Astronomical fees and horrible customer service. This platform charges you not only to buy and sell tokens, but also to transfer to a wallet. Let’s say you buy $100 in a coin. You will be lucky if you end up being able to get $60 back after their fees. Also they will let you buy many tokens but you can’t transfer them. You have to convert them( which they charge again for) just to be able to get anything back out of their platform. When you talk to customer service they will belittle you and make fun of you. Tell you to go somewhere else. I would paste the screen shots I took but cannot in this review.

Bad reviews must be by noobs. I gave this app a shot cause I wanted some coins I could not get anywhere else available to me. I almost didn’t get it after seeing the poor rating, but I’m thrilled I rolled the dice and tried it. This wallet and exchange are top notch. No problem whatsoever with depositing, withdrawing, or exchanging. This should be at least a 4.8 star app.

It works for Safemoon. Look not sure if some of the reviews are bashers but the app is easy to use. It looks like they have revamped site based on older reviews. I signed up 3 days ago. only came here for Safemoon. But finding a lot more available and easy to trade. I did not buy with a card or I sent coins from my other wallets. Yes you have to confirm email and ID to withdraw. It’s an exchange. Anywhere else does the same. But after its confirmed, It’s almost Better than some of the big ones. I have exodus and Coinbase.

Do the math. First, this exchange is designed more for traders so if your new to trading or are just looking to invest, this app probably isn’t for you. Second, fee’s to withdrawal tokens off the exchange and to your wallet is absurd. 10% of your purchase in tokens to withdrawal! Over a 3 month period I checked various costs at different hours, different highs/lows in the market, all variables and still the average cost (also small caps) is about 10%. Highest rates of any exchange I know of. They also were recently hacked and the thieves got away with millions in SHIB. So…overall, unless your an experienced day trader, I would not recommend this app/exchange. Even as a trader I would be very cautious.

Over all a great app. I read the reviews and was hesitant to download this app. After installing and learning to use it, it’s a pretty good app so far. Some things could be reworked like better tracking of purchases and where you are in profits or loss. I used Coinbase as a portal to transfer crypto to the app from one wallet to another. No issues putting money in. I a, waiting for approval for withdraw to be enabled. If that finishes this app is worth it. I am making really great money with crypto using this app! Almost every thing I invested immediately paid itself off and now it’s mostly sitting on profits waiting for a trip to the moon with everyone else👌. Give this app a chance it’s pretty good. Build your own opinion because I haven’t had any of the issues I read from other reviews. Good luck see you at the moon

Horrible. This is the worse app, so may issues I don’t know where to start. Trying to deposit money into it’s nearly impossible with the 3rd party companies they use. If your lucky enough to finally get money deposited the prices of the crypto are always wrong and to be crypto wallet you would think that is the most important thing that you need to make sure it’s correct 100% of the time. The customer support is by far the worse I’ve ever experienced. I’ve sent 5 or 6 emails and I’ve never gotten a response back. The chat is even worse, when you login there is always 486 people in queue in front of you and the chat disconnects constantly and you start back up at 486.

Crooked and Corrupt. This app/owners are just as corrupt and crooked as the same guys that run Robinhood and Webull. They only do what benefits them, nothing is fair and they will stop all coins that don’t benefit them. They gave me less than 24 hour notice to sell XRP and move it into another account before they froze it and by freeze I mean I can convert it or sell it, my only option is to withdraw it. Meaning I have to give up a ton of personal Information I’m not willing to do. To make things worse, they make it extremely difficult to withdraw money. This seems very illegal… would avoid at all cost.

Literally DOG WATER. So overall the interface of the app is smooth and easy to track the charts for crypto(s). The problem with the mobile version of BitMart is that it doesn’t even function correctly to purchase anything since they use third party sellers. Oh and if you even manage to purchase anything, in order to purchase ANY coin you HAVE to purchase USDT. To those who have no knowledge of USDT, it’s USD tether, an alt coin which you need to purchase any crypto on this app which is ridiculous. If only purchasing was as easy as there competitors. In my recommendation just use BitMart for chart analysis and use other wallets to purchase your coins, it’s not worth the frustration.

Be Very Careful. Be very careful in how you use BitMart. I made a deposit into BitMart from Coinbase (not the first time) and the transaction completed successfully. The TX hash was successful. The crypto never applied to my account. I contacted customer service thru the app in live chat. Long story shower gave them all the logs and was told I would have to pay .005 Bitcoin for them to fix and move it to my account. So for $250 crypto deposit I would have to pay $190. I have sent several emails about this and yet have had anyone from customer service contact me and it’s going on two weeks now. If you dont mind having one of the worst customer service departments to talk when you have a problem, and don’t like your problems fixed within a month, you can use them but I highly recommended steering clear of these folks. There is far better and cheaper fee exchanges. Make sure to read all the real reviews instead of the fake bot generated reviews.

Incorrect amount deposited. I transfer $1000 dollars worth of ethereum in 2 transactions into my bitmart I have only received $500 worth of it. Every time I contact them through chat, emails I never got a response often they just ended the chat early. I received a message from bitmart stating that they added the coin however the amount they added is different I have $400-$500 worth in the lost and no one seems to figure it out for me or provide an answer and it is very frustrating at this point because it seems like they do not want to help or care it’s been over a month.

