Great app but has a few glitches.. I’ve only been for doing the full body stretch program for 5 days now and it’s repetitive which is fine, but in 3 of the poses, it glitches in the sense that what the woman is doing and what the woman is saying are very different things. And in one pose, she begins doing it over again with 30 seconds left and it just stops. I just ignore it. But for a paid for monthly app, that’s kind of bad business.

Disappointed. I just downloaded the app and it is not what I expected. It’s not worth the costs. The exercises are decent but I downloaded it for the meal/diet and fasting aspect that was advertised to me on Facebook. The app has none of that. It gives you daily planned meals but doesn’t allow you to adjust the meal plan in anyway. For example if you have an allergy you can’t adjust for it, or if you have a dislike for geek yogurt you can’t take it out. It’s just a set plan that is in no one modified for the individual. This is not with paying a monthly subscription fee. I am very disappointed.

Better me. I lost weight in just 30 days and I am calm now from all the stress

I am updating my review. After contacting Better Me, they refunded my money and resolved my issues. Although not a good fit for me, they seem eager to want to have their customers happy. After subscribing via FaceBook, no way to access the app without paying a lot more money. The meal plans are absolutely disgusting and the exercises are nothing special. I would ask for a full refund after only having it for 10 minutes but no place to do that.

Food Preference. I wish it had the option of putting food you don’t like. Because most every dinner has some type of fish and I hate the smell of fish. Like it says no preference vegetarian lactose intolerant and glucose intolerant or something like that. I just wish they would’ve given you a brighter option in that region.

I am about to give up! Please help!. I love better me yoga and paid 6 months subscription. My subscription is good till March 2020. In the past months, I had issues with the app it some times stop working but then worked again. Loved the app when it worked! But half of the time it does not work! Now I cannot even find yoga in the weighloss app. I tried to turn off phone, turn back on, after many tries I am exhausted. If I cannot get it working I will be getting a different app. Please help!

Installed for yoga not weightloss. I really enjoyed following the yoga on here but now those are no where to found and now I am stuck with this for programs i am not interested in. Please put back the yoga programs or refund me my money because i no linger want to use your app.

Sound cuts out, not good enough to buy. Wow. This REALLY is an in-app purchase kind of thing! I only got one sample lesson, and the sound kept cutting out, which interrupted my yoga session. When I tried to move on to the next lesson to see if it would be better, of course the app wouldn’t let me unless I bought a subscription. Sorry guys, if your ONE sample lesson isn’t good, you can’t expect me to have any desire to buy a subscription. I’m deleting the app from my phone now. :(

Love it!. The app is amazing and surprisingly easy to use. There are classes for everyone! Definitely download this app. You also don’t need a membership like other apps. Edit: YES YOU DO. Changing rating to 2 stars because it’s still good.

Personal information. There is no option to change the Facebook log in. It automatically logged in To my sisters Facebook. Now I can’t delete it to log it in with my Facebook. Plus it keeps telling me to purchase a plan when I’ve already did.

Amazing app. I have never felt better in my life without going to a gym as much as now with yoga routine I can sleep better my clothes fits better and I’m my body shape is noticed !

Buyer beware!. This app is very deceptive when it comes to how it charges you. It asks you to pick which charge plan you want - $2.99/week or 7 day free trial and then $9.99/week. You expect that the app will charge per week, but instead it charges you $2.99/week for the rest of the year in one lump sum! That’s deceiving and false advertising! Why don’t they just show what they actually plan on charging us that same day?! They do this so that you’ll think it’s inexpensive and get suckered into purchasing and then end up getting charged full cost! Apple should not allow this kind of deception. Consumers have a right to know and see up front what they’re paying for. Will not purchase anything from this developer!

Won’t cancel your membership. Avoid at all costs, this entire company is shady. They’ve charged me for 3 months after my original “free trail.” They refused to cancel my membership because they wanted proof that I used the app. Well the app is garbage so after one use I tried to cancel. I’m mind blown that they’ve charged me 3 months after I’ve canceled. I’m going to blast them on every rating possible until they resolve this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Not What I Purchased. NOT WHAT I PURCHASED !! Literally so surprised. I Opened my phon to try to do a nice relaxing yoga session but I ended up spending like 3 hours searching my phone and the App Store trying to figure out where my YOGA app was, THAT I PAID A SUBSCRIPTION FOR, but turns out I had already opened the app about 10 times and did not even notice or even recognize it because it is NOT THE SAME APP AND NOT WHAT I PURCHASED A SUBSCRIPTION FOR !!! I appreciate the effort in changing the work outs and offering different work out styles but I purchased this as described as a YOGA app with YOGA GOALS. I would like a refund because this is not what I paid for and is now A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT APP WITH DIFFERENT WORKOUT GOALS!!! This needs to either be a different section of the app or a whole new app because these workouts seem great but NO YOGA TO BE FOUND. Let me know if you need help with app development bc someone goofed. I will be contacting Apple for my refund.

