Exodus: Crypto Bitcoin Wallet App Reviews

Buying coins and converting. When I buy coins, why do I have to buy bitcoin? When I do that, I immediately lose money there. Fees supposedly covered so where did my money go? Then when I convert to another coin like Cosmos, I lose money on that transaction as well? Again, fees supposedly covered but I don’t get $100 worth. The $500 I spent became $480 in a matter of seconds. I understand fees but there was no explanation of fees, it even said fees were covered by Exodus so where did that $20 go? I use Coinbase primarily but saw a comment on there saying the APR earned in Cosmos was double on this app and that’s why I downloaded it. Why can’t I buy Cosmos directly? Why can’t I buy directly in app? Instead it routes me to an internet browser to make my purchases? Makes me wonder how difficult cashing out is. I have it two stars because I’m hoping the APR really is more with this platform than it is with Coinbase. If I could figure out where that $20 went, or get that money back, 5 stars easy. It did not go from a dip in the market, that I’d understand. This happened literally as I bought bitcoin then converted those to Cosmos.

Exchange rates are insane.. Don’t get me wrong, the platform is easy to use and intuitive which is why I decided to begin moving my crypto over there. However, after exchanging a few cryptos I discovered that I was being charged hundreds of dollars per transaction. It worked out to be over 16%. On every exchange. I caught it after the second one, but it was an expensive mistake. The next problem I had was when I chose to withdraw from the exchange, and instructed them to transfer ALL of each asset, they left about $40 of each asset behind. (An amount that is now apparently too small for them to transfer). So, that money is stuck there. My emails to support have been returned with generic and unhelpful responses. My best guess is that I’ve lost about $350 from by using this platform for 4 transactions.

Very good, some minor issues. Huge offering of different cryptos, ability to buy BTC, and the ability to exchange between cryptos directly within the app is all great. The main complaint I have is that the graphs aren’t always accurate. Sometimes my balance is shown dipping to 0, sometimes I supposedly gained 30% of my portfolio value in an hour, with no transactions or price changes that would have caused such a change. Also when viewing my balance for a certain coin, the initial number is correct but when I drag my finger along the graph, the value changes in $, but displays as if the number of coins I have is what is changing. Another issue is there doesn’t seem to be a way to view my available balance after purchasing BTC. I would expect to be able to send all of what I’ve purchased, or see what the wait is caused by. Overall it’s a great wallet, though these issues do cause headaches at times.

Intuitive UI/UX; Exorbitant minimums to transact. This team has done great things to provide people with a privacy-oriented window to the crypto world and defi. I love the fact that I can choose to buy with a bank card (of course forgoing anonymity) or choose to send in from another exchange. Access to ERC-20 tokens was awesome though i imagine it could be daunting for a newcomer to see a list of projects to choose from (best practice is to do your own research!!!). There are brief descriptions of projects in the “About” sections. Of course they have access to most if not all major large cap coins. Some things to keep in mind for newcomers: if you don’t know what gas fees are, you could very well pay more for a swap than you would want to if fees, potentially killing any profits you make. I used the platform to get access to certain coins and either sent them to cold storage or had them sitting for when the gains come. Another thing is that there are minimums required to exchange coins and ive seen this “minimum” steadily increase with the market. Seemingly the minimum is always juuuuust above what I have - I think it’s time to put my tinfoil hat on and remember what the word “Exodus” means

They will steal your money!!!. I sent vechain to my Coinbase account without converting to Bitcoin first. I reached out to Coinbase and was told they didn’t accept the transfer as they don’t offer vechain. I then reached out to Exodus who told me that it could take thirty days and to contact them if I did not have the vechain back by then. It has now been 30+ days and the vechain has not been returned to my account. It’s 6000+ vechain currently valued over $1500! I am a mom.. in a pandemic.. who is on worker’s compensation.. I needed that money. They have ignored the last two times I contacted them. My messages have been respectful and professional. Yes I’m aware they have limitations once you send the money but it has been made very clear to me that because Coinbase rejected the transaction it should have been credited back to my exodus wallet..I really didn’t want to leave this review as this is the only issue I’ve ever had with Exodus

One major flaw. The one major flaw that this app has is that for some reason, I only get push notifications from the app when I’m actually on the app. If I’m not using my phone and my phone’s screen is asleep or if I’m using another app on my phone, Exodus will not notify me of anything. Please fix this issue so that we can receive push notifications whether we’re on the app or not! I’m using the iPhone 13 Pro Max and the most recent version of Exodus. I sometimes send funds to Exodus and have no idea when they arrive because I’m not being notified. I checked my notification settings in Exodus and on my phone’s settings and everything checks out. So it must be an issue with the app because I won’t get a notification that the funds have arrived until I actually click on the Exodus app.

Awesome wallet. Highly recommended. Obviously being a software wallet, it’s not the most secure wallet out there for large holdings. Software wallets are notoriously unsafe due to risks created by malware and viruses and make your precious crypto highly vulnerable if the proper steps aren’t taken to protect your device. However, I get great utility using this wallet for short term transfers/transactions for services like Changelly and shapeshift or when I’m planning on trading a bit on a volatile day. The best thing this wallet has going for it is the convenience of it whether it’s on your computer or on mobile. My primary wallet for storage is a ledger and admittedly it’s very annoying to have to bring it with you if you’re planning on potentially using it as well as having to plug it into your computer whenever you want to send assets. The wallet also has an exchange feature with reasonable fees in comparison to something like coinbase but with a larger selection of assets, which is extremely useful for a quick exchange without having to move it anywhere. Where this wallet lack in security, it makes up for in convenience 10 fold. All in all, I’d highly recommend this wallet for traders, but for hodlers I’d suggest going with something more secure and just using it as a transfer mechanism

Hands down, best hot wallet available. With the exception of seemingly being unable to freeze TRX and vote for rewards, this is the best hot wallet experience I’ve had. Support goes above and beyond. Web3 capability, in app buying and swapping for comparable rates when considering convenience. Certainly there are cheaper methods but for on the fly swaps and buys, I’ve yet to find a cheaper alternative besides CashApp which is limited to BTC and has a barrage of rules and regs that can leave you banned from the platform if they don’t like your addresses. That being said, if you are new or seasoned and just need a fast, efficient and secure as possible hot wallet, you’ll be hard pressed to find a better alternative with style, support, capabilities and more. Not a paid endorsement, I’ve just been using Exodus for years and find it to the best in hot wallets. Thanks devs! We’ve spoken before, this is the second device I have and use with exodus installed. Wait!!!!!**Read First**. This Cryptocurrency app, originally was fantastic!!! It’s still a app I use, BUT when you need to move currencies around even if it’s once a month they are charging 68% more then they should and so I’m looking at other apps that allow me to move bitcoin too and produces a new address each transaction. I didn’t think about that, so hopefully this saves you money and if you still download it well then you must not care about your money...Sorry Exodus your customer service is and was always surprisingly great but your fees are according to a small application called “Blockchain” I’m paying 68% more then I should. Anyways I hope maybe you work on that cause I think your app is top notch on every other category but fee’s. You deserve to make a profit but unfortunately you chose the wrong way to do it, and that’s too bad.

Missing very useful feature.. Hey, thanks for the consistent updates. I do have one request that I’m sure quite a few other people are interested in though. So, currently in the charts within exodus you can only hold 1 finger and move it along the chart to see the price based on where your 1 finger is touching the chart, but a 2 finger touch on the charts used for determining price changes within a specified range defined by the distance between the two fingers touching the chart would be very useful. This functionality is available in the default/native iOS stock app, and the Robinhood app, and quite a few others. Hopefully I explained the 2 finger price chart functionality in a way that is understandable. Either way, thanks. Have a good one!

The wait is finally over!!. I’ve been a fan since day one of Exodus wallet. I had an issue on the desktop version in April of 2017 on a holiday weekend. I was shocked to have my call answered not by a voicemail, not by an employee but by the owners themselves. They handled my issue extremely quickly and professionally. After my first call that day I had to call back 2-3 times to get the issue handled that day. The phone never rang more than once and they knew immediately that it was me. I guess what I’m saying is they have the best customer support of any company I’ve ever dealt with, they take great care of making sure this is not only the best performing but also the most beautiful and easy to use Crypto Currency Wallet that I’ve used. I also love how every two weeks there is a real update (new features) and not just boring bug fixes....

Great UI, slow when uptick of newcomers. Pretty much states in the title. The UI is excellent and very clear to understand. Was a little skeptical at first when I joined because of uptick of newcomers flocking to this app. Transactions and exchanges were slowed. I’ve heard people say they’ve been charged a fee for exchanging cryptos. I have yet to be charged and have already done some exchanges. I personally like this platform more than Coinbase because of the wide variety of crypto’s available for trade/purchase and because it’s easier to setup. You guys rule. Don’t sell out or ever become shady like Robinhood. We need reliable wallet/exchanges and this one has proven so far to be the best for me. Thank you for your services.

