to change the order of runs in the app when you have multiples and accidentally enter them in the wrong order in the store. 3. When navigating back to the store, instead of map coordinates maybe use the actual store address? The gps actually took me to Burger King instead of dominos 😐 4. Maybe think about adding a scanner for credit cards? Sometimes customers don’t realize we can’t break big bills and sometimes their credit card information doesn’t go through and they are very confused when the driver gets to their house.

Hinderance more then convenience. I spend more time trying to get the information to load for the delivery, which makes me sit and wait before I take the delivery. The app will not load new deliveries. I have to continually close out all the way and reload the app to make the delivery appear. It forces my car into active call mode, so I cannot listen to directions. Super annoying. A lot of the times it fails to complete order saying it does not exist. And guaranteed if it’s busy, it will error out and stop working all together. It’s has great potential and it would be very useful if it did work. Based on how it runs now and how long people have been complaining about the same issues, the app developers do not care. So I do not expect them to fix any time soon, which is disappointing.

Has potential. I love it when it’s working as intended, I love the ability to quickly switch from one delivery to the next with the push of a button. However, I have to close the app and reload it every time I get new deliveries. It gets a bit wonky when entering tips, but it’s not so bad. I appreciate the invisible mode option so customers don’t get bent out of shape when I have a double. I think adding a refresh button for your deliveries would be handy, but I’d appreciate it if the app got push notifications from the computers at the store that actually worked and loaded the next deliveries when you pushed on them.

Could be much better. I’m writing this review as a driver. The app has the potential to be incredibly useful, as other delivery apps I’ve used in the past have. I have a few main complaints: 1. More often than not, after the first delivery, orders won’t show up on the app and it won’t let me refresh either. I have to restart the app which takes a little while. 2. When using directions from the app it takes several minutes to load, if it ever does. There have been plenty of times where it outright does not work at all and I have to use a different navigation app. 3. The app is too memory intensive, at least for my phone, an iPhone 7. Every time that I minimize the app, it has to fully restart if I want to open it again. It doesn’t co-exist well with another navigation app open, plus music. One of the three is bound to stop working and it’s extremely frustrating. I think that some of the less useful features, such as the in-app map should be removed in order to optimize it. 4. At times it doesn’t account for customers pre-tips. The receipt will say they tipped a certain amount and have a different total than the app. I’ve worked for several different pizza places before and have used different apps that served their purpose efficiently and without a hitch, this one though, seems to be particularly buggy and I hope that it’s patched up soon considering that it just became mandatory for my store.

CrAppy. In typical dominos fashion, they have failed with their computer systems. I don’t know what community college they get their programmers from, but the need to sift through the dregs of a different one. Problems you WILL have… Logging you out sporadically, inability to call customers, inability to receive calls from customers, tip input not connecting to the local store, map not connecting, runs not showing up on the current screen even though they are in your history… And that is just what you’ll get when its working “properly”. God forbid the app actually goes down which happens on average of once a month. In all honesty, there should be a negative star rating, simply because with their load and go system the app is not optional. It’s like getting a prize horse, entering it in the KY Derby, and then shooting it in the leg with the erroneous belief it will still win.

A testament to how bad an app can be. Literally a terrible app. The app is designed to make things more simple, but tends to over complicate things. Tip tracking barely ever displays the tips, and the address tracker only works half the time. It seems to primarily mess up on days that it is needed most. All of this and we still haven’t mentioned the fact that if you clicked complete, there is no return button. So many times, you put the phone down or accidentally graze the button to complete the order, and then the store gets an angry call wondering where their food is. PLEASE FIX THE APP!

Please fix the app. This app has the potential to be useful and innovative but it isn’t. I constantly am logged out of the app when I haven’t even clocked out. Not really a big deal but pretty annoying. Also, it prevents me from entering my tips once an order is complete. Even if I’m in an area with great service it will still say “Unable to load tips.” sometimes for hours. By then I either forget or just don’t even save it. Again annoying but not that big of a deal I guess. Another problem I have is when I clock out the delivery and get into my car, the app says I don’t have any deliveries and won’t load any until I either turn off my whole phone or wait like 5-8 minutes until it realizes I have an order. I’ve tried refreshing the app, I’ve tried closing it, and I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing fixes the issue. This is really inconvenient when you are timed on your deliveries.I do appreciate the one tap directions and calling but it’s not enough. Please fix this app. If you force us to use it make it work properly. Please remember our jobs rely on this app.

Terrible app, needs lots of fixing.. I don’t even know where to begin. For starters as a dominos employee I dislike the fact that even after I’ve clocked out from a shift the app continues to use my location. Secondly, while working I can’t even open the app to call a customer because the app crashes within seconds. This is an on going issue and it needs to be fixed. I don’t feel comfortable calling customers from my personal phone, even if it is done with a private number, in my area I doubt they’d answer it. FIX THIS APP OTHERWISE DONT MAKE US USE IT.

Imagine being forced to drive a car that will randomly die on you.. That’s what using this app is like. Forced to use it but it doesn’t want to work half the time. The deliveries don’t refresh, it will hang when completing a delivery, and it uses so much of my battery you’d think it was in a competition with my car to see who runs out of fuel first. The voip is laughable, I mean what desk jockey thought it was a good idea to make use a voip service when good signal is not guaranteed on a delivery? Trash app, stop trying to be a tech company and make good pizza again.

