Now I have used this freaking app don’t. When u receive items are usually low quality or damaged, is app is a scam u will never be able to return an item no matter how much you want fight them they will trick you till 15 days of return policy is over. ITS A SCAM THEY APP NEEDS TO BE REMOVED

Worst customer service. Absolut terrible company with no customer service and no respect for the paying customers. Every time I reached out I receive no real answers to my questions, just some auto-generated standard responses. Now I have to call different couriers to see where my order is because I didn’t even receive the name of the shipping company in my country just an international tracking number! Never ever gonna shop with you again!

Poor quality. What a waste of money! I will never buy online again. Only looks good on photos but when you recieve the goods it's so cheap looking ang poor quality materials. The photos of dresses on their site looks tempting but don't be decieved, or else you'll regret it. Lesson learned for me

Customer service. It’s hard to contact them and they don’t reply straight away or even in 48 hours. After they aren’t able to fill my order my money is in an “withdrawal” section and I have to give way more bank information which is scetchy to get MY money. Why can’t they just refund it? They already have the info they need.. do not bother.

There is always at least one disabled item They use the lowest shipping company your package always arrives like it’s just come back from the war Make sure you add up the total of your cart because they increase the amount, on my last order by over 200 and all she did was post a love heart. I asked to add the total she said the system does it I said add it because it is not correct but she was lazy for 3 weeks o was promised in 72 hours it would be rectified and it never was

Clothing. I ordered 5 pieces of clothing months ago and I am not happy with them at all!! They are paper thin and see through, not true to sizing. The photos of the products that’s have been put on the site are not at all true to how they actually look. I am very disappointed after I sent a fair bit of money on them. i never write reviews, ever!. i ordered a backpack and a hoodie off here and i got an email like three days later saying my order had been cancelled due to suspicion of how i paid but i ordered more than just those two things and everything else went through except these two things, now the app is trying to tell me it gave me a refund when i have not got any money back and there is no way to contact these people except through the app where THEY DONT ANSWER YOU!!!!!!
