Disappointing. I thought the first episode of this game was interesting, so I signed up for the monthly subscription. That was clearly a mistake! The second episode was ok, but nothing special at all. Then I played the third episode, and it was pure nonsense! I don’t even think it qualifies as a game. You barely do anything! It’s just two people wandering around a cave, with endless amounts of pointless dialogue you have to click through. And on the rare occasion that you actually find something interesting, you have to pay extra just to explore it! I already paid for this game, and I’m paying every month for new episodes! And you want more just to be able to do something? I don’t think so. I’m canceling my subscription. I can get much better games for my money!

LOVE IT ! cool different stories , BUT i wish there were more ☹️ it was so unique and cool . i love how it’s kinda personal like the anxiety , lucid dreams , all of it . also my only problem is you start off with 2 tickets an each time you only get one every time you watch an ad and then have to wait an hr for another one to also watch an ad for which I don’t mind watching the ad for the ticket I just wish it wasn’t one ticket each time . Other than that love it recommend it . please come out with more stories !!!

Fix for 5 stars. Look the game is so fun amazing but… you have to buy tickets if you die or not or wait an hour I play video games in the car and staring at a one hour timer on a screen wasting my time is not going to help I’ve seen other people complain about this so you better fix that if you want 5 stars ALSO you should add more worlds for people who aren’t VIP I’ve heard from others and they are starting to think your game is a waste of time and even more a waste of money in-fact it’s a waste of your life each time I look in here the ratings are worse and worse want money than make something else people can pay for not a stupid ticket to play for 10 minutes I mean have you lost your mind you should fix this or just have your whole game banned!

Best game ever except Bonetale but I love this game. This is a amazing game so I don’t know what those people who rate it 3 star are saying this is the best good job👏 also when get the golden membership dose that mean you don’t need to buy any tickets or..........to be far the amount the tickets cost and the each story only last about 5 minutes so if the golden membership doesn’t mean you won’t have to buy any more tickets then I might as well not buy it and it take a while for the tickets to come back I’d have better luck watching paint dry but it is an amazing story/game and that’s the only reason it’s getting a 5 star so I hope hope and hope I don’t have to buy more tickets so ya il be back later.....EDit never mind the time isn’t that long fifty minutes not that along so grate job on the development 😇

GREEDY DEVELOPERS. This app is so stupid. You literally play for five minutes and then you have to wait an hour to play another five minutes. If you don’t feel like waiting you have to spend three dollars to buy a “ticket” to let you continue playing. Literally everything in this app costs money. In order to select some choices you need to have gems. Of course the gems cost money. The stories aren’t even that interesting because you always lose track of where you are in the story by the time you can play again. Calling this a “free app” is just a flat out lie. Instead of making people pay for everything, the developers should make the app cost money and the stuff inside free or cost way less (how is 20 gems worth 3 dollars?). They should also make us wait like 5 minutes to play again, not an hour!! If you aren’t in the mood to waste 100s of dollars in a game, i suggest you steer clear from this app. I would rate this app 0 stars if I could. 😡

Don’t Waste Your Time. I had good expectations about this game, and was thoroughly disappointed. You play for five minutes, then have to wait an hour to get another Ticket, just so you can only play for another five minutes. Every time, you have to watch an ad to get a Ticket. That is an awful, sad way to get ad revenue, and a horrible way to treat your players. This game advertises that you can “make choices that matter”, but you always have to pay gems to make one of the two choices. Guess how you get gems? You have to pay real money. So, essentially, in order to play the game as advertised, you have to waste your real money. I will admit that I liked the first story. The second story was okay. The other two stories were entirely uninteresting and unimpactful. I couldn’t find it in myself to care about any of the characters or the situations they were in, and it was still hard enough to remember the story when I could only play it for five minutes every hour. Overall, I felt very little from any of these games other than that it was a pretty fair waste of my time. I’d recommend a lot of other games before I told anyone about this one.

Tickets. Ok so I’m basing this review off of another one I saw, the tickets. Kid goes down the basement stairs, outta tickets, an hour later, you get ONE ticket, thats just ridiculous, you literally got 5 seconds of gameplay out of an hour, and honestly, i understand you guys have to make a profit somehow, but keep it to one ticket per story, overall this game is hands down fabulous, but I beg you guys to please base your profit not on the tickets, but on some other thing that people would want, an exclusive story, or a membership for premium stories (keep most of the original stories and make premiums AND make free stories so people don’t get it, see that you need a membership for 90% of the stories, and delete it without thought) it would be a hUge help to all of us playing this game out there, thanks.

Great game I have to say!. So I have to say that the graphics and the game itself, a new story every week is a great concept, and the plot of every story is amazing, it’s such a unique game, I can’t be too naive but to say that this game has great potential, it’s really just asking for money, which I understand for so much hard work, but I think it attracts less people the further they get into it, I was stunned about the game so much, I had to show all of my friends, but the tickets kind of just get in the way, I don’t mind waiting for an hour to continue, but it’s more than 2 times in one short story, this is a great organization, and I enjoy your game, please decrease the time of when u have to wait to continue the story, or just put ads at every story right after you finish so that you at least get currency from your work, I can’t ask for much, but I wish you understand my statement and review, fun game overall, I’d have to say this is one of the top 10 best mobile games based on my experience. Not enough play time. It starts out pretty interesting and spooky but after a while of gameplay it says you need to wait an hour to get a ticket to continue. So you wait an hour but then you have to watch an ad. So ok fine, but then you use the ticket to play and moving forward, it’s only worth like 1 minute of game play and then you have to wait an hour for another ticket. Or you can pay to get tickets. seems like they’ll do anything to get you to buy tickets. You can’t even play the game properly if it’s one minute of playing per hour. The game also lets you choose answers that effect the story every now and then. The thing about this is that almost everytime, you have no choice but to choose the less fun option because the better choice costs gems. It costs so many gems and you have to buy them since there’s no way to earn them. That is super unfair since it’s basically forcing you to only have once choice or to pay money. What’s the point of asking then? I am not going to buy a bunch of gems just so the story can go another route. Seems like a cheap money grab but other than that the game has great graphics and storylines... just impossible to get through it if it’s just going to keep urging you to buy tickets and gems just to have a decent game play experience.

Lovely graphics; Extremely boring. The graphics are great and that’s where it ends. Each storyline is extremely boring. I was only able to make it through five minutes of each, before switching to the next, and eventually within 20 minutes I do not want to play the game anymore. It is it way to guided with decisions in my opinion, and each story is quite strange. If you like the type of games that have a pre-existing story, and you just have to occasionally move puzzle like things around and click fast enough, then this might be the game for you. You usually will be given if not one choice, possibly two, which is also extremely limited in the scheme of story based games that have an element of interaction. Heavy on the story and less actual interaction, makes this game extremely boring and almost takes away from me even wanting to call it a game.

Good concept but not worth it. Great concept and I was enjoying the game but halfway into the first chapter I can see what the developers are trying to do. Why do I get to play literally 30 seconds of the game until the free ticket runs out and I have to either wait 40 minutes for a new ticket (which I did a few times) and then that cycle continues to repeat very often throughout the game and I’m not even finished with the first chapter. I understand the game has to make money but why are the tickets running out after literally *spoiler* walking into the basement and going to the right to the red hallway then boom ticket is done and I have to either buy more or wait 40 minutes. You ruin your own games by being unrealistic with these tickets to continue the story. That’s the only downside so far. I don’t know if I’ll continue because that is annoying and interrupts gameplay

Changing back to the original version (why?!). This was a good game, fun aspect and usually funny when they added the Salem academy and stuff like that, but got worse when they added back old version. I think that this is worse because the old version has tickets (you can only have one at a time and annoying because it makes you want to spend money on this), the stories are good, but actually takes a long time to have more stories. They reset some of my data from the new update to where I have but it says not I haven’t completed the secret and the lost. It’s a okay game, would be better if they got rid of tickets and maybe even if they switched back to the (was) new version. Make stories actually once a month please, and keep trying to make the game awesome.

