Doesn’t use correct terms. I’m struggling to find a cycle tracker that uses the correct terminology for cycle phases and doesn’t stigmatize the process. While this app is helpful, I’m pretty disappointed in some of the verbiage. Calling it ‘Moody’ was a red flag right off the bat, but I’m giving it a chance. I like the daily forecast, and the ability to synchronize the moon phase. I would love to see this on a wheel as many other period apps have, as opposed to a calendar. A wheel allows one to see their entire cycle and each phase as it begins and ends. It prioritizes viewing the *cycle* as a complete process as opposed to the month. I was very disappointed to see the four cycle phases renamed as ‘Bleed’, ‘Rise’, ‘Shift’, and ‘Reflect’. The correct terms are Menstrual, Follicular, Ovulatory, and Luteal… which most women don’t know. Periods have been historically stigmatized, which has robbed us of knowledge of our cycle, and how each phase affects our minds, bodies, and emotions. Why contribute to this stigma by renaming the cycle phases? I’m currently using five different apps, and have explored countless others, searching for one that doesn’t use gimmicky terms. While this app provides a wealth of information, the presentation and lack of correct terminology is disappointing. I’m going to continue using this through my cycle and will update this review if my opinion changes through daily use.

Love this app!. This app is EXACTLY what I was looking for. I really wanted to focus on my moods/energy levels and how my hormones affected it. This has great analytics so far and I enjoy the tips/articles. I also enjoy the aesthetics!

Love this app. This app has helped me understand my cycle and therefore myself in ways I never knew previously in my almost 3 decades of being a menstruating woman. I only wish I had found this app years ago!

Missing Many Features. I was very excited to try this app and see how my mood matched up to my cycle. Unfortunately this app assumes everyone has a 28 day cycle. Not me, my cycle can fluctuate from 30 to 50 days depending on when my one lazy ovary decides to work. And it needs to allow for a tracked period for more than 10 days. So many women have irregular periods, and we need an app that allows for that to be tracked. I deleted this app, but hopefully they make improvements soon.

This App Gets Me. I chose this app because it promised not to sell my private information, and I’m so glad that I did! I thought that I knew myself: erratic emotions, stochastic migraines. But woah, I was wrong. Through Moody, I realized that these symptoms, which seemed so random before I tracked them, were synced with my hormones! After following Moody’s daily advice (e.g., eating protein to stabilize my hormones), I had my first migraine-free month in two years. I also used my tracking data to help my doctor better help me. This app is life changing and I am so thankful. My only suggestion for improvement is to clearly state what is included in the membership upgrade - I want more of this amazing app, but I want to know exactly what I’m purchasing! I unfortunately couldn’t find a clear explanation of what the membership includes. Overall great app that apparently knows me better than I know myself.

Wonderful. I’ve been dreaming of an app like this. Loving it!! I do wish it had more body tracking features (fatigue, soreness, cramps, etc)

Love this app. First helpful app for women that actually allows you to process how you feel and gives you helpful tips and articles as to how to feel better/why you feel that way based on your cycle.

Easy to use, but not useful like I’d hoped.. The app is very attractive and easy to use. But when you go to look at your log chart, you can view a number of cycles at the same time, but it always displays them consecutively. That’s not helpful. To get an idea of what each phase of my personal cycle looks like, I need to be able to overlap all my cycles and display an average of each variable. In what part of my cycle am I more irritable? In what part of my cycle do I get more headaches? This won’t show me any of that. Instead it gives me generic wellness advice. I feel like my logging efforts have been wasted.

I love it. I’ve been struggling to find a good app to help my understand the possible effects of where I am in my cycles and this app does exactly that. Their predictions are incredibly accurate in my opinion and there are a lot of things to track and so I think it’s good for your general wellness as a woman 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Every female who bleeds needs this. I’ve got a moody sister she needs this I need this I am now just understanding about phases and how to heal myself before this app I was always googling what phase am I in ? What foods to avoid?