But it's really comfortable the way the assets are set up. Tons of crypto all at the touch of a finger. Most of the newest cryptos are on here too. And the buy/sell and swapping is instant. SCAM!!! SCAM!!!! SCAM!!!!! SCAM!!!. I don’t want anyone to end up like me. On January 31 at approximately 9pm, I deposited 5 Eth (value appxy $6500usd) from Coinbase to BitMart. I was going to do a swap for VGX, which was trading around $2.50 usd. If you do the math I should be getting around 2600 Vgx, let’s say 2500 after fees, instead I received 215 Vgx, I was charged 15X what Vgx was trading for. When I tried to cancel the transaction, I ended up with $364 left in my balance. when I reached out to BitMart, they told me it’s my fault, what!! .I’m by no means a rich guy so this really made me go into a deep state of depression because it took me over a year to accumulate those Eth, working every overtime I could get at work. I’m so embarrassed to tell my wife because we were going to use it later in the year for a down payment on a new home....... If you decide to trade with them, you have been warned.... SCAM SCAM SCAM

You can't withdraw your money. I put money into BitMart for investing purposes. I needed to withdraw some of it, and BitMart has not allowed me to take any money out of the platform. I have attempted to "Verify" myself 6 times. Each time I submit highly personal information (which is required), and the status goes to "Verifing" (incorrect spelling on the app). After a few hours, I attempt to withdraw my money again, and it require me to verify again. The cycle loops repeatedly. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone who expects to be able to withdraw after investing.

Basic register failure. Looks like a promising exchange, very polished, I’d love to use it if it ever allowed me to login although. I registered an account, and after registering and putting in my login info it informed me that it was the wrong password. Strange as I just finished signing up, I tried entering my password again twice more and it then informed me if I trying again it would block me from attempting to log in for an additional hour. I figured in my haste I put in the wrong password. So I reset my password, took a screenshot of it, tried to log in again but double checking my password this time, wrong again. So I’m locked out.

Real person, Real Review. It took me a minute to figure out and I have Thousands of dollars in many accounts so it’s always nervous for me when I put money into an account but I really love this app and it’s becoming my favorite exchange. Yes, you can use your debit card to buy coins on this app. They have tutorials that will show you everything. They also use 3rd party platforms to ensure safety for its customers. Not sure why everyone is saying bad things on the internet. Great app and I bet it will get even better.

COMPLETE SCAM DONT LOSE YOUR MONEY. They have a $136 usd transaction fee just to withdraw any amount, if you try to send out your crypto, they make sure to have gas fees of over 50-60% of what you own, if not they have a insane “minimum” amount which forces you to put more money into their app, which then if you finally give into their insane fees, they then leave your transaction pending for hours with no action, Ive been waiting about 12 hours to receive my money and yet no confirmation. Search up bitmart scam online and you’ll see thousands of other victims to this application, save your time and save your money

Difficulties on trading process. BitMart is a good app however, it has really high conversion fee. For instance, if i want to buy Safemoon , i need to buy other coins such as ethereum, btc, xrp etc ; here occurs high fee while just buying these coin from the bank account/dabit credit. Again after buying these coins i need to convert usd into USDT , here occurs another huge fee, then finally i can buy safemoon with another fee. Supposed i start from 100$ , at the end i will be having 60$ of safemoon! How expensive is this ? Hope the developers will understand the consumers aspects and simply the trading process simple; directly from customers bank / dabit credits to any available crypto coins in the BitMart platform. If this happen BitMart will be the most easiest and convenient app in the crypto world and will be having millions costumers within a months or years.

Terrible app. I got the bitmart app several months ago and started investing in hard to find crypto coins. Had no problem while I was depositing coins in, but when I went to take coins out bitmarts authentication system would not work. I contacted support and went thru all the steps they laid out for me. That was 4 months ago. Multiple emails and I am not getting anywhere. I actually made a nice profit off of some of my investments but it’s worthless since apparently with bitmart you can put money in but can’t get it out! I will continue to email support and hope that they will eventually assist me.

You can lose Crypto forever if you aren’t paying attention. Didn’t login to BitMart for a while, about 3 months, decided one day to login and check my coins only to find out a few of them Bitmart discontinued support for, and apparently when they do that, there is no way to retrieve them by any means, and they give deadlines to when you must transfer coins or lose them forever. So you must login and check everyday to make sure they aren’t discontinuing support for your crypto, or it’s just gone to you. They have your keys, so they have access, but they will never give you the keys. So it absolutely defeats the purpose of holding any coins in the Bitmart wallet, because it forces you to use a secondary wallet anyways. Support said there was nothing that could be done. And since they hold the keys to your wallet, they can never be retrieved by you, So hundreds of dollars in crypto just poofed away from my account and essentially stolen from me by Bitmart. This is not a safe place to store your crypto and you are required to have a secondary wallet from somewhere else anyway. Do not bother, very untrustworthy.

Terrible customer service. They have zero customer service as they would not help me find what happened to my money. Their response to me losing some of my money was “Please check your history, there is nothing wrong with your account.” Absolutely baffled that they wouldn’t help me locate my crypto. After 2 hours of going back and forth with them, I finally pulled all my crypto and transferred to another exchange. People please be careful with this exchange as I was warned about them before and didn’t listen. Thank God I didn’t lose more.

Garbage!!!!. Highly disappointed in this exchange, sent some tokens over to the exchange and have yet to receive them or any confirmation of my order. Tried to reach out to the sorry staff but didn’t even get an reply. What’s the point of having the option to contact y’all if y’all don’t respond. Y’all basically stole my money and don’t care about it. This is a joke of an exchange and there are plenty other alternatives that are better suited for this space. I really wish there was an option to rate this app lower. Negative 5 stars me.