Some devices can’t handle it.. I was so excited that after 4 hours of waiting, the app finally downloaded. So I opened it, it crashed. Okay no problem, maybe it’s because I don’t have enough storage. Nope. I got to the stories part and I tried opening two stories, but they both crashed. I am not into tech AT ALL so I’m not sure if this is Apple’s fault or if it is the developer’s problem. I can open to the stories screen, but after that anything I do, it crashes. I would give it 5 stars if it even worked, but I took off two since I can’t even play it. I left 3 stars because 1. The game’s “Featured Game” description makes me want to play it sooooooo much. 2. The game’s graphics that I have seen so far are great. I hope this can be fixed because I would love to play the game. Edit: After reading multiple reviews about the crashes, I don’t think this will be fixed anytime. Guess it just our problem now. 😕 I will be deleting the game with one star less because I have gotten to the point where I can’t even get to the stories because of the pop up where it asked for money for tickets. Even if it does get fixed I will still be deleting I because of the cash grab reviews I have been reading.

Interesting stories. The first and second stories were pretty good. They had some bizarre and dark elements that spice up the experience. They both have a very clear moral and keep you engaged. The third story – “The Lost”– was not very good in my opinion. There was nothing too mysterious about the plot, and spending the gems on the first stone door was a huge letdown, as it only unlocked a few more bits of (repetitive) dialogue and connected right back to were the free option was likely headed (with the bear). The characters were also dull, lacking flaw and, character development throughout the story. Watching the ads to get enough tickets to get the chapter over with began feeling like a chore, with each section feeling like an exact copy of the last. If what it takes to enjoy part 3 is the second occurrence of spending diamonds (the translation at the well), it is very discouraging to spend them after the disappointing stone door. Overall the storytelling, message and ending of part 3 felt weak. Part 4, The Triangle, picks up with the intrigue, as it starts off with something pretty inexplicable. TLDR: Parts 1 and 2 good, part 3 bad, part 4 good.

Great “experience” more so than a game.. Updated: The devs appear to have worked out the issue so I have updated my score back to original 4 stars. As a buyer of the original game, the below is true about the first story that is now for free for everyone. I was initially irritated after the last update as it broke the game for me. The second episode now works properly so I will be playing through that shortly. I don’t expect it to be very long either but if the below review is any indication of the quality then it should be good. Original review of the first episode: So the game is short. Period. No shying away from that fact. With that said, unlike a lot of other players I found some solid meaning of relationship and fear relating to day to day life here. The idea of being so wrapped up with life that you forget family and meaningful relationships really resonated with me as up until recently, I was a lot like the main character (minus the supernatural dream business). If you can get past the short length and linear story which is the reason for the 4 stars and not 5, this game is great. Awesome graphics with a really great style in both the visuals and soundtrack. I really enjoyed this story and what the devs were looking to portray. Really hit home with me and gave me a feeling of joy for the people that I have lost in my life recently and for those that I have let slip into the ether. Great experience more so than a game.

SCAM!. The publishers of this game should be ashamed. The game itself is wonderful, but that is completely ruined by the way it unabashedly extorts you for your money. Having to pay for a “monthly membership” for a single player game is an insultingly ridiculous money grab. If you don’t, then you have to pay money every time you die - and even if you DON’T die, you still have to pay money after a certain amount of time has passed. Based on other reviews, it seems like you’ll STILL have to keep shelling out money after unlocking everything with a membership, as the story presents you with choices to make and then charges you money for different choice options. Hey developers, here’s a reasonable plan: Keep all the hassles of the “pay by the hour/pay by the death/pay for your story choices” for the free version if you like, but for those of us actually willing to purchase a full version, charge what you want for it once and drop the membership garbage. One and done. In light of all this, you aren’t getting a single dime out of me. It’s heartbreaking, because even though this game is fantastic I know others will feel the same as well. Deleting the game now.

Hmmm. Spoilers: I thought the brother steve was dead.. but apparently not. Also. It seamed like a story about dealing with trauma so i figured there’d be more to it than ‘my brother jumped out and scared me once. The stakes seemed very high for something so small. Like there are things that come after you in the form of your worst fears and can actually kill you... i hope there is more to this game cu i just got to the part where he calls steve and i was like.. wait, what? Stieve was alive? Why were they not talking? Cuz he jumped out and scared him once when they were little? And what is the take away about lucid dreaming here? That it’s dangerous because you might lose track of reality? Lol. It’s a shame because it’s a really beautiful game, esthetically and it seams like there’s a LOT of potential. Lol... idk. I hope this wasn’t the end of the game. It’s asking me to leave a review so it looks like it might be...

Neat idea...but really better off skipping. The first adventure is really really good if I were rating it off if just that it would be a four or five but the second adventure you lose a bit of immersion in the puzzles by essentially being handed a ‘skip puzzle’ button for puzzles that are probably the most enjoyable part. After the first time you then are asked to buy them. In the second adventure also you are allowed a companion at the beginning but then have to pay to keep them. The third adventure takes any illusion of choice away from you, you can either pay the in game currency for a logical decision or do increasingly stupid things offered for free. The fourth story follows this premise and this is as far as I go it feels like a cheap money grab every decision you make. That being said the graphics are lovely and the sound effects aren’t half bad. In as far as the plots go the first has a relatable protagonist struggling with something we all do. The second is a bit more niche but still overall good. The third honestly I think I hated possibly because this is where they lost the illusion of choice but I also found the protagonist rather annoying (you’d be better off skipping the third one entirely). I have not yet finished the fourth but as it stands it’s set up to follow the third. The controls are a bit clunky but workable.

Used to be pretty good. I remember playing this game as soon as it got out, and thought it was a great game (this was back when there was only the “awaken” story about lucid dreaming). I hadn’t played for some time and decide to play again, come to find out that there are more stories! I thought it was great, until I played for about 4 minutes and It stops, saying that I have run out of tickets, and need more to continue playing... Honestly this game had, and still has the potential to be a fun, playable game but the money-grab really caught me off guard and ruined the experience.. To the creators: I hope that your game becomes successful, without having to money-grab every few minutes. Something I recommend to make the game a little more playable, is to at least make the cost of one ticket take you through one full story...

Ok.... It’s a great game! You can make your own choices, sometimes. :/ If you want a good choice, you have to pay for it. I wanted to save Henry, (The cat in “The Secret”) but couldn’t. I didn’t have 17 gems. I think you should be able to choose anything you want, without paying. Another problem, the stories go by WAY to fast. You said 1 would come out everyday, but no. I’ve waited over a month and still, NOTHING. During quarantine, I have little to do. My other games have become quite bland, now that I’ve done most of them. TV shows have become empty too. I’ve watched lots of them. Please. Do what you committed to. Also, you can’t skip the cutscenes. At the end of “The Secret” I am forced to watch the ocean. Maybe add a skip button. Also, you have to wait over 40 minutes until you can continue the story, and after that, I STILL have to watch a video for a ticket. Otherwise, it’s great!

BUYER BEWARE!. Hear me out, please! So, do you ever remember there being a time when you were in a bind/bad/dangerous over possibly even life threatening situation and all you needed was like $20 to fix/prevent/save you from it?...but nobody would give you $20 and something bad happened? Well, Good Karma has come for you! The guy goes out over the wing to investigate(his own idea) and in order to save him, you have to pay this company/developers $10! Let the guy die! Because he’s not real! And also, where was this company/developers when you needed $20 to save your life? Let them all die! Make this game your Karma game. Much more fun that way! And way cheaper. Oh really, you tried killing me cause I didn’t pay up? Lol...You are putting me on time out from playing your came cause I can’t play? Lol...I wonder if these guys were bullies who stole lunch money from less fortunate nice/shy kids?!