Best period tracker app!!!. I love this app! It’s now the only period tracking app I use as it gives me all the features I need. I love that I can log my moods each day and see how my emotions change month to month. I find the articles really well written and helpful. Overall this app is helping me feel much more in touch with my body and my feelings.

I like it. been using day two currently. May I make a suggestion? Have a way for the app to send you reminders to check in. Nothing even came up in my iOS settings to get the app to send me notifications.

Some Wins, Some Losses. I got really hyped for Moody Month because unlike a lot of period trackers, it gave you an option for “not getting a period,” which has always upset me with other apps. However, Moody Month needs some major updates if it is going to actually be as effective as other period trackers. The biggest problem is that Moody Month DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO LOG A PERIOD LONGER THAN 10 DAYS. You cannot log back to back periods to “cheat” and log more days after the 10 day limit. In addition, unlike some period trackers, it doesn’t learn your personal ovulation, PMS, and period timing to give better feedback. It assumes a constant, 28 day cycle.

Wish I’d had this my whole life. I love this app, and I’m not much of an app person. The writing is so meaningful and intentional. It helps me understand my body and have more patience with myself. It’s the intersection of so many things I care about, personalized to my monthly cycle. Thank you to the women behind this thoughtful app.

Good idea, needs work. This app is a great idea, but lacks some execution. I can’t really track my period on here and if I have an irregular one, the app’s daily forecasts are off. Today for instance it told me I’m on the fifth day of my bleed cycle, and I haven’t even started it yet. There is a way to change the dates in the app, but I find it too inconvenient to bother. A little more ease of use would be great. Also I found that the forecasts would tell me I should be bursting with energy at a time when I’m feeling wiped out, so I wasn’t finding the app’s articles to be very useful. I know every body is different so I’m not judging too harshly on that point.

Update: FIXED!!! - Stopped working after iOS update (subscriber). After upgrading both my iPad and iPhone the app stopped working. It doesn’t let me open it at all. I contacted the app support but didn’t receive any answer. I’ve been using moody for around a year and the experience by far has been great nut now is useless. Please help! Update: The Moody team contacted me and asked me to uninstall and install the app again. I’m not sure how this made it work again as I performed the same steps before and couldn’t make it start but nevertheless, I’m happy! This is a fantastic app, and a must for me as a woman. Can’t wait to see what other features will be included in the future :)

Decent app BUT. The major drawback with this app is that your information isn’t stored anywhere. I just got a new iPhone and none of the symptoms I’ve been tracking can be transferred to it. The developers need to allow you to create an account or use iCloud syncing or something. What happens if you lose or damage your phone? Your data just disappears?

Track your Patterns. I love this app because I can log my mood everyday and see my patterns over time. It really helps you feel more relieved when you feel tired or stressed, because at certain times of the month it’s normal to feel like that. I used to feel guilty for feeling tired or stressed, but I’m able to really enjoy the moments of relaxation these days! There are also really awesome and helpful tips to get you through those hard days. I recommend this to everybody!

So far, okay. I just downloaded the app a few hours ago and it seems okay. I’m only using whatever comes on the non-membership platform, which seems to be everything but the videos (2 free per month? That’s pretty low considering there’s a daily program…). I found the app from recommendation inside the native health app on my phone. What I’m not clear on is whether this app syncs with apple health? If not it really should… I have years worth of cycle tracking data in the health app and don’t have an interest in entering data to both that app (which is super fast and easy via my watch) and this one. I would expect that if I log a period day on my watch (into apple health) that it would also show up in this app, but I have a feeling that will not be the case. Obviously I haven’t gotten to see how the data visualization comes out yet but I’m hoping I can stick with this long enough to see some meaningful outputs. I’m not seeing any settings for push notifications/reminders - this seems like it would be a basic feature for an app such as this. Overall I really like the concept of this app, it just feels like these basic pieces are missing.

THANK YOU!!!. I love this app so far. My normal period prediction app recently underwent some (terrible) updates and I’ve been struggling to track my hormonal imbalances in a way that would help me visually see what changes throughout my cycle. THANK YOU for this app. I am so excited to use it and be able to see on a graph when certain symptoms rise or fall. I cannot express how much this will help me.

