Great App for Boating. The information and forecast on this app are excellent. Helps me plan ahead with family and friends, avoid really windy days, see more sunsets, predict low tide and maybe fish better.

Never go out blind. I trust this app and if says active I’m fishing but if doesn’t,than I should’ve listened lol

Easy and Accurate!. This app is super easy to use. Perfect for anyone who needs to know what the water conditions are at any given time. Great display of info!

Data Pack Ads Don’t Close. The data pack ads do not close when pressing the Close or Do Not Show again buttons on the bottom of the screen. When will that be fixed? I can’t find the old version where this is said not to be happening. What a shame.

Questions for the developers. I have sent 3 emails through their support option in the app and have received no responses. What is the best way to reach them with questions about the app? — is it possible to link a forecast to a specific weather station? — what is the weather data source used for Florida east coast. Wind, temps not accurate at all for Jacksonville area. — are you planning to add wind/gust/direction and surf swell to SeaQuest?

Changing stations. The app Is great for fishing close by but the problem that I have is how do you switch it for places 50,60 miles out maybe 100 miles out or all over the state of California

Clickbait, requires cash to use effectively. This app requires money if you want to view the next day of information. Which means you cannot use it to plan anything unless you pay for a “data pack”. Great for same day stuff, but you can just walk outside and get that…lol.

Pretty pointless.. I used the website all the time regularly, I was very excited when the app came out. I was then very disappointed to see I have to pay to gain access to the same information that’s free on the website (tides4fishing). This seems very poorly planned, for this reason I don’t use the app and instead go to where I can get the same information without paying. Pretty disappointing.

Website is better than the free app. The free version of this app is pretty useless. Ads cannot be closed except by going to the advertiser’s website, and any wrong tap sends you to the purchase a data pack page that is difficult to get out of. Unless you are going to spend $40 per year for a single area package it’s easier to use the website.

Frustrating. This app is a great app when it allows you to see information you were looking for. I simply want to know when High and low tide is so I know where to park my beach chair. Every time I open the app, the app change to the screen that asks you to purchase the extended version. There is an X to close this screen. Except it won’t close. There’s also a little bell Says don’t show the screen again, again, except nothing happens when you tap the screen. It stays frozen. There’s no way to close it. It’s so frustrating.

Must have weather data for guide. Hands down this app helps me make decisions on where and when to take customers out in Galveston Bay. Because it is so specific to south shore, north shore, north jetty I can decide ahead of time where to launch my boat and what shoreline I will be fishing on. I recommend it to all my customers that are serious about planning a safe and enjoyable trip on Galveston Bay. I navigate the West bay and wind is a major challenge on the shallow oyster reefs. This app is essential in fish those areas. This app was shared with me by another fishing guide that said “get rid of any other weather app! This one is the only one you need! “ He was spot on.

Great App, issues with sea swell height though. I like this app, has everything in one place, keeps me from using multiple apps. Have been watching it for a while now, and the one issue I see is the sea swell data doesn’t seem correct. Today for example, 3 different stations all showing 8.5’ sea swell, when in fact there are only 1’ seas. If the developers can look at this and correct it, it would be a really good app

Most useful tool/app I have. This product is the most complete and useful app I have seen, IMO, and it always works! If you want more detail about weather, tides and fishing times, I highly recommend it. During hurricane Florence it was indispensable.

Wayyyyyyy too many ads. I find it extremely difficult to even consider purchasing the paid version when the free version requires you to watch a 30 second ad every single time you want to look at a different day. I understand the free version is limited and ad supported so people are encouraged to purchase the paid version but there’s so many ads, it’s almost impossible to navigate.

Pls add auto dark mode. App is great, one thing I would like to suggest is to add a toggle to follow iOS’s dark mode setting. Since I use auto dark mode (light mode during day and dark mode during night) the app doesn’t follow that, and instead just stays in either light or dark mode.

Fantastic!. I live and work directly on the shore and this so gives me the conditions that I am actually experiencing 100 yards away from the water everyday every season. It’s very accurate and I use this to plan daily activities.