YESS. Great game! This game is amazing! Tickets are fine, since you don’t have to pay. The Secret was an amazing story! Love the mechanics and stories. Two things that I don’t like, you have to pay for some stories. And the last 2 stories have such bland descriptions I don’t even wanna play them. The first two sounded exciting and vivid but the last two were boring and (again) bland. One thing that annoys me “SKIP LEVEL” options. In the Secret there were the gumball machines. I get that they are good if your tired and just wanna play the story but they get annoying after awhile. Also tickets take forever to gain back (only downside). Other than those few things the game was great. We also need more stories!

Honestly. This game is beautiful, and the stories are super thought-provoking and interesting. With that being said, I (as well as a lot of other reviewers I’ve seen) dislike the constant badgering of hour long intervals between gameplay. We’re all accustomed to ads, especially with such beautiful games being given to us for free, however there’s no specific reason we should be waiting an hour to play for 5 minutes in between each time period. It’s not like we’re waiting for our grass to grow in a farming simulator. I’d also like to add that I love the stories and I wish they didn’t end, I hope they have separate chapters or continuations for the same characters. ALSO, it is always true that free games will have in-app purchases, but I don’t think that a game should be allowed to say it’s a “multiple choice narrative game” if the only answers you’re allowed to pick are the free ones...lol. NOW with all that being said, I’d hate for the creators to take everything away since it is such a beautiful game, I just wish they’d stop being stingy with the power of their position. They’d probably have a 5 star app on their hands if they hadn’t.

Barrier to play. At first I thought I’d love this game. It had different sequences to play through, and the graphics were cute. The soundtrack was good. But a few minutes in the game cut off to a screen telling me I didn’t have enough tickets (a game currency) to continue and had to wait. It was only 4 minutes. So I waited. Well then I had to watch a video to get the credits I already waited for. Whatever, I watch the video. 5 more minutes pass and I once again am out of tickets. This time the wait was 24 minutes. I got frustrated but I set my phone down a while and came back. But it’s just going to keep happening. Then I was given an in game choice of actions. There were two things to choose from. One was feee and one required an in game purchase. Not much of a choice now is it. The barrier to play this game is just too high and it became too frustrating before I even finished the first dream.

Amazing and Breathtaking!. I was just writing this review and I accidentally click cancel, so I won’t write much. This app is amazing and breathtaking! Each story has meaning and I completed 3! I just noticed this app this year and I also noticed that the last update was a year ago. I don’t know what happened to the app, but most reviews here are old. For the cost of tickets needed to respawn after you die, it’s not like that anymore. My tickets won’t refill and I don’t know if it is supposed to be like that, but I have to watch an ad every time I read the next part, which is not a big deal. I love the music and the first book was really scary. The second was not so scary, so it calmed me down. The third one was not scary at all and I can relax while reading it. I want more stories and I’m wondering what happened to the developers. Well, I’m going to start the 4th book and this is my favorite story app so far. Full of puzzles and mystery! Edit: I just realized you get 4 free stories and for the tickets, you have to wait an hour and watch an ad for. My experience was amazing and if I buy the Gold Membership, accessed by clicking the plus button next to tickets and scroll your way down, you will get new stories each month, plus unlimited tickets for $2.99. I’m broke so I have to delete this app, but it is a really good adventure and mystery app! ~ Kelly P.S. I really want more stories!

Pure Cash Grab. As you can see in other reviews, this game parades as free but it’s one of those in app purchases up the wazoo games. The first story seemed interesting and after a certain point I couldn’t continue unless I had more “tickets”. You have the option of buying some or waiting a random amount of time. I waited and played some more only to be hit again with a paywall. Devs, the key to IAP and DLC is making the player so invested in a story they can’t wait to throw you money with more content. The way this is set up, you aren’t getting anyone hooked to pay for tickets and gems. Oh right you also need to purchase gems to choose the “right” and “interesting” options. Save your money. The stories aren’t anything special. Supernatural themes and simple tapping to get from point A to point B. For english speakers, the translations are poor at times and it detracts from the little story there is. Just go watch Twilight Zone or Twin Peaks tbh.

Great game! Horrible timing for the tickets.. This game is one of the best story telling mobile games I have ever played although I would like to be able to play a full episode instead of having to wait for tickets in between parts of the episode and then not be able to play the rest for an hour. Other than that great game! More on the fact of having to wait for a ticket I got kicked out of the episode because I needed another ticket, so I waited and hour and went back to playing. Not even a minute into continuing the episode it kicks me out again saying I need a ticket. This game would be worthy of a 5 star review but not with how the ticketing system works and how you have to watch an advertisement to even get them after waiting the hour that you already have to.

Was great, it so sure now. I got the game due to great reviews and a story on the App Store. It’s was amazing and unlike anything I had played before. Looks and sound were wonderful. Life got busy so I stopped playing for a bit and when I picked it up today it looks like they are hard for money. I don’t mind watching ads for free tickets or whatever but the apps are false ads. They advise games that don’t work the way they say they do. I know because I have played them. While I like that they have added to the game the main screen looks like one of those expensive games where now that I have done the first level I need to pay to play now. Which is a shame, I Really enjoy playing. I hope that it’s not going to cost a fortune.

Pay to Play system frustrating. The game's graphics are great and the story is engaging and eerie, but the tickets system quickly goes from annoying to just frustrating. Waiting 1 hour + watching a video for access to a scene that takes about 2 minutes of playtime is ridiculous. The only way around it is to purchase bundles of tickets, and it takes many to get through a story. This should just be a paid game for full access. The ticket system became so irritating that I quit after the first installment rather than playing through or purchasing tickets. I would pay for a paid version of this that just gives full access, but not for tickets to access small scenes.

I have no complaints! Almost. This app is great! I just got it today, and I’m already so addicted that I finished the first level, The Awakening! It was so great! Personally, I am a fan of mysteries and cool sci-fi and fantasy adventures, and if you are the same, you should definitely get The Radiant One! I would recommend this to anybody that likes that kind of thing! And there have been no purchases you HAVE to make yet! Really, there is only one flaw: the fact that you run out of tickets so easily. You have to wait a while before getting them again, which is the only irritating thing I can think of. Maybe the creator can fix that!( if you do read this, Creator, than please try to update and fix that!) But other than that, this is one of my favorite apps I have ever played in my life!

Potential to be a good game. This game has a lot of potential. Good graphics and a solid idea. Only problem? The cash grab. It would be better to make it paid game while providing the BASIC things that make a game. This app, however, poses as a “free” game, while not really being free. Instead, you are constantly needing to pay for things like tickets and gems. Because of the ticket system, you can only get a few minutes of gameplay at a time. It’s really frustrating. To do anything interesting, you need gems. How do you get gems, you ask? By paying MORE money. It completely ruins the experience. It really saddens me, because this app has beautiful graphics and a good set-up, but the constant hounding for money and the way you can only for a few minutes if you don’t pay is a real turn-off. Edit: Now it keeps crashing when I try to open the door to the Engine room in the Triangle story.

Good game but.... So I love this game but, it’s annoying how u have to buy tickets. Over and over, and over. If u didn’t need tickets then more people would want to buy your game. Because TONS of games do the same thing you are doing, dear developer(s). And I really like this game and I think that you would have a bit less complaints. You don’t have to listen to me. It’s just a suggestion. But if you are all like, why should I let a ten year old girl tell me what to do about my game? Then I would be mad but I respect you because I am only ten. If you decide not to ignore me please fix these issues. UPDATE: I really respect the fact that you don’t have to wait more then an hour like those other stupid games. They do that to get money out of you. Please don’t try to do that to people.

It was fun until.... When I first downloaded this game, I was in love with it. I loved the puzzles and the music tracks, and the visuals were beautiful. I also loved the storyline. It was exactly what I was looking for in a game, and the fact that it was free made it even more enjoyable. The following day after I loaded the game to play it again, I was able to play for a bit until the game told me I had run out of tickets. I wasn’t (and I still am not) sure what purpose the tickets serve for the game. All that I know is that after the initial message, I couldn’t get pass more than a few minutes without the game telling me I’ve run out of tickets, and asking me to buy some to continue Overall, the idea of tickets ruin the game. I was excited to play such an amazing game at first, but was upset when it turned out to be like every other game with their constant asking for money. It was fun while it lasted!