Highly recommend!!. With gentle, helpful reminders to check in with yourself and log how you are feeling, moody month makes it so easy to take better care of yourself and to be more self-aware. I just can’t believe it has taken me this long to get to know myself in his way. Highly recommend!

Missing Important things.. First of all, I really like how the app is set up and all the things you can log, BUT it just assumes your period is the same every month. So you can’t log if you didn’t start your period that day even if the app says. This literally makes the app unusable if it’s not using important data like being a couple days late which can happen because your period isn’t exact every. single. month. and this can affect when your fertile window is. This is bad if you track your cycle to prevent pregnancy (fertility awareness). If this gets fixed I’ll definitely use this app...but for now it’s useless.

Pauses music whenever I open it. This is a good app but it pauses ny music every single time I open the app, or switch to it from another app. It's infuriating because I listen to music all the time while on my phone and it's not even playing any sounds, just pausing the music. And no, there's no setting to turn this off. So every time I open the app I have to manually unpause my music.

Inaccurate and harmful information. The app is built well and has a lot of content; however, it is grossly inaccurate in places. Here are two examples. For menstrual phase, suggested yoga poses are twists and ab work. Midline twisting poses are suitable starting at day 6 in the cycle at the earliest(Rise stage according to the app) and ab work can start with a gentle progression on day 7 or 8 once the bleeding finishes and estrogen has had a chance to rise. A second example is a reoccurring theme I noticed. In the daily check-in there are constant pushes to socialize in the second half of the cycle. Women are the strongest communicators around their ovulation time. Before, they take in inputs and the second half of the cycle is reserved for clearing and reflection. Communication at all times is not only unnecessary but can be counterproductive. I deleted my account and the app and I feel deep grief for thousands of women who are exposed to this garbage posing as wellness.

Really helped me!. I can’t believe I never knew all this about my own body before!! Made me relax and forgive myself when I’m feeling cranky, and push me to do more when I’m full of energy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

App reset itself, lost all settings and data. Started using this and logged detailed events everyday for a week. Also spent significant time filling out some back log to see patterns. Today I opened the app and suddenly everything was gone. Like it just reset itself. My cycles and settings just went to default or as if I’m using it for the first time. Didn’t update or do anything to it. Good thing I’m only a week in, but I’ve spent a good deal of time on it. What a waste. Interface is buggy as well, time stamps would be off, UI feels clumsy. I was excited as this seemed to be one of the only apps that didn’t require email address or signing up for an account to use. But if it can’t even retain data properly on a local device.... I did like the graph it would generate for your logs so you can visually see your moods and symptoms in a graphical way. But won’t be using further.

Emotions. I can’t speak for those with irregular periods as I experience extremely regular cycles but this app has been amazing for me. It feels so comfortable to use and teaches me a lot about the way my hormones. I personally don’t handle my emotions very well as I shift from passionate to numb feelings often and it’s nice to have the extra insight, especially since I’m in a pretty emotionally turbulent time in my life right now. The astrology feature is also a fun side thing if you’re into it. First time I’ve written a review for an app and I don’t believe they even prompted me to do so like most other apps. I have not been using it for very long yet. My only qualm with the app is that it pauses my music :(

Helpful ap. The journal part of this tracker helps me keep the details of my cycles straight. This helps me trace my hormone fluctuations and moods. It helps track catamenial epilepsy too

Used as a journal more but yknow I love it. Ok so my periods are super irregular, I’m never on a schedule BUT having this app helps me WANT to stay on track and let’s me know I’m not completely out of reach with my schedule. Anyways, since my schedule has been thrown out the window years ago, I mainly use this app to journal! You can list everything that you are feeling and check box things and use the slider and add to the list, it’s wonderful! You can also use the little journal and I love it! Looking back on days whne I was feeling horrible and days when I was feeling good! It can be used as a way to track moods in your phases BUT mainly I just use it to feel better, journaling really is important if you don’t have a therapist, or really even if you do. So I use it all the time so I’m never feeling too bad and I don’t go out of control. Haha, regulating yourself so you don’t do anything! 😐 no but seriously this app is really kind to me and I love it sooo yknow