Terrible and here’s why. The app is archaic and doesn’t even have anywhere near all the same functions as their website! They were recently hacked and have been demanding all coins affect by their negligence give replace BitMarts token funds for free when it was their negligence that led to the hack! i.e their wallet got hacked from someone who knew their 12 word seed phrase! They have even threatened to stop trading the affected token altogether! Furthermore, they continue to allow people to buy the hacked tokens which BitMart does not own right now essentially accepting money for imaginary tokens they do not have and will not allow you to withdraw because they don’t have the tokens to give you!! If that isn’t the definition of a scam then baby I don’t know what is! Their customer service is legitimately the worst I have ever seen or experienced! When you ask a simple question, they will boot you from the support chat without an answer or tell you they don’t know and then boot you which then requires you to get into another support chat and wait a few hours before they inevitably boot you again! STAY AWAY FOR THE LOVE OF GOD! I only trust BitMart to take advantage of their customers at this point! #WhenBitmartBuyBack

Terrible App. Just an average guy who wanted to get into crypto trading to make some extra money. Not super tech-savvy, which is why I liked how easy the app seemed. It’s not. I can’t even buy on the app, I have to go online to figure it out. Buying their tether currency wasn’t even possible for 2 days recently. Server constantly says it’s overloaded, but only when I go to withdraw, interesting 🧐. Can buy with no issues anytime. Huge fees from their 3rd party. I wanted to buy 30 dollars worth of the tether currency, which you HAVE to buy to buy any other coin, and it cost me $70 after fees, I’d be glad to show screenshots. A few days ago I transferred $150 over which after costing me $200 took 22 hours to get into my account. If I would’ve been trying to rush buy a coin it would’ve sucked, luckily I wasn’t. You have to provide pretty much every aspect of your personal info to withdraw any coin earnings as fiat currency, which is ridiculous. I have my phone, email, bank info, ID card with selfie (what is this, a discord server?), and everything else, and it still just says I must provide “other” to get the full account. Not even sure what that means. It’s not worth it, buy your coins somewhere else. I’m not even sure I’m going to be able to withdraw when I do hit big on this app. They don’t seem interested in answering anyone’s questions online, and can’t run a server at all, even with all the money they have to be making with fees. Just go elsewhere.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE & My money isn't accessible. First it's not user friendly! High fees & I have tried to contact BitMart via email since May 12. It's OCTOBER‼️ I have sent over 10 emails and NONE have been responded to. I was supposed to be receiving commission for referring people, I never received it also and brought it to their attention. Recently I tried to withdraw my coins or transfer them however it’s not allowing me to do so. I also contacted customer service regarding this and they have not responded. I wish I could show screenshots of all of the messages that they have not responded to. I would highly not recommend this app. This App, the makers behind this app, the company, their customer service is lax. I just want my funds so I can never have to deal with them again. Here is my call for action: Developers, please respond to this‼️

Scam scam scam scam. This exchange is a scam they are stealing my money my deposit is still processing days later and the addresses are correct. When reaching out to customers service after days of trying they were rude and told me to be patient and to wait for a block confirmation. As he was telling me this I was starting at the screen telling me the block had completed and a new block had started when I confronted them they hung up on me my money is still frozen. I repeat do not use these people if you want your money they will steal it they have been reported to the federal trade commission and a class action lawsuit is in the works I am not the only one.

BitMart is very shady I mean this sincerely please be cautious. Everything is all good until you want to transfer coins to a wallet or pull out your profit. Then you will they will make you jump through a bunch of hoops than once you do that they will say you have to have x amount to make a withdrawal than once you do that they will charge you a insane fee like in my case 100 VET ABOUT $20 to transfer 259 vet to my trust wallet. It’s really something you need to be aware of if you make a trade and make money and need to get it out their fees could put you back in the red. There are better ways and platforms to access those more hard to get cryptos in the us. I wish I had known sooner.

“Buying Crypto” option glitch. On the front page there’s the option to buy all crypto and then u can click through moonpay, credit, debit card etc. Every time i click on the drop down menu to select other crypto than bitcoin, the page refreshes thinking i swipes down to refresh the page. It’s an app glitch and because of it, it doesn’t let you buy other crypto since the page refreshes every time i click the drop down menu with all the other crypto names. 2 stars until this issue is fixed and i hope it happens soon. Thank you!

Robbed. I would give a zero star if I could . I purchased a few different coins in BitMart and didn’t have any problems . If you are trying to buy a coin at a certain dip , this is not the app for you .you have to buy BTC then trade it for whatever coin you’re buying , then it takes hours to receive it . However I won’t be using BitMart for any future purchases . I purchase $100 worth last Wednesday , cost me $30+ extra for fees and I still ( 5 days later ) haven’t received my purchase . I have email verification of the purchase . I have sent them email after email and still no response . Guess I’m down $130 . It won’t happen again .

Scam. If you want to play around with crypto and initiate a practice with few dollars your digital currency investments you can use this app, but anything else stay away. I noticed multiple times when buying the real value was manipulated and this was not by few cents, cause I know it depends on which stable coins runs on to back up with the dollars. It was too noticeable to let it pass. Also it is supposed to give monthly interest on your coins, but you can barely notice you basically have no way to know. Withdraw is another issue, huge fees and a lot of bureaucracies.

Zero customer support and they stole $17,000 from me. Do not I repeat do not use bitmart. I had to get a new phone after former died. They tried to transfer my phone number and the old company didn’t complete the transfer so I ended up with a new phone and number. I can still access my bitmart but I cannot withdraw or transfer to any account because they want sms verification. I can’t add an email because they want sms verification. I sent them not once but 17 times I have emailed their support with all of my information including my drivers license front and back. Bitmart has failed to respond 100% of the time. This company is a scam and I’m warning you they will never ever help you in any way. Stick to a legitimate exchange like WEBULL. Bitmart has taken $17,000. From me and I can only imagine all the other accounts they’ve robbed simply by ignoring them. You’ve been warned #1 worse iOS app for crypto currency.