DO NOT USE THIS WALLET!!!!!. When I first started using this wallet, I loved it. The UI is amazing, the app is super easy to use, and they support an incredible amount of different currencies(as well as, offer high APY on many of them) I was holding a fairly low amount on the platform, at first, then slowly started to send more of a certain coin(high APY) Well, I decided that I would send some of my coins that I was considering selling for conversion. The transfer went really well. Incredibly smooth, appeared in a matter of seconds. The issues happened when I tried to convert said coins. I noticed a box that said there were transfer fees, which I was expecting, and I needed ETH in my wallet. So I sent ETH to my Exodus wallet. When I tried the transfer again, that same box told me I didn’t have enough to cover the conversion(I had sent over about $20 in ETH) The transfer and conversion fees are outrageous. After this debacle with the conversion, I tried to find another currency to convert my coin to, that wasn’t so high in fees. Every other coin I tried, had a higher minimum trade amount. Meaning my coin is being held hostage on the platform. I URGE EVERYONE, PLEASE, DO NOT USE THIS WALLET/PLATFORM. THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE THAT ARE TRYING TO GET THE MOST FROM THEIR PORTFOLIO.

3+ Year User on Computer; Mobile is a Nice Touch. I have gone back and forth on what constitutes the easiest / safest option to store my crypto’s. I’ve used several wallets (both mobile and on a PC), Exodus and settled upon the Ledger Nano S and Exodus for one Token. Because I’m a “Hodler” and not a day to day trader I ended up removing everything from my Ledger and going back to Exodus a couple weeks ago. I did this because I got sick of the constant updates for the Ledger Nano S and Ledger Live and the need for the 12 phrase set with each update (via Ledger Live 🤦🏻‍♂️). Just a bit too cumbersome for a guy that checks on things one or twice a year. I discovered the Mobile Exodus at this time, quite nice to see things more frequently. Haven’t tried to trade, transfer or exchange anything via the Mobile app yet, but for what I need, this works great. I do wish Exodus would add Theta and T-Fuel to their crypto/token offerings.

Clean, pretty, expensive. Looks are cool. They do however make the assumption that you want a dark background. There should at least allow an option for light backgrounds too. (You can choose textures, colors, and other features, but all the options are dark. Unlike most other sites, there is a few (paid in Ethereum) for most exchanges between Cryptocurrencies. This makes it more expensive if you do a lot of trading (my original reason for opening this account.) I’ll leave the few crypto I have here, but this has just become my “hold” account, not my trading account. Exodus’s options—the Apps—may one day provide more useful features. I’d like one that allows you to immediately see what you put in, what you have earned, and where it now stands. (They have tools for seeing the % of your assets in any coin, but not your profit and loss). Try other tools first, and use this just as a final vault for holding crypto you won’t trade for years.

No Competion. Hands-down by far the most absolutely best of all crypto wallets by a long stretch. Prompt and reactionary support staff. Anonymous exchange regardless of Geo location. Seamless integration with Trezor cold storage. Master 12 word seed phrase and backup is as easy as it gets. Security of desktop and mobile apps actually feel secure. Higher fees than market average but to bypass uploading an ID and giving up bank information and all of the unnecessary central bank implications and requirements leaves Exodus ahead of the rest sticking to the true foundation and philosophy of the block chain, as intended, is priceless. Custodial options if you choose to do so . . I have one issue and that is the 12 word seed phrase is exposed on the display when being typed with no option to hide it during a restore. Please add feature. Perhaps a clipboard wiper/blocker and keylogger blocker is possible. I appreciate every single one of you.

Not your keys, NOT YOUR COINS.... If you don’t hold your own private keys to your crypto currency, you don’t OWN anything and you’re at risk. Get Exodus, the interface is straight forward and easily understood. It also happens to be beautiful! Hung up trying move crypto using private addresses help is a click away. Don’t understand the fee schedules, need help setting custom fees for smart contracts... Exodus has easy four min reads along with short videos to get you up and running. I run Exodus in conjunction with a Trezor hardware wallet and I’m loving the sense of financial freedom. No more middlemen between me and control of my digital assets. No more asking permission. I can get paid in Bitcoin for my services and have it available on Exodus for exchange or put it in cold storage on my Trezor within the hour. Take control, stop asking for permission to transact and stop paying ludicrous fees on Coinbase. Learn to use crypto exchanges and take back your digital freedom. The further is here get engaged or get left behind!

Good apps but needs to fix update notifications.. Really like the iOS and windows apps, but the windows app has a permanent notification that’s says an update is available, and it doesn’t give an option to update. The link just takes you to a blog post they posted on their website with instructions that don’t coincide with the current state of the app. They should just have a button that directs you directly to the update (or remove the notification if their isn’t actually an update). I just downloaded the iOS app and the first thing that came up was a notification to update the app. If I just downloaded it from the App Store then why would it need updated? The iOS store doesn’t have an available update, so it makes me think something is wrong with the app, or management just doesn’t care about keep things up to date and accurately informative. Staking is easy.

This wallet is a joke - avoid!!. I’m an experienced crypto holder who usually uses a hardware wallet to store my crypto, and I’ve used other mobile wallets for small crypto holdings. Didn’t use Exodus due to mixed feedback from other users, but decided to give it a try at a conference where Exodus was giving away bitcoin as a promotion to download the wallet. The promotional bitcoin did appear - for one day - and then disappeared the next day, never to return. The same thing happened to my friend. I’ve been emailing support for weeks now, nothing works, seed phrase restore, nothing. The bitcoin is gone. I’ve wasted more time on this issue than the promotion is worth!! I don’t know what’s going on at Exodus, but the tech is suspect and I have zero trust in their wallet service. This is an honest opinion about my experience, very disappointed.

Excellent wallet. This is an excellent wallet to start off with. Let’s you create different portfolios, and supports Trezor hardware wallet. Customer service have helped me several times when I’ve made mistakes or when I was confused about something. They have alway been there for me when I needed them. If you are new just remember your secret phrase or private keys are like keys to your bank. DO NOT SHARE YOUR SECRET PHRASE WITH ANYONE OR ANY WEBSITE!!! Anyone you share it with has full control of your wallet and will take everything you have. Protect your secret phrase like it is your social security number, and your funds will be safe.

I appreciate the high level of security and privacy provided by Exodus Wallet, as well as the ability to track my portfolio performance in real-time. The customer support is also top-notch and very responsive. Overall, I highly recommend Exodus Wallet to anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly cryptocurrency wallet.

Lots of fees. Exodus does offer a neat looking app with a large quantity of crypto that can be traded however, unlike other exchanges Exodus charges a rather large import fee... luckily for me it was only a small transfer as a test but nevertheless burned $10 (in this case 20% of the transfer lol) all that without even making a single trade. It’s also worth noting that each trade itself could be about ~$10 in fees even when exchanging crypto-crypto. I would advise caution and doing your homework prior to using this app because the high import fees, high exchange fees, and trade minimums which all vary depending on type of crypto and could easily lead one to burn a significant portion of an account just trying to exchange one crypto for another. I promptly transferred my remainder out to another wallet which strangely had the only reasonable fee in line with industry standard applied to that transaction (~2¢). In my opinion this is a shady operation while I won’t say there isn’t some fine print describing all these fees it certainly isn’t what I would call “transparent”.

The beat sleekist most wicked app out there!!!!!!. This app in terms of app aesthetics is impeccable. That is standard for Exodus developers who produced the mac app as well. In terms of functionality, ease, utility, and asset management, this app is likewise impeccable. This app is probably the best app ever made in the appstore in terms of developers making a pleasing and functional app. A five star review isnt doing it justice. I was a bit sour because the developers took soooooo long to finally create the mobile version of their desktop software. They’re response was they wanted to ensure that the mobile version would be just as sleek as their desktop version and they did not disappoint. When it finally came out, they did NOT disappoint! It is thee best most secure mobile wallet out there for mobile wallets second after the manual ledger flash drive version which is only really useful for people holding over 10k in assets which may be a good reason to invest in a ledger if you have that kind of investment. But Exodus comes second right after that. The best part of Exodus improvements is its exchange-like monetary management abilities like exchanging various currencies within its platform, something it did not have in its early days. Thus it enjoys having exchange-functions to its users WITHOUT actually being an exchange where the loss of data and hacking is much more likely to occur in the cryptosphere. All the best!!!

Nice wallet and helpful staff. So after literally months of digging into every crypto wallet available, I’ve chosen Exodus as my go to. I’ll keep it short while highlighting key components that won me over. 1. It’s both a wallet and portfolio tracker! No other platform has the ability to let hold your own private keys while simultaneously giving you real-time data, charts and feedback about your holdings. 2. Built in exchange! Piggybacking off my previous comment, the charting/data feature goes perfectly with the exchange. I like this because it allows me to trade and make proper adjustments to my portfolio without withdrawing my money. This feature is important because it allows you to maintain proper security of your private keys. 3. Helpful staff! When I had a question related to their desktop platform I sent an email to staff. To my amazement I had a reply within 20 minutes of my initial message. If anyone reading this is like me and very indecisive... go with this wallet. It’s secure, visually appealing, and has the benefits of a wallet, exchange, and tracker built in one.

