Useless. This app didn’t work at all. Specifically got it to mobile order food which the hotel has signs posted everywhere encouraging you to use. But there is an area message stating “not accepting mobile orders at this time.” I called the front desk and the response was “oh yeah the mobile app is working right now.” … then don’t advertise it everywhere. The app also kept stating “check in not available until 24 hours before your reservation” when it was obviously day of. Don’t waste your time, totally useless.

Great place - useless app. Someone else commented that it would not let them use mobile check in because they booked with a 3rd party - but we booked direct and apparently were still not part of the “randomly chosen”(?) group of people who could use it, at least according to the employees and some of the also somewhat conflicting things they told us after we arrived (2 also said it was my fault for supposedly having “missed my mobile check in window” and 1 tried to tell me that check in doesn’t actually mean check in). Incredibly frustrating.

Don’t even know where to start….. Poorly managed, staff all seemed against each other, saw arguments often. No one is trained properly. The hours are wrong on the app. Nor did the employees know the hours. Employees spent most of their breath complaining about management. The ones that were knowledgeable, and seem to know somewhat what is going on mostly gave away product and earned cash Tips, this was what I can only assume they have lost faith and are no longer loyal to the company. Mimosas and bloody Mary’s out at breakfast but available at the pool. So no communication. Don’t bother ordering a pizza. You most likely will not know where or how to order it. You may or may not get it and if you do it WILL be wrong. Lots of Broken equipment making cocktails and food hard to make in a timely manner. Again, showing the management does not care about their people. On to magiquest, our 13 year old had the CC on his wristband and your employee said his personal rule is to have parents sign. Since when did staff get to make decisions for a National Company. Dunkin Closed on a Sunday morning??? Looking in the hallway grub hub is capitalizing off of you because food is unavailable. We Tried to get an itemized receipt and employee did not know how to print. $3000 in 2 day stay. Please do not waste your money.

It’s ok. Carpet in room smells like dirty, wet dog. AC in room was at lowest, we were still sweating throughout the night. Breakfast was ok, not great. Like fast food 👎 Hopefully, they stop smearing chocolate on french toast, gross. Scrambled eggs tasted like powdered kind. Real maple syrup is a better option than artificial. Organic, healthier cereals & yogurt should be an option. Whole milk should be an option. Remove the artificial or at least keep to a minimal, and promote healthy, whole foods. Children are learning how to eat from the food options they are provided.

Love Great Wolf Lodge. I learned about Great Wolf Lodge when it was Black Wolf Lodge at Wisconsin Dells. We never went until my brother took his daughter to the two locations in Ohio. We have found that the Manteca GWL was better than advertised. My older daughter did all the water rides and both levels of the ropes course and loved it. My younger daughter loved the wave pool and the characters. Highly recommended.

Could be better. I am very happy to say that this app is better than most reviews state if you are just trying to understand what is going on around the hotel. A nice feature to have might be a check out feature or maybe even a spot where you can have Digital paw/wolf/cub pass. There should also show thrill rating or age/height recommended for each activity. Overall there could be improvements.

It look’s pretty but not very functional. Like every Hotel App I Assumed it would let me check in on the app…it almost seemed like it would then said check in at hotel. They send a lot of emails saying to pre check in using the app and links thru text but none of them seem to link up to talk to each other inhad to go thru the email link the app is just trying to get me to buy more things and shows a “map” of the hotel sort of? Not worth the download if your looking for an app that will let you get everything done online before you arrive you will still need to go to front desk.

Birthday package. A birthday package was paid for to surprise our child. We had noticed after we got here that the birthday banner that was apart of the package was not on the door. After going to the front desk a couple hours later so the children had time to enjoy the water park, we told them at this point we no longer wanted the banner due to the fact the whole purpose of it was to surprise our child. They made a phone call and told us someone would be up to our room shortly. After sitting in our room for 15 minutes and no one showing up I decided to open the door. Upon opening the door there was now a birthday banner on our door! 15 minutes wasted of our children’s time they could have been enjoying another activity! No one came to the door nothing. There will NEVER be another stay here from us. I am very disappointed.

Great Customer Service. We had an issue with our room (minor but disrupted our sleep) and they went above and beyond to make sure it didn’t happen again and compensate us for the mishaps. I loved being able to text the front desk and was responded to in minutes. Very stellar empathetic team here

Too expensive. We went to the Great Wolf Lodge Saturday for the first time. Let me just say the slides were fun and my kids had a blast. But I was a little irritated with the chairs that were occupied by shoes and towels and not people. Also the cost to get in, the day passes, was overpriced. Then when you get in, you have to pay for a locker,$15, that is the size of a shoe box. Then the meals were $15 and that doesn’t include drink refills. This is geared towards families. Needless to say- I feel White Waters ibas more bang for your buck.