A complete joke. I now know why so many people talk bad about Bitmart. Here is one of my negative experiences. They decided to delist multiple coins. They do not send emails or provide you with a notification other than what is on their page. So if you are like me and decided to take some time off from investing and return to find you have multiple coins delisted you have basically lost your coins and cannot withdrawal them from your wallet unless you’re willing to pay a $50 fee for them to “attempt” to withdrawal for you. A billion dollar company that will find ways to screw the everyday person. Go use another exchange. Out of all the horror stories I have heard Bitmart could possibly be the next FTX.

Absolutely terrible!. No tax documents, can’t see transactions past a month without emailing support a picture of you with your ID and what trades you want, EXTREMELY high withdrawal fees, etc. At the time of this review it will cost me $28 to withdraw $84. This platform is difficult to get around (I’m a tech guy so I know how to navigate just fine and it is hard for me). And so much more! At one point half of my money was inaccessible and I had to contact support and it took about 3 months to get a reply. I might not even get the trade information in time for taxes. Just don’t use this app. Use Coinbase, Binance (this is basically a crappy copy of Binance), Kraken, and so on. Just please do not use this service. It is an absolute waste of time and money.

BitMart is a scam!. Do not download this app by any means. BitMart is the biggest scam exchange out there. They will rob every dime you out into your account. Will not let you withdraw any of your earnings, and their support is fake. I’m telling you guys from experience and someone that got over 1000 dollars took from me. Their future exchange charts are rigged to liquidate you. During hard pushes or crashes their system will lag you out where you can’t close your position until you get liquidated then it’s seems to run perfectly fine. This app is a fraud and needs to be took down ASAP.

Never had issues with deposit or withdrawal. I’ve seen a lot of reviews regarding withdraws and deposits. I wish I could post pictures of a flawless account, but the review doesn’t let me. I have had ZERO issues with withdrawal or deposits. None of my money has gone missing (except for a couple bad scam coins) when you withdrawal your money BitMart provides a detailed list, step-by-step, follow it and you should have no issues. Including the proper memo is key. Also, my favorite way to withdrawal is from BitMart to Coinbase direct to my bank. I typically convert everything I’m cashing out to Stellar Lumens XLM. Its very quick and typically low fees, then send to Coinbase, then cash out, then deposit to bank using method of choice ( instant or not instant) I truly believe if you had issues cashing out then you didn’t follow directions, provide proper memo, or used a wrong address. Triple check your steps before you send the loot. I recommend sending a smaller amount first as a test to ensure you have the steps properly completed.

The best variety of “altcoins”. I’m a sub penny investor and the best place I’ve found to do this is on BitMart. I have been having a great deal of fun finding smaller startup coins to invest my money in that are super hard to buy otherwise (I don’t understand pancake swap) With that being said, message to the devs. Can you please add the option to add commas to the assets page. With millions of coins it would make it easier to read and tell exactly how much I have. Thanks!

A huge scam, stole billions from customers. Altru-Coin or Altru. Just this last week was stolen from everyone using the platform. (Screenshots available, I personally had over 22Billion). A bot (their only customer service) claimed it was a "reverse coin transfer", Reverse coin transfers do not exist, (unlike Reverse Mergers in the stock market). Their trading fees are a scam. All social media is fake, they will ask for your info and then drain your accounts. I can't wait for the FTC to sink their teeth into them. I'm waiting on a huge settlement as soon as it brings them to court. Do Not Use this farce of a platform. Post script: They mess with your coin balances on the regular. (Screenshots Available).

Same Login Problems as Others. I created an account and rather than just automatically logging you in afterwards it sends you back to login. I typed in my email and password and it wouldn’t let me in. I even reset my password and absolutely verified everything was correct, still didn’t let me in. I got locked out and attempted to create an account with my other email and it was the exact same problem. Absolutely ridiculous that their app is so poorly designed people can’t even get into their accounts. I was already annoyed because I even noticed there were other reviews complaining about the exact same problem. Avoid this app if you can, I only came here for a specific crypto but it’s not worth it if I can’t even get into my account.

Misleading please read. So I didn’t do much research into this app a buddy used it so I said I’m gonna try it since I was using another crypto app as well. Everything was fine the deposit and market orders and exchanges all worked quickly and efficiently BUT when it came to me wanting to withdraw so I can put into my wallet it didn’t go through immediately I did some research and a bunch of people said they were scammed so I was like no way I’m losing out on this money. I ended up trying to connect to their customer support got disconnected 4 times adding up to a total wait time of 10 hours which is horrible long sorry short took 36 hours for my withdraw to go through and 10 hours of waiting for customer support to never get a hold of them. I did get my withdraw but it was a stressful experience. Be careful be smart and do your research

Simply outstanding! Safemoon!. Stop ripping your hair out and look no further this app is secure. Reliable and does not glitch, and it offers 2FA security which is hugely beneficial to ensuring that your account stays yours. I came to BitMart because I was trying to purchase Safemoon! And yes it is here on this app and yes you can purchase it. I didn’t realize all the other crypto‘s that I can use and purchase on this app. It works without a glitch unlike other apps which freeze. Either way I’ll be using bit Mart do to SAFEMOON purchases for most likely the rest of my life!

Changing my 5 star review to 0 star. I gave 5 star review to BitMart a few month ago but after they update their app and now I’m struggling to find a way to sell my crypto and deposit some more cash, I failed to do after 1 hr of struggle. I’m a tech person and imagine if I can’t find how to deposit USDT and how to sell my existing coins which I bought a while ago . There is no sell button or transfer to a different account. All my cryptos automatically moved to “spot” tab after their app upgrade. Then I moved my doge from “spot” to “buy and sell” tab and now I can’t even click on the doge to sell. It’s just greyed out. Just keep your old version and remove this stupid upgrade. Looks like I’m going loos my crypto here

DO NOT throw your money away! You won’t get it back!!. I tried sending one of my coins to another wallet, and it never processed. Just sat there. So, I tried several times to get help on the “chat”. You will be in position number 175. You will wait for an hour or so, then it will randomly tell you that the chat has ended. You will NEVER get your money out of this scam! Luckily I didn’t put much in. This is just a warning to those contemplating doing so. And Apple MUST be in on this somehow. Read the reviews. Half of the ones giving this 4-5 stars are saying how awful it is. NO WAY with those reviews the reviewers gave this garbage app between 4-5 stars!!!

