Can't sign in - no Facebook SSO. I signed up for this server on the web site and used the Facebook SSO option. But in this application they haven't added the SSO support for Facebook and Google. Why? Those should have been pushed in parallel. I can't use the app right now. The web site works better and is a reactive design for mobile. Please get an update out.

App does not allow refills. It’s good for looking up meds but if you try to find a location you have to delete and reinstall the app to get back to home page. Also it will not allow refill orders, my primary reason to installing. Going to delete.

Not only a bad app but a bad attitude from support. So the app locked out my account and yes all my details were correct. I had to call to unlock the account and the woman on the phone told me well the app is really bad and never really works. She also told me it really doesn’t do anything. With staff like this why have a company. Rethinking my membership and might just switch to Publix for everything including my shopping.

App needs work. The program is awesome. It saves me so much money. But the app needs some updates. Other apps like this notifies you when a prescription needs filled and lets you know by text that is ready. It is an ok app but it could be much better.

Very limited function. Fails at the “Retailer App Requirement #1”: does the app offer the User any clear advantage or make life easier in some way? As far as I can tell, their website at krogersc does the same things - basically tout the savings club (which is a fantastic option BTW) and allow user to do drug price checking. I see NO ability to order refills through this app for example.

This app does NOT work.. I’ve been on the phone w customer service agents and was checking one confirms that the version I have (joined KrogerRxSC in 2021) is broken with no plans or timetable to fix it. You CANNOT do anything on it-no refills, transfers, requests etc… I was told the best option is to go through your specific pharmacy location. It’s a complete waste and super frustrating.

Why?. This app really does nothing. The program is great to save money on prescriptions, but the app is worthless. Tried the transfer prescriptions feature and I still had to call the pharmacy to get them to transfer. It says I haven’t purchased anything, yet I have. Again, the RX Savings Club is great. The app is worthless and I’ll delete it so I can have that space back.

Why is there a fee?. I am really just trying to transfer my prescriptions to a Kroger store because it is closer to my home. That’s all. Why on earth do they want $36 for that?? Kroger is so confusing. Maybe I should stay with Meijier

Great savings. It’s definitely worth the money saving especially for myself. I have to see if it will be worth it for my family. BUT the app itself is worthless. It’s only function is to show you your card and then I have to log in every time, there is no way to add to Apple wallet which would be a basic help. Most importantly you cannot do anything on it, it’s hard to navigate to find prices, there is no way to refill (which I would think would be the point), my history never shows up. Considering Kroger has such a comprehensive grocery app one would think they would be on top of good chain on pharmacy app. At least on GoodRx I can save all my coupons and drugs. Kroger you are better than this!!

The WORST !!. Don’t use pharmacy Zero star can never prescriptions fill on time and you have to call follow up and go into for them to ever get filled ! The worst. !

Can’t login through google. I registered with google but when logging in via app there is no login with google option. It won’t let me login except through website. UPDATE: Just tried to contact “advocacy team” just received someone who would send my issue “up the ladder”. So again...there is NO GOOGLE LOGIN BUTTON in mobile app. Therefore I can’t log in. Only way I can login is through the website directly.

Tried once and price 90$ vs. goodrx price of 25$. Difficult to Navigate on app. Previously goodrx said kroger member price was 12$ for my goodrx price of 25$. But now no mention of member price on goodrx. So I signed up for kroger member at 36$ a year to find the kroger member price is 90$. ( So i canceled membership , free in first 30 days) Still kroger pharmacy is mucho less expensive than CVS.

Purchases not showing. App works well except for purchases you made, keeps saying nothing has been purchased. Already fill 3 or 4 prescriptions and pricing was great and accurate. Hope they get purchased history worked out.

Great Savings But App Is Annoying. I love the savings from being a member, but I hate the fact that the app requires you to login by typing your email address and password every time you use it. This takes time, especially since the login screen is not the initial screen that comes up and you have to click to get to it.

Can’t find app. I downloaded this app today and it is nowhere on my phone (at least not where I can find it). I’ve looked in every single folder too. I have to open it from the search bar. Has this happened to anyone else?