The best hotel ever!!!!!. Well let me first start of with.... it’s the best hotel ever!!!!!!! Me and my family had so much fun! When we first walked in we were impressed how well the check in people treated us really welcoming! We lived all the decorations, for example they had a big tree with wolf stuff, and it was a tree house! They had another tree with lots of animals and stuff on it! They had a clock tower with all the characters on it!! They were also moving and singing! The gift shop was awesome to! They put great prices on all the stuff! We got on the elevators, and they worked fast and good! We walked into the room and we were amazed! We bought the kids cabin and it had a Cabin with a vaunt bed and a regular bed!! It has great wolf lodge characters painted on the wood! The other side looked so good to! We got a balcony and we had a awesome view! And oh the water park it’s really good! It has a family slide so all your family can go on the slide! And the buffet was good! Your awesome great wolf lodge!

A bad experience. The Sandusky location is not on par with other locations we’ve visited. The water park is smaller and there are an inadequate number of chairs at the water park. The bowling alley is too small and you cannot make a reservation, you have to get lucky and happen by when a lane is available. The arcade, as usual, has some games that take credits from your card but fail to provide the game you paid for. I was told to wait by the machine and a tech would fix it. Thirty minutes later, we gave up and had to seek other remedies. Customer service is less than stellar. The room was clean and the linens were restocked.

Kid Dream Land. Not cheap, but fun. The room includes access to the water park. To have fun though and do all the extras (mining, mini golf, arcade, MagiQuest and wand, ice cream cone, cup of candy) you gotta buy a Wolf Pass (largest package) which is $80 per kid. The rope course is also extra. Not included in any package, and it’s $20 for unlimited daily access. There is a family package available. Our suite was called Grizzly Bear Suite and it was comfy for five. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms- one king, 2 queens, and a hide-a-bed. It was on sale for about $500 a night. Usual price was listed at $900. Second floor is very loud. The higher up you go, the better. Also, cabanas are extra and not worth it. You use your wristband to swipe for everything and the room is really close. No need to bring purses or phones or valuables in the water park. The MagiQuest is worth it, it’s super cute and the kids run around the hotel finding clues to save the day. The wands activate interactive stations, which is a delight. Overall AMAZING kid experience and parents- bring the Tylenol.

Family mini spring break. This year we decided to stay local as a family member is sick. The family is enjoying their stay and being in the pool is relaxing. We also like that there are so many activities for the kids.

Had a great time. James Z in the pool area helped me multiple times. Once when I couldn’t get into my locker and again when my toddler bumped his chin. So helpful. Much appreciated. Additionally, Cynthia read us a story even though we were late to story time. The kids loved it. She went above and beyond!

No where near the tire of service from a few years back. Our keys did not work for the room when we got up to the floor into the room that we had. Then our dining experience was subpar because we were told that it will be ready to certain time so when we went back they said they were test just to let us know when so far has been 45 minutes later and no text. I can’t imagine that all of these people are vaccinated but they were so many people not wearing mask. I did what I was supposed to do but I can’t see any kind of enforcement for anybody else. The people that are here or super rude. The families cut in in front of my family we was waiting on the elevator downstairs with a stroller and a small child and this other group of people just walked on the other way to right in front of us. The boiler is down. The water park is overcrowded. Everything is overcrowded. Our room is not the room that we were supposed to have that we thought we were getting. When we got here they said that there was a mistake but they couldn’t fix it until tomorrow because there were no more rooms available. Like I said we probably will not be coming back unless our kids are teenagers and they can do stuff on their own. Not a good idea to bring a young family here.

Moderately Useful. Map of the resort is helpful. Messaging the front desk for needed items was great. Times for activities were wrong. Menus are incomplete and don’t offer any place to specify allergies for in app ordering. Overall the resort does not have great signage so this is the only real option for some level of help besides trying to track down an employee who may or may not know what you’re asking about anyway, especially concerning events.

Smiles, friendly faces clean rooms wonderful service. Wow, Everything has been Wonderful from the time we walked in greetings were on point, we felt so welcome and at the Check in Nora just made it even better she was so friendly , helpful and it was all with a Smile , I’m not sure how long she has worked here, But she is a keeper , Great Job.. great Wolf. Will have to stay longer next time .

Won’t work!. I downloaded the app thinking it’d be quick and easy to do everything we wanted to do. But once I’m logged in, that’s it. That’s the end of what I can do- doesn’t matter how I login, I’ve tried via email address, got a white screen once logged in. Deleted, downloaded again and tried logging in by reservation number, got the same white screen after login. Deleted and downloaded yet again. Logged in via Google- nope. Same white screen after login. Deleting and not downloading again. Customer service’s wise advice was to use another supported device to try it out. Not worth the time and effort!

Over all. I’ve booked two day stay, 2nd floor the amount of noise was ridiculous even at night from 8-10ish stomping jumping as if there was an earth quake, call the front desk 3x and they said” quiet time is from 11-8am” didn’t bother to send anyone to Check the noise or anything ! For the amount of money you pay you would think they would try to do something, we ended up staying just for one day because it was impossible! They don’t try to accommodate the client at all!!