“Ok app” Should be OPTIONAL.. Not having to waste time typing in addresses into your gps(for most orders) and tip tracking can be pretty nice. An “Ok” tool to have once you figure it how the app works. However, not everyone has the same phone with the same capabilities as others. Reimbursement for most having to change data plans or get a new phone is next to nothing. Some employees might know their town or city very well and don’t use gps. I know it’s almost 2020 but some drivers just aren’t as tech savvy as others. Delayed orders from technical issues and even more distracted driving are a result for some. Also, if the driver made a mistake with entering tips through the app and manager doesn’t catch it could be a headache for the customer, employee and/or store. Technical issues with the app open while your phone is connected with Bluetooth for calls or music can be annoying. Being able to prioritize the order in which deliveries are taken through the app (After dispatch from the store) would be convenient. With all of my observations using the app and getting feedback from fellow drivers my biggest complaint about this whole thing that this app should be OPTIONAL for the driver. I think the company forcing employees to use this app not taking into account personal/financial circumstances is unjust. This app benefits some...not all.

Frequent bugs that haven't been fixed. As others have said, this app has a lot of potential to be useful but the bugs kill it. Our team frequently runs into issues with the app not letting me or other drivers log in even when we're clocked into Pulse, particularly during rush hour. The app frequently gives me "Unable to pull up order" error messages. It sometimes displays all orders as if they were cash orders even when I have a receipt with a prepaid tip, or it won't let me enter a tip until after I'm already delivering another order. Despite reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, and leaving bug reports with developers, the bugs persist.

I like it but it’s buggy. I really like that I don’t have to look up stuff on gps any more it’s already there, it tracks my tips and gives you the option to contact them through the app if you can’t find them or the police if you’re in danger. Buuuuuuut it hasn’t been working for my iPhone since the first time I logged in. Also I don’t like that there’s no remember me option so that I don’t have to re-login after each time I close the app, too time consuming. Also (while I haven’t been using the app because it won’t let me log in) I keep getting notifications that the app is tracking my gps in the back round... don’t like. Otherwise it’s pretty neat.

App is useless at times. I work for Dominos and have been using the app every time I work, I have the newest iPhone and still doesn’t work properly, I keep getting logged out, the gps rarely ever works, I have to uninstall and reinstall and restart the app before every delivery to even get it to update what delivery I have next, meanwhile my MCO is harassing me every week saying I’m not using it and I’m at 0% when I sent him screenshots, video recordings weekly that I’m using it after they troubleshooted with me. It’s like they told me to cut the pizza but yells at me for not cutting the pizza when I just did right in front of him. Very frustrating to be told I’m going to lose my job from actually doing my job and providing the proof that I am.

Needs improvement.. Although the app has some advantages, such as being able to enter tip amounts, and keeping track of how many deliveries have been made, the app has a lot of issues. I can’t consistently log in, and at least once a shift, the app just crashes, and I can’t access anything. There was a recent update, and the only thing that changed was the look of the app. It does have the option to send text messages now, but there are only two messages, “This Order is Undeliverable,” and “I Need to Come Inside,” both of which I would never use, especially considering everything with the pandemic. In addition, there needs to be a way to either deactivate Safe Mode (which comes on even when I’m standing still), or display all deliveries when I’m taking more than one. And, the sorting of the deliveries is absolutely awful. It used to be in order of time, but now, it’s in some non-sensical order that isn’t at all useful. It is nice for the driver to have the app, but, as I said in my headline, it needs a lot of improvement.

Employee Usage. This app has the potential to be FANTASTIC- but it’s lacking in a variety of different aspectics. Tip tracking is a great concept, but not once since the app was launched has it worked. I can’t even manually log the tips in, it just constantly says “We can’t pull up the tip for this order.” It also randomly goes in and out of safe mode, even if my car is not moving. It also just sometimes will not load, and I have to restart the app, regardless of how good my service is. It has so much potential to be great, but it’s awful and annoying at best to use. All of my drivers have similar complaints, and it is hard to require usage of an app when all it does is waste time for my delivery experts.

More dangerous than helpful. I use the app as a delivery driver for Domino's. Being forced to use it every day has gotten tiresome. The use of the GPS always causes since kind of failure on my phone. Most commonly, rerouting errors, sending you the wrong direction before rerouting, and even causing loss of the cellular network to the phone. Every time I've used the app to get directions to a customer's house, I've lost cellular, rendering my phone useless and having to fully restart it. Trash app that allows them to track drivers and micro manage what drivers do on the road,hinders drive times, and has put me at higher risk of danger rather than help.

Add milage tracking & maps, overall good start. Currently working as a delivery driver for one of the test stores in Scottsdale, the app had its problems at first but the major bugs such as the gps barrier being too small and it not sending you to the right address have been worked out. Overall the app is great for drivers but I wish it’d track your mileage as well as allow an input for managers/gm’s to add maps of complex’s for their store.

Dominoes needs to issue phones. I’m the GM of a dominos I like this tool mostly because of the area my store is in it’s a bad area This way I can keep up on my drivers and make sure there ok that’s the up side to this tool. The down side is not all my drivers need to update there phone’s getting new ones or changing there data plans I think if we are to use this new Technology dominos should issue new phones to all the stores and at the end of there shifts the driver needs to turn the phone back In to the manager on duty.