Not useful app. I am not reviewing the Rx plan. That has saved a great deal of money-I just requested refills, so I guess I will see what the amount is then. From my understanding-your first purchase is very low, but future purchases are more expensive. I’ll find out tomorrow. Now for the app. I find it useless. Yes you can search drugs and find out pricing. I want an app for my current meds, quick refill request and how much it will cost. I have to use another app for that and it’s even subpar. Get some lessons on Walgreens on how a pharmacy app should perform. I would love to know about my plan. When will it expire etc. just not a good, useful app at all

Great Program app needs work. Like many others have mentioned, this program is a life savor. My employer recently chose to do away with offering insurance and my son takes some rather expensive medications. $75 for a family is worth every penny when his medication without insurance was $300. With Kroger RX it is now $13. Now the app, I am running it IOS 8 plus with the latest updates and the app crashes after a few minutes of looking up drug prices. The screen goes totally white and locks up. I have to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work again. I’m giving it 3 stars because it is a great program and the app has potential. Hopefully a few tweaks and this can be a 5 star app.

Poor app. Kroger needs to fire all there programmers and hire new ones. The purpose of online shopping is to be able to make purchases. There is no way to reorder a prescription. Nor is there no way to have recurring orders. Sad!! So every month, several times a month I have call and wait for someone to finally answer. Sad!! Might have to go back to CVS.

Help this App!! Is this Kroger?. This app functions like a teenager developed it after school. Please see Walgreens for how a useful pharmacy app should work. I can’t even see if prescriptions have been ordered, pricing, etc. We switched from Walgreens for the savings but the repeat calls to the pharmacy to understand status, history, future orders, etc, it may not be worth it!

Can’t log in. Verified that I do, in fact, have the login info correct through the website, but the app won’t recognize me. No, I don’t want to have to reset my password because of an app issue.

Dud. App used to load but it no longer does. Deleted it several times, reloaded, still won’t open on my iPhone 12. If I google it, it loads. App is defective.

This App Needs More Work. Convenient for finding great prices on prescriptions, but the link to a price list locks up the app. You’re left looking at a pdf that can be scrolled up and down, but no zoom, no way out, nothing. Please provide an update ASAP!

Poor. The “my purchases “ feature is almost totally worthless. It frequently doesn’t record my wife’s purchases, it double records many of mine, it also double records some for my dog and also records some for my dog that were not filled. I have called twice to talk to a manager about the double recording and was told “it will disappear in a few days”. Guess what, it never does. It doesn’t get fixed. The supposed savings number is total fiction!!

Terrible worthless app. The browser works better than this. You can’t even click in the password field without it scrolling to the bottom of the page. It’s as if there’s an embedded anchor link preventing you from logging in. That’s a terrible bug to have in a live app for a billion dollar company. And when you sign up for text alerts, there’s no confirmation. You click it over and over thinking the internet went out or something, before getting flooded with a backlog of texts when they finally go through. There’s dozens of other issues, but it’s a waste of time to go into detail about them.

What if I just want to refill a simple rx?. And I don’t want to be a part of the savings club? I can’t even do that. I can’t around it? I tried over and over and finally gave up! Not a fan. Might transfer all my prescriptions back to CVS.

So far, not so good.... First, I spent a couple of hours researching and calculating to see if this would be a good deal for my husband’s prescriptions and we decided it would be a wonderful blessing as we are on a fixed income. I joined and my $36 fee was immediately deducted from my bank account. My problems are (1) in trying to transfer all of his Rx’s, the app won’t ‘pop up’ with the King Soopers I want to use even though it’s on the huge 43 page list of Kroger pharmacies. So there’s no way I can choose it to have his meds transferred. Also, (2) the app just wants me to join every time I open it even though I’ve already joined and have an existing account. And, as at least one other reviewer stated, (3) once you get on one page, there’s no way to get back to another page or where you were before! My husband has refills he will be needing very soon and it seems impossible at this point to transfer his Rx’s to our nearest King Soopers. These issues need fixed ASAP or I will be asking for my $36 to be refunded. We live in a rural area so it’s not easy to just run to the store to transfer. Help! Deb

Poorly developed. If you check for participating stores, the app opens a pdf with hundreds of store names & addresses nationwide. You can’t zoom in to this list to read, and you can’t exit the list! If you close the app and reopen it, the list is still there. I had to delete the app and reinstall it