Awful. We came in June and what a better experience. This time they knew we had a baby and I asked for a pack and play and it was broken. I returned it to front desk and told them it was dangerously broken and the lady goes what am I supposed to do with this. Then, they put us in a handicap room right Above check in with no tub and my kids take baths and we aren’t handicap! The elevator noise alone ALL night long was awful. The lobby noise is insane until 10 pm and then the people laughing and talking loudly in lobby and front desk are awful. The microphone front trivia kept us up. My baby cried until 2 am we didn’t sleep. We won’t be back a third time

It’d be nice if it did everything as advertised. It’s great in theory, sadly the app just doesn’t deliver. The mobile checkin doesn’t allow for gift cards to be applied, and you can’t complete the pre-checkin process without submitting payment. The lodge will send messages to let you know important details like your room being ready, the water park opening and early, etc. however even with notifications on, you won’t actually get notified outside the app. The schedule duplicates items(ten-paw bowling was listed twice every day of our stay). The menu only worked for one of the restaurants during our stay. The best thing about the app was taking pictures with Wiley, and even that was difficult. It wouldn’t allow you to easily reposition him without going back to the main page.

Family Fun. Finally a place that is make for kids— Variety! Love the opportunity to visit the water park prior to check-in so time is not wasted in waiting on the room. The adventure park is an awesome place. Again Variety! The registration staff was very welcoming and friendly. ( Chick-fil-la vibes). The crew seem have good moral. They were laughing and playing and allow me sing with the , that was cool! The staff member at the food option Bucket not so friendly. ( McDonald vibes) It made us feel like we were bothering them to make an order. When I questioned the total I received instant attitude. In actually she was not listening and adding all combos to my order. Overall, good times. Looking back to our next visit. Absolutely love 38 minutes road trip back home with 2 boys. See you next time GWL!

Wonderful! Only one critique that I REALLY wish they would address.. The facility is clean, the lifeguards are vigilant, and when rooms go on sale, the prices are great. My only critique would be that there’s too many splashy features in the baby area which makes it hard for the babies to play in the pool. If you observe the baby pool, most people in it avoid most of the pool because there’s too much splashing water. It’s cold and too stimulating for little babies. We would come more often if this wasn’t the case because we have three very young kids.

Perfect Addition to our stay. I have no idea what everyone’s complaining about. We stayed one night and used the messaging for all our communication with the front desk. Someone named “Willow” even messaged me on our way in to say hello! We asked for pillows and towels and they were delivered on seconds to our room. All the times for shows were accurate too!

Can’t log in. I made an account with Great Wolf when I stayed there last month. I wanted to book another stay using the app but every time I try to log in there is a message that states my email or password is wrong. I can log into the website just fine but not the app. I’ve tried about everything to log in even hitting the forget my password on the app then resetting using the sent email. No luck. Gave one star because if I can’t login Then the app has no benefit.

convenient, but not great. The app is convenient for checking open/close times for attractions, messaging the front desk, etc. Best part is the online dining ordering from the food venues since it lets you skip the lines and just pick up your food when ready. EXCEPT check out day, then it won’t work for that at all - says you have to be checked in to your room to do mobile dining ordering. So even though you can stay at the park till 8pm on check out day, and still charge with your wristband, you cannot do mobile ordering with the app. I’ve questioned this issue several times (different visits, different lodges), and the response is always the same - “the app is down at the moment and you’ll have to order at the food venue”. This is of course the most diplomatic way for them to say the app doesn’t work that way and they don’t plan to let it work that way.

Chat doesn’t work; events are incorrect. After we arrived, I sent a message using the chat feature that no one ever responded to. I then sent another message, several hours later, along the lines of “is anyone out there?” and again received no response for the duration of our stay. Apparently no one is actually checking the messages there. Additionally, the schedule on the app is out of date, as we showed up for an event that wasn’t actually happening - the desk staff gave us a paper schedule and said to follow it instead. We have other issues with GWL that are not app specific, which will go in a review of the facility itself. All that said, the staff that you can interact with in person are all nice and the water parks and events are lots of fun for kids. We’d go back, but we would not waste our time on the app.