Cannot reset password. Got a new phone. Forgot my password. Tried the password reset and I have not gotten a reset email. And I’m not being hasty; it’s been like a week. Even went on my old phone and sent the reset from my logged in app: no reset email in sight. Not in spam, inbox: nowhere. Would love to continue using and tracking with this app, but I’m literally having to come here for a password reset. C‘mon devs. Get it together.

Update Fixed Data Issues. So, I was very glad to see that there was a quick update that fixed the “disappearing data” problem that I and some others had complained of! I still really would like to see an option for *automatic* data exports to a *private* place like iCloud, or at least my phone’s Files app, rather than needing to create an account and risk my data being exported to some cloud with security unknown to me. I just don’t trust an “outside” service with data this private. Still, if you’re like me and the last thing on Earth you want is to make yet another account with yet another password to remember, not to mention the privacy risks of having anyone hold your health data and your email address, at least there is an option for you to keep your data safe. And the tracking in this app is much better than others I’ve found... I really like how it displays trends over time!

Needs work. I had high hopes for this, but unfortunately, it’s not very useful. I’m wondering when they’ll add more content—it seems stagnant. It’s limited in what it can do, and doesn’t make much of an impact. If they had more helpful nutritional and science-based information about regulating / balancing hormones at different points in your cycle (and if the text size were larger), it would make all the difference.

Lacking in many ways. I was excited for an app that seemed to track lots of areas of mood triggers, however, there are lots of things that just don’t allow for accurate input with this app. First is the inability to input a period longer than 10 days. Sure, that might not be considered medically normal, but when you’ve had an irregular period since age thirteen that generally lasts for 9-12 days, and frequently even longer than 12 days, it would be nice to have a health tracker allow that kind of input to help you out with those conversations with doctors that have been happening for over 20 years. Next, you can’t log any info for a missed day EXCEPT a period on the calendar. So, you can add it a day or two late, but then how does that really help track the info accurately, might as well just use a paper journal. The last real disappointment for me, and the reason I’ve decided to delete the app altogether is that when my phone was damaged and had to be replaced, ALL of my input data was lost. So, they don’t keep any of it stored at all anywhere, just on the device you’re using? What’s the point? The last backup on my phone happened within hours of needing to be replaced, and a few days after my last log of info into the app. But there is nothing saved at all. 3 months of period input and physical symptom logging, and its kaput. What a waste of time. I should have just been using the calendar on my phone the whole time. Or, like I said, a paper journal.

Trial is too short to actually see benefits. I would love to be able to write an honest and positive review but the developers don’t really understand that to see if this works for you, you need to use it for a complete cycle. Which is 30 days. Not the 7 offered in the free trial. It just seems like such an obvious thing. I just can’t justify $40 for a year, when I can’t see its benefits yet. I would actually probably pay to try it for a month, maybe under $5; I would rather have that then a useless free week.

Great for Women but not pregnancy friendly. I enjoyed using this app for my monthly cycle and hormone needs. I enjoy the workouts, articles to read, and plans with videos. I’ve discovered that this app is not pregnancy friendly, which would have convinced me to keep paying for it. It also wasn’t as accurate at calculating ovulation for me.

Its good. I really loved the calming simplicity of this app and its focus on self care. My only complaint is that the calendar isnt as functional now which is a bit disappointing. everything else is cool tho and it looks rly nice and worked great for quite a while and still does help me understand my moods very well which makes them easier to deal with💗

Loving this app!. I am deeply appreciating everything that this app has to offer. The check-ins every day provide such valuable information and really help me understand what I need each day. The recipes are delicious and I like the diverse and inclusive feel of the content. I feel seen and nourished by this app. Thank you, Moody!

