Recover deleted conversations. How do I recover deleted phone recordings? Is there a way to do so with out it being uploaded yet? Please help thank you

DOES NOT WORK. DO NOT BUY!!! This recorder doesn't work seamlessly. Part of the phone call won't get recorded if you don't delay. Can't just start recording a phone call that's already happening. Attempted to contact customer support for a refund within 24hrs of purchase and got nothing back from them. HORRIBLE. very frustrated with this app and now I'm stuck with it.

I paid to get the recording option.. I paid for the recording option on calls. Turns out you have to call another number and then merge them. I want my money back that was not told to me prior to purchasing.

No free trial to make sure it works. If you believe in your product, why not give a free trial to make sure it works. Even an option to record 1 to 3 calls for free. Or may 3 days free, or something. The alternative is not to make it a free download and charge upfront to download so we all know that it is in no way free or a free trial, instead of having me, and I’m assuming many other users download it, realize we’re not even able to “try it out at all” without coughing up any money just to then to delete the app.

Paid product didn’t deliver. I paid $30 to start using this app I only had one phone call to record, it was 45 minutes long. I verified that the call was indeed recording after I merge the calls but then it only kept two minutes and 40 seconds of the phone call. This was absolutely useless, and I would like my money back.

Can't share files. This app doesn't allow me to share any of my recorded files. I have them on my phone but don't have a way to access them outside the app. The call merge is very spotty. You never know if it's going to work. So you have to keep trying to add a third caller. It's really annoying.

Setup does not work to register number. I have had this application for less than one day, and it already does not work. I have been trying to register my number in the setup section, but my number cannot receive any texts messages or phone calls from Recorder Pro to register my number. Wrote two emails and no response. Had high hopes for this app, but it cannot get the small things correct.

False advertising. I inadvertently hit install when I noticed a very quick notice that this app costs money. I quickly removed the app from my phone and do not wish to be charged for this app. Please confirm that this mistake was recognized and my money was refunded. MThomas P.s. don’t pull this cheesy trick of having any nickname I submit is ‘taken’. This is just a quick way to steal money from your customers!

Can’t believe all the good reviews. Product simply does not work. On many levels, including the most basic - doesn’t record calls. Invites you to submit email comments/complaints and doesn’t write back. There are other mistakes and faults and really it feels completely fraudulent. I suspect the same Russian trolls who were behind Trump’s election are also behind the thousands of positive reviews this app has. It’s terrible. I would say “overpriced” but even a penny would be overpriced for this garbage.

No demo to test functions. It offers for you to use a limited mode, which essentially just lets you see the app without being able to use any function. Nearly every option brings you right back to a screen to subscribe.

Skip this!. First , support doesn’t answer your inquiries fast! Second , y tried to record and the number you have to dial first was busy!!! How come? If you need to record a call and the number is busy !!! Another thing they don’t make clear is, if I live in Spain and the merging recording number they supply is in the USA , will I be charged in my cellphone for a long distance call rate? I cancelled the trial. I’m still trying other options!

Money. Hi I use to have that app, but I no longer do. You all have chartered me several of times for the same app. I have been trying to contact you all, but there is no number for you to reach. So I would like not to be chartered for that app anymore. I have been charged two to three time in one month for the same app. So I would like to be refunded for my last charge by you all. Horrible. I bought this app and paid a pretty penny for it But the recording function will stop randomly. Sometimes a few seconds. Sometimes a few minutes. Haven’t had this issue w other apps

Great app. Looks awesome and hopefully works good. Tempted to buy the one time access purchase, but I can’t even get access to one free phone call to see how well the recording feature works. I dont want to spend $80 on something that might not work, and theres no free trial option.

Does not work incoming calls. I tried testing this app for incoming calls did not work, additionally too many steps to to record incoming calls. They have no phone number & didn’t respond to email request for help. 3 month subscription- Don’t waste you money!