Has potential, but isn’t even close. This app has a lot of potential, but is full of glitches. Most days, I have no complaints, yet coworkers can’t get it to load. Other days, deliveries that I have not completed mysteriously show up complete. I try to enter tips and I am not able. Some days, no amount of rebooting this app gets it to work. Honestly, a good app does not require constant reboots. This one does, and it doesn't always fix it. It does have the potential to be a great app, but it needs a lot of work.

Horrible app. Most horrible application I ever used. I wish Dominos had any other app. Developer is drunk or something. Just let you know guys this app restarts after every 2 3 minutes and it takes up to five minutes just to load. So no matter you are on the highway or about to pass the destination, this app will take it’s time to reload. Please do not install it. And on the top, this app can hang your phone and slow down all other apps. this developer needs to go back to the school. Horrible app .

The amount of issues is crazy. Let’s start off with the fact that this app has some cool features, like tracking your tips or not having to type in an address (sometimes it’s still wrong though). That’s all I can say that’s good about the app. First off, the app is horrible at keeping track of your deliveries. Every time I open the app to look at my delivery it says I have no deliveries even though I just routed out. It shows in one tab that i have already taken the delivery when I just walked out the store door. Logging in the first time was a pain as well. The app said I only needed to have locations turned on when using the app. When I did that the app refused to let me open it until I turned location services to “always on.” I’ve woken up before to see that the app was using my location overnight. This is not okay, this should be illegal. It’s also NOT okay for the customer to know my exact location. If they can see my location so can other people. The last thing I will mention is that this app kills batteries. I can’t even make it 4 hours without my phone dying so how the h*ll am I supposed to make it a full shift? There’s a lot of stuff surrounding this app that isn’t right, and it’s stupid we are forced to use it. Doesn’t matter though, it’s not like complaining on here will fix the issue

Sending messages. The app works great for us at my store, but recently there’s been so many bugs and one of the main ones is we cannot send messages to the app from dispatch. It either does not pop up on their notifications or when they do open it because it came up on their notifications it won’t open a message. They tap on it and it clears the notification but nothing else happens. Don’t know how to fix this.

It is not useable. So i am using this app as driver. I dont even use this app except sing in when i work. But it still takes to much charge. Idk how. But you guys really need to fix this app. Sometimes i can not see my adress when i dispact. And biggest problem is this app acts like a virus. When i sing in, my phone begin to slow and voice turning up and down itself. My phone is iphone 12 pro by the way. The days that i dont work, my phone quite fast and perfect. Really guys it shouldnt be that hard. You are dominos. I suggest you to focus on it immiadetly.

Everyday is a different issue. From not recognizing that you’re routed on a delivery to refusing to let you record your tips, this app is constantly evolving some new way to be broken. The call feature works incredibly poorly. Sometimes it won’t even register in the store that I’m logged in and I have to waste time getting a manager to route me on every single delivery all day. We’re a busy store. I take 15+ deliveries daily. That time seriously adds up. Restarting the app doesn’t work. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn’t work. It’s ridiculous this is required for work and is broken constantly!

Needs a lot of work. Its very annoying that the drivers have to use the app now and it barely works. The app crashes, freezes up, doesn’t even load deliveries at times, and drains your battery very fast. I have days where I can’t even use the app at all because my deliveries won’t load. I’ve also had times where the built-in navigation for the app just sends me to completely wrong addresses when I try to route it directly from the app into my apple maps, which in turn wastes gas and puts unnecessary mileage and wear and tear on my car. Please fix this app. Its a big disappointment when the drivers are now forced to use an app that barely works yet the dominos customer app works perfectly every time. Its a slap in the face to be honest.

There are too many issues for a driver. As a delivery driver in Arkansas, this app does not work like it should. For the town I work at, most of the time it’s okay because I’ve lived here pretty much my whole life. But when there’s specific instructions that I can’t see because the receipt has the instructions kind of burns off from the heat and the app refuses to acknowledge that I have a delivery until I’m pretty much at my delivery address, that’s a problem. When I’m randomly logged out for no apparent reason, that’s a problem. When the app doesn’t know where the address is, but Apple Maps and Google maps know exactly where it is, that’s a problem. When I can go from fully charged on my phone to less than 20% in a matter of three or four hours of using this app, that is a severe problem. From being a delivery driver for almost 2 years as of writing this, I have encountered too many problems for these issues to be a problem with the phone I’m using. This is a problem with the software “talking” to the firmware, and as it stands I hate this app because of these issues. If I could get away with not using this app at all I absolutely would never use it.

Wow. Driver’s review. Dominos made 4.3 billions dollars last year, yet they have no budget to hire real professionals to fix this ridiculously buggy app. I see negative reviews from over a year ago and nothing has changed. The app still crashes constantly, at least twice per shift I completely lose service, usually that happens right before I hit “complete a delivery”. I end up having to restart my phone when that happens. Also, load times are just outrageous. There isn’t a single app on my phone right now that takes THAT LONG to start. That’s just plain disrespectful to dominos customers and drivers.