Could be Better - but it is functional. Just install the app on iOS and had no issue logging in or updating my settings. Drug lookup worked for the few Rx drugs I tried it with. The app works, but could be better. I suspect some of the low star reviews may be resolved by a better user-interface flow. For example when searching for a drug - probably a very common activity - why not make drug searching available on the screen without having to tap the top left icon where all functionality appears? Could be a banner below the title bar with 2 button areas - one for Kroger Pharmacy Search, and one for Drug lookup. When you select drug lookup provide a frame where you enter the name and the dosage - you could make it really easy by dynamically updating common dosages in a list view while we are typing in the Drug name - once you have enough of the name to be sure what we are looking for. Then once found, add a Favorite icon that when we tap it, the drug and dosage becomes one of our favorites and then the home page of the app could list our favorites along with other information such as refill date, Nr of refills remaining etc for each of our favorites. Lots of other ideas if you are interested in making the app great and get 5 starts from Kroger customers. You can email me directly. Thanks for listening :)

Decent. I would love to be able to see more from the app. Possibly, under purchases we could see more details on what your prescriptions were. It seems like it’s lagging behind. However, it does its purpose on showing me the amounts saved on my prescriptions.

What? No way to refill using the app???. All this app does is show your prescription card, show your prescription purchase history, and has a drug search. The PRIMARY reason I downloaded this app was to (I thought) easily refill my prescriptions with just a couple clicks.... like Walmart pharmacy, or Humana. No... there is absolutely no way to refill through the app or online. You need to call or go in store. Seems this BASIC task was forgotten. Please update this!!!!

To the Wallet. Can the card be downloaded to My Wallet on my phone?

RIP OFF!!!. I’m paying $20 for prescription and I sign u for Kroger’s membership because it says it will save me even more. I signed up and it the. Would let me look up my prescription, it’s $300!!!! Didn’t save anything! It made the price go up. #RipOff!

Not working. I have spent more than 45 minutes trying to signup using this app. Downloaded twice. I love that they have some great prices for members but it looks like I will need to try to find my drugs on the web site. Something tells me that will not work either.

Buggy app. I used the app just fi e for awhile and am saving money on my prescriptions. However, it no longer works properly on my iPhone 6s. It starts and then goes away except it is running in the background. It also drains the battery. I can watch the percentage go down even after I have closed the app. It is nonfunctional for me at this point. This needs to be fixed for me to use it at this point.

Perfect!. Just joined today. The first use of this program and it paid for itself and saved an additional 100 dollars! I was really impressed! Love the Kroger pharmacy! The location I use on a regular basis has fantastic employees! Always very helpful and friendly!

Prices. Prices are much lower. Although it doesn’t remember my previous purchases.

App is Useless - Hire App Developer PLEASE. This app is useless and I am not sure why it even exists. The most basic function - refilling and ordering prescriptions - you can’t do. You can’t transfer prescriptions either. The app lags and will freeze and log you out so it’s always a gamble whether you can even open the app period. It’s not user friendly at all - we pay money for this program and a big part of the program is paying for the ability to access and manage your prescriptions, and you can’t do that. Kroger is partnered with GoodRX so I am not sure why they can’t just hire app developers and GoodRX staff so create an app that works and is user friendly. You also can’t add your card, that you pay for every year, to your apple wallet which is really inconvenient. This program has a lot of potential and it is a shame that the application created by Kroger is essentially useless and paying customers don’t have the ability to basic functions and tasks that should be accessible in order to offer the best or at least decent customer experience to ensure customer satisfaction. Really disappointed, I think this is a huge road block and reason new customers don’t join or switch to Kroger for RX. Kroger corporate should hire app programmers and staff to make the app worth using and utilizing.

I’m not sure what the app is for. What functionality does this app provide? I expected to be able to request an Rx refill but that doesn’t appear to exist. Seems like a lot of development for no real use. Please tell me I’m wrong.

Freedom from insurance companies. It’s so nice to be able to get the quantities you want without dealing with constant restrictions and denials from insurance providers and my prescriptions have been handled easily and in a timely manner

Would some navigation buttons be that hard?. The app has no way of navigating it. Accidentally open the meds list oops, have to shut app down to get back to the Home Screen. Want to search multiple meds? Have to hit the top menu and start over every time. Also, don’t hit the wrong button while transferring prescriptions. Have to go to top menu and start the process from scratch. Great program absolutely horrible app!