Don’t subscribe! It’s a SCAM!!. I subscribed to see what it’s about and never, I repeat NEVER used it. I cancelled March 24, 2021. I am still getting billed $9.99. Unless you have $10 a month for this company to steal. RUN!!!! Do not stop here. Awful! I’ve tried repeatedly to get them to STOP billing me. No luck! I’m way seeing who else this is happening to. Perhaps a lawyer should get involved with this company.

Great app but was charged after I cancelled my subscription.. I really liked this app however I was not able to dedicate enough time to make it worth the subscription. After I cancelled my subscription before my trial period was up, I was still charged the full $53.

Don’t download this app. No way you can cancel your subscription. I uninstalled it before the trial end and they still charged my bank twice!! You go to their website and there’s no number you can call no way to log in back into the account just ridiculous

Be careful when you sign up!!!. I thought it would be fun to try yoga, signed up for a 7 day free trial, didn’t really understand it, so I ignored the app. All of a sudden I get charged $56 for a 6 month subscription??? I tried to get a refund or something because I had deleted the app, but I didn’t get anything back. It was also a very complicated process. I did not sign up for 6 months of yoga. Be careful. It’s probably best not to download at all.

Where’s Better Me Yoga?. I was really dissapointed to see my better me yoga disappeared on day and turned into this. This app really isn’t that great and I really enjoyed the yoga app. The videos were really helpful and I actually would pay for the subscription every week instead of paying for An actual yoga class. This app isn’t worth it to me but the yoga certainly was. Really wish it wasn’t removed and replaced without warning especially since I paid for it already. PLEASE BRING BACK BETTERME YOGA!

Well.. Originally downloaded for my sibling who is recovering from a spinal injury a few months prior. Deleted the app because the workouts were the kind I’ve found on other apps for free, which wasn’t an issue! Got charged for the subscription year and couldn’t get my refund back. So so upset.

Being charge again. I already paid to use the app, I go to open it and now it made me setup another profile, then proceeded to charge me. This app seems like a ripoff. I wouldn’t recommend.

Terrible - doesn’t work. This app is terrible - it only offers the option to login with Facebook - then just sits on that screen and doesn’t actually put you in to the app. If you choose to “skip” that step you are left with a useless pared down junk that you could access from a bunch of other apps for free. Waste of money that I’m never getting back. What a joke

Amazing!. I love this app! I am a busy, single mom of 3 and very limited on me time. This give me short 20 minute workout that are critical to my daily reset to help me he a better mom! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! 🙌🏽👏🏽🙌🏽👏🏽

Stop saying it’s free. I don’t enjoy being misled. Saying it’s free is very different from trying it for free. Say that! I do NOT mind paying for apps. I have several attached to my iTunes account but this won’t be one of them because if you’re just looking for clicks then I’m not the customer that you seek.

Enjoy the app but.... I really like this app and will continue using it. The only thing I wish it would do is allow more time for each pose. Sometimes it says hold for 30-60 seconds but jumps right to another pose. It’s more difficult to pause in the moment. Other than that, I really like the variety this app offers.

Better Me Love. I love the app tons! The only thing I wish is that the classes offer modifications and also, in the 20 min classes it sometimes tells you to hold a pose for 30 seconds but doesn’t actually wait 30 seconds before going to the next post which is confusing and disruptive in the middle of a pose to pause the class and use a stopwatch. I love the app. It’s awesome for great class options on the go!!!! The music that accompanied the classes is fab - makes me feel like I’m at a real class but in my home!

Amazing. I didn’t really know how to start doing yoga but ever since i got this app and i’ve used it i feel so much better in mind and body. I recommend it to everyone.

Don’t recommend; not user friendly. This app is literally a bunch of yoga positions randomly put together in no logical sequence, and without any guidance on how to properly transition from each position. There’s also no warm up whatsoever which is highly irresponsible and can lead to injury. I’ve done yoga for years, with live instructors or even occasionally following online professionals, but I would not recommend this app at all. Especially not to beginners who don’t yet know how to adjust positions to their levels of comfort. Furthermore, the sequences are not properly timed and you sometimes have to pause the training to finish a pose, which makes it very clunky to use. There’s no fluidity whatsoever. I’m canceling my free trial after one session because I literally do not want to unite myself, and am certainty bot willing to pay for this service.