Buggy, crashes all the time, stay far away. I am a driver for dominos and we use this app for our deliveries. Horrendous app filled with bugs, frequent crashes at least once a shift. Whoever developed this should be fired immediately and also whoever decided to force all dominos drivers to use this cancerous app. JUST FIX IT. I can’t believe just how incompetent the developers/management are. At the very least, Apple themselves should remove this all from the App Store, it has frozen my iPhone completely a few times leading me to do a force restart. Also when I’m using this app it’ll mess with Bluetooth settings in my car

Big oof. Not comfortable with the fact this app requires you to constantly allow microphone access or else you can’t sign in at all. I don’t see why that has to be forced on me and that really is the number one reason I don’t use it anymore. I don’t trust Domino’s and the direction it’s going and I certainly am not going to give them full access to the microphone that is with me all day long. Aside from that, this app is riddled with audio bugs and location tracking issues that make it hard to believe corporate is trying to force this down on us when it feels like it should be in alpha. Either way, I’ll never use it for as long as the app requires full microphone access to just sign in even if you never want to use the microphone for anything in the app. It is so sus. Domino’s is probably gathering everything you’re saying while you’re at work. People forget that Domino’s is a tech company behind closed doors.

App often doesnt work as intended and may require reinstallation. The app will sometimes just not track what order you’ve taken out and sometimes it just stops tracking your tips visually. This could easily be fixed by adding a manual refresh to the app, but they can’t be bothered to add something as simple as that, so the only way to refresh is to close and reopen the app. And you better hope and pray they didn’t update the servers while you did this or the app might reject your login info until you REINSTALL THE APP! I have had to do this twice in the first ween that ive worked here. Being forced to use this app is honestly almost reason enough to quit on its own. The sheer number of bugs and severity of the bugs in this app makes the quality of a Bethesda game or the LoL client look not just tolerable but top quality. How this was ever thought to be acceptable quality for an app used by all delivery drivers is beyond me.

It stinks. I don’t know where to begin honestly. It logs you out randomly. It doesn’t sync with the terminals in the store all the time. Why does it take so long to load on a modern phone just to get hit with a login screen and additional loading before I can use it. I literally open the app and walk away and do something for a full minute because this app is painfully slow. Tips don’t always register when you manually input them sometimes. Oh and sometimes when you do manually input a written in tip from a credit card, watch the cash amount. I’ve had that input what I put in the card line and it “doubled” the amount when it should’ve only added for card not both, why would it do that. This new system works as well as a launch version of Fallout 76. It has potential but jfc what a mess. Whoever is developing this, did you lie on your resume? Good lord this is a badly developed app. Genuinely wish I could give a negative score. This is one of the most poorly designed apps ever and I’m essentially forced into using it or losing my hours with no alternatives to not downloading this nonsense on my phone 🤷‍♂️

Fix the app. My app won’t even open anymore! I’ve literally tried everything from uninstalling to reinstalling to updating. Still nothing works !! Very disappointed as we are mandated to have this application on our personal cellular device. In my opinion the app is incompetent with no real future . Bad part about it is I loved the idea of this application I actually liked it alot until it stopped working for me . And now I’m being forced to purchase a new device by management because of a faulty application.🤬 No real solutions just “go buy a new phone” 👎🏻 I own an Iphone6 📲 there should be no issues with my device all my other applications work properly 🤔🤭🤫

Working ok for driver but. So far so good for the driver, like how tips are transmitted to the checkout computer at the end of the shift. Needs a "last tip" showing at the top as well as the total tips. Green for cash and blue for CC last tip. That way I can log it in my book if I forget to write it down before hitting save. Also the save button doesn't work until I hit the "done" button. Also needs a reverse sort of the list of deliveries, last delivery at the top. Waze map doesn't seem to work but Apple maps does. Better if integrated into app. Also map is stuck on "north" all the time, awkward. When receiving a notification I don't think it makes a noise. Should be able to choose the sound from a list. Also should be a switch to disable "safe drive". Need an ability to show a driver profile picture and for me to type in a little bio and what kind of car I'm driving. Also didn't see any texting options like to text the customer that I'm stuck in traffic or they are the next delivery.

Not helpful. We as drivers are required to use this app by corporate so you would think they would make it easy to use with no problems. But the phone function to call the customer never works so I have to use my personal phone giving them my number. Along with that half the time it glitches out. Plus it won’t even let me track my tips correctly due to the number of different glitches it has. The app is suppose to make my job easier and it has only made it more difficult.

Terrible. The apps goes into safe mode while standing still. Often the app will malfunction and my order no longer shows on the app so if I have to call the customer I have to use my personal number rather than calling from the app which shows dominos is calling. The app has brought me to wrong locations multiple times. sometimes doesn’t load my delivery information so I have no clue the information on some of my previous deliveries. The only positive thing about that app is that I don’t have to type in the address but which is spotty. Also if not used and a DM come in the GM can get in trouble.

Deplorable.. Just put GPS trackers in the car toppers like Papa Johns has done for years! My store only pays me .05 cents/delivery to be logged into this for 35-40 hours a week! I open and work day shift, so saying that I get 120 deliveries in a month is generous, and that’s only $6 towards my data plan on my cellphone! If Domino’s is requiring it’s drivers to use this, I’m going to have to require a mobile device provided by the company to use this app on. I’m not going to run up my data plan each month just so Karen can get a notification that her no sauce, extra cheese, add garlic parmesan, black olives, mushroom, and anchovy pizza is 2 blocks away for a less-than 10% tip.

Gotta be honest. Here’s what it needs.. I’m sorry but I barely even used it today. It became more of a hindrance than a help. It was a hectic day and I can’t stop what I’m doing, pull my phone out and tap a bunch of buttons to get moving to the next delivery. I just use hey Siri and tell her to give me directions to the next address provided on the receipt. It’s hands-free which makes for an optimum ADT. The notifications are also failing to pop up when arriving at the destination which was the only feature that brought me back to the app. If you want this app to work out, I think you’ll either have to implement Siri shortcuts or Have it monitor and press buttons itself through location info. This needs to be hands-free, something that happens naturally in the background. Otherwise, it’s another chore we simply don’t have time for...