New customer. Terrible app.. won’t start recording until like 20 seconds after.. wait a minute.. can you please hold for 20 seconds until the app starts working properly. Fix your stuff people. People are paying for dysfunctional app

This app is a scam. I paid $80 for the pro version expecting with the price to have a fail-safe phone recorder. Two hour-plus interviews I did, however, apparently never recorded or saved to the app. It said “this call is being recorded” at the beginning of both calls but once the calls had ended and I went to check the recordings page of the app neither had saved. Only the very short (under a minute) test calls I did pre-actual interviews had saved. I sent several emails via the Contact Us page of the app but never received a response & couldn’t find a website or phone number to reach anyone. I’ve filed a claim with my credit card company to have the $80 refunded. Save yourself the trouble & do more research! This is not a reliable app.

This app does not work! Waste of money. I purchased this app to record my phone calls. It never once has worked. I try to use it, it calls a number and then just a long silence then it says it’s “recording” but it never allows the other person to pick up, it doesn’t actually call them I guess and then it’s just silent. A complete waste of my money and I would like my money back but I’m sure it too much trouble & jumping thru hoops to get it back. This product does not work, is a complete waste of your money. Do not purchase it.

Terrible APP. This APP requires you to perform 4-5 steps to be able to record incoming And outgoing calls and it only works half the time. When recording incoming calls, the phone caller hears a message stating that you are recording the call. It’s cumbersome and not user friendly at all.

Simple and safe. It is very easy to make call records in this application, everything is explained in the tutorial. And I can also protect it separately with a password, which is also very convenient and secure.

DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!. Total scam. First trial call records, but then the others don’t record. I lost an hour and a half interview that I cannot get back. Extremely upset that Apple is letting this app stay in the Store after so many reviews saying it’s a scam (also lesson to me to read reviews not just look at number of stars!)

Horrible service and problem. I recorded a very important phone call after testing the app 4 times before the call. The tests all worked but the call didnt. I have tried looking for a number to call and there is no number, only email. I have emailed requesting help and I have received no follow up email saying they received my email. This happened this morning so I will give them some time to respond but it would be helpful if they had a phone number.

Does not work. I just downloaded the app and found it does not work on my phone. The contact support button keeps giving me an error I want to cancel and get a refund. I cannot find anyway to do that

Do not purchase.. I needed to record an important phone call for court and the call only recorded 5 minutes of the 25 minute call. I’m so mad I need the rest of the call and it did not record as advertised period of time. I’m so upset do not purchase. Waste of money and lost an important phone call.

Good. Simple and easy to use recording app

App doesn’t allow access to audio files. You have to keep paying for the app to keep your files and you can only listen to them from within the app. Trash.

Heartbreaking. I recorded a podcast interview for an hour with a guest that I will not likely be able to rebook. There is no recording. I tested the ap first and it seemed to work fine. This is a total and complete failure. Devastating. I reached out to tech support. Let’s see if maybe they have the recording somewhere.

Misleading. I downloaded the app, not even sure how much I was charged, only to find you have to pay additional subscription fees to use the app at all! Then, when you go to contact them on the contact line, it won’t accept your email address & consequentially , you can’t contact them to complain or ask for a refund! A true scam!

Okay. The app works well. The quality of the recordings is always excellent. I like that there is an automatic call recorder function and that the recordings can be edited right there.

Horrible!. I payed for this thinking when a private caller calls and you need to record, you can just hit a record button. NO. You HAVE to call a number before it can even record??? And then MERGE the calls.?? In a dangerous situation who has time for that? And the kicker!, when you DO call and want to merge there is an audio saying “your call is now being recorded”. That’s just terrific isn’t it? So the other person you’re trying to record/catch can hear that and hang up. Defeats the purpose. SMH. I want my money back as well because this app is bogus. 🤬🤬

Cancel subscription!. I wanted to try the free period first but instead of free trial period or getting a choice of how long I wanted to subscribe, all the money was taken out of my account for a &49.9@ annual subscription. I do not and did not want this subscription.

