It’s Magical. I track my time in the sauna, and this app magically turns it into exercise minutes!! Perfect for Challenges. My wife and I use everyday after going into our home sauna!! Feature request: easily allow one person to track and submit for 2 users or allow easy sharing of the stats so one person can track, then send an easy link with the sauna information to the other. I find one of us will forget to submit, so then it’s a bit of work to go back through older entries to get the other’s updated.

Misleading. It’s a gloried notepad that cost money

No Watch?. Watch is my primary method for fitness tracking, would be great to have that!

Great App!. Great app! Love that i can track my Sessions and keep track with out having to write in a journal! I love that i can easily look history and the notes i kept.

Kind of a rip off. It’s so basic for an app that costs money. I thought it might track you through your sauna session so you can see how your body is reacting and maybe get some feed back. All it does it let you manually enter your sauna info. You enter time, date, duration, and temperature, that’s it. You could just dictate that to Siri or stick it in a note.

Great app - as long as you don’t migrate to a new phone. Love the app, the interfaced data to health & consistent tracking of my sauna time. However, after damaging my original phone - the data didn’t migrate to my new device the way I had hoped. Everything prior to today was great, permissions are identical on all devices - but today’s entries no longer sync. Which is pretty frustrating Realizing there’ll be a lag in developer response - I opted to download my data in the csv (which is highly detailed & helpful), uninstall everything & reinstall and add my old data back in. Good thing I didn’t have any big plans this weekend Lol

Love it!. I use it everyday. The only request that I have would be be to have a timer for duration.

Good way to keep track of sauna time, but lacking essentials. I like tha app in general, but it doesn’t integrate very well with health app. Live heart rate data logging with sauna would be nice

Great app for sauna tracking. This is a gem for tracking sauna usage. My only wish is watch support.

Does not track calories or pair with Apple Watch. The whole reason I down loaded this app was to track the calories I burned in a sauna. It does not do that. I saw an article on saunahelper.com and it stated this app would track calories and pair with Apple Watch. I’ll continue to trouble shoot but for now, I don’t see it working at all. All it does for you it what the title says. Logs the info. That’s it!

Not worth $1.99. Does not sync with apple health, does not track heart rate or calories burned. It just logs the basic infor. Sauna, 10 minutes, temp 175 and adds a button to say of you did a cold plunge or not. There is no benefit to buying this app. And if you contact support they will not get back to you.

So far so good!. Just logged my first hot log whilst taking a bathe in the sauna, I dig the interface - let’s go 2020! To healthier habits & living a pure clean life. -WesCoast

Add timer. Just bought the app, seems pretty good for what it has but definitely wanting an Apple Watch app where you can have a timer to keep track of exactly how long you’re in the sauna for. I always put a timer when I go in the sauna so it would be amazing to be able to do this.

Does exactly what it states. Simple tracking program for Sauna sessions. Has all the needed metrics to track. Also tracks cold plunges

Useless.. Can’t even get it to work. If it is working what does it do.

Poorly thought about. Says can track ice baths and has a toggle but can’t track temps below 30c in the app which makes no sense. The temp field should allow for more values to track ice bath temps.