Bye bye battery. I like the fact that I can easily track my tips, and that it works in conjunction with the Pulse system. However, it called my phone 36 times on my last shift. It also used a full charge 4 times in one 8 hour shift. Other drivers are complaining about it eating data like watching 4K movies online does. Come on guys, we gotta do better than this. This is driver’s lives, their families and their way of life we are talking about. Patrick Doyle once told me “it’s just pizza”. It’s not just pizza, it’s people. We are in the people business, and so are you.

Headache for drivers. As a driver, this app is more of a pain than a rude customer. The app used to show the correct qty and type of drinks/sauces the customer ordered. I find myself waisting my time by having to carry around the attachments receipt to make sure I have everything before I leave the door and when I’m with the customer. Please bring that back to the app. It saves us time and uses less paper, and much easier for the drivers. Most of all, google maps should be used vice Apple Maps (if using an iPhone version). I’ve lost count how many times Apple has sent me to a wrong address or the address was not in their platform. I find myself having to manually enter the address on google maps to find the correct location. Again, waste of time. This app needs a lot of work and adjustments made to suit the drivers in order to speed up our delivery times.

Horrible and faulty. Dominos should be issuing company phone due to this app being mandatory. I question the legality of Dominos forcing drivers to use this on their personal phones without compensation. This app crashes, deletes my deliveries, and has sent me across town to the wrong address. The call feature works intermittently and sometimes the app won’t work at all and doesn’t show my assigned deliveries. This app nearly called 911 when the phone was in my pocket. One of the managers told us that we (delivery drivers) wouldn’t get paid unless the app was open. not paying workers because your app is faulty and shuts down will get Dominos a class action lawsuit and complaints to the appropriate department of labor.

Awful. As a tenured Delivery Expert Team Leader, I am asked to coach & train new drivers for the job and how to use this app. How is it, that every time it’s updated, the app gets worse? I’m constantly kicked out of it, and it often doesn’t update my current deliveries without closing out of it, then reopening the app. Furthermore, while pre-tips are fairly common now, some customers will add to the CC tip or tip cash on top of the pre-tip. However, as opposed to before, I’m no longer able to update the input to expedite the EON checkout process. Also, if drivers are being tracked by not only other team members, but also customers, the app could—at least—provide GPS directions. Our privacy is already invaded, so you may as well guide the new drivers to where they’re going, because a map is already built-in. You can do better. Please do so.

Driver Functionality Awful. When it works it works OK. But if things are busy in your delivery area like they probably are, expect glitches or the inability to connect to PULSE at all. What’s worse, the app is so poorly coded, that when it doesn’t work...which is a frequent amount of weekend shifts...the app thinks that it needs to take control of all Bluetooth audio. It’s lovely to be trying to find a delivery only to have the app shut off the radio because it’s trying to make a call that doesn’t exist. And then of course you have to force quit the app, and your location doesn’t update so you miss out on your next delivery because the store thinks you’re still far away.... rinse and repeat for 8 hours.

Killing my iPhone. App is such a battery hog even on battery saving mode that my phone won’t charge while app is running. I have to completely close the app or it will continue to drain the battery while on the charger. Another issue is how this app takes pennies away from my cash tips. It usually only takes away $0.01 per shift, but if I’m closing and get an hour break then it takes away $0.02 from my cash deliveries. Also need to fix the problem where it won’t load my deliveries on the app, and then it will act like I already completed the delivery before I even leave the parking lot, making the app pretty much useless in that situation.

a literal joke. been “using” the app for a few months now and it is complete and utter garbage. even as i am typing this now 2 hours after i clocked out, it is still tracking my location of my personal phone (never got the notification that my location is no longer being used when i clocked out). this is not okay by any means and am sure it’s not legal. the fact that Domino’s has made this trashcan of an app mandatory for drivers is ridiculous. i log in (when it lets me) and let it run and then don’t touch it again for the rest of my shift because it’s essentially useless. it says i’m in “safe mode” even when i’m standing still in the middle of the store. i don’t even bother with the gps because it’s not even half as good as apple maps. I seriously doubt anyone from Domino’s actually sifts through these reviews but if they do, GET RID OF THIS! been with domino’s for almost 3 years and i’ve never received this amount of complaints from customers about how awful the tracking is.

So many bugs. This is the worst app for delivering. Randomly logs me out. Then sometimes won’t even let me log back in. It doesn’t know our tips. Sometimes sends you to a house number that doesn’t match the one on the receipt. This should not be required for drivers to use until it is fixed, especially with the insane timing we are expected to complete deliveries in. It’s right there with Vystar’s online banking. Uber eats and door dash driver apps make this one look like an app that was written on a really low budget. If low budget is the issue, the budget needs to be increased so the developers can make it work right. If that’s not the case…. Well when a dominos store employee performs like this, they are fired… just saying…

need support from developers. (domino’s employee) all of my co workers have their app working but it’s just me who’s app is different and does not let me to log in, while they are logging in they have country selection droplist on the top, i don’t have that and that’s the only visible difference. I can’t login please help!

Delivery Driver. I really do like this app, the only part I find annoying is you have to login every day at the store, then login again with this app. I wish the app would automatically log you in when you login at the store. Also I wish it would show upcoming deliveries so drivers don’t need to keep checking the delivery screen.