FAKE REVIEWs. I did want to have faith in the app but it was a painful experience… I think there is a lot of 5 star fake reviews here… this app doesn’t let you trade cryptos you already bought and drops under $5 …they do not store your trading history, which is just bad all around for the trader, I think they do this to minimize you noticing your losses. They put a lot of crap coin and promote it heavily, this App is a haven for crypto that intends to do rug pulls or intentionally allow coin creators to empty the pool at anytime, this means heavy fluctuations and a coin you buy today, could not be sold tomorrow. This leads to many users being scammed and left without their money. Immediately the crypto value of a particular asset drops under $5, you can no longer sell it. So you end up with a bunch of crappy coins for under $5. Coin creators intentionally use BitMart for this type of scam and BitMart allows it. BitMart also charges a high fee to move your assets out … like a chunk of your account… BEWARE!!! ….

Great mobile for Crypto. For a mobile crypto app, this one’s pretty good! I generally use Coinbase Pro on desktop but their exchange doesn’t offer a major of cryptos so i found my way here. The variety of coins offered here is what i found appealing because i prefer to invest in up in coming crypto like link and apl to diversity my portfolio. While i still use coinbase pro for a major of my trading, i use this app for all the other cryptos not available on that exchange. This is a great app and highly recommend if you’re lookj g for a mobile crypto exchange (note you can also access your account on desktop so it’s very user friend)

Exorbitant fees, poor customer service. Tldr; stupid high fees for no reason, $50 minimum balance for withdraw, glitchy app, generally not worth it They have a ton of tokens and coins available which is nice, swaps and trades are pretty fast. However you need to eat a $1 fee for anything small, $50 minimum balance to withdraw any crypto, I spent $200 on safemoon V1 because they falsely advertised it as V2 with the logo for the coin and on top of that I only got $130 worth of crypto because of a “debit card fee” and a “maker taker fee” on top. App runs like crap, price tracking is slow, constant need to refresh every page to see what’s actually happening, customer support just shirk off being told that they’re charging 4x the gas fees of any and every other exchange available. All around just been a bit frustrating.

Loved this platform but it’s not in NYC. I used the platform and loved it because you could buy crypto that’s hard to find on other big platforms. Easy to exchange cryptos for other cryptos etc. but got stuck after I submitted some ID check I regret, as I no longer can use it being a New York resident. I wish New York would let adults trade freely. They allow casinos and strip clubs but don’t want people to invest. They think this is the Stone Age. Anyway, I had to fight to get my crypto transferred out. Now I wish they could get licensed in NYC or I hope to find a equal alternative that offer the wide selection of crypto.

DO NOT GET THIS APP. SCAM. I had over 1.4 billion coins in save planet earth. Planet earth then went up and they took all my coins and left me with 100 of them. I tried to get in contact with the support team and I got in contact. I was talking via phone call asking for a bunch of data I didn’t realize that he was selling all the coins I had in the app into usd. I caught on that he was trying to sell all my coins and realize he was going to send them all out to himself and steal all my money in one shot. I ended up changing my password right away. And this is their customer service. Your money is not safe in this app. You will lose it all. Safe planet earth equal to $55 million that I lost out on. Do not download this app. Don’t do any business with them. You’ll lose all your money it’s a scam

Complete garbage, literally the worst. Would give zero stars if I could. No issues transferring crypto into bitmart but once it’s there they hold it hostage. Good luck ever getting your currency back out once it’s there as there servers are such trash that most of the time you won’t even be able to try to transfer to another wallet and that’s before anything about them walking you off from your own coin through failed verification attempts, unclear requirements on what is needed to withdraw and still being locked away from your currency even after doing everything they vaguely ask for. The fees are also absurdly high compared to any comparable service (if you don’t like pancakeswap taking your money just wait until they remove from your money...not that you’ll even be able to ever remove it from bitsmart). You are the worst thing I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with when doing crypto and if anyone is reading this please just learn how to use pancakeswap on trust wallet or use another method instead of bitsmart.

Bitmart is great because it saved my crypto holdings. After grinding out my holdings somehow skyrocketed. But, I needed to find a place to continue to trade. My previous exchange offered a US model. However, it was Bitmart hosting holdings of a number of coins I traded actively on the previous exchange. Once arriving on Bitmart I’ve been able to access all the tools I need to see the silver lining in the meme coins.

Scam. If you like flushing your money away use this app... sure you can transfer money in, buy crypto with high fees but good luck getting it out. The withdraw and transfer buttons are definitely there but you have to have a min of something crazy like 50 million safe moon to transfer or withdraw. It also filled my order when it did go through at a completely wrong price ultra high price that didn’t even exist on that day... I don’t care if a person has 1¢ in there account it is their money and they should be able to get it whenever they want. This app is a scam at best.

Worst and useless app!. I transferred my Propel (BEP20), I tried to contact their customer support, whereas the page kept transferring me to exchange again and again. When I went to their Telegram channel, there were no mods/admins to help reply, and they also have set limit time for an hour to send message. I haven’t received my propel in my account for nearly 4 hours. Trust me never going to use your app once I receive my propel 😃

My experience. I’ve had the app about 2 years, I’ve had no real issues with deposits. I had some funds get locked after a trade, support fixed it, took a week unfortunately but that was a long time ago. Withdrawals so far 2 out of 3 less than 30 minutes, 1 took 2 days. Telegram support staff helped sort it out, though it’s very scammy in their telegram unfortunately (not their fault - read pinned message). Bitmart has a great selection of coins, good liquidity on most pairs, fees are high from withdraw for some coins but you can always swap to LTC or BNB before withdrawing and pay cents rather than dollars. Not a top tier exchange, if you aren’t sure don’t tie up a lot of money in the platform until you’ve tested it, my experience has been great.