Helps track my mood. My moods really shift throughout my cycle and this helps track patterns to know what’s related to my cycle and what isn’t

I love this app!. Moody Month has been so helpful in reminding me to check in with myself, and in analyzing why I may feel the way I do. The design of the app is super calming and pleasing, and the content is educational and enjoyable. I wish there was a more regular update of articles, but the information that is there so far is great! 10/10 would recommend this app.

Fantastic!. This app is great and I absolutely love it! I track these things on my own with pen and paper, but I might switch over to the app since the UI is so good! The only problem I have with it, is that you cannot edit individual moods on a log day after you save. You have to delete the entire log, and even that was hard to figure out how to do. This is a misstep in terms of user experience. Otherwise I would’ve given it 5 stars!

Really Good Tracker. I would love if there was a website version as well, so you could move between your computer and phone. I'd like a few more personalization options for more accurate tracking, like being able to choose more than just low to high, or being able to creat your own main categories outside of Mind, Body, World. This has been my favorite tracking app, though, and am just looking at how to get it to perfect for me.

Must have for women!. Before getting this app, I wasn’t the best at understanding my body. I had no idea the moon played a crucial role in my menstrual, or that the weather can also be a contributing factor. I also didn’t know that even days/weeks I didn’t have my menstrual, my hormones play a huge part in myself and body. If you need advice, tips, and more understanding of your body, this is the app. Even if you do or think that you do, the insight that the app provides is incredible. You’ll learn more about yourself the more you continue to log your symptoms, the way that you feel and more. You can also add the categories you want to track and how you feel about yourself and things outside yourself, including the world and relationships. This app is a must have for life. There is a pro version in this app, but what I love so much about the app is that even in the free version, there’s so much that helps you and so many cool features. I genuinely believe that the creators of the app care about women and their health. I love this app!

Great interface but lacking some key things. IMPLEMENT THESE THINGS ASAP IF YOU WANT WOMEN TO USE & LOVE YOU. I love the interface and user-friendliness about this app and have struggled to find something better. But I do think there’s some key things women need for this to be an actually useful tool 1. I agree with other reviews that there needs more termonology. I understand you’re trying to make it cute with nicknaming each phase but i think it’s important to ALSO use each official scientific term for each phase. So women can be informed and empowered and knowledgeable about what’s going on in our bodies. I also think more scientific and informative articles would be great. 2. Most importantly; I think there needs to be better reports and a way to easily see what each phase of my cycle has been like and see what symptoms often pop up throughout my cycle. This would help women a ton with being able to know their period and plan for their phases accordingly. Knowledge is power!! Viewing by symptom on the charts is cool but id prefer to be able to easily see an overview of each phase of my cycle, which symptoms often come with that and maybe what I can do to help with it :) These things would be a game changer for me and all other women and help us stick to the same app long term and especially if you’re gonna be charging premium prices for certain features ;) Be a girls girl and take this and actually implement it for women everywhere!

Best tracking app!. I’ve used many different cycle tracking apps, but this one is so much more! The daily articles have really opened my eyes to how to treat myself everyday of the month! I also really appreciate the nutritional, excessive and supplements they recommend to help with each stage. Just the best!!

Helpful. I enjoy being able to check in each day and night and see a brief description of what my hormones are doing and how it could be affecting me emotionally and physically. It has helped me shift my perspective in moments of negative thought. I do also like the tracking aspect. There is a better array of options than in other tracking apps I have tried. However, I took off one star, because I don't feel like there is much that I can do with the data. A more comprehensive overview, such as being able to look at a whole month at once would be helpful. If the app could also point out patterns over time, that would be very informative and useful as well. I'm hoping that this will be incorporated in the future!

LOVE. LOVE this app! I got it when it was still in its more beginning stages and it has only improved since. They have amazing resources and insights into ways to work with your cycle and explain healthy ways to be at your best during each! I love this app and recommend it to everyone!