Best wallet by far. I love this wallet! It is the best mobile wallet, by far. Their desktop wallet is also the best, by far, and being able to sync, or access the same wallet from either mobile or desktop is heaven! Their support team is also amazingly responsive! The only thing that could make it better is supporting more coins, both on mobile and on desktop - their support for many coins is already the best, but there are still some that are not, namely theta and tfuel , among a few others. I would also like to be able to store ANY erc20 token, instead of only some - I don’t understand why the app would allow you to store some but not others.

Almost perfect!. This is a very easy-to-use software wallet that supports quite a wide variety of tokens and coins, including BSV specifically which is one of the reasons I was led to it. After conducting a few test transactions in and out, testing the restore functionality on a separate iOS device, as well as reading a number of reviews online about the wallet, I feel confident to begin using it regularly for day-to-day activities. However, I have to refrain from giving 5 stars because of a cosmetic design flaw… no landscape support for iPad! Why, when people have been using iPads in landscape mode for years now (with the Apple keyboard cover or similar) do so many app-makers force vertical-only orientation on their iPad apps? Seems like such a simple thing to fix. Exodus is far from the only offender here. If they fix that, I’ll bump up this review to 5 stars.

Funds Not Showing Up. I’ve transferred bitcoin to this wallet twice and have had issues with it being available both times. The most recent incident the bitcoin reflected immediately but I could exchange it because the transaction was pending. It was pending for over 10 hours, then disappeared completely. I reached out to the 24/7 help desk with a response 5 hours later. There was no explanation why my funds disappeared just basic instructions to update app and update network. I did this multiple times and the bitcoin still didn’t show up. Then out of nowhere the bitcoin showed up in my wallet only to be pending still. This has been on going for three days. I’ve had no access to my bitcoin and zero response or explanation of what is going on. With the current state of cryptocurrency, this zero response is scary.

Nice wallet with lots of staking interest rates. I used Exodus wallet for first time and found it to be really easy. They have many assets to earn interest on by staking and holding. Rewards are paid out on every staking deposit 25 days after EACH deposit. Also found that they have low transaction fees both for sending/receiving and also if you decide to stake. News and updates on whichever currency your interesting in also. The wallet could have brighter features on the home page. I’ve noticed that the better or brighter a platform looks makes for better adoption of itself overtime. Kinda like a well dressed person or fancy car. But overall it’s a good cold wallet to use on your smartphone device.

Really love it. Well I’ve been doing a deep dive on many different types of wallets I’ve tried I think a couple dozen and this one by far has been the most beautiful and well laid out in terms of the UI. When it comes to functionality I found it to be intuitive simple and highly functional. Plus with all the built-in decentralized exchanges and apps that are available and soon more apps will become available in the United States I see exit is becoming the most popular wallet. Also the integration with the Tezor is something I’m gonna be looking into

Still the best. I’ve been using Exodus for a hot wallet since my the inception of crypto with my life back in May of 2019 and it just doesn’t get any better, all things considered. If there is a way to Stake your TRX for votes you can use for rewards, great but from what I’m seeing, this doesn’t exist and would literally be the only issue I could make a suggestion to include. Otherwise, hats off devs. The customer support is hands down the best in the biz. I have never in my crypto experience had support from anyone (including major exchanges) go above and beyond to provide superior customer service with the exception of Exodus’ support team. It’s always a pleasure. Again, thanks again devs. Excellent work.

oh please. I started using the desktop version a long time ago. I really liked it. I was a newbie and it made it easier for me to get involved with crypto. I think I have more than a basic understanding of crypto and how it works, and how wallets work. as time went on, the desktop version kept getting more clunked up with aesthetics. I still have it on my computer but I really don't use it. now I really need a mobile wallet. I download it this thing once a while back and I gave it a try. I wound up deleting it because it was too difficult to navigate. About a year might've passed and I downloaded it again. I tried...I really did. It is just too much. There are so many bells and whistle's now, that one just gets lost in a complex maze of psycho Circus. it would be nice to see Exodus return to the roots and make an easy to use easy to navigate mobile wallet. cheers to the people that can navigate this "matrix" but unfortunately I am not one of them.

Great all in one app. The app seems to be very well put together. Loads quickly and can restore a wallet from other multi wallet apps. One suggestion is to integrate custom nodes on any coin as sometimes the app nodes are slow to sync. It would be nice to add custom node login for non-public nodes for more privacy to those who wish for it not just ip. Custom fees need to be added to all coins. The fee structure is not right especially for erc based tokens including ETH itself. Additionally the option to restore a supported coin by restoring from seed would be nice then users could load all of their personal wallets to the app for a true one stop shop but for now users must send coins from other wallets to Exodus.

Probably the best ‘bridge’ into crypto wallets for those used to traditional banking.. One of the first wallets I tried on iOS in April ‘20, still use it to HODL a lot of coins. Seriously the best for HODLers. Plus the majority of newcomers unfamiliar with DeFi, liquidity pools/farming, etc. that would benefit from something they’re more accustomed to. It’s the best “bridge” for getting into crypto wallets from traditional checking/savings accounts. The APY being ridiculously higher than regular bank rates is what sticks out and is what makes this a great wallet to HODL coins like ADA or VET; their returns are too good to pass up. It’s a great alternative to a bank savings account

Wish I could give 4.5 stars!. I love exodus. They have been my go to desktop wallet for many years and I use the iOS app as well. Their team is very involved, and lightning fast when you contact them for support. Over 100 coins you can store all in one place relieving the headache of having multiple wallets. I only suggest a few things. First, you don’t have access to your private keys on the iOS version, and second you cannot pick the fees in which you send transactions. It calculates them for you. And although they calculate the “best” fee to send it’s just better to have complete control. Download this wallet if you are a crypto user and do not have a hardware wallet!

Best way to control your money IMO. I’ve been using exodus wallet on PC for a couple of years and I love it. Constant security and UI updates let me know that they are continuously developing their product to make it better. I have had so much annoying crap happen with exchanges where I’ve had to move my money or had to jump through hoops to prove my identity in order ti withdraw funds. With this app, I deposit my money and I have complete and total control over it. It’s so satisfying to not have some entity tell me what to do with my funds or lock them up at their own discretion without any given reason. 100% satisfied with this app.

Sending from wallet. I can’t say I like this wallet as the sending minimums are very high, I currently have close to $200 in value but I don’t have enough in either of my 2 assets to be able to transfer to an actual trading platform. I would love to send either out of my wallet to be able to reinvest in other assets. Unfortunately it will cost me a couple hundred just to meet the minimum sending limit to be able to withdraw from my wallet which with the fees associated will cost me more money. Not impressed as I never would have used Exodus as a wallet had I known that from the get go. Will update my review if the sending minimums are significantly reduced but at this point in time I can not recommend this wallet since I now have money tied up and can not do anything with it. Way faster than any other exchange... The speed alone is enough to rate this 5 stars. I’ve waited up to 24 hours for a Bitcoin withdrawal on other apps and exchanges and with Exodus I’ve never waited longer than 5 minutes to receive a payment into the app or to receive a payment in another wallet sending from the app. Add on the ability to use Apple Pay to buy Bitcoin straight from the app and the the lowest fees out there- This app is always my #1 go to with anything Bitcoin. The one thing is I wish the limit was higher for the amount of btc you can purchase with Apple Pay straight from the app.

Just started using it.. After checking out reviews online and seeing this app gets significant and impressive reviews, I download it and began using. First off, the interface is gorgeous. I love how beautiful they have designed it. Secondly, so far with the minimal actions I’m taking, using the app is a joy. It’s super easy and intuitive. I might add a future review later as I begin doing more than just loading crypto onto the platform. But for what I’ve experienced up to now, I am loving this new wallet. I only wish my state was not one of the states that prohibits active exchanges through this app. If I can use that process this would be a perfect app. I would give the app four stars because of this, but it is not the developers’ fault that my state does not allow such functionality, that’s five stars.

App, company is trash (updated). I’ve used Exodus awhile and went to make an exchange that said would only cost me a difference of $5. Nowhere did it say there was a .025 ETH fee before I made this transaction, otherwise I would’ve never done it. This app stole (now) $80 from me on a very insignificant transaction and all I get is automated e-mails when I demand an explanation as to why I wasn’t prompted about this ETH fee beforehand. So hire more support and be a lot more clear about your fees cuz I am incredibly angry about your garbage app To developer who responded: if it was my error why did support refund the ETH to me? Elizabeth T from support helped me out flawlessly, and she is the reason I am changing my rating to five stars and am now satisfied with the product. Took a month to get to me but the result was what I wanted. Thank you.