Poorly pieced together. I tried following one of the flexibility yoga flows (not specific just general flexibility) the first thing I noticed was that the different poses did not flow together at all, they would move through in a really disorganized manner and would have you in downdog and then in a lung with zero transition. Also there would be repeats of the same pose in a row (forward lung and warrior 1 which were described identically). Overall this is a poorly made app that expects you to fork over cash for a truly terrible product.

Actually an app I’d pay for. I’ve been really on the fence about buy this app but it’s honestly great! They walk you through every pose and you can pause or skip if you need to take a break. I’m actually willing to pay the $99 for lifetime use of this app. They offer yoga for beginners, for pregnant women, for elderly people, and even couples yoga!

Awful and superficial. This app turns yoga into a disgustingly superficial and sexualized activity. Yoga is meant to be about bettering yourself physically, mentally, and spiritually and self reflection, not making women feel insecure and promoting “ideal” body types and features. It’s gross how you’ve turned exercise into something completely rooted in looking attractive to other people rather than being healthy and strong. Seriously, way to ruin yoga.

Bait & switch. I got the Better Me Yoga app, enjoyed using it and paid for a subscription. Now all of a sudden that app no longer exists and I instead have a premium subscription to a weight loss program. If you’re going to discontinue a service, allow people to get a refund for the MONTHS of that service they paid for in advance. I no longer trust this developer for any apps.

Sound. I just purchased the app and the sound isn’t working. I’ve opened other apps to see if my device is malfunctioning but everything else works. I’ve used this app before and I know what to expect. Please don’t charge me until the problem is corrected and I can properly use the app. Thanks.

Awful. Wanted to see the it was and accidentally got purchased it so I deleted it but keep on getting payments charged to my card and I would like full on refund or for the app to stop charging me this is an awful app don’t get it didn’t mean to purchase it so now I have to get payments charge to my card don’t even use the app the app is deleted from my phone but I don’t know why I’m still getting charge for it?

Yoga. I like the app. I just wish it would hold the pose for the seconds it tell you too. It’ll say hold pose for 60 seconds but then switch to a different pose during the 60 seconds and if you’re doing the pose you can’t pause it. Overall it’s a great app.

Bad streaming quality. The sequence kept stoping through the first video. I dont know if this was a malfunction in the app or my internet. I think it would help if we were able to download the programs we wanted so we didnt have to encounter a problem with the wifi when we are trying to relax with yoga. Also i want to be able to use this app whereever i am. always needing wifi limits my ability to do so. You guys have done a great job, the idea is awesome just needs a little work. Thanks.

Shouldn’t have to pay. You really shouldn’t have to Paz to loose weight sleep better and so on it is pretty much just saying that you as the developers are making us pay to get fit like that is so wrong

Not allergy friendly. It was all fine and dandy until I looked at the food tab and realized I couldn’t eat a single thing in there. Everything contained nuts! The vegan/vegetarian option is great and all but I think it’d be a lot better to also accommodate common allergies.

The only free part of this app is the download. Looking for something to help me improve my eating habits and teach me how to exercise. When I saw this affordable option (says it is free) I was so excited because I don’t have much to pay towards a gym or diet foods etc. Unfortunately while it says it is free, after you answer the first few questions to get your plan you get hit with the bill. It is simply false advertisement and should be treated as such. Thanks for the help though. I do appreciate that you read your responses, Howe you’ve missed the point. “Some” features require a subscription is false. All features require a subscription. Literally the only free part is the download. It’s billed as a “free app” and isn’t.

I don’t understand. Am i broken or is it the app??? Im confused! None of the stories or anything works on me??? And also! I aint gonna pay for a supscription! It will not be as good as i think it will be like what already happened (the app not working on me nor my friends that have tried the app) sry! jeez all peiple dont care about other peoples health they make apps for it as if they fricking care when all they want is the money! NEEDS improvement. The app is okay, it doesn’t lag, it’s very easy to navigate BUT the positions are WRONG! So far I only noticed that the way the person who demonstrates warrior 2 doesn’t position her arms right. I payed for premium membership and I’m not watching the right moves...please fix it or refund my membership!

Be careful when purchasing.. Be careful when purchasing. It isn’t user friendly to purchase on a monthly basis. I purchased, what I thought to be, a monthly subscription. There were no other options when setting up. However, I was charged over $50 for 6 months. I don’t even like yoga, I just wanted to try it for a couple of months to see if I could get in to it. Now, I have 6 months of an app I don’t want. I tried contacting them through the app multiple times and it doesn’t work. It doesn’t pull up an error message, it just doesn’t do anything. If you like yoga, the app may be fine, but be mindful if you’re not trying to purchase it for 6 months.