Cumbersome, just cuts off. Just paid like $50 for 3 months—worth it to record very important phone call… tested it out ahead of time. Worked for brief 30 seconds snippets with test subjects (friends) but when it times to call the client, the app only captured 8 min of the full hour—basically all the relevant data is gone 😑 can I have my money back please??

I like it. A good call recorder app in which you can also edit records, delete unnecessary ones.

For all those who got scammed. For you guys who got scammed with this app hope you see this message.. To get your money back wait for the Email that you gonna get from Apple about it and inside the mail there is a refund button click on it and tell them you bought it by mistake and they will give you, your money back in less than 3 Days. Hopefully that could help someone

Two many buttons to push. Two many buttons two push to make a call. Plus no access to favorites that I’ve see. Only contacts.

Don’t buy! It’s a scam. Outgoing record service is the most back dated and old technology I have seen so far. If you use incoming recording the other will hear ‘recording’ voice once you merge the call. Don’t be like me. I have lost 30 dollars. But please do not purchase this scam.

The Lifetime Offer is Enticing. The “Lifetime” offer is pretty enticing, but I’m worried about the fact that there’s very little info or guide on the app. So why the heck is there no explainer video or some type of video sample to show prospects how this app works? Why are you trying to get people to sign up for an app so blindly? I would have loved to rate it better but for this awkward signup. Your management should urgently look into this concern. Now I’m still here hesitating, cos I don’t wanna sign up without properly assessing the app. This is not cool at all.

Does not work as advertised. Be careful before signing up for this app. If you need to record your calls for business reason or something important, don’t bother. The app does not work as advertised. I have repeatedly tried to record several calls and every time it cuts me off around the 8 minute mark and I have to restart the recording. I then tried to splice to 8 separate segments I had to record into one, and it erased all of my call data. I have tried twice to reach out to the developer and have never received a response. Save your money

DO NOT DO IT. Most apps give free trials to see if it works for your needs. This one didn’t and I got stuck with paying $50 and this is the app I liked the least I can’t send the recordings to other people which is what I needed! I really want my money back

Having to Merge calls is too much work. No time.. Hello I would like a refund. This app requires too much to simply record. Merging calls is a lot of work. Try to upgrade your system that allows for automatic recording and touch button without merging calls. Thanks.

Zero Stars - first recording zapped. Paid for a month - first recording was an interview for research. It worked. I recorded and listened back. Then I went to rename the recording and suddenly the file is 0:00 seconds instead of the 49 minute call I recorded. Need customer support to get this file back, or a refund.

No stars. This app appeared out of nowhere and I’ve been charged for three months. DID NOT AUTHORIZE! How do I stop it?

Do not use it!. First of all, before knowing you’ve accepter to subscribe, you will be charged on your credit card and it’s impossible to reach out to someone to get a refund. Since I had to pay for it, i used it but I lost TWO recorded calls (interviews I could not take again) and again, impossible to get help. So I paid 40$ to lose two very important recorded conversations. Just don’t take the chance. DON’T USE THIS!!!!!

Came call record sound between the call. When you start to call recording then came the sound such as(a call record ) between the call So you can't hide call recording from 2nd caller's I recommend (TAPE A CALL PRO). It is the perfect call record application. I am using this app for the last 3years

Tricked into purchase. There was no back button and when I tried to use the home button to get out of the app it activated the fingerprint reader and made the purchase.

Alerted caller I was recording. Call alerted in the beginning of phone call that the call was being recorded So frustrating and defeats the purpose of using it.

Scam. They don’t show you the $ part in the hole screen but after going through signup process then they hit you with this huge amount fees like $29 monthly, etc.

You can only record if you call directly from the app.. It should say that in the information. Money wasted. If you need to record inbound calls do not waste your money.