Just get it from website. I was excited about the App finally coming out on phone and have waited a long time for this. I guess you are trying to pay back the development costs or something... but i have to say that paying for the data is just not worth it for me when you have all the data for free on your tides4fishing website. Why pay for data when this information is free on the website. Most people have 4G now and you can get all the data online for free. Annual data won’t show things like barometric pressure or weather... The ads are a bit irritating too. I accidentally click on it when I was in the office and a loud game popped up (not good) Sorry i removed the app from my phone and will use website.

Most comprehensive app to date. Covers the most info in a single app. Has everything needed for planning

Love it when it works. This is an awesome application but get frustrated when it freezes. I power-cycled my iPhone, and reloaded the app. But now it is stuck trying to download data. Please help! I rely on this great collection of data, all in one app!

Absurdly complicated interface. The app carries a lot of information, but I’d rather prefer less information to be more readable. The main screen is literally a cluster of icons to be interpreted that you’ll get lost when you start using the app. To this day I have to concentrate and guess if I need to see what’s the weather going to be like… Not to mention that the weather forecast is seldom realistic.

All the information I need to bring home the fish!. Very informative website created as an app. Very handy tool for any saltwater fisherman.

Best Nautical App too Date. Easy too use. Highly Recommend using this Information prior too hitting the water or field .

Needs a summary tab. There are too many tabs and it is hard to get an overall sense whether to go fishing or not. There should be an index page that show the summary of all the different tabs.

One of the best. As someone who likes to fish I find myself with several different apps to gather information to go fishing. This app has it all in one place. I find the layout easy to read and understand and the information is logically placed. Only thing I could ask for now is version such as this for inland freshwater information.

Wait too many ads unless you pay subscription fee. This has far too many ads and personally myself I refuse to pay for an app that has a subscription. I have no problem paying a one time fee for an app but will never do any type of subscription fee.

Not good. Downloaded and used, realized what I wanted had to pay some money, so…., paid the money, nothing happened, checked apple to see if my money went through, check, tried to contact the developer…….cricket sounds all around, deleted the app out of shear frustration. Could be a good app when opened but I will never know.

Nice App if you live/play near the coast. While you can get the actual data for free from various websites, the presentation, lack of ads and having it all in one place is worth the subscription fee for the data pack (a buck and change a month when you divide it out) Works great on iPhone 7S and iPad Air.

The BEST I’ve seen. This App is so visually appealing, I can’t imagine anything better. Super accurate, all the information you need. I’m even ditching my weather apps. This is well worth the money.

No Widget??. This app would be 5 stars if it offered a widget for your Notification Center. I paid for the full version and it’s disappointing that it doesn’t have this feature...

Almost everything one page. I like the app. I’ve worked in the the Gulf of Mexico driving Supply Boats for 40 years and this type of information is valuable. I’ve had a number of such apps over the years and this has proven to be the best. I especially like the Summary page. This page is a great idea. It’s even more convenient you can click items on the Summary page and bring up a pop up with detailed information. One thing I don’t see on the Summary page is wind. Also it would be a great option to be able to select and deselect the items you wish to appear within the circle that indicates tidal direction. This option could help to unclutter the page, less confusion and tailor the page to individual preferences. Even so it’s the best app I’ve found.

Best Tidal App. Have been using for over a year .. this is my go to app to determine when I go boating & fishing .. lots of info in a single app with great interface.

A must have tool for any avid Salt water angler. I fish in NE Florida and I use this app everyday, it becomes your bible. 100% recommend this app to any salt water angler!!!!

Great app. I use this app every day. It is very convenient. You can even order the various metrics however, you want so that it’s convenient on the first couple of screens I keep wind surf and tides, then activity. The only change I would make would be to be able to turn off some of the features tat do not interest me for a quicker run through. Really like Nautide and use it every day.

Get it now!. The most integrated app I own. So much info at a glance. The developers should be proud of themselves!

Now has ads even if you pay. I’ve used this app for years and paid for it annually. It’s great and I love the interface. Recently though, the app only allows me to view information of the current day and requires me to watch an ad every time I want to see information for future days. I won’t be buying it again and will miss it.

Nautide. Hands down the best weather app you can use if you are a fisherman or just love being outdoors in general!