Okay.. Sooooooooo This is an AMAZING GAME it’s full of adventures! And it’s really interesting and the more you play the game the more you get hooked to the game! Buttttttttttt (cheeks) And this a really BIG BUT when you play you earn tickets to be able to play the game butttttt unfortunately I don’t have my own account so I can’t get more tickets and you only earn two tickets for playing the game and the worst part is that you run out of tickets on the best part!!!!! I was just playing this game a few minutes ago and i ran out of fricking tickets!!!!!! I’m not mad or anything but I am just a little annoyed so anyways I hope change this PLEASE and thanks!

Cash grab breaks the game. I really love adventure games and I downloaded this one with glee, but the money grab makes it impossible to use without paying a fortune. I played the first chapter for about five minutes before the game told me I needed a ticket to continue, but I could wait 4 hours and get a free ticket. I’m like, this will get annoying, but okay. I can play in short bursts. I wait and watch a video and get a ticket and move forward in the story to get to a door. The way to open the door is to translate some notes that take 17 gems to do. A 20 pack of gems is $2.99, so now I need to pay for tickets every few minutes or wait hours and then buy gems to move forward? This is not worth my time. I’d happily pay a per story price of $10, but I’m not going to play the nickel and dime game to extract the most money you can out of me. The monthly subscription for $4/mo only unlocks the stories (it appears) so even if I move forward, other stories will need a monthly fee, plus tickets, plus gems? UGH!

Disappointed. Upon finding “Radiant One”, I thought I had discovered a decent adventure game. And for the first 20 minutes or so, it was just that, a decent adventure game. The story was fun, there were some twists and turn, and I actually found myself enjoying the game. “Out of Tickets” 01:00:00 00:59:59 00:59:58 Uh.. okay? It’s only an hour, not too big of a deal (Spoiler: that’s incorrect). So an hour goes by, I loud the game back up, play for, what feels like, 5 minutes. “Out of Tickets” 00:40:00 00:39:59 ..Again? After getting off the game, I read some reviews, and it seems to only get worse. You are not only required to wait an hour FOR ONE “TICKET”, but, eventually, you are then required to buy “gems” to further investigate the game and enjoy the story. This game has so much potential, but the devs. just seem to throw that away with this poor business model, as another review put if. This (business model) seems to directly discourage gameplay, which, in turn, directly encourages me to delete the game until the issue is fixed. Like I said before, this game has so much wasted potential. If the devs. were to listen to the fans, they’d understand that. In the meantime, join me and ‘do not’ download the game. You will leave feeling unsatisfied and just as disappointed as I was/am.

Disappointment.... It was great for the 1st 20 minutes of playing. The art was great along with the dialogue and interactions. But then after that, you need tickets to play. You receive a ticket every hour to only play for less than 5 minutes, and in order to make certain decisions, you need to pay with gems, which costs money, and prevented me from saving Rusty! In a real life situation, would you need 20 gems to save someone or would you just have the freedom to do so!? This game barely gives you any time to play the game, or liberty to make your decisions. Without tickets or gems, this would have been an EPIC game, but the developers decided “Hey, let’s make tickets so people have to wait, which forces them to pay a subscription to pass that! Along with that, let’s make it so gems are required to make major decisions!” Thanks guys for turning a great idea into one of the worse games on the App Store...

Disappointing. This game was almost one of my favorite mobile games ever. The only thing that makes this a 2 star game instead of a 5 star game is the ridiculous ticket system. If we had to wait for more tickets after making wrong decisions and losing, then I would understand, but you barely get to play between tickets. In “The Awakening”, there’s a section where you have to wait an hour for a ticket just so that you can go downstairs and walk down a hallway. I got less than a minute of play before having to wait another hour. The game doesn’t provide any options either. You know you shouldn’t go to the basement, but everything else is locked or not useful. The EA business model ruins the game completely. Many other games have been successful without forcing microtransactions in such a scummy way.

Bashes psychiatric patients. There’s a line early in the game when the main character is looking through Lexi’s things, and says, “Ambien, Prozac... Lexi’s a sedative abuser.” Those are prescription medications given by a doctor for a reason. Ambien is to help people with insomnia, and Prozac is an antidepressant medication used to treat Major Depression. Prozac isn’t even remotely a sedative, it actually gives you energy, but that’s beside the point. The writers decided to paint anyone who takes the medications prescribed by their doctors as junkies. Everyone who plays this game and reads this dialogue is getting yet another message that anyone who uses psychiatric medication is an out of control addict, and that’s a flat out lie. You’re having a negative impact on society. Please think about that. Would you call someone with insulin needles a junkie? Would you call someone who has to take blood pressure medication an addict? Psychiatric illnesses are real and destructive, and medications to treat them are a medical and social step forward, not backward. I hope to god you’re met with more empathy than you’re giving if you ever struggle with these issues.

Good game, unless you don’t want to pay. I really liked this game at first. It’s got pretty good graphics, decent characters, and all the plots are excellent. The challenges are fun too, and honestly this would be one of my favorite games if it weren’t for the tickets. I finished the first two levels, and I didn’t have many complaints about waiting an hour for the tickets because I could get a good 10-15 minutes of gameplay in before I had to wait. But when I got to the last two levels, I would be lucky to get 3 minutes of gameplay before I had to wait an hour. And I understand that it’s just the way it works if you don’t want to pay money, but it’s honestly ridiculous and a scam. There’s not even a way to watch ads to get tickets or diamonds. Besides, it’s a very good game, just be wary of the fact it’s ridiculously impractical if you play for free.

Great but glitchy. I always love the stories you guys write and the play through is fun and engaging. You also interact a lot with the characters which I love. However the game is highly glitchy. If you aren’t on your device, the time for the tickets stop. The time only ticks down if you are doing something else on your mobile device. I also wish that you kept all of the old stories with the old characters as well. Don’t get me wrong I love Salem academy but I miss Daniel. It would be great if you kept every story that was ever on the game in case someone wanted to replay because it was so good. The other glitch is that after a certain amount of ads you watch to gain tickets, you can’t watch them anymore. I truly don’t feel like waiting an hour just to play the next episode. I would love if you fixed that as well. Thx

Absolutely awful, dont spend money on this. Lets get the niceties out of the way. Its a good game in terms of actual gameplay but thats about where my praise ends. The only reason I have such a gripe about this game is that it lures you in with ok gameplay and then slaps you in the face after a while telling you to purchase more tickets because you apparently use them as you play the game. It’s possibly the worst way I’ve ever seen a mobile game structured and even greedier than EA. You are either forced to buy a $3.99 pass that you are charged monthly or buy the tickets individually which is ridiculously expensive. That or wait an hour between each ticket use. Its terrible and actively drives away any support I would have had for this game. If this system is fixed or even outright removed I might reconsider playing this but until then its simply too cash-grabby for me to be interested.

Well.... The games is really good it has a lot of cliffhangers, but sometimes when I go to tap on one of the stories it loads for a while, and then it glitches out and kicks me out of the game so I have to close out of the game tab and try it again. (And sometimes that doesn’t even work) So that part of the game is pretty frustrating. Also the thing is that you have to have “tickets” to play a story, and if you don’t have a ticket you will have to wait for 2 hours! And once you’ve waited 2 hours, you have to watch a video to earn the stupid ticket! Like seriously. Come on. Let a person just play their game. The one thing I like about this app though, that there’s not a lot of ads while you’re playing the game (which is nice) I don’t know if I’d recommend this game though. If you’re thinking of getting this game, don’t waste your time. Get a ACTUAL good game.