New user. Not being a very tech savvy person. I’m having trouble setting up my account Because of massive interest, customer service is very swamped and thus has trouble responding quickly. So far I’m day 3 with trying to puzzle this app out and pushing ahead until I do. But seriously not happy if this is what everyone considers ( user friendly) because it more certainly is not user friendly No dictionary to define new terms important to users No support to quickly answer questions And no information on the different crypto currency so a person can learn what currency is and which might be purchased. Would rate this App for moderate to advanced for those who ( invest in crypto) not for new users 6months later Ok after using the wallet for 6 months I still stand by my original statement. But with some knowledge and having now working with 5 different wallets, I will agree the Exedus wallet is simplest to use, moderately secure. Overall happy I stuck with it and found a source of terminology to help me translate some of the Exedus features 3 stars now

Great Platform, but.... Exodus has an amazing user interface and decent list of supported coins. I see a lot of potential with this app compared to others I’ve tried, and I’ve tried way too many. However, their customer support isn’t great, their supported coins for Trezor is lacking, and the Apple Pay feature is a disaster. I’ve tried multiple times to get attention from customer support for issues with the Apple Pay feature and had very little success even getting a reply. If they increase the number of supported coins and get Apple Pay to work, then I’ll stay with them and quit testing out other wallets. If they don’t resolve these issues soon, then I will move on.

Suggestions as well as a minor bug fix. Sometimes the chart displays inaccurate data. For example there will be an incline on the chart, but a decrease in price action will be displayed by the numbers instead of an increase. I’m sure many others as well as myself would love the option to choose a different chart pattern to read besides the line chart, such as the candlestick pattern chart. An advanced chart with volume displayed would be great. Market cap, 24-hour volume data, etc. would be a nice feature to add too if possible. Live real-time asset price updates as well as real-time currency balance updates as the price changes would be amazing. Bug fixes: my app kept telling me all day today that I needed to be connected to the internet, so I was unable to view my portfolio data while I was at work. This is my first time experiencing this and I believe it was due to my phone connecting to random public wifi’s while I was at work. Turning off my wifi and using my cellular data did not fix the issue, however I was able to use the app with no problem once I got home and connected to my wifi. Great app otherwise!

Buggy, lack of support. I’ve been using exodus for about one year and I’ve noticed that my wallet balance is often incorrectly high when I first open the app, and then it will adjust down to the correct account balance after a few seconds. That’s annoying enough but yesterday when I checked my balance it went from the correct balance down to a very low and very incorrect balance. As I looked closer I saw that my ETH had just disappeared into thin air. I quit the app, re opened it, refreshed the wallet, and it was still the same. I contacted support and got one email asking me to confirm that my transaction history seemed legit. I did not have time to crunch all the numbers but it seemed ok so I told them yes. I sent another email asking to confirm that they received my info and that they were working on the problem. I have gotten no further response from them despite repeated requests for an update on my case. They are not helping me. My ETH is gone. I’m 99% certain that my personal account was not hacked or compromised by myself because if it were they would have taken all of it instead of only taking 95% of my ETH. It appears that a couple of BTC-ETH exchanges that I made are not showing up in my wallet as ETH that I received. I’m not happy. I will be removing all of the rest of my coins from Exodus and looking for a better place to keep them.

Best crypto wallet ever. #1 I think you guys should really really add a feature that shows you at what price you got into another crypto. So if I exchange BTC for ETH and I do it when ETH is $1,000 then it should always show that I got into it when it was $1,000 that way if it goes up and I want to sell then I know okay I bought in or exchanged at $1k so I want to take out x amount only. It should also let me go directly from BTC and ALL other cryptos without asking me the amount I want to convert so if I want to buy a laptop or something and it cost $2,000 and I want to use Cardano to pay then I can just click on BTC and say I want to pay in ADA and boom it does all the conversations on its own and all I say to the app is that they want $2,000 USD

Not scam after all. I have used this app for several months. Until this point I would have been an advocate for it. I deposited btc into my wallet and attempted an exchange for XMR immediately after the transaction was finished. I got an error message for the exchange and my btc had been sent to an address that I had not entered. I contacted support and was told I could contact my local police. This is an error on Exodus’s part. Be prepared to lose your money and then have support tell you your wallet was compromised. I was not logged out, there was a technical issue on their part and to skirt responsibility for their own mistakes they’re casting the blame on others. Shortly after making this review my money was reimbursed. If the apps developers reimbursed me out of pocket, im truly impressed. The fact is I followed the btc to a known scammer. I was also given my XMR. Truly outstanding service if I was reimbursed out of pocket.

Exodus is OKish. 👎🏻👎🏻. Be careful about swaps. They require a certain amount to swap and don’t tell you up front that it’s different for each coin. I wanted to get out of Doge. They helped but the last 28 dollars of doge couldn’t be swapped because of trade minimums. Update: They also don’t tell you till after you swap if something requires fuel to be swapped again or sent. I swapped for Theta which is fine but I didn’t know that I would need TFuel to do anything else with it. Research would’ve shown that fact but if I’m making a quick decision on a coin that is trending so that I can get in on the trend then I don’t have time to figure that out. Oh and by the way there’s a minimum to buy. So to send Theta to another wallet, I have to spend 50 dollars on tfuel for a send that I only need about 3 cents worth. The fuel costs are getting out of hand. 27 dollars on ethereum the other day. It’s not a car. Your fuel is more like a toll to cross a bridge.

It’s a great app but….. You would need to do your research on the transaction fees and the “hidden” exchange fees. Moreover, for the portfolio side, for the users it maybe more precise to keep track of the coins and to include a “then price” because right now there is only a “now price”. Edit V.1- Thanks to the developers to take their time to reply a review. I have seen some changes these few days on the “Now” & “Then” prices on the crypto which is a very informative feature. I hope the developers could maybe add a feature in which it shows the price when you purchase the coins. I believe with that feature, it will help a lot of new users to keep track of their books.

Customer Service is Great. I have just recently moved my crypto holdings to exodus because the UI really had me sold. A few coins never arrived to the wallet and yet the blockchain scanners showed the transaction was done correctly and completed. I contacted support and the team were extremely helpful in understanding the situation (they also have a send a report feature which allows them to deal with your case with more information which is great). The real people are focused on your case and are able to deal much better with issue than automated team which is a great plus. My issue was fixed rapidly and the customer support agent I worked with was well spoken, prompt, and very helpful with solving my issue successfully. The UI is great and so are the staking opportunities, but the customer support is what really got me sold on this hot wallet.

Eh...Meets Expectations. So far (started receiving repetitive survey requests about 12 hours after signing up), the App has been meeting expectations (which weren’t high, as I’m still learning). The App performs as promised and I especially appreciated all of the beginner/fundamental information that was provided for crypto newbies like myself - definitions, presentations, news articles, etc. However, I didn’t find the App’s layout very user friendly. The tools and views you’d think one would utilize on a daily basis are not easily found or conveniently located to one another. It’d also be nice if all of the icons had meaningful labels to provide a hint as to what their related menu options may be. I’m sure there’s a financial incentive behind the layout, such as making you look harder for things to eat up your time so your money sits in the accounts longer to earn interest, but If I had a choice, I’d rather pay a higher fee for a service that a provider honestly disclosed if I didn’t have to deal with the added aggravation of ads, marketing and “where’s the view to see how much money I lost/gained [Waldo]” fiasco.

Love The App!. I really enjoy using this app. It’s very easy to navigate, especially for a person like myself, who is new in the crypto space. Their fees aren’t horrible, and, if you just plan on using it to just to secure some of your crypto...! It’s great for that. Also, I had an issue. I had purchased ONT. The transaction went fine, BUT...! I later found out you have to have ONG in order to do anything with your ONT! There’s no exchanging or cashing out, without it. So, I promptly contacted Exodus support. It took a few days for them to get back to me, but, they issued me the necessary amount of ONG to make transactions. That was fine, but, I still had to go off the Exodus wallet and find a place to get a ONG address, seeing how Exodus doesn’t support ONG (apparently working on a patch) Long story, longer...I finally got an address so I was able to import ONG into my Exodus wallet, and make the exchange that I was waiting to make. Thankfully!!! I didn’t lose any money while waiting. Otherwise, the app has worked pretty well, and, the Exodus team at least responded to, as well as provided me with the necessary crypto to make my transaction. In all, I think Exodus is only going to get better with time.

Best App, Easy to Use, Trustworthy. Used Exodus since 2017 when the branding was red (I think) and the entire journey has been so great. I’ve tried many other wallets but Exodus is superior in every way. Simple to use, great user interface, great support team, trustworthy, problem free. Highly recommend, especially as we move into an era where everyone on earth will be needing a digital wallet.