They steal your funds sometimes. Be careful. I deposited some USDT through SOL network, and it never arrived. I thought it was odd so I tried sending small amount again… nothing. And then I tried sending different token through SOL network. Again, nothing. Then I tried Tron network and it worked. I thought the problem is SOL network so I tried the same on Bitrue exchange, and the funds came through just fine. So now my funds are in limbo. It messed up my trading and I missed out on good trading opportunities. I tried contacting the customer support, but no support. No surprise from an exchange that has this low of a rating.

A very stylish app. Since 7 Sept 2021, my BTC wallet via this IOS app for IPad is actually missing. First there was a message from bitmart there is connection issues. Now there is no message and the wallet is nonexistent. Seriously, just a blank screen. A few functions are working but the actual wallet is missing aka not there. What is going on?

Then asked me to submit memo and I did . I did what ever they ask me to do but no they didn’t solve my problem. I send more than 10 emails to their customer service but no response! And chatted with them more than 13 times and every time I had to wait more than 2 hours just to be able to talk with them. Sometimes when I was telling them problem, they just left the chat and had two wait more than 2 hours again. I tried verifying my account again but they keep say they have a record for the passport, and information. And my money is still locked up in the bitmart account, that’s unfair and I need every dime stored in that wallet right now. But I have no access to my money

I can not trust this app. I downloaded Bitmart app on my iPhone and registered using my email and phone number, but after completing registration it would not let me sign in, every time was giving me a different message like user name or password does not exist or invalid user name or too many failed attempts!!! Bitmart doesn't have a phone number to call them and I've emailed their customer support twice but no response. At this point, no matter how good or bad their app may be, I cannot even trust them to have any transaction through that app.

So far so good        . So it’s been 3 years since I last used this app. 3 years I made smaller investments. No problem. This time around I have started my investment of a greater amount. Wish me luck. Let’s see how it goes. I will definitely update if anything goes wrong.      

Futures closing position issue. I have started using futures on bitmart, had an issue closing a position last night, only have the issue when I'm not in profits. Tried again today, currently in a position and it will NOT let me close the position! Shows its closed,however in the positions tab it's still running, in the close tab if I push close, it says there's no open position! Absolutely ridiculous! If this isn't fixed I will not be using bitmart anymore!

Fair. App itself is smooth. Could use stronger volumes. Did get hit with that withdrawal verification problem. Reps in chat will help you out with that. But if it’s not allowed in your state I would strongly suggest liquidating and getting off the platform because you will get stuck again down the line.

Missing coins from account, no customer support. I recently logged in and saw I have millions of safemoon coins missing from my account. Emailed support, heard nothing. Emailed support again two days later, now a week later still no response. Nothing. Terrible customer service. App has high transfer fees when it does work, but I can’t even do that. My coins are gone. Poof! Vanished and they don’t even care to reply to my messages, not alone fix it.

USDT and customer service is horrible. My USDT has been “in orders” for 2 days now and not available to use in trades. When you go on live chat it takes over an hour to talk to someone then they just tell you to wait 24 hours and “it will be fixed”. After 24 hours I wait another 1.5 hours to talk to someone just to be told to wait for 24 hours again. When i ask for more information they just say it will be fixed. I have also submitted service request through email flrms with no responses.

It’s good can be much better. First of all I like BitMart very much, but in order to like it more, I have some suggestions. As you know many of your users are not professional investors, so you have to keep that in mind when u design your mind. I can’t find where my average cost for my coins are. Please make the interface similar to robinhood or voyager. Where I can see the average cost then profit and loss easily. Please do some real relook of the app

Account verification.. My account has been stuck on “verifying “ for over 4-5 months and doesn’t allow me to buy or sell anything! I’ve emailed several times to try and fix this issue and because of this problem I’ve lost over 50k !!! This is a huge problem on the app ! And needs fixing immediately! Why?. I tried to register and purchase some different currencies, first of all it said I couldn't get any Usdt so instead I went for xlm, it let me get all the way to the end after entering all my info, and it tells me I’ve been denied authentication, and my card won’t be allowed to be used? This is my bank card and License I use for everything everywhere everyday, idk what couldn’t be verified, too many hoops to jump through and entering info to get nowhere! Sketchy!

Buggy and lacks support. Trying to do anything on the app isn’t intuitive at all. And trying to ask questions in the live chat is a joke. If you switch apps or the screen turns off it will kick you out of the queue and you have to start over. Also, you can’t do any transferring without a high balance. I’m trying to buy a small amount of some coins, and I can’t sell anything without a roughly $400 balance.

Most Incompetent Sign-Up Process That I’ve Experienced. I typed my email and password to register, and then it directed me back to the sign-in page. The app proceeded to tell me that the password (that I JUST created) was incorrect. I did a password reset, and changed my password to what it should have been the first time. Again, I was directed back to the sign-in page. The app STILL said that I had entered the incorrect password, then locked me out. Not sure what’s going on with the sign-in process, but it literally makes the app useless in my case.