Awesome storytelling, gorgeous graphics. About halfway through atm, so many things I love about this game . The graphics are detailed but simplified in a beautiful way that i find very pleasing, the settings are rich and varied. The storytelling is compelling and the dialogue well written. The controls can sometimes be frustrating but work pretty good overall. Soundtrack is subtle but peaceful, and turns suspenseful in the games darker moments. The premise of the story is refreshingly unique and very interesting. Also - and this is big for me - you do not have to shell out real $ to play or unlock anything - you just occasionally (every half hour or so) will have to wait a set period (15-60min) to advance in the game and usually have to watch just one 10sec ad. If you like interactive, rich and nuanced storytelling and enjoy a puzzle aspect I highly recommend this game!

Greatish. Ok, this is a pretty great game, but having to have a ticket to continue the game? That’s annoying and should be removed, and the gems, how about you give the player 200 gems at the beginning, and not 15 because everything good costs 17 gems, and the fact that you have to buy gems with money, I understand that, but no one wants to spend about 10 dollars for 50 gems! And also maybe you should give stories out for free! Because no one wants to spend money on 4 stories, And please no cursing.. maybe there is a child who is playing this game and sees a swear, then they will be saying it! It’s like this game studies your dreams.. BEWARE ACTIVE DREAMERS/LUCID DREAMERS!! THIS GAME IS ODDLY SPOOKY. Weirdly, I’ve had nightmares identical to the one in this game. I get chills thinking about it. One part of the game actually frightened me so bad because it was like a replica of a childhood nightmare I had. I have the chills right now typing this. I might actually cry. I’m not too sensitive, but this game is almost like real life. Atleast for me. You know when you watch a movie and you see subliminal messages? And then you’re like… I can’t be the only one who realized that…. Well yeah, if you’re an ACTIVE dreamer, or you Can remember your dreams. If you’ve ever had lucid nightmares/dreams or have been confused. This game will let you know, you are not the only one. They all mean something. I couldn’t get past a certain part of the game due to my own dream trauma. But for all my active dreamers out there. Face your fears. - Lucid dreaming feels scary in this game, but it’s still a beautiful experience.

Great Game, Awful Business Model. I really enjoyed the 20 minutes I was able to play this game. The art is great, the world is engaging, the gameplay is decent, and the dialogue is...ok. The thing is, you need to purchase “tickets” to be able to play, which are expensive and you need to do this every time you die, otherwise you get locked out for an hour before getting a single ticket after watching an ad. You will then immediately die and be right back where you were, not playing. I have never seen such an absurd model in any other game in my last decade of games. If each story were individually priced similar to Life is Strange, with bonus items or content available through micro transactions this would be a 4.5 star game easy. I understand games are expensive to make, and I gladly purchase micro transactions in games where you get additional value for your money such as ES:Blades, but when your business model directly discourages actually playing the game, I’m simply going to do that; not play. As others have mentioned, even if you get the $3.99/month subscription for unlimited tickets, you still need to purchase more expensive items to be able to actually make decisions and progress, again directly discouraging actually playing the game. I had very high hopes for this game, and for a gleaming moment it realized them, before slapping their anti-player business model in my face.

What a horrible developer. Out of all of these types of games, it’s no doubt these guys write the best stories. They are interesting, unique, and have really smart, effective ‘what happens next?!?’ moments. And yet, their business model is utter trash. It’s insulting and it’s actually so strange I wonder if it’s not broken. I have no problem paying devs for their work. I AM a game dev and we need to get paid. And good games like this deserve to be funded. But the tuning on this game is utter junk. I literally paid $2.99 for tickets and gems after about 30 min of playing for free because I wanted to reward the game for doing such a good job. But after I paid, I was literally unable to progress again after 45 minutes. I could either wait for a new ticket (an hour) or pay more money. So I waited an hour for a new ticket and started up the game again. Within 10 minutes I was told I could not advance without me paying more or waiting more. Are you devs high? Are you run by the pharma bro guy who is so greedy and so blinded by money that you’ve forgotten you get paid by PLEASING your customers vs upsetting them?!? You guys are awful at the monetization aspect of your jobs. Hire someone to do the job well or prep to be out of the biz soon. What utter crap. And it’s a real shame too cause the games themselves may very well be best in the genre.

Good but there were bugs that really sucked. I purchased some gems with tickets because it was only $2.99, but when I used them on the Triangle story, the game visual moved forward, but the dialogue kept repeating itself and wasn’t following the story. So I closed out the app and got back in, but it brought me back to before I used the gems. I thought maybe it won’t charge me for the option this time. Well, I was wrong. It did. They took my money and I didn’t even get to unlock more of the story. I try emailing the developer, but no response. Great stories and game play, but don’t waste your money on it (or at least not on the Triangle story) since they’ll just take your money on it and give you nothing.

Cash Grab. This is a filthy excuse for a cash grab, if you play for free you will have no fun, that’s a guarantee. So a one time purchase for a game wouldn’t be bad right? Well instead of a one time purchase this game offers a subscription service, for mediocre, offline, mobile adventure game with tap to interact gameplay. After you pay a monthly fee you still cannot play the full game without additional micro transactions of gems that give the player additional choices to actually make the game an “adventure” game. This is an example of every sinister money making mechanic in one convenient place! This is the magnum opus of mobile garbage that passes for a “game” on the App Store. Go buy a real game or download a better free game. Or maybe pay for a Netflix subscription because it would probably round out to the same price with much better content! Please, for the love of god, don’t give this developer any of your money and stop supporting these cancerous business practices that prey on dopamine releases and other psychological factors to nickel and dime players to death!

Please respond.. This game has unique and stunning visuals alongside some captivating storylines. However the tickets system is not uncommon in games like these but this one is very misplaced and bizarre. This ticket system is extremely restrictive to the players gameplay. You only get to play the game for about two minutes before it says you need a ticket. I highly recommend the developers improve the ticket system.

Good game but with a small problem. It’s a great game I love it the mystery of it. I’m only a few puzzles into the awakening but there’s one problem, that the puzzles are a bit too short but I still love it.

Could not even open a story. I think this game would be great, with all the vibrant images and choices, but my app just keeps crashing and goes back to the home page, I’ve tried it three times and it doesn’t work, rebooting does not work because it will continue to crash.

Completely and utterly amazing!. This game- I just can’t describe it- The way it lets you interact and play, you actually feel like you are...apart of the story! I love the storyline’s, and the feel of the game. It’s just so amazing, even the cutscenes and every little detail just made the story so suspenseful and made me wanting more, And the thing is, I only played one story. The awakening. And I already love it. Five stars. I most definitely recommend playing.

WAS super excited.... This game initially seemed too good to be true! When I saw “puzzle horror game” I was instantly sucked in! The gameplay was modern and interesting, graphics had a cool indie vibe, which admittedly isn’t always my favourite style, but these guys pulled it off! Started playing the first chapter (Awakening), then about 5-10mins of gameplay later, BAM! There it was, the disappointment... After the first SCENE of the game (not even after the chapter), the game wanted a “ticket” to continue. Of course, you’re not provided with ANY tickets, so if you don’t want to wait 2 hours until your next free one, you guessed it, you gotta spend real money. I decided to persist today and completed the next scene, which gave me approx 3-5 minutes of further gameplay. Then once again, BAM! Waiting time is now bumped to 4 hours! Again, this is per scene, per puzzle almost. It’s just WAY too long to wait. Wait, wait, wait, like people don’t have anything better to do....I won’t be spending ANY money on this game, I would rather pay $3-$5 a full, ad free, uninterrupted game. Such a shame. Hope you reconsider this mechanic as it’s a complete bore.

WAITING TIME!. This game is amazing. I love the graphics and the storyline and basically everything. But there is one problem that bothers me the most. The waiting time is, SO LONG! I have to wait 1 hour just to do the next scene and nice I do, it only goes for 3 to 5 minutes! And then you have to pay for more tickets! Plus, I only get to use a ticket for one story. At least have 4 tickets, for all 4 story’s (currently). I mean, I love this game and can’t wait until you add another story. Great Game. Great game, very fun, and entertaining. The stories are very detailed and the controls are very intuitive. However I deleted it as you can only play for about 20 minutes before you need a “ticket” to keep playing which costs money, or else you’ll have to wait an hour. Ultimately not interested in waiting an hour to play every twenty minutes lol.