Family Birthday Trip. The Wolf lodge in Lagrange was great, the check in was a great experience, the staff was smiling, happy and so very helpful. Sorry to say that most of the other staff was not! The Duncan Dounuts staff looked like they were depressed and did not even ask can I help you. The staff at the Ben and Jerry was chatting together and not even concerned about the line of parents waiting to get ice cream with their kids. The pizza place girls were talking about the size of their boobs and actually comparing while we waited for our pizza. The pool should definitely be open by May, it is so beautiful and so many children and families wanting to use it

Overcharged. I booked a room and had the option to reserve a suite for 35$ extra… when I arrived and checked in they charge me 79$ instead of the 35$…. We have been long time customers and have visited several locations throughout the United States. They overcharged us for a couple of things and I left my room to grab a blanket from my car at 12 am they locked us out of our room while my children were sleeping in the room. I’m just saying…..you wanna spend some money and have a great vacation do not stay here

Meh.... I used the precheck in option which was nice. This allowed me to use a different line to get my keys once I arrived. I did not use any of the food ordering options in this app so I cannot comment on that feature. However, I did use the feature where it showed me the next grand lobby activity and that was nice. That feature allowed me to not use the website to see what the next activities were. I really disliked using the map because every time I zoomed in or out, the map would reload. I wished it would’ve zoomed in and out like a picture on your phone. One last thing, I tried using the chat option to reach customer service at the lodge and they have been unresponsive to this feature. I haven’t received any responses in 2 days but I ended up getting the answer from a staff member in the hallway. Does that feature not work?

Review. Great place, but granddaughter has sensory problems so she did not go to water park to nosey . She had fun at dance but spent a lot of time in her room. Great service especially our waitress at breakfast Daisy, Taylor also helped us with our room door. I was discreet that our granddaughter could not handle the people and water park area. We spent a lot of money on the trip .

Amazing!. We went over this weekend I have kids from 24 to 8 and they all had a great time! The food was good, the hamburger could have been cooked a little more but it was good! So much to do in a little time the water was warm and the lifeguards really pay attention to the people in the water! It was so safe! We are looking for a time to go back again!!

Struggled to open at first but eventually loaded. I downloaded the app with the intent to immediately see what it offered, but it wouldn’t fully load for a couple hours after download. I know it wasn’t my internet, everything else was loading just fine. Just had a hiccup-type glitch at the beginning. I do love the app now that I’ve explored it and I look forward to using it this next week with our visit to GWL in the Poconos.

Best vacations ever!. Our second trip to GWL in Manteca, and it’s always fabulous. I appreciate how clean and functional everything is. All you could ever want is in one place, which makes for very happy parents and kids. This time we booked a cabana, and it was totally worth it. The MagiQuest game and rope course are also must dos here. If you can, I recommend staying for two days at least. It’s hard to squeeze everything into just one day. My only suggestion is training the front desk better. Both stays we have encountered misinformation and mistakes at checkin. Last time the clerk forgot to give us half of the package we bought. This time we were told that you can pick your cabana early the day of, but that turned out to not be true. And again they didn’t give us our breakfast tickets that we had bought, so back down to the front desk we went. All in all this place is very close to perfection!

App needs improvement. The hotel and waterpark are awesome! The app needs an update/improvement. There is a lot to do on the property (order food from a number of different venues, multiple gift shops, arcade, Mini golf, etc. when you check into the hotel they place a $100/day authorization in your card for the cost of these items that can all be charged to your room but there is nowhere in the app to see an itemized list of what has been charged to your room up to a given point in your stay. Love the waterpark and hotel but would like to see an updated folio in the app.

This app is a miss. Let me start out by saying that I love great wolf lodge. But this app is horrible. It won't let you check in even though it notifies you to do so. Actually there whole internet presence stinks. You can't pre check in for the pre check in email that they sent me. This stay is getting off to a bad start. When I booked they double charged me. Then I called to resolve it and was the 44th person waiting in line to talk with someone and it still didn't get fixed on that call. So this app stinking is just icing on the cake for this trip.

Pointless.. Did not do mobile check in from the app so I can not speak intelligently on that matter. The app did alert us of evens going on I. The area. The coupons were very specific so we did not use those. The map took forever to load. The biggest thing I wanted to use was to order food on the go. It only offered 3 restaurants. Buckets, which was usually turned off and you could not order. The pizza place and it did not have a menu to look at. And the ice cream place. Now you can take a picture with Wiley and that was a fun feature. All of this being said the app was pretty useless to us.

App not fully functional. The food ordering didn’t work while we were there. Let’s you get all the way to checking out only to tell you it’s not available. No room service. You have to go down and pick it up. For the price of the stay, they could add room service. The food ordering app doesn’t have all that is available at each restaurant. Shows pizza by the slice, but you can’t order ahead, and when you go in person to order they tell you that they don’t have pizza and have to go to a different restaurant. Also no buffet available when the app indicates buffet. Severely outdated in this regard. Colorado Springs location.

Best Memories with my Granddaughter. We have been two times so far and that is our little special place to go. I would highly recommend the great Wolf Lodge in Colorado Springs. The story time at night with the story time Reader made a dramatic impression on my granddaughter that we now have story time in our house every single night before going to sleep. I don’t remember her name but my as my granddaughter says the story time teller had rainbow wolf ears. From my Granddaughter her comments: I love her story time thing already and I love when the characters come out every day like in them in the night I love Violet so much too because she has a beautiful beautiful dress and bow. I love her, love her and I love her story time thing. The end What great memories!