Only one suggestion!. Love this app! It’s the best mood/symptom tracker I’ve found, by far. I’d really love for there to be a way to track medications. Or, an option for things to be “yes/no” instead of the sliding scale. (:

Was perfect til they charged for everything. This was a wonderful app that helped “normalize” all the emotions and symptoms women suffer throughout their complete cycle. Since they added the costly membership that’s not affordable (especially during these times) you only get two free videos a month. I’d rather have ads attached to videos to be able to get the content I received before rather than only access items that I could already be doing in my Apple phone’s health app. I understand needing funding, but ladies deserve a wonderful app like this intended to be previously without the high membership fees!

Nice but needs work. It’s almost okay. It automatically assumes you ovulate on day 14 & while some women do, a lot do not. You can’t be a women’s health app if you can’t even get that critical amount of info correct. I had it for just a few days & I was already annoyed it ASSUMED I ovulated when I really have not. Maybe improve the app so that you can input your own data if you follow the symptothermal or fertility awareness method of birth control.

Great App, Weather Section a Major Downer. I’m a big fan of Moody. I especially like that there isn’t a focus on pregnancy and fertility like pretty much every other tracking app. All around excellent features. My only complaint is that the weather section is incredibly negative. No matter the weather or the time in my cycle it’s like “the weather today is x, be aware this could cause frustration/depression/etc. and plan accordingly.” It’s…not a good feature. Today will be 75 and sunny with intermittent clouds where I live and that’s in October in a northern American city with 6-month winters. I’m ecstatic for this weather and in Rise, so I have the energy and motivation to enjoy it. Instead, Moody says to beware that it may inspire frustration. Developers: take a look at how many of your weather statuses have a negative tone. It’s almost all of them.

Helpful!. Has really helped me and my husband see and understand what going on and why I go a bit… nuts! Recommend!

Highly recommend. I have found this app so helpful for tracking cycles and symptoms and for the daily tailored advice that it gives. Absolutely brilliant, I recommend it to all my girlfriends. Daily advice notifications are so helpful and the articles and daily care videos are great. Programs are great and with expert advice. Thank-you Moody!

Moody Month. I love this as my main PMS and period symptoms are mood changes, anxiety etc. but I wish there was an app for Apple Watch for it.

Needs but of work. Great idea! Been using for a few months. Couple thoughts tho, using high and low scales for all the symptoms and feelings doesn’t make a lot of sense. Like if I put my mood on the low end of the scale rathe than high, does that mean my mood is bad or that it’s not impacting me very much? The World category too: what does it mean to put your « work » scale on the low end versus high end? Better data collection structures would be good. Last and most importantly: this app should have more no binary presentation so it can be more queer friendly. It’s not just cis women that menstruate.

what’s up??. hi! i love this app so much. it’s super helpful and allowed me to log entries every now and then to check up on myself. recently, they added a membership/subscription for their app and more content, but i think it’s kinda weird how this is an app for women and feminine support, but they’re having us pay extra for more of that. don’t we deserve to know the extra tips and content for no charge? kinda ruins the whole point..

Videos freeze. The app worked well for a few months but now it’s been about 3 more months and the videos just freeze and never start again so you can’t finish a workout or a lesson. I’ve tried to contact the app and nothing has improved.

Glitchy. I havent even been able to get into the app to use it because it’s so buggy. Needs to be fixed. Latest update did nothing.

STOP TRYING TO RESTORE MY PURCHASE. I am just signed in to another appstore account of mine, and if I then try to use Moody it keeps popping out an alert saying I need to sign in to another account. I mean isn’t purchase restoring a ONE TIME THING??? Why do you have to ask CONSTANTLY when opening up your app???

Suggestion. I like it but I’d really like to be able to go back and edit my previous logs. I had to delete and redownload the app since I messed up my first log :/

Could not use app. I really wanted to be able to use it, but every time I tapped to put in my age, The app would go blank.

Love this app!. This app is EXACTLY what I was looking for. I really wanted to focus on my moods/energy levels and how my hormones affected it. This has great analytics so far and I enjoy the tips/articles. I also enjoy the aesthetics!