Horrible. Completely trash trading exchange. Payments are done through a third party with EXTREMELY high fees. I tried to buy $50 worth of safemoon crypto and my total came out to be $166 due to “network fees”. If I could leave a .25 star review I would. Also super easy to deposit crypto into the app but god forbid you want it back or turn it into fiat. Convenient ‍      . Simple user friendly! Doesn’t support coins that aren’t vetted or still highly unstable. Great for noobs getting into crypto who invested on Robinhood and now realize they are controlled by corruption and greed. Plus you actually own your coins and have a wallet! Yay!  ​   

Fraud app. My friend told me about this app. I transfer over some coins about a week ago from Coinbase. Still have not received that deposit. Wrote 6 emails and have been in disconnected multiple times from the queue in the 24/7 chat that is not 24/7. Been times the chat is unavailable and you post your info just for nothing to happen. All I can say is I deposited a second amount that when then like the faq suggest and that went thru so they kept the large amount but let the small amounts go thru. What a scam.

Not user friendly. This application is extremely difficult to use and navigate, it doesn’t allow you to have what you’ve saved in view to see if it’s surging or not. Makes trading that much more difficult. I have a few other apps for trading that a way much more user friendly then this crap. The developers should have done a better job at making this user friendly, it’s complicated to buy, sell, and trade crypto. The only reason I have it, is because it’s the only platform that offer Safemoon.

Working as it should. Pretty skeptical about the other reviews but after I got everything verified it seems like I can withdraw normally on my stocks, make sure you do the Google authenticator and whatever else. I will change my review really quick if something happens negatively.

A lot of scams. I sent $1200 to this application and I turned my $1200 into $200 quicker than anything I have ever seen. This is mostly due to how they set up buy/sell options. Some of the scams on their mimic existing coins but the volume is so low when you buy you immediately lose 1/3 of your value and when you sell you immediately lose another 1/3. I expected to lose money but I’ve never seen money just evaporate from buying/selling

Horrible App. I submitted proper identification (Drivers Liscence), verified my account through BitMart, and then after adding BTC was told I am not allowed to use the app because I am from NY. After over a day of waiting in a line for customer support and they tell me I’m in a restricted area.. yet I was able to confirm my NY license and Deposit funds lol. The chat support is also very unprofessional, asked me to remove my bad rating after doing nothing to help me lol don’t recommend this app

Scam beware!. I transferred XLM to this account to sell for USDT then buy Safemoon. After a few days they logged me out of my account. I tried to login with my correct password and it wouldn’t let me. I tried to reset my password but I never got the email to do it. I messaged them on Facebook and they sent a few different reset emails that ultimately removed my email from their exchange essentially locking me out of my account to just for them to tell me “I’m not serious about fixing my account” DO NOT RISK IT do not use this app

Exorbitant fees, poor customer service. Tldr; stupid high fees for no reason, $50 minimum balance for withdraw, glitchy app, generally not worth it They have a ton of tokens and coins available which is nice, swaps and trades are pretty fast. However you need to eat a $1 fee for anything small, $50 minimum balance to withdraw any crypto, I spent $200 on safemoon V1 because they falsely advertised it as V2 with the logo for the coin and on top of that I only got $130 worth of crypto because of a “debit card fee” and a “maker taker fee” on top. App runs like crap, price tracking is slow, constant need to refresh every page to see what’s actually happening, customer support just shirk off being told that they’re charging 4x the gas fees of any and every other exchange available. All around just been a bit frustrating.

Thieves. Bitmart stole a significant amount of Theta from me. I deposited in to my daughters BM account for her to cash out and pay for her wedding. Bitmart responded to one email and then has not answered any more emails nor any other attempted contacts from me on all other social media platforms in which they say the will respond. Everyone talks mass adoption and then exchanges like BitMART rip people off. Stay away from this horrible exchange (no liquidity ever) and the horrible people of the Cayman Islands who run said horrible company.

Total Scammers. I lost my old phone due to it breaking apart and obviously lost access to my google authenticator. I do not rmemeber my password and tried resetting it but it nees access from my authenticator which I don’t get why we need triple authentication but my issue is that I sent them an email explaining the situation and sent the pictures and details of what they asked for so that they could unbind my account and it has been 2 weeks without a reply. They scammed me out of my money and I am looking to press charges on this company.

Don’t use this app it’s a big scam. My account was apparently frozen for reason that were undisclosed to me and I as of now with no clear reasoning in how to rectify what the situation is they are telling me I must withdraw my assets immediately. I’m also just finding out that the transfer funds are almost close to 40% of my total for some of the coins I own. There is no real customer service and there lines of communication are littered with scammers beware and stay away from this app

Please fix iOS payment options. Unable to drop down crypto types when buying with moonPay. Also, Simplex payment option never continues to the actual transaction screen. These options both work fine on Mac and PC, but not working properly on iOS. All apps and iOS are up to date.

Terrible. The services used to purchase cryptos are sketchy third party, my debit card was shut down by my bank. After many long phone calls to my bank I recovered my account. BitMart takes what seems like years to deliver your purchases and it is absolutely and insanely confusing on how to buy. Their format of purchasing makes no sense. Unfortunately certain cryptos are only on this platform but good luck even trying to buy them.

BitMart Payback. In November, BitMart got hacked and someone stole 29 trillion Safemoon coin. BitMart CEO publicly announced he would buy back the coin that was stolen and he hasn’t. Furthermore, Safemoon currency is still reflecting V1 and has yet to update on BitMart. I have over $6k tied up in Safemoon coin on BitMart that is frozen from the hack with no update or firm timeline of when I can move my money. This has affected thousands of people. All this company has done is release new coin without fixing the problems they already have. Don’t use BitMart.