Vacation. I love the Great Wolf Lodge this is my second time here with my grand children’s even tho they under reconstruction they Accommodate us with something for the kids for not having the balcony for the second time the only thing I will say is the food can be better in the restaurant that here but other then that this is a good lodge to go to I love it and can’t wait to see how it turn out when they finish the construction here.

Early development?. So downloaded as it was advertised in an email for an upcoming stay. Pretty wimpy app. No menu listing, activities disappeared after opening on my 2nd look. Reviews say check in is not working and the reviews are over many months. The one thing a business should strive for is to make it EASY for a customer to spend money, this app will not do that at all. Also, remove the options if they are not working, rather than frustrate your high tech guests. Hoping my stay will be a better experience that what this app does.

Great!. Hi, my name is Ava and I’m 13 years old. I downloaded this app on my phone to help the check-in process easier to manage. Although you do still have to get in line to get access to your suite it’s still a cool app to have. My family and I went to Great Wolf Lodge in July and I am going back in December for the holidays ! We were able to order food, check the menus, talk to customer service, and have all the information for different activities. Where they would take place, time, and such. I go to the one in Boston/Fitchburg, MA. The employees are so welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend Great Wolf Lodge and this app!

Please Read!. Well you know how everyone is saying that it’s like a three star ⭐️ only, well, I personally think 🤔 that it’s awesome!!!!!!!! I used it to book 📚 my vacation, and also used the texting thing to text the staff for stuff like towels, and others! I also got to know about show times, activities for the kids, and I also used the map when I just arrived! Well sorta off topic, but the water 💧 parks were AWESOME 😎 and AMAZING 😉!!!!! I hope 🤞 ( crosses fingers) that you’ll use this app for the same reason and rate it too! GET THAT AWESOME App Now! Thanks 🙏 for reading 📖 this! If you get this app and rate it too, your AWESOME 😎 TOOOO! Now finally, bye! J.K, and if your a developer, thanks for the app! Now BYE 👋!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks 🙏 for reading 📖, LITTLEGIRLROSE#PUPPPYLOVER!!!!!!!!

Awesome pool. Months later and the early check in is still sketchy at best. There could be an interactive hotel map which would be cool and a mobile check out ability but there’s not. You’d think with all the money they rake in (I got double billed for Wolf Passes) they’d be able to hire professionals to design a decent app.

Memorial weekend stay. Great kids place great place for family lots of fun waterpark at centennial great Wolf Lodge is not as good as the one we have been to in Grapevine Texas also you could tell that the staffing was limited because the place was not very clean the cleanest bathrooms are behind the loose moose restaurant our balcony to our room was filthy the chairs were dirty we had to call to get it cleaned and it was cleaned fairly quickly however I don’t think they should’ve rented it in that condition.

We love great Wolf Lodge. I love love love it here my kids have so much fun. I feel that it’s totally family friendly I don’t have to worry about anything inappropriate. We also visited Disneyland and I must say I was very disappointed in Disneyland. It’s totally inappropriate and not family oriented at all anymore I will be spending all my dollars at great Wolf Lodge from here on out. Great job guys! The only one complaint that I have is they accidentally overcharged me $113 I’m sure they’re be fixing it. We had such a great time and my kids love it so much that it doesn’t even bother me because I know they will make it right

Disappointing. Our room was disappointing as the vents have black mold looking around it. Looking out sliding door the pole is rotten and dangerous. The actual lock and protective electronic locking cover on inside was completely broken off the lock knob was laying in floor when we returned from dinner last night. I was very disappointed with entertainment for kids for holidays. U couldn’t understand anything the people were saying and the dancing etc is nothing like the normal great wolf lodge experience. We normally love bringing our family and grandkids there but, this visit for our grandsons birthday was more than disappointing. I also was given 3 different pricing totals and called night before arrival. 3 different ppl. Gave me different information and then would transfer me to someone else. 3 different emails were sent to me with 3 different prices. We had planned to return next summer with our children and grandchildren total of 11 ppl. Probably will look at other place to go.

Great customer service. Bryan, Bryce, and Nate wee absolutely amazing with with everyone. Specifically my daughter who wanted to try the obstacle course. She is nonverbal with DS. she really wanted to go and they made it possible for her to try it and go further than she ever did before. I’m so happy to have had these young men there to make it a possibility to a reality. That you very much!!!!

Somewhat Useful. The app has its uses, but very limited to say the least. Pros: + Online food ordering works to deliver to your room or just to see the menu if you’re curious whats available pool-side + Schedule reminders for upcoming activities Cons: - Map is useless. Its just a non-interactive photo that gets blurry if you zoom in. - Chat feature didnt work. The hotel actually sets up a phone text message which is much more responsive - Schedule is not accurate compared to the local schedule. I ended up taking a photo of the local schedule on a dry erase board as a reference. - No other features; can’t check room balance, add other activities, or add late checkout. Heck, you can’t even check out. Remote check out is done by text messaging. Overall, I expected a lot more from the app. At the very least, an interactive map that I can click on icons to know when they open/close, etc. Its an “ok” reference point, but you’re better off just taking photos and talking to the staff at the local location. This was a review for the Charlotte, NC location.