Excellent. Everyone with a period should have this! I absolutely love it. Thank you ❤️

Game Changer. I have literally never taken the time to review an app before because I can’t be bothered - but I took the time to review this one. I have PMDD and have been riding the waves of symptoms effecting every corner of my life for many years. I also have a detail oriented personality and love spreadsheets. Until now I have only ever tracked my symptoms in custom paper journals because it was the only way to get as specific as I needed for my body/life. Every app was just too generic or fertility focused, which was not me. This is the first app I’ve found that is truly holistic, and SUPREMELY customizable. It incorporates body, mind, external factors, and even the moon! But if those don’t reflect your personal experience, you can add literally any other symptom, and choose how you track it (numerically, visually, toggle on or off). It’s everything I’ve been looking for. The added bonus is the meditations and workouts baked into it as well. Worth every penny of the $36.99 annual fee.

Liked it before…. The new layout doesn’t work. It doesn’t save information (ie: the order of my customized log list), it selects symptoms when you’re just trying to scroll, there are no dates on the log chart (only a begin and end date), etc. Very disappointed in the update!!

Helpful ap. The journal part of this tracker helps me keep the details of my cycles straight. This helps me trace my hormone fluctuations and moods. It helps track catamenial epilepsy too

Wonderful. I’ve been dreaming of an app like this. Loving it!! I do wish it had more body tracking features (fatigue, soreness, cramps, etc)

Almost perfect. This app would be absolutely perfect if it had a birth control reminder.

Helps track my mood. My moods really shift throughout my cycle and this helps track patterns to know what’s related to my cycle and what isn’t

Very helpful app. Sometimes lags but they are working to fix it currently and overall very incredibly awesome & extremely helpful app.

Great job. I’m only a few days in but loving the app so far. Might have to stray from using MyFlo!

Fine. I do not like being forced to write a review. The app kicks me out every day to the App Store to write a review in the middle of reading my daily info. It’s very frustrating.

Amazing App. Great to use for a period tracker and to keep your moods. I’ve tried other apps for period things and this is definitely the best one!

I’m digging it. Update: This app continues to impress me the more I use it. I’m having a HARD day today and decided to make a personal memo for it and found in the memo section a link to all kinds of resources for when you’re struggling with mental health, women’s health and issues faced by the LGBTQ+ community. What an absolutely amazing resource. I strongly suggest this app for people who don’t just need to track their menstruation but their day to day moods too. As someone with a mood disorder, this app has roped together many things I want to monitor about myself to understand what affects my mood disorder and just really helps me feel a little less lonely and more informed on my really hard days and not so hard days too. I can’t wait to build up enough data to start recognizing patterns. Thank you so much to the developers of Moody Month; you have given me a lifeline. ********************************************* I admit, I have only clicked around the app a little bit but I am liking what I am seeing. I really appreciate the little articles of advice they have available depending on the phase of your period and how they are broken up into morning and evening. It feels very supportive. I also like the choices available in vitals although I don’t know how some of them are being used by the app. For example, exercise. The plethora of choices for what you want to track is wonderful. I am so on board. I am still figuring out the scale. What constitutes low? I understand it for the perspective that different people have different scales so I suppose I just need to figure out mine. Lastly, I really like how this is set up to track your mood throughout the month as your hormone levels change depending on what phase you’re in and it looks like they have advice for each phase. Very cool. As soon as I found this I sent it to my mom because it’s just the kind of thing she has been looking for. I can’t wait to see how this app grows!

would change some things. this app assumes what exactly is happening with your body & doesn’t let you adjust this. not everybody’s cycles are exact. however i do like the mood logging a lot.

Really helped me!. I can’t believe I never knew all this about my own body before!! Made me relax and forgive myself when I’m feeling cranky, and push me to do more when I’m full of energy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love this. I never write reviews but I am in LOVE with this! I just started using it and I’m already excited and impressed! 😊 100/10!

For women only. It’s in the description, but not immediately obvious. This is just a menstrual cycle tracker thing. Otherwise, would look like a cool idea to track parts of your life (as collected via HealthKit) and see what influences mood.