Needs Some Work. The app is buggy in some areas like many reviews have stated but the biggest issue I have is the app only showing a single delivery on screen at a time when you were taking more than one on a delivery. If the app was able to show all orders being taken at once and maybe even the most efficient route they’re probably wouldn’t be a lot of one star reviews.

Fix your broken app. Is Drivers we depend on this app to get home keep track of her tips to watch us so we can I get directions to where we’re going when we’re unable to retrieve orders because the app just doesn’t wanna work on it and you log out to reset it and then when you log back in and it says it doesn’t recognize units I failed login because it’s a broken app do you need fix your stuff

Why would you put the navigate button next to the call customer button?. All other completely annoying process of this as a side, and there are plenty, why would you put the navigate button right next to the call customer button? I’ve got some fat thumbs dude and every time I try to head to navigate but I end up calling my customer. You can kind of tell whoever designed this app was never a driver, big shocker.

This ain’t it chief. First problem with this app is that even if I’ve clocked out in the store, it continues to track my location until I manually log out through the app. Second is that drivers should be paid more off the road since it’s using up data and some people can’t afford unlimited data. Third is that the app’s gps won’t load correctly and once took me to the same address two times when I was supposed to go the complete opposite way of our area. This app is just plain trash and it’s useless.

Broken. I can not connect to my car via Bluetooth, when I have the app running in the back it says I’m trying to get a call or call someone. It’s calls then hangs up and repeat until I disconnect Bluetooth or close the app. The other day I couldn’t make any calls to any one and when I was able to they couldn’t hear at all.

Please fix or replace this app and its developers!. This app gives me all of the same problems as the other person who left a review. On top of that, the app will not open on my phone any longer (seems it started doing this after I downloaded the last update). I have tried all that I can to troubleshoot and fix this issue, but no avail; so now I can’t use it while working, which is an inconvenience. Please get all of the issues with this app straightened out, or start developing a replacement for it.

dominos driver. I work at dominos & this is the app for you to track us. It works really well & helps workers pull up addresses fast & keep track of tips. Sometimes it glitches out & uses so much data but it’s really beneficial.

Login. There’s a lot of pros and cons to this app but today ima address my most recent problem, hoping someone can help! I can no longer login into the app. The apps is already on the newest app update, I just updated my iPhone iOS 14.4.1 update (I have iPhone XR) and I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and have changed my password. Nothing works, it’s been like this for a week now. I work 6days a wk n do 13+hr shifts. It’s annoying that I can’t use the app cause when I clock out my run it needs a manger override every time. It’s getting stupid at this point.

It’s good but…. The app works great for me and all but you should include the option to text the customers if some prefer to be texted instead of being called. It’s kind of a hassle of always calling the customers and it’ll stop our music if we’re playing our music

Worst app ever.. Ok. So you want us drivers to be fast right??? So why don’t you put your name on the caller id so the people who we have to call 3 times to get them to answer since it says spam risk on their end?????? Second is that when I use my app at work it shuts my apple car play deck off and won’t let me use my screen to run my gps. 3. I can’t make calls from my apple watch. Fourth. Make an app just for drivers.

Drivosity. We are spending to much time figuring out why some drivers are tracked and some not. Delivery dashboard does not update the trip score. Why do we need to two maps in the delivery dashboard. Many street speed limits are not updated in Drivosity and the drivers loose points for speeding when they really aren’t. When drivers accidentally go over a pothole points are taken off. When drivers enter a busy street where the traffic is congested and is bumper to bumper, drivers get marked for acceleration and braking.

Glitchy. Recently, every time I try and hit the arrow to plug the address into apple maps, it glitches my phone out and lags it to where I don’t get the directions for a minute or so when I am hitting “Go” on the maps app. I have had so much frustration with this app over the few months I have worked here. Please make this a working and seamless app if we are forced to use it. Please care about the employees of your company

Amazing App, Just want a little something better.. The app is amazing, it does everything it says it’s supposed to. Just wondering if we can get a Apple Watch app. That would be really helpful to not use our phones while we are on the bike or driving.

Has potential but is very very poorly programmed.. When the Apple works it is great. But it works maybe 25% of the time. I constantly get logged out, my tips and runs don’t show up, and it won’t let me log back in. It happens to me literally every single shift and usually doesn’t work the whole time. This happens to everyone at our store. Corporate really really needs to fix this. I don’t understand how the app has been around this long and no one has solved these issues.

It’s terrible for drivers. Always crashes, you try to complete a order so u can put your tip in and it says sorry can’t pull up the order so now the delivery doesn’t even show up on the app. Sometimes I put i use the gps on the thing and it will say “delivery location” when it should say the address and about every time it says that it’s at the wrong place. It’s a mess

Has glitches needs more improvements. A useful app when delivering orders but sometimes it would log me out by accident during my shift when im not ready to leave. Had others complain about how they cant use the app sometimes due to glitches when they press the little location icon that switches from this app to the gos app for example not connecting to which ever gps app to use to get the the house/apartments.