Not worth it. Fun game but you play for about 5 minutes and then you need to wait an hour to be able to play again unless you want to spend money. The play time during those 5 mins versus dialogue time is wildly inadequate too. Character walks slow to drag out time. Played the work simulator 5 times to try and get the last achievement and kept ending at 4950/5000. Delete.

awesome game!. this is the best mobile game ive played in a while! no crashing problems, the controls are good, its fairly easy yet challenging at the same time. theres probably hours worth of gameplay, too! only thing is i cant binge the game because i ran out of tickets, haha. no problems at all while playing and the storyline is very intruiging! excited to play the next levels/chapters, high hopes for them! definitely 5 stars. edit: there was also no problems with the text. i have a pretty old iphone and the text was perfect, no glitches or anything!

5 stars. This game is so cool! I love the art style and the storyline. It’s all really interesting and fun to play. I’m really liking it so far, I just wish we got more passes after having to wait because one can be used up really quickly depending on where you are in a story. I LOVE the stories but there is one moment that just brought this rating down, in the first story, there is a literal MINUTE long cutscene that you have to wait an hour to see, and AFTER you watch the cutscene, you have to wait ANOTHER HOUR. I just time skipped but still, really?

Couldn’t even get in. The app looked amazing and was exactly what I was looking for but it kept crashing!!! Every time I would go in it would stop loading and kick me out. PLEASE FIX!!

Play it. Its the best game that the choices matters that I played in my life! I really recommend to you. If you messed up a quick time event your character can die! The 2 things that bothers me is that you need to play the game in English because the text box don’t work in other language and you need to wait or buy to have tickets to play the chapters. Amazing but annoying. I just finished The Radiant One and it was amazing. Great story great ending. The only reason I gave this game 4 stars is because at 2/3s of the way through it said I ran out of tickets so I had to watch a million ads or pay, which really angered me. Great game, Great stories, but I’d rather just pay for the game instead of it being free and having to watch ads.

Ughhhhhhh/yaaaaaaaaa. This game is not worth your time. After playing for about five minutes the game says “oh sorry, your out of tickets!” And so you have to wait for three hours to play another five minutes!!!! And there are these things in the game called diamonds and I have no idea what the heck to do with them!!!! The reason my rating is two stars instead of just one is because the storyline is epic and pretty cool. This game is the reason why I wanted too start lucid dreaming! I can’t really make up my mind if this game is terrible or great because there’s terrible things about the game except there’s also great things too!

Good but sad, please read this. So it’s a really good game but for most of the options you have to spend gems. When I shouldn’t rescue Hank/Henry I felt terrible because I love animals. It would have five stars except for the fact that you have to spend hours waiting for tickets and having to use gems for lots of the good options. I cried when I couldn’t rescue Henry. Okay.... Okay so this is like my favorite game since I got it and I LOVE IT! But...there are some bad things too. I paid for the monthly subscription and It still didn’t unlock the eclipse or the enlightenment but I did get infinite tickets. AI also heard of other stories that aren’t even available for me. Please fix this because I really want to keep playing this game and eclipse and enlightenment look cool. Plus you should take away gems because if you dont have gems it will just make you mad you can’t do something like pull runs y back from the black clouds

Another “Pay-to-Play”. It’s all about making money. In order to play a full chapter, you need multiple tickets (I’m not actually sure how many because I’m not willing to pay). If you don’t want to play, you can wait a full hour and then watch an add (so either way, they just use you to make more money). Maybe if you were able to play a full chapter and you had to pay for more or if you could skip the wait time and just watch an ad, I’d be slightly less disappointed but this is just ridiculous. If you enjoy waiting a full hour and then watching an ad for 2 minutes of play time, then this is the game for you!

Just wow. There is tasteful monetization, and then there’s this. I’m not saying anything others haven’t already said but...just wow. I recognize that good art won’t be free, and that’s fine, that’s capitalism and I wouldn’t expect such. But heck I’d even settle for horribly intrusive ads...as of now I’m stuck with an hour timer and no idea why actually. I have no frame of reference for what purchasing a ticket will even get me? Based on other reviews I’m thinking that it just gets me another life? But in that case I didn’t even die, It just randomly required money. I was moderately enjoying it but this is terribly executed. Just charge for the game rather than making it unplayable.

You need tickets which is as dumb as spelling dumb like “dum”. the game is nice, but you have to use tickets to continue. If you dont use any tickets then you have to wait an hour to continue playing. And it doesnt have any “wAtch aN aDd fOr a fRee tiCkeT” either. or at least it doesnt have this when u need it. But lets say that you’re fine with waiting an hour. Even if you’re fine with it, the next time you play the game you’ll respawn at the last saved checkpoint. Not where you were before the game cut you off and forced you to buy tickets or wait an hour.

Frustrating energy. Overall, I feel the game could be really good but the fact that you have to have 20/20 energy in order to play one simple episode in which contains a measly revelation like someone got into her locker is extremely annoying. You must have full health to complete a part of an episode and this leaves you at 1/20 energy. If you think episode or choice is frustrating, where you must wait an hour to play 3-4 episodes, this game is not for you. Otherwise, the graphics are cute and there are little to no glitches which is nice for a relatively large game. Personally though, I hope to see the energy fixed or tweaked in the future.

I love it- or used to.. I used to be obsessed! I would get SO attached to the characters, it was unique and interesting! But now, the game is just like the rest, episode, choices, and a billion other spin offs! If you could at least bring the old game back in it’s on game It would be better! I still remember EVERY chapter of the first story I played in the original! I really need it! But no matter what you guys chose to do, everyone who worked on this game is amazing! The same thing!. At first it was a great game until I did all go the stories.. It said “There will be new stories every week!” Well that still didn’t happen. The games are getting boring so I went and looked at the reviews. They were pretty bad. There were like 3 Star ratings, 2 stars and even 1 Stars So I’m just now realizing that this game is a SCAM! There’s nothing else to it then just 4 stories. Plus, there’s always ads. And one time I was playing this game and then it said I needed something and I couldn’t play the game! And if the developers are reading this. There is no hate I just wish there was more details and updates to it. Anyways that was my opinion.

Good and bad. The game is awesome some killer graphics and so much fun but after awhile of playing it stops you and says you have to wait one min to get a ticket which lets you play the game but after I get the ticket and use it. It only works for one min and then I have to wait an hour for another ticket and it makes me sad please change and make two versions the free version and the one you have to get tickets and drop the membership stuff. Money Hungry Game & Crashes WAY Too Often!. This game’s graphics are okay and the plot concepts are amazing and unique. It has the potential to be such a wicked game if only the stories were a lot longer and more challenging. Also, you have to pay to buy tickets to continue playing after you die in the game, or if not, you’re forced to wait 30 minutes to an hour to be able to continue where you left off. Plus, the entire app crashes WAY too often and it creates a very frustrating experience. The developers need to work on it more to improve its functionality and capability of a smooth gameplay.

Anonymous. I downloaded this game yesterday and it looked very intriguing but as I was playing through the story it said that I had to wait about 45 minutes to get another ticket so I can play more of the story and so I waited and when I finally got my ticket I continued from where I left off and so there I was doing my objectives and as I was getting closer to another checkpoint it told me to wait another 45 minutes for another ticket and I’ve only played the next part of the story for like a good 20-25 seconds. I’m very disappointed. I had hope for this game until I realized you have to keep waiting and waiting and waiting just to get one ticket to only play for like 20-25 seconds and then rinse and repeat. So yeah nooooooo.

So I just got this game and I’m on “the awakening” and I thought you could pick your choice because on the pictures it says like save him or save yourself and I got all excited because I like those games so maybe it’s later in the game but if it is can you make it sooner pls? Pay to win.... I’m very upset. The stories are beautiful and intriguing. But you cannot precede in the games without paying. But I understood the developers of this breathtaking game should be supported, So I decided too pay for the Gold Membership. Only to find out you have to pay for Diamonds!! What’s the point of paying for the monthly subscription if i’m not able to explore the full game and explore different alternatives. Completely absurd. Not to mention even If I wanted to buy the diamonds I can’t click on it... Again, Amazing game just very disappointed... And I wish I knew before I bought the subscription.