App Not Working. I downloaded the app and it didn’t even open. Please fix. They just started advertising this program at my Kroger’s pharmacy. I’d love to recommend this app because the savings is better than anywhere else.

Every prescription was MORE money!. I would think since they use the name GoodRX in the title they would be held accountable but apparently not! The Kroger discount price if I become a member again is for example 125$ vs good RX having it at the same Kroger for 32$... what a scam!

App is in need of work. I think the app needs a user to be able to save the list of drugs they take. The user should be able to edit or delete the drug selected. It should also show the last time it was ordered. Need a way to log in with a finger print so that a password does not need to be typed. It takes to long if your at the pharmacy. I’m sure other users may have other suggestions.

App is useless. Once you sign up for the savings club you can access your account thru Kroger’s website but not the app. No option for login, only option is to sign up but if you’ve already signed up and try to enter your login info there, their website will say your entered email address is already in use. Not much point in having an app if you can’t login to your account from it.

Great RX Program, App NEEDS much improvement!!!! Please FIX THE BUGS!!. If you don’t have medical insurance this RX program is a Godsend!!! If you do have medical insurance, it will save you a lot of money! I recently lost my health insurance due to increased costs. I take 10 prescriptions a month. The cost is around $200 a month. I’ve been using GoodRX as a discount program to offset the cost of my medications. My pharmacy told me about that Kroger discount program for $36 a year. The first month I saved well over $36 on my prescriptions therefore it paid for itself. I downloaded the app so I would have my prescription discount card before mine came in the mail. This way I could look up prescription costs. The app is very slow and definitely needs updating and debugging!!! Sometimes when you go to certain places in the app you cannot go back or return to where you were previously. Then you just have to close the app and wait for hours for it to reset. I only gave my review a two star because of the maneuverability of the app and the problems the app has. Please fix the problems. The biggest problem is when you open the drug list there’s no way to get out of it. You then have to close the app and wait for hours for the app to reset so you can open it and use the app again. Can’t login with my Google account. I registered with my Google account; however, I can’t log in with my Google account on the app but I can do it on the website. When I log in just using my gmail and password on the app, it tells me that the account was created with Google account but there’s no option for me to log in with Google!

Can’t log in. I signed up online using my google account “sign in with google”, but the option isn’t available on the app. When I tried to log in using my gmail and password it said that the account was created with google sign in and to sign in that way. Very frustrating!

The worst app. Probably the worst app for a large chain i have ever seen. Have to constantly reset password and errors out when you do. Purchase history did not work until recently but still shaky. Call for help and they really don’t understand or really care. I see it was developed and last updated over 2 years ago by goodrx who Kroger has dropped. For a large chain you would think Kroger would care more.

Save your money. I purchased this app in hopes of saving money. I have tried to use it every time I have a prescription it’s way more expensive than using Good RX. Save your $36.00. Like I said a waste of money.

Stupid apps. The whole point of having this apps would be to refill prescriptions. Yet they don’t have that feature. Unless apps

Why. When its my medicare advantage plan choice to fill a prescription why can’t I get this free? After all I still do pay for prescriptions.

Worst app ever used!. I know their drug service is a money saving option for money. I am in hopes that you can do this from a webpage by logging in to Kroger‘s which I’m not sure you can do yet. However if it only works through this app it’s going to be a really sorry thing to have to use only this. This is the worst app I have ever used on my iPhone. They have a list of drugs that you can review for six dollar savings but if you select to view the list there’s no way to get back into the app you have to actually delete the app and reinstall it to be able to get back into the app where the menus are. That is not the only page or list that does this. It seems to take you places that have no return to the actual app itself. Again like I said you have to actually delete the app and reinstall it to get able to go back into the app and actually use it. I don’t know if this is caused by the new iOS 14 that’s installed on this iPhone but I really don’t think it is.To the developer please fix this mess as it is totally unusable as is. Thank you. Yeah Right..... Save up to 90% after paying $36.00 annual fee or $72.00 for family... no thanks I’ll stay with Good RX for free and still get lower rates on average then what Kroger’s charges. Need to tell people this is not a free service.

check for participating pharmacies in ur area. i almost signed up then realized there are no participating pharmacies any where even close to me.