Dominos driver. Lots of issues but mainly I want to say can u please fix the problem when there’s a timed order it says no deleveries and only when I check back in at the store it adds it sometimes as cash and not card. Mainly because if it’s a cash delevery I have to go to the sticker that says the address to type it into gps it’s just a huge pain and sometimes address may be wrong if I type directly into maps thank you

Delivery drivers don’t download. This will kill your phone battery and don’t think about streaming pandora or any music or audio service. This app will not allow you to listen while the app is active. This was the only issues I found before deleting the app. Take the stores gps tracker instead and save your battery and listen to what you want instead of the hardship on the phone.

terrible experience. i used to use metro PCS for my phone service and the app was tolerable to a point. i started having problems where the app wouldn’t work if your service dropped below full bars for whatever reason so i switched to verizon with 5G and its even worse. the app will crash if you switch out of it at anything less than 4 bars of 5G service! terrible for when you’re taking multiple orders at once. please fix your app.

Not being able to be invisible on apple phones. Tracking tips being able to use the gps with out having to type it. Is very convenient but it’s a little weird the customer knowing almost your exact location of the delivery route

App developers you need to seriously take some time fixing this mess or just make a new app.. There’s no reason why this app should have a different app breaking glitch every single update. Not to mention it ironically seems to be getting worse each time. Right now I can’t even enter cash tips manually. Every time I click save it immediately turns back to zero. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, turned off the internet, and it still won’t work.

Garbage. Used to love it but lately it has been consistently broken. And nothing I do can fix it. It regularly logs me out, doesn’t load deliveries, doesn’t load tips properly. Etc. it has also had the worlds most annoying issue where after calling a customer anytime I open the app it will stop my music and act like I’m in a call when I’m not. For something we’re required to use it’s ridiculous that it is this unreliable.

Domino’s. I’m going to give domino’s a extra five star because I love using the app when it is to hot or any other reason because the domino’s pizza employee’s are really prompt and delivery is very awesome an prompt as well love you all

Review. This app is pure trash and completely useless. I couldn't find a customers apartment number and called the customer and they did not answer. When I finally found it on my own, the customer took 5mins to answer to door! This app needs to be redesigned from the ground up and made optional to other drivers! I will not be using this stupid app. Instead of worrying about making news apps for the stores how about making tips become better for drivers, get rid of the stupid percent BS!

Needs to be fixed and updated. This is not useful.. Once I call someone out using the phone option the app no longer talks the rest of the night and instead of telling me where to go it calls me over and over. Also it is not nearly as good as google maps even when it is working ( before making a call) It might be in your best interest to just use google maps instead .

App is pure dog ****. Never works, always haves me get manager approval to go out on deliveries even though I’m clearly signed in, on top of that dumb app doesn’t register that if you are on a double delivery when the first one is finished I’d like to go to the second address without having to close out the app and type in the second address manually. I thought the app was suppose to make the job easier not give such a headache trying to use it. Either fix this stupid app or get rid of it all together.

Awesome if you don’t like tips. Keeps taking tips away from me, adding random orders, and showing incorrect location on the map. Thankfully the in store dispatch screens were updated and are a lot less helpful so there’s no way to drag the map of orders to see important location information, but you can drag the drivers location map to see where every driver is. Somehow this seems like unimportant information is being prioritized and making everyone work harder.

Needs updated features. App is decent but would like to see updated features like being able to text the customer per their request or to add photo for contactless deliveries. A lot of complaints from customers that the tech hasn’t caught up with the times

An experience that takes away from the mostly seamless experience of iOS. This app should not have priority over the OS to the point that it pauses what I’m listening to every time I launch or switch back to the app. Please fix this bug. I try not to fiddle with my phone too much while on the road and having to constantly press play again, thumbing through my apps or invoking Siri is, indeed, not a great delivery experience.

Exceptionally full of potential, but poor.. It would be great if it didn’t glitch so often, showed delivery times, didn’t glitch ¢s, integrates texting to protect phone numbers, add a group chat for all the employees, shows deliveries that had more than one delivery on the trip, and added a count on the bottom of the delivery list to show the total amount of deliveries made in one shift. This app. is terrible, and if Apple lets me I’ll list everything it’s ever done wrong.

Performance improvement? Yeah right. From a delivery driver: The last update made things 10 times worse. If by improvement you mean I will spend 10x longer trying to get the order to come up, enter tips, complete orders etc. then I agree you did an excellent job. Tonight any double delivery I took locked up and never showed as completed or assigned to me. I really enjoyed making our customers wait longer cause I had to manually enter addresses in maps to get them their orders. Horrible!!!!

How do you mess it up more with an update.. The one thing I liked about this app was that I could put in my tips after each delivery and keep track of my total tips are in for the day. With the most recent update somehow this is now been impossible to do and it won’t save any tips I put in. There are plenty of other issues that I don’t have the room to write about but seriously fix this app it’s a hindrance not helpful

App slows down iOS IPhone. To be honest this app has always been buggy and as a driver you put up with it knowing that they’ve never had a version that hasn’t been problematic. But this latest version has my iPhone and other drivers in the store with iPhones dealing with the app drawing so much memory that the touchscreen takes multiple swipes or manual button pressing to get your phone to do anything. As soon as I close the app my phone works fine. No app, and I repeat, no app should be allowed on the App Store which causes your phone to slow down and not be functional to operate other tasks while said app is open. Fix this immediately. I will be informing Apple App store directly as well. Would rate 0 stars if possible.

If could give 0 stars I would. The first night I used this app was the last. Not only has every other driver I know had issues. It started making and accepting calls with unknown numbers ( not the people I was delivering to ) it even called myself. This app is unsafe. Probably illegal and an insane requirement to ask of your drivers. Especially those who deliver to unsafe areas from time to time. You are legit asking people to rob or kill your drivers at this point.