App glitch on maps. Theres a glitch on the map

Don’t Bother. The maps are not detailed enough to be of use—and won’t zoom sufficiently for an iPhone screen. There are no menus or prices (why bother with a tab under construction??). We were unable to check in 24 hours ahead of our arrival... and did we really need to anyway? Suggest GWL either get their ap up and running or just take it down.

App is just crap. The app asks you to sign up again when you signed in already and tried to make a booking. Amazing app!

No network Always says no network. No network etc

Won’t even let me log in. Downloaded this to help us with our stay, however it won’t even let me log in with our reservation info - it keeps giving me an error. Waste of time!

Terrible app!. Terrible app.... mobile check in function doesn’t work, what a waste of time. Completely useless

Great app.. I’m going to the lodge in April and i am very excited, the coupons are a great idea and i will definitely use them, even if you can’t zoom in on the map you can still see what is where and i love the schedule for the next activity. ❤️🐺🐺🐺🐺🐺❤️

Constant error messages. Title says it all. Don’t try to use this to check in or book anything because you’ll waste your time entering all the info to get an error message and have to call the main number

App crashes. Won’t open. How am I supposed to use the app when it won’t even open after trying to sign in? Come on!!!

Time. Rooms had to be asked for message never sent to us the virtual assistant is slow to answer. when they do they are very Curtis

App doesn’t work for most things. App would not open any menu, would not allow you to order items or make reservations. Also said that outdoor pool and outdoor restaurant were closed even though they weren’t.

There’s no content. There’s no content to use. It’s an empty app.

Freezing and slow to update. The app wont open most of the time and takes a day or 2 too update purchases so cant keep track via app.

Disappointed. Everything says it’s not available Reservations have me our last stay not our upcoming stay. Looks like it could be a great app, if it was ready when you published it. It’s not ready now.

Painful APP. I don’t typically write reviews, but this app got me so fired up I just had to discuss my frustration. You’re welcome. The app is useless, a giant waste of space on my phone. You try to “add-on” on the website and it takes you to the app where there is zero option to add on to your reservations and nothing in the FAQ is useful. You can’t “chat” with anyone until 24hrs before your reservation. Of course… it would be incredibly silly to have questions prior to 24 hours before you go. Do yourself a favour and avoid this app unless you enjoy rage, then of course, this IS the app for you. There is no better way to start your day then the urge to throw your phone into a wood chipper while using this useless app.

Not useful at all. I called the front desk to ask for the binder with all the menus and check out information etc... They told me “I know that’s how it’s supposed to be in hotels but we don’t do that. It’s our way of getting people to use our app.” Well, I couldn’t look up menus, I couldn’t find check out information, the activities were wrong, and the coupons didn’t load. So I guess they want to force their customers to use their crappy app.

Terrible App. Didn’t allow us to use the check-in feature because we booked through a 3rd party, which I guess I can understand (although it seems like having a reservation number should do the trick). Once we were checked in, we asked the front desk if the app would work for ordering meals. Front desk didn’t know of it would work since it’s a new app. Can confirm that even though we were checked in, the app still did not allow us to use any of its features, including mobile ordering.

Not good for much. Still have never been able to check in through the app. Hit or miss if food ordering options work for the places that allow it. The places for food that don’t let you order have a menu but the menus aren’t updated so that feature is useless.

Wrong times. Website shows everything opening at 9:00. After standing in line for half hour someone came by to say water park didn’t open until 10:00. All the on land didn’t open till 10 or 11. People take off work to come during the week. Very disappointing. Really nice rooms. But how long are you in the room. We come for the activities.

Grandson birthday celebration!. My family and I had a great time celebrating the 3rd birthday of my grandson at The Great Wolf Lodge. Thank you to all the staff for making this special occasion so memorable! I highly recommend and I will be returning in the not too distant future.

Not very happy. I understand weather is unpredictable but my family and I came from Michigan to and inside pool for the kids. The inside pool was closed and they offered us a free stay in the near future. My things is I am now spending more money because the kids are not in the pool. Everyone knows when kids are playing they are not thinking about eating. Now it’s more food on top of games.

App might be fun if all the options worked. The FAQ section doesn’t work and you cannot ask questions in the chat function until 24 hours before your reservation. It’s nice to see when all the events and activities are taking place at the hotel, but other than that the app isn’t very helpful.

Water park isn’t as advertised. The main raft slides have been closed all day without an estimated time they will be back up and running. This was the main reason why we chose to come back to this park. We had the best time last year but unfortunately this will be our last. Also there is a shortage of 2-person rafts for riding the slides that are actually up and running. Not to be a Karen, but we really didn’t get what we paid for.

checkin and mobile order dont work. I booked direct and couldn’t pre-check in. I can add food to my cart but when I go to the cart/check out screen and hit place order, it doesn’t work. Both give me a squirrel that says “please try again later!”. I’ve been using it 4 days so it’s not a temp glitch. They are requiring reservations for covid reasons for the dance party, storytime, etc so they should really add that to the app.