This game is amazing. When I was downloading the game I thought it was going to be a terrible game to past the time but when I actually opened the app it was such a nice, fantastic looking game the graphics are really good and the game play is very fun as well this game is definitely a 5 star game, no doubt in my mind. This is one of the best mobile games I have every played and the music goes with the game so well who ever made this game should make more this game is wonderful.

Radiant one. This game is so amazing i like the system how if u play to long u run out of tickets and wait about an hour for more. This game is so addicting because you have no idea what is going to happen next because you are a man named daniel and you dream alot in lucid dreams where it looks vividly real. And when you run out of tickets you dont want to put the game down it is so amazing. So i am giving this game a 5 star review it so good. I would definitely 100% recommend this game . 😉😉😀😀😃🙂

great animation and soundtrack. I loved the storylines and characters, i was on the edge of my seat throughout the entire game. However if you do not wish to spend money on this game it can be discouraging. The fact that you had to wait six hours for every ticket was why I decided to delete it. There are also limited stories for people like me who prefer not to spend money on games. Overall it is a great game though and it seems like the creators put a lot of work in and I do understand that they have to make money somehow.

It’s good...but. The style the sound and the story line is amazing they did good but! This game is underrated. I got this app just expecting it to be an interactive story game, but it’s much more than that. I got slapped in the face with beautiful art, interesting plots and brain stimulating ideas. The editing and music is a great touch. This game is a piece of work and I’m surprised it’s not the “editors choice” in the Apple store lol. That being said, the only suggestion I have is to make the time between waiting for tickets shorter. I’m an impatient person, you can’t do that to me 😂

The wait... 😒. So I just downloaded this game yesterday. At first it was really fun. I was really into the story. Then, I got to a cliffhanger! It got really interesting!!! And it made me wait 5 minutes to continue the story. I waited and then I got to another interesting part and it made me wait 30 minutes to continue!!!! (I finished that story) I’m on the next story and it’s making me wait 6 hours to continue. I’m at the REALLY interesting part. You can pay diamonds to instantly continue BUT diamonds are extremely expensive. I suggest you download the game and try it. In my opinion though I’m not a big fan because of the wait but maybe that’s just me.

Tickets. I love the game! The controls are unique, but there’s a slight downgrade. When you play an episode, you need a ticket. Not that bad right? The problem is, you need a ticket for every section of the game/story you play, and usually last for 1/3 minuets. In order to get more tickets, you have to wait 7 minuets, to watch an AD, and then get a ticket. Again, they only last 1/3 minutes, so you play for a minuet or so, and then wait 7 minuets to get an ad, and then wait for the ad to finish to get it. The alternative is buying a couple tickets to keep going along with the story.

Garbage. Now I remember why I deleted this game. It’s because you can’t play without paying. You use tickets to progress and when you run out, you wait an hour to play a tiny bit more. When faced with an opportunity to make decisions, you need to purchase diamonds to make quality decisions, or else you take option 2, the decision that usually give you the worst of the 2 results. Oh, I would easily buy this game for a few bucks and pay a little more for the additional content, but any idiot who decides to spend their money on the type of tactics this game uses doesn’t deserve their money in the first place. Quality game with soulless developers.

VERY UPSET. This game is frustrating me. I just started the game and as soon as I played the story triangle, the second chapter, I went to go in the engine room and the app kept closing. I deleted app and re-download, I was already signed into Facebook through the app and when I signed in so I can get my progress back it start ALL OVER. No one wants to re-read the story and not only that but you get one ticket and have to wait an hour and by the time I think about playing the game, it’s the next day, because i don’t like waiting for ONE ticket, you can’t even watch a video for a ticket. I want to play this game but it’s aggravating me.

Let me be completely honest here.... This game is beautiful! If I could find this on Steam, I would buy it! That being said... I really don’t like this game free on mobile. It’s really pretty, interesting, scary, and really deep. This game would be amazing on Steam where you can buy the full game and not have to wait on tickets. I do get the point, it makes you wait to find out what happens next, but that just means the app sits untouched for 6 or more hours waiting to play more. And sometimes, you wait 6 hours for 30 seconds of gameplay. There is so much potential, but the tickets kill the vibe.

2 minutes of game time for “free”. The premise is legitimately neat, and the writing (what I’ve seen of it so far) is functional. But the “free” part of the game lasts about two minutes. You are then confronted with a timer that is counting down from eight hours or asked to buy a subscription or story bundles. This leaves a real bad taste in my mouth. If you did EVERYTHING in the free portion, this equates to around 12 taps on the screen, one puzzle (with eight pieces that you solve in 10 seconds) that is duplicated exactly one minute later, and a quicktime-esque event with two finger slides that shows the controls won’t be great for those. Reading other reviews that you have to spend money to go invisible to get around monsters, on top of my current complaints, means I’ll be staying very far away from this one.

Literally amazing. This game can be so much better if the developers actually did make new stories. Im literally done with the game and really is.... just amazing. This game has so much potential but it just hasnt reached its fullest because there isn’t a huge variety of stories. You immerse yourself in each but worry about how much stories you have left. The picture says “new story every week” and the game says “new story every month” come on devs. Step up your game.

Tickets. The game is great. Graphics are good, the plots are suspenseful and engaging, but you only get one ticket to play at a time, so sometimes that means only getting three minutes of play time before having to wait an hour and tickets don’t accumulate. If they’re going to have a ticket system, more opportunities to watch ads would be fine, but that’s not an option right now. If the mechanic is a way to strongarm folks into buying tickets, it’s not working, because it makes me want to buy them even less. I’d give it less stars if the stories weren’t so well done.

Nice try devs - extremely sneaky and greedy. You’re already charging quite a bit for each episode (which is fine, but some people might see $6 bucs per episode extremely high especially since you initially charged $3; BUT I would have supported you and paid for it). However, THEN you add this element where you HAVE to buy jewels with real money in order to get candy so you’re invisible to the monsters in order to beat it. Real scummy move. So you tell customers who bought the game initially they would get the second episode for free too, but oh wait, you still have to spend money through this stupid IAP jewel system. Simply ridiculous. Deleting game, and you won’t get another dime from me. I only support indie devs with who make premium paid games or have a FAIR pricing model.

Pay to play. The game was great! I was hyped to find a choose your own adventure game that didn’t require me to play in the App Store. But…you have to pay to play. Every time you die, you’re stopped from playing. Perhaps you could make different tickets for different stories, that way people can still play even when they’re locked out of one story? Or let the play tickets stack so that a player has multiple lives if they don’t play for a couple of hours? Idk, this system just makes it seem like you’re punishing people for even playing the game…I’m not going to play a game with this system in place.

Great game, needs 1 correction.. I have to say, it's an AWESOME game! The graphics are so cool and so are the stories. They really grip your attention! The only suggestion that I would make would be to eliminate the ticket thing. Every 10-15 minutes, they kick you out of the story and you can't play for another hour. For a great game like this, I would say to not have the tickets so the player can enjoy the game further and play longer. Besides this, it's a great and very cool app!

Tickets, curse words, and progress saving. This game is awesome, but I don’t like the idea about the tickets. It’s really annoying that I have to wait 41 minutes to play again. Or just buy tickets. And the curse words there’s too many. My sister and I were playing this together, and we kept on seeing curse words. But beside that, this game is pretty good. Edit: Another problem is that we have to sign into a facebook account to save our progress? Why? it’s annoying and kinda unnecessary. I don’t see why you would need a facebook account to save progress on a game. It says this game is for children 9+, most children 9+ don’t even have social media! That just makes no sense.