Great App. It’s a great app! It does the things you want it to do like swaps stake and buy/sell. Some refinements are needed like simple refreshing icon while loading. May want to look at the main page to be more useful than jus displaying repeatative content from elsewhere in the app. Overall it’s good and easy to use but small things that can be refined in the next update or so..

Best looking interface. EXODUS has the best customer service quick response. The interface of the software is clean and not like most. And yes the exchange fees are expensive but your buying for that extra security so a plus for me.

Greedy Exchange Send/Receive Fees. This app deserves 5 stars in regards to its function. Incredibly easy to use and looks great. What disappoints me is the fees. If I want to transfer/exchange $1000 of crypto I will be hit with roughly a $30 fee - this is a joke. With the amount of adoption this platform will acquire through the next hype cycle, they could easily work off 0.1-1% and still make a killing. Upwards of near 3% is an action of greed and contradicts the idea of the currency it supports. Would recommend this app to every human and their dog if I didn’t feel like I was being robbed every time I tried to exchange or transfer.

Graphically Impressive and easy to use!. I have been using Exodus for many years and haven’t been let down. The graphic representation and ease of use is impressive. Keeps my coins accessible in a safe visually pleasing way.

Need Multiple wallets. I need MULTIPLE wallets in the ONE app, with QUICK switching from one wallet to any the other within the app. What you have going now is totally RIDICULOUS to be tied to just one wallet. Switching between wallets now requires typing in the 12-word pass phrase repeatedly each time I want to switch. The desktop version has the same issue and complicated to use. I would not use this app for that reason.

Easy to use and navigate. Have been using this wallet since around 2017, over that time features have consistently improved.

Great App. Great app, super smooth and easy to understand, it did take some getting used to around navigating the different screens, buts ever since, it’s been a solid application.

Staking. Great and easy to use app. Please have more staking options for supported coins. Needs more a lot more transparency for staking rewards. My 30 days est. profit for Cardano is 3.1 ... and my reward is 0.5. I’m guessing that is after fees? I was quite surprised with that.

Great app and UI. Easy to use, beautiful UI but I can’t use it with a ledger which is disappointing, it only supports trezor. I also can’t stake certain coins through the app and it doesn’t support some of the most common tokens so I need to use multiple wallets which is a bit frustrating as I’d prefer to keep everything in one place.

Ideas to improve. Allow us to purchase ADA directly via Apple Pay like with Bitcoin rather than having to either buy on Binance and then transfer over or buy btc and transfer Also maybe a iOS 14 widget to see the value of the portfolio at a glance

Elegant Dash, yet No Cigar in Dev.. I love Exodus dashboard, yet they always lag behind in adding new assets. Polygon Matic was one that got added only when it was not that hot, and now AVAX and LUNA are following suit the exact same way. “BlockChains are all different, our exchange partners need to catch up, integration takes time…”, blah, blah, blah/ excuses after excuses! If other hard/cold wallets can add a top 15 token swiftly and you keep playing catch-up for too long, something is wrong. Look into this please; I am sure you can do a better job.

Amazing app. Heard great things about Exodus and I strongly recommend it. It’s not as daunting as you think. Amazing interface, super user friendly and easy to stake and earn rewards. Simple and effective. I tried so many other apps but this was the only one that worked for me to easily purchase and send crypto.

Amazing wallet and staff. Recently I transferred all my crypto to Exodus from Binance, when I did that I lost my shiba. Thankfully the staff are super friendly and helpful and was able to help me track it down and put it onto my account. The customer service is next level. Thank you exodus team!

Pretty good. The app is pretty good, especially being able to link it to hardware on a desktop. But you cannot sell to any Australian bank, which in turn has made me miss the peak waiting for transfers to another app to sell. It’s not necessarily an exodus problem more so a moonpay one. But the issue remains.

Non-Tracking Multi-Use Wallet. A key reason for trying Exodus was because the app does not track you (location etc). In addition, easy to use interface, in-wallet exchange, utilises the lightning network and holds NFTs. Awesome.

The best customer service. App is great, easy to use. Had not had an issue until I needed security help. Team were all over it and helpful and knowledgeable.

Support a bit slow initially, but helpful once contacted. Initially I had some trouble receiving a transaction into my wallet. At first I was disappointed with the support provided by Exodus as there was no response to my queries. However it seems this was due to unusually high query volumes, and once support did make contact they were very helpful. Issue resolved. Support was very much appreciated.

Cannot recommend enough!!. Absolutely love this app so easy to use especially for XMR. Plus you can Apple Pay bitcoin straight into your wallet. The apps design is set out really well easy to use and really modern, was using coin bass and Coinjar for awhile but they pale in comparison to this app.

BONFIDA NOT EXPLAINED WELL ENOUGH. I recently had bonfida 700 Dollars I wanted to transfer to Swyftx wallet .I could not perform this as I needed a little solana to complete the transaction so after contacting exodus with 13 emails and 2 days of getting really know where I discovered exodus is really for swapping crypto that’s how you get trapped in and by the time you reliase this it’s too late . You have no other option but too get charged very expensively for this ,so unfortunately all the brightly lite website is just to coax you in I wouldn’t rate exodus and to give you the heads up I would stick to public cryptocurrency exchanges Regards Shane OConnor

The only way to do crypto!!. I have gone from wallet to wallet for years, they all felt a bit intrusive and insecure even losing quite my portfolio completely once. Then I found exodus and have hot looked back. They do not need your life story before you can sign up which is a refreshing change with all the regulation being implemented by governments on most exchanges, i need less ID to open a bank account than an account on most exchanges. App is easy to use, big range and plenty of reading on all things crypto, also allows you to stake certain coins which earns you far more interest than any savings account and all within the app! Recommend Exodus to anyone from beginner to experienced. Keep it up guys you are the embodiment of what is attractive about the world of crypto currency.

Perfect for Hodlers. Pros- Beautiful wallet, 5 stars for UI, functionality, and the customer service. Cons- The token swap is to expensive. It’s cheaper to send coins to the Exchange, swap and send them back to the wallet. Even ETH, but I can live with that. I’m looking forward for ERGO support, that’s the only coin I have to keep on the centralised exchange. Despite the cons- 5 stars, I love this wallet 👌

Overall review. The app is a great crypto exchange really like it’s features and layout, aswell as it’s ease of use 10/10 for that, but the fees are ridiculous, depositing $75 AUD into bitcoin and only receiving $50 is a absolute rip off don’t know why it it so high, this is the only reason giving 3/5 stars

Very nice design, good easy crypto wallet. I really like this wallet the layout is nice simple but sleek. They have definitely put a lot of work into it. So far my only issue is they did say in their disclosure agreement that they would never charge fees for sending and receiving crypto and I’ve been charged fees for sending ADA back and forth so don’t understand that but either way they need to make money. I like the app

For the newbie crypto investors out there take it from me this app is just so comforting It’s user friendly and very aesthetically pleasing set up is enjoyable to navigate and there are many warnings and explanations that pop up when you are transferring from your exchanges onto your exodus wallet which has at least for me made sure I didn’t make any errors, and all my sends were successful and funds available within 5 mins. I actually feel relieved using this app. Highly recommend

Excellent. This is the best wallet I have used. It’s super safe. There is an exchange inside the wallet so you can get out of a trade by converting your coin to USDT ….FANTASTIC. Also Exodus provide great service, for example, as I could not transfer a coin because I didn’t has the GAS, so I emailed them and got a quick response and the sent me the GAS worth a few dollars for free. Great!

Terrible customer service. The app is nice and easy to use. I did my first couple of transactions easily but after that I had some trouble buying some bitcoin from the app, so I went to support and they left me hanging in between where they stopped replying to me in between. I was so surprised by the behaviour of the team. I might try to find some other wallet with better customer service.

Wow!. Thought it was bad full of glitches but it’s fast clean and good design. What I expect and love Edit: Can you guys like add a graph like a seperate graph for your balance so like it’s like a graph for the crypto but for your balance if you know what I mean. Best multi-coin wallet. If you’re new to crypto, I highly recommend this wallet. It’s easy to use, has a gorgeous UI and great support articles on their website. Even if you’re not new, as far as I’m concerned, this is the best multi- coin wallet. I can keep all my coins in one place, exchange coins within the app, and the private keys stay on your device.

Secure, Simple, reliable and ....... A great experience so far. A few tokens could be added like gZil and other tokens to purchase, but this is a great app. I love the sound of the coins when they hit your account!

Email tickets and response time. I have email you guys four weeks ago about declining rewards for staking ADA and y’all have not replied with a satisfactory response I have sent you two safe reports and you have not investigated this in a timely manner. You have assigned me two tickets for my emails and even say that you work 24 hours a day 7 days a week. And still no explanation.

Robbery level fees. App looks great and works great. Now onto the real deal! As an example after the London hard fork I tried to exchange 125M Shib worth 777$usd into bother coin, the exchange fee was 257$usd and the exchange limit was capped at 107 M Shib. Forcing multiple transactions. This is a HORRIBLE SERVICE user beware. They are WORSE THAN BANKS! I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS APP!