Horrible app. Most horrible application I ever used. I wish Dominos had any other app. Developer is drunk or something. Just let you know guys this app restarts after every 2 3 minutes and it takes up to five minutes just to load. So no matter you are on the highway or about to pass the destination, this app will take it’s time to reload. Please do not install it. And on the top, this app can hang your phone and slow down all other apps. this developer needs to go back to the school. Horrible app .

Not to shabby. It works fine as long as you press the money sign on the bottom row all the time to make things load and then you can just put your tips in there if it isn’t letting you “complete the order” so all around I find it very useful.

Some garbage. Honestly, with the advancements in technology, you would think a simple app to route us to homes would be easy. It just uses the data from Pulse to transfer to our device. However, why does this app have to be some hot garbage? The drainage on our batteries is unbelievable. Latest and greatest iPhone and still its eating away my battery. Not only that, what’s up with the random crashing? Cmon guys, step it up

Interferes with phone/music. When I have the app open entering my tips or reviewing the order it always acts like I am on a phone call with myself. It stops playing my music and on my CarPlay screen shows a live call and it has my phone number and the call will not end. This has happened in two different vehicles. Very annoying. Also they should improve to show the dipping cups/dressing with the sides and BYO items just show as not available.

A terrible app forced upon you. Domino’s has done it again! To further the terrible stand-off-ish treatment of their employees they have given them this heap of an app and forced the working man to use said app! Or be fired! It takes control over your phone. Doesn’t work 95% of the time as it should! And refuses to be updated and brought into this decade! It’s really a metaphor for the corporation as a whole. So when your manager forces this app down your throat smile and just know that you aren’t suffering alone!!

Dominos Delivery Expert. Glitchy, unreliable, finicky, now it won’t even work or let me log in. Out of the blue. Tried all the fixes. I have a friggin IPhone! C’mon! We rely on this for our jobs. Won’t track mileage to drivers either. Just at cash out. Never correct w my odometer. Bummer. If it worked consistently it would be amazing! It is a helpful tool. Especially to new drivers in the areas. I’m not buying another new phone over this. Half my crew have same issue

Awesome. After delivering for multiple years this is truly an awesome invention. Only suggestion I would give for an update would be to allow the driver to add a location when the app can’t find an address so other new or inexperienced drivers using the app won’t have any issue finding a unmarked address.

Glitches out. This app really only works well on androids or Samsung products. I have an iPhone 6, and I have tried to update my phone to the latest iOS and it still just glitches it out on me. I click on the app, see the dominos logo and then immediately takes me back to my home screen; won’t even load. However; the app is very convenient with navigation but other then my boss telling me to get a new phone, I wish this glitch could be fixed.

Please fix it. As a driver, who is required to use this app by my franchise, I rely on it to track me and to be able to keep track of my tips. Yet every single weekend it crashes.. it can’t load the tips screen... it stops working... and when your pulse system is set up to make a manager log you out on a delivery because you’re not logged into the app it gets quite frustrating. Please for the love of pizza FIX THIS APP!!!!!!

call button is not working. The one tap call button is not working for last 4 days. Having problems for this. I have to call the customer by typing the number pad. Deleted the app then reinstalled it. Still have the same problem. Most of the time automatically logged out even I’m clocked in !!!! Please fix the issue.. Thanks.

Inaccurate App. The app is inaccurate. It tells the customer that the delivery has been delivered when it hasn’t. Also the customer can see the driver on the app but the app should disclose to the customer how many delivers the driver has been dispatched because otherwise the customer thinks the driver is just wasting time by not dropping their delivery off first. The app should show in what order the deliveries were dispatched to the customers so that they know first come first served.

Crashing!!!!. This app in its current version crashes every time I go to my maps through the app. It lags my entire phone when it does as well, sometimes for minutes making my phone useless. This means if I wanted to just type in the address into maps instead of using the app I can’t even do that. My phone is an iPhone 13, so it’s not old. App needs work soon!!!

Still garbage. Power drain. Information missing.. App still crashes frequently in poor service areas. Drains a RIDICULOUS amount of battery power for the Driveocity information sharing. And the new call centers that you’ve integrated either aren’t putting information in the right text entry fields, or they are and it’s not making it to our app when dispatched on delivery. You guys have more than enough money to make a PROPER app and you give us this garbage.

Does not work. Period.. The dominos tracker just seems to be permanently broken. No matter what, whether I’m accessing from the app or clicking the tracker link from my confirmation email or trying to track by my phone number, I always get the same result: “oops we weren’t able to find any valid orders.” I know y’all have my right phone number so really your tracker is just broken. Stop offering tracking at all if you’re not going to fix it.

Upscale properly for iPad os!. I use this app while delivering, mostly on my iPad mini because it takes a toll on your battery and the iPad has a significantly larger battery than my iPhone. The only problem is it’s not scaled properly for iPad os! It’s basically just the iPhone app but zoomed in to fill the middle of the screen. Please please please create a proper iPad os scaled app!

As a Dominoes driver.... You all need to seriously figure out the tip-confirmation.... when it is busy, we frequently encounter an ‘error’ screen.... We wish for this to change. Other than that, the app makes delivering quite simple for those who are adept at a smartphone. I would also suggest a timer. I would like to know how long I’ve been clocked-out on a delivery. Thanks!