The first chapter caught me loving the game already!!<3. Okay this game is just terrifyingly beautiful! “The awakening” first chapter was scary! It gives me the creeps playing it and the sound effect made it more freaky! Also at time the dream ends it’ll give the player an advice or most likely a lesson to “Face your fear”. Well that’s wat I learned after the first chapter! And that’s wat make the game beautiful, it gives the player a good adventure,horrifically thrilling experience,entertainment, and a lesson! Love this game already! Ill surely recommend this to my friends<3 great job!

Great graphics, horrible wait. Look, the concept of the game is amazing. The plot lines are interesting and I could see the potential of getting addicted. However, there’s no chance of that because you literally get to play a game for about 1 min before it says your time is up and then you have to wait 5 hours for another ticket. It would be more worth it for each play time to be a chapter of a story. Instead it takes what should be a chapter of a story and divides it into about 10 pieces. I likely will be uninstalling due to this. It’s just getting monotonous waiting for tickets and being a bit disappointed after playing for what feels like 2 seconds.

Hmm. The beginning of the game is very immersive and very mysterious but then all of a sudden it just says you’re out of tickets. Okay, so then you wait the hour and play an ad but then you only get like 5 seconds more of gameplay? 😑 It’s very frustrating especially for people who aren’t able to make micro transactions. If that’s how it’s going to be then it’s be better to just have people pay for the app itself or have like one or two stories for free and then unlock the rest of the game by paying. Good game don’t like the tickets. I like the story’s but every time I played one of the story’s it would get like 30 seconds and I would have to get another ticket and I would have to wait 1 hour and it would just happen again. I think you should have it were you don’t have to purchase to get tickets sooner you should have it were you can have a choice one for free and you can get but you have to watch an advertisement to get the ticket. Not Worth It. The first story is pretty cool, but that’s where it ends. The 2nd one isn’t as long and then the 3rd and 4th are short. The game almost requires you to pay to play EVERYTHING. You get a new ticket to play every hour after watching an ad, but then almost die immediately. To make any decent choices in the stories you have to purchase diamonds. There are also no other ways to earn tickets or diamonds except waiting (for the tickets) or paying. I also noticed it says new stories released every week. I’m gonna say that’s FALSE. Anyway, I would recommend this game if it wasn’t a cash grab and some of the stories were longer. DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

game completely changed. i’ve had this game for about a week or 2 and was getting invested in daniels story when the update came. it completely changed everything and now i can’t go back. i wish i hadn’t updated :( it was a fun adventure into daniels dreams and now it’s more like episode with this girl in a hogwarts type high school? it’s alright i guess but not what i wanted to play EDIT: so now you even have to keep the game open to earn tickets??? i used all and then closed and left the game for a day or 2 and when i opened it i only had 2 tickets. it’s ridiculous to have to keep the game open to earn your tickets back. i’m deleting this game

Why One?. The stories are ok. Some are interesting others aren’t. Like the 3rd one to me was pretty boring compared to the 1st or 2nd one. But the real issue with the game for me is that the you only get one ticket and in order to get more you either have to pay real money or wait for i don’t even know how long and that’s just stupid. On top of that there are some options that can only be picked with gems. How do you get gems you might wonder. Well you get them by paying real money. The whole game is a freaking cash grab. So if your ok with spending money just to be able to do stuff without constantly waiting or to be able to pick other options, then this game is perfect for you.

Not happy. For one you have to dich out money for decisions you make? It doesn’t even start you off with a certain amount of gems for you to get comfy with the game, no way to get gems unless you pay for them. They offered me 20 for sharing the game and then took it away after having to wait an hour to play again and I was in a different part of the game like it had skipped forward or something forcing me to start the chapter again.. not cool. I don’t even feel like playing anymore because I lost the progress I had thanks to their glitch. And I’ll be damned if I pay money for a game that one forces me to wait to play and two forces me to pay to make different decisions.. bye!

Well I wanted to like this. Stumbled upon this beauty and was super excited to see where it went. I played maybe 15 or minutes and I loved every bit of it. From the simple puzzles, to the creature hunting you, to discovering the story that was so unraveling this was easily going to be my gl favorite game I’ve played so far. Then the ticket thing occurred. I had no problem waiting an hour to continue my story but once I looked up the other reviews and saw how the business model worked, constantly buying tickets or not being able to fully play I knew I was going to have to pass this game up. One time pay for a story, okay cool. Even paying for additional cool extras I’m okay with but I’m not being forced into subscribing. Sad, really enjoyed what I saw.

Very Unhappy. At first I was quite excited to play this game. I downloaded it, chose one of the stories and began playing. However, there are many ways to die in these stories, with solutions you may not except at first. You have to wait for 30 minutes to continue playing every time you die! The only way to avoid this is by purchasing ‘tickets’ out of your own pocket! What a waste. Tickets are also quite expensive to purchase. If you like to keep your money for something that is actually worth the amount of work that it takes to get that money, I do not suggest you download this game.

Great Game,but.... The game itself is absolutely fantastic the scenery, the music, the timing and effects all give you an experience that fully immersed you into the game. The jump scares send thrilling chills and often catch me of guard. My only complaint is the add and ticket system. You have to wait 8 minutes after you complete a small piece of the mission and then you still have to watch an add to get what you waited 8 minutes for. Still amazing game itself and recommended for those with patience that enjoy a game for what it offers not just action.

Beautiful content but.... The game is awesome, the only downside is the fact that there’s gems that you have to use to do certain things in the stories and You can’t buy them in the game. The other thing is that the developers updated the game and added a new setup and a new story. I absolutely loved the story because it had new graphics and an engrossing story. They still had the older stories and the new one and I was happy with that. Then I got a notification for an update for the game and I thought it’d update the stories and there’d be new ones, but NO the developers changed the game BACK TO THE ORIGINAL VERSION!!! Don’t get me wrong I liked the original version, but they added a newer version and a new story and expected everyone to be ok with it! They didn’t finish the new story!!!

It’s awesome! But need more play time.. Ok so I have actually have to say this is probably the best game I’ve ever played!! It’s creative, interesting, and a lot of fun. I’ve only started today but I am loving it! The thing is the tickets though....the wait time is fine with me but....the play time it gets you isn’t exactly reasonable with how long you’ve waited. When you spend a ticket and are moving on to another part you suddenly run out of tickets. Other than the ticket issue I actually REALLY love this! Pay 2 win parts. This game is fun, but the choices where I have to pay with gems kinda take its the experience away since… what’s the point of having a story choice game if I can only pick one?. My thoughts. I personally like this game, fun mini-games, choices that matter, etc. But, a reason why I take off a star is because of two reasons. One, the tickets. You have to wait a hour (sometimes less) at a time for one (say it with me. ONE) ticket. Two, to make choices that change the story line, you have to have diamonds. In order to get diamonds, you have to spend money. Not all of us have pocket money we can spend. I write this review for people to consider this when getting the game. I don’t mean to be a troll. I am very sorry if I came off that way. Have a nice 2020!

Ok, so I was at the App Store looking for a new story game and so this one looked good and it and was fine for me and so I got it and I was excited because the reviews were good and it looks good and exciting so when I got in on the game I would click on the continue button since I just started and since I don’t have Facebook I couldn’t get the Facebook save thing and I got my new gems and got into the first story and it was loading suddenly the loading thing would freeze and it would just glitch me back to the home screen where all the apps are lined up. If this game works for you hopefully it’s fun I never got to that point so yeah.

My honest review. I’ll be honest, this is a great game. The one thing I say that I’ve seen most people complain about including me is the waiting time for another ticket, takes around 10-30 (depends) minutes to get another ticket to play another 20 minutes at the least. I love how their aren’t adds at all and I was finding for a choose your path game like and this is great. Fun riddles and choices. If your looking for a choose your own path game I recommend this game for you!!! :))

Title of the review lol. The game itself is very adventurous and story based, which I like. However, I don’t like how you have to wait a long time for tickets, and how some options require gems ( I would have liked for Mark and Lexi to get back together ). I slightly understand the cat option in the second story though, seeing as how he gives you advice. I still suggest the game to those who don’t have a lot of time on their hands and are rushing to get things done-like me sometimes.