Scam. I don’t think I’ll ever trust this app ever again, a buyer bought something from me using USDT Tether Eth network. After him paying everything looked good. I seen the money being received in my wallet. Although, when I sent him the info of what he bought he secures and tells me to check my wallet. Guess what? Money disappeared into thin air. The app not even taking precautions and letting us users know that scams like this can occur with these garbage coins. If I don’t get my money that I was meant to receive then this app doesn’t belong in my phone or yours if you’re deciding to download it. Disgusting robbery.

Great App, use this for my main crypto wallet. One thing I would implement in this app is if there could be a email verification code for sending out money for more security on the app, but other then that I think this is by far the best crypto wallet for mobile devices.

Crazy fees. The fees are absolutely ridiculous, I withdrew $10 and went back to check my wallet and I noticed that $20 were gone. This is unbelievable, avoid this wallet and save yourself.

Steals your money. Tried to withdraw my money but they decided to not allow it at a peak - lost $600. Just go with Binance

Beautiful application, could use more features. Would really like the ability to have watch only wallets so I don’t have to import all my paper wallets into an exodus wallet in order to track them in my portfolio. A more in-depth chart would be great too, candle stick etc. Again though, really elegant UI and really nice to have a consistent experience across all my devices.

Debit card usage. I wish I could use my debit card to do a bank transfer for bitcoin.

High Fees correction. To correct my previous review, after checking my wallet my balance went up, possibly due to system issues or internet issues, so I apologize to Exodus for the quick conclusion!

Trading fees are exorbitant. Very easy to put money in, very expensive to take money out. I wanted to try out crypto trading and was surprised when I found my Doge had risen 600% in a couple weeks. When I tried cashing out, Exodus had suspended trading for Doge. When Doge fell significantly, they resumed trading, but I was surprised to see that my ~$700 of Doge would convert into effectively $530 dollars of Bitcoin. I would recommend Exodus to anyone who doesn’t mind paying 25% commission on your trades. What a rip off.

Absolutely insane fees. Converting $2000 from one coin to another cost me almost $1400 worth of fees. DO NOT USE THIS APP. I reached out to their support for clarification on why the fees are so ludicrous and got no response. Their service intentionally doesn’t list how much the fees are for a transaction so the user won’t know how much of a cut they’re taking.

Exchange is too high. I would love your app.. but exchange is way too high. I ended up getting killed by the exchange. No point of exchanging if your gonna kill us on the rates. Great wallet and exchange platform, horrible finance management.. This is a fantastic, fast, safe, and beautiful wallet for being free. The exchanges are quick, the includes rewards are generous, and it functions incredibly well. However, when I deposit Bitcoin, say, 1 BTC, my account would show, in this example, $33,000. However, if BTC were to drop to $31,000, and I didn’t remember what I bought it for ($33,000), Exodus tells me what is it *now* worth. If I check that exchange in my transfer history, it shows the date and time, but the fiat value displayed in the history shows up as “now worth: $31,000”. Combined with their confusing method of balance tracking, this makes it very hard to quickly determine how much you exchanged for upon retrospect. If every single monetary change to the account was tracked, like it is in most other financial applications (which I understand this is not) it would be the wallet king.

Plz sync desktop/mobile app wallets. I am transferring from Coinbase/Pro wallet to Exodus and Bitfinex for various unpleasant reasons I had with CB. I’m new to Exodus desktop app and I am blown away how slick and easy to use the app is and more available coins than CB and I can customize my wallet skin :) Exodus helped me split my BCH into BCH ABC and BSV that I had stored in my Trezor for ages, within minutes of effort I had both funds readily available. The downside is that both desktop and mobile wallets aren’t synced and no 2FA option available. I do trust there will be a soon update with improvements for customers/investors satisfaction. Thankful I found and am merging to Exodus

So far, so good. Very solid wallet. Has not been finicky like some other wallets ive played with. Was leaning towards a Nano X as opposed to a Trezor, but I believe Exodus has an exclusive relationship with Trezor? The GUI is beautiful and work pretty well. Some things are not as intuitive, but that could be attributed to the fact that I am a noob in their ecosystem. So far, I really like the overall look and feel of this wallet. Wish I could buy cryptos through the app itself but maybe that will be a future integration?

The app is very good, this review is aimed at the developers.. The one and only flaw that I have encountered on this otherwise perfect app is that the graphs that show the value of a crypo-currency are noticably incorrect when you compare the actual value changes over time, for example at the highest point on the graph of the last week of etheriums value when selected shows a value of 1800, but 3 hours later on graph, when it looks like its way lower, you select the graph and it shows 1900. It seems like the graph and timescale are out of sinc. I'm not a native speaker so i hope i was coherent enoguh.

Best mobile wallet, hands down!. I’ve used Exodus since 2017 and continuously compared it with other wallets that come to market with big promises. No other wallet even comes close to Exodus in user friendliness, ease of security and aesthetics. In 4 years of using Exodus desktop unneeded to call customer service once with a technical question; they answered on the first ring and I spoke to an American. Question answered in under a minute. I was blown away. Exodus mobile is just as good as desktop. Well done Exodus team!

A great wallet for sure. Fast service, Send and exchange better then any other wallet I ever used. Always loads right up. Very convenient seeing how the list of available crypto currency’s you can buy and exchange is the biggest I’ve seen. And the current price are always super accurate. I really love it here I’m glad I found Exodus wallet, it really is a game changer thank you Exodus. If you are considering a new crypto wallet Expdus is definitely the way to go.

Exodus is very clean and user friendly. I’m very happy using Exodus it’s not like the other crypto wallets. It’s very clean and has a lot of great features that I like. Scrolling through your favorite coins and hitting receive there’s no question on what your address is, very nice. My other favorite feature is the share with other devices feature very easy no hassle, I have it on all my devices. I would recommend it to anyone, very user friendly.

I really wish they bring back the opening visual. Hello Devs! App is absolutely perfect been using for almost 5 years now and for a short time there you guys had this wicked opening visual when unlocking the wallet and I hope some day you guys/gals decide to let users have the option to turn that on/off in the future. Has every coin I HODL. So far, so good. Easy to use interface, great user experience. Exodus was the only wallet that had all of my particular coins. A much added bonus is earning APY interest on a few of my coins while stored in the wallet. However, I wish that I could see more stats about my particular holdings. The wallet only shows current value and percent change on the day. What I’d like to see is my initial investment, total percentage change, and total ROI—for this I still use Blockfolio.

Exodus is great tbh. Exodus is really awesome, they don’t tax a lot if you’re just trying to add crypto especially ones at penny prices. Just don’t try to spam with small deposits and small withdrawals, they will tax you more and make sure you don’t flood the system and slow it down for everyone trying to use the app. The tax is there for the security of the transfers, and so if spammers try to make a lot of small deposits they either get blocked or taxed a lot. Works really good especially for holding until you get a hard wallet. Good app

Easiest app out there, no customer support. I have 5 apps on my phone to buy or exchange crypto. Exodus is so easy to send or receive crypto from a variety of wallets I even installed it for my 2 sons so I could give them allowance in Crypto. The only issue, which is a big issue, is that I can’t seem to buy any other crypto directly with fiat money other than Bitcoin. If I want non Bitcoin crypto I am wasting money in exchange fees. I could live with buying from Coinbase and sending it here. But my biggest issue is I have emailed customer service twice with no response on how to buy other crypto and avoid the Bitcoin exchange fees. This is also not clear in the FAQ. Neglect makes me mad.

Awesome non invasive alternative to Coinbase scum. After using Coinbase for over 3 years I got tired of the constant hassle and attempts at theft by the scum who run Coinbase. The last transaction attempt costing me over 500 dollars in lost funds just getting my money out after yet another hoop to jump through was added to any currency sent. Exodus has been a breeze and doesn’t set up hurdles to access your own money at all. This app is amazing so far. I’m so happy I found it!

More than happy so far after 3 years. There’s only one Exodus and it’s great. There still are risks with self custody, but the app has been really good. I have been very active on both the phone and PC app for about 3 years with pretty much no issue. I stake almost all of the available to stake coins and that has worked very well. The Exodus team also puts out very professional and useful information. Great ALGO staking feature. I am grateful that the Exodus team provides this wallet. Top Notch - Really Just Needs One New Coin. I’m a huge fan of Exodus; I actually started using their desktop app way back the first year it was released … I’ve always been impressed by the integrity of the team, and also the design language and UI / UX has always been the best that crypto has to offer. I will say this: I would use this app A TON if Exodus would bring on Syscoin as a new coin ($SYS). DYOR, but SYS is gonna be huge in the coming years, and I would love to have self-custody of it on my iPad, iPhone and Mac. Please and thank you!