Ordering never works. The whole purpose in downloading the app is so that we can order food from our room for pick up but it NEVER works. We were told to go to the website to order and it doesn’t work there either. It’s really hard for kids to have to wait for everyone to wash up after a day in the park then walk down and have to wait for food. It’s so frustrating!!

Great wolf lodge. The water park is soooooooooo much fun if you have young kids they will lo it there but the water slides can be scary b exept that every thing is so fun. But the room is so small especially the bathroom. But im totally fine with that so thank you gwl!

Terrible App. Good idea, bad execution. I gave it a 1 star because it was a free app. We couldn’t use the pre check in because it didn’t recognize the reservation. We tried to order food multiple times from the app and it only worked one time and we were there for 4 days. After the first day there you don’t need the map option. The only useful thing on the app is the notification of upcoming events.

Family get away. Everyone was very nice and welcoming! Friendly staff no matter where we went! We had dinner at the buffet and out warier David I believe his name was, was absolutely amazing as well.

A+. Best family venue I’ve seen in years. My only suggestion, have a 2 person and 4 person line at 4 person raft ride so line moves faster.

Easy Peezy. The whole process was super easy. From the booking to the checking. Friendly staff, spacious rooms and great deals. My child had the time of his life! We’re definitely coming back!

Bday. Thank you for making my boy’s 9th birthday memorable. We are still checked in and so far i have nothing bad to say. Staff are well mannered , the package inclusions are reasonably priced. The amenities are accessible & clean. You are definitely a great addition to Northern California ! I highly recommend ;-)

Always a pleasure. We have stayed at Great Wolf Lodge over 55 times. We absolutely love it and always have a great experience. The staff is what makes the stay amazing. Always feel like one of the pack. Howls.

Joey RT. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The water park was great with lots of lifeguards for safety. Our room was clean and love the wolf den. Everybody was great but there’s one employee that stood up and it was Cecilia from the ice cream shop.

Glitchiest slowest app ever. This app is ridiculous, it couldn’t find my reservation with confirmation number unless I signed in. When I go into certain tabs it freezes and I’d have to swipe away and reopen app which means resigning in. It doesn’t even navigate easily not user friendly. Who did they hire to maintain this? Cheaply made for a big name company. So disappointed, it’s almost easier to just use the web browser on phone than the actual app. Please fix!

Great wolf lodge. We have had an amazing stay, clean rooms, excellent staff, all kinds of activities for the kids, safe, friendly environment for families, we will definitely be back at this lodge in the next two months!! Buffay was a little pricey, but it was all well worth it!!

Helpful for schedules and ordering food. I like that you can see the daily list of kids activities and the water park hours. You can also order food for pick up which is nice because the lines can get pretty long

Great time, BUT. I know this is a place for kids and families, but I think the hot tub should be off limits to kids under 16…..too many parents bringing kids with diapers into the tub. It would be nice for the parents and grandparents to relax without the kiddos….especially those in Diapers…most hotels with hot tubs have an age limit

Family vacation. This place is wonderful! Highly recommend for your family of Little’s :)

Good things, and bad things.. Good: Everything was fun, outstanding! The design was beautiful I just don’t know what to say! Bad: When you put on the orange or red wristbands they don’t come off, it was very annoying and hard to do things with it on! I wish it didn’t lock once it’s on.

We enjoyed ourselves!. I only give it a 3 star review because, they don’t change linen or come in the room if you are staying multiple nights! You have to request for clean towels and tissue, and it’s a little pricey! BUT WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN! My family especially the kiddos really enjoyed ourselves!

Not a good resort in Georgia. First day arriving room wasn’t ready at checkin time. We had to wait close to 3 hours before getting a room and once we received the room number our room door didn’t open. We had to wait for someone to come with new wristbands. The upkeep of the property was horrible.. overflow of trash in bins, no clean silverware available, and food was tasteless. I would not refer this resort to anyone.. overpriced for subpar experience.

Very disappointed. Most definitely did not impress me. The water park kept closing due to weather and it wasn’t even raining. Everything is extremely over priced. The ice cream in the sweet shop for freezer burnt. Our room the air didn’t work. Then the fire alarm must of went off but it never alarmed in our room. Just the blinking light all night. The housekeeping staff took over an hour and half to bring new linens. We definitely will not be back.

Christmas Get Away. Stay was great plenty to do but bring some money cause everything is expensive in gift shop aracade etc. The staff Is very professional and nice. Room was nice just had a lot of ladybugs sharing room with us and bathtub was clogged with someone’s hair tie. I would go back it’s a great getaway for family.

Amazing time for the whole family!!. We spent 3 days there and it was a blast for the whole family!!