Portrait mode on ipad stinks. Even worse it makes you rotate the thing to landscape to see tide graphs, but then back to portrait for main app. Please create landscape-only mode. Awesome app otherwise (albeit somewhat complex and non-intuitive)…

The best, all the info you could want. A comprehensive app for fishing, tides, solunar, etc. only one thing to aspire to: Apple Watch app. Multi year subscriber, graduated from Tides4Fishing. I’m a big believer in moonphase info. Truly an impressive, attractive and easy to use app.

Great app, steep price.. The price for information that’s free to me elsewhere seems a little steep. Although the app seems wonderfully thought out, I’ll likely just continue to use the tides4fishing website or another app.

Old reviews that are now obsolete. This app has EVERYTHING you are looking for. If you’re a beach goer, surfer, or angler like myself, there is no other app like it. It tells you everything you need to know and more, and if you do fish, compiles all of the data to tell you fishing activity. I can tell you first hand as well that it is all accurate. Wind, tide, surf, water pressure, moon phase, and more. I do not write a lot of reviews. It’s only when I use an app for a month straight that I will do, and this exceeded what I was expecting. I’ve had 0 issues with this app and is a must install for anyone near the ocean that goes regularly.

Expensive but best comprehensive tide and all around app. This is a great app, I’ve been using for years. All this info in one place is very user friendly, get to know it! It’s expensive but if you need this kind of info with a user friendly interface I nightly recomen it!

Sensational. The amount of information you can have at the touch of your fingertips is amazing. It’s so easy to use and has a plethora of tools and data. At the end of the day, though, any time is a great time to go fishing.

Great App!!. This is my go to app for fishing. Please add availability for Apple Watch. All the other apps are very poor in comparison. Also extra idea for developers, get a full fishing activity app that tracks your hiking (go to spot) for example and lure casting/reeling and fighting the fish,exercise tracking physical activities related to fishing (land based or offshore) it would be amazing

Looks fine to me.... It gives you annoying ads. Need to work out how to make them stop, but even the free version is packed with features and information.

This app. If you look up Thiess 4 fishing in google you can look up every thing you want for free more if you get the apparently free app you cannot get everything you want unless you pay for a data pack that tells me I cannot go do Anything till I buy the days pack so it is not free my friend actually have the tides4fishing logo app and is free so go figure I think I will just look it up in google where I get every thing I want for free

Too expensive.. I would like to use this app but it’s too expensive for the information it provides. It’s cheaper to buy a whole tide guide and access the weather information on the radio. You know, the old fashioned way. As with everything online, the endless ads make it unusable.

Great app, but has some bugs. Love the app, but the options to buy packs and even restore purchases didn’t work on my iPhone XS. I instead installed it onto my iPad Pro, and managed to buy packs on that, but still can’t restore my purchases on my phone. Pretty annoying since I don’t bring my iPad around in my pocket everywhere.

Stop asking me to rate !!!!. The app is great … If you could use it without constantly being asked to rate it ! And to use it without spending half the time watching adds you need to subscribe. A good app once you get past the annoyances

Prices itself out. Really nice app with great concept. $20 per year is just too much to look at data that’s available online in a browser for free. Would happily purchase for a realistic price.

Data integrity? Wrong Air Temperature. Using App in Navarre Beach, FL. App air temp says 52F. Actual temp is 66F. Not even close. Makes me wonder about the accuracy of the rest of the data. Tide predictions seem in line with NOAA, but how can you be 14F off on current air temp?

Helps me catch fish. It's crazy how accurate the tides and fish periods are if you fish you NEED this app 100%

Enormous amounts of free information. I was just looking at tides but was pleasantly surprised the app (and the website) has tons more information. This must be gold for those who need it offline or for long ahead of time forecasts. And all of this in under 30 megabytes! (facebook crap app has almost 300mb...) The only bugs I’ve found so far are: 1) there is a constant delay between touching the user interface and the user interface reaction - something like 100..200miliseconds but enough to annoy future loyal users 2) in “probability” view, the “hour” line head of the table should be pinned so when you scroll down, it should stay visible - currently it scrolls down with content and you cannot know what each column means

Data packs..... Why would I pay you for data when I can load the same data free on your web page?

Ads are a pain in the rear. Not worth getting this app due to ads that make you watch videos to release content. Much easier to google and get info than use this app. Deleting it!