Nice app so far. So far everything seems to be working as advertised. Got started using the desktop app first a week ago. I just did an initial sync to the mobile and it worked flawlessly. I'm not sure if it's an active sync or if I have to manually move stuff around if I add later on to one or the other. My only real gripe is with the state of Texas not allowing me to purchase via the app. It's frustrating to be forced through an exchange or work through something off shore via vpn. Otherwise so far so good, I would recommend.

A simple success. I am new to Exodus, but have tried a bit of different Wallets previously. So far, Exodus has surpassed my expectations. I’ve have occasionally had to reach out to the Exodus tech team with operational questions, which we all answered in detail (video tutorials & step by step instructions) in a matter of minutes. Additionally I have found the simplicity and interface with Trezor to be unparalleled with other Wallets on the market.

Great wallet. This is by far one of the best crypto wallets out there and it seems to just keep getting better. I would like to see more of the desktop features come to mobile. Such as the rewards screen, the ability to sort the wallet list, and the portfolio view. It would also be nice if there was a widget for quick looks or specific monitoring. I have also noticed that the notifications don’t show unless I open the app. It would be nice if they were a push notification. It would also be great if there was a tablet app that resembles the desktop version and full features. With the larger screen, there is no reason not to. Currently, the same app on iPhone is on iPad, despite the obvious differences and it makes for a very bad misuse of space and function. But overall, great app. I haven’t seen any other wallet provide anything to draw me away.

Better than Jaxx Liberty. I’m still waaaay in the beginning phases of learning about crypto, hodling, and being smart about my money. However, what little experience I have so far has been positive. I started with a Jaxx Liberty wallet, which I still use a little, but was never fond of their front end; and I found navigating it to be confusing to a noob. On a recommendation, I downloaded Exodus, and I couldn’t be happier about it (so far). The interface is more intuitive; purchasing crypto is easier; and I’m finally getting an understanding of my money. Thanks, Exodus!

Great wallet!. Exodus has lots of great features and security. It can be used as a hot wallet or as software to access a Trezor cold wallet. You can stake your crypto from inside the app, but the only drawback is you only get one choice of stake pool which is Everstake. Still, the rates are in line with industry standards. This wallet works on both desktop and mobile, so it’s great to have access anywhere. If you’re looking to make the next step to get your crypto off exchanges and into your possession, this wallet is great!

Overall: A Great Wallet. I use this as my main storage wallet for all of my coins. I hold on Robinhood also, but this app offers an easy to navigate, aesthetic pleasing, and scalable UI. I move a lot of funds with Exodus & they are always safe. The support team reaches out in sometimes 8 hours or less, and they respond promptly, and are to the point when it comes to helping you out. Great team. Binance, and other competitors are also incredible, but nothing beats the simplicity of Exodus for tracking and holding your assets. Thank you Exodus for the gains & the operability. 🗣🙏🏻 Side note: I would add to your marketing. Exodus actually allows you to buy with certain debit cards on apple pay, and the BTC shows up in less than 30 minutes. There is an untapped market in College kids, and I think some affiliation program would greatly effect the future of Exodus being s decentralized way to make micropayments to my friends and colleagues. Perfect one drawback. Amazing everything was flawless, worked perfectly, but it didn’t seem to work well with NiceHash. NiceHash doesn’t like people mining with them, and using a different wallet. Your payout time won’t be as often and you have to have around 50$ to withdrawal. Other than that, it worked amazingly. I was anonymous the whole time, didn’t have to give them any info. I just started out mining the wallet was easy and simple to use with a sickkkkk interface.

I go from my portfolio of assets, but when I go to exchange it shows less of my actual holdings. Other than that; you're a solid platform and I appreciate your customer service...

Best Crypto Wallet right now. I’m not a fan of hard Christoval it’s due to the risk of losing it or losing the password let me unlock it. It could even get damaged and then you’re out of luck. With a software-based crypto wallet on the cloud like this, I can access it from multiple devices and always see what my balances. It also has a built-in exchange. The big reason I am only giving it four stars instead of five stars is because the exchange rates are not clear. I don’t know what their business model is. If you don’t plan to use the exchange, I would easily consider this wallet with five stars.

Decent Wallet. I am still relatively new to the Crypto life. I like its security and plethora of Crypto wallets. I would rate it 5 stars, but the way the exchange from one asset to another is lacking. If there was a smaller minimum to trade for another asset, then the rating would be higher. Overall, its a nice wallet/app. Edit: The fees are something I can understand. It is the fact a minimum of over $100 of Ethereum has to be exchanged is a bit over the top. If the minimum is smaller, like maybe $10-$20 dollars, then the app would get a Five Star review from me.

Amazing lay out design and security. This has, in my opinion, out performed any competition Exodus may have had. The lay out does not make you feel as if it is a crypto wallet. It gives a comforting sense of security in how user friendly the application is. I have been moving crypto from other wallets into Exodus for some time now. I think it has become my #1! Keep up the great work Exodus! Can’t wait to see what you all have in the future for us!

Super easy and probably. Most non tech people would love it. Clean and pretty interface. I don’t like the minimums to swap OR buy especially with heightened market activity through the app. Other apps are more tolerant of lower numbers. It’s also lacking quite a few coins but has the bull of what most average people would ever dream about. If your just wanting to hold popular crypto then this is a good wallet. If you chase all the gems then you’ll need some extra wallets as I’m sure you already know.

Great service. This a great service and great wallet for beginners. It does work with a ton of alt coins, as well. There are also other apps that you can basically add onto Exodus to expand its capabilities, the exchange is something I recommend. The way they kept capabilities and applications separate was very smart because the app doesn’t overwhelm newbies or scare them away. They master the purchasing and wallet aspects first, then, add on the exchange and start flippin’ coins once they are ready. 5 star app.

Beautiful, Safe, and Useful. I’ve been using the desktop app since 2017 and have been VERY pleased! This is the only wallet I would trust on my phone and it is beautifully and thoughtfully designed. Minimalistic and uncluttered. Yes, they are working on syncing from desktop to phone app but it’s not ready yet. I trust that the reason is the complicated security measures need to be implemented (some not even conceived of yet). But Exodus is a very trustworthy company and will only put it out when security is assured. I’ll wait for safety. Well done!

DO NOT USE! Bitcoin jail!. I deposited a small amount of Bitcoin just to earn some interest while holding. When it came Time to withdraw that Bitcoin is when the issues started. You have to have a minimum amount of Bitcoin deposited before you can withdraw. So I had to deposit more Bitcoin paying high gas fees just to withdraw what I had in. The deposit time takes 30 min+ I think mine took about an hour. Any other exchanges are near instant. Then after submitting my withdrawal it was flagged for further review which took them almost a day to notify me. I had to fill out a form giving them a picture of my Drivers license and then for them to tell me it could take another 3 business days to approve. Again any other exchange is near instant. Beware of this app.

Great wallet. This wallet is extremely easy to use and is very functional. It has a lot of different types of crypto that you can store on it. This wallet has the most diverse amount of coins then most that I have tried out. It’s exchange feature is amazing and has many of the lesser known coins that you can exchange into. It also gives you the option to directly buy Bitcoin using Apple Pay which is amazing and something I really wanted. I strongly recommend this wallet.

Great Wallet expensive Exchange. Love the wallet and the features but to convert crypto it requires to much to convert you need a min of $65 to exchange anything. That being said I love the wallet and how it tracks everything it feels more secure in the wallet than on an exchange as I own my keys. Support has been awesome just takes some time to get a response but that’s to be expected right now with the craze of crypto . I love the staking feature where I can earn while my balance stays safe in my wallet. I love the selection of coins that this app offers meaning I can grow my portfolio which a range of coins that I believe in.

Nice app!. I use both the mobile and desktop versions of Exodus and it’s a very good app. I like the look and feel of it, and how you can trade a lot more coins than other exchanges. I also use Coinbase along with Exodus and like how easy it is to send and receive from one app to the other. I would recommend this app for people wanting to buy and hodl different types of currencies. The app also allows you to make backups of your wallet and keeps your information encrypted. However, I do not like how I cannot transfer smaller amounts of crypto because I don’t have minimum balance required. I think that’s stupid and should be updated.

New to crypto- easy!. After a week of researching wallets for my modest investment, finally heard a recommendation for this free wallet. I love it! It was very easy to set up. I was a little uneasy with the lack of personal info requested. Unlike all the other crypto services and exchanges I have signed up for, this requires no ID!!! I know this is all part of the point and beauty of block-chain, but it is very counterintuitive to someone new to this whole theory! I love the ease of the interface, and the ability to see my portfolio and manipulate it easily in real time. You have a new fan! Just recommended to another newbie like myself.

Hands down best crypto wallet. Coinbase is great, restricted tho for getting in and out of crypto assets, also where actual staking rewards are 9% coinbase offer 5%. Where does that extra profit go? You guessed it, coinbase bottom line. Exodus looks out for you the crypto holder, making exchanges simple and quick, do they charge some higher fees, yes, I would like to see a decrease there, but app is extremely well put together and completely secure if ur not a moron and take screenshots of ur 12 phrase codes. Highly recommend, as soon as I get crypto it’s sent to Exodus without fail.