Terrible customer service. Terrible customer service but the app is easy to use sometimes the app will lock up your money and to live chat help for “their” mistake is going on 12 hours now they shouldn’t grow if they can’t handle the work load. They will obviously now reimburse my time. The app won’t fix its self on their mistakes you have to keep refreshing your phone every 7 minutes so it doesn’t end your call Not worth it unless they have your certain coin

Please Help. I created an account on BITMART on Sunday May 9th so that I could purchase safemoon. I bought xlm transferred it from coinbase to BitMart. I sold it and bought roughly 17,000,000 shares of safemoon. Everything was fine for a day or two and one day I went to check my assets and I was logged out. I tried logging in and to no avail. I know my password is correct because I wrote it down after making it. I’ve tried emailing support and I have revived no response. Can someone please help me figure this out? Karsen

Don’t use it. I tried giving this app a chance, but after not getting my funds and losing coins I tried transferring to this app, and not to mention there’s no way to contact anyone unless you want to wait 4-6 hrs (that’s if you get lucky and your qued wait time doesn’t refresh and it puts you at the end of the end again) like I did and then someone tells you to wait for the problem to be fixed. It’s been 3 months and I haven’t seen any of my $ I sent it. PLAIN and SIMPLE don’t use it.

I hate giving reviews but I’d give this exchange 0/5 if I could…. Stay away from this exchange, their withdrawal fees are through the roof. They constantly lock coins withdrawals due to “liquidity issues”, they lost investors 196 million dollars in assets, they block comments on all social Media. Their customer support is abysmal and they constantly support coins that are set up as rug pulls. Stay away, find a better exchange. I’ll never use this exchange ever again…

Money trapped in the app.. I bought $300 worth of Bitcoin through the 3rd party app that BitMart directs you to, for the sole purpose of selling it and buying other coins (process you have to do for some coins). It is now being held hostage, because it won’t let me sell it (saying ‘Insufficient Funds’), even when trying to sell less than what my Assets tab says I have, nor will it let me transfer the funds to fiat currency. Two attempts to reach them have failed, so I guess that’s it. I donated $300 to BitMart.

scam. it started off great, then recently they got hacked. My money was safe at first until i started buying new coins. When i took profits and went through the process of buying other coins to transfer, my money got taken. None of my coins came through to my wallet even though i got confirmation it went through. Good luck trying to reach customer service. If you dont want to lose thousands, use another app

Terrible. They are letting fake people poss as them as their support team… while they never offer any supper…. I almost got scammed out of all my money by them and bitmart is doing nothinf about it. Not even deleting the comments off there facebook page saying its there support link!!! I also contacted supposed for months now. There real Support and ofc no reply….. this is redicoulous. Scammers. This one of the big scammers companies in the whole world, once you have a small issue with app and ask for help from the support team they will steal your account and assets. For all these people who are recommended this app I’m %100 sure that the support team told you to do that so they can return your money and account after they stole it. They asked me to do the same thing and I have a screenshot of the conversation. Please don’t try to use this app because you will lose your money.

A huge scam, stole billions from customers. Altru-Coin or Altru. Just this last week was stolen from everyone using the platform. (Screenshots available, I personally had over 22Billion). A bot (their only customer service) claimed it was a "reverse coin transfer", Reverse coin transfers do not exist, (unlike Reverse Mergers in the stock market). Their trading fees are a scam. All social media is fake, they will ask for your info and then drain your accounts. I can't wait for the FTC to sink their teeth into them. I'm waiting on a huge settlement as soon as it brings them to court. Do Not Use this farce of a platform. Post script: They mess with your coin balances on the regular. (Screenshots Available).

Not worth the hassle. They say they make it easy to deposit funds, however, you have to go through many different platforms and continually provide a photo of your ID to other services. After messing around with this service for hours and not being able to purchase crypto as advertised, decided I will be waiting for these cryptos to be available on much more user friendly apps such as WeBull and Coinbase. This app over promised and under delivered.

Lost a lot due to system error. Depositing was expensive but easy (~33% in fees). When I tried to sell, I couldn’t because I needed to verify my ID. I tried to 3 times but “birthdate did not match.” Contacted BitMart via email and got no response. Ended up transferring to another wallet and lost another 43%. They do not tell you the fees until after you deposit/withdraw. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Not sure how the ratings are so high. My buddies even told me they hated it but I was optimistic given that it’s rated 5 stars. Now I doubt the ratings are legit. I’d research other wallet apps before trying this

Beware! You may lose your money.. I have to utilize multiple apps for the different cryptos I trade in. Bitmart is one of the few places I can trade in my planet tokens. However, they have disappeared a few times when I sent over. Additionally I have tried to send various cryptos from other reputable apps like Gemini and these coins just disappear. Customer service is non-existent. If you have any other way to buy crypto use it do not use a bitmart!

Scam... Please don’t fall for it. Been waiting a whole month to hear back about my missing crypto. The address is correct but the memo is missing the last number. I followed the instructions for the retrieval and they sent two emails after 1 week when I was kept emailing them. Please check the reviews online . If you lose your crypto or need help there’s no way to get in contact .. and they try to avoid you when you need assistance. Please avoid ! Check their Facebook page !

thieves: it’s all a big scam. Don’t fall for it.. I don’t recommend this exchange platform. From $80,000 I was only successfully able to pull out $36,000. Big losses. It’s a scam and I feel sorry for all investors stuck with this platform. Prices magically drop when placing order and back up when the sale executes. I loved this app before this update broke it.. The new update is messed up and won’t let me sell anything. It keeps saying “Network Error” when I try. Please fix it as this was my favorite crypto app.

Great App for mobile. I’m really enjoying using this app on my iPhone but when it comes to using it on my iPad it’s not so great. Please update to allow horizontal view on iPad and also make it more compatible with iPad so it doesn’t look like the iPhone screen.

Fishy functioning.... I have been trying to access the app/site for a couple weeks now to no avail. I created an account, and now every time I try to log on the ‘servers are busy’...At this point I’m glad I didn’t get the opportunity to put any financial info into my account details. I attempted to contact them through the app, but got no response. If I could give no stars at this point, I would. I hope this gets fixed soon.