Same issue as other reviews! $10 and nothing?. Paid my $10 and received nothing? No where to sign in with the app. The purchase is page closed after taking my money and now there is now where to enter my credentials or get the plan I thought I was receiving? No email either. Please advise or please refund my money. Thank you.

Not Free. You download the “free” app and answer a few easy questions... then you have to pay for a subscription to use it. This isn’t something where you only have limited features unless you pay... this is totally useless.

Great. The yoga is very calming. I liked how you can control the level of difficulty you wanted.

I saw a friend of mine got this and I thought ok I will try it but as soon as I completed info the next step was which I want to subscribe to.. wanted to try not buy even 14 day free trial but I’m not really interested in buying something maybe if app was cheap like 2.99 or 3.99 I might but subscribes aren’t for me

Don’t waste your time. I tried the 7 week trial and it was fine.. after that it signed me out and charged me the 9.99 and every time I try to log in. It says to log in with Facebook. When you sign up it’s an option but I DECIDED it because I don’t have a FB, because of work. So moral of the story I got charged 9.99 for the “free 7 day trial”

Don’t get this app. If you ask to cancel they delay and delay. Offer a free month finally, when they accept you want to cancel they charge the subscription again. Developer has responded but then gave an incorrect email address. Other subscriptions through the App Store allow you to cancel through the App Store. Not these guys - you need to navigate a convoluted system that takes weeks to respond and then acts dishonestly.

Thought it was free. Nope! $120 later over a space of a year! Totally a scam and make it so you don’t notice the money being taken from the account! Tried contacting them to cancel and they keep offering free months until I finally got response saying it’s been cancelled but won’t be refunded for the amount they have already taken! Have reported this company to my bank for fraud.

Saw an ad on Instagram very disappointed. I need no help with weight loss of dieting and I am strictly against being vegan etc (it’s just not an option for me my body wouldn’t be able to handle it, i would get very sick etc) all I wanted was to fix parts of my body that bug me, that’s what I thought when I saw the ad at least. This hope quickly died when I saw what the app offered and that it isn’t free. Oh well I just needed to rant for having my time waisted

Don’t buy. I bought this app and I can’t even login. They have a money back guarantee but won’t refund my money back. They are crooks and liars. I am not happy. You can’t talk to anyone and they just give you the run around. Don’t recommend and they are terrible and should be ashamed!!!!!!!! If I could give zero I would!

Way too expensive. Great app but $12 CAD a week is ridiculous. I’m not sure I’m gonna stop going to my yoga classes which is $24 a month that’s just two weeks with this app.

Too Easy. I put that in and advanced cuz I’m like almost a contortionist, if not one and they were just too easy but maybe for others it might not be and it is too expensive.

Wow! Shocked at the cost!. I downloaded this but didn’t even bother with the free trial. There is no way I can spend so much on a yoga app. It costs more than the beachbody subscription which seems to have way more to offer, including yoga. I’ll stick to beachbody and actual yoga classes, which aren’t much more than this app is.

Crooks. Everything 'better me' is a fkn scam. Im so mad. They took so much money off my account for literally a 2 week use. Do yourself a favor and go outside instead of getting this app.

False advertising. Purchased because I saw an ad for better me intermittent fasting. There is no schedule or plan for fasting on the app. Nothing to do with fasting what so ever. Recipes do not show nutritional information. Exercises could be easily found for free on Pinterest. Don’t waste your $$

i was charged!!. this app is really easy to follow and i did enjoy using the free trial however the cost is way too high in my opinion! so i CANCELLED my subscription and was still charged!! not cool. wouldn’t recommend because of that. don’t bother. 👎

SCAM. I looked at this app once, almost subscribed then decided to sleep on it, never hit the confirmed payment button and have never signed into the app and have been charged twice for it. Emailed twice and they don’t respond. DO NOT EVEN LOOK AT THIS WEBSITE/APP!!!!! What a pain

A fraud. They offer you 2 subscriptions offers : one for 10$ a week the other for 2$ a week. If you choose the 2$ a week like I did, you are going to be charge 160$ for the entire year at once. I did not see it anywhere when I purchase. However, I ask for a refund because it was clearly a mistake and I didn’t want to pay almost 200$ (183$ with taxes) and they just respond that they don’t handle refund... it’s just outrageous how you can mislead people like that, take their money (we are not talking about 10$ here but 200$ !!) and just say you cannot do anything about it. I wrote them just after I purchase and I saw I was going to be charge for the entire year so clearly I didn’t even use the app ! The customer service is really bad, they just send you an automatic reply they probably send yo every one they swindle.