Vacation fun!. Wonderful place to vacation! Room is so nice & clean! Arcade, build a bear, panning for gems & the waterpark is so much fun! We ate dinner & breakfast at the buffet food was delicious & the restaurant staff was awesome! Would highly recommend a vacation at Great Wolf Resort in Williamsburg, Virginia to friends & family!

Great stay Laura for the win!. The staff definitely knows how to make a kid feel special during your stay. Special shout out to Laura who helped with a lost paw pass situation. She made our day.

Great Christmas present. I took my son, his girlfriend and my grandson for a couple of nights for their Christmas experience this year and we had the best time! Can’t wait to come back!!

Lots of non working functions. I’m here now using it. It has a section where you can mobile order food to pick up when it’s ready. This would be awesome if it worked since lines here are long but only one food place had the app working. The online pre-check in also does not work. I had to use the guest services chat to get an online rep to help me out. That chat has been pretty much the only function I’d give 5 stars to.

Family friendly resort. The kids had so much fun I wish we had more time Looking for a fun family friendly spot with great food and service this is the place .

First time. We’re here with our 4 year old son. Perfect mini vacation close to home. We’re all having a blast. He’s not quite brave enough to go on the big slides yet but the kiddie area is enough for him. The rooms are nice and very clean. Fun for the whole family!

Kortney needs a raise!. We are just checked in for our first visit, and Kortney has gone above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need. Cannot thank her enough!

Features that work are nice, others are frustrating. Unable to use the mobile ordering as we’d get everything in our cart and go to check out only to encounter an error every time. Chat feature to contact the front desk for new sheets, etc. was nice though.

Towed cars without warning!. On May 23rd I checked in to the lodge there was no mention of guest needing to park in a different lot. I had a friend also staying at the lodge whom called me at on the morning of the 24th at 6am panicking saying cars were being towed. She was able to get to her car but my car was towed when you forcefully tow a car without placing in neutral that can cause damage. They should have made it clear to guest IF CARS ARE IN A CERTAIN AREA THEY WILL BE TOWED! I am highly upset!!!

Unhappy. We were very disappointed with our stay, we paid extra to stay at a water park and most of the stuff was closed. Also the park was only open until 8:00 pm on a Saturday night. The website did not say anything about most of the park being shut down. We feel we paid extra for the park and it wasn’t worth it.

Ok, not necessary. It’s ok. You can see some upcoming activities but cannot make reservations for them through the app so you still have to walk down to where the schedule is posted to reserve a spot. The mat is not accurate. More than a handful of things were not where the map said they were. Checking in on the app is nice if you’ll be checking in at a peak time.

Manteca great wolf joke. 2 Adults and 3 kids. Let’s start with a 2 hour line to check in after completing their online check in. How many times have you waited in line 2 hours to check in? It isn’t a good experience. Suites are ok but not like the online pictures. 1 roll of toilet paper. Try finding a maid to get another. Long lines to get food and drinks. No chairs available in the water park. We booked 2 nights and left after one. I will never go back

So far :) so good ;). I had the best time not only relaxing but the laid back atmosphere and fun activities for kiddos made it so much more than I have expected! The layout of the Lodge is great and I felt safe and trusted the staff so far so good

Food ordering feature doesn’t work. The app is good to have for little ones so you know when storytime or pup yoga is coming, but that’s about it. If the food ordering feature worked, it would be a lifesaver because the lines can be very long here and a convenience like that would really make a difference. Very disappointed.

Check in not working. I added our reservation to the app and am able too see it, but unable to check in. I tried last night and today (arrival today so hours before check in time). It just keeps saying check in not till 24 hours before check in time (which again is today). I’m check in to the Scottsdale GWL

First Stay. There was so much to do for the kids. The lodge is well run and the staff was attentive and friendly. The only negative was tgg by e dining experience at the full service restaurant. The place was three quarters empty and we had to wait for a table. Then, it took 45-50 minutes to get our food, which was overpriced.

GUI lacking among other things. The maps do not load and the menus do not load until the restaurant is open (which seems counter intuitive). The spa is not even a part of the app. The are activities list twice (my only guess is that one is related to their “Paw Pass” but the app is not specific enough to provide that information. There was nothing about the map that added value to my stay.

Great experience. Plenty of food options different restaurants. The whole family has a blast here.

Great experience, not the best service. We had a great time swimming and the customer service was amazing at the buffet! BUT we didn’t receive everything we paid for with the birthday package and had to leave the Lodge restaurant after waiting 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order which never happened.

Blank Screen. Completely a waste of time. After logging in and finding my reservation, I get a blank white page. I tried tapping all over the screen in hopes of a hidden button. No luck. Even tried reinstalling with no luck. Between being unable to book online (I had to call to book because it the web would not take payment) and the app, Great Wolf Lodge needs to find better developers.

Howls. Everything is great! A little disappointed in how expensive some things are. Not a fan of all the extras. I think things like drinks and water could be easier/more affordable.