Best wallet I’ve had. This is the best by far wallet I’ve had and used. I’ll be keeping this one! Just a suggestion though, is it possible to make the crypto’s individual info smaller. Example is let’s say o only have 5 or 6, it still feels like I’m scrolling for a while just to see them all. This is due to the individual crypto displays section is much too big. Basically it may need to be slimmer that way they stack better when looking at them and reduces the scroll time. Other than that PERFECT!!!!

Beautiful, almost perfect crypto multi-wallet. It couldn’t get much better than this. Beautiful interface, and supports *almost* all but the most obscure coins. (ZIL comes to mind). That said, updates are almost daily, so if it’s not there today, it may be soon. My only reservation is the inability to manually set miner transaction fees (BTC/ETH mainly my concern—sometimes the fee, especially on BTC just doesn’t make sense, especially for small amounts where speed isn’t a concern). I get why it’s not an option, but simply adding the option within the expert settings would be hugely helpful. Other than that, this is the perfect wallet. Thanks Exodus.

Don’t Listen To 1 Stars. The people voting 1 star lack a basic understanding of gas prices, mining fees, and just blockchain as a whole. Functionally speaking, this wallet is the best I’ve seen. The reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because you’ll need to use a portfolio manager to get more accurate/relevant information about Crypto and your gains/losses. Download this wallet and connect it to a portfolio manager if you plan to hodl or exchange coins that aren’t on bull run. If you expect to find an exchange or wallet with lighting fast transaction speeds in the US, then you probably came here to wind a wallet to store your DOGE in, and you should probably do some more research.

Disappearing Act. I thought that perhaps half of the money I had transferred into Exodus had just not arrived, and that was why I could only send half out. NOPE. They had just charged me a $60 fee to send $60. I mean, if someone just pushed me down on the street and took $60 from me, somebody would call the cops. Reached out to customer service twice. Exodus customer service reached out to me zero. As about 7 hours have passed, I have begun to accept the fact that I got robbed, and that I am not going to see that money again. It will be worth it, though, if this review can keep just one other person from using this app, keep just one other person from being stolen from.

Great, or the best crypto wallet!. This is a great crypto wallet. I have been using it for more than 3 years now and like it even more. The team behind it are always building new features and the customer service is really good. They’re respond is almost always within 2 hours, in my experience. And very easy to use. If you are a beginner in crypto or even an experienced one. This is the wallet to have for your portfolio. Download it, you won’t regret it!

Love you but can barely use app. Not your fault. I live in Washington. Still don’t understand how I can’t trade any of my coin but I don’t use anything on exodus that’s not stored on my Trezor. Made that mistake once and it’s taken me almost a year to get my funds back, even though no one had a problem letting me put them in, buy shares of stock for IPO and Otherwise. No indication I wouldn’t be able to trade once I put my money in. Read the fine print I guess…

Great wallet app. Everything is nice and sleek. For the most part i have no issues. Just one thing to keep in mind. Since its not an exchange there is no API support. Which means when using the exchange function my crypto tax software cant automatically import transactions / fees i paid. This resulted in a lot of manual input on my end to figure out my taxes. Knowing this now i will continue to use exodus as a wallet but will probably not use the exchange function anymore. Ive also been waiting for almost a month now for exodus to finish upgrading the Cosmos wallet. Ive been trying withdraw my ATOM for almost 2 months now. One month of unstaking and now a month of waiting for exodus to finish the network upgrade. Apparently the blockchain finished the upgrade awhile ago just waitin on exodus to allow me to move my funds

This app shuts down, or blocks us from trading. Stay away from this app!!!!!! This app prevents users from buying currency. One minute, you can purchase it, the next minute, it’s listed as “Temporarily Unavailable,” to trade. Sometimes you will get a message saying that the currency is having connectivity issues, etc... In the meantime the currency is fluctuating in price, and you’re not able to buy in at your desired price point. Just a fair warning! Update: when the currency became available again, almost 5 days later. I didn’t have enough funds because the coin price skyrocketed, and BTC plummeted. Therefore, I needed to add more $$ just to purchase the coin. Instead, I moved to another competitor, Voyager, that allows me freedom to spend what I want without giving me a minimum to rate to buy in at. This app is not good at all!!!!!!!!

New client. While I plan on learning rapidly and as much as possible, I am a 62 year old novice to a wallet and features thereof. That being said, I found everything difficult to navigate. I’m not a computer genius admittedly but neither am I computer illiterate. I am grateful to know that my Account is very very secure. I look forward to my new journey, despite challenges getting on board with it. This is sort of difficult to accomplish for someone in my circumstances, I have a disability which is PTSD that interferes with my ability to figure out things sometimes because stress over rides. I will be a happy camper though once things go through!

Expensive Trading Fees. Wouldn’t Recommend. I appreciate the sleek design, but the minimum trading between coins is ~ $215 USD which is a LOT. I’m honestly just trying to find a crypto wallet that I can trade dollars with—not hundreds and thousands. I bought $50 of Bitcoin thinking I could transfer it to DOGEcoin but apparently not because I don’t meet that minimum. Also, the trading fees are EXPENSIVE. For that minimum $215, they take off ~$20, so you lose money just by trading. Look, I get it. You guys probably only make profits off of trading fees and every other crypto wallet does that too. I just don’t see the worthwhile of paying that much in trading fees to have crypto. Sorry, I’ll stick with my real life dollar bills.

Great Crypto Host -. Exodus is a welcoming host, easing transport of disparate assets into a cohesive platform. Displays are concise and informative. Since the product appears to be self-driven, I was surprised when I had a concern about an abnormality that I thought I caused in my account. Expecting very little, I sent correspondence to the contact address and got a quick and informative response as well as a commitment to “clean up” the errant information that was confusing. Days later, it was gone. I hope to expand my usage as my crypto portfolio grows.

My Review. Waller gets 1 star. Wallet required me to have $60 worth of Ethereum exchange Dai to Elrond. Ridiculous!!. Plenty of wallets available where its not needed such as Nexo Wallet, Youhodler, Coinbase just to name a few. I sent $250 (Eth) received $235 because of gas fees. Yet i needed more Eth for an exchange why? I can’t recommend this wallet as of now. Again, many wallets don’t require anyone to be locked in when staking or earning interest. Yet, this wallet takes up to 7-10 Days to unstake. Which isnt good in case the individual wants to cash out List of things Exodus needs in there wallet. 1. No minimum requirement for crypto exchanges 2. Earn interest without being locked in 3. More interest earn for more crypto (there isn’t enough) cant earn any with Bitcoin, Ethereum, Elrond, Hedera, Bitcoin Cash, BNB etc. which are the bigger names in the crypto space 4. Option to switch to cold wallet Im surprise Exodus doesn't have Hydra, Helium, Kusama, and Monacoin which are popular. Perhaps once Exodus have made these updates ill reconsider using them again.

Would be great except.... The aspect of having control over your wallet, being able to sync your mobile wallet with your desktop wallet(and vice versa), and the vast array of crypto you can store in the wallet are all things I love. However it’s very frustrating to not be able to set your own network and mining fee with the application. When leaving it up to the Exodus algorithm, it calculates how much you should pay in fees to ensure your transaction is almost instant. Which can be costly. Causing me to spend $600 purchasing crypto, only end up with $400 after fees. Until this situation has been addressed you can be sure I will hold my crypto until I regain what I have lost then will be removing my crypto from this wallet.

Impressed with everything so far. I downloaded Exodus yesterday after reading through Reddit and seeing it was highly recommended by many people. I transferred my portfolio from coinbase yesterday and love that I am now the holder of the keys! There were a few crypto currency’s I wasn’t able to transfer over so wanted to ask if you will be adding those anytime soon. They are: Celo (CGLD), NuCypher (NU), The Graph (GRT), and Band Protocol (BAND) I would love to get those off of my coinbase and into my Exodus wallet if possible! Other than that, I have been very happy with my choice to use Exodus!

Nickel and dimed to death. I’ll preface this by saying that I don’t have a lot of experience with wallets or even crypto transfers. But so far my experience has felt very.. expensive. I moved all of my funds off kucoin the other day (which took a little effort in order to transfer with the lowest fees) Once the transfer was completed I believe I moved everything to a USD based stablecoin with the intent of dollar cost averaging into BTC. Once I’m there, I find out that their trading service runs on ETH and won’t let me swap coins until I get some. So now I’m buying ETH through their system, just (which has minimum amount you can buy of ~$20) just so I can swap to bitcoin and stay on the wallet. I don’t have a lot of cash in the game yet, so this venture has cost me roughly 5% of my portfolio size AND because of how long it’s taken me to complete all the steps, I’ve missed out on the most recent 15% jump in bitcoin price. All of this makes me heavily consider jumping over to a competitor.