Conned. Got the yoga app for a long subscription. Is no longer yoga but weight loss training. I want my money back. This is not what I paid for!

False advertising. Should say one free lesson then pay. I enjoyed my one free lesson, but I am not paying for something I teach myself for free or for something which was advertised as able to use without money.

App and site Doesn’t work- charges but no plan. Don’t do it ! No plan was sent to me after charging me and no immediate response capability within email or app service. Lots of negative reviews and now have to have credit card company dispute it

Rip off. I never authorized charges from this account. I was looking into it and deleted same day lost my access to the account and when I recovered I had almost a year of charges that I never approve. What a scam

Better me crap. I had the original better me app I paid 60 dollars and now when I went to update my apps I was told that the developer had removed the app completely. Why really? This is the worst.

Do not download - must pay. This app is click bait. You have to pay to even open the app. This is stupid. In addition to that it’s false advertising

No refunds. I did the free trial and forgot to unsubscribe and they’re not going to give me my money back. This is a common consideration that most companies have, but I guess they don’t have this consideration for their customers. I will be seeking my money back and now have a bad taste in my mouth for this app.

Refund. I never meant to purchase this app and it keeps charging me and I’ve tried calling Apple to get it deleted. I would like to get a refund and not get charged anymore and cancel.

Absolute Scam. They automatically set you up on a recurring payment without your consent and the app doesn’t even work. Then there’s no way to contact customer service for help. Currently struggling to cancel this rip off.

Everything has a fee. $9 a week or $53 for 6 months. Everything in this app requires the fee after a week. There are other, better, plans for way cheaper

Help me. I really wanna cancel this trial but I don’t know how to and I only have three days and i don’t have enough money on my app to pay for it and I’m scared plz help within 2 days!!!!

Canceling my subscription. I’m trying to cancel my subscription I don’t want it. And I don’t have an option to cancel this and I don’t want to be charge anymore please I need help with this issue

Problems getting plan.. I can’t get into app without making another payment.

So disappointed. Poorly designed app, there is no continuous flow from one pose to the other. On the third beginner lesson the sound stopped on the beginning of the first pose. Very frustrating. This suppose to be relaxing isn’t it?

DO NOT GET. THIS APP IS TERRIBLE!!! I would not buy no matter what. I downloaded it and deleted it almost immediately, because you had to pay for a subscription, BUT they charged me anyway and say I have been subscribed for a year!!! They have taken over 200 dollars from my account!!! DO NOT GET AT ALL

Good app but.... There are some inconsistencies, for example, “upward forward bend” and “standing forward bend” are the same pose.

0 stars you have to pay and that’s dumb. Why cant people make free stuff like some people are broke my “dad” bought me this phone and now my mom is divorced with him and tbh it’s the worst app in my life DONT get it I don’t recommend it.

cancellation. i ordered this by mistake... I am 72 and have cancer... this is useless to me and I’ve been trying to find out a clear path to cancel ever since I ordered.... and need a link to the cancellation... this is the least user friendly cancellation process I’ve ever seen.... buyer beware!

You have to pay for almost everything. So I was going for a flexibility class. And it said you have to pay but in the ad I didn’t. BRUHHHH

Bed app system.. I purchased the plan through FB. After that I Rowland the app try to login and I couldn’t log in. App only has purchases option. Waste money and time.

Reporting to Apple!!. You guys are big scammers for taking off the yoga app and switching it to weightloss.

Boring. I loved the idea of a calm weight loss but the app was boring. I felt like sitting in the same position for the five minutes was a waste of my time. The app also kept asking me to pay every time I tried to start a training.

Soo confused !!. I don’t know if the app is not working or what , but it won’t allow me to do any workouts past the first day .

Seems like a scam to me. Horrible! Very confusing, misleading and unable to contact anyone regarding refund. Says email which they linked me too cannot send. I am calling my credit card company now. Do not use this!

Great App But Tough Price. I do like this app, but am still weighing whether the cost and value are aligned.

Save Your Time and Money. This app is poorly made. Multiple parts do not work. Customer support is nonexistent. The program itself is very unclear. Adjustments are impossible to make. They worked harder on the ads than they did on the app itself. I lost my money. Save you your money.

Convenient. Just way too expensive. The main better me app is good. I wish there was a way to add the yoga on. I do not need a meal plan. Thanks
